It’s a very nice place to stay for families It’s spacious so we weren’t on top of each other, and the fact that everyone had their own bed was a definite plus Although the oven hadn’t been cleaned after the previous renter, having a full kitchen helped us save on food because we were able to cook instead of buying fast food the entire vacation

My only complaint would be the smell of urine near the coach I understand pets are allowed but maybe they should designate a certain floor or maybe certain rooms for people with pets

Dustin Sorensen

Came down on a trip with a booked bnb The bnb got canceled last second and we had nowhere to stay Traci, Lyndon, and David worked thier butts off to get us a place to stay on Memorial Day weekend

Rooms are amazing and spacious with a kitchen, sitting room and patioI can’t say enough good things about the staff and accommodationsAMAZING!!!!

Judy Carlson

The staff are wonderful They go out of their way to accommodate your stay The 2 bedroom/2 bathroom fully furnished condo is very spacious and clean

There is so many things to keep you active from their huge pool, kids water play area, inflatable water slide, pavilions, restaurants, gym and golf Its located in a very nice area and walking distance to various shops and restaurants

We stayed here our 4th night on the road and let me just say it This place was exceptional Very clean

Even the fitness center was beautifully maintained The breakfast was better than a restaurant Piping hot and tasty The woman in charge of the whole dining experience was very friendly but not at all invasive She was treated everyone like she was happy they chose to be there We would stay here again I thought I had taken pictures but I guess I didn’t

Jeff Ruth

We can’t recommend this hotel They cancelled our reservations the morning of our arrival

right as we were in the middle of a 12 hour drive to stay with them We had no other options in the area and had to sleep with some friends on their couch Their reasoning for the cancellation they said our booking on Expedia was not a guarantee as we needed 2 beds and a pull-out sofa for my son They said that was a “request” The room was paid for and for all we knew we were set I’ve never had a hotel do this to us before If you booked with them directly you may be fine If you use a third-party website I’d avoid this place You are not a priority

Maggie Flynn

Hotel is clean and everything and have amenities, but the hours are so limited on the pool, it makes it hard to enjoy and of them, especially if you are only staying one night Check in isn’t until 4pm, leaving you 15 hours to swim when the sun sets at 5:30

Or 3 hours if the sun sets at 7 It’s just not accommodating at all Then they tell you (rudely) that you can hang out at the fire pits as long as you don’t “make any noise” Those were the exact words of three person at the front desk We are already dreading our stay and it hasn’t even started yet

Doug and Barbara Wagner

We’ve lived in Florida for many years and haven’t done much exploring on the West coast This year, my wife gave me a weekend away for my birthday, so we decided on Tarpon Springs Since we love historic Bed and Breakfast destinations, and the 1910 Inn came up during our search for a place to stay, it seemed the perfect choice

We were not wrong What a great weekend We were the only ones staying and had the whole house to ourselves While we enjoy making new friends, this was a first We had so much fun exploring and enjoying the incredible antique collection The grand piano was a special treat for me to play Annie is the perfect host Barbara and I were debating on who was more excited when we arrived – us or Annie! Great recommendations from her for sites to see and places to eat Seems everyone in Tarpon Springs knows Annie Definitely on the list of places to revisit

Edward Campbell

We had a great stay, Annie was wonderful! The only time we saw her was to pay and get our key, we basically had the whole house to ourselves She also sent messages with great suggestions for things to do and restaurants to try Within 3 blocks of all the bars and restaurants, didn’t have to use our car all weekend

We highly recommend this historic Inn for your stay in Tarpon Springs!!! The nearby motels looked a little dated and not so clean Will definitely stay there again if we hit Tarpon Springs in the future!!!

This is a really nice place for the price The rooms are very large (like a tiny apartment) and have really nice features such as Microwave, fridge/freezer, cups, silverware, and plates 2 full size beds, couch and dining room table

3 sinks total! Free 2 pretzel snacks and 2 little chocolate was in the kitchen area for newcomers which was quite niceThe bathroom is also very spaciousThe beds are quite comfortable, not hard like many other places They have a slight bounce to themService is pretty good although only available in the morning between 7-10am So if you need anything it needs to be requested during those timesThe main entrance area has a pool table, books and board games to check outIt also had a lot of nice outside activities, pool, pickleball, and shuffleboard, Cornhole etcReally think if you’re in the area you should definitely give this place a shot!

