Love, love, love this place The location is perfect for seeing some of the major tourist sites in Philly The hostel is very clean and very well furnished for a solo traveler who doesn’t want to eat every meal in a restaurant (full kitchen with pots, pans, etc

, refrigerator and cupboard space for guests) The staff was very helpful and kind and surpassed my expectations I was somewhat concerned about having a room on the second floor (16 steps straight up) because there is no elevator in the building and my mobility isn’t good, but there were plenty of fellow travelers who offered to help with my suitcase and other trips up and down the stairs I went up and down once a day and it worked out fine I felt very safe here, and also met many interesting people from other countries I’m a senior citizen (there were a few of us here) and I enjoyed interacting with all the young people and showing them things I love about the city I used the kitchen, played the piano (bring some music with you if you think about it), and hung out in the living area on the day of my departure (they have free hot tea, free wifi, and a great facility for storing bags) I didn’t take part in the planned nightly activities because I had too much already planned, but others did and said they were fun To make the place absolutely perfect, they could put a plastic chair in at least one of the dressing areas outside the showers (would help with getting dressed), up the quality of the sheets a little bit and also improve the thin mattresses (but still, if you are bone tired after walking all over the city, there’s no trouble sleeping) I didn’t even take away a star for the mattress because I had such a great time here I can’t wait to go back

This place is awesome Yes, it’s no frills, but what do I expect for 40 a night? But the perks are: clean linen and towels, exceptional staff, safe environment, no hurt on the wallet considering the going rate is $200-300 for the Old Town area Trust, if you don’t mind bunks in 4,8,10 person rooms book thereI loved it and will return

The best hostel I have ever visited And I’ve already been to quite a fewThe staff is attentive and friendly

The common areas have lots of amenities: in entertainment I highlight the pool table, and musical instruments, among many more; to work remotely, there are quieter spaces; they also have activities for guests that invite the meeting between them, which makes it easy to share a room with people who were initially strangers to each other 10/10 😀

The only reason I’m giving it 2 stars, was because of the staff Very friendly and very helpful in everything The room itself though? Not up to par

We have stayed here before and it was fine, but this time we did not have an ice bucket, no cups, no hair dryer, one drawer for 2-3 people, minimal counter space, it was just a place to sleep and shower, but still should feel comfortable We ultshower payed $500+ for a room with a cool mirror and soap and shampoo built into the shower

matt krause

I had to stay here close to 2 weeks because immediate family had covid The staff is wonderful, even tho we’re still following some covid restrictions, housekeeping would turn down the room if you request it but won’t touch it while you’re staying Which I appreciated

There is a restaurant connected through the lobby, but it totally acts like it’s own separate space Live music on the weekends! Amazing food, met the executive chef! I had to thank him for the amazing food and menu he made! I stayed 12 nights and 13 days and I ate here an easy 8-9 nights! I can’t find one thing wrong! Rooms were exceptionally clean, easy to use appliances, TV, shower, lights, etc All the staff were helpful I mean if you’re going to stay somewhere, this is the place

Michael Szubrowski

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful Checking in was pleasant The room was very nice, modern with a lot of outlets, fast WiFi, even a Bluetooth speaker in the bathroom

I enjoyed the bed and slept well The desk and chair were also helpful to work when needed I did like the grab and go breakfast option but I had thought generally breakfast was included with Holiday Inn One big issue I found is that the pool was closed, and apparently has been for some time In the middle of the summer in New Jersey, especially with temperatures near 100 degrees, that is not acceptable Additionally two of the nights I did not have hot water, so at least I was able to cool off in the shower since the pool was closed The AC worked great at night, but room did get warm during the day, not much of an issue because I was elsewhere for the most part then The location was decent, even able to walk to several restaurants and the nearby park, also very close to many nearby places by car also

I used this hotel for our wedding block and I can’t say enough about how great it was to work with their staff Taylor went above and beyond, communicating with me every step of the way – between our guests at the hotel, transportation assistance, welcome bag distribution, etc All our guests were very happy and comfortable at this SpringHill Suites

The after party at the hotel bar and the buffet breakfast the next morning were the perfect additions to our wedding weekend! Highly recommend!

