We were given a room that wasn’t ready for check in I asked the room to be re-cleaned and it wasn’t The AC made a loud noise the entire night and then went out around 1:30am

They let us switch rooms but the next day just trying to get clean towels and the Wi-Fi password was like pulling teeth The lady at the front desk in the evening was short staffed and wasn’t friendly at all I asked for the manger the 1st night and never saw them I WOULD NOT recommend!! Just pay more and stay elsewhere!!

Okay, 1st the good: The workers behind the counter and the breakfast room are good at their jobs One example that comes to mind is when a guest dropped one of the spatulas on the floor that you use to put a serving of eggs

The breakfast worker wasn’t even in the room at the time, but heard the sound, knew what it meant, and quickly replaced both the spatula and the plate used to hold it The pool is nice and hardly anyone uses it There’s even a small workout room that at this time has a cycling machine and two treadmillsNow the bad: The rooms need some TLC For example, the sink faucet is too far over to make it where your hands won’t touch the inside of the sink The lights, even in the bathroom are too low, making it difficult to see yourself when shaving or putting your makeup on There are holes that have been spackled but not properly fixed The shower head should be replaced with one that works correctly Both the tile floors in the bathroom and the carpet are in need of proper cleaning and you can run a wet cloth in either and come up with a very dirty cloth There were things underneath my bed that were not mine It lists a guest laundry, but as you can see from the pics, it was out of orderThe reason I’m giving it 3 stars is because of the price, location, and the hardworking employees that really care about their jobs

We got a king suite for 3 nights LOVED the blackout curtains and LOVED the floorplan and furniture (even though there was some staining on the red chair 😬) but this was minor The room and bathroom felt and smelled clean (not harsh chemicals clean just clean)

We were able to entertain 3 guests comfortably and we happily used the hot tub in the bedroom (just 2 ppl)! I cleaned it myself which I recommend for anyone using any bathtub in any hotel room Lovely stay and really nice front desk person

This was an unexpected stay for our family due to unforeseen circumstances but it sure was a great addition to our vacation The whole hotel was unbelievably clean The staff was friendly especially the lady working the breakfast bar! Given the pandemic situation the breakfast was still stocked with a variety of items

I would definitely recommend this hotel!

The good: This hotel is in a GREAT location, walkable to a ton of restaurants and shops The room is spacious and the breakfast was decentThe bad: On my last day, there was a live cockroach in the bathroom

I brought this up to the front desk when checking out and she just said “I’ll let housekeeping know” For the price, I found the roach thing pretty unacceptable – would have asked for a different room had I not been checking out that day

I stayed one night last night Staff were friendly, got my room and first thing I noticed there was ants on the wall and then a ton on the window So I went down and told them and said well we will get windex and get them up

Gave me a new roomthe upstairs people were so loud had to call the front desk who said they would call that room to tell to be quiet, which didn’t help at all Slept with a pillow on my head Shower head was a little gross but other than that it wasn’t too bad

We loved it! Staff was friendly, very clean and kind of fancy Room was very comfortable and spacious Wish we could’ve stayed another night

Even had beer in a cooler you could buy Located just off the road so no noisy traffic They had complimentary breakfast but we didn’t check it out Think it also had a pool but again didn’t check it out Highly recommend for a nice quiet stay!

Millennial Odyssey

We loved it here! The breakfast was actually the best we have ever had from a hotel The Lobby was clean and so was the grounds The staff were kind and accommodating and the beds in the room were actually not bad at all

We loved the pool but the hot tub was not working But we stayed in the pool We actually enjoyed the perfect tempature of the water and how it wasn’t too deep because we have kids still learning to swim I wish I could give this place 5 stars but we noticed in the room around and behind the bed, that there was still trash and people left clothes stuck under the bed It was not the cleanest it could have been But it had great features

Mary Bonam

Our stay was good No problems with the room and the breakfast was excellent However, when I booked the rooms I was given a confirmed price for our three night stay

However, when receiving my bill, which I did not look at until many miles down the road, my second and third night were MUCH MORE expensive then my first night 3 different prices each night!! I called to ask to talk to a manager, was told she would return my call She did not return my call I called a second time and was finally able to talk with her Told her that I had a confirmed price and I was told that she would look into the issue I have never heard from her or anyone from the establishment That being said, PLEASE, ask for verification of all of your nights prices!! When I made the reservation, I was NOT told of the price increase in the 2nd night and more increase on the third night!! Learn from my mistake!!!

