Fun had by all Staff is so polite Kids have such a great time when we go

Water Park is amazing Food was better than I thought it would be Very clean and well managed Not a negative thing to say Your wristband is your room key and you can also swipe it anywhere inside to pay for things by charging it to your room I always love that I don’t have to bring my wallet down to the water area and have to worry about it all day

Anthony Jessica Pontarolo

Very fun for the kids, but be prepared to spend an arm and a leg and not sleep well If we return I’ll bring a sound machine with us I honestly cannot describe the noise from upstairs, I think they were jumping on the bed and then onto the floor, and it lasted until about midnight

Yikes! But the facilities were very clean, staff was SUPER friendly and helpful, and we could’ve stayed for about three days & nights to really have experienced everything they have to offer Kids loved the experience, food and drinks were tasty, and everyone was so kind

Ryan

The water park was fun and water was warm enoughBut if you are going for the magic stuff then best to go with the idea that you can only do it at certain times and that you will have issues with the technology of it While we were there on spring break, a busy time for them

We were told the magic is only open at certain times to keep the kids out of the halls But at the same time they have a yoga session happening in main entrance well stupid but sure why not Then we asked then when it would turn on? Was told 9:00 am Was not the case, talked to manager with no helpful advice other then to just wait till it happens to be turned on, (it was not turned on by 9:20) we explained that we were not happy with the fact of trying to keep kids busy while the rest of the 3 rooms we had pack up to leave and the offer to fix it was to return the wands if we didn’t want them We decided to try and just wait for them to turn on and when they did they had computer issues so the system would have you start a quest then get 1-2 parts and then tell you that you are not on a quest We did end up finishing the quests in the end but overall didn’t feel like it was user friendly or that the people running it cared about it at allI very much do not like to leave reviews like this however had I known this in the first place I would have gone to the great wolf lodge again in Wisconsin Dells that is much bigger, better ran, and more to do in the area So sorry KC but won’t be back

Reunion turn out great 2 Nice outdoor spaces Pool was nice, had towels at the pool

Was a busy pool Breakfast was good Rooms were extra nice Had a conference room for the weekend We used it all the time All the staff was very accommodating Watch the parking If you don’t have a pass visible in your car, you might get towed I will go again

Ramon Fierros

Christa (Front Desk Attendant) and Chase (Manager) are friendly, professional, and competent Location is excellent Hotel pool and basketball court are very nice

Constructive FeedbackRooms need these improvements:1 Replace the AC units (end of life)2 Install a shower door to prevent water from the shower spraying to the bathroom floor3 Shower floors are slippery Potential for people slipping and getting hurt Provide a floor mat and install a hand rail on the inside of the shower4 Housekeeping could pay better attention to detail when it comes to cleaning the rooms In particular, trash under the extending sofa, some leftover hair in the shower, and vacuuming the cornersThese improvements will bring the hotel up to Marriott standardsHope this helps

M W

The location of the hotel is great, but that is the only positive I can giveThe room I stayed in was pretty gross, there were hairs in the bathroom shower and floor from previous guest, there were crumbs on the floor as if a vacuum was never used, and the walls/doors were truly filthy – they all had dirty splash marks, just overall very dirty You would think that for the ridiculous amount they charged the room could have been cleaner

The breakfast was also blah When I checked out I told the person at the front desk about my experience, he was apologetic and polite but that was about itI had stayed at this Marriott several years ago and my experience back then was much different which is why I chose to stay again, but that will be the last time I give this hotel my business You can do better Marriott!!!

I highly recommend this hotel! My daughter, her boyfriend & I went to a concert at Azura Amphitheater in Bonner Springs (less than 10 minutes away if you take away the traffic) and this was the perfect choice to stay The room itself along with the entire hotel was super clean Our stay was short but we loved it!The location is perfect with food choices & shopping all around!

