This place is not fancy But It was clean – smelled and looked clean and no bedbugs

The ac and heat worked The sheets were clean and comfy The pillows were ok Tv worked, but the fridge did not – or maybe it wasn’t turned to cold or plugged in We didn’t investigate This is a basic, but decent place to spend the night I would stay here again

Christina Walker

It looks a little sketchy from the outside but looks can be deceiving It’s a pretty good deal if you’re needing an affordable room Our room was suffiently clean and pleasant

The owner was very friendly I was worried after reading some TripAdvisor reviews but they must have been under old ownership Not for you if you want pool but the TV channel selection was better than a lot of other similarly priced places

The first night, we couldn’t get served in the bar due to apparent staffing shortage while the hotel was busy The bartender was not just busy, he was rude When we finally got seated for dinner, the server was great but a steak came out cold

There was so much noise both nights we couldn’t sleep The in room coffee maker was broken There is no service to help take bags to the rooms and luggage dollies are sparse The decor is extremely dated I could handle one of these things but the combination is atrocious I feel sorry for the staff Our room was $400 for two nights I had plenty of towels and the bed was comfortable, although the noise level was prohibitive of actual sleep The second night we tried to order room service; Door Dash was faster The facilities were clean

This was a beautiful structure and clearly was top notch maybe in the 90’s , however with all the amenities this place can still hold its own The bar and restaurant was absolutely amazing and the food was really good The parking area was plentiful and the pool was clean

My wife took advantage of the spa while I spent time killing ants back in the room on the 5th floor for the remainder of our stay Everything else was fine from the kitchen to the enormous bathroom with his and her sink I was kinda upset when I noticed a couple ants running across my dashboard upon leaving out stay-cation

Ian Weibel

This is such a beautiful facility and far enough outside Baltimore and Washington DC to avoid traffic I didn’t golf, but wanted to very badly The hotel staff from check in and for all our meals all week were amazing

They were always ready to answer any question and very responsive The room had everything I wanted in it, was very clean and the water pressure is great My only suggestion is get a room facing the golf course as the parking lot can be a little loud if you are over the lobby

My sister had a wedding this past weekend at the Sheraton! It was the perfect! The venue was fantastic Our wedding coordinators – Kathleen B until she went until maternity leave and then we had Stephanie D were TOP NOTCH

They were always available to answer any questions that we had They provided my sister and mother with 5 star service and met them many times to make sure that the details were perfect The hall was beautiful The video they had running outside the hall was a special touch that upgraded the event The hotel block was perfect as well they kept us all on the same floor so we had an awesome time before and after the wedding I would recommend this venue and hotel to anyone looking for a 5 star staff, hotel, event planner and all around venue!!! We will be back Thank you Sheraton for making my sisters special day FANTASTIC!!!!

It’s my first time staying at this hotel The hotel was quiet and not too busy when my wife and I were there The staff are nice and the room is clean

The breakfast buffet could be better for its price But then again, the friendly and attentive staff, the quietness and cleanliness more than made up for its lack in food selectionsWould also be nice if the hotel upgrades the lobby, restaurant, hallways and rooms None of these made my experience any worse but would help create a more luxurious and inviting ambience especially since it is the only major hotel in this area since the Marriott near Towson University closed

Brittany Foodie

The toilet did not work I called the front desk twice and no one from “engineering” came I had to keep coming downstairs to use the restroom

The towels were DINGY The sheets were not white I had to sleep on top of the bed fully clothed since the chair had stains all over it also Beyond Disgusted The final time around 12:30am I couldn’t take using the restroom downstairs since there was a prom going on there was no one at the front desk to assist After all that I just went to sleep in my car

Was recently looking for a hotel to stay in Hunt Valley for an upcoming wedding I forgot to write a review about my stay here last year! Wedding was Saturday afternoon, I called on Friday to see if I could check in early… was told it would not be a problem Called back on Saturday was told the room would be ready early for us

We arrived at the hotel was told the room was not ready, suites could not have an early check in THE MANAGER CALLED THE COPS ON ME!! She could not handle the problem her staff created Other people in the lobby had to wait over one hour to get a new key for their room This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced Even almost a year later this still makes no sense to me If you are staying here for a wedding Good Luck When coming back to the hotel after the wedding it reeked of marijuana Maybe the Manager should have taken a puff

