We had stayed in a motel not far from here and it was horrible I made reservations at University Plaza and I was very pleased The staff was very friendly and helpful and the rooms we very clean and comfortable

The bathrooms were very spacious with a wonderful walk in shower Checking in and out was easy Though the restaurant is only open from 4-10pm they do have a small convenience store next to the front desk The central location is easy access to the freeways Will definitely return on our next trip to Stockton

Even though the staff from the front desk to the bartender were great, the rooms and amenities left a little to be desired The shower was cool and modern, with good water pressure but the toilet took 3 flushes just to get a #1 down My bedside lamp didn’t work and the coffee maker from the 90s

A lot of modern mixed with old school but not on purpose It was like they’re upgrading things one at a time

ABBA’s Daughter

This was a very mediocre hotel I don’t believe that this place is worth the money that is being spent here It seems new and upscale from first impressions, but once you get into the room, you realize this hotel has some age to it

It definitely needs some kind of remodeling and the furniture needs to be replacedHonestly, I would rather save my money and stay somewhere else If I am going to spend upscale money, I would like to have an upscale room

My friends came upon the Courtyard Marriott when we decided to make last minute plans to stay a whole weekend in Stockton We chose the Courtyard based on price within our budget, location, and how clean and acceptable the rooms looked both on Google reviews and their website When we checked into the hotel, we were kindly and immediately greeted by the front desk receptionist who quickly checked us in and gave us information and tips on the area

When we came to our room, we found it to be very clean, comfy and the bed sheets exceeded our expectations The wall between the beds was nice when half our group was asleep and the other was awake TV had cable which lets you watch a handful of channels like Food Network, Comedy Central, and other lovable channels Towel service and beds were made immediately while we were gone which was very convenient for usWhile our Stockton adventure was a little chaotic, we found the Courtyard to be our safe haven for a multitude of reasons It was great coming back to a clean cozy hotel room each night of our stay The hotel is also situated in area with tons of restaurants and shopsDefinitely one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had and a more personal experience with the friendly staff The hotel carried alot of charm that you won’t see anywhere else I would definitely book here again the next time I’m in the area I highly recommend this hotel to anyone

Room was nice and quiet, what we needed Overall hotel not what we’re used to for Courtyards Dining area AC was out and made it a hothouse

Bistro staff of 1 for dinner hour not very enthusiastic (possibly due to heat), wine was hot, carpets on 2nd floor dirty, food trays left out all night in hallway and not picked up, pool closed, day staff at desk not very attentive in morning Kind of disappointed 3 stars cause we got a good night rest

The campground has nice large flat spots Lots of shade, however, the trees are extremely low for taller rigs The entrance is a steep slope and we hit our 5th wheel with the back of the truck coming in

Not sure what they can do about that part since the campground is on the other side of the delta The grounds are pretty well kept Bathrooms were not as clean as they could be No fire pits unless you bring your own We did not go into the little store so I cannot speak to what it carries We would possibly stay here again if they trimmed the trees but it is a little pricey for what you get The pool did not work for the week while we were there but we were here to boat so that wasn’t a huge deal

The plumbing was screwed up, the pool was broke , to use the bathrooms had to use a code and the numbers were small is you missed up a couple of times you were Locked out and had to get help from manager ( hard when you have to pee in the middle of the night Bingo night was the worst bingo I have ever been to could not hear the numbers being called ( loud drunks ) very poor service the fishing was good tho kids caught a lot of fish

But I wouldn’t stay there again

We stayed here for a few months for my husbands job and we loved the people there! Such a nice place to stay River across the street Nice pool, clubhouse, playground, and just so much to do

Not impressive outside at all however the elevator and inside lounge areas are nice The conference rooms are spacious and the room had a balcony which was facing the canals which is relaxing I didn’t like the huge gap at the bottom of the room door which allowed for you to hear everything and everyone talking in the hallway

The glass coffee table and decorations are a little dated but it’s an older hotel The TV is nice and big and staff super friendly They have complementary breakfast and a Starbucks and restaurant on site

Cory W

Decent experience overall! Two night stay Had an slight issue with our first room Let Sheila at the front desk know

She addressed the inconvenience and immediately set us up in another room Super professional, much appreciated! This location is a little dated and the parking lot was a little more open than I’m used to Restaurant inside was pretty darn good, overall positive experience

So I do not put the good without the bad as well I start with the bad in hopes that the good outweighs it all while still letting people know of the small unforeseeable thingsAfter a long process of getting very frustrated with another hotel we stayed here

I will jump back but after the night we had with a 1 year old kid upset, it was indeed time for a nice shower and bed We got half of that The shower would not get cold what so ever After a call downstairs the rather abrupt and rude lady that was working at night and trying her method of letting the water run for 15 min, I had to go downstairs to which she explained she’d never heard of the issue (so it must not have existed) she issued us another room to shower in That is the extent of the bad, oh well also get snacks at the hotel or elsewhere the 7-11 around hand the corner not a great place during the day and only gets worse at nightThe good though as I said outweighed the bad I walked in greeted by a clean well kept up reception area The hotel make up is on the older side of things but it works At the front desk Bryan made my frustrations go away almost instantly, I would give him 9/10 He was patient, understanding, and not once was his reaction to downplay me and defend the company He had good food recommendations and explained the process to me very well The day of checkout there was a nice young girl working the front named Anastacia who was very very understanding and knee the process very well for what I was trying to accomplish She even offered to leave my information with someone higher up the chain to call me, yeah right I thought I hadn’t even left the hotel before receiving a call 9/10 customer service and professionalism for Bryan and Anastacia Of course there was also Tanya I’m hoping you don’t have to ever meet her but if you do she was acting manager at that time and went above and beyond making sure the other hotel knew what the issue was as well I’d give her a 9/10 and highly recommend these rooms to anyone family or single

