I just ended an 11 day stay at the White Elephant with my boyfriend and have nothing but wonderful things to say about property and staffFrom the moment you walk in the door, every single employee takes clear pride in their role that made our experience flawlessWe had countless memorable meals at Lola 41, had a blast taking out the bikes and we really enjoyed the courtesy BMW to explore the surrounding area

We would like to specifically acknowledge Gabby at the Front Desk, Junior and Damion on Valet along with Angela in Housekeeping who truly went above and beyond everydayThank you and we look forward to seeing you again soon

I stayed at The White Elephant with my family in April Unfortunately the hotel does not live up the standards one would expect for the price (on average $1,800/night) You’re better off spending your time and money at The Breakers, which has a much more pleasant staff and expansive grounds in addition to beach access

For context, The White Elephant only has a pool which is about 15 feet long and 4 feet wideAt night the restaurant downstairs (Lola) is very loud The hotel lacks the security to keep bar/restaurant guests from wandering around the lobby area and upper floors freely On multiple evenings there were people screaming in the hallways and the hotel staff did not step in to handleThe people at the front desk were not clear about room pricing and charges that were appearing over time on my American Express without explanation When I reported concerns about security and service to the Management, they passed me from person to person and ultimately told me there was nothing that could be doneI love Palm Beach and have been visiting for years, but next time I’ll be staying at The Breakers

Lyn Attaway

This hotel is sadly very overrated While the White Elephant charges Breakers prices, it has none of the history, charm or amenities of that classic hotel No gardens or beach

The small pool area is nothing special The only common area, the lobby, is ordinary Our $1800 room overlooked a rooftop with ac units and orange home depot buckets The only thing to recommend about the hotel is the staff who are very friendly I love Palm Beach and will return to the far superior Breakers again on my next visit Even the Aunt Leah’s chocolate covered cranberries which I love when visiting ACK feel out of place here Just so expensive for the experience…

First time at a Hawthorn Suites and overall really liked it It was very nicely decorated, spacious and most importantly, clean (one exception, see below)The suite was a pleasant surprise, with full sized fridge, 2 burner range, microwave and dishwasher

There were enough dishes, cups, utensils and the like for 4 It was all really convenient The beds were decently comfortable and the bathroom was spacious The only issue for me was the shower head, which needed a good scrub (easy enough to remedy) We stayed 1 night only so I didn’t notice until late evening (and by then, I was already getting in the shower) Overall, I wouldn’t hesitate to return but I would check the shower head before getting undressed!Staff was all very nice Breakfast was fine Nothing extravagant but I appreciated the effort and the personal touches

Bob Hills

We had a 5 night stay Sunday through Friday Very quiet, could hardly tell that anybody else was around The morning buffet breakfast was good

Just average food Make your own waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage and cereals Nothing special The only 2 complaints we would have would be Television reception was very poor Low quality They had a list of channels on a printed out card in the room however it did not match the cable service provided 2nd would be the pool Very little shade provided Some umbrellas surrounding the edge of the fence But somewhere broken In the heat of the day it was almost impossible to stay by the pool Location was great Centrally located you could easily walk if you wanted to local necessities Overall our state was very good and we would recommend staying there

Shantel Broadnax

I didn’t even know this location existed But when you walk in, the environment is so friendly and welcoming There was always a pleasant smell in the building, elevators, and even the restroom

The staff at the continental breakfast were amazing as well I definitely plan to stay here when I am in town This time I was just dropping my family off and was with them for the weekend

My family and I had a good time The rooms were pretty clean, but they were a quite outdated Apparently this was a very busy week for the resort because they ran out of clean washcloths two nights in a row, so that was not a great experience

On a positive note, the staff was very friendly The highlight for us was the beach, the pools and the activity center They offered a variety of events each day that our kids loved Tony Lucas at the Activity Center was exceptional!! He greeted us and everyone warmly and really made us feel welcomed He made sure we had a great time there

Kaitlyn Cole

My family of 4 came here last week and we had a great experience We did book an 1 bedroom ocean front and it was totally worth it Our view was spectacular

