We loved our stay at El Rey and hope to visit again soon! The owners have truly done a wonderful job retaining the inn’s original charm with some stunning, and cozy, design updates Our room was spacious, well decorated, and very comfortable The main spaces were beautiful and we greatly enjoyed stopping for a nightcap at the bar, La Reina

The staff were all warm and welcoming We were able to walk one block to brunch at the Pantry the next morning and were a close drive to all the other sights we wanted to see in Santa Fe Can’t wait to come back!

I have nothing but great things to say We brought a group of 11 and had four rooms Amongst us all I had accessibility questions for a friend in a wheelchair, early check outs, lost items sent back, held luggage after check out

They were incredibly accommodating and so sweet I can’t rave enough about the service and how friendly everyone was Becca at the front desk even worked with me to have welcome drinks in everyone’s room on arrival Beautiful place, great amenities, nice staff and great vibes I will be back 🙂

Victoria Bottles

This place is marvelous, Check in was easy, the lady at the front desk was very kind and told us where to get breakfast in the am ( they don’t have one but they have a deal with a place down the street, I went to Starbucks instead)This is a hold over from Route66 They have remodeled the rooms, bathroom was great, really cute fixtures

I was in a room right next to the street but it gets quiet at night so no problem sleeping on a very comfortable bed I would stay here again and highly recommend it!

We had another pleasant stay at this wonderful hotel in Santa Fe last month It was beautifully decorated for Christmas time But the best part of the hotel is the staff

We were particularly pleased with the welcoming front desk, especially with Aspen She was just a delight and very helpful to us We love the little perks of hot chocolate and candy canes put out for guests as well as the Ortiz for a bite or a wonderful cocktail We love to stay here when we are in town!

Dr Rad Dan

The Santa Fe Hilton is a nice hotel offering a clean room with a comfortable bed at a very reasonable price I stayed there for three nights and had one problem, burned out light bulbs, which were fixed immediately by the hotel maintenance person The Ortiz restaurant attached to the hotel was a nice place to relax and enjoy a good meal

My only negative comment would be the decor Trying to adhere to a Southwest theme, the rooms and hallways are tones of brown, mostly dark Though using LED lights, the hotel chose warm tone, yellow, lights which only add to the dark enclosed feeling If and whenever they remodel, the rooms and hallways definitely should lean to the whites, blues, turquoise, and red pinks to brighten things up A switch to the cool blue lights would help as well This would definitely help the experience of staying there As is, it’s okay for a business traveler, like me, but not someplace I’d stay for vacation

Bruce S

This property is a 2-star hotel masquerading as a 4-star hotel If you are looking for customer service look elsewhere We stayed here last Saturday

The hallways are long and dark Although the beds were comfortable, the service was very poor In the morning they offer complementary coffee service, but it took over a half hour to get creamer The housekeeping staff started knocking on our door at 8:30am then again at 9:30am even though checkout was posted as NoonYou will pay an additional $22 per day for parking plus tax and parking requires a room key They make a big deal of offering complementary ice (really) Breakfast is also billed separately

As others have mentioned, this place is an absolute gem of a find! It’s not a hotel in the traditional sense, the property is actually composed of time shares units that are rented to guests The staff is wonderfully accommodating and I felt as if I was practically family by the time I left The decor is very reminiscent of the area and the furniture and bed was very functional and comfortable

I enjoyed having the kitchenette although, admittedly, Santa Fe has so many great places to eat I didn’t use it too often during my stay, especially since the plaza is an easy walk from the property I thought the best part was a gas fireplace which was lovely to sit in front of and read on chilly evenings when I didn’t have other plans A set of pocket doors separated the living area from the bedroom which I really appreciated Laundry facilities are available attached to the office, and they are very nice (and free!) I will definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone!

