My bf and I came to town for the reggae festival and we’re very pleased with our stay at the revival The decor and atmosphere were on point and very homey/comfortable We ate at the rooftop restaurant which was phenomenal, had some coffee at the cafe, and were blown away by the speakeasy

The room was spacious and comfortable The bathroom had a privacy space with the toilet and shower which is always a perk We loved the valet service (thanks Walter!) The security was also a comfort (room key to enter after hours and to go to certain levels of the hotel)We will be returning and highly recommend

We have stayed at many hotels in Baltimore while visiting family and Hotel Revival is one of the best It is a gem of a hotel The historic building has been beautifully updated and decorated

The room was clean and spacious and the bed comfortable The room was very quiet and had a lovely view of the Washington Monument and park We had an amazing meal at Topside But what sets the hotel apart from others is their top notch staff – concierge, valet, housekeeper, bartender, waitstaff – everyone was so friendly and helpful We could not have had a better stay! Thanks Hotel Revival

This hotel was probably the best hotel stay I have had in recent memory You can clearly tell that whoever redesigned this hotel put extensive thought into every single detail from the lobby to the restaurant, bar, and the beautiful rooms The rooms here are absolutely massive, and I was surprised to find pour over coffee I the hotel room and some really nice teas

The bathroom was also huge, and the toiletries were great Everything was clean, and the room was pretty quiet at night I loved all the details in the room including the carpet, bedding, lighting, furniture — everything Even the restaurant space and the speakeasy had so many intricate details I 100% plan on staying here again if we find ourselves back in Baltimore

Best hotel I have ever stayed in! Friendly and upbeat staff Even the manager was really nice She freaked out when I showed her pictures of the hotel 11 minutes away at Howard Johnson’s

That place was a nightmare! Anyway, at Hyatt Place, my room 512 was very clean and well decorated Everything worked It smelled great and the bed was comfortable I was well rested and was able to check out at 1pm with no problem Definitely recommend 🙂

If I could give it a zero rating that’s what they would get Not sure why I was booked here instead of Marriott (both are the same price per night) The rooms are small, very dirty – the room I was originally booked in was the dirtiest room I’ve ever seen!! Carpet was stained

burn Mark’s all over the carpet the bathroom still had used soap and wet rags from the previous guests Asked to move my room and got another one on a different floor that was a little better the girl who handled my check in and room change was VERY NICE!! The free breakfast is just that it was warm to cool have to walk all over just to make coffee I will insist on Marriott next time

Natania M.

This hotel is not bad Unfortunately I do not think it lives up to the Hyatt name In general the room appears to be nice, but the bathrooms and the pool area could use some updating

The breakfast bar was okay but the selections were minimal They serve Starbucks coffee but the staff doesn’t seem like they know how to make it properly I asked for a regular coffee and then they asked me how much espresso shots I wanted… I am also positive I left with bed bug bites the next day I made sure i washed everything I took there when I got home I expected an exceptional experience instead got a mediocre one

The good: It is a beautiful location and an awesome value Room was clean and nicely appointed with more electrical outlets than any hotel room that I’ve stayed in recently Bathroom was very clean

Nice balcony/patio with chairs and table Room was quiet and no bad smellsThe bad: The furnishings are a bit dated, the tv was tiny, and the mattress was sad I could see the depressions of every guest who stayed here in the past No kiddingConclusion: I would definitely stay here again

Dave Methvin

We stayed in the Octagon, a beautiful old building with charm and spacious rooms The staff was friendly and helpful Although breakfast was included with our room rate, the food was not good

On weekends there’s a meager continental breakfast with onion bagels and chalky pastries During the week there is a “hot” breakfast that adds prefab scrambled eggs and dry breakfast meats

Noah McLaughlin

Great place with a very friendly front desk! Always smiles to make you feel welcomed back! At one point we needed some extra towels so we asked them, and they informed us they were fully booked at the time and doing their best to receive and clean towels from rooms and would get us them as soon as possible They got them to us in time, which we never expected but they did and I was very grateful! The employees really care about their job and the people who stay there

