We had read great reviews on this newly remodeled motel, so we decided to give it a try The pictures looked nice and it was a good price But sadly I was disappointed

Yes the rooms were clean and nicely remodeled But when I got up to go to the bathroom there were roaches On top of that even though the pictures showed a pool and it was listed, the pool was closed in August! We were staying for a wedding so I wanted to iron my dress, no iron Got back from the wedding and went to shower and there was no shampoo, nothing but a bar of soap Then we decided to watch some TV before bed and it didn’t work Came on, but no channels My husband had to get under the desk and find the cable box that was just hanging and unplugged We had to move a stool under the desk to put the box on after plugging it in so the remote would work! Needless to say not the getaway experience we were hoping for

After checking into a different hotel, with reservations, checked room Wasn’t clean, stained beds, broken pictures and glass on the floor, hair in tub and on toilet Cleaning supplies left in room

Yes, got a refund and came to this motel So clean, nice, friendly there are now 7 people here, because they all checked into the other hotel with our reservations They all got refunds and left Thank you for making that 2 hour drama deal so much better walking into the room

Tish Tackett

I am moving back across the country with my cats and this is the nicest, cleanest and most cat friendly room I have stayed by far The beds have blockers all around the bed so there is no way a tiny cat can hide when it is time to pack up The front desk staff was amazing at check in

When they found out I had cats not dogs they changed my room to the first floor without me even asking It was so nice not having to lug the litter box, carriers and luggage up stairs I was traveling alone and felt very safe here The bed was comfortable and the room was very modern unlike many pet friendly hotels Sebastian cat gives this motel 6 two paws up

My family and I stayed here & we had the best experience We were able to keep our service dog in the room with us at no extra charge They have an indoor pool and the best complimentary breakfast we’ve ever had! Fresh pancakes, hot syrup, eggs, cereal and bacon/sausage

We’ve never had so many options on a complimentary breakfast! The rooms were so clean and spacious We will definitely be back here!

The rooms are clean and comfortable, walking distance to several restaurants Parking lot is tight pulling off you have a trailer but you can do it Driveway is awkward but so is the driveway to almost ever other surrounding hotel

Also for people who like it really cold the AC goes all the way down to 60 Over all great hotel for the price

From the get go was the service we had I was sold Treated us like royalty Helping with suitcases to getting us our corner room like asked

Definitely a recommendation to others The room was 1 King bed Suite and Definitely a beautiful room just walking into it Rooftop bar/hangout area was beautiful and can see lot of city life from top views of the Mayo Definitely will be visiting again in future when in area

Kelly Bynum

I didn’t actually get a room for the night But the gentleman at the front desk let us check out the hotel We went to a few different floors to check out the views

They have pictures down every hallway telling the story of this historical building, the famous people that stayed there, the beautiful events, and even the men who built The Mayo Hotel It is all documented, framed, & lines the walls of the hotel They even have a museum, unfortunately it was closed at the time With all that being said I would definitely recommend it to family and friends & friends

Adventures of Snow

Attended a wedding here and some of the party checked out rooms for the weekend It was absolutely beautiful but there were a couple issues with the rooms themselves as they were not updated for things such as USB phone charging That would have been just fine if not for the outlets not working either which left one of the guests without a phone

The only other issue was there was another wedding happening at the same time and while we could not hear them when we were in our area with the door closed, they apparently could hear us and came to ask us to keep it quiet This was a bit of an annoyance as they had reserved the large hall with the beautiful stairway, and we were in one of the smaller rooms across the mezzanine I don’t know if this was a soundproofing issue or an other wedding party issueThe great thing about the weekend was the staff was amazing! The ladies who cleaned the wedding venue were on top of it the whole time and even helped to quickly clean it once the wedding was finished so we were able to get everything broken down and cleaned up for removal not even an hour after everyone left Since I was driving home and so tired from the day, this was so wonderful and those of us in the wedding party are still grateful to those two women The rooms were also well taken care of and the cleaning staff we met as we were setting up were friendly, efficient, and made the whole experience so much better

I stayed here over night for a conference As I checked in, the room I reserved was not available The staff was so friendly to me

