Summary: For the price, I would not stay here again unless there wasn’t anything available around I would have rather gone to Holiday InnCons:- Cost of parking was about $36 for inside the garage

Staff did not offer other suggestions (apparently across the street was cheaper)- Breakfast was too expensive at $26 per person for a buffet I’d rather go to a restaurant and be waited on- No microwaves in rooms- Ice machine not working- No valet because “Covid”- Floor was outdated The place needs a remodel- The patio door was heavy to open Trees blocked a potential view- No laundry room- No garbage bags in trash bins This must result in extra work for the housekeeping- Water from sink does not taste good- Swimming pool was closed during the time frame it was supposed to be open- Even credit card machine was not working at check in- Internet was not greatPros:- Friendly staff- Location Gas station across the street and freeway and shopping very close by- Starbucks in lobby- Parking is secure

A huge thank you to Carolina and Katherine for their absolutely above and beyond customer service I called from Australia to arrange a surprise birthday gift for my sister who was staying as a guest Both ladies were not only professional but kind, generous and went out of their way to make my sister’s birthday special

If I could give them 100 stars I would! Thank you so much for your hospitality

Brian Crane

The room was fantastic! The location was great! And the amenities were great as well! However, I had a not great experience with the check in staff I had booked 2 rooms on Hotel Tonight, and I thought they were both “double queen” rooms When I went to check in they only had one “double queen” available

They said the other rooms were being cleaned and that I could come back in 1-15 hrs to get it The front desk gentleman even wrote down a note I called a few hours later and they went on to tell me there were no double queens available and I feel like they didn’t work with me nor try to go any extra out of their way to see if there was some sort of compromiseOther than that, great hotel

We just got back from Disneyland and our stay was great!! From the time we drove up the valet greeted us to the checking in, all in between and checking out customer service was kind, helpful and just great! Rooms are larger then expected and very clean Breakfast was delicious and very filling Coffee was fresh and hot

If I had to say something that needed improving it would be the parking, there was an event going on so parking was tight and some cars were taking 2 parking spaces, trucks parked in a space way to small for it, which is not the hotels fault Transportation was easy and fast Over all amazing stay Will recommend and also book again

NRG Z28

The hotel is nice The staff at the front desk is terrible though The beds are bad bad bad

You will not get the type of room you book and will have to settle for a horrible roll away bed No fans in the bathroom TV had a long scratch in it Hair on the bathroom floor and the floors have obviously not been vacuumed Nice, but dirty hotel with issues Not worth the high price of admission All other lower reviews are on point, unfortunately

Faryn Beverino

Overall – This hotel was a huge disappointment The main complaint is that my daughter, husband and I felt super gross even being in the roomThe Good:1

Main lobby looked squeaky cleanThe Meh’:1 Staff is nice enough you can tell they don’t want to be bothered Talking to them on the phone and in person was not joyfulThe Bad:1 Parking seemed dodgy and NOT secure at all I was worried someone might steal my car over the night Luckily that didn’t happen2 NASTY rooms! Carpets not vacuumed Vanities had stains on them Walls had a few holes in them Flashing blue light that goes off every 8 seconds made it hard to sleep It smelled nasty in the room The beds looked warped Trash cans were not cleaned properly Clean towels were questionable Shower was uncomfortable Not ideal to stay in especially during a pandemic3 Elevators were gross, looked like someone cleaned a mess haphazardly but had residual stains4 Some trash left in the hallways5 Not very sound proof, you can hear everything outside your door6 We didn’t even look at their breakfast options because in my mind, if you can’t keep a room clean what could that say about your kitchen?FOR DISNEYLAND GOERS:If you are looking to stay there for a Disneyland trip please reconsider1 It is too far from the parks and they don’t have a great shuttle service for transportation2 It was a bummer ending to a really fun day so if you want to keep that “magic” feeling, please reconsider staying elsewhere There is a reason this SPECIFIC SHERATON hotel is not listed as Disneyland Good Neighbor Hotel

Alexis Loya

Loved my stay here The room was spacious and clean the staff was very friendly and accommodating The breakfast was good too nothing crazy, just scrambled eggs and bacon or sausage depending on the day

