I don’t think words can fully express my gratitude towards the staff here and how nice and quiet the place is If you’re in the area, THIS IS YOUR HOTEL, I promise!!! Staff are very attentive and whiling to accommodate to fit your needs and wants I stayed 4 nights for work in the area and not 1 problem arose

They have a Diamond Award displayed from 2021 and its very well deserved You can tell the owners and management take pride in their establishment and want to serve you Thank you so very much for such a great stay 🙂

Reviews fooled me! My husband and I arrived here right before midnight Per the guy at the front desk if you’re not checked in by midnight they will charge you for the room and will resale your room 🧐Anyways the hotel check in went smooth The lobby was nicely decorated and smelled clean

However, the smell of wet dog hit us as we entered the room The room was nicely decorated too, but there were more issues besides the smell The toilet seat was cracked, stains on the carpet, and the tiles on the jacuzzi were buckling at the bottom I was completely shocked! Then the continental breakfast didn’t not offer any type of protein (meat) Just drinks, eggs, oatmeal, and bread on top of bread with a few other things I would give them 25 if it was an option

Staff is great, it’s an A-loft hip and trendy and all that, wasn’t a fan of the food served there but I’m sure COVID plays a role in that Had two issues with my room, both the floor (near toilet) and shower did not appear to be cleaned well as I noticed stains near the toilet and some in the shower, nothing to kill my experience, the other issue is the shower handle, it does not lock in the off position and instead can go negative forcing me to have to find the correct spot to turn the tap off Other than that it was a good stay and there are amazing places to eat near by so I’d recommend that over eating at the hotel

Mel Baker

Nicole and Michelle at the front desk were both helpful and lovely We also did try the breakfast which was pretty good I liked the oat milk cold brew

The room was comfortable for us for one night, and even though we didn’t get a chance to use them, we did appreciate all the nice amenities May be a new go-to whenever we want to go to Waterfall Glen

This Aloft location has always been a staple for our travels to this area Of course they did not disappoint during this visit either My husband and I would love to thank Nichole F

My husband and I were displaced because of a sewage pipe breaking and all sorts of nasty things happening to our water So our insurance was able to get us a hotel for several nights seeing our home was uninhabitable We didn’t expect much

But let me just say, if I could give more stars I would, and here’s why:- the staff was kind, caring and knowledgeable- the room was clean- the lobby was clean- the whole hotel was clean- working water-working shower- working toilets- the room was spacious, perfect for two people- the place was quiet- free continental breakfast in the morningIf I ever need to, I will stay here again Especially because of the guy working the desk when we arrived which was around 8pm He was one of the nicest people I’ve ever met

Kae Rae

Signs in the elevator and on the mirror in our room were peeling and looked worn, which indicated to me right off the bat that they don’t do much to properly maintain the place Appearance and experience are everything for this type of industry, and those are very minor things they could easily fix We also had a broken thermostat, so the room was very warm

The window in our room leaked during thunderstorms, which maintenance did come in to assess, but nothing was fixed during our stay The room and bathroom felt grimey- not clean at all The pillows smelled like oily hair, the vent in the shower area was full of dust, hair in the tub Water pressure in the shower was awful The shower head was positioned way too high and could not be adjusted to a more comfortable stream Worst shower of my life No extra pillows or toilet paper in room, and no one to bring anything we needed We had to go downstairs to get everything ourselves, and when we did, the staff had bad attitudes and gave us a hard time about it Why is it trouble to ask for extra toilet paper? They even rolled their eyes and questioned how many people we had in the room We had 5 people staying for 3 nights- just give us an extra roll of toilet paper! Additionally, the pool was cold, dirty, full of hair and there was even a used bandaid floating around The breakfast selection was poor, and a breakfast “monitor” stood watching our every move, making us feel uncomfortable enough to where we skipped breakfast altogether for the remainder of our trip Of all the Hampton’s I’ve stayed in, this was absolutely the worst Would never ever stay here again, not even for free Disgusting experience

Jeff Brown

One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at I travel every week for business and always stay at Hilton hotels The hotel looks nice from the outside and lobby but the rooms are really dated and need better maintenance

My room looked like it had been barely cleaned, dirt all over the floor, I had spiders in my room that I had to kill Do yourself a favor and look at other hotels

OUR CAR WAS VANDALIZED! I was a guest at the Hyatt Regency in Lisle, Illinois June 9-12 I was in town for my stepdaughter’s wedding, down the road at the Morton Arboretum We had an adjoining room for the night of June 10 for the bride

