This place is massive! Have you ever been in a place that when you walk in your eyes are drawn up to so many things – that you’re walking not noticing where you’re walking🙂😃The grounds are breath taking The hotel is amazing

The rooms are larger than your average hotel room The service is superb from the valet, check in, bell service to housekeeping Superb! The hotel has many activities on-site Lots of sitting areas to conversation, laptop time, relaxation or just people watching There is a bird cage with Finchesnice to watchIf you valetit’s worth it! The parking lot is a good distance to walk – and it’s hot They gladly and quickly retrieve your car Best valet we ever paid

Our stay was lovely we came for the convention over the weekend and I had a blast The whole hotel is beautiful and the pool is nice to take a swim in The hotel was a little too big in some regards and it was like going through a labyrinth to get to your room

The golf course was the best though I am super happy I got the chance to pummel a few balls out on the course The layout is phenomenal and the scenery is surreal! See you next year Shingle Creek 👋

This place is a gem! Check in was super easy, got my room in minutes The rooms have been remodeled and the price perfect for the room you’re getting I did not have any issues with bugs and the place is quiet! I’ve visited other hotels in the area and this one was the most clean and quiet one

Definitely enjoyed my stay and will return again when I’m in town! Thank you to Elsie and Elisa who helped me with my check in, for being so helpful and super sweet!

We needed a place to stay for one night This place had decent reviews and it was very inexpensive We weren’t looking for anything fancy, just a clean hotel for one night until we flew home

When getting to the room we noticed the grounds were covered with garbage Plastic sandwich bags, Starbucks cups, plastic silverware – just tossed here and there on the grass When we went to open the door we were hit by the strong smell of weed We figured it was just one night and that was just outside then we entered the roomThe inside was no better with the weed smell, and mixed with the strong smell of ciggies There was also a hanging wire that was taped off and hanging from the ceiling There where major dings in the wall It looked like it was decorated by our teenage daughter No dresser, refrigerator on the floor with microwave on topThe other hotel patrons obviously stay there for longer than vacation time There were many standing outside smokingThe bed and floor were clean The front staff was very nice Pool looked clean I have a terrible smoke allergy, and after being there for 20 minutes we had to leave 🙁

* WARNING – The 5-star reviews may be fake

* We went there knowing this was a cheaper optionand the staff was friendly, however, we left a night early because we kept finding roaches in the bathroom, walls, and the bed I’m sorry but there’s no way I can recommend this We could have taken the money we lost on our last night and paid for something more comfortable Roaches in the bed are just too much, even for me It’s not a place for families either, there are shady people hanging around who clearly live out of the motel and random screams in the middle of the night woke us up, although that was probably from the bugs Just pay a little more and find something better

A little difficult to enter if following GPS accordingly, but once we were there, the rooms were very nice! The hotel looks a bit on the run-down side when first entering, but the rooms are surprisingly clean, comfortable, and spacious! The hotel staff was very accommodating during check in and even when we had an issue with the bathroom, they assisted immediately The location was perfect for us, right in the downtown area and the restaurant we had picked for dinner was just across the street We will definitely keep this on our will-stay-again list for the Kissimmee area! Highly recommend!

Perran Facey

I give this hotel 5 stars for value for money It’s clean, safe and with very friendly cleaning staff The beds are comfortable

The air conditioning is a little on the loud side Sound isolation through the walls was good – we couldn’t hear our neighbours (if you’ve stayed at hotels in America, you’ll know how annoying that can be!)The owner, Peter, is friendly and likes to chat with guestsIf you’re navigating via GPS, bear in mind that the entrance to the hotel is directly off the main street, just next to the turning indicated on Google Maps

Karisha Fearon

I had a 2 night stay at seasons Florida resort Let’s talk about hospitality Now, let me say the welcome you receive from the owner makes the stay a memorable one

The hotel is clean, my room was clean and comfy, linens were clean and smelled fresh I’m big on safety; the environment was noise free and no loitering to noteI felt safe going out and returning late hours I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone who’s looking to chill in a clean and safe place while on a budget I will be back!!