Our room was always made when we came back Which was perfect after a long day of exploring Oh and the water pressure was great 👍

Satava O’Dell

The stay was wonderful Great location Very well kept

Nice spacious room Has a large closet, fridge, microwave, sink, shower with tub Beautiful pool and hot tub Great service The only reason I gave a 4 star instead of a 5 star is because we were put in the back of the building and there are abandon train tracks on the other side of the wall where from about 930pm until about 1am people were shooting off bottle rockets I called the office and the guy told me People do it all the time because they have nothing better to do with their lives

Michael Veinbergs

The room was nice and clean The housekeeping service did a great job It was in a convenient location

My only gripe was the breakfast It was quite bad In fact, if you choose a hotel based at all on having a free breakfast, stay elsewhere We were there 3 nights 1 morning we were served scrambled eggs with a single slice of lunch meat turkey The next day we had eggs, and 2 mini waffles with extremely stale, completely inedible cereal If you would like a danish, you will be served one half of 1 danish It was laughably stingy on the part of the hotel owner If you plan to have breakfast out, then I would certainly recommend this place

So far so good When we arrived at 6pm and checked in, the hotel had a social time on; free beer and wine, snacks and some salads The room is nice (we did have an issue with the pull out couch and it did not pull out) but everything is great

Swimming pool for the kids, free breakfast, full kitchen in the rooms which is good when you want some snacks and such or if you want to make nachos or something Overall I think this place is great I would highly recommend to anyone that is looking for a family friendly accommodation

Shelly

We loved this hotel! It’s right next to one of the Disneyland parking lots with a free shuttle to and from the parks It’s not a bad walk either, under a mile The hotel has great breakfast that we didn’t take advantage of until our last day because we were ready to eat as early as we left

The pool is great Has a mini golf spot and a game room outside The lobby is nice and big The rooms are large so you have space to spread out Staff was great, especially the breakfast staff There was even an evening social one night with Soup, Salads, fruit and cheese! Lots of restaurants within walking distance This hotel is a winner!!!

Klint Johnson

Great hotel for this price pointStaff is super friendly!Let us park before checking in, allowing us to go to the park before our stayProvided great accommodations

The pull out bed and trundle bed under the bunk were awesome and useful, but MOR for an adult Kids slept there with few complaints (but they did complain a little)Breakfast is good Not super nutritious, and pretty much the same everyday, but tasted great to the kids! They loved it!!!Great place to stay for a trip to Disneyland!!!

I would absolutely come back here The staff is very nice and so professional The suit we got, had a stocked kitchenette (stove, sink, microwave,fridge/freezer, dishwasher

The shower was so clean and pretty Beds were comfy and clean Had its own mini living room / office desk Since I was on the first floor My patio led straight out to the pool and basketball access They also have a communal fire pit on premises Loved my stay

Devin Walker

This hotel looks nice on the outside, but on the inside, it honestly looks very run down and filthy, compared to the more upscale and recently refreshed Marriott properties I recently stayed at before coming to this hotel at the beginning of the month The carpets in Room 215 (the room we were assigned) were stained The paint was starting to come off the walls a little too

Not only that, but the mattresses were a little too hard for our liking One of our showers was dripping all night long as well We even found a strand of hair in one of the bathrooms! The lighting in our room could have been better in my opinion as well It was so bad we went ahead and checked out the first morning of our stay and went to a different hotelThis is honestly one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at in my entire life! With that said, I will never be coming back to this particular hotel again!

Joe Swantek

Suite is spacious and the main suite room has too much empty space Feels like the room could be designed more efficiently Pillows are flat

:(Location is perfect for Disneyland Only 20 minutes away and way more cost effective

This hotel is fine

Not great, not terrible Fine Comfortable bed, clean room Decor was sparse, not as “put together” as most Holiday Inns Grounds were a bit overgrown Staff was friendly enough, and efficient Location is fine, but not great Again It’s just fine If you need a place to put your head at night, it’s less expensive than some in the area, but it’s not somewhere you’d say, “I can’t wait to go back there!”

