Just checked out and I can’t say enough great things about this hotel I love the showers Awesome water pressure and they had updated seamless shower enclosures so there was NO MILDEW 🤩

The rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly We were visiting family and the location was perfectWe had a nice corner room and it was very quiet There were a lot of people staying and we heard no outside noiseWe didn’t get a chance to try out the pool or the breakfast buffet but hopefully will get to next time we stay because I will definitely be back!

Nice, quick check in for a one night stay I was surprised to hear that breakfast was from 5:30-8:30

I woke up early after 24 hours of travel so as not to miss itThe hotel’s interior is recently renovated and the room reflected that It was clean and comfortable with plenty of towels and toiletries The hotel was quiet, shower was hot, and breakfast was decent My sink was clogged and drained very slowly, too late before I realized it And I think it’s unhygienic to put the coffeemaker in the bathroom

This hotel charges a $150 deposit that is returned after 3 to 5 business days It is not listed on the reservation or the confirmation they send Ridiculous considering the room is only $130 per night, I’m a rewards member, booked directly through them with a credit card, and stay frequently at other best westerns without issue

The woman at the front desk was rude, abrupt, and very unhelpful She took a phone call while I was attempting to check in and was rude to that person as well I had her cancel the stay and drove to another best western in Frederick where they treat their guests with respect and don’t charge a ridiculous deposit

This was not a comfortable stay for us It was not a nice Embassy Suites The entire hotel seemed unclean and outdated

I can’t even get into all of the details of the different issues with thatOur room smelled terrible The couch in the living room was so dirty I asked my daughter to not touch it The curtain rod from the shower was hanging down from loose screws on both ends of it, from the walls We could not even keep the shower curtain closed enough for water to not come out onto the floor And we could only shower after having maintenance come up to jimmy the faucets to get them to workThe back of the toilet tank was broken, there were stains on the bathroom floor The carpet was very dirtyAfter just feeling so uncomfortable in the hotel itself, we were at least looking forward to breakfast Got down there at 6 because we had to hit the road, and waited for a while only to be told that because it was a holiday, breakfast was not until 7 That was annoying because not only were we told 6, we were also given a piece of paper that said 6 o’clock The man sending us away actually argued with me and told me I would have been given a piece of paper upon check in that said because of the holiday it was 7 I pulled out the paper to show him, which said 6 And another couple standing and waiting with us, had actually just called the front desk and were also told 6 So we had to leave without eating and go find a gas station breakfast so we could hit the road Really just annoying and disappointing Not a fun stay

Visited MD 5 times within 3 months because I’m buying a house and, so far this is best hotel we stayed at Amazing location, Hotel is gorgeous, staff is nice, unlimited parking… but few things why I’m not giving 5 stars- 1st and most important, room cleaning service is available only every day and you HAVE TO REQUEST IT FIRST

So if you booked for 3 days or 2, your room will not be taken care of- Rooms are too close to each other Almost no privacy When you open your room, a bunch of people can see inside if they are outside in front of their rooms, on the balcony or even in the elevators which are fully transparent- The breakfast service has this lady who is so unprofessional and rude Zero customer service I went to breakfast on day 2 and it was a very nice and professional gentleman making the omelettes On day 3 it was a lady and literally everyone was complaining about her attitudeOverall, it was a good stay even if I called a week ahead and specifically asked for a baby crib in my room for our little one but it was not there Luckily we got it about an hour later after checking in That didn’t affect my review I wish I can give 45

This past weekend we stayed at the Embassy Suites at BWI We spent 36,000 points for a suite and were super disappointed When we arrived our room only had two towels and three pillows, which clearly isn’t enough

