They only have valet parking $$ In witch they did a fabulous job having our car ready to go out for dinner and in the am when we werrr ready to go So I guess I can’t complain about the valet

The breakfast servers were on it but the food served was not $$ buffet style and it was not hot The room bedding and air quality was great So I slept good A nice full mirror in the sleeping area but no lighting near it

I had a meeting at the Renaissance Downtown Hotel this morning to tour the facility for the Brady Ware Women’s Leadership Conference we’re hosting there in June The hotel is beautiful and Amanda has been great to work withI was running late for the meeting, it was pouring outside and I didn’t see the “valet parking” sign before entering what I thought was a parking garage

I pulled in and Nick greeted me I asked him for parking suggestions and told him I’d only be at the hotel for about 45 minutes and was running late He was so kind and offered to keep my car nearby for me and validated my parking It was such a kind gesture and took a lot of stress off of me so I could get to my meeting Thanks so much Nick!

So I’m here on business and the company has made reservations The company had not paid for the rooms because of some confusion to our reservations We called our travel office and they guaranteed payment

However, the attendant was very reluctant to give us rooms unless we place it on our personal card and then have the company reimburse us Mind you this is a fortune 500 company that keeps its commitments We only had a three hours before we had to travel onward Anyway 2 hours later they received the authorization and then the attendant offered the rooms My colleague accepted but I declined because our limo was due in 30min I will be writing this event to our company and hopefully we drop this hotel for I got no rest but aggravation So much for customer satisfaction or working to resolve issues Horrible job I would have expected better

Very nice hotel not too far off the toll road My kids were amazed that there were people in suits since we don’t usually stay in fancy hotels The property is shared by a Residence Inn, which might have slightly lower prices

The pool is a little small but was good enough for our needs The executive lounge (if you have enough Marriott status) offered a very good breakfast that filled up all my kids

Stayed here while my daughter and I visited OSU

was very impressed ! Rooms are clean and spacious and quiet The bed was super comfortable ! Staff was very accommodating especially the front desk people At first, I had trouble finding parking until I realized they have a huge lot in the back Bar is nice too – we only had their continental breakfast for $13 so can’t really comment on the restaurants However, I would advise eating at a local restaurant as so many great options in Columbus

For a Marriott Hotel, I expected a lot more I’m going to give a fair list of Pro’s and Cons’sPros- Hotel is beautiful, truly feels like your classic Marriott hotel Very modern and updated, lobby furniture is comfortable and lots of plugs

– Staff is extremely friendly and accommodating Nothing felt like a hassle or like we were wrong for asking a question, they were fantastic!-Rooms were clean and well kept upon arrival-Pool was Heated-Fitness center had fresh water and had a decent amount of machinesNow for cons which unfortunately there are more than pros, in order from least importance to most importanceCons-There was no microwave in the rooms Not a big deal but if you’ve already had a shower and you’re in your pj’s, it’s kind of a hassle to put on some sweatpants or a jacket to walk all the way downstairs to the lobby, make your food, and then take it back up At that point it’s not even really hot anymore-Despite the pool being heated, the AC was blowing in the room with the pool which made it kind of cold despite the water being warm-Pool was very small I understand this is more of a “conference” hotel but for a hotel of that size, it should have most definitely been larger-There was no Jacuzzi/Hot tub It’s like they think corporate people don’t like to sit back and relax either, I was very disappointed about that-I didn’t expect complimentary breakfast but holy cow it was $1295 per person if you wanted it And it wasn’t made to order You could walk next door to Bob Evan’s and get a made to order breakfast for about the same price or about $2 more- The shower head had very low water pressure Thankfully my father was traveling with me and was able to tighten it and fix it but if it had just been me I would not have been able to reach it or known to fix it like that-The bathroom door is a sliding glass barn door While it looks cool and is nice, since there is no real door, you can hear everything from the bathroom in the room……-The hotel is very large and the lack of signage makes it very confusing! They need to hand out a little map to everyone when they check in I know many people who got a lost in these combined hotels on this trip Even the elevators were confusing cause they all have weird quirks to them-In order to get daily housekeeping you have to call down to the front desk and “request” it This doesn’t necessarily bother me as they may not have enough resources to clean everybody’s room everyday However if you are someone that wants fresh towels each day you need to request housekeeping What DID bother me is that no one had informed us at check in or any other point that we had to call down and request daily housekeeping Once again, my issue isn’t having to request it, it’s that no one let us know we had to request it in order to receive the service Towards the end of the first day we called to the front desk and asked why there hadn’t been any housekeeping that came by and that’s when they informed us- and put us down for daily housekeeping after that-This is my biggest grievance The temperature and climate in the rooms is out of control The room was literally humid Like the air was thick and damp Made it very hard to sleep The only thing that kind of helped the humidity in the room was turning the air on but oh my gosh it was freezing! There’s only two settings for the AC and the one that blew the air less made the room extremely humid and the other blew freezing cold air on your face the whole night, no matter which way you turned the vents We even tried adjusting the temperature and turning off the fan but it didn’t do much Ultimately left with a choice of freeze or struggle to breathe Absolutely horrible It was not just our room We traveled in a very large party and everyone else said the same thing I literally asked everyone in our party- no jokeI’m giving it a solid 3 out of 5 For a “luxury” brand it was not a “luxury” experienced but it could have been much worse I would not stay here again given the choice