Shannon Henson

The staff is helpful and kind and it goes a long way I stayed here 7 years ago and then again this past weekend There was a renovation and they did a great job

Breakfast was not good Lol But there are plenty of options in the area Even with bad breakfast options, the building, staff and amenities deserve 5 stars

Patrick Kelley

It’s a nice hotel But I’m not sure about the price It originally advertised a hot tub, that’s since been filled in

They also advertised a pool and on site laundry services, they have been closed IndefinitelyThe only issue I can find with the rooms, are the air conditioning units They’re built into the wall right in front of the bed, blowing directly on to you A bad thing if you have allergies

I dislike not being told by the app that I am paying not only a deposit but also was initially double charged for the room Check was contradictory She was nice

I asked her if door Dash would have an issue delivering and she said no Then after my card was swiped was asked if I was leaving and that the doors are locked at 9, this was 815 Means I would’ve had to walk downstairs to get my food, why would I want to deliver, go downstairs to get my food The person was nice but wasn’t at desk when I got there and had to wait a couple of minutes Would have been disappointing to have cold foodHad to hurry to order and luckily they got there quicklyMy hold on my card was the $191 for the room, charged next morning Plus $291 at check in She said cause I was a reward member I only got charged $100 for incidentals versus the $200 Yet I have almost $500 of charges on my card over 24 hours later Wouldn’t have stayed here if I was told this up front

The hotel itself is exactly why I trust Hampton Inn as an affordable, reliable hotel by the Hilton name For example, The Quality Inn next door overbooked but my reservation was perfectly fine at Hampton Inn It was a busy weekend but staff worked hard and the breakfast was decent

I could be picky about the breakfast but it was free and very needed after a day at a festival, offering prepared eggs, a choice of meat, cereals, waffle stations, fruit, yogurt, bagels, and juice Parking is a little busy but I didn’t have an issue The area is not terrible, with a grocery store nearby, but it’s not my first pick for a vacation destination All in all, this was a great choice for me and I enjoyed my time

Charell Elliott

I came during a difficult moment, MD UBE Bar Exam and from the room upgrade to the friendly smiles of the front desk my stay was nothing short of amazing I asked for a quiet floor and I did not hear a peep My room was clean, service was stellar and I will be recommending this hotel to my friends

The staff was so accommodating to my bar exam needs given the immense pressure that I was under The GM and AGM should be proud of their staff I can’t think of the young ladies who was working at the front desk when I was there Sunday-Wednesday but, they deserve recognition, including the gentlemen who was training They all went above and beyond to make sure my stay was pleasant

The finest hotel we have ever stayed in We default to Marriott and have stayed at legendary, impressive brands The Ivy outclasses them all

From the moment we arrived and handed over our car to the valet, we knew we were going to be cared for by a well-trained TEAM Every single member has obviously been trained in service and teamwork They were simply outstandingThe concierges all had a broad knowledge of the surrounding area but were obsessed with making sure we received the experience we wanted They were pleasant and engaged without being garralous They paid attention When I highlighted a possible error on a 2rd party travel website, they took it personally and got to the bottom of it They understand service is not perfection, but a relentless commitment to teamwork and continuous improvementThe food was splendid The breakfasts were delicious, the daily afternoon teas were refreshing, relaxing, and welcome Dinner was always deliciousSo the price is higher than usual-and 100% worth it Yes, they provided value to us as clients and we would gladly return Spectacular time!

I stayed here because I was going to a Family member Funeral The Hotel is very beautiful

The rooms are spacious and equipped with everything Pots ,knives, cups ,plates bowls you name it ! The room even has a dish washer I ran into a slight problem at the beginning with the young lady at the front desk, but my situation was quickly resolved by ManagementOther than that I would most definitely stay here again and recommend it to others

Lucin Colakoglu

This hotel is really the best in the area The rooms are very clean and spacious and the staff is amazing! Clifton is the best and every time I stay here he always greats everyone who comes through the door and is so kind! He helped me with a small issue with my room without hesitation; you could tell he really cared to make sure I was happy and comfortable I made the mistake of booking too late a few weeks back and had a horrible experience at a hotel not far from this one so I am so happy to be back and I definitely learned my lesson and will make sure I always stay here! Definitely recommend this hotel!