The room overall felt dated and honestly dirty The carpeting was pulling up in the common areas The shower was tiny (see photo) and there was mold around the whole base The shelf in the shower had been ripped out of the wall and never put back up, so our shampoo and soaps had to be placed on the floor (see photo) The floor of the shower was also poorly patched leaving it super rough The toilet paper holder had also been ripped from the wall and not replaced (see photo) We told the front desk, but I think they misunderstood and sent us extra soap and toilet paper The staff was struggling due to the hotel being booked and them being stretched thin The evening reception was poor We were limited to three drink options and poor bar snacks There were only two staff members, so the drink line backed up to the lobby Again, we have no complaints with the staff, there just weren’t enough of them Then for breakfast they couldn’t keep up with the crowds There was only one person bring out food, which left the counters a mess and everything constantly empty The man was trying so hard to keep up and he was so kind, but in a fully booked hotel, one person is not enough for this task The parking lot was dark and there were hardly any open spots We came across a car (not far from our own) with a smashed window and all the tires missing (see photo) There were no cameras or security around the parking lot, which was super alarming Additionally, this was my first stay I have had since achieving Hilton honors diamonds status and nothing was mentioned or provided regarding my status during my stay

I stayed overnight with my daughter and she said it was the best day of her life! Great location, lovely staff, clean spacious room and the indoor pool was a bonus! We walked to the historic ships and the National Aquarium, the restaurant was not open on the night of our stay but the hotel provided a list of local eateries and the breakfast cafe was ideal We will definitely be back!

Well me and the wife stayed here for an anniversary getaway The service was absolutely amazing Ms

Michell at the front desk sent us chocolate covered strawberries and champagne Complete surprise for us We were just having regular conversation and she sent us a gift Very attentive and caring to our needs and privacy Mr James the concierge made sure we barely lifted a finger or the phone He knows all the good spots close by We loved the view and the staff

James Coutourier

The staff is great with good hospitality The location is actually even better, right across the street from the beginning of the harbor A very peaceful hotel but It’s way overpriced

Very old looking with a weird carpet stench Chipped walls, chipped doors Looks like an old Catholic Church Doesn’t have a good view either compared to other local hotels Old dirty carpet ! It was a burn mark in the unattached foot rest not to mention it didn’t even match Just a badly designed hotel for the price Needs remodeling

My large group and I stayed one night at this hotel Our flight (Spirit airlines) was canceled from Philly to NOLA and the only alternative flight was the following day from Baltimore at 7pm I quickly booked this hotel and just assumed we would have to deal with being cramped in a small less than favorable room

I was wrong! The room was spacious, beautiful and cleanthe staff was incredible Special shout out to Margo! She was so kind and accommodating We were blessed to encounter her The free breakfast was delicious (waffles, oatmeal, biscuits and gravy, cereal, yogurt, breads bagels etc) we washed our airport clothes (small coin fee the hotel provides detergent) Margo provided us with a late checkout due to the circumstance and scheduled a shuttle ride to the airport Thank you so much! We will definitely be back if ever in the area!

Devin Henslee

We were traveling through the Baltimore area and booked this stay in advance Romelo provided outstanding customer service at check-in, honoring our request for a pet-free room Our room was exceptionally clean

We liked the layout and found everything we needed in the kitchenette Check-out was seamless and we enjoyed the breakfast options of waffles, yogurt, fruit, juices, pastries, and to-go granola bars Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful

Van Mckennon

This place overall is a great stay!! Especially for pet owners I love their pet policy and the housekeeping staff is very friendly and thorough with the cleaning overall A slightly annoying staff member and a lil bit of updating needed in the bathtub irritated me while there

However the friendliness and efficiency of the managers as well as most of the staff, made up for any glitches The hot breakfast, pool, and gym are all great additions I do recommend this hotel and will try this brand from now on when traveling with or without our pet

The only reason that I gave this two stars rather than one because of the staff is really nice But this hotel has seen its better Days The rooms smells molded, it may be the carpet

It was difficult for me to sleep because of the smell I had a headache for the 2 nights that I stayed there My coworkers stated the same thingNormally hotel lobbies are nice and updated Not this one, so you know what you are going to get when you get to your room Even the wallpaper has scratches and dirt on it Horrible!!! Do not stay here unless you live lesser than this!

