We recently stayed and let me tell you Amazing from walking into the building you could smell the clean! We are a family of 5 and rooms are very nice and spacious EVERYONE had a place to sleep Rooms VERY clean Bed comfy especially the sheets 💗 pillows a little to flat for me, but I double mine up and slept like a baby

The rooms and hotel very nice and cold! We are a baseball family and I needed to do some laundry and loved that they had a laundry room on the property The pool…salt water pool! We also grilled burgers out in the patio area very nice! Breakfast crew always made sure everything was refilled and there was plenty for everyone The staff was very nice, helpful and accommodating! I’m not sure of her title with the company, Ms Christmas was a boss to me anything I needed she took charge to help me and always made sure we were good We stayed a total of 3 nights and would definitely recommend this hotel

There room itself is typical for this price range A couple of issues we had with this location was primarily around parking Our room was 221 which happens to be the last room on the floor

We were across the hall from the fire stairwell exit that also served as the exterior door at the end of the floor Unfortunately, there are only four real parking spots on that end of the building That just means if your room number it’s close to 100 200 300, then your walk to your car won’t be that far But if you’re room is closer to 121 221 or 321, You’re likely going to have a bit of a trick between your room and your carThe shower and room 221 has a high-pitched squeal with the shower head Apparently there is an issue with the shower head and anytime someone takes a shower, you hear a very high-pitched squeal throughout the entire room and it’s very loud in the shower itselfThat’s for cleanliness, our bathroom still had a used bar of soap in the shower and a prior customers toothbrush and razor on the shelf unit hanging on the wallThe AC does have a fan that will stay on the entire night so that’s a plusAccess to one of the TVs HDMI port is very difficult to get to if you have a device that you want to plug in You can get to it but you can’t move the TV to see it as it’s mounted diagonally on the wall in the cornerThe lobby does not have any tables nor do they offer any breakfast in the morning If you’re looking for somewhere together with some friends at the end of the night, you’ll have to gather in a room or outsideAll in all this hotel was just fine but I wouldn’t recommend it We chose this hotel because it was pet friendly, but you do sacrifice in other areas for that

Cer

Would not recommend this place Pots, pans, utensils, dishes are very worn out and filthy Found other people’s hair in bedding during check in

Bathroom does not have a vent or that it’s broken I assume daily housekeeping doesn’t exist that’s why it wasn’t offered The bath towels are on the smaller side and rough There was a stain in one of themWould not return to this place Holiday Inn express is alot cleaner and nicer if you’re an IHG member

Obadah DB

I stayed here for ~16 days: the place was pretty good overall, the rooms had good amenities and were the size was okay I would recommend this place My only two complaints: The room had a bad smell; it’s very noticeable when you first enter but then you eventually get definitized to it, and the rate was a bit high given the size and quality of the place, but it wasn’t too bad

My church had an an event here and right from the time of the booking, they were attentive to our needs to ensure that our program was successful I do really appreciate the hotel staff especially Ms Linda and Mr Tommy Mr Tommy and his team were exceptionally helpful in getting the hall set up for us and providing all the extra stuff we needed

The rooms were clean and comfortable Thank you all…surely gonna be back!

Abril Goforth

One of the glasses in our room was not clean Like, no attempt had been made to clean it The light on the bathroom mirror will not light, so the bathroom is very dark

The rest of the room has poor lighting, as is true for most hotels Makes applying makeup a challenge But the rest of the room appears to be clean The bed is comfortable The location is easy to access from the highway and was good for our needs

Kalvin K

Room was nice and big You have to actually request maid service if you want one It was not automatic

Perhaps it’s a COVID thing nowadays It actually has a microwave but I didn’t see until the last day because it was black and pushed far back into the cabinet I needed one and called front desk but didn’t tell me there was actually one in the room, instead said to use the one down in the lobby Overall, a good hotel to stay at

Update: We went to stay again and we’re told that cats are no longer welcome Interesting, considering I heard dogs barking all the time, but they’re still allowed It can’t be about smell, the hallways are always filled with the smell of curry and other heavily spiced foods being cooked

