Great value for the money We were happy to hear that we had gotten free upgrades to balcony rooms so that the whole family could stay on the same floor (We had booked 3 rooms with 2 queen beds each) Rooms were super clean! We loved that the queen beds were in separate “rooms” in our room

We shared the room with my sister-in-law and absolutely felt like we each had privacy We were also very pleased with the included breakfast, as many hotels advertise this, but then do not include it I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, quiet place to stay with friendly staff

Brian Stringham

The beds are old and sag to the middleThe shower in our room was handicapped accessible but let water flood the bathroomThe room was clean but the carpet needed cleaning

The pool needed some chemicalsAnd the hotel was very noisy with slamming doors and when people flush the toilet from upstairs it rattled the walls and the sound of water rushing through the pipes was awful So no sleepThe air was good and cool but couldn’t sleep from the racket it made

Ryle Lancaster

Amazing200 a night is pricey but you’re 5 min from all the tourist attractions in pigeon forge Great location

The room was spacious, beautiful We got two queens This came with two tv’s with a bathroom area in the middle So clean The breakfast was consistent and delicious: eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy, yogurt, cereal, baked goodsThe staff was kind and well trained They also have coupons for surrounding attractions Amazing

Stayed here 2 nights with my daughter and her 2 small kids Hotel was lovely, room was large and comfortable Beds were comfortable enough

Breakfast was great And the 2 pools and hot tub and lazy river were wonderful The staff we interacted with were professional and friendly It was a great place I would stay there again and I’m very picky about hotels

Molly H.

My friends and I first came to this hotel back in 2016 and it was just as enjoyable in 2022 as it was then! The building is beautiful and modern, very nice renovations, though there are a few minor touch-ups that could be improved (change outlet covers in rooms to new white to match paint, not aged off-white, the laminate floors in breakfast area were put down on uneven floor, resulting in air pockets that pop when stepped on)The indoor pool is very small, but big enough to still enjoy, as is the hot tub There are plenty of vending machines and many, many common areas to sit with your party and chat or catch up, both indoors and outdoors

The full breakfast was delicious, with coffee, tea, hot cider, and occasionally hot cocoa available at all times The breakfast area is available at all times and there is even a balcony to enjoy breakfast from on a nice morning!

Bridget Phelps

This would be a great place to stay with kids The hotel is set up where everything is convenient I would give it a perfect score if the pullout bed wasn’t so bad

The mattress was very thin and the springs could be felt through it The rest of the room was great though The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean!Other than that, it was perfect! Indoor and outdoor pool options are so nice after a long day The breakfast was delicious and they kept the food stocked the entire time (see photos) We will definitely consider staying there again

Mom and I stayed here three years ago and we had a blast The rooms were clean and we got a double Loved being able to have basically 2 rooms in one as the beds were separated by the bathroom and doors to each so there was plenty of privacy

I would definitely recommend a stay and we are planning on another visit this year in the fall

Jackie Flaugher

Love the 2 separate rooms with the separate beds Love the sink and bathroom between the rooms Love the balcony

The air conditioning works exceptionally The rooms are super clean Nice pool I wish they allowed pets Also, the girl on second shift on Sat 7/3 wasn’t friendly, catcall Overall, everything that matters was a 5 star experience

First off the place is super clean, the house keeping staff actually clean The room was nice and neat The beds was even comfortable

The best part was the friendly staff Cheyenne and Jennie went above and beyond with friendly customer service They both were very professional, and if we had a question about pigeon forge they took the time to be helpful I travel a lot and it seems hard to find friendly professional service My wife even agrees with me I hope upper management keep these ladies, and never take them for granted I look forward to coming back Thank you Hampton Inn

Amanda Norman

For some reason, everything in our room felt wet It also had a very moldy smell I left out a ticket stub and it was damp the next morning

I was impressed by how clean the microwave and fridge were, but we were given no bags for our ice bucket which had hair in it Pools are open late and looked clean Side doors are supposed to be locked at 11pm but when I arrived back around 1am each morning, they were unlocked Hotel is within walking distance (less than 5min) of a brewery/restaurant, movie theater, and fun center Breakfast was larger than normal It had both a large inside and outside dining area Staff very polite Very quiet

Taya Bullock

Just stayed 4 nights at this hotel, once checking in we ended up having to switch rooms because the smell of mildew was so incredibly strong The new room was better but we weren’t able to run the AC unit very much because the mildew smell was so strong We eneded up buying a candle to try to help with the smell when it was on