The front desk folks & breakfast workers are amazing! So friendly & helpful Shout out to Ms Crystal, she went above and beyond each morning we were there and really made us feel great

The room was clean, although previous guests must have smoked as there was a ‘cover up’ scent The in-room whirlpool worked well, the bed was comfortable, but we did have to ask for extra pillows (why only 3 small ones for two adults?) The pool is right off the lobby and the fitness area is just down the hall; both are maintained but bring your own water bottle to the fitness center, towels are provided in the pool areaA full breakfast was served and it alternates everyday Everything was fresh and tasty It’s served from 6a-10a

Checked in on 5/4/22 Room seemed fine, traveling for work, company paid Hotel seemed to smell a little off in the halls walking through, but what really is irritating that they still are on the protocol that they do not clean the rooms

I put the sign on the door, came back on my lunch break to grab something and I saw one of the housekeepers in the hallway, Unless you need a fresh towel, good luck She said yeah we don’t really go in rooms anymore, so unless if there’s something you need just ask There was a dirty towel on the back of the door on the bathroom I showered last night and went to hang my towel up and found it And now my partner just got in bed after he got in found napkins stuffed at the end of the bed I didn’t have any napkins from anything (He’s travel nursing in Columbus the same time I happened to be traveling and staying with me for the nights I’m there) More than likely I slept in a dirty bed last night called the front desk 5/5/22 at 8:30p man answered I told him the situation, he said it’s possible but what do you want me to do about it I asked for the room to be put on the list to be cleaned tomorrow (Granted I’m on my way back TO STAY THERE) and he said you’ll have to deal with housekeeping or the manager in the morning Best know I’ll be down in the morning Not accommodating or friendly staff

Delaney Dusseau

I booked this hotel online because i was looking for rooms with a jacuzzi and out of the ones I looked at in Columbus this one looked the coolest and decently priced When I arrived I immediately knew it wouldn’t be good The parking lot was a mess and not many cars

I got the keys and went to the room There was stains all over the carpet and what looked like dirt We looked at the sheets there was stains all over them as well I went to look at the Jacuzzi and it looked like it hasn’t been cleaned Pictures of it showed mirrors around it and the walls in the room looked like they have been ripped off the wall I decided to book a hotel across the street last minute The next day I went to best Western to return the keys and to let them know about the situation the lady working in the morning was super nice i told her the situation and she went to check the room per policy She came back down stairs and apologized for the room it had already been clean before she got up there So it wasn’t all there but she said even with it just being cleaned it wasn’t up to her standards She was very understanding and thankful to know the cleaning staff wasn’t up to par

Great room, fantastic staff and superb location We experienced a power outage in the neighborhood and the staff was apologetic even though it wasn’t their fault The valet service was amazing

Stay was fine until we tried to get hot water for showers Had to ask for another room to try and shower in but also no hot water there We were refunded for the stay which was great but definitely an inconvenience and we were late to our event Sunday morning

Nice hotel layout with the pool location Exercise area could use some attention Probably would if given a 5 if we had hot water

Kathy Mayer

I thought that the rooms were fine, but had a few details and suggestions to share First, the positive: The night desk person (Devon) was absolutely a delight He was kind and friendly, so just the kind of person you would want to greet guests

The breakfast buffet was disappointing Mini omelets with Velveeta type cheese in the middle were not hot and cheese not melted Potatoes were good and French toast sticks ok No bananas or other healthy options NOT worth $1200 My advice is to just serve the usual cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, waffles, etc that lower cost hotels offer I noticed that not many guests ate the buffet breakfast We ate from it the first day, then brought back breakfast sandwiches from a fast food place and bought bananas Regards, K Mayer

