A wonderful stay! The room (Garden Suite) was charming and cozy Loved having our own little patio/garden The breakfasts were wonderful and very upscale

It was nice having snacks in our room with our own little refrigerator and kitchen Monique went out of her way to help us with tours and her staff was very professional I highly recommend it!

Athena Hobbins

My husband and I visited Savannah in August and stayed in the Carriage House and it was perfect! Monique and her staff were nothing but kind and helpful, it was obvious that they paid close attention to every detail Prior to visiting my sister had given me brunch recommendations, but Monique’s breakfasts were so good that we didn’t want to miss them! We will definitely stay here the next time we are in Savannah!

What an absolute gem The owner is amazing Our place was absolutely charming and right in the middle of the city with parking and easy proximity to everything we wanted to explore

They bring breakfast in the mornings, keep the refrigerator stocked, clean while you’re out and leave you wine and pastries in the evening Pet friendly too Our place (Jenkins House) had two bedrooms, a beautiful patio, a wonderfully charming living room and kitchen, beautiful artwork, and was priced the same as most of the hotels in the area We couldn’t have asked for a better situation Highly recommend

Azalea Inn was a little paradise! We stayed there for a last minute honeymoon when our original plans got canceled due to new travel restrictions a few days before our wedding Teresa made sure to make our alternate honeymoon feel just as special Her home-cooked breakfasts are amazing and it’s a wonderful treat to come back to homemade desserts every evening

The back courtyard is the real treasure of this inn, it feels like a paradise oasis I only wish the descriptions of the rooms were a bit more clear – I couldn’t tell which rooms had jacuzzi tubs and which didn’t, so we ended up in a room that didn’t have one

From the moment we walked through the door and saw Tom, The general manager it was a wonderful stay from beginning to end We met many charming people, the food was delectable, great tips and advice from Tom about places to go and experiences to have in the area The pool was a wonderful surprise, Just steps from our rooms private balcony, clean and refreshing in a secluded garden in the back

We look forward to staying here again Richard & Susan M

Our stay at Azalea Inn was delightful My wife and I celebrated our 25th anniversary in Savannah for a week, and we chose the perfect Bed & Breakfast (Cotton Exchange room) The staff provided exemplary southern hospitality by patiently answering our endless questions with a smile, serving delicious food and evening desserts, and providing an extremely clean and quiet environment

If you are looking for a charming, quintessential Savannah experience, we highly recommend the Azalea Inn!

We stayed one night on our way to NC and were not sure what to expect Wanted a place with plenty of space and option to do laundry since we were travelling with a small child (didn’t end up needing to use it) For the cost of two hotel rooms in other nearby hotels, we thought this would make sense

Had some concerns based on other reviews, but our experience was extremely positive The low room rate and high cleaning fee makes staying here even more reasonable when you stay a few nights We received an email in the early morning the day we were supposed to check in with all the info you need to get to your room There was a little snafu with our reservation, but the customer service is outstanding and very responsive in a most timely mannerParking can be tricky, but we got lucky because it was the middle of the week and had no trouble parking on the street when needed (remember to check the times for when you need to pay to park) Parking garages are relatively close, but if you have a lot of stuff you’re going to want to try to park on the street to get everything up there and then go park in the garageThe entrance is hard to find (they explain well in the email, we were just anxious and ignorant) and when you enter you wonder what you may get into – trust me, don’t judge this book by the cover just yet! The place was impeccably clean and well stocked with anything you could need – they really did think of everything to provide as much comfort as possible during the stay Floors are hard wood and gorgeous The room(s) were beautiful and decorated in a modern, simple way They look and feel great There is so much space and it is easy to relax Having the appleTV was also another plus as they have their own account for most apps so you don’t have to use your own info and remember to log out The beds were very comfortable, plenty of pillows and blankets, and I just can’t say enough positive things about this place A full kitchen is so great when you have leftovers from all the amazing restaurants in Savannah! I did not have to sacrifice leftovers because I had a full size fridge so I could sneak in and eat it in the middle of the night The noise from the street was noticeable, but we were there in the middle of the week so it ended rather early (10-ish) The room away from the street did not have any noise issues If it was the weekend, I think anyone sleeping in a room by the street may get bothered if they need to get to sleep early and are light sleepers, otherwise just the level of white noise you’d expect being in any downtown (unless someone is singing very loudly, which one lady did one night but she had a great voice and it was a welcome intrusion)Photos are from the morning after we woke up, so we already made a little mess 🙂 Pics go from entrance and then room by room We were in unit 301Absolutely intend to stay here again Thank you to the staff and everyone with the Grant for a great stay and great service

Samuel Corkran

I was fortunate to find The Grant by Black Swan located in the heart of Savannah’s historical district My family really enjoyed our four day weekend due to the immediate proximity to everything we came to see The only short coming was that street for our hotel was under revnovation by the city which created a few challenges upon arrival and the building interior could use a new coat of paint

But everything worked well in the apartment! Thank you Black Swan for providing us with the high value of The Grant in Savannah!

