This hotel is 6 years old but looks like new The hotel lobby was filled with this wonderful scent as well as the room I stayed in #124 and it was perfect! The room was cold and the refrigerator was cold and it looks like you use filtered water for the ice machine, thanks for that

Breakfast was awesome as well This will be my go to hotel when I’m in townI commend the housekeeping manager for an excellent job 👍

C Wright Fisher

Front desk needs to speak slower and more deliberately for clarity and so guests aren’t asking them to repeat themselves Other than that daily breakfast staff were pleasant and helpful Coffee was still available after hours when lights were out

so that helped me stay alert for late remote work My request for a callback from maintenance was not returned Nor was my call for housekeeping Mgr about my possible lost passport 😤 Even if not located, the COURTESY of a call is part of the job!OTHERWISE, NICE ROOMS COMFORTABLE HOTEL in general I had to pull out a Loyalty card # from over 10yrs that was the last time I’ve been to a Best Western I would return

Desteny King

The hotels out in this areas aren’t like those where I’m from so the choices were limited for me Everything I seen had bugs or poor customer service but wanted double the price it deserved I’ve traveled to San Marcos and Austin once a month for months now and have tried several hotels trying to find “the one” and this place is definitely on that list of stays

Everything was clean and fresh, the customer service was amazing Overall great experience and will definitely stay again

The staff goes above and beyond and all around they show personal touches which make you feel welcomed They are quick and polished and know their jobs well The customer service is the best of any stay I have had in last couple years

I travel at least twice a month By far the top of my list The hotel is well known and has a reputation for being a good value for the money I was a little surprised by the wear and tear of the pool furniture and had to search to find one that was not ripped so badly I was in fear of its safety or comfort Our Premium room had a distinct unpleasant animal urine smell that was hard to ignore Other than needing some updating the room had everything we needed for our stay The black out curtains did a great job of keeping the morning sun out and the bed was comfortable I highly recommend a stay here but am hoping that some updating of the rooms to get rid of the smell-not sure if it was just our or not, and better pool deck furniture-is in the future Otherwise I would have given it 5 stars The staff are deserving of five stars

Great facility Especially for an Embassy Suites which is now a Hilton Enormous lobby, restaurant/bar has good food and drinks

Daily Happy Hour from 5:30 – 7 PM Bar closes at 10 PM The hotel is shaped like theater in the round The rooms are around the perimeter of the property, maybe 15 stories high, and the lobby is in the center Kind of like the Gaylord if you’ve been Nice check-in They have waters, sundries and a few snacks as well for purchase behind check-in desk Meeting rooms are nice, could be better lit and microphones would help Our daily breakfasts and lunches at the conference were nice My suite was huge compared to typical hotel rooms Had a separate room for sofa, desk, TV, few chairs in the living area A bar, wet sink, fridge, closet and bathroom with tub/shower combo in between the 2 rooms Bedroom had 2 queen beds, thermostat (behind bedroom door), TV, nightstand, lamps and a nice bright window to outside with blackout curtains There’s a spa at this resort, too, but didn’t get to enjoy while working

Valerie Lotito

Excellent service! Respectful staff! Beautiful hotel; the room was very nice Parking felt secure and employees were very accommodating; they made it a point to check in to see how our stay was going and asked if we needed anything They were very responsive to all requests! Overall, great stay and great experience

We will definitely be staying here again in the future

Montesino ranch was everything I could’ve dreamed of for my wedding day We had a perfect weather day, we took so many beautiful pictures in the hill country, and we really enjoyed the opportunity to bring in our own vendors Everyonethat works there is so kind and helpful

The set up is perfect! We had snacks and live music inside the barn, our dining tables outside, we brought outdoor games for guest, and they had a fire pitoutdoors Everyone had plenty of room to move around and do whatever they enjoyed We stayed at the Airbnb’s on the property which was wonderful – I definitely plan on going back foranniversaries/special occasions to stay on the property and soak up where our special day took place

Cecilio Suarez

The venue is just beautiful I enjoyed the view, location, and environment However, the lady “in charge” (Pam) is very condescending and passive aggressive

McKenzie was so sweet but following orders she had to rush us to finish our duties It’s in the middle of nowhere and I do not know why they are sticklers to “their ways” No kind of accommodations are available I did not enjoy interacting with them overall as I felt rushed and they just came off as entitled/unprofessional They speak negatively about people instead or reaching out to them directly They have a belief of they host “weddings”, not “parties/celebrations” and are unaware of cultural differences Pam is adamant about receiving a list for EVERY single detail such as when the bride/groom is getting ready and when everything happens when they weren’t present the entire time to SUPPORT the event That’s the job of the coordinator For the price overall of the venue/limits and the amenities and accommodations, this place is overpriced

Anita Ardeneaux

We stayed in a studio at Montesino Ranch and it was perfect for two people The place had a comfortable bed, an excellent bathroom, and a spacious kitchen area We booked because of the access to the river (a short 10 min walk) and it did not disappoint! I wish we had more time to explore the trails

If you’re looking for a quiet stay closer to nature, I recommend it!

