Everything was wonderful The room, the hot shower, the coffee in the room, the beauty and cleanliness of the room, the breakfast, the fast way to check in and out

nice place to jog outside of the hotel It is in walking distance to all the restaurants, movie theater, nice stores to shop tooclose to the freeway The service is excellent

Stan Axe

The hotel was very nice but the price for the room was not what I was quoted ($17500) Ask or watch out for the extra charges Transient occupancy tax ($17

50), City tourism tax ($350) Guest parking ($1000) The refrigerator didnā€™t work in the room Had to throw out almost $20 in cheeses and beef stick The pool was dirty And not even a continental breakfast for no charge

Barbie Johnson

Horrible! The only good thing is the Lobby and staff were nice Bad smell on the 4th floor and also in my room #426 My Brother-in-law made me check out the afternoon after my first night when I showed him what appeared next to my car overnight in the Hilton front parking lot (see photo)

Two homeless asleep on pallets with all their belongingsThey don’t refund for last minute cancellations so had to eat the $20273 second night! DO NOT STAY! Yep close to mall, but not well maintained and homeless encampment in their parking near the hotel entrance!

Rooms were small, but the “living” area was separated from the “sleeping” area by a wall, which was a cool idea TV was situated between the bed and the sofa, so it was at an angle for both, which was not a cool ideaWalls were thin

I don’t need to hear conversations in the hallway or the next room Bed was comfy, but the heater/AC drove my wife nuts Because of that, she won’t want to go back

Shannon Roth

Close to Antelope Valley HospitalFront desk was excellent and easy to work with as I added additional daysThe couch and mini fridge were helpful for a long, stressful stay

Not sure what the cleaning schedule was supposed to be Housekeeping came on days 1 and 3 but no service on days 4-6Breakfast is basic (scrambled eggs, sausage, toasted breads, cereal, yogurt, bananas/oranges and coffee

James Pellinghelli

Very comfortable beds and an overall comfortable and clean room Did not get the chance to enjoy the pool or hot tub or the other amenities, but the breakfast is very GoodThe shower head and spout need replacing, but still work OK

low water pressure in the sink alsoGood parking and easy access to freewaya little road noise in this area, but not Too bad

Slight issue with the room when I checked in, bit when I raised the concern with the front desk that very promptly moved me to another room which was absolutely fineWeird mix of renovated and old It’s obvious the rooms have had new carpet, a lick of paint and updated furniture but the bathrooms are the older style

Not an issue really just don’t expect one of the ultra modern HIEStaff were absolutely amazing, courteous and helpful, and as always the room was very clean Standard IHG stuff such as plenty of parking, and good coffee I overslept so did not have breakfast, but they’re breakfast opens super early (5am I think) which is indicative of their usual trucker clientele)All in all, represents excellent value for money, and lives up to expectations

Rich Shipley

I’ll start with the staff They were super friendly However, for a Holiday Inn Express this property falls way short of expectations

I checked in and the elevator didn’t work, which was fun with luggage plus gear I had to bring up to the room No television remote in the room They brought one up but it wouldn’t shut the TV off Shower drained so slow it was a full on bath by the time the water warmed up One of the stairwell entrances card reader doesn’t work and you can tell it hasn’t in a long time because you can just pull the door open Breakfast was missing normal items you expect at this brand

Rachael Marquez

We ended up not not staying in the room at all and they still charged me the 252 dollars All they had to do was send an email to booking and say it was okay and they wouldnā€™t do that With everything in the world being so expensive and what not you would think they would have a heart and just send the email for me to refund the room I never stayed in but she couldnā€™t even do that for me

Will never attempt to go to any holiday inn again Very upset and disappointed

Very clean room Had minimal contact with employees (no need to) they were very sweet and welcoming when I did The pool is small but was perfect for my kids to play in ,no one else was there

