Front desk people were very nice and very helpful The room was nice, needed a little updating but nice and comfortable They don’t clean your room now due to covid but if you need towels they will bring them right up

Pool was great and hallways nice and quiet Great location, lots to do around there Easy access to highway Rate was good Cheaper on line than via hotel directly Would absolutely stay here again

Katheann Woodroffe

The hotel is spacious, the conference rooms, ballroom and other areas of the hotel are well kept Staff was friendly and very accommodating During our week stay through all the breakfasts, lunches and dinners the staff was professional and caring

I want to give a shout-out to Denise, who made my breakfast time a joy, she is gracious and hardworking All in all a wonderful stay👍👌

Safe location, plenty of parking, room was small Bathroom very compact Shower/tub did not drain properly, had a shower bath at same time

Water pressure was great Smell of musty odor, once again shower curtains not being washed regularly Humidity in room was high, leaving a sticky feeling all night I was a late check in 2AM, the staff put me in a west facing room which is great thinking on there part

Nice view from the clean room Even A/C filters were clean Good service in lounge

Employees were mostly very nice But breakfast was horrible Waited for to go order and took it back to room They forgot my toast so I had to go back I got it but by time I went back to room the rest of it was cold Ate very little as it was terrible It was a waste of $25Was charged for parking when it said free on the info sheet they gave me Not many people in town so it really should be included in room rate Another $45 gone

This hotel could use some cleaning and freshening up It is an old building and there is a lot of construction going on around the neighborhood there is a lot of noise from the outside and the window coverings do not cover the windows entirely

The windows in the room are very dirty on the outside I saw this mentioned in other reviews an thought nothing of it but it it quite impressive how dirty they are They look like they haven’t been cleaned for a decadeThe service seems to be spotty here The front desk manager and our waitress at breakfast were nice and competent but the housekeeping must be having problems Housekeeping stripped the linens and piled trash from an adjacent room in the hall in front of our room and left if all day and over nightThe furniture in the room is a mixture of newer and old The curtains are old and have dirty feeling to them When booking direct through IHG, I was given the option to pay a higher rate to have breakfast included At checkin, I was told that breakfast is not included but they give a voucher for $20 off at their restaurant They charge an additional $15/day for parking in their unsecured empty parking lot

Sue Bedier

Our room is comfortable and I appreciate being able to control the temperature and keep the fan running because the adjacent freeway is so loud The public spaces are absolutely filthy The gym is truly disgusting

No wipes available and dirt and chunks of who-knows-what all over the floor Dust, grime, old sweat, I cannot exaggerate how dirty it is Other public spaces are also unclean (floors especially) Handy location

We stayed here with our two year old for the night I had planned on hanging out and using the pool etc while her father was in meetings in the morningPros: Friendly front desk staff

Friendly breakfast staff Complimentary coffee 24 hours Right behind Chuck E Cheese Plenty of places to order delivery from Decent typical continental breakfast Clean hallways and lobby area Pool water was warmCons: The pool was filthy I didn’t go back in the morning with my daughter as planned due to finding out how gross it was the night before Thank goodness Chuck E Cheese was right there for a back up plan, but they don’t open until 11 The hot tub has been removed The room was dirty Long black hairs on the towels and floor in the bathroom (I have platinum blonde, definitely not mine) The tub would not drain, had to prop open the drain with a bar of soap The toilet would not flush on the first try, I had to flush multiple times to get it working There was a disgusting dirty spot on the bed that I didn’t notice until AFTER I had slept there with my baby because it was underneath the blankets I can’t wait to get home and take a shower Normal checkout is at 11… I requested a late checkout for noon, because that’s what time his meetings would be done They said they could only do until 11:30 or they would charge me 50% of a normal stay rate Seriously couldn’t do an extra half an hour for a Hilton member, or anyone for that matter? We just packed up and walked to Chuck E Cheese with all of our luggage until he was able to come get us Also, the ac was broken in our room and it was so muggy and uncomfortable I’m so glad to be gone, and definitely won’t be back I expect more cleanliness from a Hampton inn

Everything about my stay here changed my opinion about hotels This is the standard that other hotels should strive for This location was recently renovated and well thought out

