Extremely friendly staff This hotel has everything you need at a discounted price if you have a loved one at Sacred Heart hospital It’s a short and easy walk to the hospital, they have coffee made and fresh water day and night and a Continental breakfast

Guest laundry etc But really the best thing is how supportive and accommodating the staff is I had no idea how long I was going to need a room for, they set me up with 4 nights and if I needed to leave early it was no problem The staff is awesome, rooms are clean and comfortable

This is an older Residence Inn that’s surely due for a renovation It’s about on par with other Residence Inns in that same category, as a building Maybe a little better

However based on the other reviews here, and given our Marriott loyalty status (Platinum, at the time), I’m quite certain we were given one of their better roomsIt’s uncommon for me that exceptionally good staff make up for an otherwise low quality experience, but that was the case here The experience wasn’t *that* low quality, but IMO, it didn’t match the price The staff here, though, as the other reviews would confirm, is truly exceptional I’d prefer the welcome feeling here over a cheaper experience at a different place on most daysThanks for an overall good stay We might just come back at some point in the future-Full time traveler, guy who left a package of salad dressing there and never picked it up

The hotel decor color and style is appealing to my eyes We appreciated the shape of our room, layout of furniture and size of room (King + fold out couch bed)

The front desk lady was nice and courteousThe indoor pool remains open until 11pmBreakfast goes until 10am :)The hotel is easy to find and not too far off the main hwy; but the hwy cannot be heard from our room

Mat Allred

This was a comfortable stay just outside of Spokane The location is easy to get to and you are close to shopping, restaurants, and grocery stores The staff was especially accommodating, even going out of their way to make sure we were taken care of

We needed an early check-in on our arrival, and both Jake and Sarai made sure we were able to do that We really felt like “guests” Also, Jenny at the front desk was super friendly and was able to quickly help me sort out a technical issue with the TV in our roomOverall, this was a great stay, and we will definitely be back next time we are in Spokane

The check in at the front desk was easy to do The staff is great! Very friendly and very helpful The housekeeping did a great job cleaning up our room (we aren’t messy guests though) thank for attending to our requests before checking in and after

The pool area could be a little warmer and hopefully they get the jets fixed on the hot tub I do have a suggestion for in the rooms (maybe consider adding cup coasters so the furniture doesn’t get ruined)

Kelsey Diaz-Pacheco

Pros: Our room was clean-didn’t hear the traffic in our room,-night staff was very friendly- Got us new sheets very quickly-Breakfast was good- Hotel looked newly remodeled-Overall the building was cleanCons: Day staff at the counter could have cared less about us checking out- Hot tub was broken- Pool was freezing-House keeping was trying to get us out at 10:30 when check out is 12pm- Broken cover for ac/heat unit- Shelf missing in the shower with a metal piece sticking out- Towel rack wasn’t installed all the way and came off when we took the towel off, luckily my 2 year old didn’t get hurt- Sheets on the couch pull out bed had blood stains on it but they brought us a new set right away

Grant Hwang

Overall great value Area seems quiet, could hear the trains at a distance but it was almost like white noise Clean outside, clean lobby, very clean room

Pool very clean, hot tub broken as of April 2 2022Did not have the free breakfast but I can say the coffee is really good and I am fairly picky about coffee The breakfast is a step down from what you would see at a Holiday Inn Express in terms of optionsI would stay again for sure And will consider other La Quinta locations based on my experience here

We stayed at the Moose Inn over Christmas and New Years We were visiting from Germany spending the holidays with familyOur stay was perfect

Very clean, spacious room Super nice and helpful manager We really felt ‘at home’ and we’ll definitely come back Oh, and the bed was more comfortable than at home! No backache during our stay

Caitlin Hanich

The manager is so nice and very friendly! Housekeeping did a great job The location was awesome, being only 10 minutes from my family, instead of a 45 minute drive from Couer d’Alene Yes, the beds are spring mattresses and are hard, but I like a firm bed and slept great

I will definitely stay here againThings the owner could think about for comfort: larger towels, blackout shades, memory foam mattress topper option