Sports Kids

Highly recommended my room number was 103Everyone was very friendly and helpfulI love the pool very clean and warmCustomer service provider by estefaniAnd Alan front desk, housekeeping paula, mary andMaintenance, Fernando and manuelThank you very much for your business

Joseph Balais

It was good for one night The only issues were, the walls are very thin, so a lot noise with plumbing and next door visitors The shower was great

Unfortunately, due to COVID, the breakfast was terrible Elevators are kind of broken down The lady at the front desk was a little rude last night Not a welcoming atmosphere Overall, it was okay

Very lovely stay The room was really clean and room service came right away when we needed something The bathroom had a lot of room but there was not any body wash

The quiet hours helped a lot when it comes to noise when your trying to sleep, also our room faced the parking lot and there was not much noise I felt very safe with needing the key to enter at night, needing it to go up the elevator, going to the gym, etc The breakfast was delicious and enough to fill me up We could also see the fire works from disneyland a little bit through the building in front of us Therefore I loved this hotel and it was a very good experience

Whit Wetzel

Very clean, nice hotel close to Disneyland Breakfast was great every morning But what really stood out was the staff

Michelle was very helpful when I had a question about my bill and made sure I knew she would be there the following afternoon if I still had questions Jocelyn took a minor complaint to her supervisor (without being promoted to) and they handled it quickly and I was very pleased Staff gets 10 stars! All in all a great stay and we will be back Thank you! Whit Mirante

Brijesh Garabadu

No housekeeping on a 3 day stay? You need to request one – for changing towels and cleaning up the trash? Reason is Covid – which is now old ridiculous Charging crazy amount and not keeping enough staff

$26 parking fee per day is ridiculous Breakfast was not bad, but the quality has slightly deteriorated (no fresh cut fruits) Elevator was painfully slow and every-time the wait felt like eternity A guest joked that even the wait in Disney was shorterPositives: convenient location for Disneyland Neat and clean Good bed, good shower, clean linens – as expected at a Hyatt Place

The room setup is very functional especially for business The separation of toilet facilities from shower facilities in the room is very nice Plenty of desk room with good lighting

The only drawback was that there was no real food uses within a convenient walking distance but there is a stocked pantry and frozen food section if you did want to cook in your room with the provided microwave Having breakfast provided down in the foyer was also nice

S L

I have stayed at different SpringHill Suites or Marriott properties in Alaska, Hawaii and Mexico, so far all staff are friendly and courteous This morning when I went down to get breakfast, I was greeted with a big smile from *KRISTINA* at the breakfast counter I didn’t expect to see that because it’s 7 am when people just woke up and have a blank face, including me

Kristina smiled at me with genuine happiness and said,” How are you?” I woke up immediately! 😃I see her interaction with other guests and I could tell she enjoys working and takes pride in her work Highly recommend here and also want to give a big shout out to Kristina It’s nice to see people who are passionate about their jobs I give her 5 stars, too!

Jonathan Whitten

Clean room and nice hotel, to be expected with this brand, but a couple issues hereWhen we checked in everything was okay, the front desk person seemed a bit tired and not talkative and as we checked in it seemed the shift changed to a new personOnce we got in the room we were happy with how nice it is but someone else’s name was on the screen, and there was food in the fridge which led us to go back and make sure we had the right room

Later when we showered there was a major leak that flooded the bathroom floor After looking around I could see that there was some wood rot on the baseboards so it’s been going on a whileBreakfast was good but with about 40 people eating and just one toaster they could use another, or just a conveyor toaster No gluten free options except eggs and yogurtOverall we liked our stay and would probably come back! This was our second time staying with the brand and we like them!