The room was decent, only downside is the rooms aren’t sound proof We could hear everything But other than that, the stay was fine and served it’s purpose

The location is right of the highway And it looked like there was a small park about 5 minutes down the street where you could possibly grill and have a small cookout There were a few tables out there Take a peek if you’re ever in the area But hotel was fine, clean, staff was friendly

Carrie Wolford

The best part was Ms Essie (forgive me if got the name wrong), who was tending to the continental breakfast bar She is definitely a happy person and seemed to really enjoy interacting with guests

Nothing was lacking on her watch, everything was stocked perfectly She seemed to take pride in her work, rightfully so What a sweet lady Our room was what we expected We were next to the elevator but it surprisingly didn’t disturb us The building appeared to have some renovations done within the last few years There was a good sized parking lot with three electric car chargers We were glad not to have to park on the street The neighborhood was fine, it was on the edge of an industrial park It was along the highway but we couldn’t hear traffic from inside There are very few electrical outlets in the room The desk attendants were all polite and attentive

truecarolyn truecar

The Best Western Hotel is a great hotel to stay at, it’s clean, up to date and the rooms are comfortable, I felt safe The young lady, Tashema I think that’s how to spell her name I was blessed to have help me at my check in Thursday evening, 06/02/22 couldn’t get any better, she was professional, polite, helpful, she knows her job to the T, and most important to me, she knew what she was doing and didn’t send me through unnecessary tasks

The common area is comfortable and welcomingThe hotel is located in a business district, HWY, and just a few blocks away from Cooper River Park, safe enough walk to, where you’ll find the row team on the water practicing, tables to seat at etc very nice and relaxing park Thank you Best Western Let me also thank the older young lady who also played a positive role in my stay; I met her when the first young lady took a short brake

If I could give them 10 stars, I would We stay in hotels that are comparable to SpringHill in Voorhees for dance competitions, this one is my favorite The rooms are clean, staff is friendly, breakfast is great (love the waffles), staff assisting with breakfast were extremely effective

Rooms were clean and fresh The shower had a feature that streams water at your back The rooms are well lit It is definitely kid friendly and is always packed will well mannered kids for tournaments and competitions I think the pool was closed but since COVID, that doesn’t surprise me Not a great picture and it is only part of the breakfast, but…

Faron Miller

A good experience overall Nice size room at a reasonable price Only two issues with our room: the shower head felt like it was going to fall off when adjusting the tilt and the mini fridge tipped forward when opening the door

One general issue with SpringHill Suites is the sliding bathroom doors don’t usually lock Love the included breakfast!

I was hoping to not write a negative review, but this was a horrible stayWe got here around 6pm, when we walked in our room was at 77f We set the thermostat to 68f and went to dinner

at 8pm it was still 77fCalled the front desk to see if someone could look at it, they sent someone and they suggested changing the temperature to 62fThis hasn’t changed anythingI called them to let them know at 9pm to see if we can switch rooms They said they would have to speak to management as other rooms of the are booked, but they would let us know I told them we have a little one that needs to get sleep soon, so please let us know ASAP40 mins later and still waitingcalled back and there apparently was a miscommunication and they thought the AC was fixed, so they never called backI explained again it wasn’t fixed, I have a wife who is 7 months pregnant and a 2 1/2 year old, so I need some kind of answerI was told they would check with their manager again (via text) and they would again let me knowAbout 15 minutes later the front desk called to say their manager said there is nothing they can do and the room just needs time to cool down#1 they don’t understand how HVAC systems work, it doesn’t take over 4 hours to cool down a room 1 degree and mind you at the time if writing this it’s 10:10pm and 70f outside#2 they clearly don’t care about their guestsAs Marriott owners we usually have a good experience, this however was notWe understand things happen, but the lack of communication and service is inexcusable

Not a bad place to stay with great access to highway and also good food around it’s ideal for me

Good breakfast and pretty good rooms not the best but they’re good and pretty clean My dishes were dirty so I ran the dish washer and the couches could use a type of washable cloth that would allow for easy cleaning other than that it was a good night’s stay for a week! I’m returning next wk for sure!

Terry B.