Deb Crawford

Nice place to stay close to town, walking distance to most everything Oh but just know, no pool or spa, all gravel driveway so caution if you’re on motorcycles They did give me a place to park 1 bike on the front patio

Not easy to get in and out Lovely hosts working here Pretty quiet for close to town Eclectic area, close to a Sprouts walking distance A few harmless homeless but otherwise chill

Charming Pony Parties

As far as WorldMark goes, it’s not the fanciest But, it fits nicely with it’s surroundings We did find a bed bug in one of our 2 rooms

They had a company come in and spray the same day Couldn’t move us, as they were fully booked But, those things can be in any hotel, so we don’t hold that against them Otherwise a pleasant stay with nice accommodations

Great service from the staff Daily housekeeping has return post omicron world Breakfast is better than other Fairfield I been too

The rooms are well appointed and cleanWindows, Walls and doors are little thin, so not best for light sleepers Can hear car doors in parking lot close, anyone in the hallways talking, neighbor snoring Overall after 11pm it is consistently quiet, so not a huge a problem

J Gowen

This is a well-appointed hotel The place is clean, the breakfast standard and I have to note the staff; wonderful I dealt with 4 of them, including the cleaning staff, each one a credit to the Marriott name

Whoever hired these guys, use it as a standard! Either that, or the manager is so exceptional, that she’s a proven leader; take advantage of her skills! This is a standard Fairfield, no surprises The breakfast was hot, good and a similar variety of what you get at most MarriottsThis seems to be the closet hotel to the airport, a bit away from the center of town but, it’s not far The public transportation runs right in front, to get to a few of the downtown rental car places, just in case airport is sold outOverall a good experience and like I said, pleasantly surprised at how great the staff was

Xi Liu

This Fairfield at Santa Fe is one of the best Marriott hotels I have ever stayed and far exceeds my expectations Everything is very clean in the room and appears quite new The WiFi is super fast and even the TV has higher resolution than usual

The bed is firm and suits me well It is just a few minutes’ drive from downtown Santa Fe The breakfast also has more choices than other hotels of the same brand In short, I really have no complaints at all and will definitely come back to here again in the future

If your looking for an apartment type of stay this is really the place for youI like to know what I pay for and what I thought I had payed for was the 2 bedroom deluxe condominium that they offer on there website (the two story one with the balcony) turns out I did reserve that one but “all the units are a little bit different” so I got a basic looking unit that in all honesty It shouldn’t be priced at 200+ a night more like 800 a month(beware false advertising)

On top of all this the unit I was in has a sugar ant problem and had stains on the carpet But hey I got a good view of roof tops and a mountain and also my vehicle that I had too keep checking on because I was afraid of constant locals roaming and peaking through my windows Will I return? Absolutely not

Jason S

This place has real potential for an awesome destination, but unfortunately like other reviews have stated; this place truly believes in the bate and switch theory The units you stay in are individually owned, and you might stay in one that resembles the pictures but you also might get one of the many that are cheap and dirty The staff is unresponsive, and you get your keys for the room from a kiosk in where everything is automated

I called the ‘front desk’ the first day after noticing how dirty the unit was and how the kitchen utensils weren’t washed I was hoping to move units or get some kind of cleaning service out to the unit My call went unreturned I went down to the physical office the following day and was met with the response “it is what it is” The person seemed decent and said that he would email his ‘manager’, but we never heard anything about it I left a low rating on their own survey system upon checkout, and was contacted by the general manager with disbelief No resolution, but he did want to know where they fell short Maybe after seeing this review and our decision to not return to the property in the future it will make sense We paid $330 a night to stay here in the 2 bedroom units, and will probably just stay at an AirBNB or a higher rated hotel/resort in Santa FePositive things; the pool was clean, the area/location was great, and the time that we went was very quiet

Brendan McCarthy

While I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this place and would recommend, they would not give me back the $75 incidental charge, even though they claim they did It has been a huge fight with the credit card company and it’s a mess that I’m still sorting out months later I don’t know what happened exactly but if a merchant says they released my money, and the credit card company says they didn’t, then there’s a problem