The bed was very comfortable and the room was spotless and spacious Attention to detail and sanitizing was very apparent Everyone from the manager to the front desk staff to the housekeeping staff to the breakfast attendant were so personable and accommodating The breakfast selection was fantastic and a great way to start the day! I do not work in the hospitality industry, but the training program here must be spectacular, because it shows in every area The free Wifi was very convenient as well I had read a review stating that there was a charge for Wifi, this is incorrect Whether for business or vacation, staying here was a pleasure I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to everyone without hesitation

Ruby Brown

These maids REFUSE to change sheets, mop floors, give clean towels, etc The maids tried to say my sister and I cussed them out, when we simply asked them to mop the floors and clean the sheets And “hotel manager” Devyn- poor thing absolutely not meant to work with people

She snapped her fingers at us when we wanted to leave and did not allow us to get our room cleaned Pubic hair was all over our bathroom floor when we first checked The only good employee was Tim super friendly and helped us get out quickly because he knew these people were horrible DIRTY HOTEL AND MEAN EMPLOYEES DO NOT RECOMMENDNo one made threats- the only threat is the abandoned apple bees right next door and the 10 abandoned trailers behind the hotel Your hotel needs help- my sister and I had to lock our door after rude remarks were made from YOUR employees to minor children Perhaps some hotel management training should be in the foreseeable future for you and your staff

Best thing about the hotel was its location which is why we chose it The room was clean I did not find the bed very comfortable (but that’s a persal thing)

The staff at the front were not particularly welcoming Several times when we went the the front desk there was no one there I asked for the room to have a basic cleaning, new towels and empty the trash bins and it felt like I was asking for the world The gent at the front desk said that if I did not have the ‘do not disturb’ sign on the door that they would clean itnot the case In fact a notice in the room stated for cleaning contact the front desk Just not particularly efficient or professional customer service Will probably not stay at a Tru by Hilton in the future

Jessica Howell

I would never come back here Price was no better than other local hotels which I previously stayedInternet service is absolutely horrible

This was A big problem especially because I was here on businessEvery night here we had to come back downstairs after work to have keys redone because they didn’t work When we told one employee she asked if we had it by our cell phones This was not the problemFree breakfast was unpalatableOne of the elevator stinks like it hasn’t been cleaned in quite some timeTelevision was dated and didn’t have many optionsSmall refrigerator (cube)No microwaveTwo star were given because the rooms were small they were cleanMaybe for staying one night just to sleep it would be ok but no longer especially for those on business

Tyler Eckert

Lets begin with the check in where the room was suspossed to be ready by two because the wedding bus was leaving at 3:15 The room was ready 20 minutes late and only after the staff was reminded to get it ready The shower in this room had no floor matt and sure you can waste one of your towels to make one but they already only give you three so better not waste one

An air mattress was requested to be delivered with the room and it was not there We called the customer service at 10 and they said it was arriving shortly and it never came The free breakfast was cold sausage and eggs, there were three bagels, and a pancake machine that worked once before having to be fixed Tiny apples and stale cereal is the best food you got Just don’t stay here

Offers a very reasonable price for the rooms The shower we had in our room was amazing, bed was super comfortable Easy check in

Breakfast was pretty nice Key cards in the hotel seem to be a bit old and in need of replacement as it would often take 5 – 6 times for them to work on the door – really minor issue though Location is right next to downtown with good restaurants and bars

Will E

Great last minute find! Stayed on the 10th floor in a king room with a kitchenette, room was nicely and tastefully updated Loved the little rubber ducks lol! Great location for all the downtown life I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a great place to stay super cold AC! If ever back in the area I’ll definitely be staying here again!

Miranda Godlewski

We stayed at the Jefferson Clinton because my boyfriend was playing at the Gilded Club across the street It had good reviews so we thought it would be good I was disappointed, at best

On top of the room fee, you have to pay for parking with no valet service and a very small parking lot Or you pay to park a block down the street I’ve never heard of a hotel doing that before, I was surprised when the receptionist told me We stayed in the queen suite on the 8th floor and had no problems with the room itself The mattress felt cheap, you could feel springs in it and every time my boyfriend moved at night I would move too The air conditioning was difficult to get to work in the room and then every time it kicked on it made the LOUDEST banging noise Woke me up all through the night After not sleeping well, a family was staying across the hall from us and their small children woke up around 630 in the morning Every single time they closed the door to their room, or when the kids were running up and down the hall, we heard everything The walls are so thin and poorly insulated The ironing board in the closet would shake and bang against the wall when they closed their door The breakfast was also very lackluster A few bagels, frozen pancakes, frozen waffles, and some Special K or Bran Flakes The only good thing about this hotel was it’s proximity to where we were going I don’t think I would ever stay here again, even with the location being ideal

