I ave high standards for Hampton Inn, but they did not disappoint The bar had great breakfast to order like a restaurant You had to pay, but it was nothing compared to other chains

The room was very clean and neat They had a computer in the lobby with a printer, and a great location within walking distance to shops and restaurants The front desk and breakfast servers went above and beyond I really enjoyed my stay here

Rebecca Kosierowski

We came up for a surgery and stayed here for one night We had a king suite, which was quite roomy and comfortable, clean and nice The bed was quite comfortable, the right balance of firm and soft (despite our preference at home for a very firm futon directly on the hardwood)

It was quiet, and the staff were all polite We thought about swimming in the pool, but the cloud of chlorine in the air when we opened the door to it was off-putting, so we went for a drive to Lake Erie (choosing Euclid Park over Edgewater Park since we didn’t have to drive right through Cleveland traffic to get there) and enjoyed a meal in the shade by the water instead The breakfast spread had a large variety of items, and they really only lost a star for the eggs being the tasteless powdered variety and the sausage with so little seasoning and flavor that I actually wondered if they were meatless (if so, people should be told on the placard because we don’t eat soy products)

Alex Scullion

Hotel front desk staff gave my coworkers and I a hard time when checking in and checking out They almost didn’t let us check in even though our employer had paid and we had email confirmations printed out Our names were also listed as the guests on the reservations

If you’re planning on booking rooms for business, you might want to reconsiderOther than the service, the hotel is OK The best thing about this hotel is the location!!! Within walking distance of great shops and restaurants I’m not sure I would want to stay at this particular hotel again, but the location was great

We stayed for two nights and the first night was perfect The Hotel is beautiful and the staff was very friendly Our room and beds were also top notch

We had checked out then decided later to stay another night and that’s when it went down hill One of the the bed frames in the new room was broken and made a horrible noise all night, the refrigerator also clagged loudly all night long The mattress was awful, the vent fan in the bathroom didn’t work, the mirror was broken on the closet and our key cards quit working We were exhausted from a very long day and let the staff know in the morning, but they didn’t seem very concerned We had also hoped to have a nice drink at the hotel bar that Friday night but was told they weren’t opening because they didn’t have enough help We will be in in the area twice a month We will be giving the Holiday Inn next door instead

I found this Hilton Garden Inn a disgrace, and nothing like the other Hilton properties I have stayed at In my opinion, Hilton Corporate should rescue this property ASAP from the disgraceful franchisee Upon checking in to the hotel, the front desk could not call up my husband’s Hilton honors number, even though we stayed here twice before

They set up a reservation without his honors number, even though I had no trouble setting one up with his number Staff was not friendly The hotel was not as nice as before, and no longer offers complimentary coffee, tea, or water in the lobby The desk clerk said he cancelled the duplicate reservation, and a hotel supervisor gave us extra points and free breakfast for the check-in troubles After we returned to Wisconsin, I discovered the hotel charged me for a late cancellation I tried contacting the hotel, but they don’t answer their phone I called Hilton Corporate to ask why I was charged a late cancellation on one of my credit cards, and for the same night I paid for it on another credit card Corporate discovered the hotel set up a new Hilton honors account under my husband’s name without informing us and without his consent The points and our charges were under this new honors account Corporate moved the points and charges to my husband’s honor account he has had for 15 years They are still working on trying to refund the duplicate charge I cannot trust doing business with this hotel I recommend you avoid this place like the plague

Staff was amazing, and extremely friendly and professional, however the rooms not so much I was there for work, not leisure and I am not looking for luxury by any means, but when there is food crumbs all over the carpets, leftover clothes behind the nightstand, dust, nasty mold in the A/C register and dried urine/hair on the toilet then that is completely inexcusable I understand and don’t mind an out-dated hotel, especially when it’s reasonably priced, but to have to feel absolutely disgusted to even shower, walk on the carpet bare footed, or sleep in the bed without wiping everything down with a Lysol wipe? Come on

I expected A LOT better from a Hilton

I’m spending a couple of days here First impressions were great It is easily located off of the interstate in a quiet area

My room is quiet and comfortable There are some scuffs on the wall and a stain or two on the carpet but that is to be expected The important stuff is spotless Bed is comfy, sheets smell and look fresh, bathroom is spotless as well at the kitchen area The lady working the front desk tonight is excellent and friendly If I’m back in the area I will absolutely be staying here again They also offer a discount for nurses and first responders too which was an excellent surprise 95/10!