This place continues to fight me on this charge and it’s unprofessional

We absolutely loved our relaxing private pool experience here! My girlfriend and I drove to Santa Fe from Denver in 2021, but did not stay at the on-site lodging (so I cannot accurately comment on the rooms) However, I can comment on the private pool, which was Fantastic! As you can see from my attached photos, the pool itself was long and luxurious Being tall, it was nice that I could fully stretch out fully

There was also a traditional coal-fire sauna included in the room, which we thoroughly enjoyed Additionally, there were private bathrooms and showers, and a sitting / lounging area with an open view of the beautiful nature surrounding, and a pitcher of ice cold drinking water was providedWe were a bit unsure how it would play-out during COVID times, but the grounds were clean and regularly disinfected, and the staff at 10,000 Waves were professional and helpful in clearly explaining the rules to us when we arrivedI would definitely like to return again and recommend 10,000 Waves for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway

Andi Moore

Amazing! We stayed in 1/2 moon which had a private courtyard and was off the main path, meaning no one walking by your room to go to the spa/dinner The room was lovely and they had a nice little set up for our dog It’s also next to a small parking lot which is great for loading in/out of the car

Nice amenities in the room like robes, wet bar, fridge, coffee/tea and home made granolaYes, it is a little tricky to find the entrance to the spa to check in when you first arrive (they could have a few more arrows), but after that the rest is easy We enjoyed the large soaking pool many times The restaurant is not to be missed We will be back!

Christie Ervin

A day here was a gift from my son and his partner and what a lovely gift it was! The grounds and architecture are a feast for the eyes, beautiful and relaxing The food at the restaurant (at my awesome server’s suggestion, I had the cucumber avocado salad – oh wow!) The environment in the spa is so beautiful and conducive to relaxation and the massage therapist I saw provided the best massage I’ve ever had

Highly recommend Kala If you have a chance to get to this spa, allow yourself a full day, you’ll be glad

Well I came in and was told to wait After about a 10 minute wait I was asked what my purpose was I’m Santa Fe I replied with the fact that I was coming in from out of town so that I can work on getting treated at the Veteran Affairs center

I was then told that because I’m not a traveler that I couldn’t stay I replied with me being from out of town and was told that only folks that are in town from over seas or that are traveling the country or hiking and biking can stay So if your a veteran traveling to Santa Fe, this place isn’t for you We aren’t welcomed here Our experience isn’t considered educational, and only those that are seeking educational experiences need apply

I stayed here for almost a week during balloon week and had an absolute blast! The booking process is a bit of a pain (not online, only accepts cash), but once you make a reservation, it’s definitely worth it The staff is chill The common garden is so nice and great for relaxing

Rooms are nice and spacious and very affordable, about $25/night The hostel is very clean and you get that feeling that everyone is connected and helps each other out It’s located a short walk from the train station and right in front of a bus stop (that takes you into Santa Fe plaza), so you won’t need a car if you’re here The best part is…the food! Their kitchen is stocked with the extra food from Whole Foods so you won’t have to pay for food while you’re here! During my stay I was eating amazing meals, all for free! I had a fantastic time in Santa Fe and it wouldn’t have been the same if I stayed somewhere else 1000% recommend!!!!!

Elvier Yemaya

I give this hostel 45 stars, because of the location, size of private(!) room, with comfortable bed, linens, and towels, and the extremely fair price of $35 What a wonderful surprise

Not 5 , because of the cleanliness, but, knowing this is run by volunteers, (us and staff), this is understandableWe each picked a task to accomplish the following day, and that is why the level of cleanliness is a bit ‘okay” I did not mind Cleaned my private shower prior to using it Bring flip flopsPlenty of free food donated by Whole Foods (thank you!), we never went hungry Great kitchen and a nice outdoors area to eatThank you Preston for making this hostel run 35 years, right?Great start of my road tripI can recommend this hostel It is a safe and friendly place, not far from downtown There is a bus connection

We’ve stayed in a lot of Marriott properties, some very good others not as much This one is very nice in a well thought out quaint kind of way Our room is 2 floors so our son has his own privacy, room as full kitchen and there is a wood burning fireplace

