During the time of booking I called to be sure I was on the OPPOSITE side of the freeway as several Google reviews mentioned how miserable it was it get sleep at night I then called again once my plane landed Upon arrival less than an hour later, I am told they don’t have anymore rooms on the quiet side of the hotel

My room was already paid in full (well over $1000!) since this was considered a “special event” There was no way I could cancel or I would forfeit the money already paid by my company I DO NOT appreciate the bait & switch tactic I will be sure to not stay here again for any future business travel or personal travel Even with earplugs, the highway is unbearably noisy & the ONLY way to drown it out is with the AC unit But the units at this location do not have the option for “Always on” so once it cycles off you are woken up by the highway noise & blaring train horns I highly suggest this hotel either invest in sound proof windows or change the wall units to have an “always on” function- the breakfast was embarrassing for a special corporate event with people coming in from all over the world A mere tiny cheese omelet, bananas/apples, or oatmeal in a packet that you make yourself I have had FAR better breakfasts at countless Marriott properties across the US during covid that were not during any special events

Amazing hotel Sky high ceilings if you are on the ground floor We had a toddler and the ac unit panel buttons are disabled due to a wall mount which is awesome

Shower, ihome , 2 TVs very clean, great breakfast too 100 percent will go back We had some extremely loud neighbors which dampened the glory but not the hotels fault We didn’t call it in But this place is awesome, friendly front desk We let her know we had a toddler and didn’t want his running around to bother anyone so she gave us a ground floor Great stay, bad neighbors

We had a great couple night stay with a few other friends with trailers Dallas and Evangelina at check-in desk and general store do a great job Grounds crew always doing something to maintain and improve campgrounds

Owner Simon even took took the time to make sure we had everything needed Have stayed here a couple times and will definitely be back

This is truly the best RV Park I’ve ever stayed in The place is very well kept I’ve never seen a greener and cleaner park

But what makes it stand out is the wonderful people who run it and maintain it Dallas and her office crew were always helpful and accommodating And then there’s Charlie Charlie is the heart and soul of this facility From the moment you step foot he greets you and gets to know you And you best believe he takes care of you He is truly someone that we will miss Thank you for all you did for us Charlie Til next time my friend

Cynthia Mag

This place is nice It is definitely lively and full of people The only issue we encountered was an older white man on a golf cart that approached us very angry and yelling asking if those were our kids, pointing to kids jumping off ledge

They were not our kids and his tone should have been different Needless to say he went over to the kids and yelled at them Very inappropriate Stay calm and address the problem He must have been the grounds keeper or something Left a bad impression Aside from paying $10 a person to get in, there needs to be compassion The price is another thing It is not per vehicle it is per person And many reckless jetskiing in the area

We had a wonderful time at the Branded Calf! Breakfast was fresh every morning and the host was an amazing cook She’s also delightful to talk to, and she has a wealth of knowledge on the local area She really helped us figure out what we wanted to do for our stays in Kings Canyon and Sequoia National Parks

Everything was very clean and the accommodations were very nice I highly recommend everyone stay here for their visit, we loved it!

Fantastic experience! I stayed here for 3 nights as a solo traveler while exploring Sequoia NP and Kings Canyon The B&B was beautifully decorated, with spacious and well-furnished rooms, and Connie’s breakfasts were perfect for my full days of hiking! Connie was so warm and welcoming, and treated everyone like part of her family The outdoor space was also stunning, complete with hammocks, hummingbirds and horses for the most picturesque setting

In terms of location –you won’t find much else that’s closer to Sequoia or Kings Canyon, so Connie’s place is great on that front HOWEVER, just be aware that while the B&B is close to the national park entrance, it will still take you anywhere from 30 minutes to 15 hours to get to your desired location within the park This is no fault of the B&B but rather, is just because of how huge the national parks are Anyone who’s been to a national park will know that even once you “enter” a park, there is still a long drive to your specific destination/trail So budget your driving time accordingly and map it out to where you actually want to go, not just the park entrance This is especially important for the end of the day, where you want to be out of the park before it gets too darkOverall, I’d 100% stay here again!

