Beautiful inviting ambience and lovely rooms (Please see full review) I was accommodated with an early check-in And later, my room was quickly switched after having some noise disturbance

‘Fee’ at the front desk showed compassion and helped in both instancesThe downside – When I booked my room online, I was given an option to buy breakfast vouchers After checking in and receiving the vouchers, I asked for the breakfast time and menu I was directed to the restaurant (Sky Creek Kitchen) to get more information They were clueless So I asked them to please call my room when they find outBy the morning no one called Around 10 amI went down to eat, and staff said my breakfast voucher must be for Easter brunch, referring me to the special menu I told her that I didn’t purchase a holiday dining experience She had me follow her to get information, and eventually I was redirected to the dining manager After showing her the voucher, the manager said continental breakfast was over at 9:30 The day prior, I was told breakfast either ended at 10:30 or 11, but no one knew? Tracy apologized for all of the misleading confusion, and said “they hold themselves to more professional standards” She quickly bagged a continental breakfast to-go, pastries and a yogurt parfait Megan at the front desk helped resolve it I had to speak to SEVERAL people both days about breakfast alone This was totally unacceptable No one followed up with meWhen I initially booked the room online, it gave me the option to pay an extra charge, including breakfast for two I did it for the convenience In the end, it was a HUGE inconvenience I won’t do it again I had to speak to several people before I received a simple breakfast that I already paid for

The hotel is very nice The lobby looks great and the rooms are well appointed My only complaint would be at check-in the person was cold at best

If you’re not happy with your job don’t get a job where you work with customersOutside of that it was a great hotel

Lauren Williams

I absolutely loved this hotel It had really pretty decor in the main areas The shower was also so comfortable and the room was really nice and clean

My only “complaint” was that the restaurant kitchen was slow It took a while for food to come out but I know a lot of places are having staffing issues so it was no big deal Just leave yourself time I would 100% stay here if I come to the area again

Absolutely horrible! If I could leave negative star I would We reserved a room Friday to Monday arriving Friday night Upon check-in everything was good

Next morning we left at 10am arriving back at 8pm to our surprise our room had not been cleaned or even touched We called the desk the apologized and told us to come get towels That was a little annoying we had to go get them but we let it slide We went down the next morning for a very dirty and poorly set up breakfast and after that we left again for the day Again we arrived back late to a room that has now not been cleaned or even touched for 2 days with trash piling up We contacted the front desk the gentleman working the front desk said we could get towels again but that all they would do for us We told him that’s not good enough and we need at least the trash brought out and to talk to GM in morning Went to get towels and front desk was empty so went back to the room and cleaned it our selves then went to bed 45 min later we get a knock at the door and its the local police telling us we have to leave We went willingly as this whole thing is a nightmare we wanted to end at this point Talking to the officer this is a pretty common occurrence at this hotel and the Holiday in down the street they own OVOID THESE HOTELS

Just wanting to give a huge shout out to the manager Karan and his wonderful team at this hotel I work for a company who travels a lot so I am constantly booking hotel rooms all over the United States and this particular hotel has been an absolute pleasure to work with Karan has made sure that we have had every accommodation needed even during his busy weekends

If you are a company needing rooms for employees I would definitely suggest that you reach out to Karan and stay at this location We are extremely pleased with the customer service we have received and have absolutely nothing but good things to say Karan goes out of his way to meet your needs and it is truly appreciated

Very pleasant stay! Great customer service and inviting, with new upgraded nice and clean decor Room was a little compact but we didnt come to hang out in the room, we stayed for the NASCAR race Beds were comfortable, A/C was cold, shower was hot with good pressure, and was close to track with easy access to get on 114

Several choices of restaurants and stores within few minute drive Breakfast was provided that hit the spot with options for everyone And of course kids loved the pool! This will be our go to for races in the future!