It’s a very nice design The breakfast area is very nice and food is good and fresh Knowing that so many of the Marriott properties are the result of a management team, I’d say they got this one right Will stay again

Brian Cox

Excellent location and comfortable rooms But what really makes this property stand out is the EXCELLENT service I’ve stayed at many Marriott properties but have never been greeted and graciously hosted as by the General Manager (Luis) and his awesome staff

The warm and exuberant manner with which Luis treats his guests should be in “How to Be a Good Hotel General Manager 101” text book

Stephanie Winkler

Great location and set up Clean and quiet However, it is very dated and in desperate need of renovations

Outlets in hard to reach areas, bed is hard as a rock, doors don’t stay on the tracks, broken outlet Can’t turn thermostat below 68 Breakfast is typical hotel breakfast, but I thought it wasn’t bad Towels were small and worn outYou can tell the staff try very hard Every interaction has been wonderful I blame this on management/owners**Update-24 hours later I travel weekly for work so I am in a hotel more than my home As I wrote the above review I had turned up the heat About an hour later realized heater was not working Went by front desk and reported Came back a couple hours later still freezing cold Went by front desk frustrated because heat wasn’t working and already had to have bathroom outlet replaced day before Front desk got brunt of my frustration for which I apologized and she took it like a champ The problem was handled immediately I was also moved to another room which was nicer This room actually had a digital thermostat so you can tell if you lower it below 68 where as the other did notThe manager, Luis, found me and took the time to explain that a new Residence Inn is being built so they are trying to keep this one up and going without putting an abundance of money into I appreciate this rationale and respect it I also very much appreciate that he took the time to speak with me without giving excuses When he told me this place was being turned into apartments I actually felt a little sadThis hotel is old but it is clean The staff is wonderful Depending on your comfort level the beds are either too soft or too hard I now have a bed that is soft but pillows are terrible What do you do?! Oh, and the towels in this room wrap all the way around me🤣 This place has charm, but this o’place is …old

I was here for a conference, so we were here 4 nightsThe room was on the small side, so a bit crowded since we had two dogs and both of our bikes in the roomWe’re always looking for hotels that allow our dogs

But they still had carpet in the room and there was lingering odor from previous pets in the roomThe AC unit kept the room cool even though we were having super hot days The pool and hot tub area are nice, though the pool is small tooThe location is nice in that there’s not a lot around it, so access is pretty easy It’s also up on a hill so the views in the morning and evening are above average It’s next to an outlet mall that looks abandoned, but does have a decent candy/chocolate store on the very back side The hotel is at the extreme south end of town, so you’re going to drive a while to do most things But there are a number of good restaurants under 20 min away (Try Plaza Cafe, Horseman’s Haven, El Comal, and Cafe Castro)

Talal Jabari

At first glance, this hotel gives you the impression that it’s really nice, but it’s a facade#1 issue: try calling housekeeping and getting someone to answer

heck, 90% of the time there wasn’t even someone at the front desk!#2 issue: the choices at breakfast were so slim In fact we were there two nights, and the second morning, the only yogurts that were there were the ones from the day before that nobody wanted (cherry vanilla) And the person working there is far from pleasant#3 issue: the bathroom opens right into the bedroom with a pocket door, so it kills any sense of privacy, unlike hotel rooms where the bathroom entrance is to the side Also in the bathroom, the water pressure is abysmal!#4 issue: and the icing on top is upon departing the hotel, i checked under the beds to make sure we hadn’t dropped anything There was so much dirt under there, it looks like it hadn’t been vacuumed since they laid the carpetThere are a lot of choices of hotels in Santa Fe Next time I’ll be going to another one, I advise you do the same

Shanelle Dorn

Upon opening the door to our room on the ground floor, we were hit with the awful smell of ammonia The room smelled of pet urin that had been tried to mask with chemicals I am traveling with my pet and understand we were in a “pet room” but I have yet to stay at a pet friendly hotel that was worse then this one

