Arrived late at the hotel after a long flight from the west coast, exhausted, only to find the hotel entrance locked The front desk can clearly see me through the window but instead of helping me check in, apparently the front desk prefers me staying outside and only speaks to me via the little speaker by the door Shockingly bad check-in experience, followed by extremely sloppy room service, like half of your request will just get ignored

This is a disgrace to this grand hotel brand

Please please please install security cameras on your property!!! We parked in the front of the hotel and our car was still broken intoThis is two hotels put together in a less than great area of town, but yet there are no security cameras on the entire property We stayed the night a few days before Christmas as we were driving to see family (before this, we usually stayed here maybe 8-12 times a year when we drive through)

Even though it was parked in front of the hotel, our car was broken into overnight: two large car windows completely smashed out and our car gone through with a fine tooth comb, as if the thieves had been there for hours As we were standing at our car figuring out what had been taken, a handful of other hotel guests came over to tell us that the same thing had happened to their family or friends on previous stays in the same spotManagement didn’t offer us any assistance, but instead made sure staff immediately cleaned up the broken glass on the ground around the car anytime we pulled stuff out to make it seem like it never happened We would go to our car to get a bag and by the time we got back to our room, we could see them cleaning up glass again outside our room window They can watch for our broken glass to fall but can’t come to us & ask if we needed help RidiculousWhen we filed the police report, the cops told us the hotel management reported having no security camera/system at all on the property We were flabbergasted, especially for what we thought was a decent MarriottAfter dealing with the hotel, I can only think that the management doesn’t care about its customers safety or it was an inside jobFor note: on the residence inn side discussed here, there are only 2 small signs (<10 inches) with the standard “don’t leave valuables in your car…” language, however, both are in the far back of the large parking lot near the court

The staff are friendly and helpful The location is really nice with a fair amount of dining near by The rooms are in ok shape, not incredible, but reasonable

The hot breakfast is not the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had, but it’s not awful On the whole, this Homewood Suites is just fine I’ve stayed there quite a bit in the last 2 months and it’s a tolerable home away from home

Cindy S Barker

Suite is perfect with full kitchen and fireplace Staff was really caring and service oriented Manager, Justin a very open and friendly gentleman was present and on top of things so I saw no issues

Housekeeping staff was amazing and very helpful I especially appreciated Ibn I am currently using a walker and he went out of his way to open doors for me and to make sure i was comfortable Ibn is also the reason the public areas sparkle Girls in housekeeping are friendly an good at what they do Give them all a raise We’ll be back!

Aarin Pesko-Morales

My overall experience at this location was positive but was disappointed by the lack of attention to detail regarding room cleanliness (M&M candy on floor near refrigerator and dirty top of refrigerator) This location has a Whole Foods that is very convenient The fitness room says 24/7 but was not

Self check-in and room key via phone worked and was a huge plus

So, the hotel is pretty nice and clean But the AC went out in our room and I called the desk at 3:00am to say “Hey we’re roasting in here even though the thermostat is set to 60!” The response was, “I’m just the night clerk, not a mechanic I suggest you open your window

” We did end up doing that but it didn’t help much, it was still hella hot, plus there were no screens on the windows so a couple bugs flew in, AND worse, starting at about 6am, birds and traffic noises began coming through loud and clear! When we checked out, I mentioned it and the clerk said, “Oh yeah the AC went out for the whole hotel last night Sorry ’bout that” Like nothing else? No, “we’ll comp your valet parking for 1 day” “How about a free breakfast voucher?” Nothing For $300 we expected a MUCH better experience!!

Alliyha Taylor-Whetstone

We stayed at the Blackwell Inn on the executive floor The room was spacious and well decorated I loved the bed

The air conditioning was perfect The bathroom had all the items needed (Toothbrush kit, shaving kit, shower bonnet etc) The service was great The entire hotel was clean and smelled fresh We used valet They were fast and efficient I would return for sure

John Saks

The room and hotel were nice My issue was with the hotel desk staff We are concerned about COVID, and the girl at the desk didn’t put on a mask, even though we were wearing masks

I know their guidelines say they don’t have to wear masks, but it would be courteous of them to do it if the customers are wearing masks After all, they are working in the hospitality industry, and catering to customers’ concerns is hospitable

We were staying with our family and after the first afternoon we had to take our daughter to Urgent Care as she was reacting adversely to their pets We were released but could not stay with them so we made a call to The Residence Inn at 2am and Christine was just fabulous She got us in immediately, set us up with an extra bed set and comped a bottle of water

She even walked to the other side of the hotel to let us in the back door Then, she called up to the room to make sure everything was perfect We had a TREMENDOUSLY positive experience with Christine and the whole team over the three nights Highly recommend!

