I even saw someone cleaning the hvac filter The breakfast was great and free The workout room was nice and had a fresh water tank The pool is lovely Absolutely no complaints herewe will definitely stay here again

Great place to stop on a road trip We were offered a late check out which we didn’t need to use but was a very nice offer to have Cookies at the check in desk were also a nice touch

The only glitch was we arrived around 10:30pm and the crib was supposed to be waiting in the room for us but since it was not our little girl woke up and would not go back to sleep until 1am

Palwaschar Nawabi

Room was very clean and staff was very friendly and welcoming When we checked out we forgot my daughters AirPods and charger They called us and left a message the same day and let us know we had forgotten it in the room

I called them back and asked them to mail it to us and they mailed it back We will definitely stay there again whenever we visit Virginia again

This is an excellent hotel and we really enjoyed our stay Check-in was smooth and the front desk person was very friendly The room was clean and well maintained

We had an opportunity to enjoy the pool area which was also clean and had adequate towels The breakfast had extensive options including breakfast sandwiches and burritos, egg and cheese omelettes, and a variety of other things I would certainly recommend this location and can easily say that it was one of the best locations we’ve stayed at

I blocked several rooms at the Manassas location for a wedding When I stopped by the hotel, the GM ( Shirley) was very nice and helpful Her follow through was excellent

The staff was friendly and all our guest really enjoyed the hotel I left gift bags for the guest which the front desk staff graciously passed out I would definitely recommend this hotel and use them again if needed

Will not stay here again Not up to Marriott standards and not well kept AC in room had trouble keeping up

The hallway and room smelled like curry or some other strong smell, it was so strong that it was giving us a headache After speaking with the front desk they did set an odor bomb in the room which took care of the smell, this should have been done prior to our arrival as it was extremely noticeable Getting late check out was a hassle and not in alignment with Marriott standards Shout out to the breakfast attendant that was extremely attentive and genuinely friendly, she made the stay a lot more enjoyable

Very nice hotel Friendly staff, easy check in/out Clean, spacious room

Plenty of parking Loved the breakfast and the nice lady running it I cannot remember her name as my stay was over a month ago, but was so pleasant, I was still determined to make this reviewThe location is perfect as there are plenty of restaurants and stores close by and it is less than 2 miles from Jiffy Lube Live, BristowWhat I loved the most, was how genuinely happy the staff appeared to be, just working there, which made it that much easier to ask for any needs to make the stay more comfortableI’d go back again

River Driscoll

Great room with a confortable, king-sized bed No tub but the shower is nice and roomy AC control cools the space down really fast

Breakfast was okay, pretty basic with waffles, eggs, sausage, cereal, and fruit Wanted to swim but the pool looked cloudy and green so I skipped it Wish there were bikes in the gym that I didn’t have to create an account to use Located within walking distant of a very large shopping plaza with tons of restaurants

Lynn Lyon

I travel and stay at Marriott hotels around a 100 nights a year and especially appreciate it when a member hotel steps up when I find myself in a bindI ended up in Gainesville when business plans changed and needed a room at the last minuteAt first it appeared there were no rooms available but Terri and John were problem solvers and found a way to get me a room

I ended up staying an extra night too Miguel, the manager, was very helpful and accommodating tooThe rooms are spacious, modern and cleanThe location is very close to fun restaurants and shopping

Great stay and friendly staffHotel lobby was very welcoming and staff very courteousRoom was a bit dated but overall comfy

Couch was very worn but I have to say it was comfortableBed was comfortable and I got a good nights sleepWish the housekeeping team would have the outside of the balcony doors though Was good to open up the door but when it was closed all I saw were two dirty doors and the dirt was from outsideNothing complimentary though for breakfast, there is a food area but be prepared to pay upOne star less for the iron, honestly it was real sketchy and I couldn’t iron my shirt as I didn’t trust putting it on the shirt

We stayed on July 13, 22, if that helps with knowing who the staff was working The two gentlemen who checked us in and worked overnight were so very friendly and extremely helpful The two young ladies in the morning were so kind and helpful as well

The room was clean, beds comfortable, shower and the products were amazing Only thing I would have wished for was a hot tub/outdoor pool That would have been nice But not taking any stars away from the staff So friendly Thank you for all your help Will come again

The lady working the breakfast always has a smileThe fitness room has basics There is a pool but haven’t used it Very close to nice restaurantsEasy access

Mustafa DINCTURK

It is fun to be here; We always bet with my son if our door card will work to open the door or fail again and the one losing usually come back to lobby to recode the card The Associates are very welcoming and polite as a plus side for this place The room smells very old and humid

Staff is great but the rest should be at least from last decade

This Hilton Garden Inn is a nice place to stay If you prefer a bathtub in your room, that’s still an option at this hotel The breakfast options are convenient and depending on your Hilton Honors level could be included with your stay