We also saw used napkins and candy bar wrappers under the bed The TV did not work and just had “no signal” on the screen We tried to see if a wire had simply come loose and noticed the back of the TV was caked in dust The tables and shelves also had a layer of dust on them The toilet was wobbly, the shower is small and undesirable The breakfast was okay, but not great The hotel just seemed dirty and was not being cleaned well Very disappointing The pool area looked okay but we didn’t use it There are very few places to set your stuff on in the room Would definitely recommend looking into other options to stay

PLEASE READ!!!This place is a dump and absolutely no security There are even signs saying, “Park at your own risk” And there isn’t any security cameras

The pool looks like it hasn’t been cleaned this year and full of urine So my children, who were extremely looking forward to swimming, won’t even swim in it The room is poorly kept and cleaned Hardly any kitchen amenitiesI could keep going but there is too much to say other than that you should not stay here Please heed my advice and the advice of the other reviews that are similar We have just tonight to stay until we can check out and we’re counting down the hours Please book another place to stay for the comfort of your familySincerely,A traveler who truly cares for other travelers

When we arrived, the dishes in the cabinets were dirty, so we attempted to run the dishwasher The dishwasher wasn’t mounted in the space and literally fell onto the floor! We pushed it back into it’s spot, but couldn’t figure out how to start We called the front desk, who got maintenance to our room quickly, however he couldn’t figure out the problem, he made a phone call, then continued to fidget with it until he finally figured out how to get it to work

It kept starting randomly throughput our stay The kitchen table was very worn out There was only 3 plates, so good thing there were only 2 of us!The location is great! Walking distance to the plaza and several other amenities close by A shopping mall is very close by alsoThe maintenance man was extremely nice and apologetic The woman working the counter was very friendlyNot sure why this is described as a resort, they only have a pool and hot tub I’d say it’s an apartment hotelIf you don’t have high expectations, this is the place to stay!

Do not stay if you hate getting sales calls If you do stay do not give them your phone number!!!They call you trying to sell vacation packages on a SaturdayOtherwise the room was fine, clean and the rate reasonable

Getting sales calls is a deal killer

We were travelling and our phones were roaming, so I was getting nervous about finding a place to stay for the night with our 2 dogs When I reached Maryann, she said she could have a room ready in just a few minutes She was patient and attentive when my phone kept going out of service

We were a late arrival, but she greeted us at the door and immediately made us feel at home She even encouraged us to stay long enough the next day to explore downtown Santa Fe, and we were so glad we did! The Garden Room was lovely, the steam shower was wonderful, and the bedding was luxurious Casa Pacifica was a super last-minute find, and we would definitely stay there again Oh, and did I mention the doggy door and private patio and garden space? 😍

Slightly disorganized check-in, but an overall amazing experience for a place to stay Hosts are lovely and personable, and willing to help fulfill every need Lots of privacy, and places to relax on the premises, but also very close to lots of wonderful local things- plaza, farmers market, restaurants, etc

Loved that there are places to grill out, and a kitchenette suited to making simple meals if desired Very quiet, cozy, quaint and comfortable!

This is a charming inn located close to Santa Fe old town The interiors are heavily inspired by the Santa Fe’s floral and colorful theme and are quite beautifulA couple of caveats – the rooms are a bit old, and one can hear sound from the neighboring suites

The lady who manages the inn was very sweet, and gave some really great local Santa Fe recommendations

The location was wonderful The room was quite comfortable The front desk staff was delightful; however, struggling with bags up and down 2 flights of slippery wooden stairs in the pouring rain was something I didn’t plan for

in fact, it was impossible to even get out of the room without getting soaked, but the courtyard layout was charming and I’m sure it’s lovely in better weather

Great hotel and very nice staff The only thing is that we had a staircase going down to the lower level right in the middle of our room, there were two back doors at the end of the stairs, kinda creepy at night lol It would be nice if there was something like a baby/pet gate to help prevent you from possibly falling since the staircase was just steps away from the entrance

Other than that, great experience

The junior suite is small and you may want to upgrade if you are looking for additional space As soon as you walk in, the door nearly hits the TV The living room has a love seat that would fit two small adults as well as a connected seat that might fit a child