I’m there to sleep Mattress is too firm Pillows are these tiny little square pillows

Registered 4 guests, only had 2 bath towels Had to go ask for more and they had to write down I had 2 extra There is no way to make your room dark The photo was taken at 11:00 pm All the light coming into the room is from the parking lot lights The blinds close, but aren’t anywhere near the wall so all that light comes in Breakfast was no where near BW standards Having updated an older hotel they did a good job in some ways but for the most important things: meh

Rikki Taylor

We had to change room three times because the other rooms weren’t ready Should have walked out then Go to dinner and come back and our key doesn’t work

Go downstairs and come back 10 mins later go downstairs and come back to it not working again Ask for a refund and manager told us that it was our fault that the key isn’t working He was very rude and had the worst customer service I have ever witnessed We stay in a lot of hotels and have never seen a worst condition or poorly managed hotel I would never recommend this hotel to anyone and will never be back!!!!

We stay here almost every time we bring the kids down to go to six flags The staff is ALWAYS so friendly and amazing My only issue this time, and it wasn’t such a big deal that it will keep up from coming back but, our room smelled like wet towels and cigarettes and there weren’t enough towels

They did offer us pool towels which was fine with us We still showered and got dry 😊 But we will be back in a few weeks for our next return to six flags Breakfast is always good and the man who keeps it stocked is so sweet and nice

Jeremy Edwards

The overall condition of the hotel was great Most of the staff was friendly as well Unfortunately, they have no idea who is in each room

I thought it was an isolated incident related to our stay, IT ISN’T BASED ON ANOTHER REVIEW FROM A FEW WEEKS AGO A member of our party was given keys to “her room” only to find another group was already in the room Went back down to the desk, given another room Guess what, IT WAS OCCUPIED AS WELL! The third time they were finally given an unoccupied room This created a lot of anxiety for our entire party Who knows who will be given keys to our room during our stay Additionally, both parties that were already sleeping when our group was given keys to their room! We will not stay here again due to the safety concerns created by the employees working the front desk They either have no system in place or they just don’t care about the safety of their guest! If you do choose to stay, look your latch and don’t leave anything valuable if you leave the property

I got this room solely based on the recent reviews I’m not sure who wrote them, but my experience has been anything but great After going and getting dinner the entire first floor reeked of pot

There’s people congregating outside, in the lobby, in other peoples rooms (I’m assuming by the amount of people going in rooms) It’s 11pm, I’ve got to be up early and the people two doors down, across the hall are being so loud I can clearly hear them over the TV There is 9 men standing outside the lobby doors Seems much like a place to come party The hotels app shows this hotel in a completely different location, but the actual location is pretty sketchy, the highway is SO loud, and the pool is closed The only reason I’m giving two stars is that the room was pretty clean aside from the first bath towel I grabbed after my shower being covered in stains and the fact that I don’t think they wash the top comforter on the beds It had stuff on it however the bedsheets are clean Would 100% NOT recommend this place

Stayed for 6 days/5 nights The hotel staff were great The only thing I missed was complimentary breakfast

The gym was more than adequate I liked how it was open 24/7 The rooms were good size The door to the bathroom was spring-loaded, so it closed really fast every time Only issue with the room My wife and I stayed at another hotel last year, but I would recommend this hotel for the price and how convenient it is located to local businesses

Christina Mao

Really nice and clean place I can tell it’s a newer building which is super nice Only complaint are that the walls weren’t sound proof and the quiet time from 8 pm-6 am was not enforced

You can only imagine what I heard 3 am in the morning That was ridiculous but hey it’s a hotel The hotel staff was amazing- front desk and most of all the cleaning staff-Claudia in particular was so kind and always made sure I had enough supply of everything The breakfast was super tasty too It is on the pricey side so be aware Overall this hotel being only a year old and having fantastic staff made it a wonderful stay Would come back again for sure!