Leslie Rapparlie

Teresa is a darling—my family, pets, and I stayed here as a stop along the way for our move across country; she worked with us to find the best place to park our trailer and even upgraded our room to make our stay more comfortable This is a great, clean hotel with a nice breakfast and a friendly, helpful front desk and back of house staff that we would stay in again (and probably will as we have family nearby) Many thanks to Teresa and the other staff for what was our best hotel stay along many on this long, cross-country journey

Tristan Murry

We live local and wanted to use our free night with the kids and swim When we got to the hotel that man said the pool was closed We were bummed at that time

Theresa went above and beyond and helped us not only get our points back , but she helped us call other Marriott near by and get us a great room with a pool I will come back here for the excellent customer service Awesome looking room for the 2 min I was in there Great job Marriott!

Absolutely love this place! I’ve got to meet so many people from diverse backgrounds, the environment feels like homeThe ceilings are pretty low in some areas While going to my dorm in the attic, I hit my head so hard my back is still in pain hours later!I suggested to the manager that they put something in to soften the blow

I was told they used to have pads years ago, but they would limit space and possibly be against codeI responded with, it would reduce suffering, so why not give it a try? I was then told that it would only be a little less badI wouldn’t mind being in a little less pain right nowI felt like my questions were causing some resentment and defensiveness, so I decided to stop challenging his reasoning and post my concerns hereI’ll be honest, with all due respect, I didn’t quite like having my concerns being dismissed It’s less about the pain and more about the way my concern was handled (and the fact he never asked if I was ok), but this doesn’t excuse the fact that there are multiple holes in the ceiling from people having hit their heads, I believe anything to reduce suffering is worth it in this contextI really appreciate the manager, he’s very polite and hard working At times he’s helped me when I was very much in need I very much respect him, I just felt like on this one odd day, that I couldn’t get through to him I hope this came across in a reverent mannerThank you

I booked a Single Room for 3 nights Room, Bed, Bathroom was clean and cozy Check in and check out were not complicated at all and I had good conversations with the owner

the kitchen gadgets and fridge could have been a little bit cleaner but it did not bother me all to muchI definately recommend that place and will come back again

Eric Rauert

Wonderful little hostel is you’re visiting the city We needed just a bed for a Sunday night concert but it turned into so much more meeting people and experiencing the city People staying at the hostel are friendly and looking to make friends, so make sure you chat with people! We had a private room for our use which was clean, roomy, and super affordable

We weren’t there long enough to use the public spaces much but the 2 kitchens, game room, living rooms, and public bathrooms were all well maintained and a pleasure to use Next time I’m in Columbus, I won’t hesitate to stay here again

In a beautiful setting – you feel like you’re staying in the woods The paths are great to walk Really gives you a place to relax when you spend the day with family in the hospital after surgery

Big bedroom, living room, and bathroom Has small fridge and microwave, so you don’t have to eat all your meals out and can keep drinks coolBed matters was a little hard for my preference and the pull out couch was a typical matters – thin But everything else makes up for it If I ever have to stay there again I’d take an air mattress Attached pictures show path that makes up for beds

Rachel Stewart

The place itself was very nice The staff however Can’t say the same

The “managers” are they even really managers?? My daughter left her baby blanket and I called the very next morning to a very rude lady named Diane who compared it to a bikini Everyone we have spoke to basically says the laundry service Comtex just pretty much throws anything out that isn’t the laundry and we will never see her blanket again I was not taking this as an answer This is an attachment to her and has been with her since before birth I have been up there to speak to a manager (who rushed us out) that said she had my info and was sending me an email that was sent to the laundry service which she never did I’ve called the laundry service place Comtex and sent an email We are going on 3 weeks And nothing Horrible customer service

The staff were nice The fridge barely made ice I turned on the ice maker in the freezer on Friday

