This Hampton is quite the gem This location has been remodeled and was done quite nicely Staff (especially the evening staff) were very helpful and friendly

The guest laundry was nice being close to the lobby (that is so helpful) and was free! There were 3 washers and 4 dryers That helps when you are one the road a lot and count of getting your laundry done without long waits Rooms were nice size and very clean Having Dark Roast coffee was a big plus

Rick Cell

It was okay It really seems to have gone downhill a bit They must have put in a central fan system and removed the bathroom fans because now there is only a light switch

And be forewarned that if you’re going to the bathroom you will be able to hear it loud and clear out in the living room No1 or 2 They’ve replaced the locking bathroom door with a sliding barn door which if you don’t have it slid into the perfect position people walking by can look right in through the gap(also not a locking door) The water pressure in the bathroom sink was also abysmalThe breakfasts used to be so good and large Now they seem dialed back in size and qualityThe staff were nice I had no issues with them Always happy and helpful I have stayed here with my family 3 times but I think I will take a look around next time

Damon Cox

We continued to work with the very friendly front desk attendant and although the same room type was not available they were able to move us to another room that was very accommodating The service had always been great in the past, so this is now as I would expect from Hilton or Hampton The only reason it is not 5 stars is because I feel they should not offer room 137 for guests, at least not without a warning about the elevator mechanical room sharing the wall that the beds for that unit are up against

We’ve stayed at a few Hampton Inns and had less than enjoyable experiences THIS LOCATION IS GREAT From front desk, to condition of the gym & condition of the hotel room itself

There is direct elevator access to the parking garage which is amazing We came with our 2 dogs and we loved our time here for 4 daysPeople saying the parking is tight – it’s not so bad, but definitely not great for huge cars / trucks

Jane Li

I strongly recommend this hotel to everyone The price is reasonable, and the service is wonderful The staff was every helpful when our car wouldn’t start in their garage

They asked the technician to check what was wrong and provided whatever the information we needed to get the problem fixed We appreciate their service and help very much

Jade Alder

I really don’t understand how our experience was so different from people that have left positive reviews The room was dated and the bed sank in the middle & was creaky any time you turned over The shower was gross and I took a pic of the remote because it was so disgusting I couldn’t believe it

We couldn’t park in the garage because so many cars were double parked The only positive thing about this place was the location in relation to visiting my family Otherwise, I would not recommend anyone stay here I don’t expect 5 stars with this kind of price, but feel that the standards for cleanliness and EXTREMELY low, especially just coming out of a pandemic

The Cascadia is an older property that is very well maintained and managed Our check-in could not have gone better We were clued in as to a good place to park near a useful entrance for the quiet room that we had requested

All expected options were available at a well presented very typical complimentary breakfast We stayed three days and found it to be completely satisfactory Although we started staying here because we had friends in Everett, we continued our stay and used it as a base of operations for tourist activities in Seattle The hotel is but a 20-minute drive to a light rail free park and ride lot The train goes directly into the city

Liz McRary

The room was made available early which was very convenient for us It was clean, and smelled nice Checking in was easy and the location was convenient for easy access to Mcmenamins concerts, hiking, and other activities

Check out was at noon which is really nice when trying to relax on a trip Overall, I would Totally book a stay here again

Connor N.

Well-maintained, fairly quiet rooms with super friendly front desk staff Some road noise does get through the windows and conversations can be heard through room doors, but activity is pretty rare during normal sleeping hours Hallways and stairwells occasionally smell of smoke, but to no fault of the hotel or their staff

Overall a great selection for an affordable and comfortable hotel near downtown Everett!