Susan Reynolds

Staff during breakfast were top notch! They were very kind/courteous and made sure that everyone and everything was clean and sanitized for the guestsNewly renovated rooms were gorgeous! Great job updating them However, the only bad thing was that we were there for a week and thought our rooms would be peeked in on (to empty trash or give us fresh towels or more toilet paper, etc

I know with the new Covid protocols that they may not do so regularly, but thought maybe at least once during a week-long stay would have been nice We had to ask for clean towels (since ours would not dry from showering), more soap/shampoo, and toilet paperOne evening, we came back to the room and found that our window and sheers were opened (making the room really muggy), but the room was not refreshed We were confused why someone would come into our room and open our sheers and window Nothing was taken Went to tell the Front Office Manager at the time, but she didn’t have an explanation and seemed to shrug it off It was a little unnerving

D “Foodie Fanatic” Skillet

Very clean and efficient The shower was clean and the workout room was very functional I loved the service from the customer service respresentative

The continental breakfast was even better than all other places I have been to I was thoroughly impressed by the professionalism and the cleanliness of this hotel I will definitely be back!

I just left this hotel this morning I stayed overnight because I attended a wedding nearby I chatted for an early check-in and that is when the 5 star service begins

Although i did not arrive early due to traffic, my room was ready I stay at a lot of Marriott properties as an Ambassador Elite Traveler and this place is top notch The room was pristine from the kitchen to both bathrooms The bedding was lush and the towels were thick, bright and white I didn’t eat breakfast but I grabbed coffee and sausage on the way out Both were vey high quality Keep it up This franchisee has high standards!

This is my favorite hotel near the Baltimore Harbor for family trips My family goes about once a year for part of my kids spring break I am always able to find a great rate for a good size room with small kitchen and living room

I had a 2 bedroom suite during my last stay and it was great! The size was perfect for my family of 4 with extra space if we wanted to bring others The customer service is always great I really love that its not right on the Inner Harbor, but only one block away with convenient options all around The only down fall during my last visit was the valet They seemed to have a really hard time keeping the cars straight at checking The hotel was crowded and traffic was backed up for an Orioles game It was hard to watch and wait, as we waited about 30-45 min to get to the valet Also at checkout, my car smelled of smoke I will probably park somewhere else during my next stay

Ryanne Brown

Very nice hotel with wonderful staff We felt safe knowing you needed a room key to get into the hotel, as well as, one to get into the elevator The valet parking is nice since parking is expensive

We were able to walk pretty much everywhere we wanted/needed- the aquarium is about 7 min away, the port discovery children’s museum is about 12 min away There as tons of restaurants nearby If you don’t enjoy the provided hot breakfast (which was very good) there is a Dunkin Donuts right next door and a Starbucks 3 blocks away It’s a dog friendly hotel ($100 non refundable cleaning fee) and there is a very nice plaza about 3 blocks away to walk your dogs The rooms are simple, but comfortable We got a one-room suite which had a queen bed with a kitchenette/living room area The rooms are very nicely sound-proofed, as we had some loud neighbors that could only be heard if you stepped outside the door The bed had a firm mattress with crisp, clean sheets and an array of different pillows and both rooms had great blackout curtains Overall, we had a wonderful 2 night stay and would definitely stay here if we ever find ourselves in Baltimore again

Kate Mackay

Let me start by saying the staff is BEYOND AMAZING! So friendly, caring, and attentiveWe got a two bedroom suite, fully stocked with towels, air conditioning worked well, beds were comfy, living area with the kitchen was spaciousThe bar downstairs had really yummy food

The loaded fries, burgers, and chicken were tasty The Bartender was very friendlyThe hotel itself is close to Mercy Hospital so even on the 14th floor we heard sirens throughout the night Nothing terribly disturbing and not the fault of the hotelI’d recommend this hotel to anyone in the Baltimore area

My husband and I visited Inner Harbor for our anniversary and stayed at Springhill Suites Inner Harbor It was a lovely trip! Alison Hopkins, the general manager, was at the front desk when we checked in and was not only super friendly, but when she found out we were there for our anniversary, immediately offered to upgrade our room to a larger suite The room was quite spacious – living room area that included a desk, large bathroom with separate water closet, and nice bedroom