Was expecting a better quality room than I got The bed was very squeaky and uncomfortable I would say all areas of the hotel are in need of upgrading

Definitely we got what we paid for, it was dirt cheap! So it shouldn’t have been surprising that the room was shabby and the bed uncomfortable The pics however made it look really nice We had hoped it would be one of those surprising little gems of a low cost hotel that is well maintained and a pleasure to stay at Nope

Our first stay at magic key was during our honeymoon in February 2020 We stayed a couple nights to go to Disney before our cruise They surprised us with sparkling grape juice, petals, and chocolates

Nothing extravagant and we weren’t expecting anything The room itself was an average room, clean and secure Nothing to rave about but a good price and good deal We were blown away just by the touches they added for us since this was just a little part of our honeymoon Our cruise didn’t do anything special to our room even So in April 2022 we decide to go to Disney again and stay at the magic key since it was cheap and they were guest centered it seemed The room we had seemed to be an old utility closet turned into a room It was clean, the bathroom was weird King size bed, very small window with a vending machine in front of it What I had a problem with this time was the lock was not secure at all I did not feel safe You could push the whole locking mechanism to the side and see through a hole in the door So large someone could put your finger in and unlock it from the outside Being that it was late when we got there, we didn’t want to go through asking for a new room However I did not feel safe during my stay on the ground floor, next to a vending machine, with a lock that was pretty much useless I raved to all my friends about this place the first time we stayed but we will not be coming back I have photos of the door and lock itself an want to contact the manager but I cannot find anyway other than phone to contact them

VANESSA ROSE

GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE NO BUGSOriginally booked a Airbnb and it had nasty bugs Booked two rooms here last minute super friendly staff We did notice a nest of some sort hidden in a corner but they fixed it right away and moved us to a new room

Clean beds, good area definitely recommend if you just need a quick place for the night

We had 2 rooms for our family holiday Right at the centre of International Drive, it was a perfect base for our trips to Universal with a complimentary bus to bring us to Universal and at the end of the day it brought us back to the hotel Staff were very friendly and helpful

3 good size pools with complimentary towels Food was excellent We didn’t have one complaint 100% recommend

Cory Ruiz

Our stay went well for the most part Clean room and bathroom which is very important to me But privacy is also important, and housekeeping came into our room while we were away, even though we didn’t request room service

I’ve never experienced this before Initially, we had no idea coming back from the park, only realized it because I was using the bathroom and noticed it was picked up and fresh towels were added, and then we noticed the beds were made too, and while that is great/proactive, we didn’t request it and personally wouldn’t want someone in our room while we weren’t thereTHEN someone was knocking at our door repeatedly on check-out day at 10:20 AM… mind you, check out is at 11:00 AM We had just gotten out of the shower, so thank god they couldn’t come in because the little lock button was activated which disables them from entering Oh and don’t bother having breakfast at the in-hotel restaurant, it’s expensive and awful in my opinion A more homemade-feel would make it better but the eggs tasted like they were 80% water or something, I don’t know how to describe it but I didn’t even eat it My boyfriend did though I would stay here again if my privacy would be granted because this place had the best price out there on very short notice and decent reviews It ended up being in an area with a lot to do around, restaurants, gaming, and only 15 mins from Universal Studios

Eliza Aleksandra

Check in was a breeze, the staff was super friendly, the cost to value ratio of the room was amazing, and we even checked in last minute during a convention that was 20min down the street The location was amazing, it was close to everything! They have 3 decent pools, and a cute playground We ordered food togo from the restaurant on premises and the food was SO GOOD

They have a 24hr deli in the lobby that has anything you can think of, as well as a gift shop This will be our default convention spot for sure Me and my daughter loved it here Highly recommend 👌

The Manager Brian was extremely personable and accommodating The staff was very pleasant I have stayed at this location numerous times and have not been disappointed

The made to order breakfast is phenomenal The hotel has a family friendly atmosphere I would say the rooms are becoming a bit dated and will probably soon require renovations I was a little disappointed that the snack/happy hour has declined from an elaborate display/spread to personalized snacks consisting of pretzels and potato chips All in all, my family and I were not disappointed and will likely be returning soon

Dave Garcia

The staff at this location is amazing! Everything is clean and well maintained We had one issue with the room lock not working due to dead batteries, however, the staff were able to resolve it and get it back to working very quicklyThe beds were comfortable but nothing special (your normal hotel bed)