DemonOfD20

Probably one of the better places i stayed during my vacation! Rooms are incredible, love the addition of stoves and appliances for the rooms (i made good use of those during my one night in the stay) The room was incredibly clean when we got there Honestly, this would’ve been a good hotel to stay in for a couple days even

Wish i couldve stayed longer

At the time of this writing the hotel is pretty new The staff are great Everyone was very kind, hospitable and professional

The rooms were clean, well appointed and up to date The problems I noted gave the impression of poor maintenance but I think it’s a case of poor workmanship by the builders I assume this isn’t the fault of the operators and definitely not the staff I hope they can keep up with the maintenance or get the problems corrected by the builders

E Sullivan

Let me start out by saying the staff could not have been more kind or helpful during our stay The hotel itself is under a Major renovation that is noted on the website as being completed in April, we stayed in June The pool area looks like something out of a horror movie and is closed

The business center, which was one of the reasons we booked the hotel is unavailable One of the two elevators is working and the other had cones and caution tape around it The floors of the main area and hallways are covered in plastic All of this to say Holiday Inn should not be charging full price right now The worst part is my husband completed a survey about the stay to which the company replied “I want to start by apologizing that the accommodations were not at the standard they should be at We are in the finishing stages of our property enhancements so we hope you’ll give us another chance down the road once everything is completed “ 1 )We will not be staying again based on the companies response and 2 ) I think anyone who stayed during the renovations should be compensated accordingly for the lack of amenities they paid for and any inconveniences they encountered

In general, very disappointed This HI is primarily here for the Cleveland Clinic patients So they have the frills and some of the basics trimmed down

The positives first All staff including the CC personnel were quite helpful and friendly The location plus the great shuttle services provided by CC were excellentThe negatives next Their front desk was under-staffed and slow both checking in & out There is a $19 fee for parking daily The room was OK We needed to request additional pillows There were no additional blankets or covers in the room My wife was quite chilly because the bedding was lite sheets and topper The bath room had two hand towels, two wash clothes, two bath towels That was it They provided the smallest, tiny bar of soap to wash with There was no bath mat for safely getting out of shower Despite the fact that most people staying here are older and having health issues, there were NO Grab Bars in the bathroom nor in the large shower stall Quite a safety concern Could not believe the hotel would not have Safety Bars to help us move about safely when a majority of clients were olderFor the first trip to CC, it was convenient but next trip we’ll be staying some were else

Elliot Director

I mean listen I never stayed here but I definitely accidentally used their valet service, took two masks from the front desk, and was almost to the elevator before I realized it was a hotel and not the children’s hospital where I was bringing my child Guy at the front desk didn’t bat an eyelash and instead just helpfully redirected me to the shuttle service

Upsides: clean lobby, nice staff, close to things, breakfast smelled good?Downsides: the credit card reader was down and they couldn’t make change so it was a bit of a wait to payFinal upside: but they ended up just letting us head out since they couldn’t take payments rather than make us wait very long Super appreciated!

Brook Sibary

The service was awesome and the rooms were clean! Also all of the bar staff are AMAZING!! I never caught any names of these folks but they were absolutely awesomeOnly complaint is that the window of our room was dirty with smudges from some adult activities (you could 100% see the exact body parts that were pushed against the window in the heat of the moment) I am electing not to take a star away because it made us laugh so much and everything else was great

The area was very nice and quiet and secluded Upon entering the Glidden House, we were mesmerized by the decor and furnishings We were welcomed warmly

Our New Years Eve was amazing thanks to Tony the bartender and the rest of the great staff Lots of attractions and restaurants nearby so our trip made great memories The rooms in this hotel are beautifully kept up and inviting Definitely would return for another couple nights!