Steven Collins

Convenient location, but lots of street people hanging out Entry was dark and grimy No cable TV, only internet

3 of 5 bulbs missing from overhead light in living room Lots of loud street noise at night People above us clunking around on their floor Someone else’s makeup on both sides of a washcloth No kleenex No one on site to help you After hours number is not helpful TV remote battery low and may not last the evening; said someone might be by to fix it tomorrow We were cut off in the midst of a text conversation by their after-hours phone number before anything was resolved It said call or text back tomorrow Really poor management and service This place will rob a lot of the joy from our week-long trip to Savannah We’ve been here less than 24 hours There are no refunds after 2 days from the date of booking (which we did weeks ago) And this place is not inexpensive! So, we’ll suffer through, I suppose

Wasn’t expecting much when I drove up but at the end of my stay, I will admit that this is one of the cleanest and friendliest placed I have ever stayed My reservation was made for me and I was pleasantly surprised to find that I was booked into a suite with (almost) a FULL kitchen –the room had a disposal and a dishwasher! It wasn’t until the second day that I realized they’re pet friendly too My room was so incredibly clean that I could hardly believe that a pet had ever occupied the suite

Friendly check-inGreat staff at the breakfast buffetBUT THAT CLEANING CREW, THO!!!Outstanding!Would stay here again over any other place in Savannah!

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel from 10/09/2021-10/11/2021 and the staff there was amazing The area the hotel was in was safe and clean and the facility looks well maintained The bathrooms were clean and always stocked with toilet paper

When i went to get breakfast the person at the area was very nice and helpful and answered any and all questions I had The restaurant offers a hit breakfast that consists of waffles that you can make yourself Two different kinds of sausage, omelets, cereal, granola bars, etc My room was super clean and neat and smelled nice Overall I had no complaints at all I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in the area

First time staying in Homewood Suites and extremely happy This property is conveniently located to historic Savannah and right on the river Even if you don’t have a water view room, the rooftop bar has a great view

The rooms were spacious and our bedroom even had a ceiling fan which is what we are used to at home Included breakfast was nothing elaborate but was good and helped keep the travel expenses under control Only valet parking is available but it was convenient and the valet staff was very nice There is some road noise during the day but not at night when trying to sleep Definitely would stay at this property again!

Michelle Graafsma

My husbands and my overall experience at the hotel was great because it’s in Savannah! Conveniently located, close to a lot of great restaurants, very knowledgeable staff, great rooftop view of the river I give the hotel three stars because we did not receive the king bed we originally booked and were in a queen bed Also, when requested to change rooms, we could not change that evening and minimal effort was made by the hotel manager to change rooms and we ended up staying in the same room our entire stay

She offered to “call our room” but gave off the impression was sincerely the “least” she could do (Who waits by their hotel room phone? That’s why we have smartphones) As well as the pool area was not well kept water wise, creating a corner of hair and grime in the corner The pool was warm because the heated pool feature was not turned off during a very hot week in June (One day was real feel of 114) So yes, it’s a good hotel, the rest of the staff did do well, the valet works SUPER hard to be efficient, knowledgeable and welcoming There are shining employees at this location and great rooftop service for drinks and food I would come back and hopefully next time it will be running better after coming out of a pandemic

Sharna Rozin

We booked a regular room but were assigned an ADA-accessible room We went back to the front desk to say we didn’t feel right about taking this type of room when we are able-bodied The clerk was rude, rolled his eyes at us, and said the hotel was full, that was all they had

Yet he offered us a larger room for a substantial additional fee Were they full or not full? He acted like we were intruding on his time and wanted us to just go away The housekeeping staff needs training as well The bed was made up with the mattress cover as the top sheet Who does that? I tried reaching the manager 8 times after our stay I left messages each time and never got a return call Unacceptable The breakfast was fair and the staff in the dining room was very nice The valet parking was very expensive I know we could have made a much better choice in hotels Hilton was a disappointment