Casey

Surprised I didn’t see any other reviews complaining of the noise, but the walls in this place are paper thinWe could hear every word of the conversations in the rooms on either side of us, and these folks weren’t being loud at all… Luckily no one was using the pool late, because the sounds from the hallway are worse

Needless to say, we slept terriblyThe walls in the room and the bathroom were dirty with splatters and random stainsThe beds were fine There’s a small Starbucks in the lobby, which is nice

This hotel was gorgeous We were a little upset because we were not aware they were having a car show convention and it was very packed during our stay We were attempting to relax and it did make it harder

But overall the hotel is very pretty and the location isn’t bad for where it is in Dublin I think it was fairly priced and the bar staff is immaculate That is the one thing I could not be more happy with They were lovely The front desk staff weren’t very helpful After checking us in we had to look around for a while to find the elevators because we were not explained where to go for our rooms, and the elevators are so slow There are definitely some downsides to this hotel but it is pretty, the rooms are modern and cozy, the showers get so hot This hotel could easily be a 5 star hotel if they did some functionality updates because the lobby is breathtaking and the rooms are so upscale

Richard Fallon

Decent, but for the price it could be better The room I stayed in had a slider door for the bathroom which didn’t block any sounds and was hard to operate The bathroom also didn’t have a fan, and not microwave in the room

Beds were good and the tv was nice The restaurant on site said online it was open to midnight but was closed before 11 which was a let down Small but good pool and decent work out room Easy to get to off the highway

Larry Balla

Really nice hotel, but really expensive food! Breakfast buffet was $2395 A bottle of water and a Snickers bar was $7

00Rooms were terrific! Very clean and comfortable Staff was friendly Lots of parking, lots of hood restaurants nearby

I expect more when I visit AC properties The location is great and the front desk staff is friendly and accommodating The food options were limited as we visited on a Sunday evening during COVID, which is fine However, the rooms themselves seemed to be quite dirty for a newer hotel

The cleanliness was more in line with what I expect at a Days InnThe room I was initially given had a stained mattress, so I requested a new room and noticed this room had red stains in the exact same spot next to the nightstand Apparently the construction of the bed leads to any spills on the nightstand staining the mattress a blood red color since the bedframe and nightstands are connected They could mitigate this by putting washable bed bug covers on the bed, but instead they have cheap torn mattress covers that don’t protect the much of anything We also noticed that the floors in the room were very dirty in both rooms and our feet tended to stick to the floors We walked on them briefly in white socks, and noticed right away that our socks were turning black from the dirt We made sure to wear our shoes the rest of the nightAlso, when booking on the Marriott app as a gold member during a low vacancy time period, I listed a high floor, extra pillows and a crib or pack and play as my requested preferences; none of those were accommodated without me having to request them again after checking into our room when we noticed they weren’t there It wasn’t a big deal, but would have been nice to have them available as soon as we arrived since we were tired and wanted to put our newborn to bed

Molly Roup

The AC Hotel was the hotel we had our wedding hotel block at, and they were absolutely amazing to work with from start to finish! Shay was so responsive and so helpful with all of the set-up And all of the management staff went above and beyond to make us and our guests feel welcome and taken care of Would absolutely recommend working with this group!

Neelam Patel

The hotel is new, looks great, love the king bed room with a sofaBut special mention to Ali and their friendly staff Ali made us feel extra welcome and was honestly a reason we would come back here sooner

Unfortunately we did have a guest who was staying above us walk around til 1:30am and woke me up in the morning too as I’m a light sleeper But I think that can happen any place

We stayed here for a weekend while we visited the zoo The hotel was a nice, easy drive to the zoo There were plenty of nearby restaurants

The front desk staff were helpful and nice I liked the layout of our room (felt bigger than some apartments I’ve been in) The bed was comfortable We didn’t get a chance to check out either of the two pools or workout areas, but they looked very nice The workout rooms were the best I’ve seen in a hotel The breakfast that was included with our stay was very good It was one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had The service there was great too There was a wedding going on each night we were there, so we had to park a little further away than we would have liked to, but it wasn’t a big deal One thing to consider when booking this hotel is know that it is a large complex We had to walk a good distance to the hotel and to our hotel room from the elevator This wasn’t an issue for us, but if you struggle walking long distances, it’s something you should consider