Lovely remodeled historic hotel The history behind this hotel is fascinating and I encourage anyone to look it up before staying, you’ll be able to appreciate the decor and the vintage doors Remodeled rooms are clean and comfortable

Beds are super plush and windows are big and bright Lighting in the bathroom makes it easy to apply makeup Shower pressure is strong and hot! There was a stain on my sheets but luckily I travel with my own travel sheets so not a problem Will definitely stay here again

Eileen Woo

Elegant, deserted hotel from a bygone era Even with a conference or two, the place was empty, though the one open restaurant/bar was bustling and hosting trivia night Housekeeping service seemed nonexistent during the stay

Clean, spacious rooms are renovated, with some original finishes like sculpted wooden doors, and modern bathrooms The room was rather dimly lit, with windows looking on to a multistory parking garage

D. Santalena

Room not thoroughly cleaned!Dust behind beds, dust on nightstand, dirty phoneTub streaked with cleaning agent that had not been rinsed off/or the tub was just dirtyBlack caulk in shower

Dirty and dusty trimIn bathroom behind sink faucetsCracked ceiling paint in bathroomPhone not operatingNo one picked up phone at front desk when called with our cell phone Had to walk down to lobby several times for serviceAsked for maintenance to come to fix phone but no one showed up Clerk unable to give time that service tech would arriveNo way to call ahead to schedule am room service Have to “call when you wake” Not convenient with tight itineraryNoise thru windows/city noiseDuring our stay, the Owner was having a celebration with a live band for his guests (because he apparently won an award) but this made lobby quite loud which made it difficult to speak with clerk at front desk due to noiseBed pillows were strangely shaped, very small, jammed into tiny pillow cases I’d love to know if the owner would sleep on these pillows Also there was questionable spots on pillowsDisappointed, asked myself was this was actually a Marriott? Would have expected better Would it recommend

The rooms felt a bit dated but overall things were what we expected and wanted The location is great, near to the interstate and close to stores and restaurantsOur room was missing the kettle and they were unable to get us one (making it harder to prep baby bottles)

That was pretty much the only big faultBreakfast was okay and had a decent variety And parking was plentiful Would absolutely stay there again

Tom B

Functional, clean room for a short stay Good price, and the room suited our needs I like the fact there are no carpets in the room because it felt cleaner and I wasn’t scared to walk on the floor in socks

Fully outfitted for those who stay longer, it had a clean fridge, stove coffee maker and coffee, kitchen sink and storage The lighting in the parking lot could be improved as it was pretty dark out there walking in from the parking lot We didn’t eat breakfast there, but wish we had after eating at the Dunkin down the road Ugh! Overall, a decent stay as it was quiet and seemed safe to us Would stay again for sure

Shawn Taylor

the last night there we found COCKROACHES in the kitchen we packed up and left immediately without taking pictures Management continues to say they did not find any and have been hassling over the refund

it’s not about the money just more the principle Please be careful going here and look out for bugs If one room has them you can be assured others do as well Also be aware that the halls have a bad odor and this is an extended stay property which we were not aware of

We stayed for a night at this hotel on our way to another state The hotel’s entrance seemed hidden due to some construction happening at the main intersection The staff member (James) at the front desk was courteous, helpful and had a good sense of humor! Check in process was smooth

However, the room that was assigned to us had a strange odor and the bathroom exhaust fan was not working We reached out to James and he immediately assigned a new room to us The ‘new’ room was clean and tidy The complementary hot breakfast in the morning was quite elaborate and fresh! Overall, our stay was pleasant and comfortable but the hotel seemed to be a little rundown Possibly, due to construction

Victoria Shears

James was a welcomed and positive interaction at the front desk Check in and out were quick and seamless The room was spacious and clean

The hotel is older, so it’s a little outdated but overall a great stay The construction in front makes it a little difficult to find the entrance Hotel is located near ample shops/fast food chains Hotel provided the standard Holiday Inn Express breakfast which has the best cinnamon rolls!