I’ve paid way less for way better The entire facility seemed pretty rundown and outdated The staff was nice and the rooms felt clean

Lights in my room didn’t work and the outlets were ridiculously loose, I’m surprised it could charge my phone The block would just fall out The tub was stained pretty nasty, wallpaper was peeling and the ceiling looked like there was a good amount of water damage and mold Definitely wouldn’t recommend

Angela Smasal

Our ceiling in the bathroom was leaking There was water all on the floor & toilet lid We told the front desk, all they did is give us towels to keep on floor

They didn’t move us rooms or comp anything! We spent a little extra in this trip on the hotel & expected that it would be a little nicer The only plus to this place was the location, it was easy to get in & off highway 35

Jasmine Lane

I would not stay here by far the worst stay I have had at Hampton Inn The room was disgusting and was not clean We walked in and we were so disgusted we immediately left and went to another hotel

The room had spider webs along the wall and ceiling A roof leak was over the toilet and had a huge wet spot, the tub had pubic hair in it The carpet was falling apart and was running onto the tile The refrigerator had brown stains around it Would not recommend this hotel Stay very far away from it After seeing all these things within the first 30 minutes of being here we went downstairs to see if we can get the issue resolved It was not! She simply said sorry and wouldn’t give us a receipt I’ll be calling corporate because I was charged for two nights I didn’t stay

The rooms need updating The couch in my room was broken in several ways with dingy upholstery The nightstand was dinged and scratched

Staff was mostly nice, but there was a maintenance worker just sitting by the elevators each day at the same time scrolling through his phone Tough to get into from the frontage road (partly due to construction which they have no control over), and the parking lot was not very welcoming with debris and the scene at the very closely neighboring hotel’s pool I was able to rest there, but I would probably avoid if business calls me up to the area in the future

Sandra Williams

Location is Sketchy(and that’s being nice) Front desk young girl really rude She was supposed to activate my keys

I went all the way upstairs, keys were not activated I went back downstairs she had an attitude My room was paid for by my company for 2 nights We walked in the room didn’t sit down left never went back I would never ever recommend friends or family to stay here

Had a great stay here for one night Very clean rooms and I felt the rooms were well taken care of Mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, hair dryer all in great order

The vending machines are great and both take credit card which is handy The breakfast was self serve and had some decent variety of apples, bananas, yogurt, breakfast sandwiches that you can heat up in the microwave, waffle maker, cereal, juice, coffee The fitness facilities were good The treadmill wasn’t working – it turns on but the belt doesn’t run Would be good to have a spray bottle and paper towel dispenser in there to help clean up and sanitize after But the fitness facilities were very clean still I think I saw somewhere that there was a hot tub, but no, this hotel doesn’t have hot tub The pool outside looked well maintained even though it was closed for the season This hotel is in walking distance of a movie theater, Mexican resturant and Vietnamese resturant, the the dollar store is right across the street The hotel is nice and quiet and we were able to rest up Checkout was a breeze with a clear box on top of the counter to check out We had quite a few family members stay here for the weekend because of a funeral, and I think everyone enjoyed themselves

Great hotel and very helpful staff The only issue I have is the location is right next to the main highway 35 and one way street If you miss you exit, good luck fighting traffic to turn around

Overall, good pool with spa outdoors, a dog fenced walking grass area, restaurant is very awesome & delivers to your room, and the staff was amazing keeping the rooms and hallways spotless

Katherine Hepfer

I recently stayed at this hotel and it was in the perfect location (easy access on/off the highway) I had excellent customer service from the moment I walked in the hotel The GM was in the lobby and overheard me asking about recommendations and she talked to me finding out exactly what I was looking for and her recc’s were all top notch

I appreciate the price, customer service, clean rooms and safe/lighted parkingStay here, you won’t be disappointed!

