Loma Linda Inn was great because it had a good price for a room for 4 nights is what I stayed It’s also nice to be near a city with less traffic to deal with compared to Los Angeles They also provided breakfast to your room

The people are very nice and care about their customer satisfaction It’s very detailed to give you a parking number so that you know where you’ll park instead of trying to find parking Everything was all good except my last night I found I had a dusty tv shelf, sheets with marks on them with maybe a small hole I told general manager Pete Flores and he appreciated the feedback for future reservations

Julie Bray

I was staying here for 6 weeks while I was undergoing cancer treatments at Loma Linda University Hospital The room was dirty – the housekeeping never cleaned it the entire time I was there There were even ants in my room when initially

They would replace sheets as I requested (put my sheets outside) They had breakfast delivered everyday but the food was a dry bagel, rice pudding, an orange and a banana It was the same menu everyday The Cafe was closed due to COVID In my mind this is more of a motel than a hotel A hotel has a pool and other amenities This only offered us a room

We stayed here for five days, which included the weekend Nice place but rather generic no frills at all The room was clean and quiet on the top floor and had two days of luke warm showers for whatever reason

The pool and hot tub were clean and enjoyable Breakfast was just as expected for a hotel The front desk staff was friendly, and the housekeeping staff didn’t really stand out but did their jobs I suppose that’s enough, no complaints or praises I would return again for a night only

Don Cann

This is an excellent hotel I slept like a baby in the extremely comfortable beds The room was impeccably clean and the shower was exquisite

The hot breakfast was delicious with a wonderful selection of bacon, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, muffins, fresh fruit, oatmeal with berries and walnuts Everything is nice and hot Very clean and well maintained The staff was extremely helpful and friendly Stay here!!!

Courtney Kline

My husband and I were moving to the area, and stayed there for a few days until our new place was ready to be moved into It was an extremely stressful time to say the least We had a 26 foot U-Haul, a 10 foot U-Haul plus our 2 cars, and there was more than enough parking to accommodate us

This hotel is safe, quiet, clean and comfortable They offer extensive daily buffet style breakfast at no extra cost What stood out most to us was the staff Edgar went above and beyond what one could reasonably expect to provide us with a positive experience I am extremely grateful that he was on duty when we checked in, because I don’t know that anyone else would have gone out of their way to assist us the way he did Thank you, Edgar!!!

I wasn’t looking for anything too fancy as it was a one night stay I booked a suite type of accommodation that could sleep 8 The price was fair so I booked

I definitely got what I paid for 🙁 3 rooms with two tvs and neither were hooked up One was leaning on a night stand The air conditioning units were fit into the window so that the blinds couldn’t close all the way The sheets had random spots on themThe pool was being cleaned At 5pm we were told it would be a few hours This was fine because the pool was open till 10 Nope, pool was closed the rest of the nightThe location however was great Less than half mile to the lake and right next to a bowling alley with delicious pizzaNext time I will pay more to stay somewhere nicer

Felicia M

Stayed here two different times now both were good stays Rooms were super clean and staff was very helpful They are like a block away from the lake

There is a bowling alley right behind the property The management was very accommodating Wifi wasn’t working but I had service so I didn’t even care Plus u go on vacation in hope to leave all the worries of life behind right? 😉 thanks for another great stay I’ll be back in the fall

OYO Sleepy Hollow hotel has nice cozy rooms We stayed in a small cabin which had everything you needed: refrigerator freezer, microwave, coffee maker, and a stove/oven The staff was very friendly and personable

They also have a pool and spa with lawn chairs/table and lounge chairs I would highly recommend this location since it’s also walking distance to Lake Gregory!

Pedro Diaz

Probably would of gave them a 5 star review but the breakfast was not good The room was awesome and the staff was great! I would recommend someone doing a check on the food every 30 minutes or every hour Seemed like the food had been sitting a long time

The coffee was cold The eggs looked really bad, like they were made hours ago I think having an attendant to keep an eye on the freshness of the food would be good! Just didn’t seem fresh and the selection was very basic

Tipphany Peterson

Rooms were large and comfortable They seemed to be new or newly renovated There were a few spots in the hallway that seemed to be being worked on

My only concerns were there was no house keeping unless requested We were there for over three days The breakfast was also sketchy Although the breakfast times is listed as 6 til 9, by 830 there were no waffles available When the front desk representative ( which i believe was the manager) was asked she stated breakfast was until supplies last!!

