Receptionist were really nice and polite BUT there was a kitchen lady that’s was really rude at all times last Saturday I was waiting in line to make myself a waffle and when it was my turn she said “how many are u making there’s people waiting behind you” with a rude tone It felt that at times she was rushing us out When I was going to pour the waffle fix she took it from my hand without explanation

The room was clean but I was not happy after that incident happened

Whoever cleaned my room before my check-in did a terrible job I literally found a dried up piece of pie crust the size of a nickel stuck to a plate that had been put away as clean in the cabinets It was much too large for any competent person to have not noticed

Now I’m left me with the uneasy feeling that everything else in my room is probably just as dirty as that disgusting plateEDIT: The cleaning people here also need to be taught to knock on doors before just entering people’s rooms with their master key My door was opened twice by staff without any kind of warning beforehand

I was rather excited to stay at this location, specifically because of the convenience of the airport shuttle and that I got a decent price for a 3 star hotel All that changed when I called for shuttle service and said they stop at midnight Which is when my flight arrived

It didn’t state anywhere on the site that there was very limited hours of operation I had already booked the trip which was non refundable , so I was SOL for that unfortunately To make it more disappointing I got upstairs to my unit to settle in at 1am with two small kids and came to find out there are no linens in the closet like it stated for the pullout sofa Keep in mind I’m on the 4th floor, tired with two kids full of luggage and call the front desk to ask where the blanket and linens are She stated they were down stairs 😑 I asked if someone would be able to bring up and she said it wouldn’t be for another 20 mins I said forget and all of us sleep on the bed I entered the bathroom which looked like it wasn’t completely clean considering that there was toothpaste and splash marks from obviously someone brushing their teeth There were only two worn out towels to shower with , which there are 3 of us So another hassle and inconvenience The bathroom fan was so damn noisy I wouldn’t run it cuz it was so bad The bathroom was so mediocre I couldn’t imagine why this place was considered 3 stars? The tennis court was a nice perk but not worth all the other trouble

Stayed in really nice room with included full kitchen Loved the room and layout although bathroom single frame double door was a little strange The bed was comfy and appreciated the black out curtains

The room felt unique It was clean and stylishThe breakfast was okay, but thought there would be something other than paper plates and plastic cutlery for the price of the rooms A little bit more attention to detail on the breakfast with hot water and less packaging would be nice

Natasha Wright

Summary: Not great for a family of 4 Staff was super nice and helpful, but room faced car dealership and it was BRIGHT in the studio king room at night making it difficult for the family to sleepPros:- full kitchen, great for traveling with kids- nice staff- free (basic but good) breakfast- seemed pretty soundproof, didn’t hear neighbors- cleanCons:- super bright at night because of the lights outside, room really needs a light blocking curtain on the small window on couch side- bathroom doors, why the 2 mini door design with a crack so big in the center I can stare at someone on the bed while I pee?- got 2 random calls, one around 4am and one at 5am that woke everyone up (perhaps alarm from prior guest?)- no inside accessible stairs, really would have preferred to take the stairs vs waiting on slow elevator at the lobby

I stayed here for a month in early 2022 and regret it My main complaint is with housekeeping, who managed to block the toilet twice during my stay after trying to flush their disposable cleaning wipes When I reported this to reception the second time, I found the girl on reception to be disinterested and unhelpful

This was about 6pm, and she just made a note to send maintenance the next day, no urgency Of course, nobody came the next day and the toilet was still unusable when I got back from work, so I went to reception again and received exactly the same unhelpful response from the same person This was extremely frustrating, so I fixed the problem myself in the end Reception also requested that I specify the days that housekeeping clean the room (the default was every three days), but they did not attend on the days I requested and continued to come every three days The breakfast was also probably the lowest quality I’ve ever had at a hotel The room had clearly seen better days, and during my stay there were several problems due to minor water leaks in the kitchen and bathroom They fixed the leak in the kitchen, but the leak in the bathroom was still there when I left On the plus side, the bed was comfortable and the location close to the Flatirons mall was convenient, but I would not stay here again

Amazing service! The manager who helped check me out was super friendly She made sure to thank us for staying with them and made sure that everything with our stay was good and asked if they could make any improvements anywhere, which I had nothing to say since the stay was amazing The breakfast tacos they had for breakfast were delicious! Would definitely stay at this Element again

