We arrived on Sunday night , and were greeted by Ann Marie who could not of be nicer When we got to our lovely room there was a email our flight had been cancelled We cancelled our shuttle for the morning

We finally booked a new flight for 5 pm the next day Ann Marie to the rescue again saying don’t worry have a late check out , then you can use the business office and if you would like to go out to eat lunch we will take The next day Victoria was just as accommodating Great breakfast great Service thank you

I had a great experience Check in process was great and I was recognized as a Diamond member No mention of a room upgrade

Bottled water was givenRoom was nice and clean Very modern Plenty of plugs and USB ports Room had a regular coffee maker Bathroom had regular size bath towels Shower water pressure was fair No charge for parking Shuttle service to the airport was available Overall experience was excellent

John Cortese

I was not a fan of my time here The rooms were clean, and the staff was friendly enough despite the waitress going missing for 15 minutes, leaving me waiting to close out the check The part I didn’t like was the breakfast was way overpriced, especially for the basic breakfast, which should be complimentary

Also, there was only coffee in the morning and no other water or coffee during the day I expected more out of a Hilton location as most have a fantastic complimentary hot breakfast and an evening social hour

We hosted our wedding here, and we loved working with Marco from the Sheraton North Shore! Jon got us started on our wedding planning, and Marco jumped onboard soon after to take over He was always responsive to emails and calls, helped us figure out details we didn’t even know to think about, and made our weekend absolutely beautiful Even the day of, Marco was with us, communicating with our vendors and officiant to make everything so smooth

The hotel was undergoing renovations while we were there, but that did not distract from our day at all Our guests loved having the ease of staying at the same place all the festivities were happening All the staff at the hotel were accommodating and kind, we really couldn’t have asked for a better experience

Latasha Davis

The location was great The room was nice and clean There was a lot of remodeling during our stay, so noise was prevalent

There wasn’t a pool, picnic area, or any place for families to gather to eat outside food You could only eat in the dining area if you purchased their food Other than that All was well! I would stay at this hotel again!

Sanaa Jaman

One of the worse “hotels” I’ve ever stayed in It’s more so like a motel than anything I came into town for a few hours to visit a friend who had a recent death in the family, got a room close to their home for $299 on my American Express card

The place, the room, the whole thing is not even worth $100 I don’t even know where to begin The chair in the room was torn apart The bathroom door doesn’t slide and it’s old The AC unit in the room is old The tub wouldn’t drain properly They shouldn’t list this hotel

My wife and I stayed two nights on 6/27-29/2022 and it was Fabulous! We were greeted at check in by Rick (one of the two owners) and he asked us a few questions to make our breakfast and stay personalized and perfect for us The breakfasts were some of the best food we have had in a very long time Laura Sue (the other owner) made sure our breakfast experience was perfect both mornings

The mansion is easy to get to, in a great location that is easily accessible to all of Milwaukee and it sites, and a perfect blast to the past in an historically preserved setting It has good off-street parking for guests We brought a dinner back to eat in the beautiful garden by the fountain Overall this was a very beautiful

Phillip Kolter

I treated my wife, Ginger with High Tea at the historic Schuster Mansion as a combination Birthday and Anniversary gift Our host, Laura was so wonderful in guiding us through the process of selecting our Tea flavor before seating us in the “sun room” portion of the House Very eloquent with fabulous tasting treats! We also had a nice chat with the proprietors near the end of our eating

The “High Tea” was much nicer than the “Low Tea” we did years earlier Very highly recommended!! 👍❤👍

Patrick Schommer

Outstanding service in a fine Victorian bed and breakfast Laura Sue and Rick go out of their way to ensure each guest is treated like the most important visitor in the inn No question was too ignorant

No request was too bold We stayed for one night on a Saturday and checked in right away We were asked about our personal breakfast menu and timing, and then we were shown to our room There is so much history and so many details to view on the way and within the room The food the next morning was perfectly prepared and presented at the appointed time Each couple had their own table or area, so we were together but not too close We were able to chat and find out even more about the red mansion We had a wonderful time!