Thomas W

I came here only because I had nowhere else to go Was looking for an overnight stay at a hotel that was pet-friendly and had available rooms This was the only hotel I found that was worth reserving

The room I got was great No complaints The lady who did our check-in at night when we arrived was nice I give this hotel 3 stars because the lady who came in the morning told me that since my dog was not a service dog, we were not supposed to have been allowed to book a room at the hotel So basically, I was lucky that this lady had not been working night shift (we had arrived at night) or else we would not have had anywhere to go She told me that we could not bring out pet dog to the hotel again So what does “pet friendly” mean? Only allowing service dogs? We have a small dog that is very friendly and clean and we consider our dog part of our family He just isn’t a “service” dog Additionally, $150 to bring your pet in? You’re kidding me The price of the room was a bit expensive, but it was also pretty big so that’s fair, but that much to bring a pet? They should just remove the “pet friendly” label from their hotel description

Across the street from the swimming beach and boat rentals Parking is sparse, and really awkward on the lower level The place is built on the side of the mountain, so the front is 2 stories taller than the back

That said, the rooms are very nice, and in general, any problems come from the geography and the area If I was returning to Lake Gregory, this would be at the top of my choices to stay If you have mobility issues, you need to be in one of the rooms at the upper parking level

TheFabsLV

Perfect, cozy accommodations right across from Lake Gregory The bed linens are the nicest I’ve experienced away from home and they smelled so amazingly fresh and lovely! The super friendly owner/manager provided awesome communications before and during my stay, even calling me as I traveled to check on my anticipated arrival time and again to let me know that they were ready early for me if I wanted to check-in thenA great stay all-around!

Quaint & Clean but not tranquil Right off a busy road; we could hear traffic day and night They have a small patch of fenced in grass in the middle of the complex where they let people leave their dogs

All morning, one dog was there crying All afternoon, 4 little yippy dogs barked every time the wind blew a leaf or someone walked up the stairsNext time, we’ll go all the way to Big Bear or Lake Arrowhead This might be a good spot for ski seasonPrice was very reasonable compared to manyOwner’s son was very very nice, and helped us carry our luggage up the stairs Note – not a good location for handicap

Stephanie Whitmore

Very disappointed in the owner’s customer service I booked a room for myself and two young children Mom traveling solo with kids

When we arrived for check-in, the power was out at the hotel This is clearly a health, safety and security issue – to stay without heat and lights The owner offered me a camping lantern and was not willing to work with us any sort of refund or credit Shame on him

Courtney Werth

Giant Oaks Lodge was great I ended up staying in two different room when i extended last minute103 – The 2 Bed Basic was a nice little room with great wooden ambiance

I would book here by myself or with another person, the space is long but not wide in the bedroom and the beds take up alot of width, although the bathroom is comparitively large and roomy Its a nice spot to come home to after running around in the San Bernardino108 – The 3 Bed Spa Lodge was awesome The room was huge, theres a spa bath and a shower, it has its own balcony porch, and basically i loved it Great for a honeymoon suite or a couples stay in the mountains but it could hold a family with no problem Loved itThe staff was great, very accomodating to all my requests Their sign up for pool time protocol was a great idea so you and your family can book yourselves an hour at the pool where its all yours!I loved this little getaway Great little spot!