The room and bathroom was very clean, homy and the bed was very soft All in all it was a v comfortable stay and we loved Cozmo as well (the poodle)Location is fantastic, just 5-10 min walk to the Pharmacy and Zin Bistro (a v popular and tasty restaurant we managed to go for dinner) And just 10-15 minutes away from the best wineries in townWe Will be back for sure next time we are here in Lodi, Thank you so much Chris and Karen for everything!

Fairly basic hotel in great shape But not basic in the sense that: the room is not small, has a desk/work area, a kitchenette, etc Nice! Basic in the sense that it does not have fancy doohickeys; everything is definitely not gold-plated or marble

Front desk was friendly, helpful, and efficient Room was clean Bed was comfortableWould definitely stay again when I need to be in the area

Joe Elder

The staff is wonderfulI have been here for a month on a business trip and can’t complain about anything

the rooms are perfect, everyone is friendly and welcomingmy only complaint, which I heard from several other coworkers and various patrons, is that the pillows will ruin your neck! They are super soft and are great to cuddle with but with no support I spend most of the start of my day just readjusting my neck to make the discomfort bearable to be able to turn and look in any directionand God forbid I have to cough or sneezeit feels like my head is being ripped off! Aside from the pillows though, amazing experience

If you value safety and privacy keep driving don’t stay here We had a hotel employee come into our room and take personal items The hotel management identify the employee and said they took action but would not compensate us for our personal loss

We had the police come to the hotel filled out a report the hotel acknowledged their employee was in our room that should not have been and they still would not take care of our loss of property This is the shadiest hotel would not recommend on any level I can’t believe they our aloud to have the Holiday inn express sign on their building DON’T STAY HERE!!!!!!

What a wonderful place to stay in downtown Lodi! All of the rooms are lovely, and Tricia is the best host you could possible have In addition, she is a great cook Four of us stayed during the June 30 weekend

My wife and I had the downstairs room where she wallowed in the claw foot bath tub My son and daughter-in-law had the black and white room which they really enjoyedThe BNB is within easy walking distance of downtown where there are several excellent restaurants and wine tasking bars In addition, there are great wineries within a short drive I highly recommend Priewinery, which we joined, and we are very picky about our wines Lodi is a quaint town with lots to do Try it And, by all means, stay at Poppy Sister BNB

My sister and I were looking for a fun way to beat the heat The Great Wolf Lodge is way too pricy! We talked to Melissa at Days Inn and knew we’d be in budget! Not only Melissa, but each staff member we encountered was just the nicest! (Front desk and cleaning)My sister was not too keen on the neighborhood, it’s rife with homeless and less than savory characters We locked the car doors and nothing happened

Melissa so kindly got us a room close to the pool The room smelled so beautifully fresh when we walked in The room was so clean! Obviously it’s used things but they were all functioning The mini fridge was a perfect size for our drinks, snacks, and left over pizzaThe pool was sparkling and refreshing, which is just what we had hoped it would be There was another family staying just for the pool They said they were having a good time tooBreakfast was in a brown paper sack, perfect quick bites for a timely check out We enjoyed the breakfast! Thanks Days Inn staff for making our staycation a great one!

My overall rating of this place is a 3 star ONLY because of a few certain things TV was inoperable, can’t have a hotel stay with no TV amenities Patchwork for drywall in bathroom was low budget seems to be a trend in Hotels I’ve stayed

get a better Handyman to do work on your rooms the other guy ain’t doing a good job Bathtub discolored and shower head has red mold on it Refrigerator did not work at allThe Staff super nice and attentive definitely 5 star service from them but overall rating based on stay experience and room quality I stick with 3 stars💯👍

Came for dinner and were seated right away Service was great from our server however there was definitely a delay in service from course to course When our apps came out there was about a 30 plus minute wait until our entrees arrived, when they did arrive the food was room temp at best

While it tasted okay the portions where quite small and made to look smaller on such large white plates Truthfully wouldn’t come back for the food but service was great

Emmanuel Tavares

Very close to Sacramento, easily accessible by car The grounds are very well kept , the grounds team constantly is working on keeping it beautiful The restaurant was great, the lounge has great music

The only thing I was expecting was that it was also its own winery, and that there were vineyards surrounding the property but it isn’t that way Once you’re on the grounds, it feels like an escapeThe spa is also nice, there are two hot tubs and a secluded rest area

Stayed here for 1 night and it was honestly perfect for what I needed The bed is surprisingly very comfy as are the fluffy pillows! Clean rooms, friendly staff, well lit parking lot, very convenient location next to gas stations and the freeway I didn’t get a chance to check out the pool or gym

The complimentary breakfast was much more than I expected, lots of choices for light and healthy to fresh waffles, eggs and sausage