The bedroom with a king size bed is spacious and has plenty of room to roam The bathroom is super kitschy green tile from the ’60s and tiles with animals inlaid That said, the location could not be better if you want to stay around the plaza Sadly, the bar closes at 10:00 on a Friday night so don’t expect a late night cap

The property was very charming and quaint, not at all what you would think a “motel” might be Cookies and tea were a nice treat to arrive to at the front desk after traveling all day too! The location was very convenient as well You can take a 10 minute walk to the main square area, Whole Foods and restaurants or a super short drive to these areas

The rooms were nothing fancy but clean and roomy, I stayed in the king kitchenette room The front desk staff was super nice, had great recommendations for restaurants and gave me all the extra coffee pods I asked for However, I think there were a few things that could be updated in the rooms the shower never really got hot but just warm enough to shower, which was disappointing The throw rugs in the rooms seemed clean but were shabby and would make the room look cleaner if removed The bedding was quite worn as well All white bedding without the worn grey fleece blanket, throw pillows and blue quilt would definitely make the bed more inviting and cleaner looking Overall, this was a comfortable and affordable place to stay compared to many other accommodations in the area

It is a beautiful property, love the location and it was super super clean The room had everything we needed: Lotion, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, mouth wash dish soap, kitchen essentials, tea and coffee The only thing I feel they need to improve on is their breakfast

For breakfast they had Bananas, oranges, apples, cookies, coffee and tea I also did not like that I texted the manager as suggested on the welcoming info if we had any questions and received no response Despite calling the front desk before and no one answered

SF Motel & Inn is a gem of a hideaway within steps of the historic district! This is not a cookie cutter place (thank goodness), yet it has all the amenities that we wanted: access to an outdoor fireplace, more than enough space for luggage, plenty of options for outdoor picnicking, and a healthy breakfast The staff members were all friendly, professional, and extremely helpful Our room was immaculately clean! To top it off, the property is simply charming

Absolutely LOVE this hotel in Santa Fe NM The staff feels like family Everything is easy

There were a few nice thing about our stay, but unfortunately only a few They had king size beds and were located in a great placeAfter checking in, one is first greeted by an elevator call button that does not light, so it is your guess as to whether the elevator had been called

Also noted was the worn and dirty looking carpet in the halls and rooms ( we had two rooms) As we were unpacking and washing up, a smell of and sound were noticed coming from the bathroom The sewer was backing up in the tub We called the desk and requested a different room but they sent maintenance instead The maintenance man told us this sewage backup happened all the time He ran the tub drain making the room smell worse, rinsed the tub, and sprayed it Then he left We sat awed for a few minutes and called the front desk again requesting a different room They found us one and before we could repack and relocate the maid was there to clean it so someone else could occupy the room for the nightIn the new room there was at least a ten minutes wait for hot water and throughout four showers at different times of the day, the temperature fluctuated constantly If we ran the sink to get the hot water faster, a puddle would run out from under the sink caused by an unattended to leakThe front desk staff was also lacking in basic civility training The desk clerks never greeted us as we came and went throughout our two night stay other than to check us in and out It was like we were invisible even when we were the only people in the lobby Before our arrival we requested an upper floor room The assured us that we’d be on the third floor at least, but both our rooms were on the second floorWe were told that they were sorry about the issues when we checked out but I can assure you, we won’t stay here again

This well seasoned establishment has more than a dozen rooms, clean and pretty comfortable, some nicer than others The breakfast room is light and airy There is a very pleasant patio for nice days

The staff is great The breakfast food is good but limited to the same three dishes every day The Parador is a short-ish but fairly uninteresting walk to the Plaza, 10 or 15 minutes Our only real quibble was that they use plastic mattress protectors which are uncomfortable and a bit noisy All in all, we would choose the Parador again

Carla Page

We enjoyed our stay here so much! The staff were so inviting and friendly! I am embarrassed to say I can not remember the girl’s name at the front desk, but she made the best restaurant recommendation for our first night in town at The Shed! If it’s just 2 of you, you might be able to sneak past the line and go to the bar which is exactly what we did! We were so close to downtown, everything is within walking distance except for Meow Wolf which is a short Uber ride away! The breakfast was awesome, we loved all the different drink options and homemade lavender syrup! The lavender skincare products from Los Poblanos were also amazing! This stay was unique in the fact that we felt very comfortable in room #2, we were able to step out into our own courtyard that felt very private like we lived there! Wish we could have stayed longer, we will definitely be coming back!