Tony Loret de Mola

Had the pleasure of staying at this gem while visiting Cleveland It was a wonderful experience Rooms were comfortable

The staff was great Breakfast the next day was terrific and the person that cooked the breakfast was also the overall director She was delightful! It was just her third week at Glidden She’s a wonderful example of someone who takes pride in what they do and in meeting the needs of her customers

Bas Debbink

Wanted to go to the Rock and Hall Hall of Fame on the way back from Detroit (by car) and decided on the Glidden House to spend the night I am glad I did as it’s a wonderful place in the middle of the University Campus with lots of food choices within walking distance and only a 10 minute drive to the R&RHoF The rooms were very comfy, if a bit noisy due to the creaking floors (upstairs neighbors), but the suite was very roomy and the microwave and fridge were very welcome

Breakfast was fairly standard but tasty All the staff were very pleasant and helpful This seems to be a popular place for conferences and weddings also, and for good reason

I have never booked at B&B, so naturally I was hesitant—without reason, as it turned out! This is a gem hidden conveniently 13 (walking) min from downtown! Its a mansion built before the turn of the century with all the best present amenities The house is gorgeous, the big mature trees surrounding the property gives it a more peaceful natural feel Our room was The Damon Room—it was spotless and so comfy! We, accidentally left an item and the owner contacted us immediately!! Over all great experience!!

As soon as I laid eyes on the mansion that is Stone Gables Inn, I knew it was the perfect choice Do yourself a favor and make sure you check in when the sun is up I didn’t have that luxury on day one

When I left in the morning, I couldn’t believe I was fortunate enough to spend some time in the Loft of such a historical gem Since it was in the evening, I felt so safe in the area it is in but even more secure with the gated and well lit parking lot The door is code entry onlyFrom the cozy beds and perfect lighting to the whirlpool tub and modern feel, metal, spiral staircases, everything meshes together in harmony I won’t even check Airbnb for another place if I’m heading to Ohio City area in Cleveland Connie’s place has my heart and I can’t wait to book again She is super responsive and thoughtful to her guests!

Tom Corbett

We stayed in the Stone Gables 2 nights this week It is a gorgeous home with 12 foot ceilings, beautiful furnishings The bed was extremely comfortable and the private bath was large and completely up to date

Everything was spotlessly clean and quiet The location was very central for exploring downtown and the west side, and well connected to mass transit The highlight was the exquisite breakfasts and great tips provided by Kelly We will plan to stay here again

I highly recommend anyone visiting Cleveland to stay here! From the moment we walked in we felt very welcomed and taken care of These people understand Customer Service In a world that has forgotten what that is, Tudor Arms Hotel is a wonderful reminder on how it can be done right! From the front desk to the shuttle driver, restaurant workers, cleaning service – all were very kind and went out of their way to be of service to us

I was there with my daughter who was having surgery at the Cleveland Clinic This place was so accommodating, kind and helpful to us Their rooms were clean, big and very comfortable Their restaurant was good in both food and service I want to give a huge shout out to Alyssa from the front desk who was so helpful and very intuitive in all that she does Every hotel should have an Alyssa!! We have follow-up appointments at the clinic and there is no doubt in our mind where we will be staying

Christa K

Lovely, interesting, and beautiful! I am truly enjoying Hilton’s Tapestry collection and this one did not disappoint! Staff was amazingly friendly and helpful Rooms were very clean and well put together My only complaint, which is minimal is that we had a corner room and one of our windows did not have a heave drape so in the morning sunlight was hitting us directly in the face

Room 1004

I love staying in historic hotels – meaning buildings with a history They have an ambiance that newly built hotels do not have Tudor Arms was no disappointment! Restoration to the building was done keeping a lot of the old ambiance alive

The staff was friendly and the rooms were spacious and clean and the price was reasonable for the amenities provided

Work conference had a room block here and it was an excellent stay The rooms were clean, the beds comfy, and even the wifi worked! Only thing is the showers don’t have doors… which was weird But, it was a nice place to call home for the week

Location was great, too Close to all the stadiums, convention center, and Rock n Roll museum Easy to get to food or have food come to you Never had an issue getting anywhere without a car! And the views… loved the downtown scenery!Last bonus point came from the complimentary waters and morning coffee While breakfast is an extra cost, free drinks were great!