Great stay for local shopping – close to everything, including walking distance to restaurants Nice decor – surprised to walk into the room and immediately see a large sink in a furniture type vanity, but it was a practical option for bathroom sharing Room even had a desk, lounge chair with ottoman, fridge, and microwave

Breakfast buffet is included – cereals, breads, scrambled egg chunks with cheese, sausages, fresh waffles, grab-n-go danishes, juice, etc Pool isn’t open but spa is Overall a satisfying visit, and would stay again

Jeremy Adderley

We enjoyed the one night stay and how the front desk agent helped us in booking the room She even offered the rewards program, which knocked off about $20 the room after signing up We got a room with a jacuzzi in the room, and it looked and worked great

The price for the room is what got us to stay there My wife also prefers the brand name I booked directly with the hotel It may not be the best price, but I feel it’s better to go through the place directly

Strider Agostinelli

Not the worst hotel, but defiantly falling apart An average 25 star hotel overall

Staff is friendly and does their best to help 5 star staffThe lower rating is because of a few things:1) The pool and hot tub are under construction2) The room I initially got had some maintenance issues, such as the shower rod coming out of the wall ready to fall Honestly, I wouldn’t have expected the staff to notice it unless they were using the showers3) The quality of the amenities in the room is a little below what I expected

My family and I stayed here for a total of four nights We were very pleased with our room based on overall cleanliness, being on the first floor, and closeness to one of the hotel entrances Parking, WIFI and breakfast are included

They have a 24/7 front desk which was helpful when our key suddenly didn’t work- keep your hotel key away from your electronic devices The hotel is quiet even though it is conveniently located close to the 405 The hotel is also close to a few trails and a couple sports fields There’s also a gas station and quick food places in walking distance as it is accessible via the same driveway to the hotel I would stay here again

Reg D.

Very nice hotel, comfortable beds, great breakfast options, pool, hot tub, bar on the premises I did not have a chance to use fitness center or guest laundry but both are available Parking was adequate and I saw pets were allowed

Loved the hot fresh baked cookie snacks in the afternoon!! Very close to I-405 so the location was great for me This hotel is very quiet and it is in the area of the Bothell Business Park

We were moved here from our original hotel and it was a nice clean room and the staff were friendly We had a bit of an issue with the room but the morning staff had it all sorted out when I got there to inquire if we had to change rooms or not It was a little out of our way but nothing major

The beds were comfy, it was nice to have 2 separate rooms, but the place could use some updating – carpets, curtains, furniture The breakfast was a bit of a disappointment but the french toast was pretty good

Karissa Colledge

The room was very clean and had all the needed amenitiesBreakfast was really good although the staff started cleaning up all the food 30 minutes before breakfast was overThe pool was ok, it looked like it needed to be cleaned and the water was very cold

Overall the space was nice

C C

The hotel is generally well kept I was really surprised at the lack of housekeeping Four days and not one time did someone come to clean

My trash was overflowing and all throughout the halls bags of trash were left outside guests doors I am a very clean person but it would of been nice if someone came to empty the trashI stay here for work and thought I would try it out Don’t think I’ll be back next month

It’s a really nice hotel with friendly staff and a nice secure gated parking option The room was really amazing! The beds were super comfortable and everything was really clean The bathroom and shower was very clean! My only complaint is that the microwave in the lobby was dirty but that’s definitely not a deal breaker

The free coffee was really good! We will definitely stay here again

Tony Sherman

We were pleasantly surprised with our stay at the Delta Hotel in Everett The place was very clean, rooms were spacious, easy access to local freeway and majority of the staff was friendly They have a fairly nice breakfast buffet and nice little bar downstairs

The only negative was with Kelly, who was one of the staff who handled the breakfast buffet, was not very friendly I asked her for a to go coffee cup so I could take my coffee up to room and it was if I asked her for free breakfast for life! I saw her interact with other customers and all I can say is she should not be interacting with any customers Kelly aside, we had a nice stay and would definitely stay here again

hans lynch

Quite possibly the nicest hotel I’ve stayed in at this price point The interior of the hotel is simple but nice My room was excellent with a couch and sitting chair

Bed was super comfortable Overall very clean and spaciousThere is a restaurant/bar in the hotel which is above average Food is good and they have a reasonably good beer selection