It’s rare these days to find a place that is truly hospitable and this location did amazing

Ila Chaney

Staff are excellent They are courteous and helpful, especially the manager; Sarah as well as Kelli and Jesse I enjoyed my stay

I used the pool and exercise room which were clean I used the outdoors gas grill to cook steaks and salmon The complementary breakfast was good I liked having a full refrigerator, microwave and stovetop in my room The room was large, but not the one I paid for When I informed Management, they resolved the problem Overall, Element Denver is great and I will be back

Marshall_Ak

The hotel is amazing! We had some issues with our bank clearing the amount of our stay upon arrival at 1:30am but they accommodated us and let us check in regardless Natalie is absolutely amazing she was willing to go above and beyond for us to make sure our stay here in Colorado was a pleasant one Give her a raise and or promotion or whatever because she is the definition of customer service

Thank you!

While the room was fine, nothing special, it was the staff that made this a 5 star stay When I was unexpectedly stranded at the Denver Airport, my daughter made me a reservation here I called the front desk for directions to their shuttle and Camilla N

was simply wonderful – she stayed on the phone with me until I found the right spot for pickup and called the Shuttle Driver to have him look for me Both shuttle drivers were very friendly and helpful The grab and go breakfast option for my early morning flight was great – lots of choices!

Alka Tiwari

The room size for suite is moderate, perfect location if you have to catch morning flights for Denver airport It’s situated in the area all filled with multiple hotels Tru by Hilton is also adjoined

Quite vicinity, perfect rest place before catching your next flight This location is around 40-50 min away from University area or any other residential/shopping area

Scott Hutchison

This hotel uses a shuttle without any markings for the hotel The dront desk didn’t tell me until I called a third time It took me two hours to go from the airport to the hotel

They close the kitchen over an hour early, so be prepared to eat at another hotel There is a couple hotel resteraunts fairly close by that are happy to serve you until their posted closing hours

Absolutely wonderful inn Stayed for a night and we’re very impressed by our experience The inn is incredibly beautiful, the courtyard is very well maintained, and everything is extremely clean, especially our room

It’s quaint and quiet, comfy beds and soft linens and pillows The staff was amazing, super sweet and caring Our check in took a total of one minute as they had our keys ready for us We had dinner at the pub and we were blown away! The food and atmosphere was incredible, got to dinner in time to catch the live music which was so neat to hear (Sundays only) Service was great, our waitress was so sweet The next morning, we had our breakfast and it was very filling and relaxing Check out was a breeze, but I just didn’t want to leave! Definitely recommend this place We’ll be coming back, the food is worth the 75 hour drive for us 🙂 Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Chad Killcreas

Wife and I just had an overnight stay and absolutely had an amazing experience Our room was immaculately clean and well prepared We thoroughly enjoyed the jacuzzi tub and especially liked the infused Epsom salts that were included!Like many others, we are parents and have found a hidden gem! We are already planning our next trip back to the Hilltop and hoping to experience the food and Happy Hour next time!We can both highly recommend the Hilltop for your next stay

Support local and ditch the chain hotels! You won’t regret it!

Mark Sturges

Oh my goodness! What a hidden Gem Coming from someone who spends 90 nights a year in hotel rooms, this place is spectacular All rooms are exterior corridor

The room (Exeter #11) was very large It had King bed, two sitting chairs near a triple window and a fireplace! Very spacious Small desk area Small bar sink with microwave and fridge Nice TV too Large bathtub with showerBut the best thing is there is an Irish Pub/Restaurant in the courtyard with great food and a huge line up of alcoholic beverages Once you are parked and settled in your room just walk over and have dinner and as many drinks as you want because your room is only steps away and no driving is necessary I really can’t express how nice this place is Highly recommend it!