Gavin GUARDMAN

We booked in to a “suite” which is putting it very modestly The only upgrade was a bit more floor room It was on the fifth floor

There was peeling paint and wallpaper across most of the walls The toilet would not flush and ended up clogging immediately When going to the front desk, clerk was on a smoke break and had to call maintenance personally who was just not at work What kind of Hilton has no maintenance staff? We had to plunge the toilet ourselves Subsequently another person in my party tried to shower and the bath tub backed up When going to plunge to it to maybe try and fix it, black pieces came out of the drain God only knows what those were So we asked to move which they obliged The room the system said was available was not It was filthy and torn apart and smelt like some one had died in it from the hallway Back down to the desk we went They finally seemed to pull enough sense together to get us into a room seeing as how it’s approaching midnight and we’d be lucky if there was any more available The consolation was free ice cream and a changed rate The rate going from 135 to 99 a night In my opinion this place was comparable to a motel 6 which cost 30 dollars a night I probably would have slept better there I like a stiffer bed but I left with back pain The ac wasn’t working properly either as I dropped it to 66 degrees and the ambient temp stayed around 71 Damp and dingy The lobby bathroom stall is falling apart The pool was nice enough with a broken gate The entirety of the hotel comes from a time forgotten which was kinda cool for two minutes until you see how nasty it actually is I guess if I was as drugged as hunter s Thompson in fear and loathing this place would be marvelous But it is indeed a dumpster fire If you have live anywhere close to better than this hotel is not for you

Before a long day of travel, I had booked a room at this hotel for over $200 in hopes of rest before a 7 hour drive the next day I arrived to a chaotic place with people having cookouts and throwing baseballs in the parking lot There was one person working on an incredibly busy night

I tried to go to sleep just before 9pm to no avail There was yelling, screaming, and door slamming I contacted the front desk They sent “security” up to quell the ruckus to no avail The next time I called the lady said she’d have them evicted, but still nothing I called the front desk 8 times over the course of 3 hours and as I write this the noise is still as loud as it was at 9pm This is behavior I expect paying $60 at a Motel 6, but this is a Hilton property charging almost 4 times that amount Stay away from this place if you actually want to sleep

So this is my story I needed a room close to the surgical center to which I was having surgery early in the morning The center had suggested another place I think they didn’t realize that this place was open which was only 6 minutes away from the center Newly renovated you could smell the newness everything!!! Not even dust, or dirt in the corners of the air-conditioned

Lol This place is really nice Mind you I’m a Picky oneThey serve free breakfast, there’s free parking and most of all a Chinese restaurant, nail salon, Italian restaurant, Cafe that serves brunch, supermarket and others just about 20 yards across the lot walking distance Did I mention a gas station? But my real experience I have to give a 10 to Savannah the desk clerk this woman is The epitome of what customer service It should be From Reserving my room and throughout my stay She was very empathetic to my needsThank you Miss SavannahFYI the pool is openThere’s a gymPrice very reasonableSorry I didn’t take pictures theirs don’t do justice

The hotel wasn’t very clean I stayed for two days No one ever cleaned the dirty towels out the pool/spa room

The outside sitting area was never cleaned A lot of dirty towels sitting outside and on the seats ALOT OF ANTS EVERYWHERE! as soon as we checked in I saw ants crawling on everythingAlso the front desk staff were not friendly I asked if it would be ok for room service to clean my room in the morning because we had trash that was also bringing more ants around I was told no because the room service only cleans rooms that people are checking out of I stayed at plenty of hotels and this was the first I ever heard of thatAlso wanted to add for people maybe booking this hotel for the poolPlease don’t The water was FREEZING The pool room was FREEZING IT was 100 degrees this weekend but the ac is on in pool room and the water is not heated You won’t be able to enjoy the pool especially if you have younger children And the sight of dirty soaking wet towels laying around everywhere was just grossAlso the refrigerator did not get coldBut the hotel was quiet and the pillows were comfortable

The interior is dated with some signs of wear However, the room was immaculate, perfectly clean The staff is outstanding, extremely accommodating, super nice and friendly

The in-hotel restaurant is above average, but the menu is limited However, again, the staff were superb Overall, if you don’t need a new or recently renovated placetostay, you’ll be happy here Oh, and there are several places to eat nearby if you want something that’s not on the in-house menu