Don’t forget to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking your hotel This site will compare countless hotel sites and normally will have rooms much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This hotel is the best rated in the area

I’ve been coming here for years If you stay for a few nights you definitely will love it I’m sure!Clean rooms, very friendly staff and overall pretty nice I thought it would be loud in the atrium- but pleasantly surprised and never heard a peep after 9PM Here for a convention and actually happy I was across the street from all the madness

This hotel is VERY old in an old “sketchy” part of town When booking, I imagined a Holiday Inn or Double Tree type of hotel owned by the Gaylord for more budget minded travelers, and definitely thought it would have to be well maintained and modern WRONG

It is more in line with a Motel 6 First, half the rooms have exterior entrances like a motel Everything is so old and worn out looking They can’t have done any remodeling since at least the 70’s You can’t sit on the toilet and open the bathroom door, it is that tight, and the ceiling of the shower is only about 7 feet high I’m not tall (5’6″) but the shower head was almost eye level with me, I had to bend down a little to get the top of my head Did I mentioned it is next door to an shut down Shoney’s?To be fair, there were good points to it (thus 3 stars instead of 1): The pool in the middle of the hotel is a bit odd, but I could see where kids would find that really great! I did get in the hot tub myself and it was nice I got a drink from the restaurant in the lobby and it was a really good Bloody Mary, but warning, HAVE YOUR ID! They will NOT serve you without it, even if you are 80 years old Also, the beds were fairly comfortable, despite everything else being out of date Lastly, I do think that the hotel was clean, and wasn’t worried about grossness

Brien Gearin

This was, by far, the most negative Marriott experience I have ever had And honestly, I really haven’t had a negative experience at Marriott I’m a gold elite member and love staying at Marriott’s

I received a call from the manager during my conference across the road at the resort saying I immediately had to come collect mine and my wife’s things and move rooms as there had been a mix up in our reservation They had a “VIP” who reserved my room and was waiting for me to vacate No notification this would happen at check in and no call in the morning to tell me this would happen So I left my conference to walk back and come take care of this and the manager hardly offered an apology and 1,000 Marriott points for my “inconvenience” They then put us in an exterior room right by the dumpsters, didn’t offer any help to move our bags or anything Just a miscarriage of customer service and a terrible way to spend the last night of the trip The interior rooms aren’t so bad but the exterior rooms are like an old motel room Shocked that Marriott puts their name on this hotel and then charges as much as they do for this place No desire to come back to this property or the massively over priced everything at the resort across the street

Excellent Stay, Would Stay Here AgainThe hotel is very clean having been remodeled recently Our room was clean and well maintained as were the common areas and exterior of the building The parking lot has very ample lighting at nighttime

Staff were very helpful and politeAll expectations during our stay were met or exceeded by the hotel and staff The rooms were large, clean, and well equipped with ample storage for clothing during our long stay Very good breakfast, good selections and well stockedWe will stay again on our next trip to Nashville

Nancy Marak

I’m giving this hotel 3 stars only because the linens were fresh, beds comfortable, ample outlets for chargers, shower water hot, and the toilet worked I’m always so disappointed when stuff in the room doesn’t work Our fridge didn’t work

BOTH bed reading lights did not work The single serve coffee pot tabs were broken so it wouldn’t hold the coffee pod The bedside phone had a flashing red message light that no amount of calling or pushing buttons would make it stop And after spending a full day on the road, the last thing I want to do is go back to the front desk (which was not staffed when I did try this time) and complain about issues that are not a simple fix I noted all the problems on a slip of paper and handed it to the attendant when I checked out in the morning He apologized, but it didn’t make my stay any better And to top it all off, as we got into the car to leave, a truck with a HUGE trailer was parked directly behind us in a non designated parking area and we had to jockey the car back and forth several times before we were able to safely back out of our parking space All little things that culminated in a disappointing stay