We stayed here for two nights while moving across country The rooms were spacious for our family of 4, plus a small dog, and two tubs of house plants We had a room with two beds plus the couch pulled out to make a bed, so our small kids shared that

They offer a hot/cold breakfast option and laundry costs $200 per load There’s an indoor pool with a hot tub as well The hot tub wasn’t very hot though, more like slightly warm bath water It could be hotter in my opinionOne near thing the manager did was have a basket of toys for the kids to pick from I’m not sure if this was just for Easter time or if they always do it, but it was a nice touch and very thoughtfulWe would stay again if we ever found ourselves needing a hotel in Santa Fe, NM

Jeffro Turbo

This hotel is 10-12 years old, but went through a renovation The hotel doesn’t look that old We used the indoor pool and hot tub

Hot tub was dirty and foamy The 2 queen bedrooms are huge It comes with a living area that has a sofa sleeper, bar top equipped with coffee pot, coffee and supplies It has a tall mini fridge but no microwaveBreakfast was a full breakfast and it was satisfyingAll of the employees I met were very nice and accommodating Monique was a big help for getting milk in the evening for my mother in law who had an upset stomachWhen in the area we will definitely stay here

Holly Norris

This hotel was quite the disappointment! Everything on the website is very misleading ! The service they offer where not available ! No bar, no 24 hour service , rooms were very poorly kept Cabinets and hardware all warn out The AC shut off every night leaving us sweating while sleeping !!! After complaining numerous times they switched us rooms and continued to have the same issue

So we had zero sleep for the entire week we stayed The location was way to far away from the only part of Santa Fe that is worth seeing and that the historic Plaza Other than that are it was quite unpleasant Terrible restaurants, filthy town with tons of homeless people ! The breakfast was horrible and I’m edible They offered everyday the same thing bad eggs , bad sausage and bad Mexican soup The Breads and bagels were stale and the coffee was just nasty ! Parking was terrible and out every side of the hotel was either a gas station or a discount tire that both provided for tons of noise The rooms were not cleaned well at all The coffee machine in room was filthy , the prior quest key was sitting next to it and the shower had zero pressure !!! This was just a miserable experience ! Very un happy ! The only positive we found was the staff were nice just not helpful !

This is a great place to stay in Santa Fe if you want to soak in the Southwestern vibe in a historical adobe lodging that feels cozy and casual There was good FREE breakfast in a very inviting Southwestern decorated indoor outdoor area near the office Our studio room (53) was very clean, cozy had microwave, fridge, fireplace, sitting area, a patio, shower/tub, high products for hair, body, pretty SW details

We loved it Staff is so helpful and friendly! Great if you value an authentic experience in historical lodgings

Lauren Lock

We LOVED our long weekend at Las Palomas! The room was cozy with the fireplace, and had everything we needed The layout of the hotel is so unique and has tons of special Santa Fe touches Breakfast and the coffee bar were both above expectation

All of the staff we interacted with were incredibly pleasant 5/5 would recommend and can’t wait to come again!

Denise Kelly

Pros: Price was fair for a summer rate The breakfast was excellent! The location was great (4 blocks from Plaza) Overall look of place was good

Cons: Our particular room could have used an upgrade in bedroom area The bathroom had been updated which was a plus My biggest complaint was it could have been cleaner, for example clean the dust off the bathroom door and heat register I know hiring help is difficult in these times but a little more effort would be appreciatedI would probably stay there again and hope for a little nicer room (they have many)