I love Marriotts but previous reviews are correct…this is a pretty outdated hotel The wall paneling has fallen off the interior of the elevators and the thermostats are old school, yellow, hard to adjust ones We had two rooms, the exact same, and one had a microwave and the other didn’t

The fitness center was decent but missing two or three separate weights (15lbs and a few others)It was a clean hotel, though The key cards are the outdated insert ones that get demagnetized if you look at them funny (I got locked out three times) but I was told they would be updated to the tap style and digital key cards this month Staff are super super friendly though

Vanessa Diaz

Before anything, staff was polite and respectful They were the only good thing to this place The lobby is nice and new; the rooms are horrible!!! It is very used and aged

Look at the image of the chair! Our room faced the freeway and we got a so-called balcony All we saw was dirty chairs, stacked table, and trash in gutters The carpet had long white hairs all over itit was gross Now look at the glass door image, what is that? Is that a shatter from an object like a rock? Bullet? This room was a huge NO Plus, who allows a guest to stay in a room with 2 wasps nest in the balcony?!!!

Joshua L

Dated hotel Heard people all night long in their rooms No breakfast

Very expensive compared to other hotels in the area Room smelled of animal pee I only gave two stars cuz the pool was nice Front desk staff was very nice and switched me to a 2 queen room Won’t stay here again unless everything else is booked up All in all was disappointed for the $180 dollar price tag

Tulalip Resort is a wonderful place to stay for a few days or more You should spend more than just one day/night because it’s just not enough time to enjoy everything this resort has to offer The casino is the best in the area

I like to gamble and this casino is not only the nicest, but it has a bigger payout than I’ve experienced at other casinos The customer service is amazing at Tulalip The employees definitely go above and beyond to make your stay is a good one The pool is beautiful and so fun for the kids The gift shops are my favorite – from the designer purses and handbags, to the gorgeous jewelry, I own so many things from there!Oh! And the food! INCREDIBLE! There are so many different options, depending on what you’re hungry for Journey’s has the best Asian cuisine I recommend the Scallops and Sui Mai The pizza place has the best pizza I’ve ever eaten Ordered and made as you watch So many other restaurants to choose fromA+++++!

Everyone we encountered was very helpful and polite My guy and I, had breakfast on Monday at the Cedar Cafe The host said it will be a 45 minute wait

I was surprised at how long it would be because it did not look busy So what else do you do when the wait is that long Play the slots My guy sat with me while I played and within 10 minutes I won a couple hundred Of course I cashed out and at the same time our buzzer for our table went off, perfect timing We were seated, and the server was a nice young lady I got a bacon, ham, and mushroom omelette w/ hash brown and instead of toast I got a single pancake My guy got the chicken fried steak, no gravy because he doesn’t like the white gravy The omelette was very good and to me, it was a huge serving I only finished half We had coffee, orange juice and apple juice The morning started off fantastic and after breakfast, of course we hit the outlet and got lots of fabulous goodies 🙂 It was an amazingly wonderful day Can’t wait to go again!

Was in town for a concert and this hotel was close to the venue The hotel is nice and quiet Bed was comfy and the room was nice

My room had a mini coffee maker, hair dryer and a mini fridge They offer a really nice continental breakfast with plenty of options The coffee downstairs is much better than what is offered in the room There is also a local pub just next to the hotel and within walking distance which is great The staff was very friendly and welcoming Would gladly stay again

Billie Fremont (A Pretty Good Adventure)

Great location to catch the ferry the next day Good room, goid service and decent breakfast Only issue was ADA bathroom wouldn’t actually be accessible for a person with a walker or wheelchair

The bed was too close to the doorway which made it awkward This is where BW sometimes falls short at many locations, they do what they should but don’t quite understand the mechanics of how it works If you have a placard your parking space will be right out your window which is nice but I don’t so we had to park on the other side of the building My issue isn’t the obvious kind but I needed main floor and grab bars

Beautiful hotel! It’s unassuming from the outside but the inside is very elegant The views are showstopping and the amenities are some of the best I’ve seen Would have loved to bring that espresso machine in the suite home with me! I stayed in two different rooms, one was a queen & the other a corner king room

The queen was nice with french doors for a view of the seaside, regular percolator, and usual amenities at $230/night for week nights The corner king suite was literally the perfect get away with a kitchenette, espresso maker, dishes, a fireplace, stunning views, and a jacuzzi tub for 450/night weekend night Absolutely recommend & would love to visit again!