The bathrooms were well stocked with towels and soap One thing that could have been a little better was the temperature of the shower water While I never ran out of warm water, it never got hotter than lukewarmOne benefit to staying at Embassy Suites is the full hot breakfast The made to order eggs and omelet’s were delicious and everything else was also well prepared I will say though, we were there for 4 nights and breakfast was the same every morning So if you’re someone that likes variety and staying for very long, you may end up wanting something else after a few daysOverall, I was very pleased with our stay and experience

Adrianna Marion

I have no complaints! My family really enjoyed the stay I knew it was a hit when my kids rated it the best place we’ve stayed in Orlando/Kissimmee, so it will definitely be our go to when we’re there The staff was beyond pleasant and welcoming

The rooms were clean and spacious The breakfast was great The evening reception was awesome and a nice touch The vibe and energy as a whole was great, including the other guests

I would rate this place 5 star ⭐️ instead if 4 if the parking spaces were assigned to units Other than parking situation everything else was good about this resort Going in we were skeptical especially after reading all the negative reviews but we found this place very welcoming and comfortable

Service was great 👍🏻 staff was polite and professional Room was clean and updated everything worked no issues, we stayed at 2 bed unit it felt like home away from homeThis place has several Pools and pools are the best part of this resort we were out all day and in the evening just relaxing at the pools with couple of other families no big crowds or issues We were only given 2 water park ticket and rest we had to pay for so we didn’t Visit parkThe market place, restaurant, gaming area and bowing was all fun and shuttle service was helpful Overall a good wholesome family fun experienceWe did sign up for time share sales presentation we didn’t find any staff members pushy or unreasonableMy only recommendation is if they can a assign parking space that will great

Asiel Gonzalez

My experience here hopefully it never happens to anyone else

So we went here for a time share tour after buying some tickets for a discount We were promised a free continental breakfast for a 90 min tour So far soon good We get to the hotel fill out some papers and our rep takes us to another room where we get asked more questions She leads us to the “breakfast room”y’allits a pile of water bottles and muffins Once they take you into the back they start calling it snacks and not continental breakfastred flagkinda disappointed Moving onour rep tells us that because we aren’t staying at the hotel then we need to wait for another rep and it could be up to 2 hours on top of the 90 min tourY’allthis lady gives us two optionseither wait there for 4 hours or pay them $150 to leave We paid the 150$ and briskly left that hotel feeling freshly F***’d 150$ for a muffin and about an hour of our time Stay away from timeshares

Paige Brice55t,

Positive: The staff were very pleasant, I’ve met many and every single person was beyond pleasant especially Chucho,Maria, and Max they were a breath of fresh air The suites were very spacious for my family of 5 We enjoyed all of the amenities especially the fire pit

Beds were beyond comfortable and so were the pillows Check-in process was easy and fast Whatever you need the resort makes sure the address the situation immediatelyNegatives: From the time we arrived there had been issues after issues The key cards were not working and we were issued 7 The tub would not fill up past the jets, the toilets clogged, and the doors would not close properly We had to be moved to another room due to so many issues and he second room wasn’t any better There were no coffee mugs or proper kitchen utensils I found a roach in one of the cabinets and there were ants on the dressers The rooms are very dated and are in need of serious upgrading

Don’t let the look of Monte Carlos Inn fool youIf you’re looking for quiet and a great nights rest in the Kissimmee area, you should definitely check them out Service animals are also welcomed

❤️My stay was rather peaceful My room for the most part was extremely clean I stayed in room 105 and the ambiance was everything The young lady at the front desk was very helpful , with whatever I needed when checking inThanks to the gentleman that took my trash before I left I appreciate you you’re desire to help was everything That’s definitely how guest should be treated Keep doing what you’re doing may God continue to bless your establishment and provide what’s necessary for more growth ✅

I saw roaches multiple times in the bathroom Don’t be fooled by the neatness of the outside when you’ve got hair bunched up under the door and cockroaches roaming freely I left early because I refused to put my health at risk

They have an exorbitant security fee of $150 which was nearly the amount I paid for a nonrefundable 2-night stay at this place Their payment system is so lacking that they couldn’t even manually enter a credit card number for the security deposit I asked for a refund after showing the pictures of the roaches and they said they would give it, but I’ll update this review if they don’t The only good things I have to say about this place are that the location is convenient and Luis at the front desk is very polite

Elizabeth Vega

The staff was friendly, they even have drinks and snacks for sale The rental room rate was great for one night The room does need some repairs