It should be noted that this is apparently a hotel the government uses to house people waiting for their immigration paperwork to be done, as has been talked about in the news For some reason, there was a giant pile of clothes sitting near the pool hundreds of articles of clothing A charity drop-off?A nice place to go if you have children or pets The furniture was very comfortable and the room was spacious There’s a number of families using it as extended stay, so there’s lots of kids playing and riding their bicycles To me, that feels more like home than a lot of hotels, but I know it wouldn’t be for everyone They have nice amenities my only complaint is that no one was wearing a mask even though there were signs everywhere If you’re a smoker, there’s plenty of places to smoke outside without going far We will definitely stay there again it just felt more like home than many of the extended stay hotels around there

Denise Stevens

DJ helped us get 12 rooms for a baseball travel team He was great He was very courteous and dealt with 12 families and kids

I would recommend this place to anyone The pool is great The rooms are waaay better than any hotel The location is close to so much food Everything about our 5 day stay has been great DJ really was the icing in the cake He was so accommodating and dealt with all of our families with respect

Average Joe

We stayed in building A The room was nice, but the overwhelming cooking odors in the hallways and stairwells ruined the experience There were a bunch of kids running between open doors from rooms on the first floor

(This may be where the cooking odors emanated) We were also made to feel unwelcome by small groups of men and children hanging out on the patio and parking lot beside the pool and sports court so guests couldn’t use the amenities

My family of 4 stayed at this location from November 2021 to April 2022 while we searched for a home in this crazy market after moving to Texas We stayed in the 2bedroom suite w/two Queen beds in second room for our two kids PERFECT! The beds were very comfortable, but i wish they had pillows that didnt sink

However no problem for we brought our own Kitchenette was very well stocked with all you need (of course a pair of scissors would have come in handy) This hotel was definitely a home away from home We always felt safe, comfortable and we were all a little sad to leave Front Desk staff was always so friendly and helpful especially James! The housekeeping staff was absolutely amazing The lobby and our rooms always looked and felt clean after their visit My kids loved the complimentary breakfast We highly recommend staying at this hotel Even though we live here now we will definitely be back for a date night away from the kids!

Having a wonderful experience here Front desk was incredibly kind and helpful, room was clean and cozy, I missed breakfast (my fault!) but they still had things out for guests Showed up later than my requested check-in time due to a flight delay and it was no problem at all; very kind staff and beautiful lobby and rooms, and a great price! Internet was occasionally spotty, and bathroom vent didn’t work, but nothing big enough to keep me from giving this place five stars

Great stay!

Christina Nease

This hotel is AMAZING my 9 yr old daughter and I stay here once a month for our mother daughter night out her choice everything and for a 9 yr old that’s rare she loves it It’s very swanky inside with a price that beats all others The rooms are huge and amazingly clean and fresh

And the beds are like sleeping on a cloud They have delicious breakfast and very friendly and helpful staff I’d recommend this hotel above all others

Alysia Lil One

1st time visiting for a business seminar Perfect location for my needs The room was on the 1st floor which provided easy access to come and go

The room looked nice but was a little stuffy, the bathroom vent did not work so this may have contributed that The beds were comfortable Bluetooth mirror speakers in the rooms The breakfast served was hot with, yogurt, pastry products, scrambled eggs and bacon Overall it was nice for the price

It was good The staff was amazing! They were friendly and always willing to help No issues with the staff what so ever

Where I did have issues though, was the room The room was clean and fresh The highway noise was horrible, maybe because I was on the side of the highway Obviously the noise is louder Not sure if you hear the highway nois on the other side of the hotel If you stay make sure you’re not in a room facing the highway They could upgrade the windows to block out the noise The bed wasn’t as comfortable as I would like Still manageable What really got me was the sulfur smell you would get in the main lobby You couldn’t smell it in the rooms or the hallways on the floor I was on It was strong in the lobby It did not help because I’m a big breakfast kinda person With that smell I lost my appetite Overall good experience minus the smell and highway noise Staff was amazing One of the best I have experienced

