Rooms were pretty big and had a couch, desk and mini bar sink area, shower was hot but no tub Sheets were cleanStill annoyed that management is trying to cut costs by not offering continental breakfast or coffee anymore, yet they’re willing to charge $8 for a breakfast box that has juice, yogurt and a granola bar

I’ve stayed at other hotels during more strict covid restrictions that still offered food to take back to the room that was included in the cost

Pros: convenient location for visiting family Staff was friendly and helpfulCons: we stayed three nights and had no hot water the entire time

The staff communicated that it was due to a water leak and that water would be shut off for several hours on day two We took the kids swimming in the pool that night only to find out that there was still no hot water in our room This was disappointing and resulted in some very cold kids and parents There was no continental breakfast or housekeeping the entire time we were there They did offer 20% off on one night stay, or $34 off the over $500 bill for three nights with cold and intermittent running water While we recognize that things break, it made for a less than pleasant stay

Just stayed 1 night and that was plenty; will never stay there again Hotel room was clean and modern However, remote control for TV was not working well

Also, was told by front desk that boiler was being repaired during check-in and hot water would be restored within the hour, but it never was The temperature outside was in the 50-60s and no hot water, had to take vey quick cold showersI forgot to obtain a receipt during checkout, and called the hotel a couple of times but to no avail; kept getting the automatic message and no one would answer Finally was able to speak with some guy who was very rude and unprofessional I asked if a receipt could be sent to my email and his response was very aloof and lackadaisical He was more interested in the guest in front of him and was hurrying me off the phone I asked to speak to manager since he seemed busy and was told that there was no manager My phone shows the call lasting 2 min 13 seconds Not sure if I will receive my receipt; will contact main hotel reservation lineThis was my first time staying at Sonesta Hotel Will not stay here never again and I certainly will not recommend any one stay here

Green Tortoise Hostel was a good place to stay for one night All the required amenities were available Location was definitely the best part – right in the heart of Seattle

The staff were okay – I found some to be rude and dismissive, and the check in process took over half an hour with only one staff member working I’ve stayed in countless hostels all over the world and it’s never taken this long! Bathrooms were okay, although a bit smelly and old Room was also fine I liked the privacy curtains on the beds but needed one on the other side next to the window as it was super bright Breakfast was nice to have for free but I would’ve also liked some sort of social event in the evening It seems like those are only a few nights a week Not sure if I would stay again but it was a reasonable hostel experience Some things need improvement though and I’m glad I only needed to stay for one night

James Rumburg

It was a great stay overall at this hostel! The staff are super friendly and are willing to hold bags on the day that you leave if you have a late flight out of SeaTac as I did The whole place is very clean and had many places to get work done if needed They offer free breakfast which was very helpful

It is right across the street from Pike Place and a few blocks away from public transit that can take you to other attractions and the Airport No weak points in this stay and would highly recommend checking them out!

Phuong Huynh

What a great place for the value! I’ve stayed at a lot of hostel in the US before and I think Green Tortoise would be one of top ones!I came when it was fully booked due to a convention but it still felt not crowded Pro:1 Super close to Pike Place and many attractions, plus public transportation to airport2

Target is right next door for anything you need3 Beds frames are made of solid wood, doesn’t make noise if using top bunk or moving ( unlike a lot the cheap ikea metal frames you’ve probably seen at other hostels) The storage space is half a twin bed size for luggageone of the most comfortable mattresses I slept on 4 Bathrooms are individual rooms, so it’s one person at a time5 Some Rooms have sink, so it’s easy to brush teeth without need to use bathroom6 Common areas are fairly clean and there’s always room to chill There’s free breakfast but I didn’t eat itCon:It’s downtown, so it can be very “urban” if you are not used to homelessness and noise on the streetSome rooms are street side, so it might be noisy if you are a light sleeper but they have free ear plugs!Rooms can be hot but each bed has a fanBest thing is the wonderful and nice staffs, they are super friendly and chillTip: get 4-6 beds, it’s worth the couple extra dollars compare to 8 beds