Very pleased with our experience at the Pfizer The entire building had a vintage appeal with modern upgrades Dominic helped us at the front desk and was very kind

We even received a text from him later in the evening, asking if he could do anything to make our experience better He answered all of our questions regarding the pool and spa!We are at the Cafe in the morning and had the “Hungry Man” breakfast Delicious! The only thing I can think of that was slightly negative about our experience was that the bathtub wasn’t cleaned when we arrived, and when we ordered room service, the food was coldAlso (and not at any fault of the hotel), DON’T park in the parking lot across the street They’ll charge you a huge fee if you’re there over 24 hours You’re better off going with the hotel’s valet servicesDefinitely will be going again!

We just spent a short weekend away at the Pfister and could not have had a better time! It is a beautiful space, but what really took our experience over the top was the staffAlyson at the lobby bar was one of the best bartenders I’ve ever met – kind, organized, outgoing, friendly, and so thoughtful She took the time to talk with us about the hotel’s history and amazing artist in residence program, and the drinks were all fantastic! Despite a very full bar and the fact that she was churning out drinks for everyone she still took the time to chat with us – impressive multitasking! The second night we were there she was serving and noticed that we hadn’t yet found a seat – she remembered what we had ordered the night before and brought us our drinks before we even ordered, which we appreciated so much

We felt like we were at our neighborhood bar at home!Marco at the concierge desk was so lovely – he took our photos and even helped us pose 🙂 It was a great addition to our stayAlexa at the bar at Mason Street Grill was absolutely fantastic – she had a full bar and was so on top of each guest’s needs Her attitude was so positive and friendly! The food there was also incredible – the salmon dish is to die for and the filet was perfectly cookedI would absolutely recommend staying here to anyone – the comfortable rooms and beautiful ambiance are fantastic, and make sure you have at least a drink or two and a meal inside the hotel – the staff will blow your mind!

Love! Love! Love! Do you want to feel like a Hollywood star, important individual or simple feel like when you walked in it matters that you chose to stay here Then, this hotel is a right place for you The atmosphere is friendly and kind as well as a little mysterious with all the decor and unique artwork

The front desk staff was beyond accommodating, professional and kind The bartender was super nice and even gave me a free soda since I wasn’t looking to get a drink i went up to front desk to exchange a $20 to tip him, and they did it without any problems I only wish I would take down their names The rooms are beautiful, place is gorgeous and wow wow wow their Christmas tree (I was there December 18-20) was spectacular Looking forward to staying here again soon! Thank you Pfister staff, you are one of a kind, amazing, caring and incredible people

This is a cool hotel! It has a swanky feel from the moment you walk in and are greeted by the bellhop, to the moment you pull open the door to enter the elevator, to your first steps into your room and view the full mini bar Hotel staff were very welcoming and kind; the bed was comfy and room had everything we needed and all in working order: Mr Kennedy Johnson was the perfect shuttle driver; this was all around a really nice stay

Kelsey Maciag

Stayed here because it was across the street from the ICP concert I came into town for I didn’t like that I had to remove my face paint coming back into the hotel especially since I did my face paint while in my room, so that policy didn’t make any sense to me and also wasn’t mentioned to me at all until I tried to walk back in and they told me to wipe it off with baby wipes but other than it was a great stay

The people at the front counter were helpful and friendly The complimentary shuttle was a huge bonus & the man who runs the shuttle/does baggage check in the mornings is such a sweetheart! The hotel also has a cute little bar with fun drinks & prices

My husband our daughter and myself stayed there for three nights four days and I have to say we were highly impressed! Everyone that worked the front desk was very friendly and helpful such as Jessica, Mylynda and a few others but I did not get their names But each and every one of them were exceptional and taking care of our needs We would be more than happy to stay there again and I highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a nice and friendly place to stay