C E Bell

“Uneven” and “inconsistent” might be the best descriptionsThe first night I stayed was pretty good The traditional welcome (complete with cookie), a room near the front desk, less than $150 / night

it was reasonableRoom was clean and comfortable, bathroom clean and spaciousThe included breakfast the next morning had good variety and good food, and good coffeeThe second time I stayed (three weeks later) no welcome, no cookie, nothing Okay, fine You win some, you lose some – but even so, annoyingI was given a room across from the pool, even though I had requested the same kind of room (near the front desk) I had the first time People back and forth half the night, kids running up and down the hall, noisy and loud – and I had to get up at 3:30 for a very early flightBreakfast? What breakfast? Not even a grab-and-go I had to leave the hotel by 4:30 for the flight, and breakfast didn’t open until 6:30The second stay cost me $200 for the night – with no discount although I couldn’t have any breakfast $50 more for the absent breakfast is beyond annoyingWith no restaurant on the premises and no allowance for travelers flying in and out of Syracuse at all hours (though this Hilton Express bills itself as an “airport hotel”) I don’t think I’ll stay here againThere are other chain hotels near the airport I think I can do better for the price, even though I’m a Hilton member

What a great little gem of a hotel in the middle of nowhere (relative I know) Excellent front desk help (like Four Seasons trained it felt like) Rooms are clean and modern, even though budget

Really stellar ($$ – $$$) restaurant attached – which although pricey is truly excellent food Excellent burgers and service Couldn’t ask for more on a very reasonably ($$) priced hotel room

Babas0097

The design is great but made a bit cheap which you can see Floor creeks, you hear everything from the top floor, spider webs in bathroom ceiling, king size bed lopsided (you will literally sink and have back pain), continental breakfast is nothing to wake up and look forward to Concierge service was awesome! Outstanding customer service from arrival to departure

They were very friendly Restaurant was great and service was awesome Would I do it again? No

Simon Byatt

Really couldn’t fault this place Great rooms, with lovely bathroom fittings Nice side view of greenery, despite urban location

Staff very helpful and friendly And what we weren’t expecting was to have such an amazing meal at the on site restaurant Would come here again tomorrow (if I didn’t live in the UK!) and would highly recommend to anyone reading this

All of the folks we interacted with were wonderful Very kind, quick service, but the hotel itself was pretty disappointingWe stayed in the king suite for the explicit purpose of the whirlpool tub, which was broken when we arrived

The staff was very speedy to fix it but it was frustrating that this was something that needed to happen, given that this is the only hotel in the area with oneThe bed was comfortable but the sheets weren’t soft; the pillows were just okay Someone else mentioned that there were no tables to eat at in the room (in a king suite!) except for a low table, which I can confirmThe room temperature couldn’t be easily adjusted and the room smelled of weed smoke when we arrived and was still noticeable after opening the windows for about 20 minutesThe bathroom sink wasn’t super clean and there were pink spots in the shower which was kinda gross, but everything else was very clean (It feels worth pointing out that I saw exactly one housekeeping person and, given the trend, I have the feeling it’s due to them being overworked, not due to a lack of hard work)To that point, the owners or folks in charge here don’t seem very interested in spending money where it should be spent So much of this hotel feels cheap and flimsy and very much for show rather than functionThe coffee and the continental “buffet” was less than what I usually see for free, but the breakfast we purchased was DELICIOUS!Overall, kind of a weird whiplash regarding the quality of our stay Not sure I’d stay here again, but the whirlpool tub was exactly as relaxing as we’d hoped!

Hailey Loveless

Could have been better The bar tender was great and our fish dinner was great The pool room had dead bugs all over the floors and too much chlorine in the pool (everyone including us saying our eyes were burning)

I pulled the comforter off the bed I found a hair tie which seems to me that they were not cleaned properly Given that it was Easter Saturday it was quite dead in the hotel but the cook didn’t show up for breakfast meaning we could only eat the continental (yogurt, toast, cereal, juices, bagels) and they still charged us the almost $8 each person The women working were not dressed very professionally (leggings and windbreakers) Lastly, it’s expensive The breakfast price wasn’t even included in the price of the stay/room Had fun but I’m a bit disappointed in my experience given the price

Tina CS

Extremely disappointed with the new management staff and front desk employee Bar tender was the only nice one and no there was no booze involved My family has stayed at this hotel for about 9 years

