Good hotel with elevator (not ordinary one-floor-motel, but as to me I don’t like elevators, but this building really good) Clean room with dark blue carpet, calm place, near the NGU campus Hot water with great pressure

Internet 100Mb download, 64Mb upload Great king size bed with awesome mattress Only one cons: Clogged Sink So, 4 from 5

no thanks

The hotel met our expectations based on the price other than one very, very frustrating thing There are seemingly zero seals on the doors – both between rooms and the entry doors The people in the room next to us were up laughing/talking (not even loudly to be honest) until 4:30 in the morning and you could hear every word

Strong marijuana smell that permeates the entire floor All of the doors have strong closers that slam shut Disappointing because other than that things were great – excellent breakfast, nice staff Please upgrade the situation with door seals!

Great location but the service was not very good I was here for 3 days and they wouldn’t service my roomNot a big fan of getting accused of neglecting rowdy children, but they accused my wife and I of this

After thanking the staff for all the concern I was then accused of being rude to the staffIn all, I hope I don’t have to return here again for business But I’m sure it will happen by no choice of my own

Visited this last weekend with large group from 8/14 to 8/17; room 116 It was relaxing and staff very pleasant The food & service during our evening meetings was fabulous

Tell them I said thank you!! Check-in was quick and easy One slight mishap; 30 min after arriving to my room I heard a few housekeeping staff talking outside the door I happen to be sitting on the bed watching TV; one of your male staff members just walked in without knocking As soon as he saw me he didn’t say anything turned around then walked right back out the door If I was a female and naked they probably would have been freaked out Please make certain they knock before entering a guest room Ty!!

So we just had a girls weekend and of course we are going to have a good time no matter what The staff were 10 star as well! I would like to make a few suggestions though1) Please cut some trees back so you actually have a view of the lake

It’s a ‘lake lodge’ and no view of the lake2) Get better mattresses for your guests It was Hard as a board and I had major back pain throughout each night and I don’t have back problems Terrible sleep while staying due to this3) Rooms get either too hot /muggy or too cold with no ceiling fan to circulate the air in the room Had a difficult time having a nice comfortable temp for our 3 day stay Maybe install some ceiling fans at leastI will still stay here again as lake Lanier has very sentimental reasons as to why like it here but major renovations are needed in the guest suites And for nearly $900 for 2 nights I expected more comfort in my room and a lake view at least

Evan Kerendi

It’s a nice hotel, but there some things that need updating The room itself was nice, but it was a little outdated in terms of decor and the bathroom was also small Also, it would have been nice to have an in room safe instead of having to ask for one

The windows could also be a little bigger or there needs to be a little more lights, as the room could get a little dark Other than that the room was very nice The staff were very friendly, and the elevators were a little slow, but that was not a problem However, it would’ve been nice if the hotel required key card access on the elevator an to get into the building from any side or back entrance Overall, I would probably give this place another chance

This Courtyard was clean and inviting The staff at the desk when we checked in seemed less than enthusiastic that they were at work She did not smile at all

She was on her cell phone when I walked in I heard her say, I need to go it’s another check in Seemed like she was annoyed that another customer walked in Just checked us in without any smiles or hellosThe rest of the staff was very nice The Bistro staff was great The tall African American man(he didn’t have a name tag on) at the Bistro on Sunday morning was very friendly and welcoming He made my Starbucks coffee perfectly I thanked him and he was happy that I was pleased with itHousekeeping was very friendly and provided us with extra towels with no hassle at allWe will stay here again in the future

While the front desk was friendly, the bartender is lazy and rude and the room was not as advertised When I told the front desk she did nothing but smile and say, “I don’t know” We got the one with a separate bedroom and sofa sleeper