I recommend paying the extra points or price and getting the ocean front The building we were at , dolphin , was super close to the family pool Since I had 2 kids (5 and 1) it was important to be near there We never had any issues getting a pool chair The beach was walking distance We did have to pay $100 for 2 days of beach chairs and umbrella If I had to do it again, I’d figure out a way to bring a tent of my own but we flew so that wasn’t as likely I’m not sure I’d do that again just the 4 of us since my kids wanted to be in the water and I didn’t have much time to relax The food at the resort was good I can’t say it was spectacular but for us it met our needs It was also walking distance to the little town area to get food Not many restaurants on the beach in the area which was disappointing

Ava Gividen

The hotel has so many pools and so spacious It’s spread out so well far apart that you hardly see other people I’ve had to pull to myself multiple nights with just been a very peaceful calming experience

I like to watch the sunrise and there’s only a handful of people out in the morning They have lots of cool shells on the beach Their pretzels were delicious

Overall the hotel itself is nice I’ve stayed here twice in the last two weeks for multiple nights One room we stayed in was newly updated so very nice but the caulking around the bathroom sinks wasn’t given time to dry so the sinks leaked

They clearly rushed getting these rooms updated The other room we stayed in was a two bedroom suite Perfect amount of space and had everything we needed just outdated style wise which isn’t a big deal My issue is that house keeping doesn’t come on Thursday and only comes to clean the room every 5th day?? The breakfast offered was mediocre at bestThey also messaged us multiple times about leaving a review of 95/10 Even reminded us as we checked out to leave the reviewThe biggest issue I have is that after leaving both stays my card was charged multiple times EIGHT charges for our first 3 night stay and three charges for our 2 night stay that are way over our final bill total Disappointing that I have to go through so much trouble after leaving a vacation to make sure I’m charged the correct amount

Scott Walters

Amazing I have stayed at Hilton Homewood Suites before, but this is by far the nicest one I have been to On top of that the staff is top notch

It is like they move behind the scenes and are rarely seen unless you need them The front desk staff is so friendly and helpful I felt right at home Also, a big shout out to Wolf at the front desk You made our experience incredible Thank you

Stuart Yancy

Nice location with very friendly staff Wolf at the front desk was probably the best front desk person I’ve ever dealt with He was friendly and helpful to everyone he came in contact with

He even texted me after we checked in to make sure all was still going well He always had a smile and a wave when I came into the lobbyThe breakfast was excellent I do miss the Monday-Thursday evening socials They still do daily housekeeping (a rarity these days) The rooms was nice and spaciousWe were there to go to Roger Dean Stadium The hotel is about a 2/3 mile walk from the Cardinal practice fields and a mile from Roger Dean Stadium There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance This is our go-to hotel when we are in Jupiter

I can’t say enough about this hotel!! Everything was amazing! Raj at the Front Desk was great!! His customer service was top notch! We came in a little early and he did everything in his power to find a room for us Within a half hour of getting there he had a room ready to go and we were able to enjoy the beach and the pool before all the rain came in He truly made our experience special! The gentleman at the pool bar who was also great!! I apologize I forgot is name

Thank you Raj & the Marriott team, you really run a great hotel!! We will be back!

Barbara Bush

The past week we had four phenomenal days at the Palm Bach Marriott Singer Island Beach Resort & Spa! From arrival to departure, each staff member was more than gracious and accommodating of our needs Arranged by Raj, our room was simply gorgeous with both beach and resort views Raj’s warm welcome, followed by his personal attention, and a follow up phone call from Raj after our return home, was most gracious and gratifying

We utterly enjoyed our breakfast and dinners, under Dining Room Manager Stalin, and found no reason at all to leave the resort for meals We appreciated the attention given by Vicky, Director of Banquets and Catering, for adeptly handling our nieces wedding arrangements She graciously came to our breakfast table to check with us The valets and bellman were warm and professional We have traveled extensively and found the accommodations and personal attention to be of the highest quality Kudos to all!