Zach Evick

I don’t normally write reviews, but this hotel exceeded our expectations for a weekend stay The room was spacious and great for our family of four Breakfast was the best hotel free breakfast with large variety

Our kids really enjoyed the indoor pool Several hours after we checked out, we realized my daughter left her stuffed animal in the hotel room After calling and talking with them, they didn’t find it in the room, but would keep a lookout in the laundry since we thought it was left on the bed Before we left town we went back to the hotel to check and every worker knew about the missing stuffed animal and went above and beyond to try and find it They went through all the laundry bins and eventually found it after it went through the washer I’m forever grateful for these workers helping find my daughters stuffy Nationwide should be proud for such a great staff We will always stay at Nationwide when visiting Columbus and tell everyone we know to stay there too Thank you guys so much!

Jackie Ulmer

Nationwide Hotel and Conference Center went above and beyond our expectations It is truly a hidden gem in Columbus, Ohio What drew us to the venue, and specifically the Edgewater room, was how relaxed, yet elegant the space was

The room is surrounded with windows and an abundance of natural light We looked at many venues in Columbus, but the cost, quality of food/drink, and quality of the venue space/hotel, is incomparable to the other venues The customer service provided by all of the staff members was incredible The staff and event team is highly organized and they did a fabulous job communicating with us and bringing our reception vision to life They were extremely accommodating and did everything in their power to make even the smallest details a priority I cannot recommend Nationwide Hotel and Conference Center enough!

It’s way over price I had a one king size bed room The Roman was fine but there’s no microwave, a really small fridge with no freezer space, and no laundry facilities on site

Plus, they take money out of your account on weird days not the day you check in, so my bank account got all messed The staff is fine just know you’re paying a lot of not that much

Vonessa Henry

Room was booked using points, get here and now can’t use the points Room had something brown smeared on the couch, big pieces of crumbs on the floor, fridge did not work From the outside the hotel is really nice but inside is like a motel but with a hotel price

We normally stay at Hyatt House, will continue to stay there That is a 5 star hotel

DJMS PRODUCTIONS

Found spiders in our 1st room In the bed with us and and everything Cob webs everywhere… seems like maintanece said a spider had babies in there right before we arrived 🤷🏾‍♂️ Anyway, housekeeping manager came after maintenance and checked it all out

I took d pics and video All of us were disgusted, but wound up moving us to a room they had me to inspect with them That room was fine, I finally talked to the manager and she offered points to us and I asked for 2 cookies No free night… but I think this was just a one off situation That’s why I gave them 3 stars I still think more could have been done seeing that we were out in a VERY SMALL room when we 1st arrived So this was actually our 3 RD ROOM in this hotel I usually have amazing experiences at any Hyatt Place I stay in and this was the toughest stay I’ve had PS They did give us a free late check out

Location is perfect! Your one minute from Top Golf, Ikea, Loads of other shopping and the highway 71 There is supposed to be free breakfast, but at 8:30 all that was left was sausages and toast

everything else was gone and the pancake machine was down We had to wait 10 minutes just for coffee The rooms were good and the pool is fantastic! Even though children are not allowed in the hot tub it was filled with tiny kids and we couldn’t use it

Stayed Last Thursday- Saturday and we had a great experience Angela at the front desk was super helpful and kind Actually, al the staff was really wonderful

Pros:-Clean rooms-Would recommend for families-Great breakfast options ( cheese, omelettes, sausage, hash browns, pancakes, cinnamon rolls, bagels, English muffins, yogurt, cereal)- Pool area is excellent However, I don’t think it is the most appropriate for 15 year old (which is how old my daughter is) There is a step down to get into the water and the shallow end is still about 1-15 ft deep so not much of an area where a toddler could just sit in shallow water ( 0-6 inches) and just splash around Would work the best for just a tad older kids All the kids I saw in the pool area was having a blast and they looked to be anywhere from 5- early teens- They have quiet hours from 10p-7am- Microwave and mini fridge in the roomCons:- The water was cold 🙁 when you walk in to the pool area it feels like the water will be warm but it was super chilly I think each time we only spent about 1/2 hour in the pool area and my daughter didn’t want to be in the pool because how chilly it was Her had a purple/blue tint to them because of her chillLocation: I think it is a great location to Polaris However it is not on the same side as the mall There are limited options for walking to a nearby restaurant I imagine you could have more op