Nicole McCreadie

We stayed at this hotel for a long weekend during the weekend of July 9th This hotel was incredible from the cleanliness to the warm and friendly staff everywhere you turned Another huge perk was the breakfast buffet each morning in the restaurant

It was reasonably priced and all items were plentiful and fresh All staff during the morning hours in the restaurant were wonderful and friendly They also offered complimentary coffee The front desk staff was also extremely friendly and helpful recommending some local places to go when we asked The room was also spacious and comfortable with no issues We plan to come back to Cleveland in October and will 100% stay here again

Lauren

The room was clean and quiet Beds were comfortable Valet service was helpful and timely when we used it

The food in the restaurant wasn’t great, and there was no room service option The shower was absolutely terrible The water pressure was so poor I literally couldn’t wash the shampoo out of my hair I had to turn off the shower head and actually put my head under the tub faucet to clean my hair Super disappointing Overall the stay was OK I certainly wouldn’t hurry back

We stayed here for two nights and I have to say that it was very nice especially given the price pointWe had a mini fridge and a microwave in our room which made it so much easier and the buffet breakfast was pretty goodWhenever we came in or called down then there was always someone at the front desk and they were always very helpful and nice

We have stayed at places with what we’re considered better names that didn’t even come close to the amenities and the knowledge and caring of the staff hereIf we need another stay in this town then this is definitely where we are going again!

Christine

Absolute garbage hotel and management My sister stayed there and she needed to use my credit card They would not allow her to stay there without me filling out an authorization form

I filled out the authorization form and clearly stated and signed that she was only allowed to use it for 2 nights Any additional nights they needed further approval They let her stay for 2 weeks I called probably 20 times to talk to management and they said they needed to “look into it” and they would “get back to me” yet refused to do so Or the general manager was conveniently unavailable Gave her two phone numbers and even my email What exactly was the point of you having that form if none of your employees look at it There was nothing to look into unless your general manager also can’t read Completely incompetent and is a pretty big mess up and a lot of money for them to care so little You’re better off sleeping outside

Brook Lujan

Great breakfast They just started back up w/full buffet breakfast after pandemic Have eggs, sausage, waffles, breads, yogurt, cereal, juices, & much more

Curb appeal looks a bit spooky but rooms were nice & great choice of pillows Our room had microwave & fridhe for around $95 w/AARP discount Also, very good Bob Evans restaurant right next door, & Costco only a few minutes away to get gas, etc

Hello everybody it’s me again, coming to you live about my experience with the aloft hotels Marriott I have to say again I am never disappointed when I stay at the aloft hotel Beachwood Ohio!Let me tell you why, I had a red eye flight this morning coming into Ohio for weekend business Now, I am a morning person but I was a little tired this morning because my alarm system went off four times last night at my home all the way up to the last alarm sounding at 3:26 AM this morning and I had to be at the airport by 6 AM

So I touchdown on time early this morning and I’m like I can’t wait until check in i am tired and I would like to take a little nap before I start my day I arrive at the aloft in Beachwood Ohio and I’m greeted by Andrew with the most beautiful smile and by the way he had a beautiful salmon colored top he looked so handsome and neat He says hello I say hi, I apologize for coming in so early today but is there anyway I can get an early check in He replied, absolutely we have a room waiting just for you, now that’s a quote! He said not only will I check you in early and since you’re so tired I’m going to upgrade your room at no charge to you I said, wow, thank you! And he mention by the way if you need any water or any refreshments you can have it here and he continued to take me around to the business center and things like that just a refamiliarize me with the schematics of this hotel Again I say thank you So I gather my things and head upstairs to my room and open the door to the most beautiful room and seating suite attached! I’m not gonna bother you guys with all the little details in the rooms and the seating area but I just want you to know that I’m so very grateful for the outstanding customer service I always receive when I come stay here! Thank you Andrew I’ll see you again on my next trip

Kamil

I really like this hotel, always staying there when going to Cleveland It’s nice, clean and with really good breakfast from Menu (order well done if You like fries cook better) The room is small, but enough for overnight stay or even few days, especially for the price

The stuff friendly and helpful Infused water offer at the lobby They also have some arcade games, console, pool, and bar I recommend this hotel especially in this price Perfect for a business trip or quick visit in Cleveland!