Maria Lazo

Stayed a night Great small location off of busy 35 QT and Starbucks right smack next to it

Open spaces for gathering in the lobby and outside Service was great and when there were issues they quickly resolved them Restaurant is decent, drinks as well (Just a heads up) This hotel is not accommodating for babies or toddlers No highchair (restaurant area) and no pack and play for sleep This made our night impossible for us to get sleep and probably the neighboring rooms from our 1 year-old party animal Overall, I would recommend

Booked a King Bed room two weeks in advance at $21612 with taxes for Saturday & Sunday with check out on Monday I arrived to be told that I needed to pay $330

89 After I showed my confirmation email it went down to $29887 They were not able to explain the additional charge and told me that reservations changed the rate after I booked the room I am a Diamond member with Wyndham so I immediately called them I was transferred four times and hung up on once The call took 2 hours, I sat in the lobby for two hours without assistance from the GM who could have manually adjusted the rate upon my check in The front desk clerk – Liz was quick to understand the error and discuss it with the GM & Customer Care and Reservations This location charged my card $15000 at 2 pm and check in is not available until 3 pm Then I was told they have a deposit on top of the taxes They ended up canceling my reservation and creating a new reservation for one night and asked me to extend my stay for the next day I made it into a room three hours after I arrived at the hotel The room had hair in the bed, a dirty shower and the bathroom had water damage to the sheet rock as well as damage to the bottom of the bathroom doors I attached pictures as proof I will no longer go to any Wyndham properties after this experience, they lost a Diamond customer

I should have read the reviews because now I realize that this is a pattern They are thieves The manager is extremely rude

I booked the hotel for four nights and paid $36106 then another $50 that I didn’t understand when i got to the hotel I came from Connecticut to find an apartment in Forth Worth, i thought it was going to take days to get it but i got it on the second day so I decided to check out I asked them if they would refund and the answer was YES! If they had said no i would have stayed for the entire 4 nights Now i pack up and go to the front desk, the manager comes up and instead of crediting my account with $18370 he debits me instead of $18370 I realized it when i got to my apartment So now you owe me my refund plus the debit you just made I honestly thought it was an unintentional mistake until i called the hotel and spoke with the manager This guy was extremely rude and eventually told me to take it up with my bank I haven’t gotten my refund back or the second debit he made I’ve been back to the hotel twice and all effort to get back my money has proved futile If you would not refund the money then at least give me back my money that you claim you mistakenly debited I need help in getting my money back These people shouldn’t be allowed to do this to people

Jose Ignacio

I was in this hotel in room 226 in March The hotel seems nice (not very clean though) and they are renovating some areas They charge you a $50 deposit upon checking in, but what they don’t tell you is that theere are bedbugs in the room

I can accept almost anything but bedbugs They are disgusting and you can carry them back home in your luggage without noticing When I told the front desk about it, they didn’t seem really surprised They didn’t offer any compensation or solution other than a “sorry about that” I don’t care how clean or renovated a hotel seems if it has a bedbugs problem Check the beds upon entering the room

I can’t say enough good things about the DFW Marriott Hotel and Golf Club at Champions Circle From Mallory to Bill to Toni and EVERYONE in between there seriously aren’t enough positive adjectives to describe what wonderful people run this hotel They went above and BEYOND in accommodating us

The hotel is beautiful, the grounds are impeccable, breakfast was awesome, and Jackdaw went out of their way to provide our crazy requests to keep the grand-kids happy Every last person made you feel like you were their best friend; and the service was exceptional Fabulous menu choices included everything from salmon to steak to mac-n-cheese and chicken tenders – which pleased ALL of our palatesThe Executive Suite and connecting King room were exquisite and was absolutely perfect for the three granddaughters, myself, and daughters The granddaughters were tickled that every time they walked past the front desk they were acknowledged – to the point that one night, at 11:00 pm, one of the granddaughters even wanted to go down to the front desk to show them something they made! The entire hotel from the rooms, to the hallways, to the restaurants, and restrooms was immaculate Housekeeping service remains your prerogative For our stay the housekeeping personnel furnished us with anything that we requestedCannot come up with even one negative about this location The hotel, the people, the locationjust couldn’t have been any more perfect

Jessica Gavin

I came here to meet a family member in town for business From the lounge to the restaurant it was 5 stars! The lounge area staff was so friendly Please go visit Tony in the bar area, she’s great and will take amazing care of you! The food is amazing and HUGE portion sizes

Great happy hour specials! And the outside seating area is spectacular, overlooking the golf course, with a gorgeous pool area!