The entire staff is so friendly and welcoming Our room was perfect for our family of four visiting Seattle The light rail station is easy to use to get from the airport to the hotel

The hot breakfast with made to order omelets along with the evening reception were a perfect addition to the perks of the Embassy Suites It gave us a solid start each morning to visit the sites We would explore for the morning and go back to the hotel around 2, enjoy the pool and hot tub for a bit, shower, take a power nap, enjoy the evening reception, followed by heading out for a great dinner in the city and a bit more adventure Embassy Suites will also hold your luggage on check in and check out days free of charge at the front desk Book the flights landing early and departing late knowing your luggage won’t be in your wayThe only warnings I have are-the bathrooms have zero privacy with 2 sliding doors that leave an inch gap at the top and bottom and doesn’t latch in any way The doors will bounce open, get bumped open, and every sound is heard every where in the room The light turned on at night will illuminate the entire unit also, waking every person too I suggest bringing a small night light to help eliminate needing the full light at night The flushing toilet is insanely loud at 2am-the description for the pool said it is heated It is very chilly water and my kids found it too cold to be in at 2 different stops Their teeth were chattering and lips blue after about 15 minutes The hot tub is really hot The pool is a great size for a game of catch-Be safety conscious when exploring around Be safe, pay attention to your surroundings, and don’t stick out We walked and used public transit our entire stay and encountered no problems, but did pass through some areas that we avoided on the return trip As in any large city, always be aware of your surroundings and secure your belongingsEmbassy suites was a great base for our family travels Thanks for helping make our stay so great and giving us the space and amenities a family needs while on the go

I always use Hilton and I chose Embassy Suites because it was my birthday and I wanted to pamper myself with the happy hour and restaurant The day I check in my flight got a delayed and we arrived at 6;29 just a minute before the happy hour ended We asked to the host if we can still do it

She says no I understand we were a little late but I would it liked that she would try to do something She just saidWell tomorrow you can do it She could give us a drink at the bar or at least being more kind and friendly It was my birthday I just wanted to be perfect I didn’t feel the excellent service that I always receive at a Hilton HotelThe positive part was the room and the breakfast The room was clean and pretty I didnt like the bathroom accordion door The breakfast was good and the employees maintained the area cleanThe hotel restaurant just have one employee to attend the bar and tables We decide to go the 13 coins restaurant instead It was excellent

Lucia P

We were only there for an overnight stay but it was good We got to partake in the evening happy hour and that was nice The drinks were not my favorite as they were not mixed as i had hoped but for free drinks I guess you can’t complain much

I didn’t order any additional drinks though because I was worried they’d be the same The room was very nice even though we had hoped it’d be biggerParking was a bit expensive but convenient The hotel overall is very nice 10 minutes away from WAMU Theater (WALKING) and many bars and restaurants near by I totally recommend the GOOD BAR! Impressive drinks! Some food trucks near by as well The restaurant in the hotel had a long wait so we ventured out

We stayed there for the weekend of 6/4-6/5 and it was a great experience Our room was clean, very quiet, and the front desk staff are wonderful people The location is great because we took the train to the stadium for Luke combs concert and it only took 20 minutes to get there for only $5

50 per person The parking was $80 per car at the stadium which is way expensive!! We felt very safe and we went to feast for dinner which was only 5 minutes awayWe love it so much we’re going back for the Sounders game in September and will be staying there again I highly recommend this place and oh yes they offer free breakfast!!!

shawn gaines

Rooms were pretty clean But I did find some dishes that weren’t clean It wasn’t a big deal; I just ran it through the dishwasher

The people at the front desk were very helpful The location is right off the high way I would definitely not keep anything valuable in your cars, and make sure to lock your stuff up There was a lot of night traffic in parking lot

C “Around the Country” K

This place used to be excellent! This last visit was a bit different Friendly staff at check in, however the hotel had a different vibe Seemed to be a lot more people “living” there