Justin Edwards

Overall this was a good hotel and I definitely would stay there again For the most part it was clean it did have some spots that were not clean in the bathroom which would indicate that they didn’t do a 100% of a good job cleaning You can see those in the picture things that were left on the counter

The room itself needs a little bit of work on cosmetic as there are contractors fingerprints and other things wallpaper peeling and water damage signs The structure also probably needs to be evaluated because it has some major shift Front guest staff was awesome and nothing but friendly both at night and in the morning It’s nice to see that they keep more than one person on hand for the front desk at all hours Hotel is handicap accessible and has accessible rooms Shower was great although the shower doors are installed backwards Rooms could use a little bit more soundproofing as sound travels through the doors fairly easily You’re also going to hear a little bit of highway noise depending on the side of hotel you’re on because it is directly besides 75 They have a good snack and drink selection at the front desk They also have extended breakfast hours till 10:00 on Saturday which is better than a lot of neighboring hotels Parking is decent though it can be tricky to navigate and there’s a shortage of spots in the front I was able to find a spot still open later in the evening though so it wasn’t too bad Gaining access to the hotel is easy if you’re going southbound on 75 however if you’re going northbound you’ll have to bypass and loop back to it Easy to spot from the road Overall I would probably stay here again but one thing that does detract is they have anti-concealed carry and open carry signs The signs are not valid as they are posted incorrectly however they get the point across that they don’t want anybody that carries to stay in their hotel

Jerry Schrader

My wife and I stayed here for the weekend, I cannot express how amazing the staff was to us, everyone of them However Gabby went above and beyond as she mostly dealt with us throughout the stay There’s not enough that I can say about this place, they’ve always treated us like royalty, but this weekend when we really needed it they shone through

I highly recommend Hyatt in Allan

Very good hotel apartment style with kitchen and homely rooms The only issue is cleaning & room services are not so easy to schedule and the facilities are a bit aging Some things in the room like bathroom shower, taps etc are wearing out and may not work properly

On the bright side, Internet was stable and fast enough for my office work to run smoothly 👍Overall great bargain for the price

My family and I loved it here! Our room was sleek but also homey because of the living room and full kitchen Our room and public amenity areas were very clean The breakfast spread is pretty great too, there’s something for everyone

Last but not least the housekeeping crew and front desk staff were amazing They all had such friendly and fabulous personalities yet super professional I can’t say anything bad here We will miss itShout out to the staff; thank you for making our stay so comfortable and I loved talking to yall

Kristen Credeur

We stayed at Hyatt House in Richardson Texas for a cheerleading competition The hotel staff was super friendly I just wish it would reflect the hotel itself

The halls smelt horrible The rooms had no wash cloths When asked they said they had none due to people hoarding them That’s strange Then when we needed more towels on the 3rd night they had to check if we could have any because the housing staff was gone for the day This was at 7:00 PM They did end up finding someOur friends that were staying at the hotel went to the snack area and purchased some chips and they had expired the month prior I wish we would have had a better experience

My family and I stayed in this hotel while we transitioned into moving into our new apartment Though our stay was way longer than expected, we enjoyed every night Corey was the first person we met, and the first person we were enthusiastic to see when we came running out of the lobby to go to work

His customer service skills, personality and joy brightened our days with every single encounter The rooms were clean, the rest of the staff were great and this is, overall, a great location and experience There are even a handful of restaurants across the street and a Walmart not even 5 minutes away

Christopher Santos

30+ Day stay Seamless Roberta and Anela were outstanding and always friendly and helpful

The room was weekly cleaned and immaculate Daily breakfast was delicious and always a little different We miss the Texas shaped waffles nowIf ever we have to do this again We will not hesitate to stay there again Do yourself a favor and don’t even wasting time at the adjacent hotels next to it

Michelle Gordon

My in-laws were visiting and we went to visit them at this hotel I walked in to a clear and fresh entry and and Corey greeted me with a warm welcome He knew the guest I was there to see, made a connection with my entire family and talked to me the whole time I wanted for them to come down

Based off of this experience and the warmth Corey brought alone, I will be recommending this location

