Excellent staff treated us like cherished guests and met our every need Our room was excellent and perfect for three adults, large and comfortable Great breakfast

Small pool and no hot tub, large workout room We will definitely stay here again We were here for two nights Planned to stay longer until I fell: my fault The hotel was kind in allowing us to leave a day early

Chris Aageson

Nice new building, but quite possibly the most poorly managed Marriott flag I have ever stayed at…and I’ve stayed at a lot No hot water…after staff knowing about it for 12+ hours If you’re bringing your kid’s team for a tournament plan to pack them around your bed to eat…no “outside” food allowed in common areas

As if a Fairfield offers other dining options for dinner

Tim Niebling

We come to Wenatchee often for both work and pleasure The Fairfield has been our go-to for several visits now Its fairly new and somewhat clean

Room prices are typically the best in the region for a national chain hotel and its centrally located But be aware, we won’t be staying here again at least not during the summer months Its the July 4th weekend and not exceptionally warm this year Nonetheless, I’m writing this at 2:45am as I woke up in a sweat for the second time this evening/morning I’ve just learned from the friendly night clerk and manager that the rooms have a max A/C setting of 69 degrees My wife runs hot most evenings and now I guess I’m guilt of it too, as the room was just not comfortable The front desk seemed well rehearsed on this topic with the corporate policy and their only solution of offering a fan Maybe that will help as its only 57 degrees outside currently at 3am But what happens on a typical hot summer night here in the high desert? Did I mention that Chelan County routinely flaunts their abundance of hydroelectric power with the cheapest utility rates in the entire country? So we clearly are not restricting guest in order to say money, are we? Water conservation can’t be the issue either as they are dumping Lake Wenatchee as quick as possible due to the abundant water levels due to an exceptionally high snow pack and Spring rain season So it must just be a corporate policy from on high with the local staff having no ability to control Great Like I said, DON’T STAY HERE FROM JUNE TO OCTOBER and now I’m wondering if my wife and I would freeze during the colder months as well (do they restrict the heat then?) BE FOREWARNED

We have made reservations here for the past 13 years and always ask for the same room In the past 12 years they have always been wonderful and the establishment has been well taken care of We get there this year and are told they are under different management and can’t give us the room we reserved over a year ago

The pool was full of algae and couldn’t see the bottom The worst experience that we have had here in 13 years I guess the new management don’t understand how to take care of their loyal customersThanks to my friends and families recommendations they have steered us to a place that that knows how to take care of their loyal customersThank you to the previous owners that knew how to run a business You are truly missed

Emerrae (Mz. Rae)

This place is really nice The rooms smelled a little old, but I give this place a 5 star for several reasons The first, is the front desk

Very friendly staff 🙂 We were greeted by a very nice lady and her dog Lived that both were very welcoming and informative Second, is the most comfortable beds and clean room It had a mini fridge and a microwave Pillows were comfortable, and I slept like a baebee, lol Third, is the location This place sits right next to a fantastic restaurant, and across the street from the mall Can’t beat that, and thirdThe continental breakfast in the morning Totally awesome I am bragging about this place, and will defiantly choose to stay here again when needed

This is a great value Okay, it’s not the Ritz, but it’s solid for the money Staff was extremely friendly

Rooms were very clean and felt comfortable My biggest surprise was their “continental breakfast” I actually wasn’t expecting anything, but it was so much more than a simple muffin and coffee Saved me a lot of time and was more than I needed The rooftop bar wasn’t operational when I was there, but lots of great spots within walking distance Pro tip: Don’t waste your time and money with the place across the street Lots of cool spots around town that are a better value, and better experience

Cori Brown

Excellent service from the front desk this evening! We went in to pay for a room for a birthday surprise in April and we were so happily greeted with nothing but friendly, polite and attentive reception It is nice to know that the room is secure and there won’t be a hassle at check inThank you so much to the folks at The Coast Hotel!