The parking lot had a lot sketchy people wandering it in the evening The room AC worked when it wanted to Tried sleeping with the door open, however the aroma of cigarette and weed smoke that was coming from the lower balconies made that impossible

My boyfriend and I were visiting STL for the first tome to celebrate our anniversary We looked at so many stays within and surrounding the city We couldn’t be happier with our choice! Penny was a great host and the property is stunning

You can tell so much love and care was put into the place Nicely decorated, fridge stocked, everything you could need is neatly organized, and the hot tub/view! If we are ever in PNW again, we will definitely revisit

Claire P

Beautiful modern cottage with stunning views of Puget Sound It’s on a quiet dead end road That isn’t the best part though

The owner and hostess, Penny, provided excellent service and communication When I arrived, pastries, fruit, and freshly baked bread were waiting for me In addition, the fridge was stocked with milk, juice, eggs, yogurt, jams, salsa, and 1/2 and 1/2 Amazing! A tray containing granola and all the fixings was nearbyThe cottage is lovely and well appointed I’m planning on booking at Three Trees B&B the next time I’m in Seattle Highly recommend!

Lori Snyder

What an amazing find! Three Tree Point Bed and Breakfast surpassed my expectations The rooms were roomy and beautifully decorated with love Penny couldn’t have been nicer

She’s a very warm, kind person who goes out of her way to make your stay perfect The views from the cottage and suite are gorgeous If you’re looking for a piece of heaven this is your spot Thank you Whisler family for the perfect stay Hope we are able to come this way again

Panoramic views of downtown Seattle, comfy beds, luxurious decor and amazing customer service! We were thrilled that we booked our weekend stay here Sun provided us with exceptional customer service and made us feel so welcome We needed adjoining rooms with my parents which included my father who is a disabled vet, and she was very understanding and responded to all my calls promptly

We felt like extra special guests staying at this hotel- from the kind welcome at the Charlotte bar and restaurant to housekeeping, they were all warm and professional as well Kudos to the whole staff at Lotte Seattle!

Jenny Morber

My husband and I stayed here over a Saturday recently and were impressed by the decor, the service, and the cleanliness of this place We were given sparkling wine on check-in and sat in their beautiful upper floor lobby admiring the view After walking around Seattle and checking out some art we ate a fantastic dinner at the restaurant–just amazing food

That night we slept like babies in our quiet, comfortable room This was a day away from the kids for us and I am glad we chose this hotel It was perfect

Jamie Crespo

stayed there for the first time last weekend for my birthday celebration and second time to experience Charlotte restaurant and lounge exceptional service from the staff that helped me reserve my room, events coordinator, and director of food and beverage and the staff that weekend thank you for accommodating my large group of friends to help make my birthday celebration special

We stayed here because we were in town for a concert at climate pledge It’s right off the freeway and was fast to get to and from downtown It’s close enough to walk to a few bars and a record store and there’s a gas station across the street

The area is pretty loud and there was 3 different times cop sirens were going off and flying by after midnight But our room faced the main road so it might not be as loud on the other side The room was very nice and the beds were great They let us check in half an hour early The shower was the hottest shower I’ve ever been in Free parking which is rare in Seattle Unfortunately the room didn’t have a microwave Also the breakfast they offer is pretty weak The double Queen was 159 before tax 183 after Overall a nice place if you don’t want to stay downtown and don’t want to pay for parking

Tianna Maehara

We spent a weekend staying here and had a great time! The hotel is clean and very comfortable and the staff are so friendly and helpful Really appreciated their amazing service! The area has lots of fun restaurants, attractions and breweries within walking distance and there is a bus to downtown right outside the hotel that was convenient Will stay again!