Maureen Vulpitta

The room was clean the rugs are dirty nasty and need to be shampooed The bathroom wallpaper under the light looks like they tried to fill it with some white paint or somethingWhen I got to the room the floor in front of the refrigerator was soaking wet with something? The pool is very small only 4 ft deep maybe 12 ft long

The hot tub was even smallerThe workout room was smallThe door does not close all the way behind you when you leave so make sure you lock your doorIt’s not in the best part of town I had a river view room wasn’t worth the moneyI stayed for 4 days you have to drive anywhere you want to goOverall did not enjoy my stayThe back elevator was out of serviceI asked for tax exempt did not receive itI will make a better choice next time I stay in the area

Great location Clean room FRIENDLY staff

The room was small but we were only there to sleep, so that wasn’t a big deal We book through Priceline and it showed that there was a pool No pool, but there were so many other things to do in the area that we didn’t miss it The kids loved the old US Mail drops Parking was very close and economical Would stay there again!

Hannah Avdic

The hotel has a great location downtown Close to the riverside and pabst theater The staff wasn’t very kind

Other breakfast was pretty empty when we went downstairs I went to inform the front desk and had to wait until they finished a conversation They then brought out cold coffee, not even fresh There were 6 people behind the front desk, as the trash cans were overflowing The beds were the ones with metal springs, so uncomfortable my back hurt for 3 days The rooms were clean though I wouldn’t stay here again

Trina Richardson

Joyce (Front Desk Manager) and Gwen (Room Cleaning Manager) were both very nice and accommodating When we first arrived we were assigned a room the size of a young child’s bedroom When we went back down to ask if we could be switched to another room, Joyce did not hesitate and the next room she gave us was nice and spacious

The only 3 things we didn’t like was that all 4 of the pillows were soft instead of a mix of soft and firm and the breakfast was not good at all (fake sausage and fake cheese omelettes, boiled eggs, cold cereal, yogurt and bagels) There are other breakfast places within walking distance Third, parking is $20 per day in the parking garage across the street So keep that in mind Maybe it would help if they could validate our parking voucherWe didn’t go down to complain about those things because everyone had been so accommodating in all of the other areasOverall, Joyce and Gwen were awesome!! I hope management will give them great raises and promotions! Gwen gave suggestions on where to eat dinner and things to do ❤️Hope my review was helpful!!TRS

Friendly staff delivering great service from everyone The hotel is beautiful and so clean Nice bed which delivered one of the best nights sleep

I especially loved the bathroom and shower Just beautiful We were given two tickets for two drinks each for happy hours Didn’t realized we would be served a full course dinner doing this time Food was excellent! Breakfast was a full course with pancakes and potatoes All of this is included in your stay We stayed for two nights and enjoyed been in the thick of all of the happenings Great hotel and great location Go Milwaukee, I’m truly in love with your city!

Laura Hoff

I stayed here while looking for apartments in Milwaukee and had an excellent experience Every staff member I encountered was friendly and seemed to genuinely care about their guests having a good time The free breakfasts and manager’s special every day helped make my trip stress-free

The general manager and his assistant manager both deserve raises for the excellent service The general manager, Chris, actively helped me find apartments and even went out of his way to offer me a discounted room to stay in while I wait for my apartment to get ready for move-in Plus, the downtown location made walking around the city easy and convenient

Amanda Zima

This was a great place to stay on our trip to Milwaukee! The hotel staff were beyond friendly, breakfast and kickback dinner were good and plentiful The 3 complimentary cocktails were an added bonus! Hotel and room were very clean and the bed was very comfortable The only suggestion I would have is the check in was confusing at first

The parking garage says there is access to the hotel by the skywalk but if you are first arriving, you need to actually go out and onto the first floor first Wish there was a sign or they listed that on the website Overall, this is a great hotel and I would definitely stay again

Jax Beach Area Homes For Sale and Rent

We have not tried Sleep Inn until recently We has to grab a room close to the airport for an early morning flight so we gave it a try The drive was only 5 mins or less so the location is very convenient