C Smith

Paid for Room 1: Executive Level Room – Two Queen Beds which was supposed to include breakfast Upon check in the receptionist failed to mention anything about breakfast nor did she tell us you had to request to have your room cleaned because of Covid Yet, everyone is walking around the hotel without a mask

I’m so tired of businesses using Covid as an excuse for giving below average serviceHouse keeping was two doors down and we were told she already had her listThey refused to clean my room upon request Only empty the trash cans and bring clean towelsBrought clean towels and left dirty towels Why not take the dirty towels when you brought clean? Housekeeping entered the room to bring clean and not take dirty Worse hotel experience everExecutive Level Room – Two Queen Beds there was nothing executive about this roomI would never stay again unless management make it right I wouldn’t recommend staying unless you want a dirty room and not getting what you paid forBusiness don’t care how they get your money and do absolute least for it

Arianne Clar

We had our long flight from Germany and we decided to stay in this hotel for 1 night before get to our next flight But due to delayed on our flight, we just got to stay in this hotel for 4 hrsThe receptionist is really nice, our room is big and clean

They do have free shuttle to pick you up and bring you to the bwi airport, which is really nice, since we were very late and so tired, not having to think about rides is good plus, the lady driver is pretty awesome as well

I am currently staying at this hotel  I booked for a last minute weekend getaway  When I pulled up the outside was beautiful

Having never stayed here the outside made me feel like I made a great choice Staff was polite at check in which was great as well Upon entering the room there was a pen top on the floor, just assumed housekeeping dropped it on their way out, should have been my 1st clue There was brown hard water stains in the toilet which was a little off putting and both rolls of toilet paper were low There are small splattered stains on the inside of the bathroom door at the bottom Hate to think of what it could be I checked in after 8pm so I was eager to unwind I tried placing my drink in the freezer but it was completely frozen over Sat on the couch and there were stains all over Had to cover it with towels Opened a drawer and there was someone’s birth certificate in there My husband told me not to worry, we can get past those things, it’s just 2 nights and the bed looked very clean and well made The pillows were horrible and I didn’t sleep well at all Today I requested toilet paper and wash clothes After over 30 minutes and 2 calls, I was advised to locate the housekeeper on my floor for assistance So of course I have to get dressed to do so and I obviously needed to use the bathroom 30 minutes ago, instead I’m hunting down housekeeping Needless to say I won’t stay again These may all seem like small things but grouped together they are a big problem and leads to a horrible stay, especially when you pay good money for good service

Blaine Pierce

The rooms were clean and that’s solely where the two stars comes from It was defiantly not worth the price they charged or the amount of stars this hotel received online The bed was hard as a rock, so needless to say sleep was minimal

There literally is a sign posted at the front desk stating I’d you need any extra towels, see the front desk due to house keeping not coming into rooms where guests are there longer than a day We go down to the front desk and the woman told us every towel was in the washer/dryer so they have none To top the cake, house keeping entered our room without knocking We opened the door and the house keeper acted like nothing happened No apology, no nothing except her going on to the next room knocking on the door before entering like you’re supposed to We thought we had found a nice place to stay when we came down here, but we will be continuing our search for other amenities

My boyfriend and 2 of our friends traveled to Baltimore for the Arsenal soccer game this past weekend We had originally booked a different hotel and after driving 7 1/2 hours we pulled up and they were permanently closed and did not inform us prior When I looked online it said that Hampton Inn was fully booked but I still decided to call for a room

Ricardo was able to get us the last room available and his customer service after hearing of our issue was better than could be expected Ashley P who works the front desk was equally as amazing! She checked us in and out with no issues, gave us food suggestions when asked and was honestly just the sweetest soul after our horrible morning Her level of professionalism and compassion was top tier and Hampton Inn is lucky to have someone who cares so much for guests working for them The room was great, good choices for morning breakfast and an amazing staff Would definitely stay again!