We wouldn’t rate it more than 35 It was okay

On the good side: it was clean and had soaps; bar was opened until midnight and cocktails were good On the bad side: no food or snacks in the hotel at all No breakfast or coffee We were told their kitchen was not opened Sunday/Monday Do they really need their kitchen to stock up shelves with some snacks and make a coffee? They list breakfast on their website and we were charged full price My husband asked if we were going to have some discount since we didn’t have breakfast, he was told no The room was reserved for two, we had only one k cup in the room Although, they did give him a couple more when he went to the lobby to ask for it We will not stay there again This hotel stay is worth $89, not $119 that we were charged But we know it is not typical of Cambria We stayed at another Cambria in Greenville SC and it was much much better Cambria in Columbus OH is the one we didn’t like

I am completely floored at the poor condition of the hotel we’re staying in Cambria Hotel in Columbus/Polaris is a joke We are paying almost $350 for 1 night

I would expect near perfection for that priceWebsite claims to have a restaurant/room service Was told when we checked in that they haven’t had a restaurant in nearly 2 years The hot tub is broken They have construction going on None of the ice machines work on any floor except the first Elevators were dirty Tables pushed up against the wall Almost looked abandonedOur room curtains are ripped Lamp shades are broken Jacuzzi tub bubbles didn’t work Furniture scratched up Looks like it came out of a 50 year old motel 6 Missing knob on dimmer switch Cobwebs on the ceilingFor $350 a night I would expect more Would have also been nice if someone would have contacted us with the problems before booking it

The two rooms I stayed in were nice, but they both need some updating, especially the bathrooms Why all hotels think water isn’t going to leak all over the bathroom floor from the shower I have no clue- but there is no shutting the shower doors in those hotel room Pillows were too small, and mattress was a bit too firm for me

I had to be switched to another room because the battery stopped working on my thermostat and it was hot, but in the other room, the fan sounded like it was a plane engine ready to explodeThe front desk agents were not the friendliest and the overall experience was just not the most pleasant

This hotel was easily accessible from the expressway and close to everything we needed Our room was fairly clean apart from a few spots on the carpet here and there The garbage cans had no liners in them and housekeeping only cleans on request

We were told to leave garbage outside of our door during the day and someone would pick it up The room is decent sized and has a separate living area from the bedroom which I loved Pool and workout room were nice and breakfast was tasty and hot, just a little crowded My only real complaint would be check in I checked in late like 1030 11 pm Guests were crowding the check in desks just hanging out and talking I stood around for 15 or so minutes before an employee acknowledged me for check in Also, elevators There are 2 sets of 2 elevators but every day we were there only 1 of the 2 elevators was working on both sets

We were lucky to get a room on short notice on a Saturday afternoon The room was large and clean, and the fold out couch was perfect for the kidsThe trash cans in the room did not have liners, and the tub was slow at draining

There was plenty of soap available, and the hair products were much appreciatedThe breakfast spread was amazing Lots of cereal, fruit, and fresh cooked foodAll elevators were functioning, halls were clean, everything well in order in the lobby and lounge

I stay at a lot of Hilton hotels Our stay was good but not great I’ve noticed Embassy Suites hotels are ran similarly

Overall, the stay was decent The room was a good size room for my family and the hotel was nice enough for our quick trip over memorial day weekend But we were missing a few things in the room we had to call and let the front desk know Missing tv remote and they had a fake phone in the bedroom The pool wasn’t heated and the staff weren’t that friendly Front desk personnel were nice At breakfast, the staff begins breaking down breakfast before 10am and actually shut the doors on people still getting food and coffee The bar staff at dinner weren’t outgoing and friendly but did their jobs Food was good but would like to be able to get coffee after 10am

Ladies – read this before booking a stay here! I travel frequently on business; most often alone Last week I stayed at this hotel with 2 colleagues The hotel was in very poor condition but I overlooked the many issues because it appears they have started a renovation somewhere inside {certainly not in the room I was in!} What I can’t overlook is a very serious safety concern with this hotel

One of my colleagues’ key cards stopped working in the middle of our stay He went to the front desk and the associate asked his room number and gave him new keys with no verification whatsoever! She didn’t ask his name, and she didn’t ask for an ID This is very concerning to me as she had no idea if he was an actual guest or a stalker that was about to enter a room and wait on an unassuming guest to arrive later This is inexcusable! Earlier in the week, another colleague was able to charge something to his room with zero ID verificationWhile nowhere near as serious, it does tell me that not verifying guests identity is a consistent issue here Travelers, and especially women, book reliable hotel chains when they are traveling alone and their safety should be the highest priority of hotel chains I have tried twice to reach the GM of the hotel, John Hickey, but he has yet to call me back even though I left detailed messages explaining I had a serious safety concern I’ll never stay at this hotel again…if you do, I suggest checking the closet before locking your door for the evening