Deidre White

I came here for a sleep study through my doctor, but the hotel is nice The room was well decorated and OMG, the bed! That was one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in! It’s a very modern style, which isn’t my thing, but it was done well The shower was nice, good pressure

I didn’t like that the sink was out in the open, but it was tucked away from view of the bed, so there’s still some privacy when using it There’s a nice fridge and safe in the room, too I was facing a busy street, but couldn’t hear anything, so the windows were great, but I could hear some noise from the hallway, so that wasn’t great

Booked 5 Nights First night they did not have our room available and they booked us a hotel next door Second Night, room not exactly as pictured online

Linens not supplied in room for pull out Had to request Linens and pillow covers and go to front desk Trash under cushions Thin walls so we heard the loud neighbors until 3am Highway noise also apparent We requested towels and none delivered We then requested room-cleaning and towels nothing Shirtless guest in breakfast room, Employees smoking at front door and talking on phone, etc The room interior was pretty nice, but the service was not With the poor service, thin walls, and partying guests, it makes me think this is more of a nicer version of motel 6 with a kitchen added Not worth it in the end there are better options

Jo MV

The hotel was clean and updated The employees were kind and helpful I appreciate virtual check-in, keycard and room status

The room was spacious for the price, but rather small for a suiteBreakfast was included and had gluten-free options including several omelets, eggs, and gritsI was disappointed that even though I included a note when booking an accessible room that I am a wheelcbair user, I was given a non-accesible room

My sweater was stolen! I accidentally left my sweater in the closet I am POSITIVE I left it there When I contacted Customer Service I was advised that if their staff finds any left property they would place in lost and found

Well obv NOT! The sweater was a nice and I guess someone liked it Dishonesty disgusts me Hilton advised me that I have no recourse Shame on you Hilton!

We stayed 3 nights and this hotel is amazing Very clean and spacious rooms The staff was very friendly and helpful, I asked for a couple more towels at the front desk and the lady was more than happy to help

She even gave us a few extra hand towels! The pool, hot tub, and workout room were all fantastic and clean The breakfast was delicious with quite a few choices to choose from We will definitely be staying here again when we come back to Ohio!

The staff at this location were very kind and courteous They helped to make my stay very pleasant The room was nice, I liked the kitchen, and the bed was extremely comfortable

The breakfast was also really goodHowever, the sofa bed was absolutely disgusting The mattress pad briefly came off when I pulled the bed out for my kids to sleep on and honestly it made me sick to my stomach The mattress was so gross! I didn’t even feel comfortable letting my children lay on that thing It should be in the garbage For the amount of money spent, no one should ever have to sleep on top of filth Also if you have small children such as I did, there are not really any kid friendly TV channels for the evening time That was disappointing as wellIf I’m being honest even though I liked the staff very much and the room size, that issue with the sofa bed would definitely be enough to make me not want to stay again

The InterContintal Suites Hotel of Cleveland, on Euclid Ave is a great place to stay To start your stay off the valet parking staff meet you at your car If you have a lot of luggage the doorman will assist you to your room

Then when you come in to front desk for your check-in At the front counter is there to truly help you in a difficult time and sometimes first stay to be seen at the Cleveland Clinic Once in the room they are very spacious whether it be, 2 full size beds or a king size room Rooms are very clean If you would have an issue call the front desk My second stay our air conditioner broke at about 11 pm It was no one’s faulty I called the front desk then apologized and moved us down the hall for 2 more nights Yes it was an inconvenience but they took care of us and made it right The 3rd stay, I had a question on how to handle having a mid-morning appointment, and not wanting to check out till after my appointment Joshua Taylor, Front Desk Manager this evening, he took great care of me and was able to get me a later check out I greatly appreciate all of the pleasant friendly staff members that work here Please note: They ask you to please where a mask in the public areas It is for your safety but many to protect patients like myself from getting any sicker and not being able to beat any respiratory issuesVery close walking to main entrance if you so choose (10 minutes) or the Cleveland Clinic has shuttles that will pick you up at the front door of the hotel Please allow 20-30 minutes for a ride to your closest entrance for your appointment No need to have your car while here The C2 restaurant has awesome food, and great staff Please don’t forget to tip your valet parking staff and the doorman if you use them

