Lovely tasting room with a porch overlooking the vineyard Very friendly staff who adjusted the tasting for us so we could taste some of their white wines They also make their own brandy (cognac) which we got to taste one of

The wines were all really good We could hardly decide which ones to take home Really recommend going here We’ll Be back!

Alissa Nowak

Not only is their wine absolutely delicious They have the BEST customer service They really go the extra mile

I live in MA and I order wine in the mail every so often Everything has always been great But the last time I received a delivery some of the bottles were damaged (the wine froze so the corks popped out) due to the weather (we had a blizzard here) Jaxon Keys was AMAZING! They let us keep all of the damaged wine They replaced all 11 bottles of wine + they threw in 2 complementary bottles I was so taken back by the over-the-top service I will definitely be back Thank you Jaxon Keys!!!

Terra Flusche

My wife and I stopped here on a whik today seeing that they were open early, and Brook gave us a wonderful tasting tour! She was very friendly and knowledgeable about the wines and the history of the winery/distillery itself We picked up a bottle of the Wedding Cake– so good! I’d absolutely reccomend a stop here to either start or top off your wine tour

Most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed atOK first when we arrived the front desk area was clean and the women was nice, we got are room Non smoking room with 2 beds, I was there with 2 small kids, As we were walking into a room there was trash out in the hallway and and bunch of people smoking cigarettes in the hallway and the ground needed a power wash, when we opened are room the sank of smoke was horrible and the bed spreads had cigarette ash on them

Ther was also a barking dog in the room next door So we went back to the office and asked for a different room in a different side of the building The woman was very friendly and upgraded our room to one that had 3 beds in it in a different building At 1st glance when we got to our room it smelled better and Seemed a bit cleaner We were hot and tired at this point 109 out side so we quickly put our swim suits on and headed to the pool The pool was OK but the hot tub was gross could not even see the bottom of the ground and a smell was coming from it So we cool are feet and noticed another strong smell coming from a trash that was overflowing At this point I’m done, so we went straight to our room to call the front desk and tell them out the pool when I see our toilet I almost threw up I call the front desk to tell them we were leaving an a needed a refund and there hotel was gross, they refused to refund us, we hadn’t even been there 45 minutes, so we had no choice but to stay they changed are room again, and that room was clean, but I will never be back, I would never recommend and I feel the health department needs to be called! I would have left and found somewhere else and taken the loss of money but times are tough and we were there for one night for my son’s sports

Jennifer Luettinger

From the rude staff to the UNCLEAN room and bathroom, everything about this place was awful One of the blankets had hair and a sticker on it and smelled like perfume (not scented laundry detergent) The ONE washcloth in the bathroom had a hair on it

The floor was LVP and felt very sticky The free breakfast included watered down coffee and a snack sized granola bar Stay away!

David Barth

Stayed here for work Room smelled of pot, burned my eyes and throat Faucets were broken, dried glue all over the desk and bathroom counter, security lock broken from the door being kicked in (moulding and screwed pulled out of the wall), hair dryer ripped off the wall and sitting on the counter, white power on the couch, smashed bugs on the wall, burn marks on the wall and tub, tub drain missing the pull so it was difficult to drain

Front desk sounded surprised that the hair dryer was pulled out of the wall I will never be staying here again

I have come here for the past 30 years and have seen the hot springs evolve to what it is now Today, one needs to stay for a 2 night minimum on most days for the overnight accommodation and it has gotten fairly priceyThe facilities are beautiful day or night

The kitchen is always very clean and dining in the hall has real charm especially when someone plays the piano

Leonardo Alfaro

The only reason I rate it 4 stars instead of 5 is because it’s a little overpriced for the amenities it offers We were only ther on a day pass and will go again Otherwise it’s beautifully landscaped decorated, very peaceful

They keep the crowds low and it’s spotlessly clean The pool and hot tubs are well maintained and very relaxing

Duane Puckett

Old school hot springs, well kept property, friendly and helpful staff, clean bathrooms and bath areas Kitchen has everything you need for meal prep Yurts are awesome, simple, clean and comfortable

spent 4 nights around Christmas, we will return Only one negative commentlots of prior notice about no dogs, but at least 3 small dogs on property while we were therein the kitchen, walking the grounds and in the bath areas Overall a really nice place!