Anonymous

The staff was very nice However, we did have issues with the hotel We had to change rooms because the first night we were on the side of the road and it was super noisy

Everything is definitely on the older side Carpets are stained AC units are not that great Although the rooms were fairly roomy Just keep in mind to bring your earplugs

TERRIBLE HORRIBLE! You will regret staying here! The staff is poorly trained and gave me incorrect info several times They charged my card the incorrect price multiple times without my permission They interrupted my work day several times even though I told them several times that I would be working from the hotel room

The room was not like the picture online My key cards had to be replaced at least once a day because they stopped working There were not enough supplies in the room Staff was extremely rude and lazy I was never rude yet they made sure I felt like I was a nuisance rather than a guest

Eddie Muniz

Hallway lobby and elevator had this horrible smell Arriving to the hotel there was people sending outside in a circle drinking beer listening to loud music Checking into our room we noticed there was a door open inside

This utility door had a deadbolt and the maintenance guy had forgot to lock it Inside was an HVAC system with the cover taken off and having a high voltage wire exposed with other low voltage wires and a 12-in by 12 inch hole looking straight down at the parking lot This was already unsafe for my three-year-old daughter I went downstairs and told the front desk lady She just read something down and sticky notes but never had anybody do anything about it Besides that everything in that room was filthy The couches were ripped and stains everywhere The floors were dirty and muddy The kitchen was filthy This place was so unsanitized and unsafe that we had to pack our stuff and leave an hour prior to arrival This is not about trying to get a free state we did not complain and we did not even ask for our money back I just hope somebody reads this I will not make the same mistake I made

I made the reservation when the hotel was a Marriott It changed to Sonesta a couple of months before my stay I’d never heard of the hotel but was willing to give it a chance

The customer service was outstanding I experienced this even before arriving I called to confirm the reservation two weeks before my stay I spoke to Woody who was professional and enthusiastic to tell me about the hotel He was also the person that checked me in and briefed me on my stay I had a question the next morning and Sassy helped me I asked her about the transition of the hotel from Marriott to Sonesta I was impressed at her level of knowledge and detail about the brand I had an issue with my room on the last two nights of my stay I worked with the manager, Brittany She handled the situation amazingly She was polite and professional and resolved the matter with an acceptable outcome I told her about the wonderful service that I received from Sassy and Woody during my stay Finally, I had to work with Sui, one of the engineers, to repair something in the room We had a great conversation about traveling Every encounter with the staff at the hotel was pleasantI was so impressed with the hotel brand, I booked a stay a couple of weeks later at a different location on my journey

Christian R Cage

The only thing that went positively is the front desk staff is super nice and let us cancel our stay without any issue I really appreciate good customer service, especially when dealing with questionable quality, because that’s the only way to come to a good conclusionWe checked in and immediately checked out

The room stunk of cleaning chemicals and immediately caused my wife and I to get headaches The cleaning staff probably needs retrained on using chemicals, because with some cleaning chemicals you can literally kill someone (or at least cause cancer later in life)The chemicals seemed to be utilized to try to cover up the sewage smell that was coming up through the sink most probably So, there may be an issue with plumbing in the building we were going to stay inThe irony being that the kitchen and some of the other furniture were really dirty and in need of a deep cleaning The fridge was spotless inside though The linens seemed fresh as well So, if you don’t care about cleanliness of a place, except for a bed, and if you’re “noseblind” this place may be OK for you if you have to stay hereAfter reading that people’s cars had been broken into in recent comments, and then experiencing the condition of the room, I checked out an booked a room somewhere else I figured spending a little more money was worth avoiding these issuesI hope they can afford to remodel this place soon as they’re charging too much for the quality I did see they were blocking off different entrances at night, so I think they’re trying to address the security issues as well

JaqsNetwork Morris

The location for us is key for our business purpose It was overall also quiet enough for good sleep, very important However, the cleanliness is not thoroughly done as I saw hair and finger marks on multiple surfaces

The toilet seat is super warn out as is the grounds of the property A deep cleaning is in order ASAP The parking is convenient for viewing your car from the room but we still were broken into and they took 1 truck related digital tool There is a laundry coin I but you have to get change from the front desk as there is no change machine Be prepared to wipe down and sanitize the machine yourself Lastly, the breakfast is low budget and it was more satisfying to go to Starbucks right next door

Brian K.