Lei Chang

The room is clean Staffs are welcoming Only thing I feel bad is the price

I booked about a week in advance and paid a high price through the choice website I happened to look at this area a day before my arriving and the price for same room and same day dropped 40 dollars So I called both the hotel and choice phone line Funny thing is that the hotel said that choice hotel website changed the price and they can do nothing, while the choice operator said the hotel changed the price and she can do nothing One of them was lying Just a reminder to future hotel guest, be aware of the frequent and dramatic price change of this hotel

This was an overnight stay for me I looked for inexpensive hotels in Nashville but could not find any that didn’t have terrible ratings I finally found the Relax Inn

It had wonderful reviews and was in my price range The lady at the front desk was probably the nicest person I have ever come across at the front desk of a hotel She was kind, polite, and accommodating I was originally assigned a second floor room but requested a first floor because I had a heavy cooler and would have trouble getting it up the stairs She found a non-smoking room for me right away! The room itself was very clean If I come through this area again I would definitely stay here!

Sophia Holden

We had such a pleasant experience here We needed to stay in the nashville area for a wedding close by so we were here for only one night You can really tell the employees here care about the quality of care they are providing

Rooms were top notch with a good sized refrigerator and microwave Coffee and pastries provided in the morning was my favorite part Quiet and nice area too Will definitely stay here again if we need a night away Manager said some renovations were happening soon so that’s exciting for them too

Loved this location! Minutes from the water where you can eat at Rudders and rent boats Awesome cafe within walking distance, plenty of coffee spots, and close, easy drive to Nashville and local spots Nice when want to visit but with the space and quiet

The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable The bathroom is very tiny One of the beds had not been cleaned! The sheets, pillows, tub and blankets had hair all over them! The room was terrible but the lady at the front desk was awesome! She gave us clean sheets and blankets and did apologize about the bed

Her customer service was outstanding!

Marliece Truncale

Pros: Extremely clean, very nice staff, excellent breakfastCons: pool is closed until memorial weekend, and our mattress was HARD Litteraly the most uncomfortable thing, if I wasn’t jet lagged and exhausted I would NOT have slept lol

Overall, I would stay again and hope for a softer bed But I wish I knew the pool was closed before I paid so much per night 😞

I always try and stay at hyatt’s during my travel This one was good The people at the front desk are always so nice

The only issue we had was there stains on our comforter, so we swicthed it out Also the carpet could use a good cleaning as wellOverall was a great stay!

Patti- Wyndham NashvilleSurvey: 7/25/22We were very disappointed with stay at Nashville’s property (1) toileting problems twice with master bedroom twice (2) we plunged guest bedroom toilet once with plunger (3)air conditioner stopped working twice

Maintenance man did not have the greatest customer service (4) day of departure- dish washer filled with stank filthy standing water inside (5) coffee was so old & hard could not be usedWe spoke with Patti when checking out on 7/20/22 We asked for manager Patti asked us what was the problem – told her of disappointment with Unit 1822 She went into an office and came back and told us that she had spoken with property manager She told us that we would only be charged for 4 days and would receive 3 days back in our points She said we would receive the 3 days back within 1-2 weeks We should have received 4-5 days back She told us that management was need, this was an old property and that construction was being done Regardless of the age of the property, the problems we experienced never should have occurred We were also very very disappointed that the manager never came out of the office to even say good morning when he/she was aware of our dilemma and experience with the unit His/her customer service was poor in this instance We were not visitors but OWNERS He/She showed no true/genuine concern Patti was very apologetic She did her best to appease usThis was the worse Wyndham stay ever in the years as owners of Wyndham I am praying that Wyndham has not turned into a hotel property and not a RESORT UNIT 1822 need a complete overhaul Praying that Patti word to return 3 days to us,is the truth Very very Disappointed in Nashville Resort We have visited Nashville in the past and have never had an experience like this It was also embarrassing to us in the presence of my sister and great niece and nephew My sister has visited serve Wyndham’s property and knows that this was below Wyndham’s standards & service we have ever received

We came here for a day at the pool and it did not disappoint Very trendy and photo op friendly with the simple, 70s/retro, hole in the wall vibes and decor The atmosphere was fun and laidback