No jacuzzi wasnā€™t an issue for us The breakfast options were not as some Iā€™ve been to but good none the less The walls are thinner then I assumed while it wasnā€™t a problem at night in the hall way you can hear and our neighbors were enjoying the morning! (Again good for them ) didnā€™t bother me as I only herd anything when passing in the walk way Not through the room walls

Trevor B

The staff is excellent and friendly Rooms are set up efficiently and come with a microwave, refrigerator, and pantry A shower and tub were in every room Iā€™ve stayed in

Everything was clean Highway noise can be an issue at this location but was not something that usually bothered me If you need easy access to the freeway with many food options, this is probably one of your better betsThe only thing I wish was different about the rooms is some sort of different wall decor This photo seems to be in every single room! Sometimes I want to see something different than Joshua trees

Tiya Basilio

We were at the hospital late with my father in town; so we called ahead to reserve a room since weā€™d be coming in late The lady on the phone said she accidentally canceled the info I gave her and asked for the info again No problem

She told us we were all set We get there and they said they had no reservation for us Now, apparently the cost is higher So not only did they not make our reservation when we called, we then had to pay more for that mistake Apparently the room was now $20 more expensive than the ten minutes before and conveniently thereā€™s no mention of the $10 parking fee at booking Our room was okay but could be better The larger suite rooms are preferable to what we got but thatā€™s all they had Our room had a tv that did not work It kept asking us to load the channels So we just went to bed We could hear the people walking upstairs and the alarm was cheap and unusable

I am giving this hotel a 3 star credit because of the front desk staff They are a gem, especially Eddie- he goes beyond the call of duty There are also 2 other guys, I don’t know their names they too were wonderful

The Manager, he deserves an award as well He’s real human, he is selfless I always say that every level of the force force should work cohesively for a business to thrive The cleaning staff wasn’t that impressive- I’ll leave it at that Go visit, and enjoy it My only misgiving was the pool didn’t have a changing room area and an outside shower for washing off

Amy Swidow

This is quite literally the only hotel I can stay in without having immune issues There is no sense in the hotel rooms other than a very light lemongrass smell They use more natural products, have excellent breakfast and every time I stayed here it’s been very quiet

This hotel has been a place of refuge for me during the hardest and darkest times of my life The staff is very friendly and accommodating I literally stayed at four hotels that I could not tolerate before coming here I cannot think this facility and the ownership enough for running this hotel the way they do

Maggie D.G.

Brianna Alvarado and Beau and staff were delightful! My event hasn’t taken place yet but the meeting we had to set it up and get everything in order was done with professionalism, courteous and patience Brianna took a lot of stress off my mind in that I have confidence everything will go with ease Thank you all and God bless you

I will definitely use The Oxford Inn again

The Manager CYNTHIA at this location is very loud and mouthy, not professional at allI called to check if they had connecting rooms as I had reserved them and wanted to confirm my reservation, she began to literally yell and scream at me telling I didnā€™t like her loud mouth then I should not be able to stay at her HOTEL, she the had the audacity to cancel my reservations as a late cancellation and charged meI had to turn back with my family I had already traveled 2 hours of my 5 hour trip

Don’t know what the plus is at this Best Western The room was mediocre, stocked with 2 halves of rolls of toilet paper, the attendant told me the “gym” does not open until 8am, the breakfast was disgusting, we asked for a late checkout which was 11:30 am by their standard even though they had very minimal booking judging by the 10 vehicles parked in the lot However, the maid came into our room at 8:10 to see if we had checked out yet, and again at 11:12am to ask us if we were going to checkout

We informed her we requested a late check out the night before, and we would checkout then She said they had no record of this and as we were exiting at 11:25am the front desk attendee was walking up to our room presumably to ask us to leave When she saw us leaving she acted as if she was walking down the hallway, and as we were exiting the elevator down stairs we then saw her coming down the stairs to the desk What a crummy stay, at a crummy property, and thanks for making us feel like we were in communist Cuba The area is ghetto and the motel was not even close to what a Best Western Plus should be However, the worst part were the staff I guess the Plus means we kick you out by 11am, don’t record a requested “late” 11:30am checkout, come into your room at 8:10am, sweat you to leave before your check out, and send additional staff to your room tomake sure you leave so you can feel like a criminal Garbage staff, at a garage area, and the property was only mediocre