Hugh bleach stain in front of room 301 Various other bleach stains in the hallway Bathroom light fixture was cracked Cut my hand on on light fixture House keeping is only available if you ask Was not informed of this upon check in

Ashley Ann Edwards

There was blood stains/ lipstick stains on the comforter as well as little curly black hairs I had an issue with the noise – the walls are paper thin I called to the front desk for assistance with my neighbors partying and being extremely loud

I’ll start with the positives Hasan the General manager is so kind and helpful Beds are comfortable

Shower was hot with nice shampoo and soap options Breakfast is decent Negatives for the price of this hotel there is not a pool Parking is creepy Carpet in room 217 smells like mildew(mold) The Shell gas station lights shine into the room Soap holder and fire sprinkler have rust on them The layout of the bathroom is awful Headboard had missing fabric

Alissa Greenwood

Parking is weird The breakfast is eh, breakfast The elevators have serious issues

You need to press both buttons to “recall” the elevators as seen on a printed note near the elevator It seems as though this hotel was once nice and lost its “pizzazz” The entire hotel smells like Bed bug spray I know from experience I tried to ignore it but I can’t I knew exactly what it was The cleanliness is better than I thought The rooms are okay I would’ve given the hotel at least 2 stars but after waking up this morning to a bedbug in my bathroom, alive and obviously healthy it’s upsetting I couldn’t give you -0 starsI’m traumatized from living with bedbugs as a child and a young adult I will not risk it for anything or anyone black listed for me

Louis Toy

Where should I start !?Rooms not in good condition at all, broken doors , broken tab you take a shower and tab filled up so quickly feel like you in a pool , AC no works in the summer (July) 🥵, honestly someone need to care if this place, very bad condition , it’s 70$ dollar a night and I had to pay 20$ extra -non refundable when I arrive to have a room with refrigerator Really … owner is very cheap and you can see it ,Recently I pay 50-60$ a night in different hotel and they were better then that

They should charge 40$ a room cause conditioner pretty bad Do yourself a favor and find something better

A very nice hotel for extended stays and short trips I was here for a couple weeks and the room was very spacious and well laid out Light switches took a minute to figure out and the bed side lights were a little brighter than expected

The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming and made it a point to greet me whenever our paths crossed The amenities included a well stocked breakfast every morning, featuring fresh scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage gravy, warm biscuits, hot and cold cereals, fresh fruit, juices, toast, and lots of coffee! The hotel also features an exercise center with treadmills, stationary bikes, an elliptical machine(I believe), and a free weight rack with some benches There was always cleaning and sanitizing supplies on hand as well This is a wonderful hotel offset right beside the 695 entrance and just off one of the main roads through Towson, so access to comings and goings are very simple I thoroughly recommend this Holiday Inn Express if you’re stopping or staying in the Towson/Northern Baltimore area

Kenyon Bajus

Clean and comfortable Didn’t bother using the WiFi, gym or pool Free breakfast had lots of options

Eggs could have been better Front desk staff was friendly and pleasant Booked adjoining rooms, but they weren’t available upon arrival Close to the city with free parking seemed like a better option than staying in the city and dealing with parking garages Overall fine stay

Would’ve been much better if we’d had curtains in the eastern facing windows Guess they want you up early Everything is clean

Bed is very firm Building looks like they have recently renovated itAddition: there were only electrical outlets on one side of the bed No table or lamp or anything for the other side We were in room 501 Our friends were in 204 and they did have curtains A/C worked great If anyone used the spiral staircase everyone in the building could hear it To be fair, it is a really old building Not sure I like the “no contact” and all electronic check in I’d at least have liked to have had a phone number for someone if I had a problem Decent place but probably wo t stay there again mainly due to the price being so high and how little you get for it