The DJ was great and there was a drag show!I would say that the $40 on the weekends is a little steep but it is one of the cheaper pool day passes in Nashville Your better off going with a group and getting a cabana With the cabanas you get entry, poolside service and towels Otherwise you’re going back and forth to the bar inside because the outdoor bar is currently closed They have a wide variety of options for alcohol including frozen cocktails Food service doesn’t start until noon

MJ Chandler

I am obsessed!! The decor of the rooms are insanely cool, the vibe is chill & the staff all super nice My only complaint is that there was no “normal” lighting in our room, other than the bathroom At night/early morning we had to use our phone flashlights to really see our things & around the room

Otherwise, we had an amazing stay & will definitely be back!!

Amanda Vandenberg

Was in town for the week at an air b&b that had no pool when I discovered this place half a mile away offering their pool to non-guests for a fee It was a no-brainer, we came here during the “twilight hours” to relax poolside and escape the afternoon heat Would love to come back next time we’re in the area and stay here a night or two to experience some of the sweet rooms featured on their website

Great bar space, lovely pool area, also big thanks to the awesome employee here for recommending a great dinner spot nearby

Was here over the weekend, the place was sold out They must not be fully staffed 30-minute lines to get coffee in the morning, and 2 1/2 hour wait to get into any of the restaurants on Saturday night For a place where you are paying $300+ a night, the best options for food are the Food Trucks they have outside

And 4 drinks from one of the lobby make-shift bars were $50 Very pretty property and the staff was good considering the situation But the property was not prepared for a full house One of the restaurants lost our credit card, which someone the next day tried to use And the phone in the room was broken the entire time, even after we informed the front desk twiceHad higher expectations but we still had a nice time, should have been much nicer I understand the lack of employees, but if you aren’t able to provide a premium product, you shouldn’t ask for a premium price Crazy thing is, I would probably go back under different circumstances It is a very beautiful property Landscaping is beautiful

samantha brooks

The best resort experience I have ever had, and I wasn’t even a guest! We came and visited based on Trip Advisor and local recommendations and we were not disappointed From the moment you walk in the decor and the ambiance was captivating The plants, the waterfalls, the flowers and grandness of the interior of this resort is breathtaking

We enjoyed lunch and a self tour of the facility, due to our actual hotel being in downtown Nashville But we will definitely be back to stay at this resort in the future It is very family friendly with a huge water park, interactive kids activities, an arcade, and boat ride This resort is a must see if you are in the area

My second stay here It’s always clean and the location is convenient My vehicle has never been vandalized (as opposed to other hotels in the area) and the cinnamon rolls they serve for breakfast are really good

The short black guy at the front desk had a real bad attitude when I called from my room about the WiFi, like I was bothering him But other than that, everything was great More than likely I’ll be back next time I’m in town

Standard IHG express After two years of no travel (thanks Covid), I was glad to see the cinnamon rolls are back at the breakfast bar Nice selection of other things too, and the fresh fruit was nice and healthy looking

One down side of the stay was that there was no hot water in the bathroom sink I told the front desk this on the first morning, figured they might get someone to look at it, but day three, still only cold water for the bathroom sinkSecond issue was that the in room fridge woke me up at 4 am with a weird, low pitched humming noise (like a sci-fi UFO landing) Up and down the scale, I finally resorted to unplugging it Plugged it back in before I left for the day (so I could have cold drinks later), and let the front desk knowThe “answer” to that was a “well, sometimes they do that”Yes, that’s an answer, but for a hotel, it’s probably not the best answer to a guest’s concern

The place looks great from the outside & when you first walk in

However housekeeping seriously lacks the ability to do their job thoroughly Garbage found under the beds So rooms cleaned sub-par at best This place seriously needs a lesson in quality control Also Not that I mind but I have kids So go smoke your pot on your break away from the side entrance where customers are likely to enter or exit

The Gallatin Hotel is officially my new go-to hotel in Nashville It’s in a great location, affordable, super cute, and super clean! I love all the design choices throughout the hotel, the coffee bar, and free photo booth Check-in and out was a breeze and contactless! The room was great with thoughtful touches like a Dyson hair dryer and fan/heater, complimentary box of local Nashville snacks, and super comfy bed

The owners were available if any issue arose and I really love their mission with the Rooms for Rooms program helping the homeless Can’t wait to visit again!