I stayed here, for my birthday weekend Though there were a few hiccups, Ms Ann (Angela) and Ms

Pat (I think that’s her name) ensured that my stay was worth it If anything went wrong, they went above and beyond to fix it Honestly, much of what went wrong was done by other guests People please respect the property and stop breaking doors Also why would someone put fresh fish in a hotel freezer, without properly sealing it, is beyond mindblowing It’s a nice hotel with great customer service Hopefully it’ll stay that way, if people people are respectful of the property and other’s experience while staying at the property

Stacey W

Staff was ok but the hotel is run down There is a smell in the air in the building and our room smelled like cigarettes when we checked in The ceiling has a watermark and shows mold growth

I don’t need fancy but I do need clean and maintained I won’t be back hereAlso note part of the building is still closed for COVID and they are still using paper carryout for breakfast

This is a well kept hotel with fun, if occasionally a bit “trying a little too hard”, touches (we got a free little gift in our mailbox when we arrived which was great but we laughed a little when it included a typed quote from Gandhi) The room was comfortable and the attention to detail was wonderful This would be an easy five for me but we had one issue with too much light in our room and it took two texts and two phone calls to get anything done about it and my texts were never responded to and I never received a call back

That being said, the issue was dealt with to my satisfaction but the communication was plain bad I worry that if we had a larger issue it would have been tougher However, I would stay again if the price was right so it was good overall

Jordan Pace

The Present made for a great stay in Savannah in a really pretty square with live oaks The rooms were clean with a comfortable bed, large shower, and having the coffee bar and a patio made for a relaxing morning the day of check-out The modern, non-front-desk check-in an check-out can be confusing, so know that’s what you’re getting into before arriving, but it was smooth with no hiccups

Highly recommend

When I arrived I was greeted and checked in by Daphney who is very professional and attentive to your needs Even after I unpacked and went to the pool she asked me if there was anything I needed She sets a great example to professionalism

Rooms were very nice and clean Showers hot Beds comfortable Housekeeping very nice and friendly Will definitely be staying here again

First off if you can skip this exit I probably would it’s a very sketchy area the later it gets the worse it is The motel itself is great though had no problems and the pool and hot tub was great my son and my niece and nephews loved it along with the weight rooms The room is clean enough and the floor was very clean I will say very! No bugs that’s all I care about anyway and there isn’t any here!!!! GREAT PLaCE!!!! But if someone is very picky the walls looked like someone played wall ball on them with sneakers black marks all over my walls!! I took pics

Which like I said that doesn’t bother me at all!!! So I would definitely recommend staying here oh yeah so far a double bed cost me 230 which $25 should come back off today for incidentals But I’d check it out no problems!!!!

Phoenix Walker

This is the nastiest hotel I have ever stayed in If we hadn’t checked in at 1 am for one night I would have left Our first room was filthy, stains on the carpet, toilet and bathtub

Moving Bugs on the light fixtures, stained carpet and couch, the pull out couch is disgusting and to top it off someone had written on the walls, “Look Up” Our second room was just as filthy We would have left if it wasn’t the middle of the night and we weren’t so tired from driving 10 hours straight I slept on top of the bed fully clothed To top everything off we arrive at a non-existent breakfast With non-working broken waffle makers and no food at 6:30am The seating in the food area was just as nasty as the hotel rooms Do not stay at this hotel the hotel owners should be ashamed charging over $200 for these nasty rooms

We stayed at this hotel in October of 2020 when we were en-route to Florida We decided to stay near Savannah for a couple of days and this hotel was the perfect fit for us It is right near the highway and is only a 15-20 minute drive into Savannah

and way cheaper than staying in Savannah I’m not sure when this hotel was built but it seemed pretty new Although there were restrictions in place because of Covid, the hotel and staff were SO accommodating It was very clean and comfortable We are looking forward to staying there again later this year

Ally Ann

We tried to stay here, we checked in and then right back out We always do a mattress check, because we all saw that 60 minutes documentary Well

We found bugs, plural Nested in the mattressThey were alive and kickingWe showed the attendant on site, ans they stated the manager would have to issue the refund Weeks went by and nothing had to call 4 more times to get a manager, and 3 weeks later we had the refund The thing is, the onsite attendant did not seemed surprised by the photos and did not seem shocked 😑Wanted to warn everyone as i wish I had known, the reviews looked fine And we had to drive home 4+ hours instead of staying the nightAlso, black build up on the mattress