This hotel was great! Amazing value, we got a deal booking directly through their website The breakfast had lots of choices, and the coffee was even good, which saved us a ton of money We used the Anaheim Resort Transit bus to get to and from the parks, google them and download their app before going, I don’t recommend walking to Disney if you have kids who are just a little too old for strollers, they’ll be too tired by the time you get there

The room was wonderfully decorated, the beds were comfortable, and the pool seemed fun (lots of people using it, but we were too busy to get over there) They have an outdoor dining area for breakfast but also it’s open the rest of the day for when you don’t want to eat takeout in your room Housekeeping wasn’t daily but I don’t think that exists at most places these days The front desk and/or housekeeping offered extra towels and amenities whenever we needed, and they have several trash cans to dump your room garbage into (we have a kid in diapers so we didn’t have to smell them) It’s near a few fast food restaurants (try the sweet cream iced coffee at Jack In The Box), as well as lots of takeout places, and TONS more to do within driving distance if you rent a car This was a great stay, and the cost made the whole trip possible

Kerry Moore

After clearing up a not-so-minor issue – going out of their way to make things right with us – we had a very nice stay @ SI&S It’s a nice property only two blocks from the Disney Parks Our two-room, two-bathroom Star Wars themed suite was nice and comfortable for two families

One room had bunk beds We felt secure during our 5-day stay There was a free hot breakfast every morning which was great! Our only complaint would be serving fried potatoes and scrambled eggs every day with no other options like bacon or sausages, etc Otherwise, this is a great stay for which you’ll pay extra over other cheaper hotels, but definitely worth it

Wendy Barron

This hotel is not my favorite because every time I would take a shower I would non stop sneeze I’m not sure if I was allergic to chemicals put in the restroom or if there’s mold in there, also there were bugs on me when I sat on the vanity chair as well as holes in the blankets and drawn on sheets in the children bunk beds also when I was barefoot on the carpet my feet turned black! Yes , they were black like if I was on cement I would NOT recommend due to the lack of cleanliness and it is near apartments and the windows are completely see through so you cannot open the curtains at all Overall do not waste your money , I recommend saving your money and getting a way better hotel for a better price

First time staying hereWe had a two queen bed room Plenty of room and a mini refrigerator

The room seemed up to date to me and was in great shapeI didn’t encounter the housekeeping staff, but found our room nicely clean when we returned from our convention daysStaff throughout the facility were friendly and helpfulWe patronized the ice cream/sweets shop, Starbucks and their convenience store The prices were higher than back home, but I’ve never been to California before, so I don’t know local pricing And I know you’re paying extra for convenienceIt I return to Anaheim, I will definitely stay here again!

John Ritchie

The rooms are really nice but the beds are pretty hard The food at the restaurants was great and the beer selection was good too Nice having a Starbucks and 3 places to eat in the hotel

Not crazy over priced either The lobby level pool was small but nice We had a great time here The shuttle to Disneyland was also great We will be back for sure!

Thinh Luu

Rooms was mediocre It was clean enough but we expected better from a 4 star hotel Front desks were nice and helpful

Real Starbucks right in the Lobby which was a huge bonus We reserved a King bed but only got a Queen bed Parking is ~28 a day for self parking All pools had no life guard Shuttle to Disney was ~6 for adults and a little cheaper for kids

Stayed at this hotel for three nights with the family The hotel is about a 20 minute drive to Disneyland and about a 20 minute drive to Newport Pier The hotel is definitely a business class type of hotel

The hotel is very clean The pool is very nice No free breakfast but that is to be expected at a hotel that is more of a business class hotel My main complaint about this hotel is the $39/night for parking that they charge Our room was cleaned each day which I have found does not always happen these days at all hotels Shirley’s Bagels is a good bagel place close by If you do go to Newport Pier prepare for the challenge of finding a good parking space but once you do the beach there is a lot of fun and there is a lot of good places to eat down there The four stars instead of five stars is simply because of the insane rate of $39/night for parking

Stephanie Fritz

We stayed here last summerThis is such a wonderful hotel Very clean and very spacious

It is near tons of restaurants and 5 mins from the airport, though it stays very quiet! The pool is gorgeous and clean and their outdoor seating area with the fire pits are amazingEvery person who worked there was so kind and accommodatingWe stayed a week Our only complaint is there was a wedding the whole time we were there so it was very loud and we had to park very far away The entire front entrance to get in was closed off so you had to magically find a door to get to your roomAll in all, for this price, we will be staying again!