Amy Gillis

We typically stay in nice chain hotels, but based on a recommendation from a friend, stayed at The Gallatin It was a great stay! Very clean rooms, easy access in and out, great parking, well stocked rooms with very nice Dyson products, yummy snacks and a cute outside sitting area in front that’s locked from outside entry It also has a great pub in the basement for evening cocktails

SUPER comfortable beds! And part of room fee goes towards civic uses/help for homeless

Lydia Bielfeldt

I came here for a girls’ weekend in Nashville and could not have had a better stay It is so colorful and happy and includes everything you could possibly need With a luggage lift, a complimentary coffee bar, and a free photo booth, I was excited before we even got to our room

The room was equally as nice with comfy beds, great bathroom lighting, multiple mirrors and sinks, a blow dryer and steamer, a Dyson fan, and a snack basket Had the absolute best stay here!

My husband and I were there over the Easter holiday The location is great, with lots of tasty food options nearby and the Opry Mills Mall It’s only about 15 min from downtown

The rooms overall are fairly nice Comfortable beds, fridge and microwave, a separate sitting area The issues that left a bad taste for us was the cleaning The headboards had noticeable hand prints and sticky residue, the toilet handle had dried residue, the magnifying mirror had finger prints on the edge and the glass with dried residue Housekeeping came and used a strong smelling cleaner on the headboard, that was for the tub Needless to say it gave us a generalized yucky feeling about the cleanliness in general The other issue was the lighting One of the bulbs was burned out in the bathroom, so we told the front desk and he came quickly while we were getting our luggage and changed it, great An hour later it went out again Told front desk, he came back up and told my husband in a rude way “don’t touch it, it can’t be in too tight or it won’t work” We did not touch it About an hour later it went out again Asked if we could change rooms close by but was told no We would have to move from 4 to 1 Checked out room on 1, it had a musty smell and it definitely had seen more wear Stayed on 4 and had a very dim bathroom for our entire stay Never got fixed You get the impression that the owner is just doing the bare minimum to keep the property up, but if some better maintenance and cleaning isn’t done then unfortunately a decent hotel will start going down hill The best service was from the breakfast staff, the lady worked hard and was very nice

Checking in they gave us an upgrade for our 15th anniversary That was great until the wife does what she always does which was checking for bed bugs Surprisingly this time the room had them

We went down to decline the upgraded room for this reason The room we ended up with smelled musty It also had white particles of the ceiling on the chair & table Kept coming down during our stay The toilet leaked on the floor every time you flushed it Last but not least the shower leaked outside the tub This is probably the reason why our room smelled musty Would not recommend Staff was very friendly and nice is the only positive thing I noticed This hotel needs maintenance and is very dated

David Kotowski

My wife & myself both stayed at this hotel for a week & we both had the best experience with the stay & the rooms are very clean & maintained very well! The continental breakfast is really spot on & this has to be one of the greatest Best Westerns we ever stayed at! We would definitely come back again! Staff is very nice & friendly also! 🙂🙂🙂❤️❤️❤️

We highly enjoyed our stay here Modern, updated look inside and out Room was awesome, comfortable bed, everything was clean, staff was nice and helpful, easy check in and out, great way to start our vacation

Breakfast isn’t the worlds best, but it was definitely something nice to start the day with I saw some reviews about people breaking into cars, but we didn’t experience this The location seems very safe and secure, and when we pulled in the Police were sitting there on patrol Not sure about the others, but we thought it was very safe and in a nice part of town We will be back

Sharde

This room was perfect for my situation I was staying by myself in a King Suite, but hosting my younger sisters and Dad who were able to eat comfortably and enjoy the pool The service was great and the front desk person was friendly and helpful

The bed was super comfy and I appreciated the alternative lighting choices in the bathroom I was so happy I asked to extend my stay, but was unable to due to full booking

Alley

Everyone was absolutely so nice and they actually took the time out to say hi to you and make you feel welcome Even the housekeepers were so nice and would say hi I feel that most hotels aren’t this nice and this welcoming

The rooms were also super nice and clean They had a nice size fridge and even had the best continental breakfast I’ve ever had Definitely will be back!

