Highly recommended!! Clean, comfortable, quiet room We arrived @ 0930 after driving 9 hours straight through the night for family emergency The gentleman that checked us in could not have bee more empathetic And helpful He expedited the room turnover and allowed us to check in 5 hrs early just tp sleep , WHAT A FABULOUS PERSON !! Please keep him happy HIE, he is an amazing person and employee Definitely an asset to the company Very few if any places would have gone above and beyond to accommodate our situation we are incredibly thankful Honesty it was nice to see there are still some people that take the time to understand an unexpected crisis and do anything they are able to lessen a very emotional and stressful situation Kudos to U sir!!

Everything I expected and some The common areas were clean The roomWas clean

The staff was courteous and professional My only complaints: the parking lot is dimly lit and could definitely use more lighting The air conditioner in my room was set at 70 degrees with no way to adjust it Other then that everything was on point

When my 7 yr old son insisted we go tent camping last min and it was spring break I found myself striking out everywhere for places to camp but when I called Cody he went out of his way to get us a spot that was awesome with our own dock and pond view and small shelter if it rained The owners make you feel like family as soon as you meet them I can’t recommend this place enough The place is extremely unique thanks to the owners creative imagination with anything from ufos, dinosaurs, US Army Bombs, church steeples, full army helicopters life size elephants and more scattered through the property and campsites…

There were even a couple resident parrots that would talk to you Highly recommend!!!

Lucille Martinez

They advertise kayaking and pool Well no pool With Florida I always look for pool with the heat

When you call to make reservation they should tell you no longer have pool When we got there once settled we went to see where the pool was and closed I called owners and was told no pool closed indefinitely because need license for commercial But you can go to heater golf course and for 5 dollars can go The point is don’t advertise one thing and have another Very tight squeeze to get 32 to in Left a day early On

Daniel Sublett

We had been going here for years not anymore! The water is brown and smells like sewer, the low voltage has destroyed many plugs, power cables, air conditioners and even electrocuted people The weeds have overtaken most spots The owner is a drunk and bully that curses and yells at his customers

Then you have the junk campers and sketchy people he let’s in Much more horror to tell but I think you get the idea

My daughter’s family and I met our long time friends in the hotel lobby and enjoyed our visit thoroughly! The lobby’s space has been utilized wonderfully as it offers, on the left, 24hr self-serve coffee and a “mini store” with snacks and sundries you may have forgotten to pack In addition, on the right, guests may choose to eat their breakfast at the 12-14 foot dining table or at the smaller tables Up along the side wall, comfy benches/sofas have been set up so that guests may visit and relax

My stay was from 16-20 Apr 2022 Great location, many restaurants and stores within walking distance Front desk staff provided outstanding customer service especially “Jen”

I did not have room service for my four day stay despite asking a maid two times to clean my room The room was small, pillows were flat and the mattress was very hard No in-room microwave or safe Computers and printer in common area where inoperable and according to the staff had been that way for some timeThe hotel is overpriced for the quality of the room Would not recommend this hotel

Sandra Russo

The best stay! The General Property Manager Geeta is wonderful She makes you feel like you’re staying at your mom’s house! Because of her hospitable attitude, attention to detail, prompt response, knowledge, professionalism and kindness her staff follows her leadership and makes staying there an exceptional experience We will definitely stay again and recommend to others

Also please make sure Geeta gets a raise and lunch for her and her staff Thank you

We enjoyed our time at Sundance Lakes The residents who live there or are there for long periods are very friendly and welcoming Lots of activities

Dog friendly So many things within walking or biking distance – restaurants and grocery stores, pretty much everything The sites are level and have a concrete pad for your patio area Large dog run Pool is a bit small and was sometimes very crowded But overall this is a nice place with nice people

Pam Peters

My husband and I are here for 3 months Everyone here have been super friendly We would like to extend a special thanks to the maintenance guys

When we had an electrical issue, Shawn and Chuck not only came immediately to resolve the problem, they returned later to make sure everything was okay We are fairly new to the RV life, so Shawn’s knowledge, experience and advice have been so helpful You both are appreciated! ☺

Roger Maroni

I’m giving Sundance Lakes RV Resort very high marks Here’s why: Price and value totally works – But it more than that It a terrific facility, very well managed by the friendly married couple and their team – the front office and facility operations function very nicely