This was a very nice Holiday Inn The beds were just a tiny but uncomfortable at first, but that’s just because it was not quite a plush as mine is at home Everything else was great

It was very clean, very nice bedroom and bathroom, great TV, very friendly staff, and was in a nice location The room was a very nice size too There was also a nice view out of the window, since it was not right next to another building either

Keicha Clayton

My husband and I stayed 2 nights and that was a long 2 nights The air was broken the first night I did let the front desk know we waited hours and hours until we went down to the front desk to see what was taking so long only too find out it was a shift change and the previous clerk never mentioned it to person taking over or contacted maintenance

The bed was super hard and very uncomfortable We tossed and turned the whole night So I definitely will not stay here again Waste of $200

Charles Manning

The room i had was a fairly large and it was clean The bathroom was spacious and the shower gets hotDownside to the room, it was on tge freeway side so it was noisy until about midnight when traffic finally lessend for the night

The bed, i think the floor would have been softer than the bed Tge hallway always has a funky food smell to itThe staff was nice and always courtious If the bed was not so bad the place would get a higher rating

The staff is very friendly The facility is always clean and quiet It is pet friendly as well!

Elizabeth Looney

This hotel is located across the street from a strip mall which made it perfect for easy dining and shopping for my overnight stay Overall the room was pretty good but the shower curtain did have dried on soap splashes from a previous guest Also you can hear kids screaming at the pool and stampeding down the halls during the day, which made it hard to relax after a long day of driving

There was also a dog barking that you could hear on the entire first floor, both inside and outside the establishment Overall the visit was good, once the sun went down

Doug Wadley

Nice hotel, bed was comfortable, might want to bring you own pillow Nice hotel in a quiet area No service for clean sheets or towels from what we were told per the Covid pandemic the rooms are cleaned before you arrive and if you need towels, trash bags, coffee etc you will need to go to the front desk

Will check back next time we go to Dallas

The night clerk was so nice I was very impressed with the pool being handicap accessible The ramp was something I hadn’t seen before

Easy for me being disabled to actually get in the pool Day clerk wasn’t as friendly Was disappointed in the fact there wasn’t a tub, only a shower with a shower head that wasn’t as good as my $1799 head at home Nice breakfast

Jeana Arnold

This hotel was disappointing, which is a shame as I’ve always had good luck with this brand Soap dish was ripped off the wall, toilet paper holder was broken (When we told the front desk, their response was “we know” but no one mentioned it when we checked in)

Elevator was very close to our room and I underestimated other peoples ability to be courteous and quiet in the hallways The elevator smelled of burnt rubber A dog was barking randomly for several hours one evening On a positive note, we had hot water and plenty of nice towels According to some of the reviews, that is something to be grateful for

Laura Chapoy

1st stay cation, due to a water leak at home Fairly new hotel in Wylie Since we are a Wyndham Rewards member, and Wyndham Margaritaville owner, I expect a lot

Rooms are spacious, nice decor, beds good, plenty of pillows, air is cold, and has a microwave, and mini-fridge This hotel is pet friendly tooIn our room, carpet square torn, and shower had mold on caulking at the bottom Hallway outside of the elevator door is stained A great hotel to stay But, cleaning the stains, repair of carpet, and recaulking the shower would not take much $20 per day pet deposit helps offset the cost, and if done routinely

The hotel was clean And comfortable with a nice kitchenette in the room Bedding was comfortable and everything worked well The gym equipment was awesome, the Precor brand and fun

The only complaint I have is the snack bar they have to buy snacks was Ridiculously priced 400 for a 20 ounce bottle of coke, or chips, 4 seems to be their favorite number for their overpriced snacks If you go, do not buy their snacks, you’ll pay less at a convenience store or at Trader Joe’s If it weren’t for their snack hype, it would have been rated a 5 star for me

Chris Hoven

We booked a two queen room for our family of four through the Hilton app We got there, and we were moved four times before putting us in a room with one bed and a pullout couch We were also told that breakfast went until 10am, but when we got down to the lobby at 9:10 they were closed