Interesting apartment like layout Suite room was nice with a full kitchen I know we are still coming out of Covid, but the free breakfast was disgusting

The “fresh” hot food was not good and the packaged hot items where half cooked steamy and soggy If that is the best that can managed just focus on dry foods like cereal and leave it at that I guess at least the orange was good

I stayed this past weekend in a standard two queen room and from start to finish the experience was great!! The bathrooms were modern, white and clean, and LARGE bottles of Dove bathroom products to use!! The kitchen area was nice with great counter space and lots of areas in the room it self to do work and place items The hotel breakfast is modest but great options and the shuttle system is fast and easy to and from the hotel The hotel is also only a five minute walk from the train!! The staff was also very friendly and answered all my questions

If are looking for a good spot that is on the outskirts with a great connection to the public transport this is your place!

My family and I enjoyed our 5 night stay We booked two rooms next to each other for the 6 of us Ample parking, rooms are modern & huge, the beds are extremely comfy and the complimentary breakfast every morning helped us save some money

I took away 1star because their elevators are slow and when I requested housekeeping to our room they told me no because housekeeping is only available during breakfast hours It was 12noon and the housekeeper had just started on our floor

Wendy Greene

We stayed in this hotel the night before leaving on our cruise It took 1 hour and four phone calls before we could get picked up by their free airport shuttle When we complain to front desk staff they offered to give us points, whatever that means

This building seems to be very old and perhaps added on to There are definite breaks in the hallways and the floors Creek as you walk on them The rooms or standard and reasonably clean However the newest way for hotels to charge more and spend less is by saying that unless requested they only change the sheets and towels every 5 days The free breakfast was adequate but definitely nothing special This establishment is close to the airport but that’s about all that special about it

I generally really like this hotel It is convenient to the airport and many locations throughout Seattle and the south sound The rooms are clean and have practical floor plans

The kitchens are great for longer stays I’ve only given three stars this time, though, because it has been 2 years into this pandemic and they are still keeping the bar closed and no longer serve appetizers They are also not hosting food trucks Please reopen the bar and the M-Th happy hours Everyone has had covid now, so it is time to move on please Thank you

When we checked in noone told us to put the key in the slot to turn on lights and ac Room was about 82 and so called ac set to 68 It was hot and uncomfortable all night long

The hallway was cooler than our room They also didn’t inform us we needed to schedule a pickup to return to airport nor did they inform us when breakfast was served Bed was very springy hard It was quiet and close to the lake which made for an easy walk and swimming Overall very lackluster and maybe a 2 star Marriott It was quiet that was about the only pro What looked like rat or cockroach droppings along the hallway leading to the dining room I wouldn’t stay here again

If you are staying in Seattle, the accommodations at Marriott The Residence Inn Seattle Sea-Tac Airport are outstanding! The staff could not have been more professional and very helpful The shuttle service was easy to use and they will even transport the guests to a restaurant as well as the regular airport route The facility is only about 4-5 years old and maintained very well

The entire residence is very clean and the location is perfect It is close to the airport and has a path to a lovely park with greenery and a variety of trees which was wonderful to walk around and even a lake The area felt very safe We walked down to Sharpe’s RoastHouse several times during our stay which we would also highly recommend as the food was absolutely delicious Don’t miss out on staying at this wonderful residence when in Seattle!!!!!! We can not wait to go back!!

