I am absolutely blown away by the service provided here and their amazing staffTraci, the manager on site was extremely considerate and mindful the entire time I was here She had noticed me taking calls outside due to the loud noise from the main lobby and offered me a complimentary time in the M lounge to take my calls and for writing also

She has no idea how much of a big difference that made, she totally made my day with that mindful and considerate gestureThe M lounge is perfect for all guests looking for a serene space to be productive or even just to lounge! They have it set it up in luxury with snacks, complimentary wine and other refreshments that are self served I loved how clean it was and just absolutely quiet yet still had an open air environment where I was able to enjoy the sunlight shinning in and fresh breeze from their air conditioningI also want to thank the front staff for their awesome and kind gestures and just amazing service that they provided to me during my stay, the front desk staff were so considerate during check in when there was an issue with the card I intended to use and explained everything clearly to me so I knew what needed to be done on my behalf They were also kind enough to provide me complimentary breakfast during my stay for the card confusion, which was so appreciated by me The breakfast was amazing and my room even was even more amazing and clean It was so nice to stay in a big comfy bed with the most soft pillowsI have to say this property was impressive, the main lounge area and the M lounge but also the fact that they were serving complimentary smoothie shots in the mornings, refreshments, even wine and cocktails during certain parts of the evening which astounded me I felt like I was staying in luxury and had every care and concern cared for and attended to by the staff Thank you so much for the beautiful work you did and the great stay!

The staff here are wonderful! We’d especially like to recognize Kamil who would greet us each morning in the M-Club concierge room She always had a smile, very friendly, and went out of her way to accommodate our requests She displayed passion and love for her job and is the prime example of excellent customer service

All of the staff at this Marriott have been pleasant and helpful! Even though we’ve had nicer (fancier) rooms at other nearby hotels, we return here for the staff!

Becky Wheeler

Great stay for the money, especially on Mother’s Day weekend! Our staff was super nice and helpful, and they even brought us a complimentary tray of cookies and brownies to our room! The rooms were nice and clean The AC didn’t push out as cold air as we like (but we like it cold) No biggie

Definitely recommend this hotel! Right across from Lenox Mall and minutes walk to Phipps Plaza

Make sure to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking any hotel They compare hundreds of booking web sites and normally will have rates much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later on! This place is one of my favorites in the area

I have been staying here for years If you choose this place you will love it I’m sure! The front desk staff are amazing and super friendly! This W hotel definitely needs a renovation, especially inside the rooms/hallways but the exceptional front desk staff made up for itLocation is great for tourist attractions like the aquarium/ Coca Cola world but if you’re looking for walkable shops and restaurants I prefer to stay in midtownThank you for a great stay!

Jen V.

If you’re into a retro contemporary hotel the the W Atlanta is the place to be! The service was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful The rooms, eh

the purple and gray colors were interesting The bed was comfy The shower, all though sleek and modern, needed a door to prevent the water from splashing out on the floor The rooftop pool was fantastic! The food and drinks were good but way over priced, so be prepared to pay All in all, a great stay and would recommend

Angela Froning

I was super disappointed The rooms are really showing signs of age The hotel does not get the traffic it used to on the weekend

I booked a staycation because this used to be a great nightlife spot I was the only person in the bar/restaurant besides someone who was visiting the bartender and she kept disappearing to spend time with him Before checkout, I went to get breakfast and had a bizarre confrontation with someone who works in the kitchen And then waited a very, very long time on my food because they are short staffed Funny how my pricing reflected a full staff Over all, there were about 2x as much staff as guests which is crazy to see and yet no one has any desire to do anything besides just stand behind a desk Oh and the pool area – the once gem of this place – completely run down For $180 a night I may have given 3 stars but for $300+, I was just ripped off Kicker is, I can’t even leave this review on Marriott because I wasn’t “invited” to leave a review Really, Marriott?