The staff is friendly and do their best to accommodate guests It would be nice if coffee was available throughout the day at no cost to guests However, they do have free coffee in your room and a coffee machine in their small convenience shop for a fee I’ve stayed at this location dozens of times I definitely would recommend staying here for a short or long term stay

My husband and I stayed for two nights while waiting out a winter storm Our room was clean a spacious Check in was fast and easy

Staff was friendly The bartender Mohamed aka Moe was awesome He was friendly and gave us great service He also helped us melt the ice off our uhaul door With out his help it would have taken us an hour to get the ice off! We enjoyed our stay

Kashmir Hoffman

I gave this hotel a 3, and here’s why Though upon first entry of the facility you can see how well the maintenance upkeep is and the color catching, aesthetically pleasing to the eye reaction, the underbelly is where I have fault The rooms are beautiful and the staff is amazing, but lack of hot (steaming) water and comfortable beds leaves me wanting

I have enjoyed my stay, but I will be leaving tomorrow to seek somewhere that feels a little bit more like home Thank you for your courtesyUPDATE: I did leave the hotel, however I came back to the area and this hotel was the only hotel in the area that would accommodate my truck and trailer This go around, the bed is comfortable Haven’t tried the hot water yet Not too happy that they remembered me and placed me on the first floor next to the gym Oh well, I’m just grateful to have a place to stay

Stayed here during a layover in DC About 5 miles away from Dulles Airport Short ride! Customer service was good

Room was nice and clean Nice shower! I would have given 4 stars but I took one off for the “Free shuttle” I booked my stay here counting on the free shuttle from and to the airport What they fail to mention is that the shuttle hours are 7am to 10pm If your arrival or departure times fall outside these times, you’re on your own I don’t mind if that’s their policy but I would have liked to know that at booking

Kristina Johnson-Vackar

Our room was nice, and the property was well managed Our TV was acting out, but it was just a cord that needed tightened Our AC wasn’t working properly, but maintenance fixed it as soon as we made them aware of the issue

All in all, a good stay Vanessa, the evening front desk staff, was an absolute godsend She kept us informed of several amenities and was just a very pleasant person all around

LilGambyt

This is a fantastic hotel in a quiet, safe area just off a major state road not even a thousand feet from SR28 exit to DullesFront desk staff were friendly, professional, and efficientThe room I had was very clean

I closely inspect surfaces, flooring, furniture, and bedding, and none were dirtyThere’s a quiet walking path accessible next to hotel; great for a run if into thatBreakfast is good for hotel hot breakfast Eggs, sausage patties, baked goods, bagels, fruits and yogurts, cereals, and waffles Free beverage machine, too, that dispenses orange, apple, and cranberry juicesAmenities of this hotel are near identical to Staybridge next door, at a lower price pointA nice touch: hotel has a strict quiet hours policy from 10pm – 7am They will kick our guests violating the policy; clearly posted at front desk

It couldn’t be closer to the airport! Had zero issues with checking in or out, the room was clean and tidy, and the bed was decent The staff helped my wife and I get settled from out of town and even gave some great suggestions for ordering food nearby We only stayed the night, but in the morning the breakfast was fresh and the kind lady bringing out the food helped me get things for my young son that he might like

Chanel Danzey

Great stay! Great location Went for a weekend getaway! The staff was great Especially the night shift women at the desk

Her name was Beverly She was very informational about things to do in the area She greeted you as soon as you walked in the door Very nice person and actually cared about how your stay was! I will be staying there again!

This hotel is definitely worth another stay and yet another stay every time that we are in town The hotel staff was very nice and polite and very helpful The room as well as the whole hotel was very clean…

The pool area and the gym was the same as well as the gym had a good variety of things to do I see the hotel is dog friendly so if we ever get a chance to bring our dog with us it seems like there’s plenty of areas to take them as well as having receptacles for dog waste All in all I get is this hotel five stars and a bravo on all that they have and do

Joe Bullen

Be sure to ask for a room far away from the ongoing remodeling…Apparently this is the last of the IHG hotels to have comfortable beds Hopefully, the conglomerate doesn’t change out the plush mattresses at Candlewood for cheap ones like they are doing with Holiday Inn Express

I got a $100 room on a Sunday night This price was a bargain considering that, in return, I received a full kitchen, full bath, and a king-sized bed My first floor bedroom also boasted a 12 foot ceiling! Having a noon checkout time was an added bonusThe room’s door does a horrible job with soundproofing My sleep was continually interrupted with noise from the hallway and the construction

Cindy S

Passing through during a long trip The location is convenient to the highway but far enough away to be quiet The room smelt nice but, outside airpollution was noticeable when I was outside

The road was under construction during my stay so, I drove 2 miles to Brownville park to take a sunset walk on the nice wide trailI liked the hotel Receptionist was nice Looks as if the 1st floor rooms were being renovated My room was on 2nd floor Overall clean room, decent kitchen, comfortable bed, nice bathroom A/C worked well The gross recliner definitely needs to be replaced But, I didnt have high expectations due to the $108 rate for 1 night weekday stay