Cindie Dayhoff

Our room was quite spacious and clean; continental breakfast was better than expected; room had a great back porch to allow us to watch people swimming, playing shuffleboard and tennis; the vaulted ceilings were wonderful and the staff was very pleasant Highly recommend and hope to have the opportunity to stay here again in the future Very relaxing

We usually stay at Comfort Inn but decided to “up our game” on this trip The problem started when we arrived They were resealing the asphalt parking lot so a lot of it was blocked off and what few places were left was taken by cars and trucks parking sideways across multiple parking spaces and still others were blocked by orange cones

The second night, the desk attendant told my daughter to park far away in a dark parking lot Didn’t care about the cars parked sideways Didn’t show any compassion to the situation at all I moved a cone and took a spotThe room was decent The window gave us a great view of the roof of part of the lower building and side of another part of the building The beds, in my opinion, were not as comfortable as the other hotels I mentioned The A/C worked great The room was cool when we entered and it got cooler very fast The thermostat had some blown LCD’s but you can tell the temperature well enoughThe ice machine is right beside the elevatorOne curious thing was that the trash bags were just laid across one lip if the trashcans (bathroom and bedroom cans) I mean, even Motel 6 puts the open bags in the cans so they can be used and trash taken out easily, but these trashcans had the new, unopened bags just draped over one rim Do they expect me to pay more for a room and also open the bags myself? That isn’t going to happenThe bathroom had a hanging “barn door” which was cool The handle to the tub felt loose I thought it could fall off but it didn’t The water pressure was great Good hot water But there was a small sulphur smell to the water This could be a Florida thing because the water at my in-laws smells and tastes the same so can’t hold that against HiltonMy daughter purchased breakfast with the room NO FREE BREAKFAST? Even Quality Inn has free breakfast But at least the breakfast here is real eggs which was nice You can order specially cooked eggs (omelets, over easy, etc) Browned potatoes, bacon, sausages, bagels, muffins, juices (apple, orange, pink grapefruit) I didn’t look at what else was offered And even though the meal was part of the room deal, when we asked for the omelets, we were brought a bill It had “complementary” written across it But 2 omelets was $28? I know it was for the omelets because the second morning we just had the buffet But apparently the bill was brought for a tipI think I’ll stick with my favorite hotels from now on With the parking problem and the lack of concern from the desk clerk and the weird thing with the trash bags, it soured me on “fancier” hotels I’m sorry if the management doesn’t like this review, but this was our stay Don’t like not getting rave reviews, fix the problems mentioned

Family is the word that describes this wonderful hotel Been here on a family emergency this folks has been so helpful showing us how to get around and giving us a ride when we needed During breakfast the young lady name barbie really took good care of of and very knowledgeable about the area and pointed us to right direction as well as taking goodcare of us During breakfast

ask for barbie she’s a peach what a wonderful person Thank you barbie 😊

Christine Wilkins

This was a staycation to visit family and this hotel deserves more than 5 stars The pictures don’t give it justice Our room was thoroughly cleaned and I liked that even the remote was sealed with plastic post pandemic

And the receptionist Agnus (something along those lines) was one of the best receptionist I’ve encountered From greeting as soon as we walked in and from making sure we were ok each time we crossed paths And the breakfast was really good buffet style but wish it was free breakfast but 1294 per person isn’t bad either

My husband and I feel so fortunate to have found Blue Bayou Mary Beth is a fantastic host and an even greater person She is warm, funny, friendly and so accommodating

Her inn is beyond beautiful and you can see it’s transformation was a labor of love Mary Beth was so kind as to let us upgrade to a king bed room since the circumstances permitted it I can’t say enough about how much we loved our experience at Blue Bayou In addition, the inn is super close to everything in Tarpon Springs, including town and the sponge docks Thank you Mary Beth for a wonderful stay at Blue Bayou!