The bed/pillows/blankets were comfy, and the room clean NOTE – they don’t do housekeeping service everyday but will if you ask (and they let you know this at check in) This wasn’t an issue for us as we were only there Friday to SundayThey offer hot and cold breakfast (scrambled eggs, eggs/ham breakfast sandwiches, fruit, waffles, English muffins, sausage, cereal, oatmeal, juice, coffee, etc) Standard hotel breakfast quality – not gourmet, but tasty enough to get the say startedThe hotel was a short walk to the harbor – just a few blocks – so the location was perfect The rooms aren’t exactly noise cancelling so we did hear our neighbors a few times and the street noise; otherwise, we had no complaints and would book another stay there if we are back in the area

Kasha Leese

I came to this hotel as a single adult for a music festival They put me on the first floor directly across from the dining hall The walls are very thin and I was woken up at 7 a

m by screaming children outside of the dining hall on a Saturday I got 4 hours of sleep at best I called and was told they were fully booked and could not give me another room I then had to book a room at the Marriott for $400 just to get another 2 hours of sleep (so the night in total was about $600) I told them as I was leaving to make sure the room was changed to a higher floor as my friend would be arriving later in the day Instead of doing this, they just cancelled the room entirely, leaving her to waste time trying to request a new room Please do not waste your time and money here Best to just book with the Marriott to begin with

George Basily

Mediocre experience at best at this hotel The room was clean and spacious (we got a suite) however, it was not taken care of and felt really oldThe windows of the rooms were not clean (and from the looks if it, no one has tried cleaning these in awhile)

The shower doors were broken and when when I called the front desk,I was told that they can do nothing about itThe service at this hotel was also a hit or miss The front desk and guest services were not communicating at all I asked for housekeeping through the app and it was marked complete but it never happened I had to call and make sure both departments are on the same page for the day after Same thing happened with ordering something else from the front desk It looks like at night the manager is solo so he can’t keep up with an entire hotel on his ownThe breakfast food was good and I enjoyed it There a was a variety of options and they were all fresh There is always coffee and water at the entrance so that was very nice to haveOverall, I’d probably be hesitant to stay here again without management stepping up their game

My new bride made reservations for this trip, as such, the room was not under my last name There was no social hour, breakfast, snack, or beverage offered purportedly due to covid It appeared that the dining space was significantly reduced due to the fact that the back deck for outdoor dining was condemned

There were multiple signs of neglect in the interior and exterior of the building This building has potential, but will take some work It would not have a bad experience for a $55 stay, but extremely disappointing for the price paid

KH Yoga Education

They are not ADA compliant I was turned away at the door due to my disability after a confirmed reservation in my husband’s name If you’re a person traveling with a disability, stay away from this place

They won’t treat you like a person I can’t speak to the inside of the room, I never made it But I highly recommend finding an alternative place to stay, anywhere else I normally only write about positive experiences, but I would never want someone else to be stranded They don’t want disabled money They will turn you away with an empty parking lot and little other revenue coming in

ilene levin

This is the worst place to stay They have no amenities They claim to have a sheep farm but that is a total lie

The place is completely run down and has not been taken care of They do not have a kitchen The patio doors do not lock and the patios are filthy with leaves, cobwebs, bugs, etc They also claim to provide a breakfast When we checked in, they gave us a small lunch bag with two store bought muffins, individual oatmeal packets and pretzels that they clearly bought from the grocery store They have a no refund policy for a reason because when you check-in, you want to leave right away

This hotel is really the best in the area The rooms are very clean and spacious and the staff is amazing! Clifton is the best and every time I stay here he always greats everyone who comes through the door and is so kind! He helped me with a small issue with my room without hesitation; you could tell he really cared to make sure I was happy and comfortable I made the mistake of booking too late a few weeks back and had a horrible experience at a hotel not far from this one so I am so happy to be back and I definitely learned my lesson and will make sure I always stay here! Definitely recommend this hotel!