We arrived at night to check in and there was nobody in the lobby to help us with the luggage We saw some dolly to carry the luggage and the person at the reception was pretty aloof and expected us to bring the dolly back too (it could be collected in the morning by appropriate personnel) The worst really though was our experience in getting a shuttle to the airport

The main reason we got this hotel was so that we could taking their shuttle to the airport in the morning When we asked at the counter the previous evening, the woman (more like a girl who didn’t seem to know anything) told us that they were completely booked for the morning slot we wanted and suggested going early (at 4 am) or much later for a 7 am flight In the morning, their receptionist Destiny was extremely helpful and kind and booked an Uber for the time we wanted to leave If not for her, we wouldn’t have known that this was a courtesy service available to guests staying at the hotel The same girl (not Destiny) also kept me on hold when I had called the reception desk to ask about the shuttles I had to hang up after waiting on the phone for 5-7 minutes and she was not even apologetic when she answered again One of the worst customer experiences in my entire life

Sean Culley

Jackhammering and heavy construction outside your window may begin promptly at 8:30 at this hotel—that was our experience I guess my plans to sleep in a bit today weren’t important It would have been too much to ask for at least a heads-up from the desk staff? And ten bucks for DIY parking in an ordinary surface lot in the middle of a field—the same parking that’s included in the room price at every other hotel in America

Worst experience I’ve had at a hotel in a very long time

Lauren B

Clean hotel and polite staff I paid for a Mountain View: Studio King, but we were given a full or queen room not facing the mountains A few maintenance issues- toilet would hardly flush and a corner or the bed frame broke or came apart in the morning while I was laying in bed watching tv

We were only staying one night and got in quite late, so did not bring up these issues to the front desk til upon checkout

My husband and I highly recommend this location We were long-term guests and all the wonderful staff including the Maintenance guy were always very friendly To be honest with anyone reading this; if you are looking for a short or long-term stay, look no further

We stayed as long-term guest for over 5 months and we always felt safe at this location The rooms were always clean and the grounds were always well-maintained All the staff at this location were just overly super amazing If you needed anything for your room, all the staff were happy to assistThank you to all Uptown Suites Staff at Westminster Thank you all for providing us with a positive stay experience with customer service excellence

Ron Francis

Facility was relatively clean, staff is friendly, and location is good However, the kitchenette contains no pans, utensils, or towels Despite the facility being in decent shape this decision by management will ensure we are never back as the reason we would opt for a room with kitchenette is the ability to cook meals

That cannot be done without the pots, pans, utensils, etc that every other long term facility provides

Kyle Eirich

I stayed at the Extended Stay down the street after I was transferred for work and had a TERRIBLE experience I decided to try Uptown I bought a month, but was very skeptical after my week at the Extended Stay

From the moment of check-in, I knew I picked the right place I checked in late, but Sandy was more than accommodating Unlike most places, she told me her name and asked for mine I felt so welcome The room looks just like the pictures, actually bigger than they look I love it! Any company looking for long term stays for their employees should put Uptown Suites at the top of the list!

Definitely worth the price! The rooms were super clean, spacious, comfy beds, full size bath, counter top range, microwave, fridge freezer The customer service is excellent! I can’t stress that enough So very kind, helpful, and always smiling

They let me stay in the lobby for hours after my stay and offered me snacks while I wait for my ride 10 stars! They even have movies, board games, and other items you can use Snack bar, free coffee The list goes on I definitely recommend! Thank you staff! You’re all awesome and much appreciated!

This hotel was pretty greatRooms are cleaned once a week, so you can relax a little more (as far as I see it) Towels and garbage pickup are easy to come by and the room was clean when we arrived

There is a Target and a good number of fast food and restaurant options very close Highway access is very nearby and ends up as a nice low-ish traffic, 30-40 minute drive to do things like museums, zoo, aquarium, or animal sanctuary Made the entire trip more scenic and comfortable than staying in the city to avoid easy driving

Feifan Wang

I don’t understand why the hotel has pretty nice rating on Google, but my experience in the hotel was not good The big issue was that the room was not clean There were flies in the room

There was big dirt on the couch Someone might pour soup or something like that on the couch I sat on the couch before I found the dirt It was gross The fridge and AC were super noisy I had to turn them off

Just spent 5 nights at this hotelPros – Bed was comfortable and staff was generally friendly Breakfast was as expected