D S

The positive: The unit was clean Bed was comfortable Air-conditioning worked

Nice TV in the room Neat looking building from the exterior They honored the AAA price for the unit (10% discount) Truly a contactless facility if your worried about CovidThe negative: No staff in the building to help you if you need it When you do need to contact them you have to contact them via email and response time varied significantly (it was never immediate, but they did eventually respond) The phone number for the facility online is disconnected Limited number of electrical outlets in the room making it difficult with 3 people are in the room No where to store your luggage temporarily on check out day if you have a late afternoon flight (there is no front desk)— contacted them via email and was only given an option of paying an additional $45 for a late checkout which was very inconvenient “Cleaning fee” Raises the price significantly of the unit per night We had no one clean our unit while we were there for only 2 nights (our choice), but still paid the flat $75 fee for the cleaning For the same $150 I paid for each night I could’ve stayed at a Hyatt downtown and had breakfast provided plus be much closer to downtown and all of the restaurants/activities Instead had to pay for Uber to get downtown because really did not feel safe walking around the neighborhood

Alice Gottesman

While my stay at the Hotel Brexton was overall a positive experience, I did want to share why I am only giving it 3 stars:- The check-in process is confusing You need to go through it digitally since the hotel is all contactless There is no one physically at the hotel to help you

– The elevator inspection and registration expired in January 2022 I reached out to their virtual front desk about updating it and did not receive a response- Misleading amenities Microwave was listed as an amenity, but the room did not have one—there was one microwave in the lobby Netflix was listed as an amenity, but I had to sign into my own account on their Roku- The bathroom sink was very difficult to turn off and water would sometimes overflow from the handle- The water temperature of the bathroom sink and the shower seemed to have two settings: hot and scorching hot- Paid for a cleaning fee but the room was never cleaned during my 5 night stay- I’ve seen similar reviews, which concerns me regarding the hotel’s diligence in addressing known issuesAll of that said, the room was clean, comfortable, and got lots of natural light However, it’s overpriced for what you get and is best for someone low-maintenance

Well I will say this about this hotel…it was the best experience I’ve ever had in my 40 years of life from any hotel I thought it was pricey but let me tell you totally worth it I jiggle recommend this hotel

The staff was friendly and nice and very honest We came during a busy time so couldn’t get checked into until later Our room was still not available but they got us into a room but it wasn’t just any room We lucked up with the executive two layer suite for the inconvenience of waiting And I will tell now, no matter what room I get from this hotel I will most definitely be back and also plan for a stay in the further of the executive suite as it was absolutely gorgeous I have teenagers and nothing phases them but this room made they happy and excited which doesn’t happen much They absolutely loved this hotel Thank for a wonderful weekend My family will be back and I’ve already recommended friends to come here as well!!

Newly built hotel, modern decor, modern security features and great location As much as I enjoyed the property and its gym (the gym is dope) its location was great as well Located near a newish train stop, the hotel is supported by a “town center” design featuring a “main street” with restaurants, convenience stores, beauty salons and a boxing gym

A local library is steps away and the area is very foot-friendly Starbucks is in the first floor of the hotel for you bean junkies

Massive hotel! The rooms are large and beds are comfy Rooms are pretty clean The hotel is very dated

Looks like it came straight out of the 60s/70s There is a weird odor in the halls that is thankfully not present in the rooms The elevator is central to the hotel, so if you have an end room it’s quite a walk The elevator also smelled like weed( in fairness, that could very well be from the massive prom or wedding they were hosting) Also, thought it was weird that the fridge was just sitting in the floor All in all, not bad, but could use some deep cleaning and updates

In a perfect world, I would type up a novel to recount the frustrating and disappointing experience of staying at this hotel, but I will do my best to stay within the character limits My husband and I booked a room here for a friend’s wedding this past weekend and arrived around 1:30 PM on the day of check-in Over the next several hours, we were told one excuse after another by several different front desk personnel about the status of our room

Long story short, there were no rooms ready for their customers to check in to because the cleaning staff could not keep up after a night of being fully sold out I was repeatedly reassured that I was on a first-come, first-served waiting list and that I would receive a call as soon as my room was available However, check-in time came and went and I never received a call that night The most frustrating aspect of this ordeal was that several other couples, who came in after me, were given their rooms right away I have no good explanation for why this happened other than to assume that the staff were exercising some sort of discriminatory practice My husband and I had no choice but to change in the lobby bathroom and show up for the wedding in a frazzled state of mind We didn’t receive our room keys until after 10:00 PM that evening, when we returned from the wedding The only silver lining to this experience is that we were able to successfully advocate for 20% off our room cost as a small consolation for being kept out of our room for half the evening In spite of this gesture, the level of disorganization we witnessed here is unparalleled to anything I’ve ever experienced in the realm of hospitality services Needless to say, I will never be back to this establishment and will recommend anyone I know to follow suit