We visit this location for a wedding this past Friday and loved it The food was great, the servers were amazing, and the view was breath taking One of the best parts of the evening for my fiance and me was chatting with a bar tender named Mark

He was very socialable and made the best drinks! He even went out of the way to make us a special drink we had never heard of Best drinks ever I hope to make it for us, as he gave step by step instructions to make it So if you are ever hear and want to try a great drink, Mark is your guy Thanks for a wonderful even Four Seasons!

I was married at the Four Seasons at Baltimore in September 2012 I continued to frequent the hotel 1 to 3 times a year, spending thousands of dollars each visit I have spent over $100,000 dollars at this hotel since 2012

On August 13, 2022 I did damage their “$4,000” TV I was told that I should pay to replace the TV We settled on $60000 dollars, after significant negotiations I can’t shake the sadness I feel with the result It feels very unfair I realize may have damaged the TV but I also know how much value Ive brought this company year over year I’m sad because it will be hard for me to come back to any Four Seasons hotel that puts profit above relationships I am fairly young in my vacation life with at least 40 years left of amazing opportunity That said, sadly it will not include the Four Seasons

Michele P

As expected, the hotel room (Lighthouse Suite 1511), the location, the concierge, spa, in-room & valet services were top notch The online booking process as well as navigating the app for quick chats with concierge (Thanks Michael for the flowers delivery & birthday cake!) were key to the experience which was to celebrate my partner’s birthday All of the staff including Damien were friendly & helpful, plus Moses was able to direct me to a barbershop app for a much needed haircut

Also, I’d like to thank the spa manager who mitigated a slight moment of displeasure when we were unable to take full benefit of all the spa services after a VIP couples appointment He assured us of access for the remainder of our stay, provided birthday champagne & truffle chocolates as well as entertainment ideas during our stay I also want to add a special mention of Ryan and Jasmine who performed our massages – absolutely outstanding, relaxing experience for us both Our room was impeccably cleaned, had great flow & views (bonus in earshot of concerts below), as well as comfortable bedding Lastly, we patronized both the Azumi & Bygone restaurants which also did not disappoint Dinner at Azumi was fabulous & the brunch buffet on Sunday at Bygone was an equally delicious feast & the perfect end to a thoroughly enjoyable getaway

Pretty good! The layout of our King/pullout room was railroaded, so kids had to walk through our room to go to the bathroom in the night, but it was great for a blended family w 2 teens to have a space that divided into two rooms Staff were accommodating and the bed was comfortable Breakfast was very good and the location was great for walking to the aquarium

The historical building is charming, though expect to hear city noise overnight per other reviews Thanks for the solid stay!

Great Hotel in the heart of Inner Harbor, Baltimore, MD Able to walk to everything-great for families visiting places like Port Discovery children’s museum, Aquarium, Ships, and Science Museum! They offer an amazing breakfast every morning (eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, cereal, etc) They offer heavy appetizers every evening such as Spaghetti with sauce, fajitas, meatballs, popcorn, etc from 5:30-7(goes over 7pm if busy)

Saves on meals! Spacious rooms, 2 queenbeds with couch, apt size refrigerator with freezer and ice maker, comfy beds, kitchenette stocked with dishes, silverware Extremely nice staff, and very clean Will definitely be returning back the next time we visit as they continue to completely revitalize the harbor back to its old self!

Stacey Mac

The staff is very friendly and the location is convenient to get to all the Baltimore attractions Antonio works very hard in the breakfast area to keep everything well stocked in the buffet area Our bed was comfy and the kitchen area was nice

I wish the room was a bit bigger to have a chair or couch to sit on, but we made ourselves comfortable in the common areas around the building instead Would recommend and stay again!