For a suite that can hold 6 to 8 people we were provided 3 wastebaskets One in the kitchen and one in the bedroom and one in the loft None in the bathrooms

We also had to ask for extra towels because only 4 were provided The kitchen was pretty well equipped with enough to serve 5 people Breakfast was served at the building where the front desk was and it was pretty good All in all I would get a room elsewhere next time

Dan T

I’m torn between 3 stars and 4 The double bed is comfortable, best part of the room I got a room with two doubles, my coworker got a room with a queen size

There is significantly more space in my room, and a better couch- relevant if you’re spending much of your day here The bathroom, in mine at least, is ridiculously tiny, to the point they took a chunk out of the door so that it would swing past the toilet I have to wedge between the tub and toilet to open/close the door The breakfast provided is meh, but it’ll do Prepackaged breakfast sandwiches (at least they vary day to day), yogurt, oatmeal nothing fresh except overly green bananas A/C works well and no offensive odors The staff at the front desk were good at giving us a laugh, I enjoyed our interactions with them The room service only came one and a half times overa week span Overall, I’d stay here again, so I guess 4 stars it is

I have stayed at this location several times and had a very nice stayTony in the kitchen did an outstanding job of providing good hot food and was so pleasant and gracious He happily took care of some special requests we had for him

My son who is extremely hard to please was very satisfied with the service we were provided Maria in housekeeping discovered my wallet in the room and the manager notified me immediately that I had left it behind before I had even realized that I had left it in the room Kevin at the front desk and Dana were courteous and professional I highly recommend this Homeward suite if you need to stay in either the cherry hill or even the Philadelphia area It’s just a short drive into the city and you can save yourself the city hotel parking fees It’s also only about 5 miles away from the New Jersey Transit train in to Philly which can save you even more money I will be coming into Philadelphia in the next month and plan to stay at this Homewood suite again

Kathie Hults

My husband and I stayed for 3 nights The room was really nice

cleanand comfortable My only issue is that I requested cleaning services the second and they didn’t clean anything Finally had to go get clean towels ect ourselves Also wewere supposed to receive some sort of snack bag and never did Other than that we loved our stay!

David O

Rooms are fine but the operation is a disaster We just got back from a 5 night stay and the problems were plenty; pool closed one day, Internet down for day and a half, room not cleaned well, not told they don’t provide daily housekeeping, not enough staff to make our pullout sofa so had to get a bag of linens from desk Worst of all though is their garbage pick up times

We were luck enough to have a 1st floor room near the bins and were woken up at 515am Monday and just after 6am Tuesday Best part is leaving 4 messages for the manager Frank Hill and not get any response Strong recommendation to find another property

We liked our stay at Hyatt Place; it was very clean, and they did offer breakfast When we got there the staff was friendly courteous and professional They informed us that they had implemented a policy of no contact with the cleaning staff because of COVID19, but we could call to receive fresh linen, unlike some other hotels where they offered nothing

No clean linen or explanation for anything Our only problem had to do with remodeling and refreshing of the hotel The Hyatt is in need of an update other than that I would recommend this hotel as worth the stay

Savannah Taylor

I would definitely stay here again! Good service, comfortable room with really lovely modern furnitureOnly complaints were that the bathtub could have been cleaner (found a couple loose hairs and dirty spots that would have easily been rubbed off), and there were a couple mold spots on the shower curtain But I still felt comfortable taking a shower and otherwise everything was great

This was the perfect spot for us because we were on a road trip and we were leaving the Philadelphia area the next morning for Connecticut So we completely missed the Philly traffic the next day by staying there and it was really easy to get going onto our next destination

David Hedrick

This is really a great place to stay Clean rooms Comfortable beds

The only thing lacking was a more expansive breakfast option They’re still operating on mostly prepackaged items, which is a surely a relic from the pandemic But many other hotel chains have returned to normal in that regard And we’ve long since determined that COVID doesn’t primarily spread through contaminated surfaces, so it just seems like unnecessary overkill at this point Masks are optional, but we can’t have a regular breakfast? Seems odd Otherwise, I’ve never had a bad Hyatt place experience, and this lived up to that record

Would never stay at this hotel again!! There for my sons wedding Should have realized what I was dealing with when they gave the bridal suite to one of the other guest at check in More than 24 hours after check out, they tapped my credit card again for approximately $300 and can give me no explanation whatsoever what this charge is for…fraud?? What they have mastered is the art of “a manager will speak with you later tomorrow “

You didn’t take my money out “tomorrow “ so why do I have to wait to get detail of charge?? The rooms were all left in impeccable condition at check out They were not staffed for wedding after party and guests were waiting 30+ minutes to get a single drink Very unorganized to say the least Their service did not meet basic necessity Half of the rooms had no hair dryer, none of the rooms had refrigerators or microwaves I will certainly be speaking to the wedding venue who referred us there to inform them of the disgraceful manner in which they treat their guests Maybe time to connect with a hotel that reflects their upscale values and the Westin Mt Laurel is bottom of the scale in my opinion as well as many of our guests