My husband and I were in town for a week celebrating our 27th wedding anniversary What an amazing experience! Rooms were clean, beds comfortable, breakfast offered many choices, hot breakfast may i add! Staff was friendly and helpful! Warm, comfortable, quite, and inviting environment! Must give much accreditation to Jeremiah, Jaliah, and Greg!!! They gave an abundance of advice and suggestions were to go, what to eat etc They are such an assest to this company!! They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was excellent and it was just that! They have such amazing, blessed, and immense futures just ahead!! Jeremiah went out of his way to bless us with the most delicious cake ever on our anniversary!! We will definitely stay here again, and highly recommend this place to stay if you’re looking for a home away from home stay

Thanks to the young man that got us the toilet tissue, and helped us figure out the sink!! Sorry forgot his name, young african american guy God bless until next time Jeremiah, Jaliah, and Greg 👏

We only stayed for one night on a road trip but the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful The room was nice, a bit worn but clean and comfortable nonetheless It was very quiet despite having a pool view room

Valet parking is $30/night so factor that in Breakfast was actually pretty good, better than the average continental buffet The staff definitely made the shirt trip enjoyable and we’d be more than happy to stay again

Jim Kurtz

Spacious, clean, relaxing room Friendly accommodating staff Good breakfast

Was one of the best experiances we have had in a hotel overall Every staff member we encountered was very personable and pleasant The management should be proud or how well the entire staff represents the establishment They made our short stay in Savannah a wonderful and memorable one A true gem!

Dawn Seibert

Nice room Beautiful courtyardBut our 5 night stay recently was much less enjoyable with the poor breakfast service and offering

At least 20-25 people at breakfast every morning but the buffet hot trays were empty 90% of the time It didn’t help the situation when the woman from the kitchen would appear with a dozen or 15 overcooked breakfast sandwiches then they were gone immediately They ran out of fresh fruit and hard boiled eggs by 8 Too bad for the folks who showed up for breakfast after that Even ran out of coffee many times We should have gone out out for breakfast but kept thinking it was a fluke and would improve Is the management not even aware of this shortfall? No hand lotion in our room? I didn’t pack any since we were staying at a Marriott after allWe stayed at a Jacksonville, FL Marriott after this and were relieved to have a decent breakfastevery

Bluegreen sales people the minute you get the phone call the staff was rude The sales person was nice, but what the tend to leave out is maintenance fees of $811 a year I told them about the rude staff and if they wanted to sell a product the customer is always right and they said they would make it right by me

Yeah that did not happen they said good by to me right then

K

Unfortunately this 2/5 review has nothing to do with the quality of room or service, and everything to do with the Bluegreen sales women Upon arriving, 3 sales women began asking us what the name on our reservation was and if we were interested in a sales pitch regarding timeshares/Bluegreen Both my husband and I politely refused

I personally had to say NO 4 different times I am firm about saying “no thank you” and yet, we were asked 4 different times in 4 different ways- we were offered a $100 gift card, free vacation, etc etc to attend one of their talks Although I said no (without reason because I do not need to give one), then I explained we’re only in Savannah for 2 days and that’s why, then one of the saleswomen said she’ll schedule me for “8:30pm tomorrow night” to attend a sales pitch because “it’s only an hour” I said no once more All of this took place while waiting for the elevatorThis was irritating, frustrating, and entirely unnecessary when we just arrived after driving hours on the road to get there We have never received such pressure at any other Bluegreen location (we’ve attended the Gatlinburg, Orlando, and Aruba locations as well) When my husband had to go back downstairs since our room keys weren’t working, he was approached by the same saleswoman who began to ask him if he used “bonus points” for the reservation and if he was an “authorized user” because she believed we weren’t really allowed to stay here The front desk person quietly apologized for this woman’s behavior, but it was still completely unacceptable The room itself was very nice, the location was prime, and the rest of the stay we were unbothered but to start the trip out this way- all I can say is sheeeeeeesh I doubt we will be back as a result If people say no once, then accept that If you need clarification, then fine- one more no But 4 times? It’s a shame and a slap in the face to females everywhere that a woman didn’t understand the word no Please work on these aggressive and distasteful sale tactics moving forward

Cindy Burgess

Everyone was very helpful and so sweet from Checking in to parkingI did not catch the parking ladies name, I believe she was over parking, she seen us waiting on our ride and she came over and was so sweet she gave our family member with special needs a snack and water She just came right up to us like family, it was very nice

Bluegreen has always been good to me!! But this time they showed me another side of them So grateful!!