The check in was a breeze The ladles at the front desk were very polite and helpful The place was well kept and felt safe Tried to take a dip in the indoor hot tub, I couldn’t stay more then 10 minutes, the amount of chlorine was obnoxious the entire pool/ hot tub room felt like being trapped inside of a bleach bottle We got a good night’s sleep The beds could use an upgrade, semi comfortableSeemed over priced for the level of accommodations Highly impressed by the super friendly grab and go breakfast sack they offered at check out at 430 am That was a nice touch, even though it was just a couple of granola bars and a water, they colored on the bag a sweet message Nice touch with that one

JJ Setaro

Traveled here with my family to see the Harley Davidson Museum For the price per night, it was worth it The continental breakfast has all of the standard dishes; scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, bagels, cereal, and the like

The room was okay The beds are comfortable, but after we checked in and got in the room it was really warm We checked the thermostat to see if it was set to cool, and it was That’s when we saw the note on the thermostat saying it was MOTION ACTIVATED to save energy, and to give the room 10-15 minutes to cool down It took a lot longer than 15 minutes to do this After it was cool, everything was fine The TV has channels that everyone will like incase it is a cruddy day The pool and fitness room are small, but was still a lot of fun to end the day Overall it was a great stay

Jenna Litsey

Great selection for breakfast, friendly staff When leaving took our bags to the car then came back in for breakfast After breakfast we went back to our room to check for all of our stuff and hang for another hour before checkout

We weren’t allowed back in the room because they already started cleaning it Mind you we had a do not disturb sign on our door

This was my first trip to Milwaukee and I am grateful this is where I stayedThe Hotel Staff were amazing and kind Shout out to Noah and the other Front Desk Team

As well as the Vallet StaffThe room was spacious, clean, and well equipped The best part of my stay was the bed Westin hotels always have nice beds but this was the best one yet

Maya Jerdy

Stayed at many hotels and this is easily among my favourites The staff is impeccable The restaurant is delicious

The amenities are great The gym has two pelotons and full equipment spread + weight sets The rooms are clean and well-taken care of The area easily supports walking anywhere worthwhile in-townI couldn’t recommend more!Shout out to Julia from reception who brought me ice, water, and some goodies when I hurt myself and was noticeably struggling That was beyond kind but nothing unexpected for this fabulous hotel

Jessica Allen

The staff at the front desk was very friendly and knowledgeable, the overall cleanliness of the hotel was good However housekeeping was not friendly if you ask for something wouldn’t even acknowledge you at the door The most damaging which overall resulted in this low rating was the fact that we had no sheets, pillows, or anything of the sort for the pull out couch and when I did pull the couch out to make it we found packs of cigarettes and joints

Stayed here a few nights with my family Rooms were clean and large enough I loved having the curtain that could be pulled out to separate the bed from the sofa area

The staff was phenomenal The weekday breakfast lady (hope you don’t mind me making up a title for you!) Was very friendly and went out of her way to make sure there was plenty to eat The weekend breakfast lady was great also The driver of the airport shuttle was very professional and friendly The staff at the front desk were great I have not stayed in other Home 2 properties, but will definitely look for them next time we’re traveling I hope this is a corporate culture It was so refreshing

Mercedes Bradshaw

We loved our stay! The lobby area is very nice They had a hot chocolate bar, water with lemon, bananas and apples at no extra cost You don’t see that often

The woman at the front desk was so nice, I’m a little sad I didn’t get her name She was very friendly, welcoming, and even my girls talked about how nice she was Kindness really does go a long way Our room was nice and clean, we had everything we needed The pool was nice, not too cold, and clean The hot tub is closed We will definitely stay again

Shy Digging Eyeball

Nice big clean and updated room, convenient to airport, restaurants, grocery stores (many options!), highways and local attractions Staff were very nice especially the super-friendly breakfast lady, and the free hot breakfast is better than average Minus one star because the bed was made up with two cheap sheets and a decorative spread – no comforter or blanket at all