Jennifer Kim

There were several opportunities for the hotel to make my husband’s stay right No steps were taken If 6 of your housekeeping staff called in sick – if should probably call your guests to let them know check in would be delay or find different accommodations

But that wasn’t done My husband arrived at 5 pm – well after check in time Took over 40 minutes for him to get “checked in” to an in uncleaned room He just needed to take a shower before going to a family event and was told by the time he came back the room would be cleaned He arrived back at the hotel around 2am Room still hadn’t been cleaned There was no call from the hotel to let him know So he went to the front desk No solution was provided so he slept in an unclean roomSo then I call the hotel in the morning and spoke with a Carolina – told me she was a manager She seemed sympathetic and offered points Stated that it would take a couple of days to adjust I wait the requisite number of days No points Called back the hotel – she’s on vacation so I asked to be transferred to the customer service line Spoke to a rep on the phone and was told no points had been entered in nor had any notes been added Got to a supervisor who was rude, spoke over me and hung upWorst experience ever

Logan Smith

DO NOT STAY HERE This place ruined my wedding day from start to finish The front desk lady with greasy red hair was beyond pathetic and extremely rude

Our room block for our wedding guests was so messed up and we could not have been any more embarrassed Our bridal and groomsmen ready rooms were booked on the wrong date and had to be moved last minute, the fault of solely the hotel My husband was promised his things would not be touched and when we returned to pick them up, they were thrown in another room This hotel has no respect for its guest and honestly should be shut down It’s completely run down and the rooms are dingy Do yourself a favor and run the other way from this property You too, will have the worst stay of your life I will never go back or recommend this place to anyone We were charged multiple times for our rooms because the front desk has no idea what they are doing STAY AWAY

We recently stayed for a week and loved it! Yvonne & Jake were wonderful hosts and they make sure you have everything you need for a lovely stay It was the perfect place to base ourselves while visiting relatives in the area, day trips to the shore, or just taking an easy walk to shops and restaurants on the main street or around the historic Pitman Grove The Inn is beautiful and the bed was very comfortable (I’ve read this in other reviews too)

We enjoyed our excellent breakfast each morning out on the porch We were surprised how quiet it was in our room even when all of the rooms were occupied We look forward to staying here again!

We were looking for a short overnight getaway for our honeymoon when I stumbled across a listing for The Inn at Holly We were so happy with our stay! We made the trip from Northern NJ and it was worth it Jake and Yvonne we’re very gracious

The Inn was clean, quaint, peaceful, and located in a very nice location of town We had such a relaxing time and will definitely be back to visit again

Every bit as charming, cute, and clean as it looks in the photos! We stayed here for a night for our wedding anniversary Loved that we could walk to down for good food and ice cream The carriage house is so cute and nice to hang out in after we came back from dinner

This place is brand new and very nice The rooms look nice and are clean Staff was helpful and friendly

But if u need rest, find someplace else This place was built very much on the cheap You can hear normal conversations between rooms and if you’re not on the top floor get ready to hear every footstep of the people above you You’ll also get the enjoy the roar of the highway and every car that passes by in the parking lots At almost 300$ for the night you can do much better

Shereen Xavier

First of all this hotel is so concerned about saving their towels and cups over guest satisfaction We had one large towel and 3 floor mats when we first came in They don’t offer housekeeping even if you request it unless u stay there for over 5 days

When asked for fresh towels they made us bring the old towel to the lobby!!! Like what the hell? We def do not recommend this hotel, we had yo stay here because it was part of a wedding block They need a refresher course on hospitality since they are in the hotel business

Jerit George

I usually will write a negative review if a place deserves one but I enjoyed my stay here Went for a cousins wedding for 2 nights and the process was very smooth Nice rooms, not too expensive

Staff was great, Jocelyn at the front desk was very nice and even arranged for me to get some room swaps because the sleeper sofa was not available Also they had no problem with us enjoying some drinks on the lobby and making me some key cards when I misplaced them On top of that, my father forgot his breathing machine in the room and they boxed it up and shipped it out via FedEx after I sent them the label, thanks Larry! Thank you for a great weekend!