Rooms says it sleeps 4, but the “sofa sleeper” is a chair that folds out to a cot The description of room looks like a bed, a sofa, and a chair There’s not even a table to eat at in all that wide open space! The 4 of us used a stool as our table to eat There were only 3 pillows! My daughter and I sat in a chair sharing one pillow all nightSo the bartender… I ask to have a Tito’s up with olive juice She says she’s new I say I’m a bartender and can help her It’s just vodka shaken with some ice strained to a glass I offered this with a friendly smile because I’m on vacation and happy at this point She said, no cause it’s 9:30 and everythings clean She doesn’t want to make a mess It’s vodka and ice!Don’t stay here! Marriott should be ashamed of this place I wish I could have our money back

Robi Lipscomb

I stayed at this hotel in September and it was not in as good shape Also the heater for the indoor pool was broken and when I tried to talk to the front desk they told me it had never been heated Then I told them it was when I was here in September and they still tried to tell me I was mistaken

When I spoke the manager the next morning she confirmed the heater for the pool was broken She did give me 5000 points toward my Marriott rewards but I doubt I will ever get any use out of those The pictures below are of the 1-3 ft high weeds growing in a landscape area

We arrived around 8pm from a long day of driving Sandy checked us in She was sweet and kind

Reviewed all the amenities with me After we got our room, we went to the business center to fax some documents The fax was not working correctly Sandy saw we were having issues and offered to help us She got us taken care of quickly Her guest service was the best I have seen in a long time We stayed at two other Fairfield Inns on our trip, but by far Sandy gave us the best service Thank you

Checked in Christmas day Guy at counter had the personality of someone that might check you into the county jail Noticed a strong odor of weed at the front door and lobby

Room was good and clean, but no room service Found out later that room service has to be “requested” Never heard of that and I travel all over the country Would have been nice to know that at check in, but since the guy hardly spoke, I’m not surprised that we weren’tWorkout room was decent but the scale was brokeBreakfast was meh but the Indian guy at breakfast was extremely helpful and friendlyGot us fresh coffee and water without us even asking Great service from him He was the ONLY hotel staffer that acted like he even cared that you were there But one guy with a great attitude can make a world of differenceHotel was located in a unique part of town Right in the middle of 2 different communities Go to the left to see drug dealers, hair weave salons, and bail bonds and poor customer service everywhereIf you go right to go to decent side of town restaurants with good friendly staff, Chic fil A, and Golden Coral, etcEvery night the door to the lobby and the front desk area smelled like some was smoking weed

First time staying here and it was worth the price I enjoyed the view of Chateau Elan from my hotel room It was clean, fresh smelling, and large for the cost of the room

It was quite during my stay and the staff was friendly Breakfast was provided in the morning from 6am – 10am and although on the basic side of offerings, it was delicious I would stay here again if giving the chance

R W

Pros: Great location on winery property, general clean appearance in common areas, hotel room seemed clean, front desk staff was friendlyNeeds improvement: very loud air conditioner that doesn’t properly dehumidify room, house keeping seems lazy and doesn’t use the right bedsheet size and then proceeds to make it sloppy after requesting to have it fixed, trash wasn’t taken out/no cleaning was done when requested We are paying over $200/night during the week to stay here and expect better from this hotel chainEdit/update: Management helped rectify the situation at the end of our stay, so we feel better that the issue was acknowledged

Maria Schwartz

Great location, clean, mediocre breakfast Nice views from anywhere on the hotel property of Chateau Elan Estates Breathtaking view of the vineyards

Love the hammock out back Safe location Pretty quiet Brittany at the front desk was awesome and helpful Peggy not so much Not helpful especially the topic of requesting housekeeping She became defensive and argumentative Hence the 4 star review rather than 5 stars One plus was the Chateau Elan wines were cheaper than at the winery and tasting room

Nice place for the price I’ll use this location again next time I’m in town Compared to other hotels in the area this one is a Five star location

I give them 4 out of 5 stars Only complaints I have are TV is not easy to use Spent two days here I have no clue how to use the TV Why is there a $25 refundable deposit on the room?? Those are the only two complaints I’ve gotPositive feedback- The beds in my room are very very very comfortable They offer a actual real BreakfastI’ve stayed at other Hotels in the area upon visiting This one is by far the best And I’ll continue to use this one