The room was clean Beds were comfortable The young girl was very nice when we checked in

The problem was the breakfast the next morning The food itself was good There was a baseball team taking up the entire breakfast seating area They were not eating They were holding a church service This went on for at least 25 minutes They man at the front desk was very aware of it So they had good food but we had to take our food back and eat on the beds Not ideal for 4 young kids to do They should have been asked to move to a conference room so they didn’t inconvience the other guests staying a t the hotel

Lori Mckenzie

Wasn’t bad the positives were very friendly staff, pet friendly, good wifi however had to keep reconnecting, clean hotel and room, loved the Direct TV with good channel lineup (however this kept going in and out), comfy beds , good AC ,also right by pool which concerned me at first due to how noisy pools get but I never heard anything

Now for negatives- water in room would never get super hot, warm at best, this is an issue as I like very hot showers, broken chair at table which I did let staff know about when I noticed it later that day after check in, had very noisy neighbors above us one night which was not hotels fault and they did say something to them after I called and complained twice and they finally calmed down, the first day breakfast was great with bacon, however the rest of our stay they never had bacon only sausage and we are not sausage eaters Did drink the coffee though and juice All in all not a bad hotel I prob would not stay again though For the price, I think it could have been a little better

Katie Ferrari Backa (Fish Like A Kat)

We stopped in for a night on our way from Texas to a kayak bass fishing tournament in Pennsylvania, and the service was fantastic! The staff was very friendly, the room was clean and quiet, and breakfast was great to grab and go We haul our kayaks on a trailer, and there was plenty of room to park in the parking lot, and there’s plenty of cameras running on the parking lot for them to keep an eye on thingsWe’ll definitely stay here again on our way through town!

Room was great Staff was great Breakfast was great

4 stars because of the pool AVOID Our swimsuits & life jackets smelled like something I’ve never smelled before At first I thought the bathroom (where I hung them to dry) smelled off until we went to our next hotel, pulled them out and they smelled the same / stunk up that place and our home 3 days later with the same smell There were also chunks of hair floating around too This isn’t my first rodeo with pools I wouldn’t complain unless there was a legit issue Would I go again, yes!! Swim, no! Especially with small children

Dawn Clark

This place is very clean and the staff works hard to ensure your stay is pleasant The complimentary breakfast has a wide variety of hot and cold options that vary from day to day During our stay, a woman named Cat was working the breakfast area

It was impressive watching her greet each table of customers, keep the food well stocked, and the dining and food areas tidy She is a gem!

An absolutely amazing stay! My mom and I stayed here for two nights (7/5-7/6 and our checkout day was 7/7) We were taking a trip to Nashville from Battle Creek, MI Wednesday (7/6) night, was the Masked Singer tour concert

It was VERY good and fun!Breakfast: My mom and I had late nights during our trip (the different time zone kind of messed up our schedule) so we were never able to wake up in time to make it for breakfastStay: Our stay was absolutely amazing! The only problem I can remember was with the Hilton Honors appHilton Honors App: The Honors app was basically useless We tried to use the virtual key to get into the room, but it would not let us in The part of the app that controlled the TV worked fine, but that was pretty much pointless, since there was literally a remote on the desk area under the TVRoom: Our room was very good We booked room 713 We tried to get room 711, but it cost more, so we decided to get 713 It was an amazingly clean room My mom’s and my favorite part was the TV saying “Hi (name)” when we walked inCheck-In: Check-in was pretty easy Our flight out of Detroit, MI had a layover in St Louis, MO We checked into our room on our airplane (Boeing 737-800😬🫠) We flew Southwest and it was pretty amazing, as usualOnce we got there, of course the virtual key didn’t work, so we had to ride the elevator down 7 stories (we each had 2 bags, a shoulder bag/backpack and a suitcase) Once we got the key it was good from there!Checkout: Checkout was insanely easy! All we had to do was say a few words to the person behind the desk and give our keys She even ended up giving us free water bottles The perks of being an Honors member!😃Overall feeling: Overall, I feel that this was an amazing hotel and I would definitely stay here again