The grounds are well kept, including the pool, tennis court, dog run and game courts The recreational hall is big and always buzzing with well attended social and food events making for a warm sense of community among residents That’s important All the retail stores, banks and restaurants anyone could need are nearby as is a tall cellular phone tower keeping my telephone connected to a strong signal I’ve enjoyed my stay and I’ll be back for sure

Loved the breakfast bar in the morning!! Check in was a bit of an unexpected experience We checked in on time actually a little bit later than we originally anticipated when we got there our room wasn’t ready However, our other party’s room was ready so we asked if we could go up and wait with them

Easy enough right? Well we guessed wrong the manager began to gave us a hard time about this request, demanding that under no circumstances do we speak to the housekeeping because she did not want housekeeping to feel pressured to go faster This was not our intentions at all, but when we got upstairs we realized that housekeeping wasn’t even clean our rooms they in fact had been finished cleaning my room earlier that day? (We knew that this was our room as we were getting a room right next to our friends who also whose room was initially ready) it was just odd? When we went downstairs to get the key to our room the manager gave us an attitude for finding out our room was ready she just was unprepared As for our room, it was clean and nicel really like that instead of giving you disposable shampoos and conditioners they have in a reusable pump bottles of Dove shampoo, conditioner, body wash and they also give you a small bar of Dove soap Personally I think all hotels should adopt this concept to help reduce plastic waste!!

P William

Great Value! It’s kept nice and clean Plus it has all one needs to make a good trip Service is fantastic, Dominica was so nice and extremely considerate! Also Jen was super nice too!! Really great staff, and definitely enjoying my stay

If you are looking for a perfect room, well you can find other options but I will say the value is definitely here, others you will pay a lot extra for not that much more

Lauren Miller

Great experience from check in to check out The front desk staff was very friendly The room was clean

The bed was comfortable I liked the fact that they have black out shades which kept the room really dark in the morning The hot tub and pool were clean Everything was fresh at the breakfast buffet I would definitely stay there again Highly recommended

We only had time for a one night stay in August – wish we could’ve at least made it a weekend! The Ederington Room was ideal with it’s French doors leading to a private covered balcony The owners and breakfast were both a delight! There are several interesting shops and very good restaurants within a two minute driveThe uncharacteristic rolling hills in Brooksville are always a delight, being Tampa natives

We’ll definitely be back!

First time experience at a bed & breakfast and it exceeded my expectations! Stayed for a mother/daughter retreat for a nearby cheer competition The Snow Room was so cozy! The bed was comfortable, the sheets soft, the mini fridge kept our water bottles nice and cold The room had a TV as well

The breakfast was delicious The hosts were incredibly inviting and understanding of our crazy schedule for cheer I highly recommend the Dolan House! Thank you for the wonderful stay!

The hotel was nice, safe, clean, and in pretty good condition It’s definitely a $100 value style room, the suites are good and spacious too I appreciate the tall ceilings Got two different room types and both were fine No stinky smoke and they were very clean Was glad also to see cleaning staff wearing masks Big plus

Rachel Barry

My mom and I just finished up a four-night stay at this hotel, and it was an impressive experience Every single staff member we encountered — every last one — was friendly and helpful Check-in was seamless with Charmaine

It was my mom’s first hotel stay since COVID began, and Charmaine put her at ease right from the start Then we had Susan help us out with a computer issue, and finally Jeff went over the top to make sure we had everything needed to mail out some packages I travel a lot for business and stayed at some upscale hotels, but the service has never been as exceptional as the service we received this week Of course the entire facility was spotless from the lobby to the elevator to our rooms Even the laundry facility was impressive Thank you all for being so excellent at what you do Bonus points for being so exceptional with my awesome mom!

Sara Hutch

Susan was the most excellent! She checked us in upon a late arrival and we got to visit with her 3 out of the four nights we stayed here on business Susan was very pleasant and helpful ! Susan is a perfect 10 on a customer service scale !! We were also pleased with the cleanliness of the hotel and it seems the manager Ryan cares as well

We travel a lot and stay in Holliday inns due to having a service dog and always having a welcoming place to stay !

I could not have asked for a nicer place! Was our honeymoon!I’ve been in hospitality for over 45 years!!!! The best!!!!👍👍👍👍👍

Have stayed here multiple times past few yrs always enjoyed itThis time however from arriving and waiting almost an hr for someone to give us our room key (they were busy cleaning another room I guess) to no one available in the office several times,to not getting our deposit back from a pontoon we were not able to use because of the weather, this place seems to have slipped backwards unfortunately, should have stayed quaint and personable instead of expanding to other properties, which is where I believe all their attention goes now,SAD!