Kirk Bennett

Lynn was very accommodating and personable Cleaned everyday Yes the bed is firm

Each room is a little different I didn’t have much furniture End table not a real table, no dresser No drawers in the room period Kind of odd My Co-Worker had a bigger table And a place for clothes He had a better chair too Microwave was nuclear powered 1 minute would cook a steak Yes they are duplexes And you can hear everything next door if its quite Not good if you are a screamer 😆 No smoking on the property And it is enforced Pet friendly The fee was good for me because I stayed 2 weeks I liked the shower The blinds do suck I went to work before sunrise so it wasn’t an issue They provide shower towels and a seperate towel for cleaning I always make a mess The beige towel was well used and appreciated

I’m local but in the middle of a move and I really just needed a break from the chaos so I stayed here during a weeknight The rate was very reasonable, rooms and lobby were super clean, the pool room was a great temp and had toys for kids, nice little gift shop for snacks and toys for little ones and all the staff was extremely friendly They also had a great hot breakfast and cookies in the evening

This truly felt like a mini vacation and I thought oils rate this hotel higher if I could!

PROS- clean, very nice housekeepers, the staff is very quick on response to questions or needsCONS- outdated interior, very thin walls as neighbors dogs were very loud and she did not abide by quiet hours! She was slamming doors frequently with her frequent smoke breaks and dogs yelping as early as 5am! I was harassed at the beginning of my stay with two calls at work and couple emails for my dogs barking whenever someone walked past my doorway DURING QUIET HOURS This was a result of a previous neighbor who worked nights and of course any sound during the day is an issue! They finally made a decision and moved him! The CURRENT neighbor stated she’s sorry her dogs are loud and mine are quiet and she went on to say she apologized to the manager and he just jokingly responded with “that’s okay they will protect my tools”!

Cheryl Taxel

My work as a traveling Nurse brought me to this beautiful city for a short time While searching for a temporary living place I found Turning Leaf Townhomes From their online reviews to the operator taking my call, I could tell this place was special

Better than most places I have ever stayed at So clean, cool and quite I just melted into my soft cool bed after a long days work and slept like a baby This place really represented Spokane and treated me as if we have known each other my whole life If I come back I will stay at any of their properties, also if I get to retirement age, Spokane will be my home town

Played golf at Stoneridge today Course is in good condition and fun place to play Our issue was service and treatment

First off we were told by a course Marshall that we were a hole behind during our round There was nobody in front of us and the group behind us was rarely seen, not sure how we were behind! I think he just needed to say something to a feel important Next, service in the bar/ restaurant We made the turn at 11 am and the restaurant had no hot dogs ready, they were still serving breakfast !! Then came our after round beverage Two of us waited 20 mins for a beer and a hot dog! Three people working behind the bar should be able to accommodate golfers come in during and after their round for snacks and beer For $80 greens fees I would expect the service to be better than poor I have played Stoneridge many times of the last 30 years but after today I am done not worth the money, better choices in the area

Kirsten Rice

It is beautiful mountain area, nice and green golf course We have a wonderful room for our wheelchair to fit and go around Nice balcony view of the mountains and golf course

They have an elevator and laundry, but ice is just in your room from ice cube trays in your freezer, because of Covid It is a time share, so you cook in your own kitchen You can grill on the grills they have or eat out You need to drive 20 to 40 minutes to find restaurants Other than the 2 they have in town here Golf is the main reason to be here

gerald altieri

Place is tucked away and is just stunning The property is restore style with nice pool , spa plenty activities for kids and golf Nice lake and rooms are cozy with nice outside the room private storage

I dropped a star for unfriendly checking in , lady had such poor attitude and manger and employee behind her in office did nothing about it I would definitely stay here again So close to Coure d lane and silver wood theme park !