While we were there, many things were less than desirable, but the worst occurred on my final night there On Saturday night, June 11, I parked my other daughters’ car in the Hyatt parking lot I parked it in the well lit lot, close to the building, and thought it was a very safe spot The next morning, the catalytic converter had been stolen and the front hood was damaged When I reported it to hotel staff, they said they had no liability and could not help me I was shocked at their complete disregard and lack of concern, they also did not seem a bit surprised I would have hoped for some empathy, contact information for the police, somethingI guess that I should not have been too surprised though as the whole time I was there, the staff seemed unconcerned Even though the adjoining room was vacant on June 9, (we asked because we thought about getting it early), it was not cleaned and available until 4:30 pm June 10 We told them it was for a bridal party, with an early morning wedding the next day, but that did not seem to matterWe also witnessed other guests arriving after 4 and still not having their room ready They were offered drinks at the bar, but many needed their rooms Then we witnessed damage to the number board in one elevator, causing some floors to be inaccessible The other worst thing we saw was when some guests got stuck in the other elevator and were ringing the bell for some time They got out, but then that elevator was shut down for a dayAll in all, I will never stay there again, and fear to stay at any Hyatt

Naqia Najafi

At first glance this hotel looks like it will be a great stay The lobby is grand, clean and spacious However, the rooms do not match this vibe & does not look like the photos advertised

They are outdated and dirty The beds are tiny in size We stayed in a 2 double bed room, but the beds were closer in size to singles The washroom curtain had stains, and water pooled up to your ankles when taking a shower Our TV did not work & wifi also did not work for our first day of our stay We travelled with a large group and several members of our party experienced worse issues Earwigs in the bathtub, ants in the room, an electrical spark & flame from the outlet, blood like stains on sheets upon arriving in hotel There was also no daily cleaning/room service offered until the third night of your stay, which would have been nice to know prior to booking The only reason I’ve given this hotel 2 stars is because the staff is very kind and helpful But overall, if you’re expectations are a clean hotel room, I would not recommend this place

Mistic Mods

Room was great but asked for regular coffee 2 times and got decaf both times Last time we asked they never even came to the room Also we were supposed to get wedding venue rates and asked multiple times and was told fully booked but groom said they were not

Called sales dept and told the same thing I wouldn’t recommend for the price service should’ve been better

You’ve restored my faith in Holiday Inn Express! After an awful stay at another Holiday Inn Express (seriously, the worst hotel experience of my life), I swore I would not stay at an IHG property again However, we had to make last minute plans for an unexpected funeral Having IHG points, I decided to see what was available in the area and figured a new hotel couldn’t be all that bad

It was one of the best decisions of my life The people who work at this location are friendly and made me feel as if they were absolutely tuned-in to my needs The property is clean, our stay was quiet and I enjoyed every moment of it My friend who recently stayed there with her dying father had similar feedback She said they couldn’t be nicer I absolutely agree Thank you for making me feel special and for offering me a clean, comfortable and quiet space

Gary Zimmerman

Staff was super friendly and helpful Only ding I could give them was the ice machine on our floor was broken so we had to travel a bit to find some Room was great, big screen TV, microwave, fridge, Keurig coffee maker

We had a small wedding after-party in our room and they were very accommodating to our visitors Breakfast was pretty good too! Very happy with our experience

The hotel was clean and the service was excellent! The rooms had new furnitures and all the sheets were clean The shampoo, conditioner and soap was better quality compared to other hotels of this calibre which is great!Similar to other hotels in the area, the parking was free which is great compared to hotels in the city (parking can easily be $60/night)For the price, location, service, and cleanliness, I would definitely stay here again

John De La Garza

Was in Chicago for a family function so this place was a great location for us We’ve enjoyed using the Hilton Honors App Been very useful

The room wasnice Only problem was the bathroom sink was clogged Mentioned it to the front desk but she didnt seem to be to concerned about it So that’s a big Negative Requested towels and was told to come get them myself From the front desk Someone should have been available to bring them to our room Aside from that, everything else was fine Will continue to stay at Hilton because more often than not, service is always great

Say S

I was happy with my experience here I am a Hilton Honors member and my bottle water was in my room along with a few other amenities so they were prepared to receive me even though I checked in a little later The only hang up was I attempted to check in through the app and was told I still needed to check in at the desk,on the app to revieve digital key

That was a little inconvenient after a 10-hour Drive I was ready to get in bed and not talk to anyone but my room was clean and I was happy with the stay overall

Floor carpets need to be cleaned more intensively Lot of stains observed Negatively impact the positives of the room Food options not very great Restaurant service quality needs improvement Overall I do see need for more maintenance and upkeep

Very basic hotel My room was clean and comfortable Had what I needed and nothing I didn’t

I think some of the staff are newthey had issues with my credit card and my room keys seemed to not work every time I went to use them Had to go to the front desk at least five times to get them redone but they wouldn’t give me new ones The restaurant is very good

The whole experience wasn’t bad The breakfast looked good The staff was good to me

The location is great and there are places to walk to Though the price was only a few dollars cheaper than the nicer hotel across the street where some of my group wound up The hotel needs work Alot of stuff is stained yellow including the floors, chairs in the lobby and the sheets There was no air on in the hotel in the middle of the summer except for the rooms which made it hard to be in the lobby as a group The sheets had holes in them and the only thing on the bed for cover was 2 thin sheets and a light blanket The drains in my tub and sink were broken The shower had mold/mildew and the shower was funky My room seemed to be one of the better rooms out of some that others in my group had

Bat Man

I can’t say enough great things about this location and it’s staff I cane here temporarily as I looked for a place to live in area From the time I checked in they made me feel at home

The rooms are nice and clean and you get waffles at breakfast Not to mention eggs, biscuits & gravy! Plus healthy options as wellThe pictures are of my favorite people at front desk So please be kind to themIf you come to Naperville and looking for a nice place stay here and NOT MOTEL !