Cheyanne Farr

Overall this was a decent stay The positives are a comfy bed, great continental breakfast (including breakfast sandwiches and hard boiled eggs), and location The rooftop bar was closed when I visited, but I’ve been told it is a great attraction

The views are great, and the elevator is a fun way to see Wenatchee as wellThe downsides were my room was very noisy, and I requested to be moved, however was told this wasn’t possible due to being fully booked The confusing part about this was I could still book a new room, and the parking lot and lobby were never full The hotel itself is also fairly outdated; it would highly benefit from some basic freshening up as well, such as window cleanings (the windows especially in the elevators are covered in bird poop, a bit of a distraction from what is an amazing feature) & deep cleaning the bathroomsFor the price it’s overall good, but it does have room for improvements

Probably one of the best hotel experiences I have had in a long time First, when my family checked in, we were greeted by a sign stating I was the guest of the day With this, I received my own parking spot as seen in the photos

Check-in process was easy Between 5-7PM they have complimentary beer and wine which was well needed travel through 3 states with children Then starting st 7, they have fresh baked cookies and milkThe front desk was awesome The morning breakfast was great and had more to offer than most hotelsThe cherry on the top was when I was walking out to my car in the morning A woman I had seen earlier with a baby and a three year was taking her three year old to the bathroom I was wondering where the baby was I look at the breakfast area and see the breakfast Attendant holding the baby for the mother I have never seen such amazing customer service at a hotel in my life If I could give this review more than 5 stars I would Such a well run property

Paul Buchman

I travel multiple times a month and travel from the east coast to the west coast I always stay in IHG hotels and NEVER expect the type of quality service and experience I had at this location No, the rooms are not 5 star but the staff/cleanliness and hospitality make it a 5 star experience

Afternoon managers reception with free food and drink Free evening milk and cookiesVery clean and very nice rooms Friendly and welcomingFantastic job team! I will never forget this Holiday Inn Express and all others have a lot they could learn!IHG hotels are good but this one is superb!

Tori Sleeper

My husband and I stayed here over Christmas, and it was lovely We were happy with the room, and breakfast was greatThey alternated between some fresh cooked breakfast options so it wasn’t the same food every day

They had fresh cookies made nightly, and hot cocoa or hot cider available as wellWe were happy with our stay and didn’t have any complaints

What a neat hotel! We just took a 5000 mile road trip and this was one of my favorite hotelsIt’s clean, and very well maintainedThe grounds are well kept

The rooms are spaciousIt is an older hotel, and that’s what makes it so neatThe interior design is really cool The decorations, artwork, and doors are solid woodEven the bathroom doors in the rooms are solid woodWe didn’t get a chance to enjoy the pool due to our late check-in, but it was open the next morning

Yanis Romanov

I’d give this place negative 5 starts if I could! Our neighboring room visitors arrived and saw other people already leaving in the room Do NOT pay for breakfast! Everything was empty! It’s open 6-9, we got there at 8 and there wasn’t anything left: no coffee anywhere, no hot dishes, no pancake liquid, 99% was missing, and people were still coming in This is a big hotel, by the way

The short-handed staff was running around, not keeping up with the volume of work Awful management (good LUCK finding them)! Fire these slackers! They should be in the kitchen helping in such case!I want to note that the personnel weren’t unfriendly, they were actually niceThe room was relatively clean but could be cleaner Coffee maker is a joke Nice size bathroom Pretty good air heater Overall, this should be $50 / night total, not $100A few years ago, I stayed at a cheaper Motel 6 several times from WA to CA, and they were all better with breakfast served on-time

Anna Corne

Stunning hotel with flexible accommodations The breakfast was entirely worth the extra charge; it went well beyond the conventional “continental breakfast” that most places offer with fresh eggs and even some fruits and vegetables Check-in and check-out were quick, and the room was precisely as described

Would absolutely stay again!

We have a wonderful stay We arrived early and only had to wait 15 minutes and our room was ready It was a friend weekend, so we were meeting others for a BBQ and picnic

The room was really clean, the A/C worked REALLY well They had cookies and popcorn for guests in the late afternoon and evening They also had a breakfast, but we didn’t get to partake in that Looked pretty good, though The pool is right there to see when you arrive Looked to be a great place for a family to have fun

Carol Gallegos

This is a modest hotel, but the service excels! Upon arrival a very friendly Rachel greeted us and checked us in She offered that they have popcorn in the lobby until 6PM and cookies later in the evening She recommended several choices for dinner

The room is clean and the bed comfortable Upon our return from dinner Rachel gave us cookies to take too our room Then around 2AM the noise from the people in the next room was ridiculous! They were partying and so loud that we could not sleep I called the front desk and Pam very politely said she had already spoken to them once Then she went to their room, knocked on their door and warned them again That shut them up I was very pleased with Pam’s attentiveness to the problem When unruly guests disturb others, please don’t blame the hotel But her attention to solving the problem was impressive Thank you!