Location is in a nice area with public transportation right across the street The price we paid was reasonableCons – This is an older hotel with maintenance issues For example, there are only 3 washing machines in the hotel and only one was working during my stay, so I had to wait for a machine The latch on one of the windows in our room was broken and a stick had been jammed in to hold it shut I also had to play with the latch on the room door to get it to close- The A/C in the room was the noisiest of any Residence Inn I have stayed at I was told at the front desk all the rooms are like this- We scheduled to have the room cleaned 2 days after checking in This was a no-show and we had to have it rescheduled for the following day The next day they came, but left one trash container unemptied- On the morning of checkout I attempted to pay a portion of my bill with a gift card (this was before I actually checked out) I was told that it was too late and my credit card had already been charged I found this rather odd, as I have used gift cards 4 different times this summer when checking out of hotels and never had a problem

Came into town from West Texas for our son’s 12U hockey tournament We have been traveling for 3 years and have never been more welcomed into a hotel than this place Both Max & Chris went above and beyond to help in any way that they could

Our kids were actually able to enjoy being kids and allowed to enjoy the amenities without being told to be quite every 3 seconds Chris made sure the hockey team had plenty to eat for breakfast after coming back from their morning games Max helped us serve a family meal for the team and made the entire stay very comfortable I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel for any sports team or anyone that like true customer service If we ever return as a team or family, this place would be were I’m staying!

Project Gore

I really like staying here it’s nice, the water pressure feels great on sore aching muscles There is a good verity of food for breakfast My only complaint is that the room when booking said high raised toilets which I was excited for because I have back problems

Not only is it not high raised but it’s lower than typical toilets So if you are elderly, have any kind of back, or leg pains you might struggle to get up from the toilet because there are no handle bars to help you up Other than that great hotel, friendly staff 😄

We cannot thank the staff enough for an absolutely wonderful stay We booked 9 rooms months in advance of our son’s wedding for 23 family members to stay together at the same hotel Our stay was perfect

A special thank you to John, Kathy, Michael, and Rebecca, at the front desk for ensuring our stay was perfect Please ask for one of these people if you need anything, as they do care about their guests The hotel grounds, amenities, and rooms are beautifully updated and clean The housekeepers were par with 5 star hotels; excellent beyond most hotels The breakfasts were tasty, however prepared, not fresh We were so pleasantly surprised with the rooms, the hotel grounds, and the friendliness of the staff We would definitely stay here anytime we are in townI would say one area of improvement would be communication with the GM I called twice and emailed twice over a 2 week period to ensure we would have a smooth check in for so many rooms and people It took 2 weeks for a reply, and did make me question my choice of hotels There were a few challenges with check in, however we were flexible and it worked out

Kiran Thatikonda

My family opts in for Residence inn basically for a kitchen and hot breakfast in the morning! The breakfast is highly disappointing with a no option whatsover for a vegetarian guests! Even the scrambled egg was not availableThe coffee tastes real bad with stale / expired creamerWe felt short of appreciated for being life time platinum guests, I requested for a bottle of complement water, to my biggest surprise, I was denied at the check in

I would highly recommend the Marriott guest service to watch for customer service happening here , otherwise this hotel is going to cause a serious dent to the whole brand of Residence Inn

Lisa McIntyre

Promised that the renovations would be complete, they were not Promised that grocery delivery would be available, it was not Promised a hot breakfast daily, was not available

There were multiple people who were permanent residents at the hotel that complained about noise of people staying for a few nights This is more like an apartment complex than a hotel Most of the staff were super great A few were a little obnoxious Not worth the price per night The rooms were outdated and had an odor Unfortunate

Extremely happy with the staff and help during our stay Everyone was friendly and made our stay pleasant Clark at the front desk went out of his way to accommodate us as we came in on a very early flight

He was also very professional and encouraging as he was training someone at the front desk The location was great We walked to the Shops at Northfield and enjoyed meals there ( I recommend Zen)The breakfast here is also the perfect startGreat place to stay!!