I just can’t believe I haven’t heard of more weddings happening at the Cinnamon Tree! I am SO thankful I found the Delta for my reception!! I don’t even know where to begin

the planning team I worked with (Kelly and Delynn) is just unbelievably helpful She accommodated every single thing we asked for The pricing just absolutely astonishing how affordable it is My favorite part is the McCormick suite that the bridesmaids and I got ready in a wo story open suite with a kitchenette, fireplace, library, dining table, and couch that 4 guest rooms connect into (a HUGE selling point for us) And the food was DELICIOUS! Not to mention, the service was OUTSTANDING! We had a private breakfast in the Cinnamon Tree Restaurant the next morning and even that was amazing!! Again, I truly cannot say enough good things about having our reception here If we could go back and pick our vendors again, we would pick the Delta without hesitation!!

Best hotel I have ever stayed in! Friendly and upbeat staff Even the manager was really nice She freaked out when I showed her pictures of the hotel 11 minutes away at Howard Johnson’s

That place was a nightmare! Anyway, at Hyatt Place, my room 512 was very clean and well decorated Everything worked It smelled great and the bed was comfortable I was well rested and was able to check out at 1pm with no problem Definitely recommend 🙂

If I could give it a zero rating that’s what they would get Not sure why I was booked here instead of Marriott (both are the same price per night) The rooms are small, very dirty – the room I was originally booked in was the dirtiest room I’ve ever seen!! Carpet was stained

burn Mark’s all over the carpet the bathroom still had used soap and wet rags from the previous guests Asked to move my room and got another one on a different floor that was a little better the girl who handled my check in and room change was VERY NICE!! The free breakfast is just that it was warm to cool have to walk all over just to make coffee I will insist on Marriott next time

This hotel is not bad Unfortunately I do not think it lives up to the Hyatt name In general the room appears to be nice, but the bathrooms and the pool area could use some updating

The breakfast bar was okay but the selections were minimal They serve Starbucks coffee but the staff doesn’t seem like they know how to make it properly I asked for a regular coffee and then they asked me how much espresso shots I wanted… I am also positive I left with bed bug bites the next day I made sure i washed everything I took there when I got home I expected an exceptional experience instead got a mediocre one

I will never ever stay here again Decided to go see my sister and her family for the weekend So we ended up getting the holiday inn express

I have never had any issues with a holiday day inn My son woke me up to show me a bug on the wall Then we started seeing more on the window and even one on the bed Once the sun came up you can see that there have been other bugs The room walls had bug splatter juices on its walls 🤢I couldn’t sleep after that My son was hungry, the hotel has free breakfast So I went with him so he can get food I don’t know who eats raw bacon but that food was not good at all The bacon was so under cooked But wait before we even left to go down stairs there was a mouse that was next to my sneaker and ran out the room I did go to the front desk to complain They wrote the information down and said we will see what we can do Maybe we can switch your room, I don’t want another room because we were checking out I haven’t heard from anyone from the hotel As a business they should have at least the decency to call a customer back that had a complaint about where they stayed, eat etc Especially if money was spent But never again will we stay at this Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Owings Mills Maryland

We have been coming here for 6 years on March 12 for our Anniversary We loved it The atmosphere was relaxingThis weekend we were to stay the weekend as usual

We were shocked at the first steps into the HotelEverything is different It was not the same Even the beautiful ponds with the fish and waterfalls was gone That was only the beginning I am a handicap person I requested a handicap room when I first made my reservation When we got to the room, the toilet was so low my husband had to help me up and down Also toilet seat only had 1 Bolt It wasThe room is not inviting It is not cozy Very cold We slept in our jogging suits to keep warm Even with the thermostat turned all the way up The next morning we checked out There were no menus in the room to order out also I am sorry but we will not be returningWe loved it here This is a room compared to MOTEL 6 The price you charge it could have at least had a bedspread We are very disappointed in Only good thing was Leslie at the bar