When I saw how close it was to Cleveland clinic I was worried about hearing ambulances all night long, but i didn’t Everyone was friendly, from valet to front desk to the house keeping we ran into on our way out Our bed was crisp and clean, as was the rest of the room

We felt welcome and safe staying here, and next time I want to stay at a suite I know exactly where to go

Mostly a good experience Room was very comfortable Bed was most comfortable I had ever had at any hotel

Very convenient for visiting my family member at Cleveland Clinic Arrived late at night Tried to order room service Made numerous attempts to contact room service Kept getting the run around Asked for a menu Was told they would bring one right up Never saw it Staff (Josh) at front desk was superb Got us a menu for a pizza place He even stayed late to make sure we got our order Took the hotel shuttle to the clinic twice One experience was good The other was horrible The woman who was running the shuttle was incredibly rude

Stayed overnight for my birthday The location is near everything Clean hotel and room

Housekeeping staff were friendly Front desk staff left much to be desired, no welcome for our tier status The bar area at night looked like fun Hotel smells amazing according to my pregnant wifeNo microwave thoughRoom had a safe, mini fridge, iron and board

Erika Madvid

Pros: they approved early check in for us which was great because we had 6 hours in-between two events that day They were able to provide extra towels They gave us a room on the 3rd floor

Rates were good for the one night stayCons: Really all structural issues: not a really convenient entry to the hotel have to park in the garage across the street and walk to the entrance and take the elevator or stairs just to get to the lobby The entrance did smell of cigarettes and marijuana at all points of the day its not really monitored by staff or security until the evening The lobby was nice very open, seating areas for the tv and barNow the sound/noise issue is UNREAL!!!! You can hear every little sound from the people above you, every door slam shut, walking up and down the hallways Its due to the laminate flooring in the rooms It was all hours of the day and mostly through the night we even had a sound machine that we use for our son and i still heard everythingnow with the cleanliness of the room it was clean except for the floors in the room i think they might have only vacuumed the floors and not mopped because when you get out of the shower and walk in the room your feet are already filthy

So the only reason I even gave 2 stars versus 0 stars is because of the great location and the potential of the actual building This was our second stay at this hotel in the past two months At first, I wasn’t going to write a review because I thought the bad experience the first time was a one off, but after this second stay I realize it is the trend for this hotel

How do you check-in at a different time on two different stays and the SAME team member is just hanging out there? This second visit, it was multiple people hanging out at the front desk We were never properly greeted and apparently my husband and I were an inconvenience by breaking up their hangout session in order to check in The lady who checked us in never even looked at us once during the check-in process, never mentioned breakfast or anything that was helpful But again I guess we did interrupt her from hanging with her friends AT WORK Fast forward to the room each stay the room looks like it was just used and not cleaned with much effort Especially in the current health and safety climate, I would expect at least half an effort for the room to appear clean But clearly based on the way the front desk staff and other staff members who make the front desk their hang out spot, we should’ve known to have low expectations for anything else in the hotel Although I’m always about having a good time, in the evening, the lobby/bar area turns into a club with a bit too much rowdiness If you’re in to that, you will have fun No one was even at the desk later in the evening (they may have been partying at the bar with other non hotel guests who were using the front driveway as their personal parking lot), or even when we were ready to check-out the next morning Thank goodness we could check-out on the Marriott Bonvoy app We will not be staying here again until there is staff re-training or staffing changes

The only good thing I have to say is that the rooms are very nice as were the views However they charged an extra 4 nights and when we called to try and get it sorted the woman who answered the phone could not have cared less We offered to bring the bills we received so she could see the difference and errors and her reply was “if it will make you feel better”

Feel better? Its to get credited back the extra charges and show you the discrepancy between the credit card and hotel bills! Also, in a two week stay, the room was half cleaned once I asked several times for it to be cleaned but they only did it when I caught them in the hall And then they didn’t get to the bathroom and just did the room Several of the nights there were loud parties and the walls and floors seem to be paper thin for sound Will never stay there again when travelling to Cleveland