This usually doesn’t happen in my experienceThe breakfast experience was above par compared to most hotels of this caliber The staff in particular, Stephanie was amazing! Her professional, courteous, and welcoming approach made my experience at the Comfort Inn one that would make me return! It’s individuals such as Stephanie, that makes an experience amazing or one not worth experiencing again

Really nice place, staff are beyond friendly The rooms are quite and clean There’s a shuttle to the casino every 30 minutes

Most importantly the restaurant The Bistro! Ive eaten there 3 times and I can’t say enough great things about it Super posh dishes with regular prices Fine dinning in your room or on the outdoor beautiful patioThere’s a gym and computer to use if needed Also nice pool area and hot tub Hit tubs not that hot but still enjoyableThe hotel is right off the freeway, but I personally didn’t even notice the noise if there was any

Brenda Lacy

The front desk staff are very courteous, pleasant and delightful to talk to (we also talk to Ruby, and she’s pleasant as wekll) The members of the cleaning department are always smiling and ready to help My husband and I stayed for 2 nights in May and June 2022, we’re both happy and very satisfied with the room that we stayed in

It was very clean and the shower room is spacious and it has a detachable shower for tall and small people The hotel has a 24-hour/7 days a week shuttle to/from Yamaava casino, location is convenient to go grocery shopping, and eating places There are security guards outside and inside the hotel, that makes you feel safe any time of the day Overall, this hotel is classy and I recommend it to families as well

Lillian Orleans

First of all This is a very nice, stylish hotel It has it’s good points and flaws

The beds are very comfortable The towels are large and plentiful, and the showers are roomy and modern I do want to point out a few things, though These rooms are NOT big enough for a family of 5but there were several large families hereI can only hope they reserved two roomsThe reservation agent messed up my dates, and I had to call VIP services at Yaamava a few times to get it fixed Finally, Kim came to my rescue THANK YOU! Great customer service! The Bistro is a little on the pricy side I ordered the stuffed chicken thighs, but was told that they were out of that item There was a set of oil and vinegar bottles on the table, so I asked for bread I was told that there was none I was offered yucca chips instead HATED THEM I asked the man who brought me my food if he had bread, and he came back with ciabatta bread for me?!?! So, the tip was minimal It would have been more if the other waiter was more efficientsmh

Aaron, the beverage & food manager was a delight to meet too All the employees at this resort are pleasant, attentive & professional – A Great Example of Customer Service I loved Everything about this resort: location is next to the lake offering beautiful & relaxing views, spacious, clean & comfy room, delicious food from the resort restaurant, stylish rustic chic decor, GREAT Service from EVERYONE, walking distance to the Alpine Village I really enjoyed my stay & I’m looking forward to a return trip 🙂 Thank you Lake Arrowhead Resort & Spa!!

I had a massage booked here as a treat during our vacation The massage was okay She was nice and kind of knew what she was doing, but for the price I expected better

The music playing during the massage was not soothing at all Jazz and big band are not what I expected The massage room was cold and the bed warmer wasn’t working They have a nice spa and sauna in the women’s locker room which I enjoyed The showers were all cold though I tried every single one All in all it was not what I expected for the price The resort is beautiful inside but I would not book spa services here again

Janis Jones

Spent the long holiday weekend there and was impressed with our suite on the 3rd floor The bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve had in a hotel ever Didn’t care for the paper thin walls and the random sounds (metal clanking, doorknocks, plumbing, etc

) heard throughout our stay but it wasn’t bothersome to the point of requiring a complaint A microwave in the bigger suites would be a great plus! Cleanliness was decent overall, however, my family and I still do a wipe cleaning before settling in

Decent 2 night 3 day stay, room was big for 2 adults and a kid, also loved that it was within my particular budget!Location was excellent, close to freeway and dining all around, if you’re adventurous try the local restaurants, won’t be disappointed, but if you care for big chain restaurants theres plenty nearbyRoom was a bit unkempt, some stains on the bathroom wall/floor, looked yellowing in color so may have tried to clean but anyway also noticed the shower curtain was old and ripping at the seams in some areas, kind of surprising for a place with Hilton in the nameOverall couldn’t really complain, I mainly care that the bed was nice and comfy, had a TV, plenty of free parking and most of all, free wifi!!!I’d add that I did have some noisy neighbors a few rooms down the hall but the noice mostly dissipated once I shut the door and turned on the TV

Overall enjoyed the stay and will be coming back if I’m traveling to this area again, thanks