We stayed for three nights and the mattress was absolutely horrible My back hurt every morning I wanted to extend my stay since I extended my trip, but I couldn’t bear sleeping on that mattress another night

When I checked out, I mentioned it to the woman that assisted me but she seemed very non-chalant about it I really hope they invest in some better mattresses

This hotel has a very nice room and kitchen But some rooms have chipped counter tops and broken fridges The employees are not that great

Sincerely is a very nice young girl Ms Anastasia is a very curious woman, she will ask you about almost everything about you Christian will always greet you anytime if you walk through the door as he watches you walk by The manager likes to call you out sheā€™ll say things like ā€œI like your wig todayā€ If you donā€™t like any of those things DO NOT COME TO THIS HOTEL The employees can be straight up rude while the room is comfortable, but the shower has no conditioner Breakfast is very nasty but if you enjoy flour products, maybe itā€™s up your alley Snack bar is over price as well Stayed there for about a week Never going back, employees are rude

We stayed here three nights while visiting our family We had a teething one year old with us which resulted in some pretty stressful moments If it wasn’t for our stay at Home2 Suites, I probably would have lost my mind

The rooms were clean and had plenty of room for our little one to walk around or through the tantrums she needed that came with the teething The room was fully equipped with dishes, utensils, a dishwasher, full refrigerator, a microwave, and even dish soap and a sponge The bed was really comfortable, the complementary breakfast surpassed my expectations, and the customer service provided by the staff was 5 stars There were moments where the teething medicine and Tylenol were not enough to comfort our baby so Home2 Suites became our safe place It really felt like a second home and that is hard to find in a hotel As a mama dealing with a teething baby, I can’t thank the staff enough for accommodating some of our needs We will definitely be staying here again

Good rooms Clean, spacious, cool (mine was on the 4th floor, facing north)Breakfast is a bit too simple for a hotel in this price class

But maybe I am used to European standards?Tough I wasn’t complaining I got free breakfast in the end :)So 5 stars!Staff serving breakfast were really friendly and provided perfect service

I booked a room here for a few nights to visit some family This was the nicest hotel we stayed at on our trip It’s in a quite area and close to the freeway

It has a pool and we got to do some swimming Met 2 nice ladies visiting from Vegas at the pool The room was pretty big and had 2 nice big beds that were pretty comfy I think I’ll be staying here the next time I visit! The hotel staff all seem to be friendly! I called a few weeks before to confirm my room and spoke to a lady named Diana, she was so sweet to talk to!

What can I say? THIS is a Flagship Holiday Inn that shines above all other HI Hotels I’ve ever seen! Feels more like a Hilton or Marriott First Hotel to offer a Film Crew Discount to Productions filming up in the Antelope Valley

no matter where they’re filming! Staff AND management are second to none! GM Alyssa is Fantastic! You won’t be disappointed!

Wow wow wow! My family came from all over this past weekend for one of our family members funeral and we experienced such kindness We weren’t there for long but we got to know the staff on a personal level and they offered us things and we’re so patient with my loud family Shawn was amazing, kind, funny, helpful and even took some time to take a family picture for us, which is so huge for us

Clara welcomed us in the mornings, kind, listened to us talk, talked to us about her dogs and was so nice Many more staff members were just this and more This was such an amazing experience, especially in such a time of grief The rooms were amazing and so comfortable Keep up the awesome work!