My stay was decent The frat boys at the bar next door were loud well into the night, the power went out anytime you used a hairdryer, the shower didn’t work, and breakfast at 9 isn’t very convenient if you have a morning meeting like I did But big issue was after my stay

The Inn sent an email with a 10% off code for my next stay When I attempted to use the code the next month it didn’t work I forwarded their own email to the management and the response was that they didn’t know what code I meant, even though it was in the same email So I responded with the code and pointing to the email text therein, and the staff ignored that email completely When I called later the same day, I was told that room price was raised that same day and it was no longer available, but I could have another room for the original rate, but they wouldn’t honor the discount Then when I said I would take it but didn’t think it was fair to send a discount then refuse it, they said I couldn’t have the room anymore Just very deceptive and unprofessional management, and it was the owner’s decision not to honor the discount (that was supposed to be good all year) Lots of nicer hotels in San Marcos who don’t deceive guests

Jerry Moore

Just spent the weekend which was to be a good time with our daughter checking out Texas State and Bobcat weekend Checking in was a poor first impression as an older employee (could have been an owner) barked at us to move our car before we even had a chance to get to room and complete checkin Then breakfast apparently is only for special guests there for mystery dinner guests while the rest of us peasants get scraps

Cleanliness was average at best We typically stay at 4 star or better so shame on us for having any expectations We have stayed at numerous B&B over the years and this is definitely at the bottom Hope the review helps someone make a great choice or an ownership make some positive changes

dawn seibert

It was complicated!First off

we spoke to Cathy when we reserved the room She was very nice and helpful We told her we were traveling by train, and she offered to pick us up at the train station which was a short drive from the B&B We were in contact with Dylan the entire train trip and he was very responsivechecking on our arrival time and coordinating with us But when we did arrive approximately 15 minutes late he was too busy fixing a printer to accommodate our pick up so we had to Uber there And acted like our train coversation had never happened Upon arrival, the place did not appear as it did in the website photos Very run down and in dire need of repair The carpet was worn and stained everywhere There was a musty smell in the entire place The wallpaper was peeling on every wall in our roomThe bed was comfortable and the room was clean But there were multiple light bulbs that were burnt out in the lamps The first breakfastI can’t begin to describe Unpalatable! The coffee was colored water and the food consisted of a raw corn tortilla with uncooked cauliflower and carrots inside, cold Brie with tomatoes and an egg that was like plastic The first thing I noticed besides the horrible coffee was the rotten strawberries that were camouflaged with shredded coconut! I was afraid to eat anything else after I had to spit them into a napkin The second morning was better The grounds were nothing like the pictures on the website and in some of the reviews The common areas of the inn were ok Our stay was Monday through Thursday, so maybe things are better on the weekends It was just a let down from the pictures on the website and the innkeepers were scarce except for breakfast time Very disappointing for the price We would probably not stay here again The bed was comfortable and the location was great, other than that, it was just ok

Finding the hotel was a little difficult, but it’s tucked behind a wall for privacy and noise control The location is subsequently very quiet and the surroundings are beautiful The room itself was very well decorated

They have a laid back bohemian vibe The shower was pretty great, they have a heater in there so you’re not cold when you get out There was water in the room as well as tea and coffee The bar on the property needs their front door fixed and it doesn’t feel like a bar in there, more like a coffee shop that sells liquor If you go during the winter, there isn’t much to do but I can see there would be a lot to do during the summer The things we did not like was the bed is more of a futon material, it is very hard (not firm, just hard), the heater in the room is the old school type so it was very loud and kicked on every few mins so we did not get much sleep The doors are hard to close so every time someone in another room closed their door you could both hear and feel it And finally, for what we paid for the room, we expected a little more than what we got I understand it’s all about location, but we were there in the middle of the winter and we still paid more than what we would have preferred for what we got The check in/out process was super easy and the staff was great

Love this place! A boutique style hotel The room was VERY clean, the rooms are decorated cute The restaurant and bar were awesome

Food was exceptional, especially the pasta! Definitely recommend the “Bit of Heaven” cocktaildelicious! The location set amongst trees and well shaded with walking paths Very relaxing atmosphere Their customer service is outstanding I do recommend Wimberley Inn! We will definitely return and spend more time in the cute town of Wimberley Beautiful area!