Kristine Rose

Love this hotel for so many reasons! Been here multiple times with family and couples trips and the Marriott has not disappointed The pools and beach are the perfect getaway and the rooms are updated with kitchenettes The spa is great too! Wanted to say a special thank you to Raj and Michael for making our multiple stays memorable with your spectacular service and hospitality! Our special occasion was acknowledged and celebrated throughout our stay- thanks to each of you

Can’t wait till our next staycation in Singer Island!

I own a small business and so I travel a lot, and stay at many hotels so it was a surprise when such a small hotel made me feel very comfortable I came in and the manager greeted me and got me in my room within 10 minutes (even tho I was a walk in) and I found every thing in the room to be in order no bugs or messes that I could see with my naked eye Overall the stay was very pleasant and the bar down stairs is very convenient after a hot day (the beach is also only 2 minutes waking distance)

I would stay again if I’m in the area for the hospitality and the cheap rooms

Cut Tru blood

Me and my wife have been staying here for a little over a year now and we absolutely love it Misty the manger is amazing at making sure we all feel safe and comfortable She does background checks on anyone that moves in and I think that is great

Tre does security at night to make sure nothing crazy goes on Tonya makes sure the building stays clean at all times I love being here

Place a parent Lee has gone downhill Lack of decent management which is reflected right away There was a lady there that knew somebody and management to help a little bit to find out if they had vacancy what’s the deal etc, my friends have stayed there over the years and said it was a decent affordable place in a good location

It’s a shame a historic place like this but go downhill They don’t answer the phone there’s no contact on mine you know nothing unless you drive there and run into somebody on the property who knows a little something

Beautiful lobby, restaurants and common areas, but the rooms and bathrooms are definitely lacking No better in quality/condition than the average 80s or 90s Hilton-type chain hotel, just decorated in prettier colors! Clean and comfortable enough, just dated for the high price Hotel is perfectly located, iconic and has nice amenities

I wouldn’t plan on swimming in the pool (as an adult) unless you want to be on full display of all of the dining patrons just a few feet away

Maria Nicole Lechner

I had a wonderful stay at the Colony Hotel this passed weekend for my friends bachelorette I was very impressed by the level of service and friendliness of the staff They were happy to accommodate any requests and drove my friends and I to all of our restaurants

The hotel is very charming with a beautiful pink lobby and cute outside restaurant I personally loved the older, vintage feeling of the rooms and I felt like I got the full Palm Beach experience! I would definitely go back!

Leslie Millar

This review is not about a stay but rather a luncheon we had outside There is no negatives about how beautiful the ambiance is

What was horrible was the service! We waited for 40 minutes until someone came over to the table to take our drink order We would have been better off going to the bar Once we got our drink order, it took forever to get our food It was a snails pace The food was not bad but for the price, it could have been a lot better The charcuterie board was a joke That was $5 worth of crackers and such for $38 It was laughable I think I had to get up from our table 4/5 times to get someone to come to our table I brought a cake with us for a birthday celebration and I thought they dropped the cake because that was another 25 minutes What a shame going to a five star hotel with a 1 star meal!

The studio me n my husband rented 4 the weekend was cute n clean The hotel itself though smells awful! The mildew smell is so strong you can smell it from the road Everytime I entered the building my throat started to hurt n my chest felt congested

I’d leave the building and within minutes feel better, come back and shortly after start feeling bad again The hall ways need updated terribly The carpet is gross The walls have nicotine seeping through the paint and the air conditioning doesn’t do anything to cool off the halls including the tiny elevators The staff seemed to be a bit abtuse but not overly rude just enough niceness as to not get a complaint Overall the studio owner waa great n updated her room but the permeating mildew will prevent me from coming back or recommending this place

Steven Katz (SteveK)

We occasionally attend an Orthodox synagogue at the top Since we cannot travel in the Sabbath and holidays, we rent a room in the hotel for the time Most are very nice

some need updatingAnd the area is very nice Located between the ocean and intercoastal, walks through the area are interesting

Stephen Chandler

Historic condo complex in a great location with a fair price on West Palm Beach Island Okay, so the only bad part is the musty smell in the hallways But do not let this deter you