Sallie VanDyke

Everything was clean if a little worn due to age and usage – nothing that would stop me from staying again The breakfast was OK Employees were friendly and helpful

Toilet was way to low, hard for us older folks to get up from it Hopefully when they need replacing they will use higher onesThis hotel as well as every other one I have stayed in needs more hangers, hooks in bathroom and room to put items you will use every day (toothpaste, toothbrushes, deodorant, hair brushes, electric razor, etc) things you don’t want to have to dig out of your luggage everyday Since the TV was on top of the dresser there wasn’t a lot of room to use Also two of those “thingies” you put your luggage on would be niceAll in all I would stay there again

We stay here all the time and recently stayed for my son’s birthday Super friendly staff The rooms are always clean and the pool area is perfect for the ones who get cold easily when swimming

I didn’t like the change in the breakfast price and packages We purchased a suite and still had to pay for breakfast We arrived at 830 for breakfast The buffet was normal oatmeal, cereal, juice, and toast The buffet did have some eggs and potatoes that were cold The buffet was 9$ If you want bacon or meat you have to pay for that as well does not come with buffet Which was 5$ for bacon paid14$ for breakfast wasn’t worth the priceWe definitely were not aware of the buffet charges Better off ordering a plate from the kitchen Other then that we had a great experience!

I booked our room online ‘way back in April for our August road trip and am glad I did I used the online registration the day before we got there, which was very easy and convenient Christina at the front desk was very friendly and helpful in getting us our room

Our room was clean and comfortable, and also quiet, which we really appreciated The refrigerator was the perfect size for our needs The room was very clean, and we really appreciated all the extra work the staff goes to in these days of Covid to keep things sanitized The shower had awesome water pressure, and the bathroom was very clean and well stocked with towels and supplies The a/c unit was pretty quiet and easy to setThe complimentary breakfast was pretty amazing: pancakes, waffles (bake your own), fresh fruit, coffee, eggs, link sausage, bakery items, and yogurt; we ate in a pleasant dining area with a fireplace (which we didn’t need!)We only stayed one night, and Denise at the front desk was very helpful and friendly She got us checked out quickly and easily I want to give a special shout-out to both her and Christina for helping to make our stay so pleasant

Abby Hegberg

I’ve stayed here a couple of times and I always have a great experience especially with the staff We stayed here and in the morning when we were came out to the lobby for breakfast, we were unfortunately we got out there just a couple minutes after the closed everything up Fortunately for us, one of the workers or manager was extremely helpful

He saw that we were hungry and said that they still have some food in the back if we want to dish some up He made us some fresh pancakes and the kitchen staff were even letting us know that they still had some eggs, bacon, potato hash-browns, and even biscuits and gravy left We were so grateful to be able to dish everything up, they even had whipped cream and strawberries for the pancakes; it was a great breakfast and we give all of our thanks to the very nice man and kitchen staff! He even went and got a fresh pot of coffee for an elderly couple that were waiting in the lobby as well I have no bad feelings to say, it’s all very new and updated as well, their customer service is phenomenal :))

Leanne Walp

The rooms were clean and the breakfast good But the GM here is awesome! Very personable and friendly She deserves a raise for everything she had to deal with

There were two hockey teams here for the weekend so things were a bit crazy and loud at times But, for the most part, they were pretty good Great staff all the way around!

This was an emergency stay as the other hotel lost my reservation This place is very dated but clean and met my needs The room was strangely laid out but it worked well for me

It is definitely no frills but it was inexpensive, clean and comfortable, and right where I wanted to be Glad they were able to accommodate me on no notice!