Lovely, quiet and peaceful place to spend the night We were traveling south on the 101 and needed a quiet place to rest and shower The park is delightful

The RV area is small, well-kept and very peaceful for being off of the 101 Do not be deterred by the presence of a mobile park; it too is very well maintained and separate from the RV area We saw wild turkeys, deer and a starry, starry sky The restrooms were clean and the showers were very good It is affordable, beautiful and peaceful

D Whirligig

Older park with few amenities, but it was quiet, safe and pretty There were a flock of wild turkeys in and out of the park, which was fun The swimming pool was closed during our off-season stay and there were very few other campers

It is an older park, so big electricity users may be frustrated, but our 30 amp 5th wheel had no problems Access is easy (turn lane) and re-entering highway was easy with center lane to turn into The park is nearly 1 mile from highway down a rather steep and winding paved road No problems, but be aware We enjoyed our stay

Roxann Corbett

Nice clean park It is well maintained with a friendly staff If you have multiple slid outs on your RV make sure to mention it when you make a reservation; as an older park the sites were probably design before RVs had slide outs so can be a bit tight

We would definitely stop again! Added bonus is the Seabiscuit Stud Barn/Stable on the same road

Angie & Craig and family are amazing hosts!! The campgrounds are clean and well kept! I love that the whole area is private and gated so we always feel safe with our kiddos running around Their beach area and swimming area are perfect for the kids and the docks are where the kids love to catch lots and lots of fish! Most of the guests reserve the same weekend a year in advance so it was nice to see some of the same people we saw last year! This is only our second year going there, but look forward to many many more years!

Wonderful and small family friendly intimate resort Beautiful property and the owners are helpful, accommodating, and it really shows they take pride in running an ethical family owned small business They have done a great job! Highly recommend staying here

I stayed in their RV full hookup sites Gated Safe Right on the lake All the activities for summer fun are provided Fishing, paddling, volleyball, grilling! Perfect Pulling a trailer was a little scary on the road in but my friend was able to pull his 34’ 5th wheel here with no issues Must enter from the West side!

DrPfeiffer

Old-fashioned glamping on the lakeside, where every cabin and yurt has a **fully equipped kitchen** and homey interiorsWe booked the resort for a group workshop, and have been impressed by how gracious and helpful Angie has beenNote: cell service is spotty, and WiFi limited capacity

(This may be a source of frustration or a dealbreaker for people tied to their devices with an umbilical cord 😆)

This hot springs resort in Ukiah is the oldest hot springs in California It claims that Jack London visited The “mountain cabin” we stayed was comfortable for two but had no TV or or food on the premise

However, It was soothing and quiet The champagne mineral hot springs helps with circulation, it’s not real hot but rejuvenating The main pool was very warm with heated mineral waters We walked on the trail and enjoyed the flora and fauna It had exquisite scenery

Heidi Kaden

This place is always a gem to come back to Truly relaxing and magical! The grounds are well kept and the overall vibe is very peaceful The baths are a nice lukewarm temperature to take a bath in during the late afternoon of early evening

I love coming here because the staff is also very welcoming and helpful The rooms are cozy and a bit smallish What could be improved are the bathrooms on the mountain side view They are very small, with one tiny shower stall with very limited lighting It could definitely use a some upgrades to match the cozy interior Thank you for letting me stay here!

