This was a very nice resort with all the amenities and activities I give it 4 stars because they do not handle the rentals

Its handled by an outside broker and that is where the problem lies I had no working furnace which was needed overnite I was supplied a portable heater which was insufficient to heat the unit I was promised that the furnace would be repaired which it never was I was promised compensation for my electric bill which I never was All in all, I had a great month with family and friends, but the individual accommodation was the pits

I love visiting this place when I visit my parents The pool is always clean and hot tub inviting I was surprised that they changed their hours however and close everything down at 10:00 p

m I think that’s a huge disservice to everyone who pays their fees to use the pool and hot tub at any are they wish I hope the management reconsiders this limited hours

The check in staff was really friendly, and it was a quick process The lobby and room seemed clean, but the bathroom felt a little grimy Our first room had a missing deadbolt, but they were quick and courteous to fix the issue and we got an upgraded room

The location was good with restaurants and entertainment, and overall a nice place to stay, but not a fan of the showers

Kathy L

We had a king room on the 3rd floor The room had everything we needed and wanted Although the hotel is old the room was clean, except for the black long hairs in the shower (I’m assuming they belonged to the housekeeper as otherwise the tub was spotless)

There was a microwave, large sized fridge and freezer, a package-type coffeemaker and a large new tv with all the channels to make most people happy (well, no HBO) The bed was very comfortable and the new a/c was quiet Unfortunately it is a dog friendly hotel and a neighbor went out to dinner Their dog whined, cried, barked and yipped while they were gone

Katherine Bane

The beds were super comfy, the facility is very clean, check-in was a breeze, the grounds are beautiful ⛲, the staff is friendly and all this for a reasonable price! The motto I saw was, “Affordable excellence” I feel like they like ved up to their name We were just traveling thru, but we’d stay a weekend here

Two down sides: the pool was a cloudy green and needed to be dealt with and there are no breakfast options Heck muffins for sale would be better than nothing That is the reason I didn’t give it 5 stars

I’ve been staying here for over 3 months and I could not be happier with the service that I’ve received The entire front desk staff, Melissa in particular, has been a huge help and has been super patient with me through my many room key requests and other questions throughout my stay Also the hospitality and warm welcome that Lisa provide each and every time that we come and go, is incredibly heartwarming and makes us feel at home

I’ve stayed at many hotels throughout my career, and have not met a staff as professional, accommodating and overall welcoming as this place I’d highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a quality hotel …feels like home

Cherri Metzger

This hotel is an extended stay facility I stay here for work, sometimes up to 5 weeks at a time The staff is very friendly and accommodating

The gym is super clean and has newer, well maintained equipment Laundry facilities are adequate, but small I have only stayed in the studio rooms and they are adequate, clean, a nice bathroom, and good cabinet/counter/desk space, but the two burner stovetop limits what you can cook and is slow to boil water There is a small pool that is not really good for swimming and much to my dismay, no Jacuzzi! Parking is close in and convenient Good location central location

Bernard Flerlage

I will no longer do business with Marriott on my travels They called at 120pm on day of check in after I had just traveled across the country to tell me the coOuter messed up and they were overbooked so my room was canceled There were 3 of us traveling, the other 2 got canceled also

After talking a few times they ended up then giving us two rooms and I had to share with another person on the trip I was frustrated but at least they promised 40000 points for the trouble Still have not received points Called front desk and they said nothing they can really do

I don’t begrudge Hilton or its franchisees the right to set prices, but this is unprecedented price gouging for a hotel that has NEVER charged these kinds of prices I paid $300 for a single Thursday night stay My choice obviously, but there were literally no other choices when I had to make an unplanned stopover for a business issue at MCAS Yuma

Given that ridiculous and unwarranted Honors ‘Discount’ rate, the very least Hilton (? franchisee) could do is provide a decent cup of hot coffee when the breakfast bar opens at 6 am Not only was it lukewarm, it was foul, both dark and light roasts Most Hampton Inns where I have stayed in the past provide reasonable good (and hot) coffeeOther than that, it’s standard Hampton Inn mediocrity: noisy hvac units, packaged scrambled eggs, unidentifiable and frightening appearing meat-like substances, stale muffins, old creaky sofa bedsAll of this would be fine if Hilton wasn’t now screwing working class folks with their price-gouging business model as they try to rapidly recover profits lost during the height(s) of the CoVID pandemic before the next wave appears We didn’t cause CoVID, but we are certainly paying for it Everyone in the breakfast bar was talking about itI travel for work frequently and always try to stay in Hampton Inns, but never again They screwed a Gold Hilton Honors member and veteran just because they could

Stayed there for one night and fell in love with the hotel This property is 1 year old so everything is brand new Their pool is so nice it almost feels like you are in a resort

Their restaurant serves great food and drinks But the best thing about this hotel is their service Everyone from the front desk to housekeeper to public area person were friendly and it was an absolute pleasure to deal with them I would like to especially commend Steven from public area person and the front desk person ( I’m sorry I don’t remember her name but she was working at night on Aug 20) They are treasures to the company

NiCoalle Zemanovic

We have stayed here twice now Once on Christmas Eve on the way to Disneyland and now on our way to San DiegoI love it here! We travel often, so I always stick with what works for safe, clean, and friendly atmosphere especially having my young kids with

Their pool and outdoor area is awesome too!