For staying for a night or 2 is fine It had a refrigerator and coffee maker The king-size bed was not to comfterble and could use better pillow Also has a pull out couch and small table to sit amd eat I would recommend a small stoll for children, my 6 year old couldn’t reach the sink

We stayed in a one bedroom suite & it was amazing All of the staff was incredibly nice, the room was clean & decorated beautifully! The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was my favorite part They have 4 pools & at times they were crowded, but that’s to be expected

2 pools have bars & they have fun activities at the resort Would definitely recommend+

This place was greatStayed here last minute after our flight was cancelledThe resort is well kept and has tons of activities

For kids and adultsThe rooms were great It’s a very small apartment at your finger tipsEverything was clean

Upscale Traveler

Always a nice stay Would’ve given 5 stars but housekeeping doesn’t turn in the items you forget I contacted the property a few hours after I left yesterday 7/27/22 as soon as I remembered

Today they informed me nothing was turned in by staff, not surprised yet I am Reflection of upper management and housekeepers character Just wanted to put this out there if we forget our items, accept the it and unfortunately expect it? Enjoy your stay, we always doTo general manager:Try offering an incentive to staff, to turn items in left behind and help keep employees honest and feel valued Even if food items are tossed as required when left, document those items before tossing Make staff accountable and keep a reward system them for it

Beach Girl

Came here after the venue for our event was switched last minute I was a little confused about where to park before I checked in I ended up parking at the mall and walking over

I got checked in quickly at the 4:00 check-in time My room was very comfortable and cool I thought the bedding was of good quality The days I was there were long and when I did get back to the room the room was cleaned and immaculate I think the most impressive quality I found was how quiet it was throughout each night I didn’t hear any doors slamming or loud elevators I probably got the best sleep ever in a hotel hereThe fact the mall is right there is convenient to grab a quick bite or a coffee I think this hotel is a better choice than the original one , glad it worked out this way !

Cameron Rothfuss

Friendly staff in all areas of the hotel! Clean and simple rooms for a great stay! If you are in the Orlando area and need less of a resort and more of a hospitable business focused hotel then come to the Florida Hotel! Attached to the mall to keep busy or helpful for grabbing something you may have forgot on your trip Food could have been prepared with a little more attention to quality rather than speed, but they were very busy when I visited so it didn’t bother me too much Great prices and service overall!

Marvin Janzen

Excellent reception when arrived and throughout our stay Restaurants were excellentBiggest disappointment was the room cleaning

it was non existing over 3 days Had to call the front desk just to get fresh towels and a few more coffee pods Beds were never made once When I checked out the older couple beside me said the exact same thing Cleaning staff definitely needs improving Otherwise it’s a very nice hotel with perfect location Walking distance to pretty much anything you need Located between the airport and Disney so driving doesn’t cost too much

Staff was great Location was convenient Room was a nice size and fairly clean

By fairly clean I mean overall it was decent however we saw ants the first night on snacks left on the counter and we are pretty sure there was pee on one of the legs to the dresser And it is a pet friendly hotel The biggest problem was our room keys Some would work only to get in the building and then not on our door some wouldn’t work all together We had them changed and still the same problem The whole time out of three key cards only one would get us in the room I left 3 stars because 25 isn’t an option and 2 seems sad for a stay we mostly enjoyed We’re not very hard to please travelers and it’s certainly not a motel 6 As a timeshare holder with club Wyndham I’m very disappointed my points don’t carry over to the club but that’s another story

Gillian Marsden

Staff was amazing, very professional and a fun crew! Especially the front desk staff, the chef and our server Amanda, who all always took amazing care of us, whatever we neededThe hotel is very clean and beautiful in design, rooms are so spacious and furniture is large and comfortablePaid breakfast was a great price and very good quality food with lots of fresh fruit and healthy options available

Will definitely stay again and can’t wait to come back!