The best experience about this hotel is that we left our jacket there and the staff reached out to us via email She was very helpful on helping us receive our package back! Great customer service! We will definitely go back if we need to stay in that area Great price as well!

Not going to lie, when we booked this hotel, we were iffy about how nice it would be because of the recent reviewsI gotta say, this hotel is NOTHING like those recent reviews! The front desk was SUPER friendly The room was spotless! The housekeeper for my room came to tell me about the room as I was checking in

They had a pack n play ready to go for us (which looks like it’s brand new, never been used before)We still have some time left on our reservation, so I’ll update as needed But so far I am very impressed! As for being a pet friendly hotel, I don’t smell any animal anywhere in the hotel! I was worried about that since some reviews said that, but nope! It smells freshly clean all over!Update:The housekeepers don’t clean your room every day due to covid I saw one family yell at the front desk over this and the housekeeper came out of the office and went to their room right away to clean Please don’t yell at people There’s no need to yell over something like thisOur garbage disposal broke on our last week here, but the maintenance guy came up AS SOON as we said something He was prompt and got it fixed in no time!Overall, if you have an issue, the workers of this hotel will QUICKLY fix it! No need to be mean to the workers Just tell them your issue and they’ll do their best to correct it!We spent a month here If we had to live in a hotel again for a month, I would still choose this place!

Showed up tonight at 11:45pm with 2 rooms booked only to find out they really had only 1 room left and no solution at the front desk I am very loyal to Marriott and they put the ball in my court to figure things out with zero help from the useless front desk My employee is at the residence hotel and I am now sitting in my vehicle trying to find a room close

Very upset and very unhappy Be cautious if you book here if your running late they might sell your room Whatever the case may be I would not stay here ever again or recommend this place There are better hotels and I was just trying to be a good steward of my money only to be burned after a full days travel to Savannah

We had a great stay here recently and highly recommend it The breakfasts were delicious, the room was very nice, and the bed was very comfortable to us (It was on the firmer side) We had a downstairs room (begonia room) and highly recommend that as it provided easy access to the parking area

It is a bit of a trek (25-30 minutes) to river street, so we drove down to that, but we liked it that way since the area was very quite and felt safe and secure

My husband and I stayed here in December 2021 and fell instantly in love with our hostess Chemise! Her breakfasts were to die for! Her knowledge of the history of the area was astounding! Her charm and hospitality were unmatched! The room and bed were very comfortable! We’ll be coming back!!!!

In short, nice hotel but rooms aren’t clean This is my second time staying here and each time the rooms and gym fall short on cleanliness The carpet wasn’t properly vacuumed, the floors aren’t mopped and are dirty

There’s trash and food on the floor between the nightstand and bedThe tubs aren’t properly cleaned between visits and the shower curtain liner has mildew and stuff splattered on it We brought this to the front desks attention during our first stay and they said they’d tell the manager the following morning and offered nothing in the way of accommodations for us that day For this to be such a beautiful hotel, it’s not as clean as it should be

One of the most joyous hotel stays I have had in a while From the time of checking in, the staff went out of their way to happily greet everyone that walked through the doors The rooms were spacious and very clean with one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on

The breakfast and evening reception was out of this world and the crew who heads them up were fantastic They made it a point to ensure ALL guests were enjoying their time In fact, they made my whole trip! I cannot wait to return to Pooler just so I can stay at Homewood Suites again!

Jeannie

Came over for a 2 night stay Room was old and the bathroom tub didn’t drain well and the tub fixtures were loose Bathroom had mold growing near the vent

The hook behind the door was broken and the back of the door was all scratch up We stayed in a room with balcony but not so much of a view The whole room just didn’t feel like it was cleaned well We had a tub of lysol and had to wipe all the counters and handles Also parking costs $39 a day

One night stay and had a wonderful time Staff was super friendly, eager to help We needed to extend our checkout time and they were very flexible and gave us no issues about needing to extend

Housekeeping checked on us several times Room was nice Breakfast was very reasonable, several choices and the girl running it was staying on top of restocking and keeping everything fresh Nothing super fancy but very comfortable Would definitely stay again

Besides the price being incredibly high ($500) for this weekend (4/23), I have no complaints I’ve stayed at this location before and loved it so I tried it again with my family this time and loved it even more The rooms and restrooms were extremely clean in the room and very spacious

We stayed one night in a king suite with sofa bed The location is close to everything It’s perfect and in a safe spot Valet parking is $30 for the whole stay or you will find a parking garage about 5 minutes in walking distance from the hotel that is $5 to park in River street is a 15 minute walk from the hotel and everything else closer is about an 8 minute walk Staff is super friendly and accommodating

