Very nice, quaint Bed and Breakfast Inn The rooms are decorated very elegantly, bed very comfortable and breakfast in the morning superThe owners are very friendly

What a wonderful place! The room was beautiful, Jerry was so friendly and super helpful at check in The only thing that I could say is that the batteries in our remote were dead (not a huge deal because we brought our Fire stick) and the light outside our room didn’t go on But other than those very minor issues it was a lovely night, and the wine glasses in the room were a nice touch

We will be back

Allison McElhinny

I cannot say enough great things about this place! The room was lovely, comfortable and cozy yet perfectly modern The staff/management is what truly makes this inn great, however My fiancé and I recently stayed one night while traveling through the area via motorcycle; I wish we could have known in advance how much we would love this inn because we definitely would have stayed for longer! Breakfast was fantastic

We will return!

Stayed in room 111, and pretty sure all of them are just as great This place is extremely clean, organized, disciplined The housekeeping ladies are nice and the front desk manager was super helpful in providing everything I needed

Especially being a organic freak I was pleasantly surprised to see Shampoo and Body Wash 100% Organically Locally Made, plus the facial tissues was from recycled materials! BIG PLUS! This place exceeded my expectations, highly recommended

Gabe Nix

When checking in the staff member was very helpful with recommending restaurants in the area The room was very clean, and the pool/hot tub area was nice too We also enjoyed the outdoor area and the bean bag toss

When someone who was staying with us got a bad earache the staff member in the office was very helpful by trying to get us medicine and then recommending a gas station to get some at Overall, a really good experience!

Vid Go

This is a small local establishment, but not a simple motel by any means The room is extremely well kept and up to date Bathroom was very clean and modern design as well

The beds are very comfortable There was a desk with a chair, as well as a small table with two chairs There was a fridge and a microwaveWe had a charger available for our TeslaThe front desk (Tiffany) was extremely hospitable When I asked for bar soap, she actually went to the store and brought it back for me I have never seen such personal and friendly service in any hotel stay beforeAnytime I am here from now on, this is my place to stay

The view was amazing, the fire pit was fun and my daughter loved the tire swings and all the space to run!We had such a good time and will absolutely be going back!

Elizabeth Osborn

This is a cute roadside motel with a vintage feel I chose it because they had an outdoor pool and a room for a family of 5 We were pleasantly surprised to find a tire swing, grills and a fire pit

We stayed here on the first night of a longer trip The beds are firm The room was spotless and I loved the 50’s vibe The only downsides are the absence of cell service and lack of pizza delivery Fortunately we had burgers to cook on the grill!

I was a bit skeptical about booking to this place because of no AC in the room However, I am pleased to say that I enjoyed my stay very much Even though it is an old place, they have done their best to keep it clean

There were housekeeping services every single day for the stay The staffs are super friendly and accommodate you with your needs I will be definitely staying in the future if the price is reasonable, and there is availability

Brianne Dunleavy

I have never been so disrespected by just walking into a motel I was trying to be polite and let her know that I booked the night by accident because my 5 year hit the button on accident So I wanted to let her know I was not going to be staying therefore I would not be allowing any payments

Before I could finish my sentence she cut me off and and Said “fine get out, go get out, just get out get out” I did not walk in being confrontational or rude and she was extremely rude Also has no true customer service skills! I would recommend not staying there or for that matter even having to cancel a reservation, because obviously by her actions she has never made a mistake and also does not understand the world of children or childhood Don’t waste your money nor time there are plenty more affordable and kind hotels and motels in the area!