They provided me several options and apologized This is an older hotel, and the room I stayed in was clean, nice, and quiet The next morning I ate in the restaurant and the food was prepared well and again the staff was very kind, even though they were slammed with a large group and not enough servers The front desk staff the next morning were extremely pleasant and made checkout a good experience I would definitely stay here again when I am in town

Michelle RICHARDS

I was here one night for business The hotel is lovely and nicely decorated The front desk staff was friendly and gave us water and cookies

I like that the room had an iron and ironing board My view was of the city The only downside of the room was that I saw a couple of red stains on the white bedspreadWe had dinner at the restaurant around 7:15 and they weren’t too busy but it took over 20 minutes for us to get drinks from the bar and they were out of several ingredients to make the drinks My silverware was dirty I had the Route 66 Burger and it was exceptionally tastyI would stay at this hotel again

Julie Dawson

The first room we checked in to smelled like someone was smoking in it and all of these rooms are supposedly non-smoking I contacted the front desk and they moved us to another room The rooms were clean, the only issue we had was the adjoining door that was connected to the room next to us and the person in that room kept trying to get in two ours

We did not contact security however if it had continued, we would’ve We wanted to go down to the pool however it was quite busy between 6 and 8 so we decided to go around 9:30 which was even worse and it was very busy so we only stayed for 20 minutes Breakfast in the morning was very good we did have to pay for that however they had a great selection I would recommend this hotel to others but be prepared to pay for parking and breakfast

We stayed at this Home2 Suites just one night which was on Friday July 8th We were passing through Tulsa and found this hotel on a quick search of decent hotels near the Tulsa area The room was large and comfortably accommodated all 4 of us, sharing 2 beds

The hotel was clean in general and the room was modern I would say that the only downside to our stay was that the pool was crowded and small, but there really isn’t anything the hotel could do about that A large family group, one that traveled on a 40 + seat motor coach, checked in at the same time we did so a busy pool was to be expected Overall, our experience at this hotel was positive and it’s close proximity to Tulsa was a plus We would stay here again if given the opportunity!

Managers at this hotel are very unprofessional and rude There were a couple front deck employees that went above and beyond, they always greeted us when we came in even if we made several trips (Thanks Mercedes and Robert )

Day time front desk was the worst Don’t know her name but she drove a Lexus that parked right by the front door, extremely rude, rolled her eyes if you ever asked her anythingWe stayed on the 3rd floor for a few months and had ants pretty much the entire time Only one shower head worked Cleaning the room was optional due to covid, and they said they would not enter the room without our knowledge, which is a lie They went in our room numerous times but never said why It wasn’t to clean it bc I would go downstairs to get sheets and towels and do it myself They didn’t leave a note only knew a few times bc of family being next door Most of the maid staff didnt understand English One time I was locked out and was talking to a family member in the hall, a guy walks up to my door and starts to go in, I said um can I help you he looked shocked and didnt seem to understand what i was saying But said he was checking to see what was in the room Then the regular cleaning lady on that floor was halfway down the hall come walking up talking to him in spanish, and he just shuts the door and starts to walk off, I said can you unlock it for me (which maids usually do) he says no go to the front desk, so I go downstairs and rude girl was on the phone with someone, took forever to assist me, I get off the elevator to see the same guy walking down the hallway from our roomBreakfast was ok according to other family members Did have 2 washer and dryers on site, washer smelled, and dryers took two times to dry But still cheaper them laundry matA family member tripped on the rug when you walked in and EMSA took her to the ER and her should broke Not one time did the Manger ever ask how she was doing, however the two employees mentioned above always asked how she wasAc didnt work the best But the room we stayed it was pretty good size Snacks in the lobby were very over priced

Jess B

Clean hotel Paid extra for this hotel so that we could get free breakfast Called down to front desk after we arrived to confirm breakfast hours

She stated breakfast goes until 10am Failed to mention breakfast only goes until 10 on the weekends, so we missed breakfast Monday by 10 minutes No apologies No remedies Nothing of the sort Room keys kept bugging out Sink sounded like a jet Many of the rooms have jack/jill doors to share rooms, which makes them less than quiet Pool is outdoors, not indoors

Fabulous hotel Didn’t stay here Just on the Routee 66 Passport tour

However, John-Michael was fabulous! He welcomed us in, provided excellent historical information and even arranged a tour of the Route 66 room With this kind of exceptional service to a non-paying guest, I plan to return and stay here the next time I am visiting the area! Just outstanding and exceptional service! They do have a fabulous bar and from what I understand, in need of a fabulous bartender! Wow! I think this would be a great place to work! Otherwise, I encourage you to stay here on your next trip Or, if you are localbook events here!