This Staybridge location in particular is hands-down one of the BEST hotels I’ve ever visited, period! Past visits here we’re always pleasant however this one reached new levels and set the bar even higherIt’s a bit on the pricey side compared to other well-known brands in the vicinity, however I would say that it is worth the additional cost, which is probably marginal at best When I arrived, I did not have a reservation – in fact I was in need of a little help due to some circumstances out of my control

The lady at the front desk initially said that there were no rooms available – it’s notable that I arrived 2 to 3 hours prior to standard check-in times However the lady was determined to find a way to help and after a few minutes prodding through the system, she was able to find a room that was clean and ready for early check-in, a small gesture that was very impactful to meThe rooms are always very clean and the staff is always courteous A breakfast is served every morning I think I enjoy this location as it’s never appeared to be overly crowded and parking is attainable with very little effort By the way, the laundry room is open 24 hours a day and is complimentary!! Who even does that? It’s the little things that go into guest appreciationI enjoy quite a few different hotel brands, but this one just topped my list I highly recommend the Stapleton location to any weary travelers who are in need of a little rest

We stayed at this location while on vacation The first night was a IHG rewards night After checking in we called the front desk and asked about extending our stay for a second night

We were told yes no problem My wife asked about payment and we were told we were good We woke up Sunday and went to do some exploring in the area we received a call from the hotel saying they wanted to know when we were going to check out They told us we had to come get our stuff So we dropped everything left in the middle of what we were doing and headed back to the hotel Once there we discovered the lady at the front desk didn’t write anything down and didn’t extend our stay The staff acted like it was our fault We went back to the room and the bedding was removed from the bed and all towels removed from the bathroom We called the front desk again and were told that housekeeping would be back shortly So we left the room went to do more exploring and when we came back late at night the bed wasn’t made and no towels We called the front desk and after an hour or so they brought down two towels Monday morning when we checked out the manager asked how our stay was I told him, he apologized and said the second night would be no charge When we got home from vacation the full charge was on my cc statement When I contacted IHG and told them of our experience they said it was up to the hotel itself Needless to say we’ll never stay at this location againBreakfast each morning was subpar and we ended up eating out

While the hotel certainly needs a facelift, I can say the customer service provided was far and beyond most places I have been Matthew at the front desk went absolutely above and beyond for my cousin and I during our stay and I sincerely wish every hotel I went to had their own Matthew Every other staff member we encountered was also excellent, from the service men to the breakfast attendant, everyone was helpful, pleasant, and genuinely wonderful to speak with

So, if you are looking for a 5-star luxury hotel, this is not your spot, however, if you are looking for comfortable accommodations with outstanding service, this is your place

This hotel is just gross Cigarette butts outside the room in the sidewalk, linen and trash cans sitting on the sidewalks Location is decent, walking distance to a up and coming area

We were awoken multiple times with loud people – walls are paper thin I would not stay here ever again and Marriott needs to shut it down and clean it up

I’m not one to write reviews but after becoming a marriott bonvoy member and staying at this hotel I feel compelled to do so The only reason this hotel is getting two stars is because the room was okay and the employee working breakfast was friendly Other than that, my wife and I were glad we didn’t have to spend too much time at the hotel

Upon check in we were asked if we would like to receive housekeeping services every other day We said yes We stayed five days and did not have our room cleaned once After asking for housekeeping again on our third day we were told that we could put our dirty towels in a bin and bring new towels to our room I did not pay $922 for a 5 day stay to do what I could do at home We also ran out of body wash which we had to ask for more at the front desk Although the breakfast was complimentary, it was nothing to write home about We stuck to prepackaged cereal and stale muffins The coffee was decent Anytime we asked the staff questions about housekeeping etc They didn’t seem to know how to help us Unfortunately, we will not be returning to this hotel We are hoping for better Marriott experiences in the future

My stay was for 2 weeks I let them know at the front desk on my third day there, that there was a problem with the bedroom ac unit At first it was keeping the room pretty cool, but making a very loud noise when shutting off

Enough to wake a person asleep Nobody came for the repair About 4-5 days later, the living room ac unit had a clean filter light come on So I took the opportunity to let them know of that issue, and remind them of the bedroom ac unit, which was steadily getting worse, and blowing less cool at this point Well, neither was fix for my complete stay Upon checkout, I had to lug all of my belongings from the 4th floor to my car They only had one cart, which is ridiculous for that size hotel, and it was being occupied by someone needing it for multiple trips I had to go, so I didn’t have time to wait on the one cart to be freed up I left tips for the housekeeping crew, but really felt they were less than great, maybe fair is appropriate There are lots of restaurants and shopping available in the area for your enjoyment The room was nice, and had a stove, which isn’t very common at all for these hotels Stove top yes, but oven not so much