Bea Kissinger

Such an amazing stay at Renaissance Newport Beach This hotel has such an amazing vibe The entire place is so nice and clean, the decor was very hip and modern

Every single person who works here was so friendly and eager to helpWe stayed in a 2 Queen room that had a Mountain View The room was spacious, clean and very well kept I would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone visiting

Well, the best part of the stay was breakfast included, and a spacious suite that fit our 7 person family The rooms are well insulated and I rarely heard anyone outside of our room The queen beds were comfortable

So many areas of opportunity though:Transit: ART (Anaheim transit)was unreliable unpredictable and ruined our first day at Disney due to the wait time The 2 mile walk would’ve done my family in there and back so that was not an optionParking: $20/day is why we opted to try ART, because paying for Disney parking and hotel parking is just too much for our budgetQuality: the rooms were not as clean as they should have been There was hair and dirt in the corners and hair in the bathtub drain The rooms look very run down and need renovation The rollaway beds were really uncomfortable and my daughter could barely get comfortable on the spring mattress on the sofa bed Air mattresses would have been more comfortableWe would have liked our room to be cleaned daily but didn’t feel safe leaving personal belongings because there was no safe providedIt was the most affordable stay I could find so we went with it but next time I will save more money so we can stay somewhere closer and nicerWhen my sister stayed here years ago she raved about it, free Disney shuttle, great rooms, great breakfast Too bad so much has changed

Anna Rei

It’s not a horrible choice if you need to stay near the Honda Center/Disney, but the area is sketch as hell, and there was a solid police presence all over the parking lot which was simply unsettling Reception was fine, parking is a bit much but reasonable if the hotel was reasonable, but it was not The single elevator was extremely slow, had a smell, and was always busy

Getting to our room was disappointing as a lesbian couple, we received a 2 bed-room (Which is understandably a common occurrence but still worth noting) The rooms were not clean, just barely tolerable There were stains on one of the chairs, the bathroom and kitchen seemed like it was up to the last guests to have cleaned them There was no soap in the whole of the room beyond a single body bar Framing was coming off the wall The closets and cabinets were janky The lights had to be plugged in ourselves, and the outlets were very out of date One of the TV remotes didn’t work I always check for bedbugs at every hotel stay but I specifically felt inclined to check at this one I didn’t feel like things were as good as they could have been It’s a suite for cheap in an area I wouldn’t feel comfortable bringing kids home from a theme park The breakfast was at least good, but the hotel itself is definitely somewhere I’d rather avoid in the future Not the worst option for the price, but I’m sure you can fare better at the Marriott right next door, annoyingly staring at you while you make your way back to the lesser hotel you wish you didn’t end up at

Not at all Hilton quality The worst hotel experience we’ve ever had The doors were literally off the hinges, the coils were sticking out of the mattress on the pull out; when we left somebody left their mattress in the hallway it was so bad

They would not clean the room, The shower curtain had what appeared to be fecal matter smeared on it, the hallways were covered in trash, the elevators were disgusting The water pressure was ridiculous There was no ice the entire time we stayed there, they said there was a shuttle to Disneyland, not true It was the city bus Horrible and embarrassing place to stay

The room was beautiful The bathrooms are very nice No free breakfast

We thought the toast put out and unattended was free but after placing two pieces of toast in the toaster, a woman walked past and greeted me After a moment, she watches me grab a few items (butter and jelly), she asked if I had paid for vouchers I turned and said “no I didn’t know we needed vouchers” She then told me the “breakfast” (toast and jam) isn’t complimentary and that I could I love you for vouchers at the front I then walked away and left my toast in the toasted and I apologized for assumingMind you, there are no signs that say anything There was also no attendant while I was preparing this, it CLEARLY advertised FREE BREAKFAST all over Google and it was only TOAST so I was quite confused when I was asked to pay Either way, NO FREE BREAKFAST

Be careful that you might have to endure loud music right across the street at midnight and rude front desk if you choose to stay at this hotel The music was so loud and continued until 12:30 am I couldn’t sleep so called the front desk and asked if they know when the music would stop, the male staff suggested me to call the police about the situation because there is nothing the hotel can do about it

While I was shocked about the man’s attitude from the other side of the phone, he just hung up on me!! Very poor location and worst customer service I’ve ever experienced

Lonnie Hoggard

Hotel staff was great! Breakfast area needs help Crew working in the breakfast area needs to be trained on how to clean and interact with customers! One breakfast worker was down right rude! She complained and cursed at how much she hated the kitchen equipment and just stood around looking at the dining room area rather than walking out and cleaning up!