Morris Fiorillo

From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a smile from Charlie, treated as a diamond member She provided water, I did ask for the higher floors but the no rooms were available, but was provided a nice quite room The rooms are very clean, hotel is close to everything you need

During my 4 day 3 nights stay I have only dealt with Charlie and she has been tremendous Helpful with local restaurants and such I would recommend staying here and would come back

Margaret Clark

We were in the area for a funeral The desk clerk when we checked in was quick to give us recommendations for local restaurants that we might enjoy, and to see if we needed anything at all for our stay We thoroughly enjoyed our time there even if the occasion was difficult

All the staff we met was very kind and encouraging and we highly recommend this hotel

We booked this hotel at the end of February through Bookingcom and when we arrived our room somehow was cancelled by them After a phone call to Booking

com and remaining on hold for and hour, I still did not have a room For whatever, reason they were not able to resolve their mistake Eventually, they just hung up on me My entire family booked this hotel and my husband and I were in the lobby with no room A special shout out to Erica, Brittany, and Antonio who recognized our frustration and were able to get us a room We were able to join our other family members and enjoy our stay!!! We also enjoyed the service in the lobby dining area in the morning and the evening Very friendly and accommodating Thank you!!!

Kate at the front desk is so nice I called the hotel from the airport because I couldn’t find the shuttle She explained the shuttle was down and sent me a free Lyft

That was a nice perkBreakfast was tasty Plenty of optionsRooms were so so Clean and big but lacked lighting in my opinion The bathroom has no exhaust fan and I hate that Also 2 of our towels felt wet as if the housekeeper rolled them up still damp or somethingOverall, it was fine and I’d stay here again if I was in town for a cruise

Zee Thomas

Stayed at this location for one night Enjoyed the layout of the room and their other facilities but was very disappointed that our room was not prepared properly We checked in at night from traveling out of state just to find that there weren’t any type of towels available in the room

We were also surprise to find that we did not have a shower curtainso our immediate shower after traveling was definitely interrupted I typically like Hiltons but I’m not sure if I would return to this one

My wife and I stayed at this location for 3 months from mid-December until mid-March We found the staff to be very accommodating When the weather got cold and our heater wasn’t working, they came in and replaced it

When we decided to switch to a suite, they made it happenWhen we checked in, the manager was Donna, but she was moved to a different location during our stay We didn’t get to meet the new manager, but Donna was incredible It didn’t take long for her to recognize my wife and I and refer to us by name The same was true for the staff members I wish I could name everyone because they were all great, but I specifically want to mention Jasmine, Eric, Tara, and Gary from the front desk As well as Ms Lesia and Ms Rajeana (I apologize if I got the spelling wrong) from the kitchen Both were incredibly friendly and spoke to my wife and I as if we were old friends They were accommodating whenever we made requests and kept the breakfasts and social hours an extremely positive experience The housekeeping and Maintenace staff were also amazing and helpful, but unfortunately I did not get their namesAs is bound to be the case, there were issues with the rooms, but whenever we brought them to the attention of the staff, something was done about it The location is convenient to numerous restaurants, delis, and coffee shops It is convenient to 295 which was able to take us to anything else we needed My wife and I brought our dogs with us and never once were we made to feel like our pets were not welcome The staff loved our dogs and our dogs loved them Thank you so much for an incredible first impression of Baltimore We hope to be back in the future

We have been traveling up and down between Pennsylvania and Florida for the past 2 during the pandemic staying overnight in at least 10 different hotelsIt would be very easy for me to say that this was by far the best stay we have experience! We would not change a thing The room was clean and had a nice aroma to it

When we arrived the staff was courteous and helpful at all times and the best part of it was the breakfast was the best breakfast since the pandemic began! Will definitely stay here again next time

Nice hotel: quiet, fresh towels and cleanBUT:Please pay attention that one of the destination Tesla chargers is dangerously mountedThe male maid who was servicing the bins at the breakfast area has a terrible cough as he has a severe disease

Kindly asking to provide him with a maskOther than that, the receptionist was a smiley polite and competent personThe flower decor is nice!