Very nice hotel Very clean and new looking Beds were very comfortable and clean

LARGE room and suite for what I was expecting2 beds, separate shower/toilet area from the sink Kitchen had a full size fridge/freezer, a small stove top, dishwasher, sink and cabinets filled with plates and cups etcThere was nothing at all dirty or wrong with the room I could say My kids thought it was a lot of fun Has a pool area, basketball court outside Nice breakfast with a large eating area2 Tesla chargers and a single lvl 2 J1772 available for freeNegatives would be maybe they need some more service staff? Pool didn’t have towels (Were provided when we went and asked)Random things weren’t stocked like the covid added wipes placed around, which I didn’t and wouldn’t have used, but I just noticed they were emptyNo hot tub which is fine but adults like itOverall was a great stay, would come back for sure

Morgan Halverson

I usually love Homewood Suites but this was a different experience Not clean rooms, pool was not very clean and never had towels Called the staff for more towels (on my cell because the pool phone didn’t work) and got a rude response – and they never brought towels

Digital key quit working and staff wasn’t able to fix it Trash and dirty dishes in my room when I checked in No hair dryer in one room, broken one in the other roomBreakfast was really good and breakfast staff was awesome Rooms are big and hotel location is great

I stayed here with my little dog for a while It’s a quiet, clean, awesome👌place to stay; everyone makes you feel at home, good people, friendly staff all the way around Lots of things are available to do, from taking a dip in their indoor pool to a BBQ outside or taking a walk down town and more 😀

There are lots of places to eat within walking distance too! “Ashley,” one of the housekeepers made our stay especially good, she took good care of me and my doggie, always made sure I had a clean room, and plenty of coffee for in the morning, 🌄 😀 I would definitely recommend this place, with or without your best friend 🦮 🐈

Tammy Kennedy

This room was very nice However, our tub was very dirty & the potty had dried pooh in it! So we were not able to shower on our stay at this room The potty we had no choice but to line it with toilet paper & use it

JeriAnnette Moore was one who got our room & she did make complaint and was told they would take 50% off next stay at Hampton But I feel her & I deserve free stay as we had traveled 987miles and could not shower at all and then had to line the toilet before each use plus had to look at the dirty pooh inside it everytime we went to use it! Housekeeper that cleaned this room prior to our stay definitely did a terrible job of housekeeping Very sad to have such a beautiful room but still be dirty

First our room was cool, despite the portable air conditioner sitting in the bedroom and could have been a tripping hazard We noticed our room was 1of 2 with this kind of unit being vented out the window Second when we got ready to use the hot tub, it didn’t work

When I asked the desk, I was told it was out of order and they probably should get a sign up Then after I showered I looked all over the room for a hair dryer, nothing So I tried to call front desk, and the phone didn’t work So I got dressed and went to front desk I was told they were in the process of replacing the hair dryers I asked if they had one I could take up to the room and was told no The motel wasn’t full, but no offer to get one from another room Finally when we went down to eat, I thought a bagel might be good When I started cutting it, the guy next to me who had just tried fixing a bagel told me good luck that I might need a chainsaw Threw it away, went for eggs, they were cold Ugh! Definitely not a good stay

K R

Hotel was very dirty- bathroom had hair all over it The room did It appear to have been cleaned in some time

Rooms are out dated and not maintained Bed was overly firm We were traveling with other families and they had ants in their room Hotel staff sprayed but did not offer another room or to compensate them Breakfast was not good Entire hotel needs a good scrub down and remodel Only plus is it’s proximity to things Would not recommend

Erica Sharp

They were short staffed on our weekend stay We paid for the highest room for a couples getaway and our floors were not well cleaned, the remote for the TV didn’t work, the bed and pillows felt so hard and lumpy and the front desk couldn’t be inconvenienced for anything I can appreciate the low staff causing stress, but rudeness when we call and make a request is not acceptable

Won’t be going back and not worth what we paid It’s a bummer because the jacuzzi suite has great potential

This was our second time staying at The Steamboat Inn and once again, it was perfect! The home has so much history and charm it transports you back in time Rooms are beautifully decorated, luxurious, quiet (you cant hear any sounds from anyone else in the home) comfortable (beds, sheets and pillows are wonderful) and so clean Glenna and Rob are the most wonderful hosts

We have had the most amazing breakfasts ( I think Glenna should open a restaurant in Weston ) and fabulous, fun and tasty happy hours with them (they are a hoot to talk to, get to know and share stories with) They have truly thought of everything to make your stay feel more like a resort stay than a bed and breakfast Outside the two upstairs rooms there are two hutches One has a coffee machine with all the flavors you need, a small fridge stocked with assorted waters The other has a basket full of yummy goodies should you find yourself in need of a midnight snack along with a wine opener and wine glasses (which came in handy during both of our stays)The downstairs bedroom has all of that right in your own room! Soft luxurious robes are provided in each room The outside back porch has beautiful furniture to sit on and a swing that gives you a great view of the town We are already planning our third visit Stop looking, you have found your resort in Weston Enjoy!