Truthfully, I have never had an experience at a hotel that had me convinced I would never come again until I visited TRYPWe had an initial room reserved For a room reserved at an $89 rate, I expected the bare minimum but not even that was achieved

I’m not sure if housekeeping was lackluster or just not motivated but the furniture was covered with dust As someone with a dust mite allergy, this can make sleeping difficult Especially when it is as heavy as it wasWe complained and were provided another room The staff were prompt and friendly about the situation Yet, when we were switched to a different room, we discovered another issueTHE ROOM WAS NEVER THOROUGHLY CLEANEDYes, the linen was cleaned, bathroom was organized and the furniture was where it needed to be but my friend and I discovered that the garbage was never replaced and there was old laundry from the previous visitor – an old sock behind the bed and some clothing in the wardrobeWhile I don’t expect to do many things while I’m staying a night at a hotel, I should not have to expect to clean out the garbage and residual items from a previous guestNot to mention the “box breakfast” they provide was the saddest meal I’ve ever had It was the equivalent of 3rd Grade cafeteria breakfast All they could provide was “suggestions” to outside restaurants I understand we’re dealing with COVID creating limitations but this is such a poor responseThis was not worth an $89 visit and have had better experiences at motels for cheaper

Our stay was pretty good We stayed for a 6 days and they came and cleaned half way through our stay which was perfect timing The rooms are good sized and the location is perfect

I only have a few complaints there isn’t any vending, the furniture is a little dirty and the restaurant isn’t open all the time and they don’t offer everything listed on the Starbucks menu There also should be more towels in the family 2 bedrooms Other then that our stay was good

ToxSic Dream (ToxSic)

Had an Amazing stay at the point over the July 8th Weekend I spent my Days at Universal and it was nice to come back to rest and relax at The Point Had a nice 9 story view from my balcony

Also Enjoyed the layout of my room, Small but quaint and all I needed to enjoy my stay I highly recommend staying here PS Bathrooms are spacious and Very Relaxing to unwind in after a Long day in the Florida heat

Disappointing best describes The Point Hotel We arrived after the check-in time, but our room still wasn’t ready We were told we would receive a text when the room was ready, but we never did

When we finally made it to the room hours after the check-in time, we were impressed with the size of the suite, but otherwise disappointed It had not been cleaned well There was soup scum in the shower and tub and dirty floors Our kids immediately noticed how dirty their feet got just from walking on the carpetThe appliances are dated, seemingly 20 years old, as were the TV’s The picture quality and channel selection was a throwback to the 90’s The refrigerator barely worked The furniture was worn The cook ware and dish ware was minimal, making it very difficult to prepare meals There was a pull out bed, but no sheets or blanket The bedding we did have was very low quality, reminiscent of a Motel 6The staff was not at all welcoming and uniformly seemed annoyed by their job Literally every staff member we interacted with seemed like they hated being there They weren’t necessarily rude, just dismissive and seemingly annoyedOverall, the stay was very disappointing and not at all what we expected based on the online photos and other reviews If you are looking for a place to stay in Orlando, our suggestion is to keep looking There are so many other options that will not disappoint

I’m uncertain how this hotel has a four star review

I suppose my experience could be out of the ordinary, but it’s hard to believe we’re the only ones to have an unpleasant stay I booked this hotel because of its score, price and location The one and only thing it has going for it is it’s location It is very close to Universal Studios Unfortunately, for us, that is the only thing we liked about the hotel We found our room to be pretty run down The toilet ran and the shower leaked all day and night The sink was crack, as was the threshold passing into the bathroom The water temperature fluctuated pretty dramatically while showering The walls are paper thin and we could easily hear the neighbors next to us as well as the kids running around above us We heard doors slamming all day and night This made it difficult to get a decent nights rest, which is all we really wanted from the hotel Room service didn’t actually refresh the room each day They only grabbed the old towels and left a new stack on the counter

Mark Novatka

I have been staying at this Best Western for the last several years when I have the opportunity It may be an older property, but it is very well taken care of The rooms are very clean, and up to date

They even take the time to make characters out of your towels That shows that they care Disney properties used to do this but know they want to offer you a discount not to clean your room At this hotel from the time you check in until the time you leave they care about your stay Great job to the entire staff

Cara hollingsworth

I had reservations at a motel around the corner and the accommodations were terrible Decided not to stay there, drove around the corner to the Best Western and Emmanuel gave me the same price for a room that I found online He even upgraded us to a VIP room with an amazing view

The room was beautiful, clean, fully stocked with everything we needed The staff was amazing and helpful Will definitely be going back and staying here when we are in the are again!