Customer Service – The young women at the front desk and the breakfast room attendant were so friendly!Cleanliness – The first room we checked into had a fake finger nail right on the bathroom floor The rooms really need a good vacuum The edges on the carpet were filthy The cupboard holding the mini fridge was extremely dirty and needed wiped down The shower curtain, window curtain and lamp shades all had black mold on them and the chairs had stains on the fabricOther than the cleanliness the hotel was a good place to stay, great location close to shopping, attractions and restaurants The indoor and outdoor pool option was great for our kiddos

Rheagan Buckner

Our room was so clean And service was phenomenal We booked our room online on booking

com In the description it said there would be a balcony When we checked in we went to our room down the hall on the first floor to a room with no balcony just a window facing the backside of the hotel we went to ask if there were any other rooms available and what i believe was the owner offered us a king suite to keep his word about having a balcony we will definitely be staying here again

Jessi Matney

Stayed here for a couple of days One of the cleanest hotels I have stayed in I had a king jacuzzi room with a balcony over looking the river

The room was nice and super clean! They came in and cleaned the room, changed the sheets, left fresh towels The jets in my jacuzzi didn’t work, but that didn’t bother me I would stay here again and highly recommend it to others Front desk staff was nice also My only complaint is not a lot of parking

Chris Wheeler

Booked for a quick weekend getaway with my wife We were able to easily book a room last minute The Inn is centrally located to all the shops and attractions you would like to visit

The rooms were very affordable Check-in and out were very simple, friendly, and hassle-free The room was very clean, and the balcony view was nice We loved having a hot breakfast and coffee each morning to get the day started Was able to relax in the evening and catch the Final 4 games after a long day The parking lot is a bit small, but in our full-sized truck never had an issue finding a parking spot, there is overflow parking near the river behind the poolMy only gripe would be that the mattresses were very firm, too firm for our liking But, not a deal-breaker or something that would ruin a weekend Can honestly say we were pleasantly surprised Very welcoming and accommodating Would not have known it was a 2-star hotel based on our experienceOverall, very good experience for us Would recommend a quick, enjoyable stay Thank you

I say this with complete honesty that is undoubtedly the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in We entered to a large parking lot with plenty of space (Tesla and handicap parking as well) and took in a huge Christmas themed building The inside is decorated from top to bottom with Christmas decor and has the most wonderful scent of the holiday season

I thought the trees may be dusty or tacky but everything was truly clean as could be and very in styleThe rooms were beautiful and immaculately clean! I’ve never stayed somewhere so clean and polishedEvery morning you can visit with Santa downstairs and enjoy a wonderful complimentary breakfast that features an omelet bar, waffle station, continental buffet, and more Sit outside and enjoy the beautiful courtyard!Every evening there’s complimentary cookies at the front desk and coffee/lemonade served daily all day in the lobby Try their signature flavor, you won’t regret it!We absolutely cannot wait to come back to the amazing gem of a hotel

Michael Meehan

We have been staying here since it opened 15 years ago It’s always been a five star experience My kids say they love it more than the Ritz Carlton or Four Seasons

The indoor and outdoor pools are fun with the slide Free coffee and lemonade all day Freshly baked cookies every day at 8pm The two room suites are especially nice with a kitchen and large Christmas tree

Bryon Edwards

Over the top beautiful place No matter what time of year it is celebration is in the air I highly recommend coming anytime of the year

Excellent family friendly stay We stayed during off peek season, so the outdoor pool wasn’t available, but there was an adequate indoor pool available The room was extremely clean and comfortable

The bed seemed a little firmer than my liking, but acceptable The shower/tub was large and clean We tried the restaurant which offered a variety of delicious food, the waitress was not the friendliest or attentive to drink refills The front staff and cleaning staff were super friendly and courteous

Vanessa Taylor

My husband and I are very picky, and we had zero complaints about the resort We found our room clean, and the resort overall was very comfortable It definitely had a different feel from other resorts

It was very warm and welcomingMy only complaint, and caution to others, is you should check your final bill at check out We had over $100 charged to our room from the late night lounge and we never went there! We drove back the same day that we checked out when I saw the charge The desk clerk had it removed and said it would be investigated When we returned home, the charge reappeared on my credit card I called to speak to someone and was placed on hold for over 10 minutes, when the line finally disconnectedWe watched kids put pizza/ice cream on their rooms by just giving the room number, so be very careful It clearly is very easy to have something charged to your room that is not yoursOther then that, we loved the resort I would have given 5 stars had we not had the room charge issue

Ashley Harvey

The staff was amazing which is why I am leaving 2 stars The rooms are basic and the beds are hard The inside is pretty but very simple for such lavish prices