Overall, for the price this hotel has anywhere else beat, and is a great value The staff were lovely, and our 2 bedroom room overall was nice Definitely outdated building/rooms, was a bit musty

Our shower did not drain, and on Sunday the hot water did not work The gym is pretty basic: just dumbbells, two treadmills, and two benches Breakfast was not the greatest, but again: for the price per night, this is still a steal

Iggy Nelix

Suites were well equipped with a kitchenette and many dishes, mugs, pots, etc Extra sheets for couch Showers include dispensers for shampoo, conditioner, body wash

However, the room smelled of animals and stale cigarettes, opened the window and kept the fan running while I was in the room Housekeeping never visited in my week stay Big closets with shelving, No safes in rooms Desk space to workBreakfast was nice with mini quiche and breakfast biscuits, waffles, etc To my surprise, Oat milk was available Staff were pleasant Prepackaged Ala-carte items were also available in the lobbyThe adjacent property is under construction, which makes the entrance hard to spot and caused the parking lot to be a bit of a mess, although ample parking was still available There is a mall within walking distance, and a golf course, but not much else without a car Halfway between Boulder and Denver

This is a clean and rather newer property Rooms are well appointed and rooms are clean There’s a free breakfast which is nice

Good gym with indoor pool and hot tub Nice location that’s walkable to bars/restaurants in outdoor mall Only negative was my friend’s catalytic converter got stolen in the parking lot One must feel safe when parking at a hotel they’re staying and the fact that this happened with good lighting means that the security clearly needs an upgrade, if it was present at all Not what I would expect from a Hilton property so quite disappointed That’s the reason for downgrade in stars Hotel staff was friendly

Jennifer Romero

The rooms were great Plenty of space and clean Rooms were a bit noisy

Breakfast didn’t have great options The pool and hot tub very disappointing especially if your staying with kids that want to swim The pool was so cold the kids couldn’t tolerate it Front desk said they have to keep it between 60-70 degrees which isn’t even room temp The hot tub had brown water Front desk said maybe it was over chlorinated but it actually smelled awful like dirty water

Awesome spot to stay, 10 out of 10 They gave us a complimentary welcome drink, which was such a nice touch Had coffee available all day

The atrium is just absolutely gorgeous with plants, water features, string lights, and a barRooms were super comfy and the soaking tub was really relaxing I would come here again and again if I couldMy only suggestion to improve this hotel would be to offer more vegan options They need an oat milk or soy milk with the coffee station

Kalani Fogleman

We stayed here for New Year’s Eve for something different We were beyond impressed For barely $200, we had a huge, beautiful room

Huge comfortable bed, huge tub and bathroom, with a huge shower The restaurant didn’t expect so many people so was a little short staffed but they were pleasant and the food was great Quiet Whoever designed this hotel knew what they were doing! The front desk staff were welcoming and excellent Breakfast the next morning had omelets, cereal, pastries, sausage, bacon, waffles and was included in the room I have no idea why anyone would stay anywhere else when flying into Denver- I don’t know how the hotels near Woolley’s stay in business The prices are excellent for what you get Stay here and you won’t regret it, and I bet you will keep returning We will!

Every Employee in engaged with loves their job The food was amazing The room exceeded expectations

This was the second time I stayed here and I’m blown away at how incredible every detail was We all know since covid everything is just a little less and it’s just the way it is But to see a hospitality company exceed all expectations is rare and all most bring tears to my eyes I will be back Thank you to all the staff for making my stay special

Hotel served its need, as it was clean, open spaced and near airport with shuttle All employees were super nice Disappointed in the breakfast & evening happy hour (very small choices); and bathroom sink it terribly designed (not the hotel’s fault)

Sink counter is extremely high and sink too far from front of counter One has to stand on toes and lean fully forward in order to use the sink itself properly – can’t see how shorter people or families with kids can use it w/o standing on a chair

Sameer Shroff

Very nice hotel Very good breakfast Great rooms, up to date, great tvs, spacious ,sleeping for 6 in our 1 bedroom suite

Minor issue is they only have evening reception on Wednesday now

Marcos “General UNO Man” Martinez

I had a reservation set by my company and i payed incidental A one time fee and the company would pay the rest I was charged daily until i froze my card and had to text my team lead and bank