Would’ve been much better if we’d had curtains in the eastern facing windows Guess they want you up early Everything is clean

Bed is very firm Building looks like they have recently renovated itAddition: there were only electrical outlets on one side of the bed No table or lamp or anything for the other side We were in room 501 Our friends were in 204 and they did have curtains A/C worked great If anyone used the spiral staircase everyone in the building could hear it To be fair, it is a really old building Not sure I like the “no contact” and all electronic check in I’d at least have liked to have had a phone number for someone if I had a problem Decent place but probably wo t stay there again mainly due to the price being so high and how little you get for it

D S

The positive: The unit was clean Bed was comfortable Air-conditioning worked

Nice TV in the room Neat looking building from the exterior They honored the AAA price for the unit (10% discount) Truly a contactless facility if your worried about CovidThe negative: No staff in the building to help you if you need it When you do need to contact them you have to contact them via email and response time varied significantly (it was never immediate, but they did eventually respond) The phone number for the facility online is disconnected Limited number of electrical outlets in the room making it difficult with 3 people are in the room No where to store your luggage temporarily on check out day if you have a late afternoon flight (there is no front desk)— contacted them via email and was only given an option of paying an additional $45 for a late checkout which was very inconvenient “Cleaning fee” Raises the price significantly of the unit per night We had no one clean our unit while we were there for only 2 nights (our choice), but still paid the flat $75 fee for the cleaning For the same $150 I paid for each night I could’ve stayed at a Hyatt downtown and had breakfast provided plus be much closer to downtown and all of the restaurants/activities Instead had to pay for Uber to get downtown because really did not feel safe walking around the neighborhood

While my stay at the Hotel Brexton was overall a positive experience, I did want to share why I am only giving it 3 stars:- The check-in process is confusing You need to go through it digitally since the hotel is all contactless There is no one physically at the hotel to help you

– The elevator inspection and registration expired in January 2022 I reached out to their virtual front desk about updating it and did not receive a response- Misleading amenities Microwave was listed as an amenity, but the room did not have one—there was one microwave in the lobby Netflix was listed as an amenity, but I had to sign into my own account on their Roku- The bathroom sink was very difficult to turn off and water would sometimes overflow from the handle- The water temperature of the bathroom sink and the shower seemed to have two settings: hot and scorching hot- Paid for a cleaning fee but the room was never cleaned during my 5 night stay- I’ve seen similar reviews, which concerns me regarding the hotel’s diligence in addressing known issuesAll of that said, the room was clean, comfortable, and got lots of natural light However, it’s overpriced for what you get and is best for someone low-maintenance

I was nervous about booking here due to some of the reviews I readbut I’m so glad I did

The hotel itself is located in the business district of MD, so it’s a fairly quiet area that’s tucked away There were a few eateries near by but like we all know the good stuff requires som travel (longest we had to travel was 20minutes) The lobby of the hotel looked like it was being worked on so I was super nervous about the room We were booked for a suite on the fourth floor and it was beautiful! We had a room at the end of the hall and it was directly across from the elevator so that made things ten times more better We couldn’t heard outside noises from the room and because of our location we felt safe in knowing that we wouldn’t have that much foot traffic near our door The room was very spacious and comfortable The carpets and room itself was clean The only problem we had was the tub retaining water, but the front desk quickly resolved the problem in less than 30minutes In all, the room was affordable and exceeded my expectations; I think we found our returning hotel for future visits!

We stayed here with a school group and the service was excellent The staff was kind and helpful Tyrone, Lorenzo, and Wendell were our favorites

We appreciate you guys answering our questions and giving us directions The shuttle was quick to take us to restaurants and stores nearby We have had a great time Strongly recommend this hotel!

Staff is super friendly and welcoming The hotel itself though is very dark same with the rooms, not a big deal but the perception of the lamp shades completely bent out of shape and position, cardboard stuffed between the fan I assume to keep it from rocking, burn holes in the furniture, hair in the towels Rough guests and/or poor attention to detail when maintaining

Lots of great things about this hotel Very, very welcoming, professional, helpful staff, including shuttle drivers Convenient location close to airport and places to eat

My sole, one and only complaint is that I had to make a cleaning request several times over the course of almost 3 days I honestly would have had no problem doing it myself if they’d have let me borrow the cleaning supplies 😂 Even with this though, the staff was genuinely apologetic and did end up getting it taken care of Being away from home for work can be draining These folks did an overall fantastic job making it a pleasant experience Google doesn’t let you do 1/2 stars, but I’d give 45 stars if possible