Absolutely wonderful stay!!! If I could give 10 stars I would I can only imagine the bad reviews are because those people are broke, sad or have never stayed at a 5-star hotel The spa staff was absolutely amazing and the services were even more amazing

Reggie at the front desk was also incredible Any time we had a request the hotel fulfilled it within 10 minutes They even sent someone to the car to grab our clothes that we left in it We will be making this a quarterly trip Thank you very much for the great experience!!!!!!!

Joshua Lindau

Pleasant staff and accommodations as expected We were recognized for our elite status, had our room upgraded, and enjoyed the executive lounge as much as possible, very nice perk to the hotelThe hotel does seem to host some group conventions, and I see other reviews complaining about this, but this is to be expected based on the area of town

Would definitely stay again!

I was immediately made to feel at home because of the special treatment from Mr Tony at the front desk He is phenomenal at this job! When I entered the hotel, Mr

Tony was talking with some of the other guests in recommending some of the area restaurants You could tell that he was very knowledgeable about the area It was also evident that he enjoys making the guests comfortable and doesn’t mind going the “extra mile” for the guestsOnce they left, he spent a great deal of time telling me the important facts about the hotel and even the surrounding areas He also mentioned that he had just made fresh complementary coffee Mr Tony definitely set the tone for this hotel stay I wish each hotel I visit had their very own version of Mr Tony! When I got to my room, I found it very clean It is tastefully decorated and my room includes a desk that spans the entire room This feature is nice because I can eat at one end and do my paperwork on the other end The room also includes the basics like a mini refrigerator, microwave, and coffee pot The microwave is old-fashioned, but its not like I am doing some gourmet cooking in the room!My only complaint is that you can hear the guest in the next room talking on his phone Otherwise, I am enjoying my stay and will be sure to tell the company that I work for to book this hotel for future visits

Simon Powell

Remember to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking your hotel This web site will compare countless booking websites and normally will have rooms much cheaper compared to others! You’re welcome :)! This place is the best rated in the area

I have been staying here for a long time If you stay for a few days you won’t regret itA little bit of a wait to check in but the front desk folks were very nice and friendly Our room was quite roomy and super clean Thank you

Cindylu Hunt

Staff was exceptionally pleasant Grounds, interior, and rooms were clean Rate was reasonable

The minus-the microwave buzzed all night When the gal asked if everything was okay at check out and I mentioned the microwave, she described the noise to me!! Tells me they are aware but have not addressed the problem Only other problem for me was the room did not get dark for sleeping The shade was light filtering and there was a lamppost outside the window I would still recommend this La Quinta

Walter K.

The rooms were pretty good though most of them do not have a microwave There were some issues with temperature control The pool was decent, though barely used

The location is great – it is two blocks from the MARTA station Food options were good in the area The location is good, but you can tell this is downtown Atlanta with the smell near the hotel and some of the homeless people nearby about one block away from the hotel Despite that, the hotel takes security seriously (especially at night) and I never once had an issue The evening manager was really great! Loved her service

Chris Dickson

I can definitely see why this place has mixed reviews now that we’ve been here We booked through Hilton rewards and got to pick our room I picked a floor as high up as possible facing the Sky View Ferris Wheel (I thought the kids would like that) and am so glad I did

This is an old hotel and the street noise is VERY loud I cannot imaging what it would be like if we were on a lower floor The valet area is super small and super tight and the line can be very long at check in however the attendants are so kind and gracious You can self park in a lot close to the hotel but I DID NOT WANT TO PARK MY CAR THERE AND TAKE THE RISK In my personal opinion the valet service and safety of my car was worth the price We didn’t have any problems with our room except that the beds are VERY SMALL When you book it says they are queen size beds That is a lie They are Full size beds at best Our friends had 3 kids in one bedthere was very little sleep to be had for those tweens The location of this hotel is great as it is just a block to Olympic Memorial park and a very close walk to the aquarium and World of Coca Cola