The Wimberley Inn was amazing We took a Hill Country road trip and spent two nights at Wimberley Inn We were so impressed with the quaint feel and unique property

The setting is perfect, with lots of areas to spend outside to explore, relax and to have coffee or a cocktail The Restaurant and Bar were awesome We went both nights for food and drinks and both were excellent The food was extremely tasty and the drinks were a great way to finish a day of exploring the town and zip lining The service was very good, only a text away The rooms are simple but cool The entire Inn has a cool “Hill Country” vibe to it Will definitely be back

My family celebrated my sister’s birthday by renting the Ranch House @ Sage Hilll Inn and Spa July 7-9 The hospitality by the staff is outstanding! Nina provided the pool goers with fresh cool fruit and drinks The rental is nestled in a quite wooded area within walking distance of the main buildings/dining room

The food, especially the lunch picnic is deliciousThe Ranch House is serviced by Housekeeping, but only if you arrange it the day before The kitchen at the Ranch House large so we took a lot of our own food and prepared it there so we could enjoy the houseThe practitioner/therapists at the spa are well qualified in providing first-class experiences

My husband and I stayed here over Memorial Day weekend to celebrate our 4 year anniversary What a beautiful serene place! We stayed in the Hays Room and the room was so beautiful, cozy, and spacious We enjoyed seeing deer every morning and evening right outside our window

We also enjoyed the delicious dinner every night in the communal style hall Our lives are very hectic, and it felt so nice to go to a place where there was so much peace and quite, and perfect for romance All of the staff was very accommodating as well, especially Aric Nothing but good things to say!

Anne Grundhoefer

My husband and I had such a relaxing weekend here in the Texas hill country We stayed in the Hayes room for the views and they did not disappoint The room was large enough for us to spread out and it was very clean

The food was great, and Aric and the rest of the staff were so nice and accommodating To top it all off, Shawn and Greg gave the best couples massage! We will be returning to this hidden gem as soon as possible

Great hotel The staff is incredibly friendly! I had made an error on my reservations I called, and the young man on duty on the afternoon of Friday 2/18/22 called other guests checking in to reassign rooms so we would not have to change rooms during our stay! Wow – that was so appreciated! Rooms are immaculate and the indoor saltwater pool is great! Nice free hot breakfast & pet friendly

Hotel close to the wineries and distilleries We had a blast in Dripping Springs and this hotel is the place to stay! Kudos to all the employees who make their guests’ stays so enjoyable

IBx27

Excellent customer care!We stayed one night for a wedding that started at 3pm We arrived slightly early and had requested to move to a different room for road noise, still before the check-in time, and were accommodated When we returned from the wedding to find a plastic baggie containing my toothbrush and toothpaste that I had forgotten in the first room! Housekeeping staff went above and beyond to rescue that for me when it could have very easily been cleaned out and written off, and we are extremely grateful for that

Beyond that, the breakfast was fantastic with a great variety of choices, and no acid reflux for me!

Eric Enlow

We had a room block with the Sleep Inn & Suites for our wedding at Camp Lucy this past April and it was such a solid decision! Kirtan was so nice to work with He made it so easy for us to book and answered questions about transportation and welcome bags so quickly! I felt like they went out of their way to accommodate our requests He even checked out our wedding website so that our description was clear for our out of town guests! I really appreciated everything they did

Room blocks can be stressful and they took all the stress away from us Our guests had such a positive experience and were so pleased to be close to our venue and have a shuttle to access our event!

Horrible place to stay had kids running through the place all night didn’t get one ounce of relaxation The staff are incredibly rude and not trustworthy we’re told we could check in early and get to the hotel and we’re told have to wait until 3 even after we called ahead of time in advance No parking at night

Pool was full of kids the entire time and then on the last day they put a pool closed sign up after 2 days of it full of people Said online 2500 per pet excluded the part where it was per day Needless to say won’t stay here again

Ryan Cooley

No overly impressed with my stay here at the Holiday Inn I’ve had a few different instances of waiting for folks to come up to the front desk, consumables in the room not being replenished, and the coffee machine in my room was a little shoddy Far from unliveable, but not especially great

One nice pro is that they have had complimentary muffins and pastries in the lobby

Raul Huerta

I was wondering if it is against the law to use someone’s name because I’m not going to be able to give this hotel a good review Because my name is being used at this hotel and I told the person at the front desk that I want my name off But I do not want any one to use my name

There in room 411 and some one let them stay I can’t believe that they allowed someone to use my name in this place I want to let you know I’m not happy I’m sure that some one is there using my name you approved I room to be signed into my name I’m going have to ask you guys be ready I’m going to see if I have beetle directions to Seal improving and using my name without my consent and picture ID