No apology, no details on how it was mixed up If your company makes a reservation, based on my leads advice, you do not pay incidental or fees Not the best place but its doable

We stayed at this property for a vacation and had a wonderful time The apartment was spacious, clean, and in a nice location in the city The pool was on the smaller side, but workable

It was all 4ft deep except for a neat area that was 1ft deep with lounge chairs in the water The gas grills were clean, and the outdoor gas fire pits were great! There was a really nicely appointed gym on the property, and even a Starbucks coffee/cocoa machine outside of our room The facility was pretty quiet— though on weekend days you could hear people by the pool (our room looked out over the pool) Parking was in a secure underground garage We had a small issue with the air conditioning, and they came out on a holiday to fix it and also bring us a portable unit in case we needed it Superb service— we would stay with the Kasa brand again

Victoria Eddy

We had a wonderful experience with Kasa Denver This was a perfect location in the city and we were able to get around to the fun places downtown within a 10-15 min walk This is right across the street from a park so there was lots of people out and about walking their dogs

We felt very safe in this location Our room was very clean and nice Large king size bed, one TV in the living room and one in the bedroom Large bathroom and the kitchen was a good size too They had a dishwasher and a washer and dryer in the unit as well The customer service was excellent here Anytime we called they answered and helped us within minutes Our garage door opener didn’t work the first time and we got a new one from the property manager not even 5 minutes later I would suggest taking the key pass that is on the lanyard with you when you leave so you don’t have to deal with the key pass code entering the building or in the elevator It was much quicker that way and we could enter from any part of the building then The only thing I would say could improve is how dry the room was The sheets were very staticky and dry so we popped them back in the dryer with a lot of dryer sheets and that helped Overall excellent experience and would stay here again as well as recommend others staying here

Julie Lee

I stayed here for three weeks while my daughter attended a treatment facility It was a little pricier than other places we could have stayed, and was a little bit further of a drive, but it worked out great for several reasons It had a cool vibe, I felt a bit like a local staying here

Close to the park, walking distance of grocery and restaurants etc It was comfortable, the bed was comfy, it had a pretty decent kitchen, and good closet and bathroom storage as well as washer and dryer We enjoyed the pleasant view of the mountains and pool from our terrace My daughter loved seeing all of the friendly dogs and tenants each time we got on the elevator or went to grab a Starbucks coffee or coco from the free dispenser on our floor While getting the feel of being a local was cool, remember it is not a hotel with daily cleaning or refills on dish detergent or garbage bags etc Each time I needed help with something I was able to text Kasa and get almost an immediate and friendly answer Thanks Kasa!

My husband and I recently stayed here after having the worst experience at another hotel the previous evening When we called Staybridge and spoke with Yvette, she was extremely helpful and patient as we explained our situation We were needing a hotel for the remainder of our 9 day trip and we needed a room as soon as possible

Yvette did not hesitate to speak to her manager and they were able to book a room for us immediately They even offered for us to check in early as we were unable to even shower at the previous hotel we were atAs soon as we arrived, we were greeted by Yvette and she was beyond helpful The lobby area was extremely clean and welcoming and we were so happy we were able to book a room here without any notice Our room was perfect for the two of us It was sparkling clean and had more amenities than we even needed for our trip All staff members we interacted with were so nice and always asked if we needed anythingThis hotel will be our new “go to” when visiting CO! We had a wonderful experience and can’t thank the staff enough for being so accommodating on such short notice!

Trini Chan

I stayed at the Staybridge for a wedding and they were very accommodating The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable This place is also walking distance for the outlet malls, Raising Canes, and In N Out

My fiance left his suit in the hotel room and we didn’t realize until a week later Devon and Nick were so helpful with helping us find it I highly recommend!!

Amanda Johnson

My family and I had the privilege of staying here on our trip! The room was clean and spacious enough to accommodate my husband and I, our 7 year old, and our 2 year old twins surprisingly comfortablyCustomer service was excellent and willing to help with anything we needed Check in/check out was a breeze, and anyone who has young kids knows the importance of everything going quickly and smoothly! Will definitely be staying here again on our next trip!