Barb Barrell

The hotel, which is only about 5 years old, is not being maintained to the level we would expect of a Holiday Inn As a result, we checked out a day early and only received a partial refund for the night we didn’t stay I wish we had read the reviews from the past year or so, as they reflect what we experienced

We went with the fact it was new and we had people we knew who stayed there 5 years ago

After having a horrific experience with a hotel down the street while in town to visit a family member in the hospital, the staff at Hilton was extremely empathetic and accommodating, showing concern for the what we had already been through, and seeing that we were paying for two hotels in one night, they offered us a discounted hospital rate Breakfast wasn’t included in the hospital rate but that’s okay because, even though we had to pay separately for breakfast, it was inexpensive (less than $10) and well worth the money The room and bathroom were very clean, and the beds and pillows were comfortable

After a rough evening, I slept like a baby I’d recommend this hotel to anyone

Where do I even start This place is not worth the price you pay At all

6 persons stay is $275 for 2 beds and a sofa bed You don’t even get free breakfast with your stay either When we walked into the room it had a smell to start The room was not stocked and we had to use our own toilet paper and soaps Not only does the room not look appealing, but there is something on the ceiling as well The lighting in our room was horrible and all the lights hum The sofa is so used that you can feel every spring The fact you don’t have to pay to enter the gym and pool is surprising to me You’d think this greedy company would try to milk as much out of you as possible Horrible experience And I was expecting good things from this hotel considering our Hilton experience in the past Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with my stay as well as my families stay At least the staff was friendly

Julian Jordan

I enjoyed my stay here when I did stay, and the guest services were very nice I would note however, I recently called about trying to have a late check out for a wedding that was coming up in about a month, as well as possibly having the rooms for our group be close together The person at the front desk, Chad, seemed a bit unsympathetic in the way he told me there was nothing he could do except on the day of

I absolutely wish that there could have been more hospitality and kindness in the way he addressed the situation

My stay was was perfect First time there and your staff made it even better On 1

2222 Quinn at check in was very professional, she also took the extra mile to get me tea bags later in the eveningOn Sunday 12322 morning The lady working the 6am shift (sorry don’t remember her name) was kind enough to make sure my keys were working because I had already checked out online prior She was full of joy so early and I LOVED IT!Please acknowledge everyone because they are all doing a phenomenal jobThe rooms were super clean I was looking for dust or something Housekeeping is doing a more than 5 star job Which is usually the pet peeve of most guestThe location is perfect with a variety of restaurants, grocery stores, gas station Very quite secluded area that is nice Easy main highway access

Jasmyn B.Horry

The staff was great Check in was smooth did it all via the app Breakfast was good in the morning

Check out was very easy The rooms were nice and comfortable The location was easy to get to Also there are alot of places around the hotel to eat some within walking distance There is a very nice Goodwill within 500 feet of the hotel I would stay here again

Sherelle Ducksworth

Room was decent but walls were dirty Very small lobby at entrance and about 15-20 guests were allowed to sit and keep up a lot of noise all day until 11 pm

The guests were allowed run through the halls repeatedly and when I asked the staff if they could ask them not to, the running continued through the night and started back by 8 am this morning Night worker would not answer the phones and the parking lot is congested Overall, the hotel is affordable but we were not able to relax and it wasn’t the cleanest The rooms are too close to the lobby and entrance for any rest, relaxation, sleep, or peace

My husband and I stayed at Chateau Elan this past weekend for our anniversary weekend We had not planned to spend a small fortune, but did – simply on food and 1 spa service The massage was mediocre at best