This is my first time doing this for the Honor Flights of Veteran’s I had no say in the choice of the places we visited or where we stayed I was just more than thrilled to be able to go see the memorial places and statues, that have been built for us veteran’s

The hotel is definitely off the beaten path The entrance is of no difference to most of any of the 100`s of hotel’s I have stayed in, throughout the years The reception area or front desk, is not big The help was good and pleasant, upon my arrival at noon Apparently me and third floors are a thing The room is nicely proportioned The bathroom has nice big shower with glass doors, but yet once again, there is a problem The toilet is placed just as you enter to the left, in that you will have to close the door to be able to use it I understand that, but come on So now the bed area, and the flat screen tv Another big sized one, approximately 48 inches or more I did scroll through the channels and saw a lot of available channels Unfortunately it’s been 4 days since I was there, so my memory is not good of what was in the room, but I do recall a fridge, but no microwave Dang, I don’t recall any coffeemaker The heating cooling unit seemed to be a little loud The room I was in, had no view outside The shower was good with a decent amount of pressure Continental breakfast is good with the usual stuff of scrambled eggs, sausage, french toast sticks, bacon, and the bread stuffs Coffee, strong or decaffeinated, or just hot water, and OJSo, all in all, I had a very memorable visit to Baltimore and Washington DC Thanks to all the people that gave me, an honored Vietnam War veteran, the help I need in this time of memory’s God bless you

This is a large hotel with a restaurant, bar and pool There are restaurants and bars within walking distance We stayed for one night because we had to fly out early the next morning

The server and cook at breakfast were excellent! We told them we had to leave early and she got our order in quickly it came out in a few minutes steaming hot; it was good!

I checked in late to a room just to get rest before getting back on the road I checked into what I thought was a NON SMOKING HOTEL which I appreciate as a non smoker The rate charged was different than the original amount

My room didn’t have the amenities advertised The shampoo and body wash were both out and also a duplicate shampoo was out, requested that the items be refilled so I could shower and shampoo my hair before leaving for the day Upon checkout my deposit was not refunded due to them claiming that I smoked in the room This is highly offensive and a defamation of my character I don’t smoke nor had I They refused to give me any details about how the housekeeper and housekeeping manager confirmed that the room was smoked in Poor customer service I informed them that I could return and show them proof I didn’t smoke in the room and also that their staff said the manager could issue a refund I was told by one of the managers to dispute it with my credit card company because they won’t refund my money This is a HUGE INCONVENIENCE I shouldn’t have to spend my time this way I have never had any experience like this with any other IHG branded hotel

Based on my experience here, this hotel was pretty good overall Nothing super fancy here 1

) The room I had was nice overall Bed was comfortable Window curtains closed all the way (for those that don’t want light shining through during the night) Everything was pretty clean Shower drain though needed to be fixed; it wouldn’t stay up so the water constantly backed up Mini fridge available in the room Microwave at the front desk area for those that may need it It was pretty quiet which I liked2) Hotel itself was decent Small bar with liquor, wine, etc Breakfast and dinner available, but very limited menu At the front, they also have a small snack/food area with things for purchase Gym was small but good Pool was closed Laundry machines available3) There is free parking Pretty safe business type area Plenty of food spots in the vicinityMore pros than cons Would recommend this location and would stay again if need be

We booked this hotel the morning of our trip and didn’t have a lot of time to research the area First the BAD – This hotel is OLD, BUT they have tried to update the rooms the best they could Our toilet did not flush unless you held the handle down for the entire flush, the bathroom was dirty (baseboard’s had dirt and dust), I killed a large spider in ours, shower dripped so there was standing water

Don’t expect to watch tv, there’s 12 channels with the same show on all day The furniture was dirty and the “closet” was just old and leaning Maybe we got a storage room? There is NO breakfast at all! unless you buy something from their pantry! The GOOD- it was quiet, the heat worked well, bed was okay and close to BWI There are a few food places right around so plenty to grab a bite to eat We only stayed one night as we were picking up our son coming home from overseas If I would have booked more nights, I would have left to find somewhere else cleaner and more up to date