Caroline Elliott

The Blue Bayou Inn is fantastic, it’s located walking distance to restaurants and shops in the historic district of Tarpon Springs The inn itself is nicely restored and has a wonderful porch to sit out on Mary Beth is one of the nicest people I have ever met and went out of her way to make us feel comfortable during our stay

Thank you! Hope to stay at this lovely B&B again soon

Hazel Kuhlman

Blue Bayou Inn is a must if you are visiting Tarpon Springs This forever will be the place we stay when visiting the area! Our host Mary Beth was pure joy, and made everything thing so effortless not to mention she made a mean croissant breakfast while we were there! The room was impeccable, no detail left to wonder, and comfort to the hilt! This place is filled with a lot of love and Mary Beth emulates it! Walking distance to everything this quaint town has to offer 10/10

Loved the breakfast bar in the morning!! Check in was a bit of an unexpected experience We checked in on time actually a little bit later than we originally anticipated when we got there our room wasn’t ready However, our other party’s room was ready so we asked if we could go up and wait with them

Easy enough right? Well we guessed wrong the manager began to gave us a hard time about this request, demanding that under no circumstances do we speak to the housekeeping because she did not want housekeeping to feel pressured to go faster This was not our intentions at all, but when we got upstairs we realized that housekeeping wasn’t even clean our rooms they in fact had been finished cleaning my room earlier that day? (We knew that this was our room as we were getting a room right next to our friends who also whose room was initially ready) it was just odd? When we went downstairs to get the key to our room the manager gave us an attitude for finding out our room was ready she just was unprepared As for our room, it was clean and nicel really like that instead of giving you disposable shampoos and conditioners they have in a reusable pump bottles of Dove shampoo, conditioner, body wash and they also give you a small bar of Dove soap Personally I think all hotels should adopt this concept to help reduce plastic waste!!

P William

Great Value! It’s kept nice and clean Plus it has all one needs to make a good trip Service is fantastic, Dominica was so nice and extremely considerate! Also Jen was super nice too!! Really great staff, and definitely enjoying my stay

If you are looking for a perfect room, well you can find other options but I will say the value is definitely here, others you will pay a lot extra for not that much more

Lauren Miller

Great experience from check in to check out The front desk staff was very friendly The room was clean

The bed was comfortable I liked the fact that they have black out shades which kept the room really dark in the morning The hot tub and pool were clean Everything was fresh at the breakfast buffet I would definitely stay there again Highly recommended

Stayed 2 weeks at this hotel and it didn’t disappoint me at all Place is clean, breakfast is decent (I make my own egg and cheese burrito, maybe they can add sour cream next time), love the fireplace at night to keep you warm, reception is very friendly except for one Would be nice if a certain receptionist understands the hospitality work she’s in, a receptionist is the first person that greets you very time you drop by the front desk

She seems to be not happy with her job Asked her if she’s okay one day as she’s got this long face all the time and her response is she’s tired Aren’t we all? I like approaching Jessica and Karen as they always have that welcoming smile on their faces and interacts with the guests when needed, highly commendable Julie their manager is phenomenal I can’t count how many I asked her to change the way my billing is done and she did with patience Would I go back to this place again or recommend it to friends and families? ABSOLUTELY POSITIVELY!

Great experience a newer property, solid friendly service, however it was the properties breakfast that won me over The people working the breakfast area always smiling, always offering to help, made me smile to start my day Breakfast choices were excellent and in an age where many places using covid as the reason they cut back, this was one of the best

I enjoyed my breakfast Well done!

Was there for two nights last weekend for a fan fest Blown away by the cleanliness and friendly staff Room was EXQUISITE

I’ve never stayed in a room with a full kitchen before, including fridge, oven, and DISHWASHER As you can tell, I don’t travel much, and even when I do, I usually stay at a cheaper motel Continentalbreakfast was biscuits and gravy, eggs, and delicious breakfast sandwiches, as well as oatmeal, bagels, etc Giving it the Dave Meltzer Kenny Omega In The Egg Dome SEVEN STARS

The room was fine although the shade on the door to the balcony needs repair

Nice, clean hotel Up to date amenities, very large room with kitchenette Hotel is in a beautiful neighborhood and there are 2 very good restaurants in the same plaza

The only thing we didn’t care for was the very soft bed which left us both with sore lower backs, you actually have to struggle to get out of the bed There is no breakfast offered but there is a very good diner in the same plaza

Great resort for a family with kids although the rooms are a little on the older side All the people are very friendly and professional You’ve got tennis, golf, and several small pools with an overall relaxing environment

There’s a driving range next to the main clubhouse by the South course We played South, Island and Copperhead courses – and the club services team moves your equipment around to each course ahead of time Super efficient!