I got the extra blanket from the cupboard but it too was very thin It was in the high 30s at night outside so I would have appreciated an actual blanket or comforter and when you’re flying in you don’t have a handy blanket of your own in your car Also be aware that the advertised “kitchenette” only has a microwave, so don’t plan on cooking anything that requires a range/ oven Unfortunately I discovered this only after I had bought groceries that weren’t all microwave-friendly

Comfortable, clean, convenient airport hotel My colleagues and I spent a short time at this location Our business and flight schedule requiring accommodations near the airport

Due to our brief visit, my observation and experience with the hotel’s amenities is limited This is not a new property The hotel has been remodeled, rehabbed and rebranded to a Crown Plaza The hotel facilities appeared to be from several decades ago and most likely was built under a different brand ( my guess would be a Holiday Inn??) However, the hotel is clean and well maintained The lobby and common guest areas have been remodeled and refurbished, giving a very pleasant welcoming experience My guestroom was average size hotel room It was clean, comfortable and quiet My room included two double beds, large flat screen TV and mini-fridge In my opinion, the bathroom needs attention and serious upgrades Although I believe it was completely clean, the age of the bathroom fixtures and features gave me not the most pleasant experience In addition, I would have appreciated much hotter water for my shower and shave The hotel has a restaurant, but I didn’t have a chance to dine The hotel has a very nice gift shop adjacent the lobby and front desk I didn’t make a purchase, but I did visit and look around It was well stocked and had a nice selection of food, beverage and toiletries The check in and departure process was very pleasant and efficient Both the evening and morning front desk staff was wonderful Very friendly, polite and professional The hotel provides a complimentary airport service Departing the hotel early morning went perfect; shuttle on-time and very pleasant, safe ride with an excellent driver The only issue my colleagues and I experienced with the shuttle was on arrival at Milwaukee Upon our flight arrival we called the hotel for pickup Unfortunately, it took approximately 35 – 40 minutes for the shuttle to arrive Ordinarily, this is just a small inconvenience issue However, waiting outside in winter temperatures hovering around 10 degrees and ice/snow on the ground, it was quite uncomfortable (especially for me, being a Florida resident!) Once the shuttle arrived the driver never offered any explanation for the delay The drive is only about 10 minutes, but seemed an eternity as the evening driver was driving very fast in winter conditions and playing very loud music In conclusion, this hotel is perfect for short-term stays, especially if you need accommodations near General Mitchell International Airport

Traveling in a post-pandemic era, my expectations for this property were low American “delayed” my flight until the next day and provided a complimentary room The shuttle bus driver was professional, friendly & prompt

The room was clean, spacious & well-equipped with decent wifiWhen you have an airport-centric property, the operation of the shuttle bus to the airport is an integral part of the stay and I’ve had some bad experiences elsewhere The morning shuttle driver was just as professional, friendly & prompt I would stay here again without hesitation

The front desk was nice, and beds were comfortable but housekeeping need to be trained better They came in our room 3 times, unannounced! I have not clue what they were doing My husband had to call the front desk to tell them to make sure it didn’t happen again

The rooms were outdated and we had to switch rooms because the TV in the living area kept going in an out The TV was definitely outdated The ice machine and elevator was out for almost 2 days, and we had to have housekeeping vaccum our room because there were particles on the floor The floors need shampooing My family and I stayed for 4days, and would most likely not stay again

We stayed here as part of a trip to the Wisconsin State Fair I was apprehensive because I don’t know Milwaukee at all Check in was easy

The attendant was the manager and was so friendly and yet complete with his checkin No doubt, he understands the hospitality industry We had a room with two double beds It was really nice and looked updated The beds were super comfortable My only suggestion would be to put a lamp by the round table in the corner by the door Although we didn’t use it, the manager mentioned the shuttle to the state fair and my husband said the breakfast downstairs was awesome Honestly, we’ll be back to the State fair and this will be the first place we stay!