We stayed for (thankfully only) one night at this hotel The front desk staff was very welcoming We even received warm walnut/choc chip cookies that were delicious! Unfortunately, that’s where the compliments end

We were asked to sign an acknowledgment statement that this is a NO SMOKING policy hotel No problem, none of us smoke As we went up to our room, there was a strong smell of weed and cigars wafting through the hallways When showering, the water did not drain properly so we were anklet deep in water There were dust bunnies in the corners in the bathroom areas The phone in the room did not work There were no batteries in the TV remote And the ice machine on our floor did not work My friend, who stayed in another room had food left in her fridge by the previous guests I brought this to the attention of the front desk clerk upon checkout The only thing that was offered was to add points to my Hilton rewards For the amount of money they charge, I would not stay at this particular hotel again

The rooms were decently sized and clean However, we were part of a group booking for a wedding and were staying at the hotel Only half the wedding guests who checked in received their “Thank you” bags provided by the couple with the weekend itinerary and also didn’t receive their breakfast vouchers

This meant multiple trips had to be made to the front desk which is a very far walk from the rooms We also tried calling the front desk multiple times with no answer We assumed they were busy but when once again walking to the front desk, no one was in line with only one person behind the desk This person did not have the answers we needed as it didn’t appear he actually worked the front desk and must have just been manning the counter for the time being I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for a wedding group booking There are so many better hotels in the area

The hotel is a bit dated but for the most part everything seemed maintained The room (#204) was spacious and clean A table and chair would have been nice on the balcony but other than that it was good

There was a small issue with the carbon monoxide detector low battery beep in my room and it did take a while to get it corrected the General Manager reached out the next day to make sure it was all taken care of, nice lady BTW Restaurant was actually pretty good for a hotel Wayne in the bar is awesome, do stop by and see him!

The room were decent Clean But the hotel is old

Housekeeping barely came to clean the room at all Didn’t replace towels or anything I literally had to put the trash outside the door so that Housekeeping can empty it! I shouldn’t have to call front desk and say where’s housekeeping The elevator going to my floor was broken and rusted which is a violation I didnt really go to the pool or gym because it was closed lol It wasn’t great but a decent place to stay only for a couple days I’ve seen better hotels with decent prices because this hotel is expensive for nothing Nothing in that hotel is worth paying so much money for

Hey, my stay was the best I especially liked the way i was treated by the staff Mr Cruz was very accomodating and informative

I will say that Mr Cruz is well trained and knows how to deal with people I was greeted with respect, patience, and mainly he made me feel like i was at a home away from home Thanks Mr Cruz

The “courtyard” in the middle would have been nice, but the fire pit was broken The pool was out of service And at 11pm on a weekend, there was no place for a wedding party to hang out

Go outside and the front desk guy followed the father of the bride and yelled at him that he couldn’t go there The boys had to stand outside the front door to smoke a celebratory cigar Oh, and I had ants on my room We were only in the room to change and sleep No food Just bottled waters No excuse I love the franchise, not so much this location To many little issues that added up And that’s just for me, others in this large parties had some serious issues

Great experience start to finish Greeted warmly, room clean and comfortable, breakfast seemed to be gone when we arrived, as the hotel was full and there were many people eating, but then they brought out fresh food and refilled all of the stations Was helped with a much needed toothbrush from the front desk

Bottom line, even though they were fully booked, they took the time to make sure every guest was taken care of

TERRIBLE experience checking in Melissa O, the front desk representative, that checked my husband in was probably the rudest representative I’ve ever dealt with

I booked the room for my husband through bookingcom, not realizing that I needed to be physically present to use the card on file Instead of helping us problem solve, Melissa was rude, demeaning, and created more problems for us When we asked to speak with a manager, we were told there was no one else available that could speak with us When we started to get angry about her attitude, she told us that she could deny us checking in for any reason and if we didn’t do what she said, she would not let my husband check in When asked for the policy stating she could do that, she refused to give it to us and continued to tell us we were wrong The whole experience dealing with her was just absolutely awful After all this, my credit card, the one she told us we could not use, was ultimately charged for the stay causing us to be double chargedTo top it all off the room was only moderately clean, but we didn’t dare bring it up to Melissa as she would have likely just told my husband to leave the hotelI was finally able to get a contact for the manager and left her a voicemail expressing my displeasure However, no one called me back Rather than remedy the issue, they ghosted us I will never stay here again and am extremely disappointed in Hilton Hotels service