I’ve stayed here before and the experience was great Just arrived for an overnight stay with my hubs & it’s a total disappointment We were set to stay in the Oklahoma Legends Room, we picked it! The door wouldn’t lock nor did the heat work

They offered to move us to another room but the options were very limited, not due to availability, but “guest services” There are no baked goodies waiting your arrival any longer, no spa, no working fireplaces, Jane’s (the restaurant) has moved, and the bar has no snacks Very sad! Won’t be coming back unless something happens to change my mind

Dynel Wood

This would be better advertised as a haunted house The floors were squeaky, it was very loud when others walked down the hall, the lights were very dim, there were weird doors midway up the wall, and the wind howls through the doors It would be fine to visit but I had to bail on my second night because it was just too creepy for me

I spoke to someone on the elevator who thought the same!

The only thing bad about this hotel is Google maps directionsThere are many reasons to live this hotel:First and foremost the staff was very kind They treated every guest with respect

They were real people who wasn’t pretentious in their actionsMy room was very nice and comfortable It had everything that I needed with the exception of a safe This is the first hotel that I actually preferred to just relax in my room instead of running around and exploring the areaIf I have the need to be in the area again, I will most definitely stay here

Danice Conaway

So wonderful to have a full size refrigerator with an ice maker a toaster on 1100 watt microwave go figure Nice comfy bed cold air conditioning and I’ve had several different rooms there in the past 3 weeksYou don’t have any road noise and you basically never hear anybody else leaving or coming into rooms near you

Nikki Lopez

I was only there for a single night but I asked for a late checkout when I arrived and was told it wouldn’t be a problem The next day I get a call reminding me that checkout was at 11 and I needed to vacate as soon as possible because they had a full house that day I had to scramble to pack and skip a shower just to leave 2 hours earlier than planned

I got a rehearsed “I’m sorry” from the hotel I even emailed the manager and still haven’t heard a peep I would have planned accordinly if I was told at check in that I couldn’t checkout late Luckily my next reservation at a different hotel was able to let me check in early and their front desk was very accomodating and helpful

We are always pleased with this location, we’ve stayed here over 10 times in the passed 4 years The front clerks are always super helpful, full of smiles and always apologetic if you have to wait behind someone The breakfast bar is always clean, fresh food and sweet workers constantly restocking items

Rooms are always clean and well stocked with items We book a stay here every time we are in town

Margaret Wolf

We visit family in Claremore 3 to 4 x a year First time to stay here Booked it over a month in advance

We were excited having our 4yr old grandson telling him he could swim Staff was rude “Our website said it is out for the summer”” Then 4th floor room and elevator out 2 of 4 days No staff ever to be found in the lobby at the front desk during the day No assistance or guidance for suggestions We ended up leaving a day early, disappointing my son and daughter in law who live there Worst experience that could have been turned around with simple communication and conversationWe understand things happen, and would have managed if not left struggling and having to guess about information Never having staff at the front desk when we came and went made us angry, the lack of human contact and descent human interaction during a trying situation No one ever suggested or told us that the city had 2 free splash parks to take our grandson to to cool off and wear the bathing suit he had eagerly packed We only accidentally learned of them last day we were there We ask to change floors or to move to a sister facility when the elevator went out due to health conditions We were told on the phone by front desk that wasn’t an option I just had major surgery and the stairs were unbelievably difficult Over all terrible experience On check in when we asked if there was an outside electric outlet we could use to plug our car into to charge, we immediately were told “NO” like we had asked for something unreasonable First hotel in years to tell us that We will definitely go back to La Quinta who always have been more than accommodating the past four years We had opted for the larger room advertised with our grandson in tow We regret that now wish we had gone back to where we knew the service was greatYou definitely need to train the front desk on politeness and general curiosity Especially the lady working on Monday 6/13 afternoon shift1st of all no one checks hotel websites on a regular basis once a room is booked Blaming us for not knowing the pool was out of service rather than apologizing and telling us options available in the city for our very disappointed 4yr old was down right poor customer service and blatantly rude Not sure if she realizes this town has other options for frequent visitors and her attitude jeopardizes her job and the franchise owners profits to pay her, when people choose the other options in town on their next visits Which we definitely will be doing from now on