Kristina Kvapil

Staff was nice enough, check in was easy Location was good, next to many things The rooms left something to be desired from what I’ve come to expect from best western

The sheet had a mysterious yellow spot, the middle blanket has clearly been washed a million times and was getting grungy as well as having holes that looked like cigarette burns, the AC was pretty pathetic and we ended up sleeping under sheets only because the room wouldn’t cool down enough, the toilet wasn’t sealing properly and kept running as well as leaking so we had maintenance come up just to make sure we didn’t get charged for it- he basically shrugged it off and said it was fine Other than that the rest of the room was fine This is the 4th best western we’ve stayed at this week and it definitely didn’t seem on par with the others

This hotel was better than I expected

very clean, great check in service from Theresa and breakfast met all my needs including fresh eggs!! My guest room was well appointed , impressed with the water pressure and also temp of shower- this can be an issue at most hotels but not here Pool area looked amazing although I forgot my swimsuitI will returnlocation right off I-55 but I literally heard no highway noise from my guest roomA great nights rest Thank you

Better than a motelIt’s a cheaper option in the area with “you get what you paid for” overtones Clean, decent rooms

However, our stay was unpleasantThe room we had was freezing with no solution to the problem Wish this was me just being overdramatic but I had to sleep with my coat on since there were no extra blankets in the room or front desk Even with the AC unplugged, it didn’t warm up If you need picky details, I’d recommend bringing your own snacks, since the vending machine we tried wasn’t taking money In the morning, hours prior to check-out time, the power went out The best they had were apologies for the inconvenience and a wave goodbye That was our stay Hope yours is better

P S

Stayed a few days at hotel The room was decent, meaning, clean except curtains and vents of air system, and it comes on loud The issues were the spa and pool

I got into the spa and noticed a bug floating on top and some particle of rocks and dirt at the bottom The pool had a cloudy color Also, repairs being done on the roof or a new roof being done, made it noisy in the mornings Many other things to write, but I’ll be brief Kathy the manager isn’t/wasn’t helpful when faced with complaints such as pool, spa water,: entire body started itching Breakfast wasn’t the best, eggs were mashed I did encounter 2 nice ladies at front desk Overall, it wasn’t the best experience at the hotel for my birthday I tried reaching the general manager via email with the issues Glad there are some who enjoy their hotel stay with no issues

Me and my husband stayed here a while ago and it was one of the best hotels I have stayed at The door man was very friendly as well as the front staff The rooms were amazing, very clean and spacious

I have never had room service and I was one of the best experiences of my life as you can see I didn’t order anything fancy but it was still amazing

DIVINE DESTINY

This hotel was extremely clean and comfortable The staff is polite, warm and inviting upto the cleaning staff Speaking of, they do a remarkable job of cleaning the rooms

This is coming from someone who generally travels with my own pillow, sheets, blanket and cleaning supplies I did not have to put in any additional work to make this place up to par for my visitIf you are there and looking for breakfast, try the coffee and smoothie place a few steps away (I forgot the name, my apologies) However, the ham and Swiss croissant was simply amazing! The only downside to my visit, was the bar was not open during my visit on a holiday weekend It turned out ok, because the location of the hotel gave countless other close options right on and off Route 59

Lillia Amor

The reservations manager Emily here made my stay absolutely repulsive I over slept and did not extend my stay, instead of receiving a phone call from the reception to politely ask if I was extending my stay- Emily approved of the staff barging into my room as I was naked showering I have never in my life experienced this at a hotel

When I told her my concerns she let me know that she can send someone to gathering my things for me to check out This was upon telling her that I feel uncomfortable extending my stay further since anyone can come in- unapologetically Being a woman staying alone this was a repulsive reaction from Emily I would never wish this upon anyone The hotel is nice, but unfortunately an unqualified reservation manager has trashed it

The room was fine Clean and comfortable The breakfast fell short

We were there on Mothers Day morning, at breakfast by 830 No eggs Fruit bowls empty Other foods low Choose our food and sat for 20 minutes Never saw ANYONE tending the breakfast area No more eggs No wiping tables Nothing I get that staffing is short, but 1 person can handle it!

Almost everything was perfect about this stay Great room, comfortable bed and big TV There were two downsides

No HBO is one The other was getting hassled by the guy at the front desk because he didn’t believe our dog was a service animal He started asking questions deemed illegal by the ADA Some training regarding how to properly comply with the ADA is needed That being said I will definitely stay at this hotel again

We are traveling across the country with 2 dogs, so chose La Quinta’s since they accept pets This was the cleanest one we stayed at so far The room itself had lots of space to get re-organized

The remote was missing and the AC wasn’t kicking on but the front desk agent came upstairs and fixed both of those things We’d definitely stay at this location again