Stayed here for one night on a road trip to see if we liked it before needing an airport hotel after a flight The hotel itself is gorgeous Very modern but welcoming

The planes aren’t the problem, nor is the light rail, of which we were directly next to Our problem was the thin walls between rooms and the hallways Being an airport hotel, people are constantly coming and going and the sound of roller bags on the carpet is incredibly loud I woke up hourly to a cacophony of roller wheels on carpet It’s a shame because I really liked the aesthetic and enjoyed watching the planes take off and land I will not come back

This was my first time to stay at an “aloft“ Hotel Hotel was “OK“ I felt when I walked in around 3pm that I was walking in to a nightclub with dim lights and loud music coming from the bar area

I assume they’re trying to appeal to a much younger clientele than me! The room was certainly adequate, but it was very efficient in its space (meaning there wasn’t a whole lot of room) The clerk at the front desk was fine and they got me into my room efficiently I didn’t dine at the hotel and only looked around briefly at their little convenience store area

The hotel is a 7-minute drive to the airport The free shuttles run every 30 minutes then upon request after 3pm There isn’t a whole lot within walking distance but is super close to Alaska Airlines Head Quarters

There’s also a lobby bar/restaurant that has a small menu and drinks The lobby is very inviting with lots of seating, a couple of pool tables and some vintage video gamesThere is a train that runs right next to the hotel, so if a light sleeper request a room on the other end of the hotelThe staff was kind and got me checked in quickly The room was very modern and has a very different setup from most hotel rooms Can see from the photos The room was clean and the bed was comfortable as were the linens The bathroom was clean but a bit cramped with a modern showerOther Amenities:- Free WiFi- Fitness room (Very nice)-Microwave and mini fridge-Paid breakfast-Free airport shuttleThe hotel encouraged social distancing and has an optional mask policy for fully vaccinated guests and required a mask for unvaccinated guests

2nd stay at this hotel First time was great This time found some issues

The night stands were very dusty We wondered if the place has been cleaned at all Used roll of toilet paper remained We expect new roll for new guests Plus health issue from used roll? The washing basin sink was draining very slowly Possibly clogged The room gets service every 3 days Our room was done on the 3rd day, but no spare toilet paper left in the room We had to call the service for spare roll because it was almost out Surprised the staff did not notice there was no spare rolls Also had to call for body lotion None found in the room We booked a 1 bedroom studio by mistake They gave us a handicapped room The shower curtain was too high from the floor resulting in lots of water splashes outside The towel on the ground was all wet and slippery after each shower They should lower the curtain to minimize the splashes

Overall, I enjoyed my stay, but I hated my room will explain more in detailParking is $9 a night (not terrible in comparison to Seattle)

Breakfast, which had good breakfast sandwiches and unlimited coffee (that was delicious) was a huge plus the dining/bar area was nice (though the bar never opened during the 4 days I was there) and there is outdoor seating which is great to hang out at in the eveningFitness center is small but nice with new equipment (treadmills and elliptical s) and weights and the laundry room was nice as wellBring a sound machine or sleep headphones (I travel with mine) bc the walls are thin and you can hear everythingand I mean everything)Kate at the front desk was wonderful and got me into my room super early I was put in room 201, which is incredibly far from both sets of elevators (not a problem) The room itself was spacious and spotless, but I was so disappointed to open the windows to see that I had a view of a retaining wall I had to crank my neck up just to see the trees and no direct sunlight either which sucks since I was there for 4 daysThe biggest problem was that you are up against the retaining wall AND I had a drain near my window there were bugs, spiders, gnats, beetles, moths all over the damn place and while the windows are sealed (you can’t open them,) they are able to enter the room through cracks and also where your ac vents out I woke up every night with bites, bugs and spiders in the bed and even (accidently) stepped on two beetles in the middle of the night during my stayThere was even a iguana or lizard of some kind on my windowthank goodness it didn’t get inside overall, I would stay here again (on a higher floor), just know that the most of odd numbered rooms on the second floor have that view as well (if I had to guess rooms 201 -219 (odd numbers only) have that same view avoid room 201 if you can

The hotel was nothing special It was as expected for a residence inn Odd that I had to pay a parking fee of $7ish for the night