Luis Cuellar

Pulling into this location, I saw the guest parking lot and assumed Google given me the wrong hotel I’m booked my room through a third party, so I didn’t know exactly what this was a golf enthusiast place It’s rate for the night certainly didn’t indicate it (meaning it was very reasonable) when I booked it

Walking in, well, it’s very nice The room was excellent and had fantastic non-golf amenities such as the gym and pool area Didn’t book this intentionally but the traveling gods smiled upon me on this one Wonderful stay!

Very clean, fun bright colors… the rooms have a dorm type look with a desk and lots of places to store stuff The beds are comfortable I would definitely recommend

I think they are going for a young/hip vibe, but technically anyone can stay right? And just because it was an issue at the last hotel I stayed at… no funny air freshener smell Yay! Also, the sheets were soft

Wendy Lehman

Great hotel, the atmosphere was great, i liked that if you have the app and can unlock your door from that Room and bathroom was clean and updated Loved that it was just a shower, didn’t have to step in

Bed was comfortableLocation is nice, right off the highway Not in a scary location Wish the TV had a guide and the soft drinks weren’t so expensive Those 2 things are the reason why I gave it 4 stars

My wife and I stayed from Mar 20 to Mar 22 The hotel was clean and the rooms were nice Very good for the price

The staff was very courteous, which is important to me As a final positive, I asked for a very late checkout time because of the need to take care of something for work As a one-time gesture, they gave me the late checkout time at no extra cost even though I was willing to pay Very awesome!! I know it was out of standard policy for them to do it and it likely wont be something they can do in the future, so i really appreciated it I recommend this hotel of you’re in the area

Wow, that is definitely my reaction I was there in Saturday celebrating my wedding anniversary From the moment we walked in they were so nice

So caring, we forgot out toothbrush and they hooked us up We asked for extra blankets and they brought them up quick They even surprised us with a bottle of champagne 🍾! I was blown away with how amazing it all was We had a room with a balcony and the view was amazing The bed was so so sooo comfortable and the room was nice and big Our balcony had a little table and two chairs We sat out there Friday night and had coffee there Saturday morning They have free valet also They are fast with getting your car to you When checking out I really didn’t want to leave, she suggested we come back during the Christmas season and let me tell you I am definitely booking! If you have the chance to stay there you will not be disappointed, there are lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance See you guys in a few months again!

This was our first stay at this property though we had shopped at the Southlake Town Square for over four years I decided a stay would be an excellent birthday gift for my lady! We were NOT disappointed! In spite of significant remodel construction, our stay was not disrupted by noise and the rooms are sound proofed extremely well such that no noise is heard from highway 114 nearby The hotel amenities are impeccable!

This has to be one of the top Hilton Hotels I have stayed in I am a Hilton Honors member so stay in them frequently and lately I have been disappointed with the Hilton brand This hotel has renewed my love for the Hilton chain

The hotel is clean and well kept and in a great area to walk to get to stores and restaurants Once I checked in, the concierge texted to ask about my room and if I needed anything I have not had that service in years They also offered waters and actually explained that you have to request the housekeeping to clean the room I can’t tell you how many Hilton hotels have not done that since COVID You find out after the fact usually, but these guys are on top of it I asked for directions to a few stores and they text me a map of the town center They also text to make sure my stay was still going great Hands down some of the best customer service I have had in quite a while from the Hilton grooup I particularly remember that Cameron and Stacy were exceptional at the front desk Hilton needs to model all their customer service after this hotel Very pleased

I very much enjoyed the staff The front desk people were always friendly and helpful The hot breakfast was a great start to the day

We were in a (2) double bed room and I hated the layout The vanity was wide open to the beds, the commode and tub were in an impossibly tight space like a cruise ship, and the closet was tiny with poor access The fits and finishes were that of a lower tier chain The rate through Expedia was high