Karin Mally

Glenna and Rob were the most amazing hosts When we arrived in town from Omaha, they made us feel comfortable immediately We enjoyed hanging out with them and talking and learning about the home and sharing happy hour

The beds were comfortable, the house is meticulous, all the amenities that you would ever need Breakfast was to die for, she is a wonderful cook! They were very enjoyable to be around, looking forward to coming back – Kurt and Karin

Mark McConnell

My wife and I stayed at the Weston Steamboat Inn and loved it! The hosts are amazing, friendly and made our visit something to remember The Inn is like a step back in time and a great place to relax, the town of Weston is quiet and fun and easy to get around We really enjoyed sitting on the back deck around the fire pit and having a glass of wine, the breakfast is off the charts

We will be coming back with friends sometime again soon I highly recommend staying here and you won’t be disappointed

Long wait for coffee to be delivered to room Only clean once a week Electric range had errors almost every day

Breakfast eggs and sausage was awful Need better products Frequently ran out of orange juice Coffee served at breakfast was weak Huge sized one bedroom Need desk and a chair in bedroom Free laundry machines Confusing layout, most confusing hotel design ever Nice staff but hardly ever saw them Tiny towels at pool Pool was great and clean and had great hours Free iced water at gazebo in cooler was a great surprise Gas grill and charcoal grill for free by reservation!

Yasin Javed

I stayed at Hotel Holiday Inn Express for eight days from 19th May to 27th May 2022 The hotel construction is very confusing, and one requires several days to get used to it The hotel staff is also not very cooperative as they give you a map during check-in, which isn’t very helpful

My overall experience was terrible because of the poor service The hotel only offers weekly cleaning Despite several requests to provide minor services, at least such as towels, cleaning trash cans, etc, the hotel staff never provided such assistance I requested the manager as well, and though she promised full-service every day, I checked out without receiving any service I stayed there with my wife and two kids, and we survived on three large towels only We also ran out of shower gel on our fifth day of the stay In addition, the lamp in master bedroom was out of order I have also attached the picture of overflowing trash can

I would like to thank the Fairfield Inn and Suites in Leavenworth for being so fabulous this past weekend! We were greeted by the absolute sweetest girl at check in Friday night I did not grab her name but I should have We were there with a softball team, who played softball all day Saturday

They were so disappointed that the pool was not filled yet since it was almost 100 outside, and they were hot and tired Stacey, the lady working the front desk, kindly coordinated with the hotel next door, so that our team of girls could use their pool for an hour to cool off She did not have to do that for us, and went out of her way to make sure our girls were happy Kudos Fairfield Inn for having employees who go the extra mile to make sure your guests leave happy The entire facility was spotless, everyone was so friendly, and it was just a great stay

Brandon Bowman

Great hotel to stay at when visiting Fort Leavenworth There is a breakfast bar that is good for the price The rooms are very nice and include a refrigerator

The in room bathrooms were above standard and really made the stay enjoyable There is plenty of parking at the hotel The drive to the front gate of the base is about 2mins and is easy to commute

CJ. Der Risener

The management went out of there way to accommodate me I was scheduled to bounce around to other Marriott’s due to over booking, but management here found a way for me to stay for the whole 3 weeks Stacy at the front desk was very friendly and always had something nice to say 😀 She kept the front lobby clean and the coffee station stocked

For long stays, the cleaning crew only cleans your room once a week, but you can always get fresh towels from the front desk and toiletries upon request They have a nice BBQ areas with multiple seating areas with firepit tables They have continental breakfast, but the waffle machine didn’t work properly, so they removed it They put the pre-made waffles in a warming pot, but they were hard as rocks So they still need to work out the waffle thing lolOverall enjoyed my stay