This hotel in general feels like a Days Inn motel, offering nothing at all special except a place to store your luggage while you lie on their misshapen, springy mattressesThe rooms have a pullout sofa bed thing that was actually only slightly less comfortable than the bed itself, which has probably been around since the 90s 0 stars for comfort

The shower/bath faucet was actually the wrong valve to match which was was hot and which way was cold You had to turn it toward cold to get hot, and hot to get cold Strangest thing everThe hallways repeat the Days Inn feel, but the lobby tries to make you feel like you’re joining a Marriott property 100% of their budget goes into pretending to be a Marriott, albeit the lowest version of one as a CourtyardThe price is okay, but you get what you pay for

Seems great from the start but are fridge was so small I couldn’t put anything else in except 1 gallon of milk for my daughter, I honestly think the only microwave is in the lobby, pretty much if your traveling for work and a family member or 2 stays at the hotel they don’t have much resources to make your own food! I will also say my 1 year old daughter that sleeps through the night cried some during the day and are neighbors thought it’d be great the mock her and then she was even more upset, I went to the front desk and was told their wasn’t really anything they would do, long story short we checked out the next day

Wow, what a fantastic hotel It is an impeccably maintained property, in a great location, with awesome views from the guest rooms The lobby and the rooms are wonderfully appointed with high end stylish furniture, and it just has a super chic feel to it

The entire staff was great In particular I want to thank the manager, Christopher, who went out of his way to help and so friendly They were warm and welcoming and extremely accommodating It was awesome Such a great hotel and I can’t recommend it enough I spend a decent amount of time on the road each year, but this place really stands out Looking forward to the next time I’m in Columbus

My experience at The Joseph was so, so It sits in a prime location close to all of the Short North Columbus Hot Spots and has a door connecting it to The Guild House, a fine dining Cameron Mitchell restaurantThey have valet, who were eager to assist us upon pulling up to the building

The front desk staff were helpful and friendlyThe room was pretty basic, nothing really memorable about it other than the view of 670 (if you’re into watching cars pass by on the freeway) We did hear the people next to us fairly often Our neighbors weren’t purposefully loud, it’s just the walls were so thin, you couldn’t help but hear the people next to you With a nightly fee of close to 400 dollars, you would think they could afford better insulationIn my opinion the price isn’t worth the only amenity of being close to the the short north Book a cheaper hotel elsewhere and uber

Beautiful hotel! Neat, clean, and spacious Staff was kind and helpful The extra fee for the breakfast buffet is absolutely worth paying! The made-to-order omelets were delicious! They also had scrambled eggs, meats, waffles/pancakes, breads/bagels/muffins, yogurt, fresh fruit, cereal, juice, milk, and coffee

If you don’t want to use valet, there are plenty of parking spaces (they also have a parking deck) Perfect location! Close to everything

I stayed at this hotel for 12 days! It overall would’ve been decent, except for the front desk staff, well one in particular, I think her name was Brenda During one of the many evenings I stayed, there was a party in the “Presidential Suite” across the hall from me I called the front desk to have them come up to address it

I was told by this person, they would call the room I assumed this hotel would have security and they would send them up to the room After another 30 min of no change, I called again and got the same person She told me she would call again, then, also said, she knew who was in that room Almost implying it was a friend or coworker I asked if it would be better if I called the police She told e I wasn’t allowed to call the police Yes NOT ALLOWED!! She told me if I did I would be kicked out along with the people making all the noise I asked to speak to the manager and she put me on an endless hold, so I hung up Immediately after that, the noise stopped This morning, the electricity went out I got the same person when I called down to ask about it She said it was out for everyone and hung up on me No apology, nothing Horrible Horrible customer service Run don’t walk to one of the other many hotels in that area!!!

We stayed here one night and chose it because it was walking distance to Easton Town Center The room was immaculate The hotel lobby was gorgeous

Front desk was helpful and also friendly! The pool was also perfect We didn’t work out in the fitness center, but I did regret not bringing my workout clothes when I saw it When we come back to Columbus, we will definitely stay here again!