Shaday Lane

My stay wasn’t bad overall but there are some improvements to be made The bathroom door would hardly open or close, I was lucky to have someone there with me or I would have been locked in a couple times Front desk seemed like they needed a little extra help with check-ins

At one point late in the evening we got locked out of the front door of the hotel with security because nobody at the front was available to unlock the door I also did not like that they only had 50$ valet parking Location is great and the rooms are cute

We stay at a lot of hotels due to my husband’s career, and I like to leave very honest reviews This was a beautiful hotel It smells lovely everywhere you go and everyone was helpful and friendly

The valet service is incredible, specifically Patrick and one other gentleman (his name slips my mind but he has a beard! 🙂)—they were so great One recommendation is that the rooms aren’t that big for a big family and that isn’t on the hotel, that was on us; we have 5 children but we made it work with one room just fine The rooms are normal size, just get two rooms if you have a bigger crowd and prefer more space We stayed for 5 nights and it was great! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Amy Gallagher

Wow WOW WOW WOW what an amazing hotel Stayed for 2 nights (wish I could’ve stayed longer) and everything from check-in to the water pressure in the shower was seamless I absolutely loved staying here

The decor was so cool, the staff were just amazing and just the overall experience was top notch I will to the end of days refer your hotel to anyone I know that’s going to ATL Thank you so much for the great stay! It’s hotels like this that make me love traveling 🥰

Nicole Roufs

Love love loved this hotel! Prob my favorite hotel I’ve stayed in The decor is beautiful-that in itself is worth a trip here! The rooms are perfect (They give you water in your room as well-such a bonus!) ♥️ The staff is amazing-like truly

Every person we came in contact with was so friendly They genuinely are nice people who care and you don’t feel like they are just doing the “job” only little thing was the restaurant was a tad slow and felt unorganized but def not enough to keep me from coming back! Def hope to visit again soon!!

This 5 star hotel is just phenomenal! Our safety is very important to us so, I love that you need a security card to even get on the elevator to get upstairs where the rooms are I also love that there’s a door bell on every door instead of having to listen out for a knockThe grand entrance and showstopper lobby decor is just stunning

I am all about peace and tranquility, so, I love the fountain outdoor space!

Rosie Cheeks

Parking garage is not connected to building, will have to walk across the street to park in garage Parking is $35/day with no breezeway to keep guest out of weather element is kind of excessive I notified front desk manager to ask gift shop attendee to great guests upon entrance and to offer assistance if needed

The salesperson was on the phone but a simple acknowledgement would have been appreciated 🤷🏽‍♀️ Vending machine options definitely should be available there are over 13 floors of sleeping rooms; this will help guests stay comfortably close to their rooms and grab a snack or beverage to hold them over Staying over three nights should have a benefit of two complimentary breakfast coupons up to the cost of a buffet 🤔 just maybe

Ashley Fairchild

My husband and I spent a weekend here and really enjoyed our stay! The hotel is beautiful and the room as well as the pool area were neat and very clean I loved that there was a bar and restaurant within the hotel One of the best parts was you can valet your car and use the hotel shuttle to get around, which is nice when you don’t want to have to get in all the traffic

The good: Room was clean and AC cooled the room off great Check in was pretty fast and convenient when using valet parking Super close (3-5 min walk) to Aquarium and other attractions

Also had some decent dining options within walking distance We didn’t swim but the pool looked amazingThe bad: Customer Service We checked in on Aug 1st around 7:30pm and the lady at the front desk was so rude Every time I asked her something she seemed inconvenienced or annoyed by it I thought it was just me but my husband who came in later asked her about places to eat and he said she was extremely rude to him as well That kind of service will definitely have us booking at a different hotel next time we are here The other negative was the parking options – $40 for self park or $48 for valet A $50 deposit was also added upon check in but that’s hit or miss at various hotels so wasn’t a huge surpriseI wouldn’t recommend this hotel because of their customer service, which is something I value when I’m on vacation with my family

Holly Michael

Room was clean and everyone was very nice The hotel had an excellent breakfast and amenities were clean and open Lots of kids, which was fine because we were there for a small spring break trip with 4 & 7 yo

GREAT location Walking distance to aquarium, children’s museum, park and playgrounds, Coke, and other cool stuff Not as many restaurants to walk to, but for three days it was fine Great place!