We had an overall great experience here Each staff member we interacted with was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpfulWe did receive a room upgrade because of status/points and had a fun view of Islands of Adventure from the 21st floor in room 2115

Our door lock gave us a little trouble at first, but staff wasted no time in sending an engineer to help The service here was sincerely wonderful Thank you all!I think my favorite part of the room was the comfy bed After returning from a very full day of walking 20,000 steps in the parks I woke up rested and refreshedMy only complaints are minor and didn’t affect our experience that much overall 1: the halls and rooms are a little dated and would benefit from a little sprucing up For instance our loose/broken door jam, uneven flooring under carpet, fresh paint, etc This is all minor to me, and I believe was reflected in the price 2: We weren’t told about the shuttle to the parks when we checked in, or that we needed to register ahead of time to ride it I happened to see the sign at the desk, noted the time and showed up in the morning Thankfully the kind woman running that station at the desk noticed me in the morning and helped us get on the shuttle quicklyWe’d stay again and recommend it to others for the value and location!

I have been coming here for years If you stay for a few days you won’t be let downI stayed for 2 nights with my boyfriend and had an amazing time The room was comfy, clean, and spacious We had a minor inconvenience but it was fixed very fast by Dante He was extremely helpful, informative, and very kind We had a great stay and plan on coming back soon!

Jessica Brown

The location was fantastic Staff went above and beyond to accommodate us They were great

The rooms are what you would expect for the price point It was fine for the night My only complaint – The beds were very bouncy and not super supportive Some paint peeling in the bathroom But overall the room was clean and the place was quiet (we had a room on the 18th floor) so we did not hear a lot of noise

The hotel staff was extremely welcoming The rooms were clean, the hardwood floors were a plus Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of hot water

There was only outdoor seating for the breakfast, so we had to eat in our room because of rain The breakfast staff was extremely nice and helpful The food was made to order which was a bonus Will definitely be staying here again

shelly maddox

Beds were comfortable enough Breakfast was decent We were roomed right next to the housekeeping room and walls are paper thin we kept hearing the door being slammed all day and night

We found a cockroach in the bathroom on our last morning there They only offer cleanups of the room every 3 days Never took trash out of our room unless it was at the 3 day mark They are remodeling so hopefully it gets better Do something about the roaches That’s nasty

Michelle

My check in process was easy, fast, and organized with the help from Fernando He was very professional and helpful The morning of checking out my boyfriend wanted to extend our stay another day, Fernando helped us with no problems and we were able to keep the same room

The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are extremely clean The beds and pillows are so comfy you don’t wanna get out of bed Definitely recommend this hotel!

I have been coming here for a very long time If you stay for a few nights you will love it I’m sure!Really nice place The staff are all so genuinely helpful and proactive in making sure you have a good stay Rooms are quiet and comfy The fridge in the room is great to have Different food options on property and tons of other restaurants all around Pool was nice and clean

We stayed for a duration of 4 nights and had a great time For this to be such a large hotel and for conventions/conferences there was never really a bother Not a lot of loud noise in the halls at night

Our room was cleaned upon arrival and was cleaned everyday by hotel service Even though it was tons of people there were never really long lines as the front desk All front desk people were helpful and knowledgeableThere is only 1 pool and when it gets full, it was full so we didn’t get to use that much Only negative was that our AC stopped working the very last night there at like 3:00am We didn’t bother calling because it was super early and we were checking out Not sure what was up with that

Taylor H

Stayed here for a duration of four nights during a Window Cleaning convention, and had a great time There were several other conventions going on in the same giant building, but the layout would never have you know, as it was very spacious and comfortable Within the plaza lies several restaurants: Sushi, Seafood, Mexican, and American- of course adorned with liquor and booze- but still never lacking in quality

Within there’s also a coffee shop, a clothing store, a gym, and a magnificent pool area This hotel also happens to be the heart of many surrounding restaurants and convenience stores, museums, and attractions too The Ripley’s museum (highly recommend for adults and kids) and the Upside Down House (also recommend) are also nearby Hotel rooms were clean and tidy, with luxury amenities All in all, had a wonderful stay here 🙂

Great hotel with friendly front desk staff We arrived very early and were able to store our luggage until it was time for check in We weren’t driving and after a long day at the parks we checked in and asked for a room close to the lobby as we were quite exhausted

The sweet front desk lady set us up in a room close by Our room was actually very pleasant compared to other rooms I’ve stayed in the area The beds are extremely comfortable and we were able to sleep all through the night No noise issues, the bathroom was kept nicely and the bed sheets were clean with enough pillows Very happy with my stay