We paid for a couple’s 50 minute full body massage and the staff didn’t massage my whole body I mentioned it to the front desk staff and they didn’t seem to care They were already paid and charged the gratuity automaticallyIt was nice to have the shuttles from one building to another It was also nice to have so many restaurants on-site, albeit costly We had hoped to visit the winery on Saturday, but the shuttled-in “wine tour” groups overtook the space leaving no area to simply chill out in So, we went to the Marc’s bar and just ordered cocktails I just felt like they were catering to the external wine tasting groups, and not to their guestsWe also had zero vanity lighting in our bathroom the extent of our stay, which was not too fun Overall, the accommodations were nice, beautiful common spaces, friendly staff

Katrina Bonds

We decided to do something different for Christmas Day and had dinner at Chateau Elan The buffet had too many options to name There were stations set up with too many options to name

Some of the stations had servers and some were self serve The servers all wore masks There was an entree station, meat carving, salad, desserts, and seafood Everything was delicious Our waitress was very attentive and encouraged us to take our time, which we did The price included food and non alcoholic beverages After dinner we walked around and went to the winery, purchased a bottle of wine and sat outside to enjoy it Overall a great experience!*We did not stay overnight, just spent the day there

Marri Glass

Beautiful location Great hospitality from the staff Had the salmon

the flavor was not something to wake my palate, plus for the portions, a starch would help to keep one from feeling the meal was not worth the price Now the cheesecake, oh my, that was divineIf you are going to the tasting room, make sure you wear something you can stand in for at least an hour on concrete, it may take a minute to find a seat

This was a late night, last minute stop and although it was expensive on a weekend, they were almost sold out so we got the last room It was nice, clean, spacious and well equipped It has a good size kitchen area complete with a large refrigerator, silverware and dishes

The separate living area has a pull out sofa and the king bedroom had plenty of space the separate sink area outside the bathroom is helpful The water pressure was great and there was plenty of hot water The location was easy not far off the highway but we could still hear the highway noise at night The pillows and towels were soft and nice quality The place was clean and well maintained overall Breakfast was pretty good with eggs and rosemary potatoes as well as the ever popular waffle makers that had a long line Staff was friendly at check-in late at night The area felt safe and clean We would definitely stay here again

I am very disappointed in the stay at this Hilton property It did not meet the standards that the Hilton brand tries to maintain Here is how this location let me down

The main reception area and dining area appears to be air conditioned However as you leave these areas, the hallways to the guest rooms were not being air conditioned to the same level This left me feeling sticky and hot in the hallway to my room and the hallway to other people’s rooms It was unpleasantly warm It is late summer in Atlanta and my room was a very toasty 79 degrees with high humidity upon arrival at 9pm, at which point I immediately adjusted the thermostat to 72 degrees The room was still not down to 72 degrees when I left for the day at 10am the next morning That was a warm and uncomfortable night in bed The “hot” breakfast every morning was always lacking The bacon was thin and grease soaked, the eggs or omelette burned and super dry (sometimes), it was not a good experience As a side note: After checkout, I moved to a Holiday Inn Express and the breakfast was pretty good I am no stranger to travel and have significant reward points with several brands, so I know when the breakfast is not up to par with the competitionThe most significant issues were with the quality of the room and HVAC (already covered) The bathroom reminded me of a dingy motel The door was stained, swollen, losing paint, chipped, and bubbled in spots The hinges were rusty and looked like they were installed 4 decades ago The access panel above the tub was equally stained, rusty, and it gave you the feeling like rusty gunky water would drip down on you at any time Thank goodness that did not occur The shower/bathtub itself was broken where the shower curtain rod connected the “wall” You could see this 10 inch crack in front of you as you showered In addition, because the shower wall was broken at the curtain rod connection the shower curtain wanted to fall down hill towards the center of the tub I had to tie the shower curtain closed to the curtain rod end at the end where it was brokenThis property is NOT what I expect from the Hilton brand I would NOT recommend this property to my colleagues and friends

Judah Lionesses Roar

I would have given 5 stars the staff was excellent!!! Unfortunately the drain for the tub didn’t work, so it took 2 hours per person to shower and we couldn’t clean the tub properly after each shower We killed a few bugs, my room key stopped working twice, the bypass check-in didn’t work for me I’m not sure why , I was trying go stay clear of as many people as possible

But again the staff was GREAT!!!***UPDATE*** I AM CHANGING my review from 3* to 5* I was contacted by the hotel and they kept their promise, I’m actually impressed There was a maintenance gentlemen working hard painting that made sure every time he saw me made sure I was alright They found out who he was and gave him his recognition he DESERVED!! I just wanted to make sure the employees are well loved, I know they work hard and are over worked I WILL BE BACK!!