Monica Smith

The location of this hotel is perfect for Atlanta sightseeing for a couple days Literally next door to the aquarium and within quick walking distance to other attractions We could see Centennial Park from our window! We drove to the Zoo and Fernbanks Museum with ease

Super close Our 2 queen bedroom was a bit tight, but comfortable enough for us and one child and we didn’t spend much time in the room anyway The hotel restaurant is open for breakfast and was fantastic We ordered off the menu Not cheap, but delicious, fresh and convenient The Tex Mex type restaurant in the lobby was delicious for dinner We walked to Subway and Ted’s Montana Grill for other meals Coffee available in the lobby every morning also Hotel, room, and bathroom were all clean Beds comfortable enough We did encounter some people asking for money on the street but that’s in most cities so we were prepared and aware of surroundings Hotel security was great Keys required for lobby entrance and elevators Yes, parking is pricey but for the convenience we found it totally worth it We booked parking with our room rate and saved some money also The staff at this hotel were absolutely pleasurable to deal with and in the world of service these days, it was absolutely a gift that contributed to a pleasurable trip One of the restaurant hosts, Alex, was such a gem with her smile and friendliness every time we encountered her! Would absolutely stay here again for a short stay

Great great experience overall! We loved the concept of the Hotel Found it very innovative and had a very pleasant stay Room was nice and clean, and lobby smelled amazing

Enjoyed my stay at Reverb Staff was accommodating and extremely helpful at check-in It’s self check-in and pretty much a smart facility

I enjoyed that you needed a keycard to access the elevator to get to living accommodations The top floor has a rooftop lounge which was nice The location was great Nice skyline of Atlanta and a direct view of the Mercedes Benz Stadium I did not like the $43 for overnight valet parking Self-parking was $33 but the facility only had 10 spots for self-parking

Pam Hayes

I cannot express how delighted and grateful I was to find not only a Bible in our room, but also a booklet by Rick Warren and a booklet on the book of John In this evolving culture where Christian values are increasingly disparaged , it was wonderful to see a hotel, especially one associated with Hard Rock, take a stand for God There was a time when every hotel room had a Gideon Bible

Now it is uncommon to find one I am impressed, Reverb! I applaud your stand ! As to the facility,… beautiful, clean , modern The linen is divine, the soaps and shampoos heavenly, the water hot and great pressure, towels nice and thick and fluffy The staff… Donnie checked me in So very friendly, polite , efficient, asked if there was anything at all he could do for us just let him know He is a credit to Reverb and makes a VERY positive first impression for this hotel There was a young lady, I didn’t not catch her name, who was working with Donnie As I walked out she said “ have a good evening Mrs Hayes” I wasn’t dealing directly with her so I was very impressed that she was engaged , caught my name , and gave me a personalized farewell Very polite, smiling young lady Both she and Donnie enjoyed their jobs They gave endorsement to the saying “ if you love your job, you will never go to work a day in your life”!😊

Just another hotel taking advantage of covid to cut back on amenities and service You have to argue with the front desk to get your room cleaned or towels replaced Even after that, good luck getting housekeeping to show up

In my case, they lied and claimed my do not disturb sign was posted From my room, the elevators were very loud – to the point that it seemed like I was sleeping next to the interstate during peak hours On top of this, there was no hot water or heat for 2 days during my stay Did they offer a refund or new accommodations for this massive inconvenience? Yeah, no You’re better off pitching a tent in Olympic park and showering in the fountain This Westin is a joke yet still charges $250 per night Recommend staying somewhere else Breakfast was consistently good in the cafe Good views from the sundial restaurant