Hotel is a bit dated with what looks like last refurbishment somewhere in the early 2000s But clean room and property is overall in good condition and well kept Bob Os restaurant was a bit on the tragic side and looked well, depressing Maybe it was the dim lighting and bulky booths I don’t know but it’s in need of a complete overhaul Overall, I’d stay here again for a two nights stay

I am beyond in disbelief of the customer service and the overall experience in general Upon entering our first room it smelled like urine In that room we also have our baby who uses formula

We woke up the next morning to seeing ants literally everywhere and all over my baby’s things I’ve had to dump things in the middle of a formula shortage Which is a horrible loss to any new mom who has to literally travel to find this stuffReached out to the front desk at around 6am They were prompt and moved us to a different room We looked didn’t see any ants initially We left the hotel for the day and came back at night Before we left we kept everything off the floor, nothing in reach and hung up everything Came back to the room with ants in the bed and on the desk they have yet againWent downstairs around 12 at night to complain again The manager told me we can either check out in the middle of the night with our newborn baby and get a refund, or he could move us to yet another ant roomI get that it’s a tough job especially with a worker shortage The manager was not attentive neither empathetic at all He actually seemed really clueless about what to say or doIf you have baby’s I would not recommend staying here until they fix the ant problem The hotel is very dated at thatI did enjoy a salad I got from the bar and the customer service was stellar from the bartender

Layla Remmert

A really nice Hilton with the feel of an older, grand style Hotel The fitness center and pool area was pristine; both the bar/restaurant and full menu or buffet breakfast was all excellent quality I was there for 5 nights for business; it really made a difference to have all the amenities on hand

Nice little gift shop and hair/nail salon too Would definitely stay again, whether for business or leisure

Byron Gillespie

This is a really nice elegant looking hotel! I can’t deny that when you walk in the lobby and in your room you’ll get the feeling of staying in luxury! But, this hotel is lacking on one very important feature Look at the picture of the thermostat! This thermostat is from the 1970’s…! Please Hilton, update the thermostats in this hotel! My review should be a full 5-star but because of the 40-year old thermostat I had to take a star away from my review!

I stayed here for a week for a work trip and my stay was nothing short of AMAZING!! The staff was INCREDIBLE and accommodating ( all the way from check-in to cleaning staff) Common areas were gorgeous and my room was spotless! I never even had to ask for anything for the entire week Towels and wash cloths were replaced every morning and bed was made perfectly! Everyone who worked at the restaurant downstairs were so nice and amazing as well

This is the first time I’ve stayed at a hotel and was legitimately sad about leaving! Will be back in a week! Wish I could give 10 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating They were more helpful then expected and willing to go the extra mile I love the fact that there were many restaurants and stores within walking distance

The breakfast was plenteous and delicious The rooms were clean had a microwave refrigerator, sink, sofa and two comfortable beds I definitely plan on returning

Tyrone

Nice, well maintained hotel Staff were very friendly and helpful Room was clean and comfortable, not drafty or noisy

We will definitely stay here again in the future Looks like it will be a nice trip in the spring and summer Unless you do valet you will have a walk in from the parking lot and if it is busy you may have a bit of a walk in store for yourself I recommend dropping bags and passengers at the door and only the driver deal with the walk This leads to a quieter hotel though in my opinion, even surrounded by roads Tucked away in the woods is really a nice touch and one of the things that drew us in

What terrible customer service!!! My son was 4 hours into an 8 our drive to stay there He has National Guard drill and needed a place to stay He has stayed there before with no incident

I call to add his name to the room, so he could get keys I was then going to check in early in the app, so it would charge to my card I have done this many times with him and my wife The GM went in today at I couldn’t do that and had to get a digital key In a matter of 3 minutes of back and forth on why I could or couldn’t, he finally said he was canceling the reservation I asked him if he was really putting my son on the street He just said I’m canceling and hung up on me I went in to get a reservation 12 miles down the road with no issues or problems What a joke That GM needs fired I called back and he said he did not like my attitude and pretty much said I hurt his feelings I never raised my voice, nor did I curse at him or even curse at all Sad, sad customer service I have never had anything close to this from Hilton before

Todd Rodeheaver

This place is terrible The general manager canceled my reservation that I had had for a week I called to have my son added to the check in

My son is in the local national guard unit serving his country The guy was telling me I could only check in using the digital key, which I do not like He said otherwise they needed me to do a credit card form I have done this now several times for my son, and not had a problem The guy said I hurt his feelings when I was upset about him not clearly explaining what he was telling me He then went on to cancel my reservation and hung up on me My son is driving 8 hours and has not hotel now I have been with Hilton for years and have NEVER been treated this way I called back and he said he did not want to do business with me What a joke