We stayed here on a Saturday night Very cool location, especially if you get a water viewIt is right next door to an Ivar’s restaurant and the Diamond Knot Brewing Company across the street

The Mukilteo Lighthouse and Lighthouse Park is a block awayOur room was clean and well appointed, we could watch the ferry traffic and have a good bay viewThere is covered parking and a good breakfast (typical of Silver Cloud) with good optionsWe’ll be back!

Chris Daigle

The Silver cloud Inn What a nice place to rest your head for the night or even a week I spent 3 nights there, in a corner room with water front views

We were close to the peer, so we watched people fish, and others just taking in the views The rooms are quite up to date, very nice and clean, nice big walk in shower They also offer a morning breakfast with you stay There is dining right next door to the inn, very good food also Sea food, steaks, and so much more The hotel lobby also has water front view There is a large gas fireplace to cossey up to They were in the process of getting a liquor license I hope they can get it done There is covered parking for your ride also Great handy cap access ability The working light house is just a short walking distance away Lots of good history there Put your car on the ferry and discover all that there is over there to see Its worth the time, great food, lots of shopping and antique shops

For the price and location you would expect better services at the restaurant and bar I was told to put on shoes today but for the last few days I visited the bar for drinks with no shoes If you have a policy it’s best to enforce it all the time not just when you choose to

The room smelled like mold which is why room service opens the window Last few days we were there when they cleaned Breakfast was OK not great but not bad either

Beds were too soft could not sleep on had to sleep on most uncomfortable couch ever My wife who likes a soft bed said it was too soft as well The room itself had been lightly cleaned but I use the word lightly ,lightly

Let me say that the food was amazing the wait staff and bar staff are incredible and the actual hotel staff were all extremely nice Being as it was a Hilton I expected the level of quality and cleanliness to be much higher than it actually was I have stayed in a lot of small side of the highway type cheap motels on road trips and such and this was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had renting a room ever I have brought this to the attention of the staff and it sounds as though the new house cleaning manager is going to make sure things are done at a much higher level of quality

The amenities and service at this hotel is top of the line! Friendly staff, spacious suite, decent sized pool, delicious continental breakfast and a great happy hour all make for a great spring break vacation! The Cascade restaurant located within the hotel have surprisingly good food with big servings and priced reasonably, great for families with young kids who are too tired to eat out after a long day of activities! This hotel is highly recommended!

We stayed here in May, 2022 and enjoyed our stay, however, when we checked in we were charged $7500 for incidentals, and were told it would drop off our card if it was not needed We had no incidentals and the charge did not drop off

I talked with the manager several times but he said he did not know how to remove the $7500 charge that it was up to my bank I ended up having to file a non-fraud dispute claim with my bank, which they took care of I was disappointed in the hotel manager’s lack of knowledge and willingness to take care of this incidental charge, which was not handled properly or professional

I stayed this past Saturday I have never been so disappointed in my life I felt like we checked onto a motel 6

The room was disgusting, there was blood on the wall in the bathroom Hair in the sheets, dog food and fruit snacks under the bed and big yellow stains on the pillows on one of the beds, torn shower curtain Their solution was to move rooms which we did The manager was no help He was like I will give you $25 back Worst customer service I have ever experienced I have photos and will up load if possible

This all suite hotel is in my top 5 places to stay The rooms are spacious and the kitchens well equipped My only complaint is the lack of an oven