My husband and I decided to honeymoon in Weston, MO and I booked the cottage so that we would have our own space as that was something we both preferred The cottage is so cute!!! Jacuzzi/bath, a bed with adjustable settings (king), a patio outside which I utilized several times while we stayed there There’s a coffee maker as well in the cottage

Breakfast is served in the main B&B and it is sssssoooo yummy!!!! I booked this stay a year in advance Rooms full up fast It was a short and sweet get away for us, but we loved it!! 🙂

Room was beautiful, and house cozy Food was great, and he was kind enough to work out a Gluten-free option Quilt room has a beautiful bathroom tub, and fireplace in the bedroom, great coffee and teas, and stumbling distance from O’Malleys, pub n grub, and only a short block away from all the good shopping

We really can’t wait to come back THANKS for being great hosts

Nicholas and Kelsey Jackson

From the moment we arrived, we were personally greeted by the owners of the establishment Their welcoming and cheery demeanor made it instantly feel warm and cozy They went out of their way to make a difficult to get dinner reservation for us

They showed us around the beautiful historic building and showed us to our room which was breathtaking The next morning breakfast was amazing This was a five star experience for sure We are going to take the whole extended family!

Great service and facilities The desk staff was extremely helpful in providing information about the area! The gym has better equipment than many traditional gyms, which helped battle travel-lag Breakfast was well stocked and didn’t lack any necessities

Room was spacious and clean Grounds were impeccable Great place to stay! Will be back!

Very happy with our stay at Homes2 Suites by Hilton The room was immaculate and huge! There was ample drawer space, an adequately sized bathroom, a nice kitchenette, and a desk area The hotel also has a pool, free breakfast, and an attractive dining/lounge room

The parking lot is a bit small and if there’s a big event (like a wedding), the parking lot fills up

If you are looking for off beat and unique this is it! I really enjoyed my stay here! The hosts are so friendly and relaxed and you can tell they really have worked hard on their labor of love They respond quickly to your needs and are onsite so they are to greet you with a smile Breakfast was amazing as well

I loved my french toast !There is also a bar on site! Jeff made me an amazing frozen Bahama Mama! It was just what I needed to cool off! Everything there is no frills and rustic so if you are looking for pristine and fancy this is not it But if you are looking to relax and enjoy each other’s company this might work for you! Plus you can walk into downtown Weston and grab a bite or listen to some live music We went to O’Malley’s which was good food and cool vibes! You have to be able to walk up stairs! The bathroom is up a a spiral staircase so that can be a challenge in the middle of the night Also there is just a tub(no shower) We enjoyed a nice bubble bath though Oh and loved that previous people left origami dollar bills all over the room It is fun trying to find them and read the notes I wish I had cash on me so I could have left one! All in all a pleasant over night stay!

Mandi Wilks

Me and my new wife loved this place This is what you want if your looking for a place with true character, not something everyone thinks a b&b should be We were made to feel so at home

The care and effort that went into creating this space oozes out of every hand crafted corner We were told to feel free to explore at our will, not hesitate to ask for anything And after we were served one of my top five breakfasts ever, Tracy informed us to take our leisure checking out as they weren’t rushed that day Praise

I hate having to leave this review My husband and I stayed here recently on our honeymoon and were so disappointed I read google reviews before we booked and a number of them mentioned it being dirty but we decided to go ahead and give the hotel the benefit of the doubt

The lobby was pretty dirty; we understand it was snowing outside but it still could’ve been better maintained The carpet in the hallways leading to our room were pretty dirty as well And when we arrived in the bedroom the floor was also in need of vacuuming, lots of hairs The tub had what looked like a few red crayon streaks; the soap bottles were not filled all the way; there was a half used roll of toilet paper in the bathroom in addition to a full one By the fake tree there was a rose petal on the floor, definitely not ours There was a chunk of something in the bottom of the mini fridge Also pretty noisy being New Year’s Eve We’ve stayed in cheap hotels that were much more sound proof and a lot cleaner Overall very disappointed for the price we paid and for all it’s hyped up to be The lady at the check out desk was not very friendly and didn’t ask how our stay was This is a beautiful unique building and has a ton of potential but definitely needs better management

Nickole Bribiesca

Everyone was very sweet and awesome Which made the stay pleasurable Learn the pricing before you order, I’m not sure we ever see the breakfast pricing and was surprised at the bill but you absolutely pay for convenience

