We stayed here as we were on a leisurely getaway – shopping, golfing, sightseeing The hotel was very clean and the size of our suite was perfect In fact, upon check in we were upgraded to a larger suite

The front desk staff and housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful Rhonda and Alex were helpful The breakfast selection was good This hotel is located in a good area with restaurants and shopping areas within a short distance The airport was not part of our plans, but was nearby The hotel offered a shuttle to the airport and to any place within 5-6 miles Even with the airport nearby, we had no airplane noises at night – getting a good night’s sleep

hope genius

Great! The whole family agrees that the Staybridge Hotel was great to stay at The employee’s were nice and it was very appreciated after a long flight from Germany to Texas The room was beautiful and had everything we needed and the beds was so comfortable

The breakfast was also really good and has a lot of options (ex Make your own waffles, Alternative Milk, Fruits, Soda, etc) Deserved a tip for sure! The accommodations with the shuttle was great and we were able to go out It was also a good location if your too lazy to go out and decide to get Uber Eats Sonic and Jack n the Box was near byWe had a great time Thank you:))

absolutely horrible! first of all there is only housekeeping every 7 days they do not mention this when you check in however, if your housekeeping day falls on the weekend, then you need to go nine days before they clean your room because there’s absolutely no service on the weekends, not even tile service

our dishwasher did not work even though we inform them they sent someone to wash the dishes for one day however they never fixed it our toilet stopped working we informed them and again they never sent anyone to fix it The one time they did service they did not change the sheets day put clean tiles and wiped counters they did not vacuum they did not sweep they did not mop they did nothing to improve the room Don’t waste your money

This place looks newly renovated, I love the aesthetics of the whole place, as well as the color theme At first glance this place is top notch, and for the price everything I’m about to say was worth it It didn’t bother me too much, but for those who it would bother, here you go: The were splatters of stuff on multiple walls, on my HEADBOARD (I don’t want to imagine what that was…), sticky residue on the bed frame, trash on the nightstand shelf, dirty floors (stepped on a pill), hair in the sink, bathroom door was very dirty and had smudges

Again for the price it was worth it, I cleaned the headboard and left the rest 🤷🏻‍♀️

Kristiane Guerra

looks like my review was taken down, but i want to make sure everyone knows how horrible the customer service here is i requested a late check in and was told it was ok by front desk i got there and they had given away one of my rooms on a high traffic weekend without warning

my friends had to find somewhere to stay for the night at someone else’s house the front desk was incredibly rude, giving us dirty looks and being short the rates were higher than on the website i booked with and the rooms were dirty never ever letting friends and/or family book here

Sendiboði

No nice free breakfast Made reservations and the next day, the rate went down, but they wouldn’t adjust it and had to go to the ordeal of canceling and rebooking through the computer Bed a bit stiff/pillows

Keep door close for quietness from loud road noise outside Good fridge though and amount of towels BTW, no elevators for second floor

As far as motels go this one is great!! The outside looks very well maintained and clean The rooms were very clean and the beds are nice and comfy The room we had, had a full size refrigerator, a microwave, and a two burner over top

The bathroom was spacious Shower, toilet, and sink were nice Only bad thing was the shower drain It was a little slow Overall, every great stay!

Dajahnae Vines

We came here to get out of town for a while, some rest and relaxation Our total cost was 280 dollars for 3 nights To start, the front desk lady was rude and had an attitude when i tried to check in

We were very tired, and she looked as though she was too as she watched her Netflix show We were trying to check in asap so that we could get some sleep, but she made sure to let us know that our presence wasn’t welcomed with her constant eye rolls We purchased a room with a two person hot tub that only had room for 1 person! The whole time of our stay, our toilet would not flush We asked room service for a plunger hoping that this would help, but it didn’t On top of all of that, the WiFi DID NOT WORK! We would be able to connect to it with very poor signal, but 5 min later it wouldn’t work at all We did not receive any room service on one of the days that we were there Some of our neighbors were playing extremely loud music and were smoking marijuana which left a stench in the air Overall, the cost of this trip was extremely overpriced for all that i had service that was received

I wholeheartedly and truthfully wanted to give this place a raving review My first impression when I arrived here was actually outstanding Econo Lodges don’t typically give me the greatest initial impression but this place seemed genuinely different

I also relied on past reviews that made this place out to be considerably better than what I would have expected But alas, a roach appeared from the nether regions from whence it came and thus my heart was considerably brokenI gave the front desk personnel several opportunities for advice on how the issue could be resolved and was instructed to merely kill it Unfortunately I did not find this resolution to be satisfactoryOtherwise the rooms are nicely furnished and appear clean Thankfully the rooms are non-smokingSuggestion: Please consider installing a sonic insect repellent in room 209 where I stayed and other rooms as you see fit

The room was clean and large The bed was very comfortable Staff were quite pleasant

Check-in was super easy Location right off the highway was convenient The suite we stayed in had a kitchen that was stocked with dinnerware and a few extras The table area between the kitchen and living area was perfect for eating, prepping, playing games and overflow seating from the living room One of the nicer hotels we’ve stayed in while traveling Thanks!