The staff is friendly and accommodating, always willing to help with special requests Checkout is noon, which is an hour later than most other hotels providing a little extra time when needed

Generally a positive experience for the suite we reservedOn the plus side, the suite was clean and reasonably furnished The breakfast was hot and there was a good selection of offerings

There was also an electric vehicle charger and it was free to useOn the down side, our room wasn’t ready at check-in so we had to kill half an hour with a road weary toddler When we did get in, the dishwasher was running which isn’t normally an issue except it contained all the cutlery Not a great way to eat dinner (we spent more for the suite and expected cutlery)The EV charger was not intuitive at all For other users, go to the front desk and they’ll give you a code They should put a sign on the charger Although it’s free, it’s SLOW We plugged in all night and went from 18% charge to 82% (and that was 12+ hours) I felt bad monopolizing the charger but we needed the juice to get homeFinally, the pool towels are dreadful They are the size of dish towels It wouldn’t be so bad except the hotel doesn’t provide robes I’m a big guy (ex football player) and there was no way that towel was covering me (or anyone else) See the included photo – the pool towel is outlined in red and is sitting on the room towel for comparison The towels undermined the pool experienceAll things being said, it was a good try but we would probably stay somewhere else next time

We really enjoyed our stay at the Homewood Suites Great location by the Alderwood mall which has alot of food options and many stores Quick access to the 5 as well

Great breakfest as well The staff were very knowledgeable and polite We loved the room as well Would like to suggest they upgrade to more modern things in the rooms especially related to charging electronics

They had an after hours check in & we were checked in quickly We booked online and they had been waiting for us which was relievingThey had rooms downstairs for pets, we had an upstairs room

It was clean enough, the beds were comfortable They had cable TV, mini fridge, & a card table The bathtub -looked- dirty so I cleaned it with soap but thankfully nothing came off! Must just be stained that way Looked like a kid took a crayon to the sidesThe shower curtain liner was old The towels were soft thankfullyAll in all not a bad place to stay at all, I have seen so much worse Just not more than 3 stars, which isn’t a bad thing! The location was perfect, in walking distance to everything you need in town, coffee grocery Cafe etc The beach was a short drive away Also very very nice area, no litter or transient people [sadly in most cities there just is] great for a night walk, safe etcAlso the staff was great very kind, professional & helpful

Room was filthy Toilet had black inside the bowl Looked like mold

The shower was also dirty Left over soap and hair and also ring around the tub Sink was also disgusting You could see the sum Coffee pot was not cleaned, still drippings from the last pot made Sugar and dried creamer all over the tray with the complimentary coffee Door was obviously kicked in before Floor had grease stains and a piece of gum on the carpet It was a spacious room The bed covers had bleach marks and they were very worn/used When I took pictures and showed the housekeeper and manager they did nothing, at that time he was busy Butt he never came down to our room and spoke to us, we had to approach them again When I asked for the owners info, the manager got very hostile and refused to give me any info They did not try apologize, or accomadate us in any way I cleaned our room They also sat out in the yard next to all the rooms smoking and hanging out more than working Tried to post pictures, yes I took them and showed the house keeper in the office and the manager would not look at them

The room was spacious and clean The linen and furniture are dated, pillows were hard and bed was pretty firm though not terribly uncomfortable A few updates would go a long way to make this place really shine

The hotel is located across the street from a grocery store and next to a taco restaurant which has pretty tasty foodWhere we really had a problem with this place was the other people staying It seems that have have rented to long term folks and they seem to have decided that they can do whatever they want at all hours of the day and night The walls and ceiling/floors are extremely thin so you can hear everything that is going on They were quite intoxicated and loud which really ruined an otherwise peaceful place I will say that the hotel staff were very attentive to addressing the issues when they arose and extremely apologetic which I appreciated however this went on all night and into the next morning The second morning we were there there was more obnoxiousness from the same people and reprimanding from the hotel staff