David Roussell

So, to begin with I was checked into a room that hadn’t been cleaned There was trash in the trash cans, the table tops had some kind of dried sticky substance on them, there were dirty towels on the bathroom floor and the bed looked like someone had just taken a nap I tried to reason that maybe they’d turned the covers down for visitors to get into bed easier

NO, this wasn’t that This was a dented pillow where someone had been laying and a bed that someone had hopped out of really quickly They did get me checked into another room within 30 minutes However, I’d made my reservation weeks in advance It shouldn’t have been that hard to check me into a clean room Then there was way too much noise in the halls all evening and valet took forever The view of the city was amazing However, the entire experience for the price was just horrible Completely ghetto hotel, I’ll never stay there again, and if you can avoid it don’t stay here

Jinnafer Shumate

The hotel itself it’s beautiful with breath taking views , the management was accommodating as well We arrived at 6 pm and stood in line to check in to our room until 7:05 to be told that the deluxe room we booked was no longer available but we would get a king bed room and a $100 hotel credit We were finally able to get our deluxe room as well as the credit

We enjoyed our stay until it was time to get our car from valet , we waited 45 minutes and finally asked where our car was and they said they called our name but most certainly did not What is the point of paying 50 dollars for valet if it’s not going to be convenient when we could’ve parked across the street for 7 bucks Overall experience was mediocre at best and definitely not worth the prices you pay Also we chose to use some of our credit at the bar and waited another 35 minutes for 3 cocktails

I booked 9 rooms for 4 days for a group taking part in an event in downtown Atlanta We had a wonderful stay at the Country Inn and Suites! The staff was friendly, professional, and customer-oriented They addressed all questions or concerns quickly and provided excellent service

The rooms were clean and nicely appointed, and the hot breakfast was abundant and delicious The location was close to the ballpark and to I-75, yet it was quiet, and it was within walking distance of a number of eateries We will definitely stay there again next time we’re in the area Thank you!

The suite was beautiful That’s not the issue though When I called and made reservations I was told that the room that I booked had 2 private rooms, which was need because there was another adult that needed her own privacy

When I checked in paying my money was perfectly fine of course When we got up in the room it wasn’t quite what was described to me over the phone I called down and spoke with front desk only to get attitude from the on duty manager The first thing she blurted out her mouth was that “you can check out” if you want I drove 4 hours to get here and paid my hard earned money(300 plus dollars) just to be given an attitude At this point I’m annoyed She told me there’s no need to escalate this matter to higher management because they also can’t do anything I’ll come back after I speak with someone that has more class and give you’ll an update I’m not a happy customer at this point I really wish I could give zero stars for poor customer service

Great Hotel The rooms were really nice and clean The lobby was and common areas were super nice! The elevators were awesome

People who are complaining that they take too long are impatient and don’t know what they’re talking about I stayed at 3 hotels in downtown Atlanta (all were super busy) and this one had the best elevator service When these hotels get so busy, there is nothing they can do to speed up the elevators and also nothing wrong with the elevators if they take a while It is very typical for these downtown hotels to have really busy elevators sometimes This hotel should NOT modernize their elevators because they work fine and modernizing would take a whole elevator out of service for months which is super inconvenient I’ve seen hotels try upgrading the elevators and it makes the problems WAY worse, if they tried that here it would be a disaster All the bad reviews about the elevators are coming from people who know nothing about elevators and have no clue what they’re saying Plus modernizing is a waste of money I wish they still had a pool but this is still a great hotel and I would recommend staying here

Stephen Rang

The staff was very friendly and approachable and our room was very clean The shower was slow to drain, but it was manageable and we were only there for 2 nights There should have been clearer communication regarding parking and adding parking to your reservation

We were able to do it at the front desk, but would have preferred to have known about the $35/day parking charge ahead of time, especially so we could have added it on to the room reservation at the beginning and saved time waiting in line for the front desk before going to dinner