Jovita Foster

My husband and I went to this particular hotel because we enjoy the king bedroom with whirlpool inside the room We went there for just an overnight stay for Father’s day and to relax The rooms are pretty much always satisfactory, but this time was different – unacceptable and outside of the range of service and comfortability expected from Hilton

Upon checking out, we noticed that there was a large blood smear on the side of the white comforter, as to where one would sit on the side of their bed We immediately reported this incident to the front-desk staff (Sabrina), who urged us to contact the corporate office for further assistance (we took a picture for reference) Thus far, I have been on three separate calls to Hilton corporate office for assistance with the matter at hand and was advised that I would be given a case number and should receive a call back from them within 3 – 5 business days Customer service is not at all the way it use to be, unfortunately

We made it to our room and noticed that our room door looked like someone tried to force their way in (see photos) The room was spacious, the AC worked wonderfully, no water pressure issues and the beds were of decent comfortLeft for the day on Saturday and returned late at night to find that our room was not serviced I figured it might have been because we didn’t leave the sign on the door asking for service So the next morning, we left the sign out by 7:30am came back at 9pm ready to shower only find out that our room was once again not serviced I let the front desk know and had to walk back downstairs to pick up the new towelsI personally didn’t like the hot breakfast – I felt the eggs and hash brown were bland but it was nice that it was free and not just continentalThis is an area we frequently travel to but we won’t be returning to this hotel We paid $650 for 3 nights – we expected better than what we got

If i could give them 10 STARS, i would!!! HANDS DOWN, THE BEST HOTEL YOU’LL EVER STAY AT The whole entire staff are so friendly! The front desk, the housekeepers, the cooks and the manager Luis

They always go above and beyond to make sure your stay is 100% worth it Our favorite hotel to stay at thank Karinna, the sweet front desk lady was very professional Answered all my million questions and let us know about some of the things that were wrong with our room (the fridge was leaking) Offered to move my family to different room if we wanted to which we didn’t The leak didn’t bother us a bit The sweet cookshe’s an angel Always asks if we needed anything and she’s there to help assist us if we needed anything She’s forever cleaning and helping the other customers Cleanliness is the other reason why i LOVE this place I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE!!!!!

BW Plus Arrowhead suited us well We stayed in a whirlpool room Room was spacious, bed was very comfortable, we like the little bar area with mini fridge and microwave, everything fit needs

The whirlpool could have used an extra cleaning and a drain plug that fix properly But overall the hotel stay was nice, we would recommend and visit there again

The experience was very negative overall The main issue is the cleanliness of the hotel Overall poor housekeeping of the rooms, bathrooms, and general gathering areas of the hotel

Overflowing trash cans in the breakfast area, dirty floors in the hallways and room, a dirty shower that stayed the same dirty despite me asking each morning of my stay for housekeeping to thoroughly clean the shower including the walls Even after specifying what the issues were and where, it was still not clean See attached pictures of what appears to be bloody prints on the shower wall and other dirt, not sure what, as well)I stay at Hilton brand hotels frequently and rarely experienced this level of unsatisfactory cleaning Additionally, the evening/nighttime front desk person was not pleasant and came off very rude and condescending to me and my coworker, separately I do not recommend staying at this hotel

The room was very spacious The grounds were well kept, and the breakfast buffet was better than the average hotel buffets I loved that I was able to check in, get my digital room key, and check out from the app

Only thing I would like to see is an online map showing room # locations and access doors It took us a bit to find parking near the closest entry to our room without any avaliable online map

Very great place to study because it is close to my school I hope they can build more in our bay area or even a hotel apartment for these business people And I hope the price is not too much if they want to stay as long

And please use the rental assistance as well I hope to see this more in the future My place where I stayed was very bad Job less, health less, and very homeless because everything was control by some people RUDE! I like your place! Get breakfast and housekeeping I can go to work and study without any worry I hope to this project soon

Really nice stay and the rooms are so cute they are like little studio apartments Has everything you need for cooking a meal The offered toiletries are very high quality

I liked that it had a desk for me to be able to get my work doneIt was a little noisy during the night but I am a light sleeper so no fault to the hotelReally great place to stay for a rest or for a business trip There are so many food options within walking distance from the hotel Staff is very friendly No complaints

Kristie Christensen

The guy at the front desk was so nice and helpful He was so patient with someone that had a billion questions in front of me and seriously turned my bad day into a good one with his uplifting comments He was very helpful and even called to check if my room was okay

I got the cutest note under my door from the hotel And breakfast was great in the morning too!