This place was spectacular!!! I didn’t get to enjoy the 6 pools, nor golfing but we will be going back in October The room was very nice, it was like home away from home We had a kitchen, living area, nice room and the bathroom was very nice as well

Going back to the kitchen, it had all the appliances and dishware needed to cook I thank God for my husband, for picking out a wonderful place for the second part of our vacation! ❤️❤️❤️

D.R. O’Hara

I loved the condo I stayed in Great WI-FI, beautiful property As an Airbnb renter, I feel like there is no respect shown to visitors who spend thousands over their stay

I felt like a prisoner in my very expensive rental Innisbrook would benefit from issuing a pool pass for guests, especially those who spend over $100 at a restaurant built right next to the pool Perhaps a lower membership package, temporary, allows pool(s) or pool Honestly you are accosted if you go in the pool as a renter and are forced to exit It is scary I spent 8 days inside taking occasional walks and ordering in I came to watch golf and go in the pool, considering there are several Are no pools for guests? ugh Sorry I feel like I wasted money that could have been avoided had management addressed the concerns of several guests who posted prior I am not spending thousands of dollars to take a dip It is ludicrous

This is actually my favorite place to go ever! We live in Homosassa where there is a ton of fresh seafood places but we always make our way down to Hudson to eat here… Today it was no different, we had great service as usual Dominique was fabulous! The food was fresh and there was not one thing to complain about I had the seafood platter with the flounder scallops and shrimp and fresh vegetables and I chose the orzo soup over a salad and that chicken orzo soup was amazing! My husband had A ginormous fried grouper sandwich and steak fries which were so perfectly cooked We love this place, do your self a favor and go already!!!

I had the pleasure of being checked in by Anthony who is personable, courteous, and professional He answered all of my questions and made sure I was comfortable before committing to the hotel I appreciate that

I later had an opportunity to meet Janine who was kind, accommodating, and a blessing to talk withFinally, the complimentary breakfast was the best I’ve ever had – they offered a true American breakfast, real juice, quality coffee, and honey for my teaBetween my experience as a whole, the location, and the pricing – I would highly recommend staying here

Great experience here We’re had made a previous booking at a different location, a house through bookingcom, but upon arrival their door lock had died and we were not able to get in

We had flown in that day, drove a couple of hours, and it was like 10 at night when we were arriving I had my 18 month old who just really needed a bed to sleep so I booked this last minute Great experience Front desk guy was personable, funny and accommodating, which for a severely stressed momma meant the world Then didn’t expect the great breakfast the next morning, one of the best breakfasts I have had at a hotel in many years The morning workers were excellent as well, very very nice and I just fell in love Would absolutely recommend to anyone in the area!

Ronald Glover

I really enjoyed my stay at Hampton Inn the hotel was clean the staff was friendly and forthcoming the breakfast is the best I’ve had in a hotel in a very long time

A lot of hotels have used the pandemic as a reason to scale back the amenities and services they provide, this hotel remembers what taking care of guests is really about I would recommend staying here to anyone visiting Pasco county

Pool is nice, but crowded Limited chairs and towels Charges for spa were supposed to be waived for wedding, but wouldn’t remove a small $32 charge because it was booked through a third party Not a big deal, but more of the principal of the matter Room service was running behind for a morning breakfast (scheduled) 21% gratuity is automatic and the price on the menu didn’t match the price on the bill Very unfortunate considering a gratuity is linked to serviceThe entire hotel needs a coat of paint and a pressure wash outside Multiple parts of the hotel either smelled of mildew or bleach The room was clean and well stocked, but the towels were rough The furniture could definitely use an upgradeRecommendation for management/owners, whoever is the hospitality manager for the venue/wedding operations should be put in charge of all the others operations as well Perhaps they would bring the service level up and we’d stay again