Shakes 73

It was Ok Parts of the building seemed a bit dated or had a lot of wear The carpet in front of our bed was coming up and strands everywhere

Bed was squeaky Black hair on the sheets Shower door handles about to fall off and other little things Wi-Fi was weak and sometimes didn’t work Kept getting locked out of room because of device/card malfunctionsMost importantly, the staff was fabulous and very helpful and friendlyRoom was clean (except for hair on sheets)The breakfast was goodPerfect location to shopping, restaurants and attractionsI would stay again The location is perfect, and the price was right

Don’t forget to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking any hotel This site will compare thousands of booking websites and normally will have prices a lot cheaper compared to others! You’re welcome :)! This hotel is one of the best in the area

I have been coming here for a very long time If you stay for a few days you for sure won’t regret itOver the past 5 years, I have stayed in this property +50 times for business travel It is a full service hotel, great location with an easy walk to the Brady Arts District, Blue Dome area and BOK Center The rooms are always clean, front desk staff consistently excellent Nice gym, decent pool and while it’s a little long in the tooth in some areas of fit and finish, it’s a solid property with good bones and great rates However, the star of the show is the main man behind the bar at Daily Grill, Chris A welcomed fixture, , that never fails to greet people with a smile, a good story and amazing service; regulars or first timers A credit to the dying profession of the professional bartender Cheers!

The Hyatt Regency is a great hotel The location is perfect for exploring the Arts District and it is also within walking distance to many restaurants and shops The hotel smells very pleasant and is very clean

I LOVE this hotel We stayed in the executive suite The room was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated and furnished, the bed was unbelievably comfy

The staff excellent I really can’t say enough about it The view from our room was beautiful There is a garden with trees, shrubs, and flowers that has a river with a bridge and waterfall built into it and sculptures scattered around it You can also see the beautiful landscape of Tulsa and at night the city lights are spectacular and the building in front puts on a lightshow The daily grill is delicious and convenient we had dinner and breakfast delivered to our room They had a Cobb omelet on the menu and it was amazing My only regret is we only stayed one night I had no idea how awesome Tulsa is, we were just passing through Now we know we want to come back and stay for awhile!

Kerri Pelton

we have stayed at this location before with no issues…but just a few days ago we had booked a room for one night to attend a family event

on the morning our niece was taken to the hospital and the event would be rescheduled at a later date I called and talked to the staff as i needed to cancel our reservation as we would not be needing it The staff stated it would be no problem as I called at 7:30 or so in the morning He assured my it was fine and i stated we would be reserving a room once everything got sorted out today we discovered a $12100 charge on our card from hotel I called and spoke to the same staff member and he said i was charged a cancellation fee (the $12100 charge) We will no longer use Hampton Inns anywhere again

Joe Hicks

We stayed at this hotel 7/16/22-7/20/22 Staff was friendly for the most part The room had a few small issues

Their rooms are setup where the TV is not configured directly in front of you while sitting in the bed- you have to watch over your shoulder Very uncomfortable to watch TV from bed (and there’s only one chair in the room)The hotel overall was not kept up Floors were in need of vacuuming/mopping and the breakfast area floor had food on it from the day before (I know this as I was the first in when they opened) The breakfast area had issues mainly due to the guy overseeing it First day he ran out of food and had a long line waiting for more food to be brought out (20 min later) Second day there were no coffee cups or lids when they first opened- I had to interrupt the guy from his solitaire game in the back room to refill these items Good coffee thoughThere just seemed to be a general lazy attitude of the staff Probably would find a different hotel next time

Alicia Brown

We booked an adjoining room and when we checked in they said they were out When the problem was brought up, the front desk woman was very rude We know she or whoever gave our rooms to a team that showed up last minute

Went to our rooms and the floor was disgusting Asked for a mop and said we couldn’t even get that and we had to wait until the next day to get it cleaned Don’t recommend this place at all Terrible hospitality and lack of cleanliness