Paige Walker

TIME CAPSULE TREASURE– This place has serious old school vibes– vintage outdoor design, astroturf on the stairs and outdoor hallway, retro decor and bedding, and no online reservations so you’ll need to call them in This place DOES NOT need an update It is PERFECT

They didn’t jack up their rates for Memorial day weekend (unlike the hotels in a certain nearby city rhyming with “Funatchee”) The woman on the phone who took my reservation and the young lady working the desk when I arrived were friendly and helpful, and they offered guests coffee in the lobby in the morning The parking is visible from your room, the rooms themselves have a mini-fridge and microwave I watched The Wedding singer on cable and ate a slice of tres leches cake from SOUTH before I passed out (pure heaven), but woke up to some people noises in the middle of the night which led to my discovery that in my room, THE FAN WAS KILLER The fan in the room set to “fan only” creates enough white noise to drown out any sounds, and will have you sleeping like an angel Also, it’s AC function felt like an Arctic blast which would be amazing in hot Cashmere summers I loved checking out the town and driving around up into the hills the next morning as well as checking out ANJOU for amazing coffee Will stay here again and you should too!

If you’re looking to use a time machine to go back to the 1970s, you only need come stay at the Village Inn From the bright red carpet to the psychedelic armchair, this place has it all When I went to take a shower, I was shocked to see the same water control knob thing we had in my house as a kid in the 70’s! They even had an old push-button landline telephone next to the bed!Nice clean place, friendly owners, no issues whatsoever

But obviously hasn’t been updated in decades However, we were visiting Leavenworth and the hotels there were charging over $350 a night, so given the option or driving a few miles away to this place was a non-issueWoke up to heavy snow and the owner even cleaned everyones cars, removed the snow and scraped the windows!Price was a bit expensive for what it is, at $100 a night, it’s really about a $50 room, but they are charging more because of Leavenworth, so whatever I just can’t give five stars though, just because the decor is so old

Would be 5 stars but this hotel refuses to refund our deposit Every attempt to contact the manager ends up never happening and with the bank being blamed Room was left in great condition

Only thing was that our garbage can was full because no one came by to empty it the last couple days of our stay I don’t think it’s right for any hotel to keep a deposit when the room wasn’t left a mess I stayed here a few years back and this happened then as well but with a cash deposit I wish the people in charge here had some integrity and would return what isn’t theirs Maybe try to stay somewhere else

Lura Leigh Widell

We had a nice experience The only complaint was they are in the middle of changing their name/ownership but didn’t send us an email or anything notifying us of that We showed up to the address but there was a different name out front

It was all cleared up once we went and spoke with the friendly and helpful staff but, it would have been nice to know ahead of time

The hotel is located in downtown Wenatchee with lots of amenities close by The rooms are clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable and the staff is friendly They serve a decent complimentary breakfast with sausage patties, scrambled eggs, hash browns, waffles, cold cereal, yogurt, etc

It is only about a three block walk down to the beautiful River Walk I would have given it five stars, except it has a air conditioner/heating unit that does not have adjustable vents, so it blows directly on to the bed It was rather noisy In all fairness to them, we did spend the night there when it was about 110° outside, so the AC was kicking on and off all night long

Rexcene Schendel

First I was greeted by Able, he was a God send Not only did he make checking in easy, but he made sure he put me in a room I could keep as I don’t know how long I will be here He gave excellent directions back to the hospital, as I got lost finding a motel

He gave me advice on where to find great food and his service was full of smiles and compassion I will come here again because of him The rooms are clean and comfortable

First of all, when I called this place the receptionist said the hotel was 30 mins from where I was (I was from out of town and my phone’s location wasn’t working) only to discover that it was actually a little over and hour away from where I was This was when gas was getting close to $6 a gallon Check in was painfully slow and there was only one group ahead of us

in the lobby there was this disgusting artificial cherry/vanilla smell that was so bad I had to cover my nose with my shirt if I wanted to leave the room at allThe room itself was nice It felt spacious for the price and didn’t smell as bad as the hotel itself but still had a musky smell and I could tell especially in the bathroom the cleaning standards weren’t quite there The toilet had some cleaning products that weren’t quite wiped off and the sink bowl had some stains you could tell that were probably from the previous guests the night beforeAll in all, in a pinch I would stay here again for the price, but I really hope they sort that smell out