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! Horrible customer service from the evening staff and management The girl that was doing Audit was a sweetheart, no complaints against her It was supposed to be a weekend stay, but ending up leaving 6 hours after we arrived

Roches and stinkbugs were found on our curtains, plus little bugs in the bathroom The staff did absolutely nothing, but finally gave us a small can of raid the 3rd time going down to the front desk We were disgusted at that point This hotel is so short staffed, they are only renting 30 out of the 90 rooms they have The pool was apparently “rented” out for a birthday party, so they could do nothing about the 20 kids (10 and under) screaming in the pool area with no parents around Also, the pool looks nothing like how it’s advertised online, it’s half the size and was very disappointing I am very thankful for being able to get in touch with 1-800-Marriott, because they were able to find us another hotel for the weekend I worked for a Marriott hotel for a little over 2 years, and this was just unacceptable The worst management I have ever experienced at any Marriott hotel Please do your research before staying here, because there are plenty of other reviews like mine and this is defiantly not a 4 star hotel

Brian Nevins

The staff was friendly and helpful The hotel overall was very clean and the room was reasonable The iron was on its last legs

No hairdryer available in the room or at the desk There was mold on the bathroom ceiling – not covering, but around the light fixture and wall joint Perhaps a leak from upstairs? (we were in room 123)But the biggest issues were: the pillows – may as well have none they were so broken down; the noise – AC exceptionally loud, and the toilet refill was a whine that permeated the room for about 3 minutes Tough times for nocturnal trips and getting back to sleep

Catherine Kendall

I came to Hendersonville for work Booked this hotel because it had a high star rating

I should have read the reviewsI will never stay at this hotel again Although “due to Covid the rooms aren’t cleaned but every 3 days”, they also don’t clean it and replenish towels when you make the request either I called on the 4th day to make sure they knew to clean my room we will see what it looks like when I get off work today The shower curtain lining also had mold/mildew spots on it and the sheets were dusty

I chose this hotel because it was conveniently located between Bowling Green, Kentucky and Nashville, Tennessee which allowed me to visited the Corvette Museum and the sites in Nashville without packing up and moving every day I made my reservations online using the Choice Hotels Website Upon arriving at the Hotel, I was informed by the front desk clerk that the computer system was not working properly, and they he would have to check me in later

In order to do that he would need to make a copy of both my credit card and driver’s license This procedure was a little concerning to me in the age of identity theft I chose to wait and walked to the nearby Cracker Barrel for Supper When I returned, I was able to check-in as normal and without further issue My room was clean and well attended The bed large and comfortable I don’t really care for the pillows used at Choice Properties but that is apparently a corporate decision and a decision that is made by the individual franchise This hotel offers only a grab and go breakfast and I chose to pass on it opting to have breakfast at the Cracker Barrel This hotel is obviously understaffed, as is many businesses, with employees performing multiple jobs through out the day The parking lot is large and well lit There is a Cracker Barrel that is in walking distance of this hotel as well as several other restaurant located nearby Other than being short staffed and the Computer Issues at the beginning of my stay this hotel was clean and comfortable It adequately met my needs and expectation

Tiffanie Greene

We came in as a group for a boys baseball tournament, and the general mgr was working the desk He closed the pool early each day we stayed citing he didn’t want his water to get dirty so the kids didn’t get to swim This was an amenity that each family specifically paid over 200$ a night for too

The air conditioners were locked in every room so they could not be set lower or cool on high, it was 100+ degrees all weekend The building itself was nice and clean but 10/10 would not recommend

David McWhorter

We are moving from OK to KY, and I stopped just north of Nashville to break the trip into two parts There are several hotels around Comfort Inn, including one I stayed in previously, Holiday Inn Express Comfort Inn was super clean, and everything in the room was functional

The staff was courteous and respectful The fitness center was sufficient for cardio and resistance training, and the breakfast options were comprehensive If the preceding criteria are essential to you, I think you will be more than satisfied with the Comfort Inn in White House, TN