Angela Boleyn

Skimpflation at its worst No daily housekeeping We had to try to empty any trash into full cans by the elevator

We quickly ran out of toiletries and had to go off property to buy our own On our last night, a nearby farm set fire to their crop and the hotel was filled with smoke The staff was dismissive when we expressed our discomfort- burning eyes, sore throats, shortness of breath due to prolonged smoke inhalation and simply said “that’s agriculture”

We drove here from San Diego to watch a race across the street at the dirt track I’ll stay with the pros: The first thing we noticed upon checking in was that the advertised price of $10700 is completely accurate! No hidden fees or extra hotel tax or crazy deposits like we experience in our hometown anytime we want to go on a staycation

The room was really clean, the pool and hot tub are open 24/7 and the beds and pillows are very comfortable, lots of parking, a lovely little gift shop with reasonably priced souvenirs, toiletries and snacks etc…good coffee in the lobby and hand sanitizer readily available at all times Now for the cons: the triple 777 cafe was a disappointment, the breakfast buffet is still closed due to Covid and they have the tightest slots I’ve ever played in my life I still give it 5 stars I think we’ll be coming back here again when racing starts back up for sure

Talk about room here in Somerton, Arizona (near Yuma) We are in a two rooms Double queen in one, an one queen in another

Ajoined by a spacious living room, we feel special The living room has its own restroom! 24 hour pool! Of course, the Casino goes on 24 hours, too (though we aren’t here to gamble)! Morning view is beautiful sunrise behind those mountainsOk, we got great rooms on the 3rd floor (top)! Not a sound from the Casino heardAlso We had an issue last night and the front desk was super amazing Nice and responsive Time to tip!!

Orjeana Devereaux

Very professional and friendly staff Rooms are nicely decorated and a accommodating Pool area is clean and towels provided

We visited the pool mid day and it was hot and not crowded Later evening the pool was crowded and loud Tried to turn in early for our long drive home That was not the case due to children running up and down the halls above us until I called the front desk at 12:30am Overall a nice place, next visit We will stay on the third floor!

We love Rolle’s Lynda Vista with its free range chickens, multiple citrus trees and casual atmosphere Help yourself to the fruit it’s free Laundry is$ 0

75 to wash and the driers cost a quarter If you get the right one (2nd from the right end of driers) everything will be dry for sure It’s a hot one Only cash or cheque for payment Arrive before 5:00

Small park in a country setting We originally planned to stay for a month but realized after a week that it wasn’t a good fit Neighbor across the street was extremely inhospitable and had a very annoying Halloween Cat decoration that meowed every time someone walked or drove by

There were also several wild roosters which crowed all night There were a lot of seasonal folks, some friendly and some who didn’t seem to appreciate our presence The laundry room was not appropriate for the size of the park and the swimming pool was not heated (55 degrees!) With a little TLC and updating this pool could be transformed into a lovely gathering spot The grounds and clubhouse also need some attention but the numerous citrus trees in the park bear delicious fruit The manager and owner were super friendly and Bob (owner) was very gracious when we decided to leave earlier than expected and gave us a generous refund Although it didn’t work out for us, I’m sure it would be a great spot for some

Susan Goodwin

Wonderful gem in the middle of the city! Most of the units are winter residents but they also have prime open spots for travelers like us They have a great clubhouse with daily activities if you choose to join in This is about the friendliest campground we’ve encountered over our 50,000 miles of travel

We will definitely stop here again!!!

It is a “Mid-century Modern” motel They work hard to satisfy customer Super good breakfast room package–smart, teamed w the restaurant next door–win win as they say

A/C worked well and good sound control–quiet Good bed Housekeeping seems to be their speed bump– most guests one nite, we were here for 3 We’re seniors and all very accommodating If in the area again this is where we would stay Very fair price price for what you get

Howard Cloud (Howard)

Nothing really unique about this place The only thing historic about this motel would be the dirt on the wall Seems to be over priced for what it is

For the same price you can stay at a modern clean hotel where the a/c doesn’t screech like two eagles mating as they fall through the air The staff is friendly enough Rooms need painting and regular maintenance Went to the restaurant that the motel hasafter ordering and waiting for almost an hour I never received my food Went to IHOP instead Would not stay here again

matthew Hill

Even though There were very few guests they placed me right underneath another guest Also as I sat at an outdoor table the owner asked what I was doing there and when I told her she demanded my room number and said who she was I told her and complained I felt policed and she condescendingly said “I’m sorry you took it that way and drove off

”A beautiful place though and not too expensive I’m a long haired male too so I’m profiled

Definitely not worth the price I paid close to $170 for a single room for one person The room did not contain a microwave, coffee maker nor refrigerator

The room was clean No adult sized towelsWhen I checked in the receptionist was pleasant enough but talked through me like I wasn’t there to a friend who waited behind me There are signs everywhere about wearing masks and social distancing, including a sign stating only one person allowed in the lobby at a time as it’s a very small space However, the rules apparently don’t apply to all as the person behind me was not masked and followed directly behind me The receptionist apparently knew the person and they talked through me as if I wasn’t there

Theresa Schneider

In general, we have always been happy with our stays at this particular Motel 6 It’s clean, lots of restaurants close by, and the freeway noise doesn’t bother usThis time, however, even though we had reserved an ADA room with a queen bed, they were only able to offer us a full when we arrived to check in

Also, NOT pleased that we can’t specifically reserve a non-smoking room online and have to take whatever’s left at the time of our check-in The odor was very annoying, and it traveled home with us on our clothes and luggage Yuck!

Patty Cavanaugh

Where do I start? Beds appear to be as old as the hotel as well as the pillows and bedding No hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, or mostly coffee Freeway noise was obnoxious

Walls seem paper thin so you could hear everything from upstairs as well as beside us I’d rather pay $2000 more and get a room that has been upgraded to at least newer, more comfortable beds and pillows To me, it was disgusting