For the total weekend, there were a total of 20 ice cubes, maybe Glad the freezer was cold enough to freeze my bottle water The toilet in our room was very low The bed was extra soft I’m used to a more firmer bed To top this weekend off, our car (along with 4 other guests) was broken into The thieves busted several car windows & stole the cash they found It wasn’t a lot of cash in the car It cost us more to pay for the window replacement Then we found out a similar incident happened a couple months ago at this location Our vandalism occurred between the hours of 12 midnight and 2:30am Monday, July 25th, 2022 During our stay there was a police car (what we thought was a police car was actually security) in the parking lot during the day At night this security person would make rounds at each hotel in the area In the end, 4 cars at this hotel were vandalized and 7 cars at the next hotel Needless to say, we don’t plan to stay at this location again We did file a police report and the front desk person was helpful in supplying guests with bags to put over their broken car window and a broom to sweep out the broken glass In the end, I wanted to share this with others to make them aware of the possibility of car vandalism in this area

Location location location! We have stayed here twice and both were excellent Both were for events at The Shoe and you can’t beat being able to walk right over Rooms are clean and have a great layout

Easy and secure parking at no additional cost Check in friendly and accommodating Yes, smaller than a typical hotel room but lots of bang for your buck!

I took my 16 year old daughter to CBUS for a weekend getaway and stayed at The Urban We had a great time and enjoyed the hotel Yes, the rooms are small but comfortable

I appreciated the espresso machine in the room It’s well decorated and has a good vibe There are also quite a few perks in the hotel such as a hot tub, hammock, gym, game room, plenty of shared kitchens and space to relax outside of the room The staff were friendly Having a parking garage was also nice

Ashley Bartholomaus

As soon as we got to the hotel the south was very helpful and kind Our room was adorably small, and had plenty of amenities to make sure she was comfortable The grounds are well cared for and the location is walking distance to many restaurants and a CVS

We love the courtyard in the rooftop deck It’s in Columbus we will absolutely be staying there again

I haven’t stayed at a cleaner hotel Staff were so kind and helpful We were greeted and asked what brings us there and had a very pleasant conversation about our weekend plans with the front desk employee

Accessibility was easy, room was spotless, laundry room was so convenient, breakfast was delicious! I loved that there was a waffle maker available The hotel was extremely peaceful overall I, unfortunately, pre-booked a different hotel for the next night and REGRETTED not booking this hotel twice This hotel make me feel comfortable and safe Thank you for a great stay

Room was lovely, spacious, and well-stocked with kitchen appliances Not as clean as it could have been (a piece of popcorn under the bed, glasses had fingerprints and residue) Good water pressure in the shower

Breakfast was lacking Empty cereal holders, dried oatmeal in the bottom of the empty oatmeal pot, cold sausage But they had a variety of teas and muffins Pool was well-kept Fitness center was in great condition Check-in was seamless, and staff were very friendly

Jim Koltz

Good place to stay but, for the money, I would stay at the Residence Inn across the street The rooms are bigger there and the breakfast is laid out a bit better This place is new and very clean, though

The front desk staff were friendly and attentive I would like to see a Tesla charger or two, especially at a newer hotel like this one, and the laundry machines were coin operated, though they were large and held a week’s worth of clothes

I have never written a bad review before online I give people the benefit of the doubt, and businesses the chance to make things right This hotel is completely mismanaged

1 When we got there the bedding had hair on it (fine, that happens, we just wanted clean bedding) and we were told to bring it down to the desk to get clean bedding- which is really odd to have to bring dirty bedding through the hotel and then remake the bed with clean bedding from the front desk I didn’t complain or plan to, because in the big picture, not a big deal2 The fire alarm went off the first night around 1am (waking my three kids including one with severe special needs who didn’t go back to sleep well) After going out to the car and waiting for the firefighters to give us to okay to go back in, the front desk staff informed everyone in the lobby that someone left the pool door open and the steam triggered the alarm Again, I was frustrated, but also just grateful everyone was safe and not going to complain3 However, the second night the alarm went off AGAIN at about 1am This time we did not go to the car because the front-desk staff was very apologetic that the pool door was propped open again out of their sight and was steam that triggered the smoke alarm again They assured us we were safe to stay in our room We had paid $450 to SLEEP and ended up getting almost no sleep two nights in a row (for us or our kids) Now I was planning to complainAfter many attempts to speak with a manager, I finally got an email response from the management company- the hotels response was “not our fault” They said that a kid had pulled the alarm the first night and that there was mandatory testing the second night (by the alarm company or fire marshal) The story changes depending on who you talk to What stayed consistent was that since “it was not their fault” and “not in their control” they did not owe us anything for a completely awful stay They offered me a 30% refund, which I agreed to- but then when I followed-up indicated the check is only for $60 (~14% not 30%) Moreover, over a week later we have not received it This is terrible customer service from a staff that appeared to be poorly managed