My stay at Wilson House B&B was three years in the making, but more than worth the wait I enjoy old charm and turn of the century hotels and houses I had found Wilson House while viewing the Baltimore 10-Miler race start/finish and route

It is perfectly central to the light-rail line serving BWI and Amtrak station, eateries near the art college campus, local eateries down the street, and Druid Hill Park – the race start/finish I stayed two nights Clelia is a delightful, dutiful host Wonderful stories to share, enjoys talking about the multitudes of collections of all sorts of things throughout the house: artwork, international treasures, her husband’s (Guy’s) challenge coins and military (mostly nautical) models, and more She is also a wonderful cook The table setting in the morning, I felt like I was English royalty preparing for tea The evening wine and cheese time was pleasant, relaxing, and a wonderful opportunity to meet other guests Guy was not home during my stay Perhaps another time I am not posting pictures because you need to see it all first hand for yourself My room was the Purple Room A private room with private bath 3rd floor Lots of steps as there are with old, tall homes Window A/C units in each of the bath and bedroom Bedroom closet is a large walk-in with a sitting table should you need to sit down to put on makeup or get ready The shower head is an adjustable wand with multiple settings If the water pressure is weak, turn the head and you’ll be fine Enjoy your stay!

Miss Lapid

Enjoyed my very first ever B&B experience!Guy and Clelia are such wonderful hosts Their house is immaculately clean and filled with amazing items Guy collected through the yearsThe Victorian architecture is complemented by good solid furnishings and modern conveniences

I am so impressed that I already booked another night!

Was recently looking for a hotel to stay in Hunt Valley for an upcoming wedding I forgot to write a review about my stay here last year! Wedding was Saturday afternoon, I called on Friday to see if I could check in early… was told it would not be a problem Called back on Saturday was told the room would be ready early for us

We arrived at the hotel was told the room was not ready, suites could not have an early check in THE MANAGER CALLED THE COPS ON ME!! She could not handle the problem her staff created Other people in the lobby had to wait over one hour to get a new key for their room This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced Even almost a year later this still makes no sense to me If you are staying here for a wedding Good Luck When coming back to the hotel after the wedding it reeked of marijuana Maybe the Manager should have taken a puff

The staff is helpful and kind and it goes a long way I stayed here 7 years ago and then again this past weekend There was a renovation and they did a great job

Breakfast was not good Lol But there are plenty of options in the area Even with bad breakfast options, the building, staff and amenities deserve 5 stars

It’s a nice hotel But I’m not sure about the price It originally advertised a hot tub, that’s since been filled in

They also advertised a pool and on site laundry services, they have been closed IndefinitelyThe only issue I can find with the rooms, are the air conditioning units They’re built into the wall right in front of the bed, blowing directly on to you A bad thing if you have allergies

Great place! Definitely worth the price, kind reception, good breakfasts, and pretty clean place No fault of the hotel – but woken in the middle of the night many times to loud cars in the parking and screaming in the hallways I wish the hotel handled that better and also the people who sit/sleep in their cars in the parking lot? They can be a little frightening when you are trying to get home late or leave early

The previous reviews of this hotel must have been paid testimonials, because overall, this was by far the WORST hotel experience I have ever paid for I will NEVER stay at this hotel again, and I recommend that others looking for a more affordable option stick to Holiday Inn At least they give you the basics

I felt like I had just moved into a college dorm room completely unprepared, with nothing but my suitcaseThe Sonesta ES Suites in Columbia Baltimore was very run down The rooms look amazing online, but they are nothing like that in person The least they could have done was ensure the room was cleaned properly But with trash left between the nightstand and bed, missing bar soap and sofa cushions, spotty hot water, and no cable access, it was not up the standards I expect from a hotel The internet is so bad, I had to go to Starbucks everyday to finish my work I would’ve been better off staying at an AirBnB that had no amenities I assumed that a pet friendly hotel would put more effort into cleaning My room smelled like wet dog all 3 weeks I was there I had to light a candle everyday to try to mask the smell There is also no access ice, water or any type of vending There was a water dispenser in the gym, but to be honest, I’m not sure if it was filtered It looked like they had a snack shop at the front desk, but with all the mess behind the counter, I couldn’t really tell if they were selling the snacks, or if they were for the staffThe front desk staff members are very unhelpful and have terrible customer service skills They act like they hate their jobs and doing anything to assist you is a huge inconvenience The manager I spoke with wasn’t friendly and instead of fixing the issues in the room I was given, just put me in another room that had just as many, if not more, issues than my original room The walls are EXTREMELY thin, so much so that you can hear someone sneeze not to mention entire phone conversations The laundry facilities are trash, so you’d be better off washing your clothes in the sink And breakfast was hit or miss I suppose it’s a good option if you want free food, but if you don’t like microwaved eggs and sausage, just use the in-room kitchen to make better food It may take 30 minutes to boil water on the tiny hot plate, but it’s an option I would give zero stars if I could