Embassy suites is always my go to when traveling out of town They always provide such excellent customer service and this location was perfect! From the time we arrived, Ashley the front desk receptionist was great! She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was great She truly exemplified great customer service which now a days is such a lost art! The room was super clean and beds were very comfortable

The breakfast was top notch and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay If my family should ever travel back that way again we would hands down stay again without question

This hotel has a really nice layout lobby wise and room rise! The room was very spacious We loved the balcony and the natural light that came through The cons were the smaller shower, with water going up to a warm temperature, not as hot, and the random bugs, probably from the balcony and wooded area

In our room we saw a ladybug, a fruit fly, and a beetle Lastly the dial on our refrigerator didn’t work If you’re not squeamish or too particular, it could be the perfect stay for you

We visit this location for a wedding this past Friday and loved it The food was great, the servers were amazing, and the view was breath taking One of the best parts of the evening for my fiance and me was chatting with a bar tender named Mark

He was very socialable and made the best drinks! He even went out of the way to make us a special drink we had never heard of Best drinks ever I hope to make it for us, as he gave step by step instructions to make it So if you are ever hear and want to try a great drink, Mark is your guy Thanks for a wonderful even Four Seasons!

I was married at the Four Seasons at Baltimore in September 2012 I continued to frequent the hotel 1 to 3 times a year, spending thousands of dollars each visit I have spent over $100,000 dollars at this hotel since 2012

On August 13, 2022 I did damage their “$4,000” TV I was told that I should pay to replace the TV We settled on $60000 dollars, after significant negotiations I can’t shake the sadness I feel with the result It feels very unfair I realize may have damaged the TV but I also know how much value Ive brought this company year over year I’m sad because it will be hard for me to come back to any Four Seasons hotel that puts profit above relationships I am fairly young in my vacation life with at least 40 years left of amazing opportunity That said, sadly it will not include the Four Seasons

As expected, the hotel room (Lighthouse Suite 1511), the location, the concierge, spa, in-room & valet services were top notch The online booking process as well as navigating the app for quick chats with concierge (Thanks Michael for the flowers delivery & birthday cake!) were key to the experience which was to celebrate my partner’s birthday All of the staff including Damien were friendly & helpful, plus Moses was able to direct me to a barbershop app for a much needed haircut

Also, I’d like to thank the spa manager who mitigated a slight moment of displeasure when we were unable to take full benefit of all the spa services after a VIP couples appointment He assured us of access for the remainder of our stay, provided birthday champagne & truffle chocolates as well as entertainment ideas during our stay I also want to add a special mention of Ryan and Jasmine who performed our massages – absolutely outstanding, relaxing experience for us both Our room was impeccably cleaned, had great flow & views (bonus in earshot of concerts below), as well as comfortable bedding Lastly, we patronized both the Azumi & Bygone restaurants which also did not disappoint Dinner at Azumi was fabulous & the brunch buffet on Sunday at Bygone was an equally delicious feast & the perfect end to a thoroughly enjoyable getaway

Hosted our wedding rehearsal dinner here and it was wonderful – staff were kind, room was decorated nicely, and the catered food they partner with was delicious After the wedding, we were all hanging in the lobby, and a staff member came out to offer us a trash can for our leftover snacks and told us we could hang out as long as we wanted, but to just avoid any hallways so as to not awaken guests We really appreciated it!

Unfortunately this is the only hotel in town, so there is no reason to upgrade I have to stay here a couple of times a year because it is really the only choice in the area I keep hoping it will improve, but never does

Worst beds in a hotel ever… floor would be more comfortable Also the pillows on the bed would hardly work for a toddler There is one sheet along with a paper thin blanket and paper thin bedspread Can’t imagine staying here in winter The only good thing is the fridge and microwave in the room – definitely bring your own food if staying multiple nights Even the tv system feels like it is 20 years ago

Kimberly Williams

The hotel was fully booked, but the staff treated us like guests and not a job or a nuisance I am excited thinking about visiting family again and staying at the Westminster Best Western!I was saddened by a family that was complaining about breakfast on Sunday They were unkind to the hard-working and kind, young man working to feed the fully-booked hotel! They were loud and unkind not only to the hotel staff, but to their own family members

I share this because I expect this family to leave a derogatory review as they seemed like that sort of people (ironically, the woman’s name was Karen!)