Overall nice experience Rooms were spacious and clean The only reason I did not give five stars is because the breakfast closed at 9 AM on the weekend

Seems pretty early for people vacationing Also the bacon was swimming in grease literally, like a pool of grease There was only one kind of creamer for the coffee and not much in the way of bread to choose from Muffins or toast No biscuits No sausage Milk kept running out Aside from that, pretty nice hotel

Immediately upon arrival, my guy was niceThe lobby was steeped in the aroma of a recently-released Glade fragrance which followed us up to our pleasantly-appointed room with a sprawling view of the surrounding landscapeOur group enjoyed the waist-deep carpeting, and the fold-out couch envelopped the sleeper in a creaky coccoon of intermittent sleep

Coffee truly was the best reward, and complemented the complimentary (and exemplary) Japanese-style breakfastFive stars, would Kyle again

Front desk and cleaning people all nice and friendly Great free breakfast Nice workout room

Heated pool Very reasonable ratesThey even refunded my fist night when I found out that evening I wouldn’t make it in until the next day due to a flight issue and kept my discounted reservation intact for the next 2 nightsStrategic location Had a great stay and highly recommend for anybody coming to Austin to scope out investing or relocating there

A so-so hotel experience There’s a strange smell in the elevators and hallways that makes it’s way into the rooms Thin walls, so you’re able to hear your neighbors’ conversations

The beds were adequate, but the pillows could’ve been better The room did seem clean though, which is the top priority, so this accounts for the three stars

We just got to the hotel after being out in over 100 degree weather for the day The air is not really cooling the room I went to take a shower and there is NO COLD WATER

I cannot take a shower in scalding hot water So now I get to stay sweaty and dirty in a hot room We called the front desk and they said there is nothing they can do They didn’t seem the least bit concerned I know things happen, but this a relatively new hotel and this is ridiculous I would not recommend

We had a very great stay Staff we’re so nice and helpful Our rooms were close to eachother

Our beds were so clean and comfortable The rooms were very clean and had a nice smellThe walls are bit thin and you’re able to hear people talking or laughing, wasn’t a big deal but thought I should share thatNice indoor pool (small) Free breakfast from 6am-10am, breakfast was really good We are big traveler’s and Austin is one of our favorite places to visit We’re making comfort suites our stay favorite Thank you!

Terrible When we first checked in, the room they gave us was dirty Towels and trash every where

It hadn’t been cleaned yet The second room wasn’t cleaned all that great either My 11 month old found a thumb tack and had it in her hand and almost put it in her mouth I also found a few pills on the floor next to the bed The restroom mirror was filthy They didn’t clean it And the toilet wouldn’t flush unless you held it all the way down I had the do not disturb sign on the door and the lock on the inside and the cleaning lady still tried to come in and when the door wouldn’t open she kept pushing it to get in Woke my sleeping baby from her nap For the price of the rooms, they need to hire better cleaning crew or inspect before letting guests in Would not stay here again or recommend

We had a 2Q Suite and stayed 1 night The “clean’ carpet in our room remained sticky and damp our entire stay Even with socks on, it felt gross

The thermostat was set to 72 but never got cool and felt humid the entire night This hotel said it offered hot breakfast, but during my stay the manager told us the oven was broken and all they had was microwave eggs, 2 ways, and a waffle press They had milk but no cereal I overheard families saying they had to go buy their own cereals at HEB The coffee machine was also broken so they offered 1 pumpmaster of burnt coffee on the counter I opted for a cup of room coffee to get by There was a courtesy ice water dispenser in the lobby for the guests, but it was empty during most of my stay Even when I asked the 2 available front desk clerks if that was all the cold water, they told me there was also a water fountain down the hall When I checked out, the front desk clerk pointed out that he filled the water finally, as if it was humorous These are amenities that we as customers pay for It is included in our rate as incentive to stay with this hotel This was a very disappointing experience and I will not return to this hotel chainOn that note, BEWARE of booking with choicehotels com They offer a low price guarantee to pay at once non-refundable But I found my rate cheaper on their same site days later and they did not price match I went through the process of filling out a form, waiting for email response, just to be denied If you do have to stay at this Comfort Suites, book with the front desk over the phone Do not book online

This is a really nice hotel Yes, they are short-staffed, but it doesn’t reflect the cleanliness of the hotel or courteousness of the staff I’ve had positive interactions each time I came and left and have had no issues with our hotel room

I love being at the end of the hall because the stairs are right in front of the room The only thing I don’t like are the light buttons, especially in the bathroom I’m sure they are conserving energy but they are so difficult to turn on and off normally Aside from that, we are having a great time here

Hannah Lee

This hotel is a pretty standard Marriott similar to the others However, it is very WARM and the rooms don’t seem to have much control over the a/c, nor do they have safesHowever, the staff is super friendly and really great, so they make up for the warmth (and let us borrow a fan)!