Lisa Fourtwenty

So fun! Went here off season and experienced the Vichy tubs for the first time We spent 2 days walking and carrying heavy bags at a trade show in Santa Rosa, so this place was a very welcome retreat and treat to recover physically and mentally from the stress of travel across state and expo days This place is amazing! Go on a warm day to enjoy the baths, we then used the hot tub which was wonderful extra hot to really penetrate sore muscles

Then steps from there are another set of less bubbly tad bit stinkier water that is covered rooms two tubs per room We then walked back to the fresh unheated pool and it was exceptionally cold on a hot 95 degree day, but it was very refreshing and invigorating We finished with a rinse under the private single stall outdoor shower which was very freeing nude! This place has a fun history of writers and famous people retreating at this resort and it is certainly charming The grounds are beautiful throughout Could be a great venue for a small wedding or small celebration get togethers Hair and skin felt so soft and overall relaxation of the atmosphere really has an effect on visitors

We truly enjoyed our time at the Reese Ranch Retreat last Sunday morning The Reese Ranch Retreat was a joyous, unique, and magical experience for our little family We took our toddler with us to the Reese Ranch Retreat, and she really adored all the variety of farm animals on this ranch

Excellent experience!Beautiful breakfast spread, large tv, soft bed and pillow, I would pick this hotel over any other in Ukiah All of the housekeeping staff were super sweet and did a very good job, whoever the lady running breakfast was amazing and made sure to keep everyone updated when fresh food would be coming and kept everyone hydrated! Robert at the front desk took good care of us and answered all of our silly questions I wish I had gotten more names during my stay so I could put them here as everyone deserves to be mentioned

I will definitely be coming back next time I’m in town!

Chris Tetley

Easily one of the worst stays our family has ever had We went to dinner only to return to being locked out of room We go to the front desk and initial response is well our manager won’t be in until the morning

We proceed to ask what they plan to do to get us in our room and the gentleman at the front desk proceeds to tell us he only works the front desk and can’t help Can’t get a hold of a manager, but apparently maintenance was notified An hour later we call the front desk and the front desk says it’s been fixed and he hangs up on us We try the room again same issue We then head downstairs only to see maintenance leave because they don’t have batteries on premise to replace the locks Front desk against continues to laugh at our dilemma here offering no help Continues to say I’m the middle man and management here is terrible We ask for a time table as it’s approaching 8 pm Maintenance get back only to find it’s not batteries He has to climb to the 2nd floor and enter through the balcony Front desk argues about putting us in a new room Unwilling to talk to us about what will be done to accommodate our issue Again, telling us we need to speak to a manager, I’m the middle man Management here sucks Long story, would not recommend staying here Staff unfriendly and unwilling to help Manager no where to be found Talking to a guest who has stayed here for 18 years for his company travel he said these issues are common and happen all time Only reason they stay here is because his company has it as a preferred hotel Save your money and sanity go elsewhere!!!

John Edgar

This property doesn’t appear to be a typical Hampton Inn, but possibly an existing building acquired by Hilton The layout is unusual for Hampton Inn Our room was at the opposite end of the building from the single elevator

To get to the room required walking through the entire building We always choose the top floor for our stays The morning of our departure, the elevator was out of order There was a set of stairs directly across from our room, but when we got down to the first floor, the gate to the parking lot was locked, which required us to walk the entire property to get back to the lobby Our room was clean, and very nice The breakfast area is small and at the time we ate, crowded, with no place to sit

No service Evening of 4/22 Nobody at front desk for way over 15 minutes; we found front desk clerk with his chum at the pool He told us he had not left 10 minutes previously

Poor service is one thing Hearing the clerk tell us lies is too much; we are comfortable elsewhere tonight There are cameras The truth is available to Comfort Inn management

Greg Harris

Our stay was great until check out the following morning The concierge person was profoundly rude She seemed extremely bothered by even being approached at the desk, needing to break concentration from her phone

I had a simple question about our bill and was met with nothing but attitude Wow If you hate your job that much, make a change

Michael Ortiz

Me and my family got room 213 and it cleaned but smelled like someone had smoked in there for years Was confused cause it was a smoke free room But any how the man at the front switched up our room we got put into a new room down the hall

Extremely clean smelled fresh everything was perfect from there on out I would have gave them a 5 for the stay we had if we hadn’t been put into that first room lol Any how I enjoyed the breakfast alot Was close to our red wood destinations Wasn’t too far from San Francisco I’d stay here again just not room 213