The rooms (most) have been renovated and are clean and modern The complex itself is truly remarkable with a wonderful pool and beautiful garden There is not much to do within the complex, but on the mezzanine level there is a library with a chess table, games and puzzles The place offers a quite and relaxing atmosphere Walking distance to many great restaurants and shops Publix is across the street If your looking for a great place on a budget – book here it’s great

Decent! We went to the spa, the restaurant, and hung out by the pools all day The best parts were the quality of massages we got, the fish sandwich, poke bowl, honeybelle pie at the restaurant, and the large and spacious main pool We liked the concept of the mineral and dead sea salt pools, but we needed to ask them to skim them (to get the dead floating bugs and debris off) and all of the pools needed water, so that the built-in skimmers can function properly

The staff was pleasant, especially Alex, but they had me down as a female and had the wrong name for my massage, which was annoying The front desk experience at the spa could be more streamlined too We literally had to say our last name 3 times, which isn’t a difficult one The locker rooms were nice, clean, and smelled good! The pool area could stand to be weeded and the trees trimmed Overall, it was a good value and we would definitely go back! Personally, I liked it better than The Breakers, so if they just fine-tune on the details, they’re almost there!

Gustavo Villalpando

Didn’t get to play the Bear Trap because it is under renovation, so played the front nine twice The layout is average Several of the greens are incredibly resistant to approach shots, even wedges from 125 yards out

The ball trampolines off the green if you don’t have a good amount of backspin The greens were speedy but not overly so Don’t expect an off-season glorious time as there is construction everywhere The staff are the highlight here Lots of fantastic, friendly, and hard-working folks here, so tip generously as they are working hard to maintain things as best they can

Luis Sepulveda

Beautiful resort We had a quick stay while visiting friends in the area I would have given them 5 stars if I didn’t get a massive red toe nail stuck in my heal as I walked around my room, and find a clump of hair in my shower

They apologized when I called the front desk and was told they would come to clean immediately after we left for dinnerThey never cleaned the hair in the shower I wasn’t going to bring it up again but my fiancée said I should My resort fee was removed from my bill after mentioning what happened

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Grandview! Tasteful, thoughtful, quality accommodations, beautiful grounds that transport you to a different world (yet so near to West Palm Beach attractions – restaurants, museum, etc); Cheryl and Tyler went (literally) out of their way to make us feel at home We look forward to the opportunity to return

Everything about our stay at Casa Grandview was absolutely perfect from the moment we arrived When you enter the grounds you are thrust into (what feels like) another country We immediate lost touch with the city life around us

The lush botanical wall surrounding the grounds completely shields you from the outside world If you have a need to stay in the area or are just looking for a place to stay that will exceed your expectations and take your breath away, this is the place!**edit** I was supposed to post this weeks ago and thought I did, but guess it didn’t go through

The property is absolutely beautiful A little jungle paradise Cheryl and Kirk keep up this property very well and are very nice people (their staff as well)

Our room was very clean, comfortable, and cozy In comparison to other B&Bs I have stayed at – this one is by far the best Breakfast is great and they will make you almost anything as long as they have the ingredients That was a WOW for us We will return if we ever go back to West Palm Beach

My room had a bad smell I went to complain about it There are rude people working at the front desk

The whole time I was there, they didn’t clean the room You have to go turn in your towels and washcloths and ask for more The breakfast is a joke They leave coffee and muffins out front It is a very overpriced hotel I left today and went somewhere else for half the price right down the street This is a 1 star hotel masquerading as a 3 star

Worst ever! No bedding for the extra bed we PAID FOR, rude front desk, room smells like cigarettes and beer, stomping upstairs, and the corporate guest services blew me off This place is the worst!Edited to add the photos of what was under the filthy beds We absolutely would never reconsider staying in this dump

There are signs literally everywhere about cleanliness yet the place is filthy While we were trying to decide what to do, a junkie knocked on our door looking for the previous occupant We checked out less than an hour after checking in