Oasis UHAMAKA

Everything was good except the breakfast The breakfast was absolutely nasty The waffles tasted clumpy and you could taste the sugar like the batter wasn’t even mixed properly

The food literally felt like jail food There was food that was packaged like it was from the county jail smh Prepacked eggs and omelettes that’s 🤢 I was so disappointed because I looked forward to waking up and starting my day with some good food Not here Embassy Suites does it right they cook all the food themselves and serve it to you that morning I know Residence inn is trying to save money by serving breakfast like this but you lose more customers by doing this Besides that the stay was pleasant, the rooms were clean and the staff was nice and the hotel looks very well kept

My family and I arrived in CA on a Thursday for a much needed vacation that we saved up for Unfortunately my husband had to have emergency surgery the very next day We scrambled to find a place to stay as additional lodging was not in our budget

After spending a few nights in a cheap motel, we were able to reserve the Hampton In & Suites at a discounted rateWhen I entered the lobby, I was sure that this hotel was fairly new I was shocked to find out that it was eight years old The facility is well kept and super clean The amenities were exactly what we needed to make our trip so much easier Our room was spacious and beautiful Every staff member was accommodating, professional and kind This was a wonderful experience despite the challenges we faced Thank you!

Android or stay here (myself with three kids and a baby) I felt safe here with my family and they were kind and generous, allowing us to go to the pool after check out and changing in the lobby bathroomsBesides strange tasting sausage, the breakfast was delicious clean and well organized

It’s very nice to not have to wake up at the crack of dawn to eat breakfast My kids were really impressed and really enjoyed thatI enjoyed taking a really nice bath and having a really nice bath amenities They’re were a few things that weren’t ideal One was at the bathroom at the pool was locked and it was actually kind of confusing which pool was ours The second was the floor in our bedroom along the edge of the carpet was exposed and hurt to stand on even though I didn’t see any nails Also I asked for a handicapped accessible room, which they gave me one right next to the elevator which I really appreciated but there was no seat in the bathroom, I think I got a hearing impaired room Even so I really appreciated that I didn’t have to walk all the way down the hall and I was glad they took that into consideration My current handicap decal is expired and I’m not using a wheelchair at the moment so that was okay, but I still need extra services and I was glad they complied in what they could Lastly there was a ton of trash in the parking lot which I feel could have easily been picked up Overall, the ambience itself was very very nice but that little detail could improve it’s appearance greatlyWe are grateful for our stay at the Hampton inn!

I just want to say the rooms are extremely nice and elegant for a great price I love the options of food they give for complimentary breakfast especially the peanut butter cookies which are absolutely amazing! As well as the staff! Felicia the cook is very kind and much appreciated Trevor was very helpful and genuinely a cool guy

Audrey is super kind, very helpful, and funny Jackie also was very nice, attentive, and very helpful Daniel the security guard did his job making sure we were all safe You all made a great impact on our stay Thank you Hampton family for making our stay very welcoming and pleasant From Princess, little Princess and Jeff

Lovely little retreat! So cozy The room was cute and updated, and the grounds were beautiful! Easy access, easy check-in Friendly staff

There is a train station nearby, which you could occasionally hear, and the A/C unit was a little noisy I sleep through anything typically, so it didn’t bother me My wife is a light sleeper, so she was aware of itStill, the great outweighed the not so good Would definitely be back, and recommend for others!

Great little motel Clean, amazing bed non toxic cleaners

I am sensitive to harsh chemicals No harsh chemicals here My only complaint is the noise above and poor insulation so I heard people walking above me If you are sensitive to sound, go for a top floor I stayed in King Deluxe room; very nice overall Even the bathtub has a grab bar I will definitely stay here again
