After seeing a recommendation of Windemere Cove from someone in an RV group on Facebook, we changed our plans and booked a month here We are thrilled we did! This place is so incredibly peaceful and quiet It’s a fabulous place to decompress and chill out

Their lake views are amazing! We are here for a couple more weeks, and taking chairs and drinks out on their dock at night for happy hour is the best! The sites are basic, but they are all paved, large enough for big rigs, and super clean The staff members are as friendly and as helpful as anyone can be They have a beautiful clubhouse and swimming pool We have met some terrific people here (rentiers as well as lot owners) and everyone is loving it If you have a boat, bring it They have a nice launch to Lake Guntersville within the park This place will stay on our list as a “go to” place to visit again

This park is very quiet! I think they are looking to sell all the shots and make it a private resort because they want you to buy Everything is done on the internet No one is in the office for campers

Pool isn’t heated It is a beautiful spot to camp though Water and mountains make it very peaceful Road to come in is winding but we made it with a 42 ft 5th wheel Nice stay

It’s a beautiful rv park for the elderly my wife & I carried 2 of our grand children cbamping, so I thought No camp fires on any camp lot, one huge community pit whea down at the lake front, no play ground, and worst of all no kids

Weekend renters weren’t allowed in work-out area The kids were in a vacent lot next door on a walk about and we’re told by an employee they were on private propertyWe didn’t feel welcomeNice pool area Good fishingDon’t recomend to weekend camping w/ the kids

Stayed here a weekend in July The room was a Pretty standard older room No issues though

What made this a 5* was the breakfast and a lady that worked in the breakfast area named Tammy She was awesome, we weren’t with our kids but watching her interact with the kids there and she gave each of them a prize out of the treasure chest It was great to see an employee that seemed to enjoy their job and wanted the others around her to be happy as well

We have our family reunion the last Saturday in July every year and have lots of rooms booked at the Hampton Inn in Scottsboro, Alabama The staff is very professional, the staff worked hard to accommodate everyone who are coming from different areas of the country and have different needs We highly recommend this hotel over any other in Jackson County because the hotel is always clean and they practice old fashioned customer service

Do NOT STAY HERE—- bed bugs!We stayed a single night and the next day not only was I full of bites but my toddler was too!The mattress was wrapped in a bag but FYI bedbugs can live in headboards, dressers, night stands, carpet etc The hotel didn’t have anything to say for themselves nor offer to remedy my situation when it was brought to their attention My son also pulled out a bowl of ham salad that had been left in the fridge from a previous stay—- 🤢🤢🤢We spent $145 for the night

You should also count the doctors visits, medications and itching we had following the visit Do not waste your time or money!

The first thing is I have been trying and trying to get a hold of this resort for weeks I’ve had my boyfriend calling and his mom along with me I could never get anybody to answer the phone

One day I decide to call again and they finally answer (after the second phone call) I asked if they had any lots open, she replies “No I’m sorry, thank you goodbye” I tried to ask another question before she said goodbye but then she proceeds to just hang up the phone I tried to call back immediately after she hung up, multiple times with no answer Their service is terrible I would never recommend anybody to stay there nor will I, due to the lack of respect and due diligence

This has to be the best motel I have stayed at for quite some time The room was clean, the restroom was clean The person at the check in was friendly

The room was dark and quiet My 2 complaints: they have those uncomfortable 1/4 pillows and when the air conditioner shuts off it is so hot you start to sweat Give us back grown folks pillows and put a ceiling fan over the bed and this would be the perfect place to stay

Gabe Smith

Was given the wrong direction to the room Was told it was in the back when it was in the front of the building The room was pretty clean, some old food in the refrigerator and part of a clothing item left in the room

No real blinds in the room so light from outside all night and 🌞 in the morning Breakfast was good, nothing fancy but covered all the bases

Great service Great location Great price

However, they really need to replace blind over the window During the day,it’s like a one way window mirror You can see out, no one can see in But at night, it’s completely transparent I went to Walmart and bought a black out curtain and put over the window If they fix that, next time I stay, I’ll give more stars