There are other hotels/resorts in the area with better prices My daughter who is a huge fan of dolly was unimpressed by the place and she is 7 I definitely will not be staying here again

The hotel itself is beautiful The room was comfortable The beds are supposed to be queen size but were clearly fulls, though they were comfortable

The courtyard is great – The outside pool is still under construction but the indoor pool was very nice My only complaint was the employees In 4 days no one ever came to at least take the trash out or offer clean towels I had to ask the night desk person for towels and you would have thought I asked him to borrow $10,000 from his reactionThere was no soap or anything in our room, so we had to drive the 5 miles to Publix to pick some upGreat place, terrible service

Harold Howard

Bathroom smells like mildew and breakfast is pretty much the same thing everyday They don’t clean out the appliance such as the toaster or the waffle maker Other guests smoke in their rooms and the smells travels

The pool didn’t look as clean and very small Cheap and affordable hotel to stay in but I would highly recommend other hotels besides Comfort Suites

Stayed in April in one of the hot tub rooms Didn’t take pictures beforehand of the hot tub Hotel staff did take pictures after we left claiming we flooded the tub because we stacked towels in one spot and the rooms below had water damage

I always stack the dirty towels in spot to make life easier on housekeeping Please be very careful if you do decide to stay here and document everything They accused us of flooding the rooms below us with water from the tub Absolutely did not We have been regulars and never had a problem before now Security deposit was not refunded We had stayed in Virginia the night before at a Hampton by Hilton at a much higher price point with no damage but it was claimed we did over $1,000 worth of damage This particular room (306) had been unavailable for a bit because we had previously stayed there the month before and it was being worked on so we had a different hot tub room with no problems Not only are we banned we are out an extra $100 for the security deposit

Mary Chappell

Easy check-in and out Decently priced rooms but requires a deposit you will get back if the room is left in the same condition as before the stay Shower was missing the shower head and smoking rooms are on the 3rd and 4th floor ,but they do have an elevator

The rooms also have balconies on the opposite side from room door A+++ experience! Bonus: Located right beside Shonies with a all you can eat breakfast buffet for $12 and you can get it to go!

Kell Gillian

Very Clean, beds were comfy, the relaxing View when you go out back, the pool was nice & clean The Only down fall was no a microwave in the room This Price was Great! This will be the place I stay every time I go to Tennessee!!

Even though the hotel is pricier than we usually stay in, there were 3 main reasons we chose to stay here:1-The handicap accessible room is large enough for the lift chair we rented for my husband2-We wanted to use his wheelchair & my scooter to visit the shops in The Island area3-All reviews & videos we had checked showed a wonderful breakfast

The guys at the valet stand were more than helpful with our luggage even though we used self parking Every employee was friendly & helpful The room was well equiped for my disabled husband We were able to visit the shops I wanted to in the area The only downside was the breakfast There wasn’t any They evidently serve breakfast in the bar, which is being renovated Nothing on the website referenced this We were not told about the lack of breakfast when we checked in I found out the next morning when I called guest services Due to the high cost of the rooms, you would expect a discount on the room charge or maybe a voucher for each person to be used in the coffee shop Other than the missing breakfast, we had a wonderful time

Mek Mek

This was my mom & I first time staying at the property The stay was awesome The rooms are beautiful and the staff was very helpful and friendly throughout the stay

Sammy is the guardian angel of the property She was very genuine and made us feel like we were right at home and a part of the family Lastly, mom and I had the hot stone message at the spa OMG that was the Best! Thank you for the best hotel experience mom & I ever had

The kitchen was super spacious and the kitchen table was nice and big fit all of usThe hotel itself offered an indoor water park and outdoor water park The outdoor water park was only open one of the days we were there since we were before the season really started I was aware of that before our stay so not a big deal and the day it was open was fairly chilly so we didn’t actually take advantage of it However we did go to the indoor water park almost every day and my son had a blast They had some neat attractions and my son loved all the splash areas and pool area for the little onesThere is also an arcade with some things to do a restaurant a candy shop etc Didn’t take advantage of like the mini golf or anything like that my son’s a little too young for that but we did take advantage of the arcade and he had a blast with that he can’t really play the games but he thinks he is and he had a great time with itThe location is Great especially if you’re staying for a lengthy amount of time and want to bring groceries there are several grocery selections right down the road and you’re only 30 minutes out from all of the major attractions in the Gatlinburg areaPigeon forge is even closer it’s just a fantastic location I highly recommend it to anyone wanting something that has a lot to do on property but also gives you the option of easy access outside of the property