We had a great experience at the Coos Motor Inn We were just staying in Lancaster for one night, and looking for a basic place to stay Our room was clean, we found the motel overall charming, and the front desk staff was extremely nice

We were pretty bummed to see the sign regarding no continental breakfast due to COVID, as that was specifically in my search criteria, but it was still a very pleasant experience and we would stay there again Lancaster was a super cute town too, and Smokey T’s restaurant was also awesome

Melissa Brito

We had a great experience at the Coos Motor Inn We were just staying for one night and found a place close to Santa’s Village The price was great for two rooms

The rooms were clean, and most of the furniture was new The are in the middle of renovating and updating everything The bed was comfy I was looking forward to the continental breakfast but was informed by the front desk that it was closed due to Covid There is a Dunkin Donuts down the street and a McDonald’s right next door so that worked out The woman at the front desk was very friendly We had Smokey T’s down the street for dinner and it was delicious!! I highly recommend Coos Motor Inn

Jodie

My dogs give the Coos a double paws up!!! I was exhausted from a rigorous 3 days of travel – was en route to Bar Harbor Maine and really did not want to run an unfamiliar road (Moose?? ) at nite… and happened upon the Coos

The kind and helpful gal at the front desk let me take a look at the room and EVERYTHING looked neat, clean and in order No weird smells The carpet looked old but it did NOT smell The temps were pretty darn warm so i cranked down on the a/c and it performed wonderfully Shower- perfect!!! Beds—— comfortable and clean I walked my dogs around property and the exterior was maintained nicely and when we walked over to the Shell gas station next door I noticed the grounds / parking were brightly lit My dogs were sooooo glad we bedded down here and I am too! I would absolutely stay at the Coos again!

We have stayed 2 times now Both times the staff was absolutely wonderful, and accommodating Comfortable beds, clean large rooms, excellent water pressure in the shower

The only downside to the showers are you have to wait a few minutes for the water to come up to temperature My kiddo is nuts about the pool and arcade My husband and I enjoyed the hot tub and pool as well We ate breakfast in the restaurant, and it couldn’t have been better Huge portions and a great priceThe guests sometimes can get a little rowdy, but are always kind If you like being social this is a great place If you want quietits still a great place The rooms are very quiet with excellent views

EJ Properties

The good: Inside pool, hot tub, sauna and steam room w/o having to leave the building   Also, not sure why previous reviews say you can’t control your own heat We were able to control the heat which stayed warm

It was a little concerning that they put a laundry dryer sheet in the vents thoughThe Ugly: Rooms were pretty dirty One bed had hair and impression on the sheets as if someone laid down on the bed The other bed had a small blood stain dot  The toilet smelled like urine Also, when I got to the room I noticed the beds where size full and my reservations were for queen beds When I called the front desk the lady said she can’t move me So I asked for a refund for the price difference and was told it’s the same priceOverall, For the price we might stay again;however, for now on I am always going to automatically ask for new sheets and change them as I did here I will also bring my own cleaning wipesAlso, it’s much better going to MR Pizza than eating at onsite restaurant We went there twice for dinner and breakfast, the food is very blah

ALEX SHYSHLAKOV

We rested in this beautiful place and decided to use the services of the Town Country Inn Resort We really liked this hotel, the room was clean, the room was large, there was a beautiful view of the mountains from the window, we rented a room for two days, after the first day we had a wet cleaning in our room, changed towels, etc The hotel has an indoor pool , sauna and jacuzzi, which made us very happy

My family and I decided to visit this hotel again in the future

We had a wonderful experience this past weekend at this motel The rooms are VERY clean and the owners are AMAZING! Very sweet people and made you feel very welcome The pool was clean and they have an 18 hole mini-golf area which was a lot of fun! We were there to visit Santa’s Village so you can’t beat the location with the motel being directly across the street

They even serve breakfast and coffee in the morning We can’t wait to visit here again!

Definitely clean rooms at an affordable price, but when owners Janice and Gordon found that we were taking our 8 yr old daughter as a surprise birthday present Gordon went over the top decorating our room for her Wow! Imagine her surprise when we unmasked her to a room filled with balloons and streamers! Thank you so much Gordon for adding the icing on the cake and making her birthday a life-long memory!