By far the worst hotel stay EVER I thought I’d stayed in 1 star places, but this took the win for worst hotel stay yetI’m not sure how it got decent reviews

1 The ‘breakfast’ is a coffee stand With oat packets and tiny stale muffins, that’s it2 Every-time i bathed, i flooded the apartment under me and the poor family wasn’t offered a room change for a week So I had to decide do I shower today or not flood the family’s room below me3 Loud, noisy, walls shake when someone closes a door, and for emphasis, noisy4 ROACHES I answered the phone by the bed and a small roach crawled out of one of the holes A few days later, in fact as I write this, a bigger roach was found crawling on my BED! It’s now crawled behind the headboard I’ve also seen one in the kitchen5 Issues with TV6 Issues with card, I’ve been locked out multiple times bc the card stops working7 The housekeeping doesn’t really help much if you’re actually doing an extended stay I’ve been in previous low rated places where they at least take out the garbageDon’t come here unless its the cheapest option and you’re on a tight budget and don’t mind sleeping with roaches 🙂

I wanted to write a review for this hotel and specifically for the intern Derek Last week I was in a bind and needed a hotel room last minute for my two month old and I Derek was so helpful and professional while he helped get us a room

He handled every detail and made us feel so comfortable He helped us to the room and got a pack n play sent up for my daughter immediately He checked on us throughout our stay and answered questions when we had them There needs to be more people in the world like Derek This industry is lucky to have him

We had a wonderful time here Even by Marriott Resort standards, service was exceptional! Special shoutouts to Jenn and Eric in activities for providing activities that were not just well planned, but also accessible for my bad knee Adam in Security stepped up to the plate to be our blackjack dealer

He said he had never done it before, but he was so much fun! Sam at the front desk was a wizard! We had a delivery made where the driver didn’t follow instructions She was able to determine that the order was for me just with my first name The grounds here are well maintained I think the nicest beach on Singer Island is here Highly recommended

It was our second home for weeks

months The staff was so friendly and helpful They were considerate of me working during the day I would ask for specific cleaning times or just a freshening of the rooms and they would accommodate The beds and pillows were so soft and comfortable There was noise from other floors but it’s not their fault The pool was a great temperature and a nice place to chat with fellow guests

Antsy Pantsy

Me and my lady just love this hotel It’s nice, clean, they take good care of the place and it’s near to the airport, the car rentals company It’s also quiet for a hotel that is near the airport

That my second time staying there when i go to west Palm Beach I just hope the owners recognize the hard work of the employees to keep this place clean and their great services Value your employees

I stayed for a few months and what an amazing experience!! The staff is wonderful!! This is the place to stay if you want to feel like home! Everything from the time I got there to the time I left was perfect! The team truly knows what hospitality means… make sure you say hi to Tasha, Bret, Tom, Lovetta, Pete, George, “young” George, Vince, Keri and the rest of the staff! They are all wonderfulThey also love dogs!I would give more than 5 stars!

This hotel was the worst stay ever I am an active traveler with my family, our two dogs make up that family! This place actively promotes that it is “dog friendly”… they should advertise it as “dogs accepted” because they were NOT friendly! First day we checked in, several hotel members came to our door to tell us to calm our dogs down My dog barked once that day

We were also on a dog friendly floor! The hotel manager Rhonda harassed us in the hotel lobby when I was taking them on a walk continuously asking us what hotel room we were in… weird! There was a guest next door who did not like dogs So in return of bringing dogs, she piled up her garbage in front of our door I am extremely disappointed People with dogs should NOT go to this hotel, it is hurtful and mean the way they handle the situations This hotel ruined our vacation and we are Marriott gold members

Jordana York

From the second we entered the hotel, we knew that this was going to be an awesome stay! All the staff were super friendly and helpful, especially James! Everything was extremely clean The suite we stayed in exceeded all our expectations The price was surprisingly good for the quality received

Added bonues was the fact they had a large parking area that accommodated our boat trailer & truck! -> THIS HOTEL will be our # 1 spot to stay for all our fishing trips and weekend getaways!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