Location was nice since it was outside of the really touristy area Room was very basic but good for what was needed We didn’t have the greatest experience considering there were ants in the room

Maintenance did take care of it, but when the issue was brought up, there didn’t seem to be much urgency to try and resolve the situation There are 3 main buildings there so be aware of this There is a shuttle that will take you to the main building with the indoor water park The front desk staff didn’t seem to be the friendliest and appeared to be some issues getting along with each other and helping each other outThe water park, both inside and out was nice The staff inside the water park were great Plenty to do in the water parkWould definitely recommend the water park portion (they do offer day passes), but might give it a second thought if staying there overnight Hopefully our experience will want the standard

My family and I have been visiting since 2013 and we love it here! This year we rented a Villa and it was beyond our expectations! The townhouse was very spacious for the 7 of us and it was equipped with everything we needed The shuttle service picked us up and brought us back which was and added bonus My children love the attractions and the restaurants available at the facilities

We have a great time every year and look forward to our next visit!

This hotel takes clean to a whole new level, it is immaculate and very inviting We felt very relaxed being here There are plenty of amenities, but we enjoyed sitting around the fireplace in the lobby

The staff is top tier, everyone was welcoming and accommodating The staff all seemed happy too, which goes a long way in making guests feel at home I stay in Marriott properties 6 months out of the year, and this is in my top 3 favorite locations Keep up the great work! We will be back!

I was blown away at how wonderful my experience was here! Compared to what other hotels and lodges look like in the area and how touristy it is here, this one was not tacky at all and felt very mature and comfy The pools were awesome, the huge bonfire in the back was really nice, and the room was spacious Even the bathroom and shower were bigger than most other hotels I’ve been to

It felt luxurious considering my budget but didn’t break the bank They have a nice military discount tooThe only complaint is that there is no complementary breakfast and the cafe serving Starbucks is closed by 10am which is a little early in my opinion when people like me want to sleep in on my vacation haha! But there are many breakfast and coffee places just blocks away, we often didn’t drive more than 5 minutes to get to every restaurant we wanted to visit Definitely book your stay here!!

I am a very seasoned Marriott customer and Bonvoy Member and have stayed in Marriott properties all over the US from top tier to lower tier This Courtyard Marriott is fantastic Clean (they scent the inside and it smells delightful), beautiful interiors and exterior

They have a bar in the lobby that also serves coffee on the morning and food to go that was very convenient The lazy river and the fire pit outdoors were great It’s right next to the river and saw lots of kids playing in it and adults sitting on camping chairs in it fishing as well 2 different kinds of fruit water each day in front of the elevators that was great Rooms were nice and updated Kudos to the property manager here You’re doing a great job We will hands down stay here each time we’re in town

We had a really good experience here We travel for cheer and have stayed at a lot of hotels over the last few months and this was by far the cleanest hotel we have stayed in Normally I notice dirty corners in the bathroom or tubs, dirty sheets, hairs, etc

there was none of this The common areas were also very clean Our room was spacious with plenty of storageThere was also good counter space in the bathroom which makes it easier to get ready Breakfast was great and had a good variety Staff was super friendly from the front desk to housekeeping/maintenance We had a little issue with water temperature/pressure but it wasn’t anything we couldn’t deal with We will definitely be staying here again

Because the staff was so friendly, I am giving this Holiday Inn two stars overall Otherwise, it would have been one starPros: Good breakfast, and very friendly staff

Location is good with several restaurants within walking distanceCons: This place is really dirty and needs a thorough scrubbing As soon as we got off the elevator, we noticed that the hallway carpet looked as if it hadn’t been vacuumed recently – lint, toothpicks, etc Once inside the room we discovered food on the floor which appeared to be quarter sized pieces of bacon We requested and received a new room The new room was in better condition, but we soon found that it was still not clean We discovered that the tile floor was filthy We dripped some water on the tile and my wife wiped it up with a washcloth Just one or two swipes across the floor left gray blobs on the cloth Upon closer inspection, you could see the the dirt on the tile I noticed that several of the towels had permanent stains Maybe from being placed on the floor? There are also electrical safety concerns There are strips of indirect LED lighting above the beds at about eye level I noticed that there were exposed wire nuts which connected two of the LED strips I do not know if these wires were connected to a 120V source of if the LED strips are powered by a low voltage source Either way, exposed wiring is not acceptable A child standing on the bed could easily reach the wire nuts If they unscrewed the wire nuts they could get a shockI’m attaching photos of the washcloth and exposed wiring to this review so that you can see yourself I would not stay here again