L Bailey

The restaurants at this hotel are way OVERPRICED!!! The room doesn’t have a microwave What are guests supposed to do when he/she wants to heat up a meal or drink? No housekeeper come by to check if fresh towels are needed If you are staying for a couple of days; surely, he/she will not be using the same towels over and over again

The parking should be not be charged extra for the PRICE of a room per night!!!! That is so absurd Plus the structure of the parking area could have been better The elevator to the parking area had an out of order sign making it difficult to get to your vehicle I had to find the stairs along with some other guests that tried to find his/her vehicle That was so frustrating For the PRICE of this hotel, this could have been better

I stayed here on May 21st, 2022This is not my first time staying at a Sonesta so I expected great service of courseThe room was CLEAN & COMFY 🤩 and that’s typically my main concern with hotels

the roommss! But these were niceRooms are not large but I’d take small and clean over large and dirty any day ☺️It was also very quiet during my stayThe young black girl at the front desk was very sweet and helpful with explaining parking, etc I didn’t go to the pool but mistakenly ended up on the pool floor trying to find parking and it was niceAlso parking was only $9 I’d definitely stay here again 😁

The property itself was great The hotel and room were nice Besides the sorry excuse for a pillow (read further), the hotel itself was as billed and excellent

ButThe staff needs to cheer up Every customer interaction we saw (including ours) was met with reluctance and disgust They obviously did not want to be at work, and the guests suffered for it I called 5 days in advance to confirm our room, and was met with a very unenthusiastic employee who said we were set for two queen beds as ordered Upon arrival, we were given the wrong room, and politely asked what our options were Another unhelpful employee told they were sold out and “could either stay in that room or go somewhere else” We opted to stay, but we had 4 lousy (and I mean terrible these things sucked) pillows for 4 guests We asked for a couple more and were told they had none Really? You mean a hotel has no backup pillows?Later that evening we decided we’d go swimming The pool sign states they are open 6-11 But, the doors were chained up Again, we asked politely why the pool wasn’t open yet and they said “uhhh the hours are 11-8” At this point, I was frustrated and stated “well that’s not what the sign says,” to which I was told “we used to have a sign but someone took it down”Apparently this place has exactly one pillow per person and no one proactive enough to print off a sheet of paper to alert guests they’ve (very randomly) changed their pool hours Finally at checkout, I was greeted with a smile and a hello for the first time, so I went to that employee’s desk, but one of the rude employees cut the nice one off, called me over to her desk and made sure to send me off with a few final scowls for good measure

Truly AMAZING!!! We had our wedding reception at the Four Seasons and everything was fabulous! The ballroom, the service, the food, the guest bedrooms, the honeymoon suite, literally everything was perfect We want to thank Marc specifically for making our wedding day so special and being helpful through every step We also want to thank the entire staff for being so welcoming and making our day extra special

I wouldn’t change a thing about our wedding weekend and thank you for that!

Corin Endter

Beautiful classic place Rooms were nice, but nothing spectacular All you get with a $500+ price tag a night is free coffee in the lobby

Room service is hard to get, no one answered the phone Man who checked us in was not very nice and scoffed when I asked if there was anything offered for breakfast The rest of the staff we encountered was very pleasant and front desk woman Kay offered to place my room service order for me which was great and she was wonderful Bar Margo was a highlight of our stay Spa staff was not great, didn’t explain what to do or where to go after we were in our robes Massage was expensive and mediocre All in all not worth the money IMO

Viktoriya Skubyak

Excellent, is the word I would use to describe my experience Room was wonderful with a big comfortable queen bed Fantastic view made it so much more appealing

Gym/Pool area on the lobby floor was amazing Gym was quite small but it had everything required for a good workout Pool was big with a hot tub and sauna in the locker roomDelicious breakfast was accompanied by the great service and very interesting people who have traveled the world and settled here in Atlanta to provide us with the exceptional serviceI would highly recommend Four Seasons Hotel in AtlantaMake sure to visit the botanical garden which is 20 minutes walk from the hotel Or the public park 11 minutes walk