Back on March 20, I decided to try this hotel for the first time I’m glad I did! Customer Service was excellent, Nita in particular ensured my stay went smoothly and was very nice In fact, there was a guest who was rude and I could smell alcohol, Nita stayed professional throughout and I was impressed

Calm, cool and collected The room was nice and clean House keeping was prompt when cleaning in the mornings I definitely will be back!

Heather Card

The hotel is immaculately clean inside and out All the employees I noticed were attentive, helpful and professional Our room was spotless and fresh

The bed was very comfortable! The property is close enough to the interstate that traffic noise was noticeable but not unbearable The hotel was convenient to things we needed to do but was in a slightly questionable area Not enough to deter me from returning next week but just something I noticed

Stayed here the night I arrived in Houston Over a 5 day period, I stayed in 3 different hotels and this was My favorite! It was clean, shower had amazing water pressure and was clean The bed was neatly made and was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in!!! Great comfy pillows as well

🙂 Front desk staff were very polite and welcoming (also great sense or humor)

My wife, my kid, and I had an extended layover in Houston We picked this hotel because the rooms have a full refrigerator and we needed to keep some items frozen before we flew back home We had a very bad time at this hotel overall

The Shuttle for this hotel was a real pain We had to constantly call the hotel (at least 4 times) to finally have someone pick us up We had to wait for at least 45 mins with 4 suitcases with almost 50lbs each and our kid Then we realized the Van had to stop by 4 different hotels before ours We literally were the very last people in the van to be dropped off Once we got to the hotel, the guy gave us a second floor room This hotel does not have an elevator No common sense used at all! How could you provide a second floor room to a couple with a 5 year old kid and 4 big suitcases with 50 lbs each They ended up giving us a ground floor room after our complaint Then we had a terrible time when going back to the airport The guys at the front desk literally said the shuttle will leave the hotel at 7 AM and we could stand in the front desk by 6:45am if we needed We get to the front of the hotel right at 6:57am and he said the Shuttle had left We weren’t even offer a new shuttle We ended up taking a cab to the airport I DO NOT recommend staying at this hotel

David Taylor

Very clean, efficient check-in, helpful staffRoom was fantastic, large, clean, soft bed, excellent

Location to the airport is very goodGreat place for a transit time in HoustonHighly recommended

The hotel was fine, basic breakfast, clean room, pool However, my catalytic converter was cut and stolen off my vehicle just after I checked in at 3:30, parked in front of the lobby This hotel is located on I-45, which allows for a quick get away, and the brazen theft in broad daylight, at check in time, in front of the lobby would keep me from staying again

Management was supposed to call me to follow up, but never did

Clifford Teagle

Cons Rooms need to be updatedWhen we checked in went to dinner came back a group of kids were booked on floor above us kept us up all night they were running up and down the floorsGrounds keeper was cutting lawn at 7am that woke us up out of our sleepPros

Staff was nice and professional they tried to accommodate us with points on our account, and free snacks

Hotel is ghetto Ordered a jacuzzi tub suite and was advised the jets don’t work in tub I was ok with it until going in the room

The room was beyond dark, the shower was so bad it looked like a two toned trash paint job mixed with dirt The bed had stains on it as if comforter top was not washed As long as I have been a choice member I’ve never had this bad of an experience When you enter the area, it looks like the whole hood spray painted graffiti everywhere I don’t recommend this hotel to no one until they do better O but swimming pool area looked well kept Smh

The rooms are clean and tidy and at an affordable price We stayed here for a few weeks, and didn’t have any issues with safety, cleanliness, or pests!! The owners are super friendly and accommodating If you are staying for a few weeks, ask the front desk for a room with a kitchenette (they only have a few rooms and you might get it if it’s available)

Martin Lyons

Aside from the two big pluses of clean and comfortable rooms, and great value, this hotel solves the two huge problems of shady characters hanging around (and concern about the safety of your car), or intoxicated people talking outside their rooms toll late into the night, by having bright lights illuminate every part of the enclosed parking lot and the hotel itself This was fantastic The best budget hotel ove ever stayed at

The hotel is beautiful! Rooms are really nice and clean The breakfast was delicious Staff is super friendly

The only issue is where the hotel is located, during our stay our vehicle was broken into and about $1000 worth of items were stolen The hotel doesn’t have cameras which makes it a little harder to file a police report Our window was completely shattered and leather seats are now all ripped up from the glass

Faun McNeil

I stayed there for 3 nights while in town for my grandfathers funeral I had issues with my room every night The second room had same issues as well

I was told manager would reach out to me and that hasn’t happened yet I’ve called twice everyday since with no answer or response Corporate said hotel called me which I replied I will provide phone records from AT&T to show that’s not true I also have videos of issues to prove they weren’t able to provide me with the amnesties being sold and paid for I’m getting the run around and feel like I’m not important enough to help

We stayed here for a week in May 2022 and LOVED our stay The park is very clean and very well maintained Laundry facility was so nice and used an app to pay and track laundry status – easily the coolest RV Park laundry room I’ve used so far

Very nice pool and play rooms The location was fantastic, plenty of stuff to do around town100% would come back!!