We loved this hotel!! The price was very fair and the staff was amazing Jeff the overnight concierge is awesome So helpful friendly and goes above and beyond to help accommodate us in any way

He is also very welcoming The room was clean and cozy and so comfy The shower had the perfect temperature and pressure We love the fact that the pool was open late and the atmosphere was very nice and pretty at night with all the outdoor lights It was very peaceful there and loved the outdoor smoking area with the seating benches for my husband Breakfast was so good and tasty and hot! If you have kids they will love the automatic pancake maker! It’s so convenient A plus in our book

The hospitality is always great here! The breakfast is always good Meghan is always pleasant and cheerful in the mornings Definitely helps to get the day off to a good start

The rooms are always clean and the beds are very comfortable! To my fellow truck drivers, there is truck parking However, you may have to blindside back a little or go up a little, spin around and come back to it This is a very safe, clean, and pleasant environment Looking forward to the next visit at this location

Chris Boyd

Room is definitely not worth over $100 a night! Air conditioner was not left on in room in the middle of July Room was 89° for any hotel that is a name brand The AC or heat should be running for guest checking in! I stayed in room 202 because no downstairs rooms were available

There is no elevator, only stairs This is an outside corridor hotel which is fine but This hotel is a $75 hotel with it being an outside corridorThe outside does look great, But the inside is just a basic hotel Cheaply painted tub No Tub Stopper for the bath, bugs in the light fixtures, Sloppy Tile Work no better than A Sure Stay by Best Western or a quality Inn by Choice Hotels and that’s why they shouldn’t be asking the prices that they are This isn’t a Best Western Plus, keep your prices in check

The rooms were nice and clean Although, my room did not have the “clean and stay” sticker Overall, the room and hotel was comfortable and clean

However, the elevator was extremely cold and our room took forever to warm up! The air was on when we arrived The complimentary tea and coffee near the front desk was nice gesture So was the breakfast

Rooms are large, but expensive The fitness room is a nice touch, but not cooled, so I nearly passed out from dehydration on the treadmill The pool is inexplicably closed without any posted reason why

The location on the busiest road in the entire area means the amount of noise around the hotel is insane, but at least you do not hear it inside the rooms Staff is really friendly

Shelves in the bathroom have not been dusted There is a little bit of pink mold in the shower Outside of the building and patio area needs to be power washed

Other than the above, everything was great The bed was very comfortable and the linens were clean

Our stay was so disappointing I always try to stay at Hampton Inns when I travel, this will make me rethink The grounds around the entrance had garbage on the ground, the building was so incredibly hot, the carpets in the hallways were filthy with crumbs and dirt

our room was dusty and hair was in the tub, pretty sure the sheets hadn’t been changed Only one outlet worked I paid 200 bucks for that? I got ripped off big time I don’t want to hear they are short staffed either Sick of excuses

Stayed 3 nights in a suite It was spacious and very pleasant The suite has a large sitting room with a couch, coffee table, a couple of sitting chairs, and a desk

Then through double french doors is the bedroom with a dresser, nice TV, nightstand and bed(s) The TVs were nice and had great pictures The staff were very polite and helpful, a million times better than across the interstate at the Country Inn The sole reason I am giving 4 and not 5 stars is that the furniture and appliances were pretty dated The couch cushions were worn to were you can see space in between each one and it had a rather large (very old, faded) stain The turn dial microwave didn’t spin and was not usable They also serve hot breakfast each morning I hate biscuits (they serve gravy as well), sausage, yogurt, and milk every morning; but they also had eggs, fruit, cereal, and breads The rate was only 139 for Wednesday and Thursday night (I believe it went to 209 for Friday night) Overall, for the money, it was a nice, relaxing stay with plenty of space