We are just finishing up our stay at the Mt Washington Bed & Breakfast Mary Anne was so gracious to open up her Bed & Breakfast for a free nights stay for military veterans and there family during the Veterans Day weekend

We were greeted with a huge warm smile and given a brief but informative tour of the facility Our room was a cozy but spacious room with a very comfortable King size bed We had a very spacious private bathroom and for an 1800 farmhouse we we very warm and comfortable all night I awoke briefly to the distance sound of the train climbing through the mountain and the sound of raining lightly dancing off the roof but fell back to sleep in the comfortable and cozy bed We awake to the smell of fresh brewed coffee and the most delicious breakfast Mary Anne is a very vibrant and friendly Inn Keeper and treated us with the utmost respect I would recommend a stay here in this beautiful 1800’s B&B Kevin

Will Leitch

This is an historic inn, very homey, and decorated with antiques and handmade pieces, including beautiful quilts made by the innkeeper, Mary Ann We don’t need a television or a coffee maker in our room so it was perfect for us The room was clean

The king size bed was great — best night’s sleep we’ve had in a long time We could see the sun set over Mt Washington from our window The bathroom fixtures were updated and the bathroom was big The breakfast was great I’m a bit of a coffee snob and the coffee was delicious Mary Ann makes a mean Amaretto French Toast, and excellent eggs She let us stay past our check-out time so we could sneak in a hike before heading out This was a great discovery!

This was our first experience with a bed and breakfast and it couldn’t have been better! Very clean room and supplied well! The Inn had everything we needed to make our time there convenient; a hot shower, a delicious breakfast every single morning to start our days off right, use of a fridge, and even fresh homemade cookies waiting for us when we arrived late at night after a long day of fun!The day before they have you choose your breakfast time and allow you to choose your meal; eggs any way you’d like, several types of pancakes (plan, blueberry, banana, chocolate chip etc), french toast, meats, fresh Muffins at times and a beautifully constructed fruit cup! Coffee was wonderful as was the fresh local maple syrup! On our departure day my son was hopeful there were cookies left from the night prior to take on our long ride back home to Maine He didn’t find any left so we sat down for breakfast Moments later she came in and handed him a cookie only because she knew he enjoyed them all week! It was the small touches that made this stay special! Like when omelets were for breakfast one day, she cooked my son his own banana pancakes instead! Very sweet family, we’d definitely stay again! We felt welcomed the moment we arrived!Thank you for your hospitality,Dawn, Ryan and Jake Robbins

A charming old hotel with wonderful character and an excellent location The staff was friendly and helpful and the entire visit has a personal touch and familiarity lacking in newer brand name hotels The rooms were spacious and comfortable, if slightly dated, and the views simply cannot be described

The hotel has some excellent amenities on site and the restaurants are all tasty and reasonably priced with their own charm The spa has some excellent offerings and is very reasonably priced The hotel has something to offer in every season and we were by for Mother’s Day with their Mother’s Day brunch which was absolutely outstanding and well worth the price We would love to visit again in the future at other times of the year and experience more of what the Mountain View Grand has to offer

Margaret L

Cannot say enough wonderful things about the Mountain View Gran Resort This is our second year coming and we will absolutely book for next year as well There is SO much to do for both couples and families

The bar is such a warm area to enjoy a drink or bite to eatHighly recommend booking a room with a view as watching the sun rise over the mountains is such a wonderful way to start your morning We had a small issue with our room upon check in and the staff helped us immediately and kindly and made our stay so wonderfulThe tower spa is also worth visiting for a pampering visitWe truly can’t say enough good things and hope to make it our yearly trip (kids free)!!

My parents treated my fiance and I to a stay in a king room as a celebration of our engagement They live in Wisconsin and we live in nh so they traveled here and treated us I haven’t had a vacation with my fiance in 2 years and I was so happy this is where we stayed

The pool was great, the bed was so comfortable, the rooms were spotless, and the staff were all amazing If you have time definitely stop and get desserts It was fantastic My sisters had a great time playing disc golf and we all did axe throwing! My youngest sister actually got first place for the axe throwing I’m now possibly thinking about looking into having our wedding here Also the views were breathtaking I loved playing disc golf because every direction I looked I could see mountains