Brought these points up to Ashley at the front desk when we checked out and she was extremely rude Told me they were oversold on queen rooms, and implied it was somehow my fault that we had booked it She rudely pointed to a sign at the front desk that said breakfast ended at 9 and told me I should have read the sign, and she would tell her night crew to start reading the sign too Funny thing was, I got on the elevator to go back upstairs and there were two other people that were told the same thing Definitely will not be staying here again

I arrived in the middle of the night from a long day of travel I was greeted by Kiarra who ran to do the door to let me in and got me keys to my room in a very efficient manner Kiarra was extremely friendly even though I was in a bad mood from my day

She was so sweet that I actually took the time to apologize to her and recognized her ability to not allow my sour mood affect her service I could feel her smile through her mask and the sense of urgency to help me in any way I needed When I got to my room there were snacks on the counter- strangely and I think coincidentally, there were some of my favorites My room was very clean as well Thank you Kiarra for making my awful day of travel better! We need more people like her in the hospitality business!

Normally don’t care to write reviews for hotels but I was fairly impressed The room was crazy spacious and at the price, very cheap and high value When we walked in it was hot like a sauna but the AC worked to cool it down pretty speedily

Front desk was kind, nothing special to report First floor had everything including a fair fitness center Location was decent with a fair bit of shops and restaurants close by We stayed for an event at the Allen Event Center but the nearby surroundings were solidBreakfast is provided so that’s cool It’s nothing special but it’s included in the cheap price already Unfortunately, pools are outdoors and often closed (closed on our visit) whereas other hotels have outdoor pools and jacuzzis that remain openThe main complaint is that the shower drain is annoying to deal with and extremely slow Each shower my feet will be submerged in soapy water as I’m ready to leave so I take extra time to wait for water to drain before rinsing off finally It was a bigger deal than you might imagine (at least to me), but great service, cleanliness, and overall positive impression puts the hotel at 4

Stayed one night The front person was nice room looked fine We turned the tv on and it was inaudible

Thank goodness for subtitles The AC must’ve been 30 years old, it was SO loud Got up to go eat some of their breakfast…wow it was bad Just thankful for bananas On my way back home I noticed BED BUG bitesWouldn’t recommend staying here unfortunately

Staff was nice, place was clean However, our shower did not work during our stay The best they could do was a key to a second room (without enough beds for our family) where we could shower

Neither maintenance nor the manager, Amit Patel, could be located during our staySince the stay I have tried numerous times to reach management, to no avail In addition, IHG Corporate has explained this is an independently owned and operated hotel by Everwood Hotel Properties and so they can also not provide any or accommodation

We spent four nights in this hotel which was conveniently located for our purposes Unfortunately the carpet was very dirty with many spots that looked like they could have been cleaned if someone had tried The air conditioner was extremely noisy while running and clunking as it turned on and off

It kept us awake off and on all night The shower door was so small that it made it difficult to get in and passed the dispensers on the wall My husband and I are not large peopleThe staff was very polite and helpful

Excellent hotel and would definitely stay again We rented two different rooms for our family to stay in while visiting family for thanksgiving We got a king plus sofa bed suite along with a suite that had two queens plus a sofa bed

Both rooms were clean and well stocked with everything you need including microwave, dishes, dishwasher, silverware, fridge, toaster, blow dryer, and a nice table on wheels that can be used for dining or as a desk They also offer a burner plate if you want a stove top cooking experience Just ask the front desk and it’s freeThe daily free breakfast has lots to choose from including waffles, eggs, breakfast sandwiches, yogurt, granola, cereal, toast, juices, etc They were also great about wiping down tables and sweeping/mopping the floorsThe front desk always had someone present, and they were quick to help with extra towels, blankets, a free toothbrush, bottles of water, etcThere was ample parking, an indoor pool, gym, and laundry facility The AC in the room was nice and quietThe only thing to be aware of is they allow dogs in this hotel They have a policy that if you can’t keep your dog quiet, they will refer you to a local boarding house to keep your dog at We didn’t bring a pet and only briefly heard barking I’m sure this will vary for everyoneOverall, a clean hotel with prompt service