Do not choose this hotel for your wedding block The problems that me and my family experienced will speak for themselves!1 The lock on my room stopped working on check out day so it took HOURS for a maintenance person to come fix the door to get our stuff out (this was the day after my wedding and we had planned to have family over)2

No one to check out guests (my family waited for 30 minutes and the online check out was not working either)3 One of my family members attempted to check in on Saturday at 3pm and they were not able to let her into her room until after the wedding The wedding was at 5pm and she had to get ready in someone else’s room4 Took them over 30 minutes to check me in and when I finally got to my room, it was the wrong one This caused me to be late to MY OWN wedding rehearsal5 Attempted to charge me double and when I corrected them, I was given attitude6 No luggage cart in sight all weekend7 Many of my guests were not given their complimentary hotel bags8 I was specifically told that the bar would be open on Friday and Saturday Like the luggage cart, no bartender in sight all weekend9 I asked and confirmed twice that there would be turnover service Saturday morning on two of the rooms I booked I guess fresh sheets and towels are asking for too much because neither rooms were cleaned for Saturday evening

I didn’t stay at this particular one, however I did call this particular one to see if they had room availability for a particularly difficult to navigate situation (C19 pos, government travel, getting kicked out of my current hotel due to lack of availability) and while they didn’t have availability, their representative “Sunny” absolutely lived up to her name and stayed on the phone with me until I was taken care of fully She was honestly the first person to listen to my situation and not immediately try to shoo me away, and she did an excellent job helping me out and getting me sorted at a different Hyatt locationIf she’s coming up for review for a raise, 10/10 just do it 🙂

Checked in 4-30-22, mid day Tiffany at the front desk was niceWhile checking in I noticed the rate wasn’t what my confirmation said

The hotel charged me almost twice what the rate was and no could explain it and said the manager would be there in the morning when we checked out, that never happened I have no words that can describe the disgust I felt in my stomach when we went into our room and pulled the sheets down to see thus See pictures Human hairs, blood on bedding, urine stains Never in all of my travels have I experienced such blatant laziness of it’s employees, and managementNever would I stay at this location, should have their franchise status revoked

I left a few incredibly important items at the hotel and they found them and mailed them back to me I cannot thank the staff enough for helping to return one of my most prized possessionsAlso, the hotel room was lovely, and the attached steakhouse gave us an amazing meal!

Save a headache and stay anywhere else Had to cancel trip after testing Covid positive Took 3 days of emails and phone calls to finally speak with someone who was able to help

After days of mind blowing incompetence we were still charged for 1 nights stayI can only hope they use their ill gotten funds to stay at a functioning hotel and observe how it is supposed to work

This was my first trip to the area and as always the Courtyard brand delivered The property was easy to locate, convenient to restaurants and shopping The staff was friendly and ready to help, even after I requested a different room (I am not a fan of rooms located next to exit doors on the 1st floor)

The agent did not hesitate to help me The room(s) were clean and comfortable My only concern, would be the A/C unit in my room rattled all day/night, so there were no quiet night’s sleep, I adjusted to it eventually

trici drews

First impression wasn’t good The front overhang was on need of repair Not a good look

Reception area clean & organized We were able to checkin early Overall, We enjoyed our room But lifted toilet seat and discovered it hadn’t been cleaned YukThey do have Starbucks in lobby Free water in dispenserGreat location for shopping & dining

Everything you’d expect from a Courtyard/Marriott The staff was very welcoming during check-in The room was oddly configured, but large and appropriately furnished

The bed and pillows were mostly comfortable, but definitely uneven on one side, I assume from frequent useClose proximity to interstates and local roads, fast food restaurants, sit-down restaurants, and other resources Easy access to local universities, businesses, etcThe only drawback was the broken electrical outlets on both sides of the bed (part of mounted light fixtures) I was forced to use the wall outlet (~2 feet from the bed) with a relatively short cord I wouldn’t normally complain, but in 2022, most travelers don’t use the hotel alarm clocks and are reliant on cell phones