Suruchi Poddar

The room was nice, spacious, all the amenities provided except one, drinking water There was no drinking water in the room nor with the reception Although the reception mentioned that the water bottle consignment got delayed due to some reason, but they could have arranged for a backup

In the whole hotel, there was just one water dispenser and that too in the gym which went empty during the night and no one else was there to replace the water can Besides that everything was great, breakfast was nice, the hotel is at a very convenient location Most of the tourist spots are within a 10 minute walk distance Liked it 😊

The location is very close to all the things one must visit in Savannah Everyone we spoke to there was so knowledgeable and helpful Overall it’s a stunning, beautiful place, and it definitely helped make our honeymoon in Savannah so memorable We can’t wait to come back for our anniversary!

My husband and I celebrated our wedding anniversary in Savannah and stayed here this week The inn was beautiful and quiet We loved having access to coffee, tea, and treats all day

The breakfasts were huge and delicious Anna was a pleasure and so helpful when we had questions about local restaurants, attractions, etc We met so many wonderful couples from around the country and world at the inn while on our trip and enjoyed great conversations The inn is right in the heart of Savannah and within walking distance to everything This was our first but definitely not our last trip to this beautiful city Next time we come, we will definitely stay here again! Thank you for providing such excellent accommodations while we were here!

My husband and I came here for our honeymoon last May and we had the most wonderful experience!First of all, the inn itself was gorgeous inside and out And our rooms were beautiful I loved all of the art and furniture in every room, very elegant

We got to stay in two rooms, one on both sides of the in, and it was a really cool experienceSecondly, the service here is fantastic! Every person we spoke to here was very kind and knowledgeable about the area We got some great recommendations on dining and activities Also, when it was time for us to switch our rooms, they were so kind and helpful and moved our bags for usLastly, the food was amazing! We looked forward to every breakfast I’m a huge fan of breakfast foods both sweet and savory, and I was not disappointed They put quite the spread on your plate I always left breakfast pleasantly stuffed Also, the sweet peach tea and desserts they set out during the day were very refreshing!Overall, my husband and I are itching to come back! We loved our stay and really can’t say enough good things about the Inn and its owners

I took a baseball team of 25 teenagers here to stay for two nights Everyone was wonderful to work with and helped us out in every way possible The rooms were great and clean, breakfast area was great for our players to hang out and the staff was very friendly, welcoming and helpful

Would 100% recommend to stay here as an individual family or as a group!

I’m not one to complain ever but I felt like after staying at Springhill Suites by Marriott South in Savannah, I had to say something Especially during these Covid times, where cleaning should be top priority The first room we got the light switch near the door turned on no lights

There were hairs on the top of the bed where your head would be Went into the bathroom there was hairs in the shower, no hand soap or anything just a dish in the bathroom the toilet seat was loose and last straw there was a blue ring on the table and it wiped away with a lysol wipe very easily After that we were like we need a new room We went down to the front desk and told the lady’s and she said ugh another person complaining about their room We said oh your having issues with rooms? oh no I’m not working today She said they didn’t have a lot of rooms She went to check on a room, to make sure the room was clean She came back gave us a key we went to the room It looked better then the first But again there was no hand soap at the sink, there was a small bottle of body wash at the sink We didn’t say anything I was just happy to have something to wash my hands with I took a shower, there were 3 bottles attached to the wall and there was not a drop of shampoo in the shampoo bottle This is not the hotel experience I expect from a Marriott and I would never stay at this hotel ever again

I stayed at this hotel this Easter weekend 2022, also renting a room for my dad It was a terrible experience for my dad his toilet leaked the entire day, which we found when we returned to the room

I called the front desk and was told that no maintenance person was available but they would send someone up to try to repair it No repair was completed and they placed towels on the floor until the next day I checked my father out the next morning to have him stay with family and lodged a complaint with the desk supervisor I told him of my dissatisfaction with the room and that we expected to be compensated with points for the grave inconvenience The supervisor said that the general manager does not work onsite but would contact me I contacted the hotel several times and never received a call or any communication from the manager I contacted Marriott Elite Customer Service (I am a Lifetime Gold Elite Member) and was advised the manager closed the complaint ticket the following day, which they told me was not the way it should have been handled Management is terrible at this hotel, unlike any other many Marriott Brands that I have stayed at I am requesting points compensation from this hotel for the terrible experience