Location and staff are great but I would take your money elsewhere First, the hotel is very old The room reeked of mildew and smoke even though it was a “smokeless” room

The bed was so old that it was indented in the middle from kids jumping on the bed The wall unit could not keep up with Texas summer I had it set to the lowest setting and it was constantly running but not cooling the room Then I noticed the previous person had wrapped the fire alarm with a trash bag When I brought this up to the front desk personnel, he said maintenance was gone for the day and he would address it the next day (I was checking out the next day…)

There was coacroaches in our room and in the hallways of the hotel I brought it up to the staffs attention and he didn’t seem very concerned Our room smelled musty and the restroom is tiny

Breakfast was a huge let down and the staff was extremely unfriendly I went to the front desk to ask for extra towels and they didnt have any clean ones One of elevators had an issue where it will close the doors you press the buttons and it wont go anywhere Your just stuck inside which is pretty scary Overall it was not a good experience For the almost $500 we payed I expected way better We will not be staying there again

Hidden and I just completed a 7 night stay at Hampton Inn in Keller, Texas The entire staff was helpful and friendly

Especially Nicole We were cheerfully greeted, as we came and went, by guest services, kitchen staff (great to begin each day with a smile at breakfast) and housekeeping staff Several went out of their way to accommodate our special needs The breakfast buffet was the best I’ve ever experienced The room was clean and comfortable well designed one of the best accessible rooms we’ve stayed in We look forward to our next visit

I absolutely love this location, very friendly staff, easy check in, breakfast was served from 6-10am and I like that, being I wake up a little later so it gave my family time to get to breakfast The location has a store within walking distance where you can grab necessities or groceries I love the Town Center! My daughters also used the exercise room and pool, they really enjoyed it

This Hampton was a great experience while we were in the process of moving The rooms are big and nice, the front desk staff were all attentive and friendly, the location is good, the water pressure and temp were good, and it had great amenities, solar shades and window treatmentsI’d like to especially commend Ingrid who runs the daily breakfast buffet – we stayed for nearly two weeks while in the process of moving, and her great breakfast was one of the highlights of our stay / experience the whole time

Great hotel, especially for a long term stay I was there 15 nights on business and loved the studio room with the kitchen and full size fridgeMy only two complaints are 1

the outdoor grills need some attention/replacement One would not light any of the burners and the other would not heat the back because of the burners having degraded and blown out And 2 The in-room entertainment was nice, but the cable was slow to respond when switching channels It takes 2-3 seconds to display the next channel which is irritating when there is no TV guide to scroll through The remote would only transmit 1 volume per second (taking the volume from level 15-30 takes 15 seconds) Both minor inconveniences! The pool is outstanding and was 70-75° in the middle of a summer where the temp has been 100°+ for weeks The hotel has a basketball hoop outside and the front desk has a ball to use The breakfast was pretty good every day and the staff was pleasant to work with We’ll be coming back next time we’re in town

Very clean, very nice staff Did not partake in the breakfast but as we checked out the breakfast area was full of apparently happy munchersWe stayed in a premier suite that was fully stocked with a variety of beverages and snacks

Plenty of spare blankets and a comfortable sofa The TV swiveled completely towards either the sofa or the king size bed Would highly recommend

I would’ve given this place 5 stars but the rooms aren’t the cleanest The young lady in the front was kind enough to go out her way to come change the sheets on my bed even though it wasn’t her job to do so Unlike the other gentleman that sometimes works the front all he does is sleep and brushed my needs off horrible customer service

Also the driver I had for the airport was kind and the young lady was very helpful to set that up for me I just wish I remembered their names

Not bad for this priceNo shadows for parking placeYou can not open even a little bit the windows

Fishing with Rip Van Winkle

Air conditioning could not get our room below 75 Hotel desk clerk was surly and rude We paid cash but were also charged on our card we reserved this room with

Room was reasonably clean but after spending our evening outside in 100+ weather it was difficult to sleep in a warm room Vending machines here were disapointing so bring your own There are better and cheaper hotels within a few minutes drive Will be booking elsewhere on our next visit