Spent 2 nights at this Holiday Location for a weekend trip to Yosemite The check-in staff went above and beyond ensuring my party of 4 was well taken care of and had recognized my IHG Platinum status with a nice suite upgrade! The recent renovations were still holding up in both my rooms and provided great value for the price paid Due to the proximity of the hotel and highway 99, if you are sensitive to noise, I would request a room facing the opposite direction

I was able to sleep comfortably facing the highway with earplugsTip: There may be some food bags to feed the swans at the front desk You can watch them fight the fish at the nice pond

Love it!! Stayed 2 nights Wish I had done the train w my grandkids but we had to goDid Sequoia from here

Then left to Yosemite Great locationHas convenient store, gas station, Enterprise, restaurant & visitors center in same parking lot!!Great service & clean

Selina Casados

So sad to know that the housekeepers do not turn in lost stuff I had checked out Sunday morning from our room and didn’t realize I had left my gold ring with my name on it until later that day I called and the front desk said she had not turned anything in I said of course not it’s a good ring she will go turn it into money or have them melt it

All I wanted was for her to turn it in because I cleaned all bags I had with me and nothing is there so know for a fact it stayed behind in the room Please do not forget any of your personal belongings behind because HOUSEKEEPERS will not return it

The man is a major asset to this property and the reason for my 5 star review My hotel reviews have received over 127 million views and none of them offered the hospitality this employee did GREAT JOB!!! You’ve earned a loyal customer from a diamond select member Thank you for the complimentary diamond select suite upgrade btw

Our school was competing at a local high school and we booked over 30 rooms With that many rooms and that many kids, the hotel staff went out of their way to accommodate us As chaperones, we tried our best to keep the kids in line but with so many kids, we did have some noise issues

The staff informed us of some complaints but was very nice about it The facility itself was good Every room was clean The staff was exceptional and the hotel was located to many fast food and stores, all in walking distance Only gripe would be that it is right next to the freeway and was a bit noisy, but that is not the hotels fault Definitely recommend

what you get for the price is very reasonable The breakfast is very good They serve real eggs and have tater tots that are cooked nice and brown It is hard to get them crispy at a restaurant Perfect place to stay if going to sequoia/ kings canyon

We came by The Best Western Americana on our way to the Sequoia National Park, and we were glad to have picked this hotel The rooms were clean and the staff was extremely friendly My family really enjoyed the complimentary morning breakfast and incredible coffee

The coffee alone is worth the stay, and my wife is very picky about her coffee We will definitely stay at this hotel whenever we are in the area

Kedar Tembe

Being my first experience in US, I’m not sure how exactly to rate the location as we were here to visit the Sequoia national park, and this hotel is an hour + drive from it But the roads are good, so it’s an enjoyable drive Neat and simple rooms, quite clean, including the toilets, coffee machine within the room, with a few other amenities included make it a decent stay

It’s not exactly cheap, but there’s breakfast with a variety of cereals and juices for vegans, (although you have to carry your own non dairy substitute) Rooms are quite spacious with an ottoman and TV as well

When I booked the room I drove there and seen the room and it was larger than usual The owners live on the property the pool is out of service because they stay in the pool house There’s about 40 farm workers there housed up 4-6 to in a room with bunk beds

Definitely has cockroaches and the owners invade your privacy when they “service”the room They make up there own policies but have the motel 6 name Someone that works there told me my dog couldn’t pee on the property Not pet friendly at all Motel 6 should take away there name off this motel The mattress in my room had a basketball sized blood stain were I’m sure someone was murdered and his hotel will not change the mattress out The room was rented to other people after me with the bloodstain mattress Disgusting

the bathrooms have mildew, all over on the ceiling, I called front desk and after more than 30 minutes I went to the office to ask if they’re going to do something about it, the 2 females had an attitude because I went to tell them the 2 rooms I rented had mold, they so called cleaned it with pinesol, although pinesol doesn’t take mold when I told them that they said I was rude and that the pinesol had bleach, liars I am a professional housekeeper and I didn’t smell any bleach these females don’t care about people breathing mold, I have 3 kids to protect

the lady who checked us in was very nice urja she was really niceI don’t think I will be coming back, I can imagine how the other rooms are And these pictures are after they cleaned with the pinesol They really have to learn how to clean mold

Tabitha Derosier

Beds uncomfortable, you can hear next door and everything Constantly was woken up in the night Shower head was terrible, on the plus the water was hot

At least the last day the bed was made but was not clean sheets Our toilet paper was never refilled, I had to go to the office to request some Never been to a place with no extra rolls The fridge was nice and cold that it froze our milk