We have had numerous stays probably each month if not pretty close to that over the past 9 years Now that Covid has calmed down we went back and had our normal family gathering that happened almost every stay prior to Covid The manager was questioning who was staying because we use the pool Then weren’t going to let them swim in it We called ahead of time to ensure there was no problem because we always do Once again nothing out of the ordinary Then the whole time we were there we were being stared down by the desk attendant She kept checking the pool as if the 4 kids were some how going to destroy itThis is very disappointing the staff is no longer a welcoming staff, the previous staff was friendly and treated everyone like they were family We always treated them as family They would do Easter egg hunts for the kids, exchange birthday and Christmas gifts Celebrated First Communion parties with us We would all eat breakfast together even on their busiest mornings Sad day and sorry they will no longer have any of our business

We had a weekend stay and were pleasantly surprised! We were visiting for a shopping trip and the location of Sleep Inn was perfect Close proximity to all the places we wanted to go too The hotel is very well kept and clean

The staff is friendly and welcoming The rooms were excellent and I found to be very clean and spacious The breakfast provided had options and we found it to be plentiful Drinks and snacks are available for purchase in the hotel There is also a gas station and convenience store next door which was useful There was also a restaurant and tavern attached to the hotel that we didn’t get a chance to try We plan to visit Syracuse again, and when we do so, we’ll be booking at Sleep Inn

We stay at a lot of choice hotels and this one is by far one the best and cleanestPeter at the front desk is awesome

It’s near restaurants (indeed, it has two restaurants in the hotel) The place is well kept and has its own parking garageThe staff is unbelievably attentive, friendly and accommodating I left something in my room accidently but didn’t notice it until I arrived at the airport When I called the hotel to ask them to hold it for me, the shuttle driver, on her own initiative, went to my room and drove it to the airport to get it to me All I can say is WOW!If management reads my review, you should be aware of how exceptional your employee is I must say that all of your staff was very pleasantI’ve been to a few other hotels in Syracuse over the years None comes even close Now I’m giving five stars: you’re not going to get the fawning and snoot you’d expect and demand from a $5,000 or more per night “joint”, but you will be treated exceptionally well here If you need the a** kissing, I don’t think we can be friends I’ll stay here without you, thanks

Decent hotel that doesn’t quite live up to the 4-star designation, but the customer service was really great so I think we’d consider staying here again One negative is the ‘dog friendly’ rooms I had to call the front desk due to a yappy ankle biter in an adjacent room keeping my little ones up late at night

The food was great – breakfasts were reasonably priced and delicious We had dinner at the restaurant and the steak and burgers were cooked to perfection, super pleased!

Had to stay here for work and it was a nice hotel, expensive but nice When I checked in the clerk was rude, giving me attitude because I did not send in the form where my job pays for the room a head of time When I called earlier in the day the woman I spoke to told me I did not need to, and stated she had a copy she was filling out right there, so naturally I thought the form was already completed

The desk clerk gave me so much attitude about it, I tried to explain and apologize, but he just said he’s going to do it to check me in because I need a room, but I was upset being as how I was told the form was already being filed out over the phone and being sentBesides that incident the stay was good Room was nice, no issues there

Clean and quiet Staff seemed busy but very helpful (graduation week!) The person at the front desk was very helpful and professional

I didn’t get their name but was great to work with Sounds like they were there to help even though it wasn’t their shift (Probably the same person the reviewer below me is complaining about) but I do no issuePS how do you complain about professionalism in a review with misspelled words and run on sentences)To the front desk worker, you keep being you You can’t please everyone

This hotel was very disappointing for a Best Western Plus The hotel was not cleaned properly The hallways were not vacuumed, breakfast tables and area not wiped

Front desk area not wiped, and garbages always overflowing Garbage in hallways not picked up in the two days that we were there The sofa in our suite was dirty We did not know the area or we would have stayed somewhere else Staff appeared to be overwhelmed and complained constantly while guests were in earshot The location was convenient and the price was decent, but I would not recommend this hotel and I would not stay here again

My wife and I recently had our wedding at the DoubleTree and could not have asked for a better experience Accommodations were excellent for both us and our guests, and the event was everything we could’ve asked for Linda and her team are absolutely top-notch, were amazing to work with, and made our day more than amazing

Food and service was fantastic!