Stacey Brantner

The hotel and room was clean The room was VERY warm The man at the front desk told us the A/c was broken and would not be fixed until next week

He said it was only working on the first floor Hr also told me there is nothing that could be done about it We couldnt change rooms or have our rate adjusted they couldnt let us knowabout this so we could bring a fan?now looking at the reviews it looks like this issue goes back 2 months I will not be staying here again

Very clean and convenient location behind the San Marcos outlets Fantastic for out of town shoppers You could walk to the outlets if you really wanted

The day we visited it was like a 103 🥵 so that was a no go! 😂Pet friendly but heads up this is private owned Location so they charge a $20 pet fee while most locations are free if you are a member Along with the pet fee they ask you sign a waiver or two, it was kinda annoying Staff was friendly and helpful It was a perfect stay for those no frills trips close to shopping We had a late check-in and the area was safe with nearby food

Steve Cowden

Modern hotel that’s situated pretty close to everything It’s less than 5 minutes from the Outlet Mall and only 5 miles from a myriad of restaurants and Cafe’s That’s a huge plus because there’s nothing but Fast Food spots by the hotel

Also, considering we stayed at the start of Spring Break, our rate was very affordableOur room was very clean and the beds weren’t too soft There was a small fridge and a microwave in the room, which comes in handy, especially if you have your kids with you The extra TV in the lounge area definitely came in handy as well My only complaint would be about the Shower Door It jams so you actually had to lift it to be able to slide it My wife actually got stuck in the shower because of it That’s why I’m giving 4☆’s instead of 5Breakfast was good and lots of choices, both cold and hot food were available This was actually the only Breakfast Bar I’ve seen that had Refried Beans as an option and also a mini pancake maker Everything was kept clean, and food was well stockedAs for the Staff, everyone was friendly and helpful We’d stay here again w/o question

david ricalde

Really really surprised that a 2 star hotel would be this impressive Clean, people are polite and helpful, breakfast was great which I’ve never seen in a 2 star hotel We decided to stay here because daughter was touring Texas State and wife wanted to shop at the outlet malls which is right next to it

Location is perfect for both Really surprised by the area too, everyone was friendly and at least this part of the city is great Very impressed with San Marcos and would recommend it to anyone

We had a nice stay at this property It was busy over the holiday weekend with lots of families The beds as always were comfy and I always love the Marriott down pillows! The pool was very small and had too many people so we decided not to get in

The breakfast was typical for a Fairfield Inn This hotel is within a few miles of the Lions Club tubing rentals, which is why we stayed here! I definitely will stay again when I come back

David Eickbusch

The Fairfield is the nicest hotel in San Marcos The staff is super friendly, the rooms are clean and up to date, and the property is well taken care of The cleaning staff does a great job helping guest feel comfortable by keeping the spaces clean

The staff is personable and works hard to meet the needs of all their guest There is one staff member in particular who went out of his way to help us and other guests His name was Dylan Conant I suspect he will be running his own hotel one dayIf you are looking for a place to stay in San Marcos, this is the place

Hannah Clayton

This is a very impressive 3 star property It is immaculate The beds are comfortable

The room was a decent size The room I was in had two queen beds The bathroom had a tub The soap and conditioner were attached to the shower wall Good for the environment I did not have any housekeeping service during my two night stay They offered scrambled eggs, omelets, waffles, breads, oatmeal, beverages, juice for the complimentary breakfast The front desk staff was excellent Very friendly and helpful Just off 35 in New Braunfels and very convenient for my visit

Great hotel This was a personal trip, which I don’t do often at all I travel regularly for work and have come to expect great service and a super clean room

I got that and beyond here They even had a deodorant stick for me when I realized I forgot one The gentleman at the desk didn’t have any on him, but went far out of his way to call around to find some Great folks – I expect to be back and will absolutely stay here!!