Staff was great, but as soon as I got to my room I looked on the bed – there were all kinds of different bodily hairs right there where id lay my head Then peeled up the sheets and there’s all kinds of ‘weird’ brown and red stains on the actual mattress? Also, I felt like there were so many precautions and deposits needed before checking in, as if they assume I’m the one who’s going to dirty that mattress anymore than it already was ✌️

Room was clean No noticeable mold smells or trash laying about Clean linen and other amenities available

Issues with the hotel room: TV on the wall was severely leaning to one side, so that was annoying The shower head was leaking and sprayed all over the wall whenever you took a shower The main door to the room would not lock or even shut all the way (didn’t notice that until the third day of staying there You could just push on it and it would open, luckily nothing was stolen from my room… Faith in humanity +3 points)Breakfast was pretty good Staff friendly and helpful Just majorly lacking in the maintenance department is allAlso conveniently located right next to a gas station and Publix grocery store

I’m really disappointed The tub backs up with water I’m not a fan of taking a shower while wading in dirty water

I reported it in the morning and it’s now 15 hours later and not fixed I also reported that the bed has such a deep dip on one side that when you sleep on the other and roll, you actually fall into the dip I ended up sleeping across the bed so I wouldn’t fall in the dip While I told them that I could get over the bed, I could not get over the tub It wasn’t fixed and that is why I’m making sure that others hear about this experience Thank god it’s only 2 nights There is no way I could put up with it longer The front desk girl was nice, but since it wasn’t addressed, the service rating is a 3 Totally would have given the service a 5, even with a deep dipped bed, had they fixed the tub

They charged us for things we didn’t do And they charged us for a room we didn’t even use!!!! We had my daughter’s birthday party here We called in advance before booking to see if this would be ok

They said it would be fine We’ll long story short they were so rude to us that we ended up cutting the party short We didn’t even stay the night We asked for a refund and they said no which was ok But then the next day we were charge $600 in cleaning fees and they said we damaged the ceiling in the pool room!? The ceiling was already damaged before we came!!! And when we left I literally was on my hands and knees cleaning the room It was spotless when we left! So idk where they came up with the cleaning fee! And the damages to the pool ceiling was a flat out lie! They either don’t pay enough attention to there hotel to know the ceiling was damaged or they are just crooks which I’m sure it’s the later There is no way they didn’t know the ceiling was already damaged! I mean drywall doesn’t start sagging after an hour this takes days for the kind of damage that was there to occur So horrible place to go! Not only were they rude and disrespectful but they are lying crooks!

The shower was very clean also There was a lot of variety in the free breakfast they offered My kids were fed and satisfied They had actual food for breakfast and not just packaged breakfast bars like other hotels we’ve stayed at I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here in the future

My husband and I stayed for three nights at the Lanier Island’s King Suite Villa on the lake Being one of the most expensive rooms in the Villa section, our expectations were somewhat high Although the villa itself was spacious, we would never stay there again