Renee Williams

Service great fro The moment you walk in Room not spotless clean

Was suppose to have 2Qn and sofa bed Got just 2 Qn Luckily my other kid, teenager, didn’t come or we wouldn’t have had enough space Didn’t get any credit back for getting a down graded roomBreakfast was ehh, but it complimentary Coffee, tea, juice and fruit a plenty Nice facility overall

Cecilia Cordova

The location is central to many things The rooms are clean The staff friendly and always willing to help (except one girl gave me wrong info with an attitude)

Nice kitchen amenities Sufficient FREE continental breakfast I like the new way of providing bottled shampoo dispensing and huge blow dryer The towels are softer than Stateline, NV hotels Modern TV streaming Parking is ok except when these workers with huge trucks stay here They sometimes take up 2 spaces The freeway close by to easily hop on and navigate thru city Sometimes that brings a homeless thru trying to sell bottled water If I was on vacation I would stay here

The front staff is great and willing to help Shannon, Erica and Samantha are the top employees at the front desk The check in was easy and the hotel provides breakfast

We enjoyed the pool, fire pit and the grill The only issue we had that the body wash and shampoo were the refilled before we checked into the room Shannon from the front desk was able to get them replaced within 15 minutes We hung out in the living room area by the lobby and we felt like at home Thank you for a great stay

First time using Element As soon as I came in I was greeted by Samantha She appeared to be management, reason being; extremely professional, very friendly, and helped recommend a few places to eat

Also got the chance of enjoying the amazingly heated pool The entire team helped make my first experience an excellent one Shout out to the cleaning team as well Room was by far one of the best in terms of presentation and every surface being spotlessWill be returning to this location in the futureThank you Samantha, and team!

First time staying in an Element hotel and it was fabulous! I travel a lot for work and I wish these were everywhere! Shout out to the funny and super nice young gentleman that was helping me check in at the front desk Sunday night šŸ™‚ This hotel is so great, I wish the Courtyards, Fairfields, etcā€¦ would all convert into an Element hotel It was so clean and hands down the best hotel bed I ever have slept in Yummy breakfast with lots of options (finally a hotel with no plastic plates and cutlery)

A very friendly staff and the landscaping was also so beautiful to walk my pup around! Thank you for such an enjoyable stay!

On 5/4/22 I tried calling and I spoke very kindly to a young lady at the front desk to speak to a manager about strange charges on my sonā€™s credit card after being a guest There was a $185 charge and a $71400 charge

He had 1 day and came back and stayed 2 days Those charges were taken out already The young lady was very short with me told me to call back the next day for a manager I did This time the same young lady said she was a supervisor I asked her about the charges She said there was stains on 2 large towels and 2 wash cloths that were not going to come out, so they charged $185 Wow! I asked her why was the towels so high? Then she told me she didnā€™t see a $71400 extra charge at all But as she was speaking she was talking very fast and very rude She told me they can charge as much as they wanted at Best Western for 4 towels She told me that she didnā€™t have to explain anything, and that she didnā€™t know why $714 was charged on his card I asked her to please slow down and to explain it to me clearly Because she sounded angry and was talking very fast again Like she didnā€™t want to assist She started acting more irrational and started yelling at meAt this point I was frustrated at her behavior, but I wasnā€™t going to stoop to her level I told her that she was rude and she needed to practice better customer service I asked for her name, and she hung up the phone in my face I was shocked Iā€™ve never experienced such bad customer service No patience Lying about fraudulent chargers and who she is Would not give her name As well the lack of customer care and attention to assist me If this was her credit card she would be concerned and would like the hotel to help her! I think there is fraudulent activity and poor service at this hotel and this needs to be addressed! I have been a business owner for years I have several employees I would never allow them to address customers this way And if fraudulent activity is being asked about this should be taken care of swiftly Iā€™ve traveled and stayed in many hotels, and I have never experienced anything like this! Myself our my family would never stay here again!

Hotel was disgusting! Our room was not clean the carpet was wet when we arrived Pillows and blankets had stains on them My daughter threw up on the bed which we had asked for new blankets so I could clean up the little amount of throw up

They gave us a bag to put the dirty blankets in and told us there will be a charge for the extra clean up Why when I cleaned up everything already, all they had to do is wash the blankets that were already dirty for the moment we got there All they had to do is their normal clean of the room which obviously they canā€™t even do that Will never stay here again!