Rachael Ledbrook

We have stayed at this hotel many times without issue The location and free parking are great however everything else wasn’tIn our past visits we never had any issues and had a favourite room we request

The staff are always accomodating with this but when we got there it was very dirty There was litter outside of the room, hairs and sweet wrappers in the drawers and random stains on the walls and floors The rooms are really dated now and really need a refreshOn the first night we arrived it was a Saturday and we are in a room near to I drive A new restaurant has opened over the road and plays extremely loud music until 3amWe called reception who didn’t even know what we were talking about and said we couldn’t move as the hotel was full The next day we asked reception if we could move and they said they had lots of roomsWe moved and things were OK for a few days however guests decided standing and drinking and talking in front of rooms until 3am was a good idea so again no sleep We ended up staying elsewhere after this and will not be going back

Shari Macisaac

When I have arrived to this place, I thought nice quite and decent As I started to browse the room being a hotel housekeeper supervisor myself I found blood on bathroom walls bath mat had black mold on it by the big window was a cob web I told front desk they said I’ll tell house keeping and after Disney I came back no nothing changed

Security was awesome always smiling front desk could have been more friendly Only good thing about my stay was location

Comfort Inn’s are my go to hotel This one was booked very last minute and for the location the price was beyond reasonable ($91 after tax)The staff was TOP NOTCH

The rooms need upgrading, but it was clean and the bed was decent for a nights sleepBreakfast was yummy, I loved the choice of Mickey waffles We are definitely in Orlando ☺️ they were out of OJ, but apple juice was a fine substituteAll in all not a bad place If your coming to the area to visit Universal you aren’t in your room much anyway It’s a good location and good price in my opinion

Kala Kibler

First time visiting Florida and I went to Quality Inn on international drive and the hotel was absolutely disgusting I was there for 30 minutes and then I found Comfort Inn was such an upgrade for sure! My room was cleaned when I arrived so housekeeping staff & housekeeping inspector did an amazing job cleaning & checking the room to ensure it’s up the the standard for their guests I used to be a housekeeping inspector so I know everything I’m looking for in terms of a cleaning check I was very pleased our room was clean! Staff was really nice & there’s also lots of shops to walk to and explore around

Will definitely be staying here next time I come back!

Fred Kurzweil

we had problems at this hotel the first thing was I reserved a handicap room and we were offered a standard room not only that but it was at the end of a very long hallway

the second room we moved into was much closer, but the air conditioning did not work and it smelled like a wet dog finally the third room that we moved into was decent but we only stayed there one night probably won’t be back for a return visit

We stayed here during a convention The location was very convenient for the convention We could walk there or take a shuttle

We got a pool view room, and were even able to see fireworks at nightThe rooms were clean The water in the bathroom became hot quickly Shower pressure could have been a little better, but I like a shower water pressureThey give you the key access through their app so we didn’t have to check in at the registration desk on the first dayThe room has a fridge, no microwave It has been overall quiet, unless you are trying to nap during the day, the music by the pool was quite loudIt does have a lazy river and a nice pool area Would recommend

Kourtnee

My family and I have stayed at this hotel a couple of times while in Orlando on vacation, the entire property as a whole is absolutely beautiful, inside and out The front desk, bar and restaurant area are very business type, and always very busy but also kind of blocked off from the main hotel floors, and hallways The selection of pools and hot tubs outside are great! The lazy river is also a family favorite of ours! This is all open very late compared to others, I want to say 11, if I’m not mistaken

You can order food and drinks right by the pool area, very convenient, the food and selection are both very good! There is also a fedex, along with many others restaurants and bars, right in the hotel which is very convenient if needed! The only thing I can say, is that unless you want to pay over $1,000 for a night you will be in a very mediocre room! Microwave and small fridge Even then, rooms can be close to $4-500 a night This is very hard to accommodate when staying for a week or even longer If the prices were more reasonable with others in the area, I would definitely stay more, it’s always a good time!

Kimberly Williams

We recently stayed here for a dance convention I highly recommend this hotel The staff was very pleasant and accommodating

Our room was very nice and clean and had a view of the beautiful pool area I had an opportunity to speak with Mr Hess, the hotel manager, and he was very polite and pleasant and willing to help in any way possible I will definitely stay here again when in the Orlando area