Hernando Beach Motel was an experience to stay It was like taking a step back into the past Our room was comfortable and had a small kitchen that came completely stocked with pots and pans so we could cook an amazing dinner too share while we watched the sun set

The staff was very helpful and friendly They also live on site and take care of the motel as their home It’s definately on my list to visit again

This is our fifth year as a 4 month resident Overall we are happy with the facility There are issues that need to be addressed that are safety concerns

The lighting is a major one After leaving the pavilion for evening activities you are hardly able to see the road or the path to the restrooms This is a senior community which is even more concerning Also their are no restrooms in the pavilion which I don’t understand why that wasn’t a priority when the building was built Hopefully you all will address these issues in the very near future

Charlie Pixley

We have been traveling in our RV since 2015 We have stayed at Belle Parc on several different occasions We attempted to stay at Williston Crossings for the first time and after attempting to make a reservation we were told we were blocked

We were certainly surprised at this information Apparently Belle Parc is the sister facility to Williston Crossings After several phone calls trying to find out why we were blocked I was told it was because of a phone call with one of Belle Parc’s staff members in September of 2020 (our last visit) I certainly remember the conversation because the staff member was very condescending and my normal demeanor changed in response to hers At the time of our last stay not one staff member at any time informed us that it would be our last stay We left the facility as if we had never been there, nothing broken nothing left behind The block was all because a phone conversation was not liked by a staff member who probably isn’t even there anymore To any potential visitors “buyer beware” the wielding of power by the staff is certainly tyrannical Two years later the staff member is no longer employed at the park and current management will not lift the block You could break a rule that you don’t even know about and be banned for life No worries, our “group” has found another location that welcomed us and we are happy to give them our money

J L Journeys

There is a lot to love about this park! Its a 55+ park so theres little worry about loud partying or concerns about little people zooming on their scooters or bikes But thats not to say theres no fun here They do a great job of offering regular get togethers and activities, from BYOB Meet & Greets to dinners, line dancing, crafting and exercise options

The grounds are very well laid out and beautifully maintained Theres a very nice pool and hot tub, pickle ball courts, shuffleboard and corn hole and a wonderfully large dog park Theres also an on-site cafe and food truck During our stay, there was also a weekly produce tent offering fruits, veggies, jams and honey Sites are all level concrete with some areas of the park offering generous site space Staff was friendly and helpful and services all worked well, with the exception of the WiFi In the 30+ parks weve stayed in over the last couple of years, though most parks say they have WiFi, only 2 or 3 offered enough bandwidth and consistency in connection to manage basic tasks But, since that is a common failure, it certainly wouldnt keep me away from this park Location wise, youre a bit removed but decent beaches are less than an hour away, plenty of parks are nearby for trail hikes and we found a few decent restaurants This park would be at the top of my list if were back in this area in the future

I had the pleasure of being checked in by Anthony who is personable, courteous, and professional He answered all of my questions and made sure I was comfortable before committing to the hotel I appreciate that

I later had an opportunity to meet Janine who was kind, accommodating, and a blessing to talk withFinally, the complimentary breakfast was the best I’ve ever had – they offered a true American breakfast, real juice, quality coffee, and honey for my teaBetween my experience as a whole, the location, and the pricing – I would highly recommend staying here

Great experience here We’re had made a previous booking at a different location, a house through bookingcom, but upon arrival their door lock had died and we were not able to get in

We had flown in that day, drove a couple of hours, and it was like 10 at night when we were arriving I had my 18 month old who just really needed a bed to sleep so I booked this last minute Great experience Front desk guy was personable, funny and accommodating, which for a severely stressed momma meant the world Then didn’t expect the great breakfast the next morning, one of the best breakfasts I have had at a hotel in many years The morning workers were excellent as well, very very nice and I just fell in love Would absolutely recommend to anyone in the area!

Ronald Glover

I really enjoyed my stay at Hampton Inn the hotel was clean the staff was friendly and forthcoming the breakfast is the best I’ve had in a hotel in a very long time

A lot of hotels have used the pandemic as a reason to scale back the amenities and services they provide, this hotel remembers what taking care of guests is really about I would recommend staying here to anyone visiting Pasco county