Things were clean and worth saying again- staff is amazingPerfect placement being close to anything you can think of while also being slightly tucked away The traffic and hustle of the Legends down the street has no effect of the peaceful and romantic ambienceI would recommend to anyone looking for a nice getaway or staycation that can afford the luxury the Chateau Avalon provides It’s not a budget hotel but again, provides the luxury you would pay for

Akimi Weller

Hotel when walking in is not very inviting We got checked in and went straight to our room The front desk gave us two vouchers for drinks since they couldn’t get us in for couples massage

The room was not how the pictures show it We got the Lincoln room which felt smaller than I was thinking it would be There’s no closet space to hang clothes or coats The hot tub does get very hot and filled up Their bar is what we loved the most The service in the bar was very pleasant and their drinks very tasty Bed in our room very comfortable

Oh my goodness!! Can I start off by saying whoever invented Condotels is an absolute genius!! Seriously absolutely wonderful idea!! This place is like your own apartment with room service weekly! It is fully furnished, with cable, and dishes!! Literally all the essentials you need!! A washer and dryer inside your Condotel!! Ms Diane the housekeeper is/was so so wonderful! So friendly and engaging It was effortless on her part

Not sure that makes sense but I will explain I have worked in customer service over 20 years You cannot teach this Either you have it or you don’t She talked to my kids without hesitation so much that my kids would tell me every time they saw Ms Diane and would get so happy! Since I have moved to Kansas now for almost 4 wks I have not encountered very friendly people here However once I met Diane and we talked and laughed it no longer became important if I didn’t get the friendly greetings at the grocery stores here from employees I met Ms Diane at Condotels and that’s far more important to me It felt like I was in Houston talking with my friends!! She is amazing and works so so hard, yet keeps a smile on her face and always asks if I needed anything ❤ Thank you Condotels and Ms Diane for making my kiddos and myself feel so welcomed!! I promise the staff here from the maintenance, to the groundsmen here are all very friendly and helpful!! I highly appreciate this place!

My fiancé and I stayed with our dogs from 8/5-8/7-2022 We have never stayed in a Condotel before Was going on Weekend trip and decided to stay outside of Kansas City, Mo that is just 30min away

My fiancé called to ask about booking and upon answering the man was so friendly, and so nice He helped us out and explained everything Don’t worry if you have dogs, it’s ok They let us know that they will give us a 1st floor apartment to make it easier for our dogs We got a 1 bedroom We let them know we was going to arrive late, so everyone in the office made sure we had a map, and anything we could need in a special lock box for us with our keys since they close at 5pm We walked inside the apt and noticed it’s a 3 bedroom They only give you keys for how many rooms you booked Nobody else (strangers) will share an apartment with you, or can come in We had keys to the master bedroom with a shower and full bathroom The other 2 rooms and full bathroom was down the hall, which we didn’t have keys for to access them I was shocked at how clean, welcoming, feeling like home, the size of the apartment, just about everything The dogs loved it They had a welcome basket on the coffee table for you with dish soap, laundry soap, treats for your dog, etc It’s just like an apartment home Washer and drier in unit, dishwasher too The bed was disappointing though, it was a Queen, very hard and old spring mattress with 2 tiny pillows and that’s all you get Just horrible to sleep on The bath towels smelled very good too!! Melissa is so nice along with everyone!! The pool closes at 5pm, but so pretty and SO CLEAN Cheers to the housekeeping staff, no rug is left unturned, no corner is left dirty The AC worked so well and was so cold The town is so quiet we heard crickets The town is also safe Golf course in walking distance, town not far So clean, so safe to walk alone, they have walking trails, a fountain with lake, and I highly recommend going up to Lavenworth to The Depot for breakfast Wonderful place, just the bed wasn’t any good at all, and 2 tiny pillows to share, and the shower head was very short I’m 6’2 and it was very difficult to shower

This was a beautiful stay! Everything was super clean The staff was probably some of the sweetest I have met in a long time The oven was spotless! Super happy with our stay, just wish we could have stayed longer

Highly recommend this place I have a ridiculous amount of food allergies so it was so wonderful to be able to cook my own food in the room! Thank you guys for providing such wonderful accommodations!