Here is our breakdown:CONS: Even before we got there, we had questions about our reservation There is no local telephone number available on the website, so you always get some offsite India answering service, and the call gets dropped a lot (it took me three calls to get the answers I needed, which included confirmation of our booked reservation because the confirmation email never came through) I usually don’t mind these call centers, but they weren’t able to answer basic questions, and the English was very difficult to decipher It was very frustrating Now to the hotel: The king bed and pillows were terribly uncomfortable We didn’t sleep well all three nights The air conditioning was super cold, and you can’t set it at a higher temperature, so we had to turn it completely off, and then back on later, to be comfortable (or turn on the fireplace) The couch was tiny, old, and felt like cardboard You CANT comfortably sit there There were occasional little baby roaches on the counters and ceiling, but you are in the woods, so…The sink in the mini kitchen wasn’t connected properly, so when we used the sink, it flooded the living room area and wet the rug, which when lifted, smelled moldy Obviously this was most likely not your typical event, but, it happened to us and we had to have staff come in and fix it, interrupting our relaxing morningYou can’t see the lake in the spring from your villa because of the trees, but I imagine in the winter you can You have to get water bottles from the front desk because they don’t provide any in the villa (which we found out the hard way when we got into the villa at midnight and didn’t even have one water bottle waiting for us – also they are half-size bottles) When the maids came, they didn’t restock our paper coffee cups, so the next morning we had to go get coffee The lodge isn’t too far, but it’s an inconvenience when you want coffee first thing No plates, forks, etc were provided at the villa (I recommend having some paperware available for future guests) Also, when we checked in, it’s clear the maids didn’t thoroughly clean the bathroom, as we found blood spots on the underside of the toilet seat from the prior guestLastly, the light is so terrible You can’t see anything in the evening Even with every light on, you can’t seePROS: The pool was excellent, as was the soaking bathtub in the villa Sidney restaurant breakfast was pretty good and the waiters were wonderful The restaurant next to the pool provide really great alcoholic beverages The property itself was pretty and well kept The beach was ok, but callaway’s is much better (The signage is terrible when looking for the beach – you have to ask where everything is to get anywhere) You do have access to good restaurants about 15min awayOn a final note, I mentioned some of these matters to the front desk, but aside from fixing the sink and waiting two hours to get water bottles brought to us by the staff, nothing was done about the other matter We got an apology but no solutionRecommendations for Lanier Management:1 Have a local number available on the reservation page (after someone books), and if you can bring the phone center in house, I’d recommend it Also check your reservation email funnel, because I called twice to get the reservation email, and it didn’t come The email that did come said I needed to complete my booking, though I already had done that (and got the confirmation number)2 Provide 4 bottles of water for new guests in their rooms For water and coffee Replenish them throughout stay3 Change the mattresses, sofa beds, lighting, and spray for pests more frequently4 Provide a few paper plates, forks, and spoons5 Allow guest to change temperature of the cool settingThank you!

I had high expectations of this place looking over the reviews, but after staying there for one night there was no need to stay longer Stay in a junior suite to find bugs around the floor appeared to be roaches! If your looking to relax the bed were so uncomfortable I had a very hard time falling asleep, I might have slept a couple of hours Food choices were NOT great! Ordered there award winning chili and just had lots of beans and tomatoe chunks in it was very dry with no meat? Chicken tenders were also not very good had them tossed in Buffalo sauce and that’s all you can taste? Wings were okay nothing to brag about

The one great thing was there corn on the cob it was amazing, unfortunately I can’t base our stay on the corn The gym was very nice but there was NO had sanitizer with the pandemic something that should be available About the one thing I found to be relaxing was the pool area, but unfortunately with all the negatives on a week of celebrating your 20th anniversary this is not the experience I had in mind at all Just fyi do research if you plan on having a relaxing time away vacationing or celebrating with this resort I do have to say that upon first impression of entering Lake Lanier was breath taking on how beautiful it was which is why I’m Saddened to leave this review

The customer service at this resort is ridiculous What every happened to “Southern Hospitality” The front desk is very rude, no southern hospitality at all

I went there for the Thanksgiving last year and stayed a week From check in to check out the front desk staff was the same, no manners and very rude As that being your first customer contact on property and face of the resort, based off of that alone, I wouldn’t go back The park for the kids (snowland) was nice The elf young ladies, the kitchen staff and others like the room service was very customer service oriented, but the front desk, uh-uh I’ve worked in several hotels and travel quite often, for such a big named resort, their customer service really needs to improve at the front Other than that, the food was awesome! Oh, and the elevatorstake the stairs Might’ve been just for that week I was there that the elevators were over exhausted, but the stairs was the better option