Jr Berkeley

All I can say is that we were extremely satisfied while staying at this hotel The lobby is beautiful and the fireplace in the evening was absolutely comforting in the winter nights we stayed I cannot come and the staff enough for going out of their way to make us comfortable and making sure that we all had a wonderful stay

One thing that really stood out to me was that the owner or manager was always there and would make sure everything was up to par Places like this stand out to me and anytime we are back in the area at Ohio Health we will definitely make it a point to stay at this hotel even if it is out of our way

Michael Andersen

The price is relatively low in the area, and as a business traveler this lures you in as you’re trying to save the customer money where you can while still staying at a trustworthy brand that is conveniently booked Simply put: I’m trying to build IHG points and the app is easyThe front desk staff and lobby are lovely, check in was quick and convenient

At this point I have stayed twice at this location in about three weeks, showing I was willing to give the room roulette a second chanceMy biggest gripe which is minor but is worth noting is that when I am tasked with staying away from home I prefer to bring my work or personal laptop with me and I need at bare minimum a place to sit and function comfortably I believe that is the industry standard, and after nine years of business traveling at primarily IHG and Hilton locations I would rather have a nice desk with a mesh office chair with the last guy’s crumbs in it than this location that offers a two or three foot square coffee table and two stiff chairs with dead cushions that feels like you are sitting on grated wood There was barely room to fit your knees between the table legs and I needed to place a pillow on the chair to sit at any lengthI’d rather pay more and drive further than stay here until they update the rooms

I was very happy with every detail about my stay here The place was currently undergoing some renovations but that didn’t bother us Actually never heard any noise from said work

We were the first to stay in this newly updated suite We walked into a good sized living room/kitchen area with a breakfast bar with two chairs A full sized refrigerator, small counter space with sink/garbage disposal and dishwasher The electric stove tops were not installed yet but they offered hot plates to cook on The beds are new and comfy I can’t speak for the other units but this room had a bath tub instead of a walk in shower which was great for the kids Brand new TVs in both living room and bedroom Brand new pull out sofa bed (just call down and ask for extra linens and they are brought up promptly) There is a common courtyard with a fire pit and chairs and a propane grilling area An indoor pool was a great option and towels were readily available poolside Continental breakfast served daily but be early Food selection was good with fruits, muffins, cereal, bagels, eggs, bacon, sausage etcThere was some kind of paint spray on my rental car when I came out in the morning The attendant at the front desk came out and wiped it clean for us Very friendly, great location and average price Would absolutely stay here again

Steve Davis

Place is dirty Huge stains in the carpet in the corridors Drywall falling off walls and ceilings

Rust in the tubs Very out dated They tried to paint touch up but used colors that didn’t match Furniture is old unclean and smelled Had to call front desk cause they allowed a party at Midnight in the middle of the court yard with loud music(weren’t the only ones to complain) Pool is a joke Will never stay here again Staff was uncaring and hard to find

Megan Roush

We really gave this place a 3 out of 5 stars due to a few factors The front desk was very nice and welcoming and even gave a paper with info about the hotel, breakfast and pool hours, etc which we really liked This is more of a business/extended stay hotel so the pool and the fireplace outside close early at 10:00pm every night, but they don’t mind you staying in that area as long as you’re quiet since most of the rooms look in on that area

Breakfast was decent, not 5 michelin star quality, but not a 2 star motel style “here’s a muffin and cereal” type oc breakfast The building is a little out of date, so it didn’t look as nice as the photos online when we booked Further on that, it showed an oven in our room time and there was no oven when we got to our room One of our rooms the curtain was torn and we even found someone else’s child’s boots and socks inside the pull out sofa The elevator floor was always with debris and dirt and the rooms had dust on top of the refrigerators Normally wouldn’t care, but the refrigerators are very short and you can see it on there

Room size is decent with a kitchen stocked with a fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, utensils and cookware No dining table, only a high shelf with 2 high chairs A sofa, coffee table and desk

The receptionists were friendly, and tried to relate to you by asking your nationality The gym looks well stocked although of small size The swimming room has a pool, no sauna, and no steam room Free use of laundry machines Free breakfast was better than at other hotels