This Super 8 hotel is a great place to stay in Claremore Oklahoma Like any of the hotels in the area, it was clean and safe The staff is very friendly and personable

The only thing that I had a problem with was the morning breakfast or the lack thereof There is coffee and toast, with two kinds of “children’s” type cereals The orange juice looked like grapefruit juice and tasted like it was sour That was all there was I am very impressed by the quality of the hotel and staff I highly recommend this Super 8 for your consideration

Mary Ellen Tascoe

During the visit there were tiny cockroaches that always appeared in the bathroom sink and tub, including cabinets throughout the room The kitchen amenities looked clean though You could feel the springs through the mattress, especially if you sat on the edge

Breakfast was just okay The yogurt in the fridge was a couple days past it’s expiration date

Avoid this hotelThe management needs to train their staff if they want to improve this locationThe Bad:Room was clean when we arrived for a 4 day stay but was never cleaned after that

I went to the front desk twice for clean towels Even after I noted the issue with the front desk the room was never cleaned I noticed the stairwell hadn’t been cleaned since we got there eitherYoung man at the desk wasn’t really rude, but gave the impression he could care less we were there and that maybe we were a bother Kept his ear buds on so maybe we couldn’t distract him? More interested in his phone then taking care of customersThe Better:The ladies at the front desk were nice Shower pressure was great, and breakfast was good

When you book a place mainly for hot tub and they have no working hot tub and apparently haven’t for over two months, but simply can’t even let people know that before booking and can’t get your money back to go somewhere else

Not to mention check in at 3 we show up and 4 and room all not ready I’ll never go to one again False advertisement at its finest Pool area is also a lot smaller than pictures represent Prob smallest pool area I’ve even seen at a Hotel Otherwise rooms and place are nice and relatively clean Just for simple fact of false advertisement if I could give zero stars I would very disappointed

Lobby area looked clean, ice machine by lobby had towels around it on the floor Desk staff nice Upon entering room I checked cleanliness of bed, as I’m always concerned sheets may not be changed

Unfortunately, there was no doubt they clearly had not been changed “Stains” with hair mixed in the stain on one bed and crumbs on the other I asked for clean sheets to make them myself Talked to a “manager” and I requested a Discount for having to make my own beds She said she would talk to desk and see what they could do They offered a different room, but if those hadn’t been changed the other beds probably hadn’t While changing the beds there was a live bug in the blanket I was hoping this was “nothing” but saved it to show my husband and kids My kids are nurses and confirmed for me that it did appear to be a bedbug We also found a yellow pill on the floor Very concerning if small child had been in room Bug and pill was brought down to staff, and we checked out Refund is pending on my credit card Very nice Fairfield inn close to that Stayed there for nearly same price Big difference in both cleanliness and staff appearance and behavior

Had a good time, wasn’t too busy for us, only downfall is they only allowed one of the fishbowl margaritas at a time 🙄One of the nicest casinos I’ve been too Staff was friendly and attentive

For the casino being not very packed the parking lot was full (no show concert/live show) so have your walking shoes on (It’s not terrible but I know my parents wouldn’t be willing to walk the distance I had to park)

First experience here! Loved it

Was going to spend the night, but they were sold out! I am definitely going to book in advance next time! The pool looked clean and refreshing, the lobbies and slot machines were new, well kept and clean I would recommend this to anyone looking to have a fun night out with family/friends, a loved one or even by yourself

Nice facility Went for a concert and decided to have dinner Route 66 cafe was pretty good and prices weren’t outrageous

Concert venue is very nice but only one entrance so getting out after took a while My biggest issue was confusing signage Had to stop employees twice to find the restaurants Plenty of parking and it was free which was very nice Not a casino person but I wouldn’t hesitate to go to another concert here Just need some “You are here” maps to get around

I flew in to Tulsa, drove to the hotel and everything was good I had done the self check-in through the app but my key wasn’t coming up so I stopped by the front desk I was given a key without an issue and up to the room I went

The room was clean, the air conditioner was on and I was able to watch some TV, get some sleep and then get going the next morning The breakfast at the hotel was typical – strange looking egg omelet type thing, oatmeal, self make waffles – so I skipped it and went on my way There were a few fast food restaurants around the hotel and a large Hard Rock hotel/casino