It’s a pretty new hotel but you can tell they do the minimum to keep the hotel looking nice We were called by a man from the front desk at 930 in the morning asking us why are belongings were still in the room because housekeeping needed to get in We stated we booked for 2 nights instead of 1

We asked him to hold while we found our booking confirmation He hung up, we called back and he said there was an error in the booking system You’d think he’d apologize but nope! If you’re looking to stay at one of the “nicer” Hampton Inn’s head over to the one off Route 73 in Voorhees The hotel is nicer with better customer service

This is a great hotel in a nice quiet location near to all sorts of places like Whole Foods, historic Cherry Hill, and many more If you are in town for a regatta, the location is great for teamsThe room we had was spotless and comfy and I did not hear any major noise from the neighbors

The front desk gentleman was beyond kind and even got me signed up for IHG awardsIt’s funny that this hotel was better than most other local “luxury” hotels I experienced, mostly because you could tell the staff went above and beyond to keep the place in shapeThe price is a bit steep, but that seems to be the trend in the areaBook here and you won’t go wrong

I have stayed in better Although it has been remodeled there are things that need repair Minor things like one flag pole light is broken

Ornament pole ligts are broken as well Door locks with card access also do not work on some doors The inside looks pretty good but the bathroom floor looked dirty Also ottoman and chair in room were worn Had a good abundant breakfast The decaf coffee looked like tea, it was not brewed right or something

We booked our hotel room block for our wedding here through Devyn and we couldn’t be happier! The hotel is clean, the rooms are quiet, and the amenities were great The hotel lobby bar was great for our after party with a pool table, giant connect four, and plenty of space to mingle Stephanie, the bartender, couldn’t have been more helpful and kept everyone served quickly all night long

We couldn’t be more pleased with our stay Book your room block here if you’re getting married close by! You won’t regret it

I travel a lot for my job I love Marriott but I wouldn’t ever stay at this one again Several of my nights had the awful pungent smell of marijuana coming from one of the neighboring rooms

Several of the hotel staff was very rude Additionally, our door was open one day when we returned The door did not close properly Maintenance did come up to check it and he arrived fairly quickly He tried to get it fixed but wasn’t able to do much at that time He was nice

My husband and I found this place through passing while running from the rain on our Harley Davidson and all we have are very pleasant things to say about this beautiful hotel Not only was the room spacious and very clean but the staff was very helpful, professional and pleasant In checking out on may 23rd I needed some windex to clean the bike windshield and a young gentleman working the front desk that morning was more then happy to supply me with paper towels and some cleaner for the bike

He was also very helpful to my husband when asked what roads would be the best to ride on He even insisted on getting another local individual that worked at the hotel so he could make sure the information he was giving was correct I really Wish I remembered the young man’s name but very happy with our stay Thank you so much to the gentleman working the desk that morning!

We traveled for 13 hours today We had booked through Marriott Bonvoy When we arrived we were greeted by being told our reservation was canceled

We received no notice of thisJoshua was very rude He would not let us us the hotel phone nor check for neighboring properties to house usWe asked for the corporate number and we’re told he did not know it I videoed him giving me this false information He realized he was being recorded and miraculously came up with the number We were then directed to a phoneCorporate directed us to a hotel in another state Not good business No manager on duty We had to leave which I feel was very dangerous as we are exhausted I have been a Marriott member for over 30 + yearsI will blast this review on social media and trip advisorI had asked for a pillow n blanket so we could stay in the lobby to refresh and were told if we stayed Joshua would call the police for trespassing! Really? The insult to injury was unbelievable!! This place need some serious customer service education And, maybe better employees and a manager on site I will never recommend a Marriott property to anyone Just totally disgusted with the way this situation was handled

Geraldine Martin

I hate having to give a review that isn’t perfect, however I am disappointed in the service I received this weekend We arrived around 10am for an early check-in I was greeted with attitude no good morning nothing, it was as if my arrival interrupted whatever she was doing

I said to my daughter maybe she’s having a rough start but her energy was definitely off On Friday I called the front desk and spoke with the same young lady I asked for bathroom supplies which she stated it would be sent right up One hour later my daughter called asking about service and again was told will be right up Two and half hours later I called the front desk asking for the corporate office phone number and at this point the young lady stated the phone ringing was housekeeping manager calling to tell her they were bringing my items up to me Not even 5 minutes later someone is knocking on my door This is unacceptable and unprofessional I constantly use the Courtyard for my trips however the young lady have me thinking 🤔 about other hotel options