Location is perfect! Your one minute from Top Golf, Ikea, Loads of other shopping and the highway 71 There is supposed to be free breakfast, but at 8:30 all that was left was sausages and toast

everything else was gone and the pancake machine was down We had to wait 10 minutes just for coffee The rooms were good and the pool is fantastic! Even though children are not allowed in the hot tub it was filled with tiny kids and we couldn’t use it

Stayed Last Thursday- Saturday and we had a great experience Angela at the front desk was super helpful and kind Actually, al the staff was really wonderful

Pros:-Clean rooms-Would recommend for families-Great breakfast options ( cheese, omelettes, sausage, hash browns, pancakes, cinnamon rolls, bagels, English muffins, yogurt, cereal)- Pool area is excellent However, I don’t think it is the most appropriate for 15 year old (which is how old my daughter is) There is a step down to get into the water and the shallow end is still about 1-15 ft deep so not much of an area where a toddler could just sit in shallow water ( 0-6 inches) and just splash around Would work the best for just a tad older kids All the kids I saw in the pool area was having a blast and they looked to be anywhere from 5- early teens- They have quiet hours from 10p-7am- Microwave and mini fridge in the roomCons:- The water was cold 🙁 when you walk in to the pool area it feels like the water will be warm but it was super chilly I think each time we only spent about 1/2 hour in the pool area and my daughter didn’t want to be in the pool because how chilly it was Her had a purple/blue tint to them because of her chillLocation: I think it is a great location to Polaris However it is not on the same side as the mall There are limited options for walking to a nearby restaurant I imagine you could have more op

Sonny was very nice and very helpful The only thing I do have a problem with is that I was in a rush to get out of there and they were in a rush to get the luggage carts back in and very carelessly we’re not paying attention and the luggage cart I’m not sure whether it was push or fell into the back of my car and broke off my hatch cover panel so I cannot open my trunk I am still waiting on them to call me back as far as what they’re planning on doing about this

But overall a nice hotel

Lakisha cornelious

Never got anyone to clean the room, we had stayed there for 4 days no one ever cleaned the rooms plus never gave us any towels and when we went and asked the front desk they said that they didn’t have any more that they had to be washed this was so not good at all we had to go to Walmart and buy us some towels and wash clothes the tub was dirty we had to buy bleach and clean the tub out clean the pots and pan they were dirty

Keeping in mind it’s a 2 star hotel, we found it to be clean enough However, the smell that permeated through the whole hotel was nauseating The first floor was the worst as we went down in search of vending machines

We could not use the latch on our door as it appears to have been previously broke and not fixed correctly so it no longer lined up Our door was hard to pull and latch when leaving our room, so if you are not mindful, you could leave your room completely open while leaving I also have been bitten on my back multiple times by what I can only assume were bed bugs While I did not see any bed bugs, all the bites on my back would certainly indicate they were there If you are looking for a cheaper hotel, find a different one, or find a way to spend a bit more money and stay somewhere else The employees were nice

I reserved room in the extended stay app In the app it says to show the qr code at check in she never did any of that She just kept asking me things that the qr code probably would have already answered

I asked her about the qr code and she said don’t need it I liked the water and popcorn given in the room I didn’t like that they only had oatmeal for breakfast food but I guess it’s better than nothing They need to offer more though like oat bars granola bars nutrigrain bars and fruit apples bananas oranges I feel laundry should be free but cost seems pretty reasonable They need a change machine in laundry room Also do you really need to have key card for laundry room?

Mariana Nacole

This is one of the best hotels i’ve ever stayed at, very clean and well kept The staff was lovely with assistance and the facility was up to par very affordable as well

I was walking out and I had stumbled on a rock and fell down… the manager quickly jumped to her feet to come help me up and to get my bags that went flying!!! My family and I will definitely be coming back!! Thank you

Before I rip the hotel apart, I want to first off start by saying the staff is incredible The people at the front desk are amazing, they’re probably some of the nicest people you’ll come across, are literally as accommodating as possible, and the lady who makes the breakfast in the mornings will always say good morning They truly go the extra mile to do everything they can