There was someone parked in the handicap without a handicap placard/plate The parking spots were tight too The hotel itself was quiet Room was by an elevator, but didn’t notice any noise The room could have used some maintenance A tile was off in the bathroom and the closet door had a spring that was out I don’t think the room was fully wiped down as there were crumbs over by the stove The breakfast was hot with the traditional fare of eggs, meat, oatmeal, and pastries Was just in for the evening and it was a good location

Overall, the stay was nice and worked well for our family meet-up The staff was helpful and got us our transportation rides right on time The area is close to a walking park and several restaurants so there was plenty to do around! The breakfast was a little small compared to the day before (not sure why it was so different) and some things were empty, like some of the milks

But it may have been out of the ordinary 🤷🏼‍♀️ The stay was a little expensive (as per my Mom) but we were grateful for our little apartment that fit all of us and gave us a place to be together!

This hotel is a solid 2 stars We’ve stayed at many Marriotts and this one just doesn’t measure up One star for the quiet location

One star for hot breakfast, my kids love the waffles But, the pool is closed with no explanation why, a huge disappointment The laundry room is filthy and two of the machines are broken The couch in our room had smears of something on it upon arrival, the first thing I did was wipe it down (Why am I doing this on vacation??) Found a previous guest’s dirty socks on the floor by the curtain The dishwasher in our unit doesn’t drain The grounds aren’t well kept Just a lot And a lot of it yuck The location is good but I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone The details matter!

The Positive-My room was clean & free of pests The checkout was stress free There was complimentary breakfast & the eating area was clean & spacious

The staff were friendly & greeted me when arriving The opportunities for improvement- It is technically a MOTEL, not a hotel I had to walk outside into the elements when leaving my room to do anything like get breakfastin an entirely different building The “breakfast” was basic vending machine sandwiches warmed & displayed in warming dishes set in a “to-go” style The “exercise room” was a small room with 1 treadmill, 1 row bike & 1 weigh scaleperiod The furnace in a hidden locked closet (right next to my bed!) ran & kept me up most of the night Overall, it was a formerly old-model motel with a new paint job Ok, but I DEFINTELY could have stayed anywhere better!

Pioneer square area has many homeless Hotel is safe and many restaurants around but be careful outside Home baseball games walking through area made it safer for us

Cafe at first floor was good Order at counter so no server to pay Reasonable prices to eat At check in we were not told about no room clean up Had to call for fresh towels and empty wastebaskets Ok not to make/change beds but we were there 5 nights I dont think price reflects less service to rooms Got different answers to questions from different staff Checked out day early Disappointed

The Lodges were a fantastic place to stay and surprised by the Strawberry Festival right outside our door It’s a different Hotel experience than normal The bungalows are fine but there is no kitchen they have a mini fridge and a microwave

Personally I wouldn’t use the barbecue or hot plates in the common area At the Pavilion outside there was a nice place to chillax Be aware of the sleeping arrangements When it says sleeps four it should say sleeps family of four There is very little privacy almost none The trundle beds were not optimal for two extra adults and you don’t get a private room other than the king size bed Please double check what’s in your unit and your party before booking to clarify sleeping arrangements

Our team of floral designers had the great pleasure of setting up an outdoor wedding at the Lodges on Vashon, and the support we were given by Christine and her staff was beyond noteworthy! Christine was available what seemed 24/7 for any needs that came up, and the convenience of having an outdoor gathering space AND on site accommodations for our bridal couple and their guests made this treasure of a venue all the more unique and specialWe also had the opportunity to stay in one of the cottages and wow The Beds

All I can say is it was pretty hard to leave the cocoon of sheets and pillows the next day

Liz Skelly

This was one of the coolest places I’ve ever stayed in this price range First off, all the “rooms” are individual container style structures, which was cool The beds were comfortable, the toilet / bathroom separation was awesome, and so many other great details

We utilized the communal shared space at the property as well, which was perfect for our 6 party group renting several different units – lots of awesome details out there too Hands down, this rental was an amaaaazing value