The place was clean at first No issue there Front desk people were pleasant however coming into the room, the key did not work

Had to request the front desk staff to open the door until the next day the had an engineer come in to fix it while we were trying to go out to an eventRoom service was hard to request We asked the cleaning people in the morning for room service and was told it would be done After coming back from outside at 5pm, nothing was cleaned and we were told it was too late for room service by a lady who seemed like the cleaning manager who was also very rude we were also told we had to ask the front desk before 2pm This information was not given to us by the cleaning people or even the front desk Mind you, we requested cleaning service early in the morning from the cleaning people and paid over 600$ to stay 3 nights I do not appreciate this service and probably would not stay here again

Cameron Curley

Staff was SUPER NICE! Give the front desk person Stephanie a raise! She was extraordinary helpful and kind through my stayRooms were nice, had good outlet locations, and the bathroom was very nice as well with good water pressureParking is free too, unlike most places with $50 per night parking

Kalah Regis

The hotel was very clean upon arrival and check in was easy and simple The team member at the desk was nice During the night, there were issues with the air conditioning unit , I called on Saturday around noon and the person at the desk was very quick to accommodate

She was probably the best person that I interacted with during my whole stay (please thank her for the extra star rating ) Not a huge snack selection , they need more options for guest The next night I called around midnight and requested a late check out I was told 1230 was the latest and the person on the phone asked me for my room number and said she would put it on the list The next morning housekeeping knocked once and walked right in the room Didn’t announce herself, didn’t say housekeeping, didn’t say hello… NothingThe front desk clerk called shortly after she came back up there for a second time and I told her had late check out She stated that they were not informed At this point it’s around 1135 I stayed to her that I called and spoke to someone who took my room number down as well and I was told 1230 was the latest She stated to me they do not do late check out last 12I understand everything that was told to me However, I do not have a reason to lie and if what I was told was incorrect then that conversation needs to be had with the night shift ( night auditors) or whom ever It is unprofessional to go back and forth with the guest As a diamond member, I am shocked quite honestly about the way this was handled I did contact customer service regarding this, my biggest thing is not announcing yourself when you are coming into a roomI will not be returning for another stay at this location I have not heard back from the management team either

Edit- the manager responded to my review but missed key details It was not that there was a parking fee The parking fee email we received days before we arrived was misleading

The price was incorrect and it did not say PER DAYThe smoke smell was not regular smoke It was weed The people at the pool were smoking weed I changed my stars because even though the manager responded, the actual issues were not addressed The fees were misleading and there was illegal activity on the propertyI believe this hotel could improve greatly with more communication, staff training, and security We received an email before arriving stating that we would have to pay for parking It just stated a cost It did not say per night and the cost was more at the hotel than what the email statedWhen we checked in, we were given no details on how and where to pick up our car When I called down the morning we were needing the car, I was transferred to valet and no one answered It took a good amount of time to figure out where to goWe went to the pool one day and there was a small group there They guys were not swimming They were smoking weed in front of a no smoking sign This happened for at least 45 minutes There was no security presentAll in all we loved our stay There needs to be some improvements to make it better for all Especially for the price you pay

Linda Sherman

Overall, this was a decent hotel The rooms were clean There were a lot of amenities throughout the Atlanta Marriott Marquis

I especially liked the fact that we could walk to food courts without going outside The pool was quite nice – just always crowded I also liked how they had different elevators for different floors – that decreased waiting times Another plus was the many seating/lounging areas on the 3 lower levels The employees that I encountered were very accommodating

annmarie nagelin

The hotel itself is nice The people I encountered were pleasant and helpful The room however was very minimalist in design Unfortunately this means there is very little storage for clothing

There was one small drawer The room was somewhat dark There was a lamp on top of a closet The rug was a little dirty I made myself a coffee in the morning and all the creamers were solid