As far as the hotel, the air in the pool room was well over 100°, the room itself wasn’t that great and they were low on extra pillows so I was forced to only have one the duration of my stay because I’m allergic to feathersThe bathroom smelled of mildew, and they use 1-ply toilet paper in the rooms You couldn’t keep the room fans on if you turned the lights off, and they still used a register in my room instead of central (thermostat air)However, upon asking at the front desk for non down pillows, the staff immediately looked for an extra When I needed a water, they gave me one Power was out in most of the city because of a heatwave, and with everything going on in the staffs lives that they had to deal with, they were as good as it gets Even with their computers down they were scrambling to get everything coordinated and truly trying their best There’s a lot worse hotel gyms as well, the gym wasn’t half badThose people deserve a raise, and they deserve a lot of fixes to the hotel rooms

Melissa is an amazing manager! She is very accommodating and quick! We had an issue with Bookingcom and our reservation and she immediately was on the phone with them and worked the issue out so we could rest comfortable after our ten hour drive from SC The breakfast was really good!!There was a strange issue with someone pulling the fire alarm but things were sorted quickly and we all returned to our rooms within thirty minutes (def much faster than another time that happened to us at a different hotel!)

Rooms are clean and comfortable and the wifi is awesome! The pool is nice and big!Highly recommend!!!

I stayed here last night and loved it! The young man with blond hair who greeted us at the front desk made us feel welcome and well-taken care of When we had a small issue with our room, he rectified it immediately and made us feel at ease I really appreciated the soft lighting and silent ambiance of our room; it was perfect after a long day of running around the city

I would recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit Columbus, and would absolutely stay here again myself

Joe Eide

Great place to stay, as we stayed here for a baseball tournament in the area with our entire team of 11 year old boys (also during the weekend of the Memorial) They have a very nice patio and pool, as well lobby, and breakfast wasn’t too bad either I definitely recommend staying here for a night, weekend, or however long you will be in town

There are restaurants and shopping within walking distance, and for those that feel the urge, there is a Dave and Busters within walking distance I will definitely stay there again, as I often come down for the Memorial TournamentI also have to add that Leo, at the front desk, is such a great person and made us feel very welcome

Nihu’s Honey Gurls

This hotel is awesome It definitely bought normalcy back from the Covid madness The hotel is very clean and well kept

I received an exemplary greeting at the front desk upon my arrival for my son’s wedding After I had gotten settled, in my room that was perfectly cooled with the air already set, I received a text message asking if everything was to my satisfaction That has never happened in any other Hilton brands in which I’ve stayed I thought it may have been auto generated but responded anyway Nope! It was not automaton A real live person (Meca) responded back accordingly Impressive customer service I love it! The room was beyond perfect for what I neededThe bed was comfortable and slept really well I love the entire room set up The light in the restroom to assist with steaming my dress was a very nice surprise and much neededWhen I went to breakfast I was greeted with a very friendly and genuine “good morning” from Tiauna She greeted every single person who came in with the same genuine greeting I even heard her explain the extra charges (hold for incidentals) to someone who had inquired of her She did not refer them to the front desk for assistance She went above and beyond her duties Love it!Thank you Hilton for restoring my faith back into your brand This was going to be my last stay as I just had, within the last month two bad experiences with two of your other hotels I’ve been an exclusive Hilton brands user/ member for over 30 years One of your hotels canceled my reservation for a meeting room that was to be used for rehearsal dinner 3 weeks before my son’s wedding due to upcoming (but couldn’t tell me exact date because she did not know) renovations I found this unacceptable We lost money on booked vendors due to late notice and had to just go to a restaurant for the rehearsal dinner This is NOT what we wanted The other hotel canceled my reservation completely, without notice until the morning of my scheduled arrival due to my credit card not been updated due to my oversight after my personal information was stolen You send many emails and I believe a courtesy email would have been nice I found it strange that they were trying to run my card anyway since I had not checked in This hotel did not do that In fact my card was scanned, by myself, upon my arrival That was another plus for this hotel I hope whatever training was done for the employees here is implemented throughout your brand Whoever manages the Hilliard Ohio location deserves a bonus for themselves and their employees Thank you team Hilliard for a great stay You’ve restored my faith in Hilton brands

Nice location close to the freeway Surprisingly well cleaned rooms Breakfast could be better

Only real issue was the TV in the room wasn’t setup properly The TV volume controls would lock when connecting an external hdmi device and would be locked at 60 Security was messed up as they somehow disabled the factory reset options Maintenance couldn’t figure this out Ended up having to use the manual reset button and set it correctly