Rayford Crossing RV Resort is in a great area with everything you would like not that far in distance Whether you want to go to a concert or shop or dine at a nice restaurant The resort has many amenities and is expanding adding more sites and amenities

The people working here are Amazing!! They are always trying to improve and keep all patrons happy during their stay There are long-term and short-term sites depending on what you’re looking for They also have activities and are adding a bunch of new activities It’s clean throughout the resort We stay here every time we are in town and feel very welcomeGreat RV Resort!!!

Rachel Brothers

Great campground, non-existent security 😕The campground itself is very nice with very nice amenities We stayed for a baseball tournament and the pool, pond, and game room were big hits with the kids

We truly enjoyed our stay until the last night, so I hate to even leave this review, but I feel the need to warn others so that what happened to us doesn’t happen to themThey have GOT to do something about security Our vehicle was stolen on our last night there From what we were told by some of their permanent residents, ours was the 4th vehicle to be stolen from there this year The camp has no gate, no security guard, no patrol, and their cameras aren’t even of good enough quality to be of any help in regards to vehicles coming and going There was a shooting right outside of the camp grounds while we were there so I’m starting to wonder if crime is a consistent issue in that area Therefore, as much as I loved the park itself, I wouldn’t go back unless they added some security measures

Kelle Barron

We stayed for 3 nights while visiting family Room was spacious and clean Complimentary breakfast was appreciated

Our only real complaint is the placement of the AC vent in the bedroom If you wanted to cool down the space, you had to tolerate the air blowing directly on your head/face while in bed This wasn’t a gentle breeze either- we’re talking significant (had to cover our heads with the blanket) air flow There wasn’t a way to redirect the air or change the vent, so this meant we usually chose to go without AC or air movement at night Seems like poor planning

Sidney Duncan

we really enjoyed this place to service was excellent people were excellent

you do need to request room service however, when you do request they will accommodate you without a problem everything they do was great I did not have one single problem with this hotel other than the accounting but I understand this is the way hotels bill now

I loved this place Plenty of room and a kitchenette I actually was able to cook a great meal

Equiped with dishes and even a dishwasher! The hot tub and pool was awesome The breakfast was exceptional This is a great example of spending a little extra for a better stay The value exceeded the price I would highly recommend this place to anyone

MANAGEMENT IS POOR AND I WILL BE CALLING CORPORATE Me and my 7month old daughter was in the car when he approached my vehicle telling me to move and that I was not welcomed there if I wasn’t a customer I explained to him that my boyfriend was pulling in right now to get the room and he said he didn’t care that I needed to move

They’re too many bad reviews on this location and something needs to be done about it I will do everything in my power to get him out of the office He had no right to mistreat me especially with my daughter in my arms

Vonique Hatchett

Would not recommend! The manager made me feel very uncomfortable he was watching me inside of the car while I was sitting there picking up a friend from the hotel wasn’t even there for 20 minutes and it was flashing the light at me as I was sitting in the car through the window then when I got out to inform him that I was not a suspicious character he proceeded to tell me that I did not belong there I needed to leave and that they only service customers I was like sir “I am a customer” then he proceeded to say “I do not care” I am formed him that I will be letting corporate know of his racial behavior and that there was no reason for him to act like that he did very poor manners and Touchman highly disappointed in an amazing resume that was displayed in a brief time that I was at this hotel motel

I definitely feel like he wrote down my license plate number very creepy would not recommend him

Donald Cheatham

My wife and I needed a quick get away on our anniversary on 4/17/2020 and tried this place to spice things up First room had an issue with the water pressure, however the owner Chris accomodated us very well Was more than happy to move us to another room

On top of that, in the middle of the night/early morning, we needed some extra towels, and he had them brought to us I definitely recommed this place Very clean, very nice decor, good internet, and a non smoking room that didn’t smell like smoke Will definitely be back again

Nice people somewhatDidn’t have water from 9 pm Thursday night until after7:30 am!!!!! Crazy for business people!I would have thought it would have been SMART to deliver water to every room that had guests, rather than say, come and pick em up at the frt desk – not cool when you’re already in your room and have to dress again to get waterBUT, I guess they don’t have to worry about being great with customer service!!!!!!!!!!