My husband and I stayed here last night, traveling for business This hotel has been recently renovated or they might still be completing the Renovations But it was very modern, clean, comfortable and quiet

The rate was very good The staff in the hotel and restaurant were friendly and helpful I would say the way the hotel is set up is kind of strange but that’s because of where it is located, it is in the downtown area We had dinner and drinks at the bar/restaurant and the food and service were very good We had the southwest chicken salad and a few wings We had a double queen room, it was kind of cramped especially if you were to have more than 2 adults in there Breakfast was pancakes, oatmeal, Jimmy Dean Breakfast sandwiches, cereal and breads All in all I would stay here again

Connie Wittling

Above and beyond service, manager asked shuttle driver to come in early so we could make a tailgate event for ALS Driver Dave is awesome, the pool was a big hit, the food was great, but most of all, customer service to the max! Every employee we had contact with was fantastic, absolutely staying again Family and friends, six rooms, no complaints

First the good: the staff are excellent and do their best to make your stay great! Literally would never change their fantastic service Also, the lobby is lovely and there is an indoor walkway to the nearby convention center The problem comes from how out-of-date the rooms are

They are quite small and tend to feature double beds, while most new hotels have more reasonably sized queen-sized ones There are also no microwaves or mini fridges, and the TVs are laughably tiny Overall, this hotel is long overdue for an update to get up to the level of its fabulous staff! RENOVATE, HILTON!

This is an elegant hotel It has a grand entrance and the check-in desk is on the second level The next door parking garage has a convenient connection to this floor

They have what looks like a grand ballroom but I couldn’t get a look at it The staff were all pleasant, courteous, and helpful The breakfast is delicious but not included in the room stay cost I liked the room shower head but the shampoo has an unpleasant smell

T S

I’d rate 35 if allowed to choose a half star Rooms are standard and were clean and generally quiet

Rooms do not have a fridge or microwave and the bathroom was small No pool on-site, but plenty of event space This is a busy hotel with few restaurants which made eating challenging with little time It’s has a sky walk to the convention center which made it very convenient for the purpose of our visit It’s also not too far from restaurants, and attractions, but beware – most restaurants open late or close early adding to the challenge of finding dinner before 4 and after 10 on a weekend Staff was helpful and pleasant but hard to get ahold of via the in-room phone Common areas were clean The parking charge was not outrageous compared to other big cities

I parked my car at the Hampton hotel while I was on vacation for about 11 days While I was gone, someone removed the catalytic converter from my car The hotel said cars are parked at your own risk and they do not have any cameras in the parking area

The person at the hotel that I talked with (which I believe was the manager) did not seem very concerned about my issue The shuttle driver was very concerned that I locked my car when we were leaving, so it seems as though they knew there were issues I had already locked it but he wanted to hear the beep In addition, the return shuttle driver said it isn’t safe to be driving around at night I filed a police report and I was told it is a high crime area and a very common issue in Milwaukee The hotel staff was fine and the room was clean but the cost to fix my car will probably be $1500 to $2000 In addition, the Hampton rep didn’t seem overly concerned about it, and he hung up on me when I said that I planned to leave a negative review There were many cars parked in the lot, so I am guessing my car wasn’t the only one

Airport hotels are bad enough ROOM 206 Has BEDBUGS I found the one that left ten whelps on back leg, lower back, butt and back of arms the size of golf balls

Found two more tiny ones Front desk asked me to come downstairs to get new room 😡 Relocated to another room on opposite side of hotel Hopefully there’s no lord in this new room 😒

This place and the staff was great! I loved my room It was comfortable and clean The fact that they were so nice to our group made it even more pleasant to be there

I was able to check in early without asking, as soon as I arrived to make sure I was at the right place Ms Tina checked me in and it was around noon Thank you Hyatt staff for such a peaceful weekend

Jenny&Jeff Sherman

It’s very close to the airport, which means the shuttle gets you there or back in 5 minutes On the flip side, it’s not downtown or near anything interesting, but you can Uber anywhere Rooms, lobby, and hallways are very clean