When I walked into the hotel it looked very nice, and the lady at the front desk was very nice As soon as I went down the hall to get to the elevator there were crushed chips all over, including in the elevator Got to my room, was there 20 mins and called and asked to be moved

The room next to me was sooooo loud it was unbearable Parents and kids screaming Kids running up the hallways We moved to a better location, room was out dated, hole in the pillow as well We decided to go to the pool, it was absolutely filthy Looked like feces in the pool, dirty wet towels all over the floor, water bottles all over The food was pretty good but expensive I then go to check out the next morning, a lady was at the desk asking for change in her underwear and braI was mortified my child had to see that The man at the desk apologized Needless to say I will not be coming back

This hotel is nasty I was staying in this hotel for a work conferenceIn my first room, I had a LIVE BED BUG and blood stains on the pillow and sheets

My co-worker’s first room smelled bad of cigarettes and its supposedly a non-smoking hotel In her second room had blood stains, signs of bed bugs on her sheet and mattress In my second room, I had WORSE blood stains on the bed cover My coworker’s room had signs of bed bugs and a dead bed bug in her THIRD room So 4 rooms had bed bugs I will never think of staying at this hotel ever again Absolutely nasty!!

Tiny WellnessCenter

This was such a charming place, so beautifully modernized in a place with some incredible character I don’t know if all the rooms decor is identical, But the room I was in on the third floor had some shadows casting onto the wall and the one piece of art definitely looked creepy as all get out, when the dark stormy cruise ship reading escape, suddenly looks like it has skulls as well 🤣Also, the air conditioning doesn’t work in this room

It’s definitely a hotspace!

Another GREAT stay at the Hotel Skyler The staff is unbelievable We had several things go wrong with our rooms and they went above and beyond

The location is perfect for Syracuse University, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, there is a grab ‘n go breakfast right now but it’s great, free parking, etc This was our 4th time staying there and will continue to do so

Laila Yasmin

It’s a small hotel Parking space is tight but free Queen bedroom for 4 people are located on ground floor only

At night it’s difficult to spot the hotel if you’re walking towards it from Syracuse University Dome events and takes more than 10-12 min walk Breakfast is good but , they serve boiled eggs as the only protein, not egg omelette

I don’t normally give hotels great ratings, but I think this one deserves it The room was very clean and smelled good The floors were built in a way where they didn’t make noise when people walked by

They had blackout curtains which only let in a little light on the sides The staff was very nice and helpful It felt safe here Everything was clean and new The hotel is in a good location and pushed back away from the main road, so it’s quiet Overall I was happy here

Alyce Viens

Booked this hotel as part of a block for my wedding and pleasantly surprised Rooms were spacious and clean, beds comfortable We used the conference room to hold a reception for out of town guests the night before and it was everything we needed-staff very accommodating

Excellent park and fly service! The front desk manager gave us exceptional, friendly and helpful service! Very nice hotel with a huge room for a great price that included a week of airport parking/shuttle The shuttle starts very early in the morning, was fast and on-time for our return We will definitely use this service the next time we fly out of SYR

I have been here for all of an hour and can already write this It is the nicest hotel I have ever been to It has the friendliest staff, and I mean every single person genuinely is happy and welcoming

The beds feel like I am laying in a cloud The views of the water are awesome The largest mall I have ever been to is also within walking distance I added an extra night here because it is that worth it You will not be disappointed After a 7 hour drive they even let me check in early with zero hassle

James Havey

A very nice Aloft location Located between the university, downtown, and mall, it offers a short drive to any location in town but not really within walking distance Next to a little lake, it is located it a place where you could go on little walks

The hotel is also extremely dog friendly, many pups made us wish ours came with usThe hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, both reception and at the barRooms were a standard layout for this chain but clean and well upkeptIf I had one comment that is not positive it would be that the parking lot, which is free, needs to be better signed so people know where it isWould recommend and stay again

Marie K

The front desk was very friendly, the bar tender very sweet, and the decor seems pretty trendy However, our room was very disappointing Because we were Marriot members and used our points to stay, at check in she said since we are members she would give us a partial harbor view, which we gave her our thanks since this sounded like a good thing

However, one window had a very limited view of the harbor (mostly was the main road outside), while the other window had a full view of the elevator lobby I was horrified that anyone standing in the lobby could look directly in full view of our room So we had to keep the shades drawn the the whole time just for privacy The bathroom did not have any towel racks for the hand towel or bath towels other than the rack above the toilet where towels are stored (Which is in the other room from the sink) The shower does not have any place to put toiletries such as soap or shampoo, so you’re forced to put out on the floor of the little stand up shower If we were staying more than one night we would have asked for a different room just for the privacy factor The experience was enough that we won’t be returning