Went for spring break with my son to catch Yankee spring training A relative set us up with a 2 night stay From check in to check out was nice place

Could use better water pressure and room updates But beds were comfortable Food at hotel was solid And the surrounding areas have places to eat Was a too short trip He will return with friends next year

We stayed at this property while in the Tampa area for a golf weekend What a tremendous staff balancing a bunch of adult golfers and twice as many soccer families Breakfast was fresh, hot and plentiful

Bar staff, very friendly and fun Pool area is separated from an outdoor patio, so adults can enjoy the great outdoors without being splashed, while families enjoyed themselves as well Overall, an easy hotel to get to, lots of restaurants nearby Accommodations very comfortable and spacious

This was my first time staying at this hotel Overall, the lobby area was really clean and newThe room was really impressive, starting with the large couch, comfy bed and nice clean bathroom

The reason I provided your location with 2/5 stars was my experience with some of the employees Check out is at 12pm To constantly have housekeeping knock at my door every couple minutes after around 11am is annoying and frustrating That lasthour I shouldn’t be bothered by housekeeping Checkout isn’t until 12pm Then, I go to checkout and the lady is sitting on the phone not even acknowledging me as a guest I wanted to charge my snack to my room then simply checkout and go I had absolutely no interaction with the front desk agent It’s disappointing to see that over the phone guests matter more than the paying guest standing in-front of you After this experience with the employees, I don’t know if I will return back to this hotel

Great place to stay I was happy with it, it’s not a full service Marriot but has continental breakfast It has a pool and 24 hour gym

The bed was very comfortable It included a little bar area with sink, microwave and really cold fridge The only thing I didn’t like was the shower curtain was too short and water got all over the place

Wonderful location Bed super comfortable Electric locks took some getting used to

But would certainly stay here again When we asked for help they showed up within 20 minutes and we’re very helpful They were easy to reach if any issues happened The full-size fridge was extremely helpful since we were here as part of a wedding party 10/10

The MarBay Suites is a small, quaint motel with a kitchenette in the room (full-size fridge and microwave) The owners are working hard on updating all units, and it shows The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and the room was clean

We would stay there again! Be sure to check out the beautiful Philippe Park – just a short way down the road

The rooms are a great place to lay your head and the laundry is free for all guests However I was surprised to see tiny and medium sized roached and how laxed the owner was about them being in the room While there was negotiations of a refund and an offer of a free room to change our review

The offer was taken when asked to use it The owner is friendly and nice, but don’t expect anything to be done in the right way Other than that I’ll be alright with returning if needed to stay with my own spray to combat the bugs Thank you Mar Bay for the awesome room, it was beautiful and relaxing enough as it is

So, let’s get the one and only negative that I can maybe see someone saying out of the way the hotel was a tad “dated”

And even that is just being picky! However, that being said it was VERY clean and VERY comfortable Without hesitation, I would absolutely stay here again The staff was very helpful and our stay was comfortable We stayed in room 311 and thoroughly enjoyed our stay

My husband and I stayed here for two nights, and it was fine While the hotel itself is quiet, the room we had was not; we faced the road, and even on the third floor it sounded like cars were zooming loudly right by the windows, and the air conditioning was very loud as wellI personally felt the bed was hard as a rock – the mattress is EXTREMELY firm

It didn’t help that the pillows were all very small and flimsy (we got two extras from the front desk, which didn’t help) We both tossed and turned and woke up soreThat said, if you like a really (really) hard bed and don’t mind outside traffic, this place is a fine choice It was clean, the staff was friendly, and it’s very convenient The water also gets VERY hot, which is great if you like your showers scalding like I do We’ll likely stay here again, but probably bring our own pillows – and maybe ask for a room that isn’t right on a busy six lane road

Accommodating Despite My Error and the BEST Breakfast EverWe were in town to do some sightseeing in Tarpon Springs/TS and Safety Harbor We decided to stay overnight in Tarpon Springs for a full day of sightseeing and travel the short distance to Safety Harbor the next morning We are loyal Hilton guests and were happy to find a Hampton Inn in TS