Staff is friendly There’s a small bar where you can talk with fellow travelers If you’re a vegetarian or vegan, or if you need or want healthful food, there are apples and oranges near the breakfast area Hotel was quiet during the week Got crazy for a few hours on Friday night, but I think that was because of the local sports team’s victory No complaints As a solo traveler, I appreciate places like this that are clean, convenient, safe, and well maintained Would stay again and recommend to others

After reading the latest post I was not wanting to stay here even though I have in the past but I had reservations and didn’t want to cancel My room was great, clean and I’m picky! I was on the street side and it wasn’t loud and I’m a light sleeper I didn’t smell pot in the rooms or hallway

I was on the first floor Breakfast was good, on time, clean and stocked well The front desk was very helpful, super friendly and made sure we were taken care of The pool area was clean and stocked with towels only complaint was it was hot in that room It was a super busy weekend with the holiday, summerfest, ball teams and NASCAR in the hotel, the staff did very well with a full hotel Thank you to the staff for all you did to make my stay great!

This hotel is a modest 6 story with no good views The rooms are nice inside and appear to have been refreshed recently I like the layout with 2 queen beds and a good sized desk

The shower and toilet are have a door with the sink outside so 2 can get ready at one time This is a mid level hotel so not as luxurious as many Marriott hotels are The front desk person was efficient and got me checked in within moments He seemed experienced and knows the layout of the hotel enough to answer questions about the rooms No suites were available this week

Morgan Stewart

The hotel itself was really nice and clean The staff was great and very professional We arrived early, but they were able to get us checked into a room quickly

The original room they put us in had an issue, but they promptly switched us to another room with no hassle at all I would love to have left a five star review, but unfortunately our night time/sleep experience was pretty terrible We woke up around midnight to really loud music, shouting, doors constantly opening and closing (not quietly), etc It was like we got a room within a block of rooms reserved for a party Ended up calling the front desk as it was definitely the room right next door and wasn’t seeming to wind down, they said they’d take care of it Laid awake hearing this and not able to sleep until at least 1:30-2 and the staff never seemed to address it That made for a far less than desirable experience and has me up in the air if I’d return

Marie Nilson

This was a typical experience at a Marriott Courtyard so if you’ve stayed there before this location is on par for what to expect However, I have to say the staff here are wonderful! Kind and extremely accommodating from small requests like a vase for flowers to a big request like when our room reeked of mold Location was perfect for us being ~10 minutes walking distance from the conference center

Great market hall next door with lots of food options

I liked the place A lot of what other negative reviewers state is true: super small bathrooms, old furniture and patch jobs here and there But who cares

The beds were super comfy, shower was nice and hot, TV was nice It’s a good hotel despite its age The rooms are reasonably priced and ALL the staff were incredibly nice and helpful If you want a gigantic bathroom and the newest furniture possible then stay at a $400 a night hotel The only reason I docked it 2 stars is they have what would normally be a complimentary breakfast bar at hotelsit was $18 freaking…COME ON HYATT!!!

Debbie Matheny

The hotel is decent Our room was a king size room with a ‘city view’ The view was of construction

No big deal! The location to our venue was within walking distance The real issue was the fact that the hotel charged my credit card $41869 and states they only charged me $34891 (with a reimbursement of $50 for incidentals) leaving my total bill at $29891 after the reimbursement My Visa bill still shows a charge of $41869 Customer service was absolutely no help at all just wanting to speak with my bank I definitely do NOT recommend this hotel 🥲

Jennifer Bird

I booked this hotel as the ratings were better then another hotel in the area I myself work in a hotel so I was disappointed in the hyatt and its cleanliness The parking garage elevator and stairs were disgusting, the hotel elevators were also disgusting

I couldn’t believe that there was no mattress protector or bottom sheet on the bed as well The room was a good size and clean but the carpet looks like it needs to be cleaned Bathroom was small and the shower head and bathtub faucet sprayed every which way but down The front desk was great though Super nice even though they could see I was in a not so great mood I’m sorry but I’ve paid way less for nicer hotels that have things included so why I paid this much for a room and then having to pay $24 for overnight parking when there is no breakfast or pool was crazy to me I will not stay here again