Stayed here on a quick solo trip to visit family Very nice place Appreciated the EV charging for my Tesla

Room was comfy and well-equipped “Manager’s Reception” offered complimentary beer and wine, which was a nice perk Breakfast was very good and the lady overseeing the breakfast area was extremely attentive and friendly Would recommend

Tracie Sweeney

Super nice staff and room was clean I liked that we were close to the front deskOnly thing I didn’t like was the bathroom didn’t have a fan and one of our mugs was chipped

No biggie though The breakfast was good and had plenty of options to choose from Workout room was clean and not crowded when I went They clean the rooms every 3 days and when I requested more towels they were at our door in less than 5 minutes I would stay here again!

lorihir

Room setup isn’t great, but mostly functional Location is close to centennial bike trail, which is a plus for me And most of the staff are friendly enough

Sadly, due to COVID19, they no longer have a restaurant or bar on site, even though their online info doesn’t reflect that Instead, they are doing something called manager’s reception from 5:30-9:30pm where they offer a couple of drinks, salad and breadsticks and the guests are forced to mingle So basically they are now a B&B If I wanted to stay at a B&B, I would have What I wanted was a true 3 star hotel with an on-site restaurant 5 floors and they don’t even offer vending machines The rooms are mostly clean, but not great The top of the sink backsplash hasn’t been wiped down in weeks No indication the TV remote has been wiped down The curtains don’t close all the way And the room just doesn’t smell or feel terribly clean Definitely not worth what they charge Don’t waste your money Go somewhere else

This hotel is amazing

the front desk staff are top notch especially Lisa she was such a pleasant, fun lady Very roomy rooms and clean The breakfast in the morning is very good and tasty The only thing is right across the street at 7-11 is a large amount of sketchy folks I felt very safe though in the hotel as security is top priority for the guests here We will be back soon Please tell Lisa she is doing an amazing job and we enjoyed her laughter as we had small talk

Jeremy Wimer

We stayed here so we could drop our daughter off at the airport early the next morning (4:30am), as we live 2 hours awayThe staff was very friendly, the entire hotel was very clean, and the rooms were comfortableWe actually came back after dropping off our daughter and slept a couple more hours before checking out

We opted to go out to breakfast (had a special destination in mind since we were visiting from out of town), but the full breakfast on site smelled amazingConvenient location and easy to findWe will definitely stay here again

Dana Pound

Easy access to I5 & everything that downtown has to offer I wasn’t sure about it when I got there because of the homeless/addicts everywhere around the hotel, but I felt very safe & comfortable The room I was checked in to smelled like old smoke that housekeeping tried to rid of with some deodorizer spray, but it was still very strong

The front desk guy moved me to a different room right away without questions/hesitation, and it was much better The breakfast options were not something I normally eat, and I was disappointed in the absence of fruit

Great little hotel right on the river! Perfect for any event in the areaWe made last minute reservations just a day before we were going to check in without a single problem Great rates and easy digital check in/out

Large on-site outdoor parking lot (not gated) Staff was friendly and welcoming! The hotel had a nice swimming pool as well as a playground and outdoor gamesOnly a 10 minute walk right along the river to Spokane ArenaRooms were spacious, very clean, and seemed to be recently renovated They even had a nice/new bathroom with a walk-in glass shower and complimentary bath productsThe only “downside” was that the hotel was very busy and the hallways were loud during the day (to be expected) However, it did seem to quiet down after dark and we had no issues sleeping or anythingOverall, I highly recommend this hotel if you are in Spokane for a quick trip! Great spot, especially in the summer!

Katie Hernandez

Such a fun, affordable , enjoyable hotel! Staff was friendly and helpful The hotel had 2 outdoor pools to accommodate both ages of my children! It was a beautiful spot right next to the river Plenty of space to walk and enjoy the river

We also enjoyed the outdoor play area that had giant connect 4, corn hole and a play area for the littles Bar had a nicely priced and delicious happy hour It was a great experience We will be back!

Traveling Gypsysoul

The pool is the best part! While the hotel itself looks to have had some renovations (new paint, interior furniture, wall decor) the building itself is old and not in the best shape While checking in at 9pm out front desk agent was less than friendly and when asking questions I simply go a “I’m going to give you a paper that says everything just wait!” No early check in and no late checkout allowed durning my stay Walking into my room there was trash left on the floor just under the bed(unfortunate but not a big deal) the pool was wonderful and worth every penny to have a pool side room

We were saddened by the fact that on a Friday night the pool was not open later (only until 11) opened the following day at 9am Overall we had a comfortable stay, but had it not been for the pool…it wouldn’t have been worth the price