The first night, we couldn’t get served in the bar due to apparent staffing shortage while the hotel was busy The bartender was not just busy, he was rude When we finally got seated for dinner, the server was great but a steak came out cold

There was so much noise both nights we couldn’t sleep The in room coffee maker was broken There is no service to help take bags to the rooms and luggage dollies are sparse The decor is extremely dated I could handle one of these things but the combination is atrocious I feel sorry for the staff Our room was $400 for two nights I had plenty of towels and the bed was comfortable, although the noise level was prohibitive of actual sleep The second night we tried to order room service; Door Dash was faster The facilities were clean

This was a beautiful structure and clearly was top notch maybe in the 90’s , however with all the amenities this place can still hold its own The bar and restaurant was absolutely amazing and the food was really good The parking area was plentiful and the pool was clean

My wife took advantage of the spa while I spent time killing ants back in the room on the 5th floor for the remainder of our stay Everything else was fine from the kitchen to the enormous bathroom with his and her sink I was kinda upset when I noticed a couple ants running across my dashboard upon leaving out stay-cation

Ian Weibel

This is such a beautiful facility and far enough outside Baltimore and Washington DC to avoid traffic I didn’t golf, but wanted to very badly The hotel staff from check in and for all our meals all week were amazing

They were always ready to answer any question and very responsive The room had everything I wanted in it, was very clean and the water pressure is great My only suggestion is get a room facing the golf course as the parking lot can be a little loud if you are over the lobby

I will never ever stay here again Decided to go see my sister and her family for the weekend So we ended up getting the holiday inn express

I have never had any issues with a holiday day inn My son woke me up to show me a bug on the wall Then we started seeing more on the window and even one on the bed Once the sun came up you can see that there have been other bugs The room walls had bug splatter juices on its walls 🤢I couldn’t sleep after that My son was hungry, the hotel has free breakfast So I went with him so he can get food I don’t know who eats raw bacon but that food was not good at all The bacon was so under cooked But wait before we even left to go down stairs there was a mouse that was next to my sneaker and ran out the room I did go to the front desk to complain They wrote the information down and said we will see what we can do Maybe we can switch your room, I don’t want another room because we were checking out I haven’t heard from anyone from the hotel As a business they should have at least the decency to call a customer back that had a complaint about where they stayed, eat etc Especially if money was spent But never again will we stay at this Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Owings Mills Maryland

The staff was so welcoming! I felt like I was wanted & appreciated! This started from the valet, front desk, cleaning professionals, chef Robinson and the immaculately cleaned and prepped suite! There were cleaning wipes at my disposal The entire hotel was clean, bright and fresh smelling! The bed was amazing ( THE BEST) The bathroom was spotless ( with no lingering hairs in sight)

It was really quiet! I cannot wait to visit again! What a great experience!!! The best hotel experience I’ve had in the city of Baltimore! This is my new spot!!!

Welt Reisender

Residence Inn exceeded all my expectations and I would definitely stay here again!!Both of my rooms (studio & one bedroom) were so spacious and the hotel itself was very clean The reason I took off a star is in my bathroom I found items left in one of the rooms by a previous guest Plus the shower in the other room did not look clean at all

I informed the front desk and someone came up and took care of the situation Otherwise the hotel was great

Joi Mackall

The lobby is beautiful and security is helpful when you are lost like me Warning if you plan a night’s stay I hope noise doesn’t bother you The parties are amazing I will book a stay here just to have a good time

15 to get into the roof top deck on the night I went The food was very tasty but pricey I got 2 crab cake sliders for $14