I received a quizzical look at check-in after giving my name Turns out I was a day early! Despite my error, the exact room preference was available, and I was relieved especially after a long day on our feet in the hot sunThe room was very clean, and all amenities were in working order We are particular about light and found the reading lamps to be bright enough to read by Our 4th floor room was in the corner so no one on either side made for an especially quiet night Water temperature and pressure were very good I always bring my own pillow; my husband commented that his were medium The beds were comfortable Parking is free of charge Yes, the hotel is on busy US Highway 19 N but we were not bothered at all by the traffic on the pool side of the buildingWe are fond of the coffee station at the Hampton Inn properties especially after a travel day This one is in the soaring great room with lots of light and spacious seating It is the perfect spot to gather and chatThe breakfast was phenomenal After Covid, it was so refreshing to come back to a full, hot breakfast and this hotel does it up right with many choices: waffles, eggs, breakfast meat, yogurt, pastries, bagels, juices, oatmeal and fresh fruitBut the crown jewel of the breakfast was Miss Lonna who has been with the hotel for a couple of years Shegreeted and warmly welcomed every single guest In all of the Hilton properties we’ve stayed, we’ve never had such a welcome like Miss Lonna It is apparent she loves her job to be as sincere and cheerful as she is As an extra service, she came around to each table to ask how everything was and if she could be of any assistance We would return to this property again just for the breakfast experienceAfter a good night’s sleep, we were on our way to Safety Harbor for another day of sightseeing

Great hotel, clean rooms, pool was cold but nothing a bit of sunburn won’t cure The staff was great and very polite Oddly, in the middle of the night, the water goes out

I recomend fixing that water issue and having more shaded areas around the patio We would definitely go back

If you’re looking for a place to stay in the north Tampa/Citrus Park area this is it! It’s one of the few hotels in the Tampa area with FREE PARKING! The hotel is pretty new and has lots of seating areas in the lobby for anyone who needs to get some work done The breakfast food options are decent and will range between $12-$15 There’s a great outside seating area with a fire pit

The rooms are a decent size and are pretty comfortable There’s a desk in each room that make getting work done easy The bathrooms are modern and very cleanAdditionally the hotel is next to a walking trail which is very convenient for walking, running or biking There are several food options nearby and within walking distance from the hotel There’s also a mall and shopping center nearby

A++++++ THANK YOU JASMINE & RAMONA !!!! I haven’t reviewed a hotel in a whole long time but these two people at Marriott here really made me feel welcome They had all my room preferences taken into consideration and offered me so much during my check in 💙💯I really appreciate the wonderful, very clean, comfortable room you have for me

Not only did they take the time to rebook my next room for the rest of the weekend, Thank you Jasmine They also helped me with getting my laundry done by borrowing me a few quarters from their own pocket, thank you Ramona 🙂🙏You both really are great and kind, and they should have more people such as yourselves working or training others at property’s that don’t go all the way like you both have 🔥🤙🇺🇸💜Sincerely,Joe

Stayed here the night before and night of my wedding 90% of my out of town guests stayed here as well The hotel was clean and welcoming, the room was more than spacious enough for 7 women to get ready in as well as 7 men to get ready in the room down the hallway

Breakfast was not bad for a complimentary meal Parking was ample and safety was no concern given the area can be a little shady at times My only complaint is that I wanted a king suite for obvious reasons, was given a double queen room this was my fault as I utilized a third party booking site Once arrived, Kevin the front desk concierge tried to accommodate given it was my wedding weekend and I was getting married at the Spartan Manor, unfortunately the rooms were all booked so I appreciated his efforts and kept the party moving the walls are thick as well, we never heard people in the rooms next to us nor did anyone complain about my room which at times did get quite loud Regardless, I would recommend this hotel to anyone, given the price, quality and area you really can’t beat it PS the fluffy stray cats were an added bonus as well!

Great stay! Employees were all super nice! Hotel was very clean and neat and we had everything we needed plus some The kids had the best time in the heated pool This is literally our favorite spot! The little apartment set up of these rooms is perfect for out little family

We had an issue with the digital key’s but give me another time or two and I’ll get it figured out!