VERY nice Surprisingly it was one of the cheapest places we could find close to Disney our last trip and I must say it’s the nicest hotel we have stayed in by Disney! Clean, nice BIG room! Nice lobby and great perks like a breakfast place and a restaurant for dinner It had gated parking which was great if you need to leave your car for a while

This will be our new go to hotel for our Disney trips!

The property is amazing with a coffee shop bar and restaurant on site I booked a 2 queen suite with sofa pull out, basically a 1 bedroom apartment, it has a fridge and microwave which were very useful to my family of 5 on our trip to Disneyland The pool and spa were clean and refreshing for our mid day break from the park

Above all else for me, the reason why they have received 5 stars is the onsite management and service I’m not used to booking vacation stays, ended up having some mishaps in my booking process with a third party The Manger, Henry was very understating and very helpful on more than one occasion, total life saver I will be returning to this hotel on my future trips to Disney ART shuttle stop is out front witch brings you directly to the front gates of both theme parks, very convenient for my family and I

The hotel was great! The pool was great! Although the pavement around the pool was QUITE hot when we were there The hosts at the front were very kind and very courteous The parking is $25 per day

Beds were quite stiff Just be aware of that The hotel was very quiet Of course, we had a suite with a separate bedroom, so possibly we just didn’t hear the noise outside the door But being on the top floor, it helped not have to hear noise above us as well All-in-all, it wasn’t a bad trip It was a pleasant stay

Everything was absolutely perfect! From the front desk staff very friendly and professional, our suite was fantastic! We stayed in suite 223, it was immaculately clean! All the sheets had that crisp fresh clean scent! The 1 bedroom suite also has two bedrooms! Genius! The breakfast buffet one of the best we’ve ever experienced great food, friendly and accommodating staff, parking was a bit tight on Saturday night but otherwise everything exceeded our expectations! 💖 We are very picky! The management at this property knows service excellence! Congratulations not easy to accomplish post pandemic! Amazing experience we will definitely be back!

I personally was blown away at this hotel It’s beautiful, with a VERY comfortable bed The staff is friendly

They welcomed my daughter and I with a complementary cold water and warm cookie I saw some complaints recently about the elevator and room service The elevator is operating now, and the staff does inform us upon check in that room service is by request only (I personally don’t like room service anyway I don’t go in and clean my house every other day, so I think I’m okay going a weekend without them cleaning after me) my only complaint would be that there’s no microwave in the room I know there’s a cafe in the lobby but I’m not here on vacation, and I just can’t afford to order food on top of all the travel expenses I bring my own food for these trips It was unfortunate but if you don’t need a microwave then I’d say you’ll love this place

This hotel is the perfect place to stay! It’s surrounded with everything you need plus bigger attractions are not that far either! After staying here for 3 nights, I’ve noticed a lot of great pros and a little bit of cons:Pros:- Great location- Super Friendly staff including housekeeping and waiters- Restaurant on the first level- Aesthetic gym and small pool area- Bakery with hotel store located by the lobbyCons:- Charging on card seems to be a little confusing (currently double charged for 700+)- Weekend parking is atrocious and have to pay ~$25/nightI’d recommend this hotel on a week day, but maybe not during busier days Their parking garage is relatively small and management have explained that they are under staffed during events We also did run into a concerning situation where one person at the front desk double charged a two cards and wanted to hurry along everyone instead of clearing up the situation

This review relates to a two-day stay on Sun/Mon over the Memorial Day weekend

Having stayed here before, staff was pleasant and attentive as usual  My assigned 3rd floor room was clean, though unfortunately regular bath towels were somehow removed from the bathroom or otherwise missedThe things that I like about this hotel is that the rooms are large and the coffee makers in the rooms use k-cups that afford the use of additional flavors and varieties that I can bring with me  The cable TV includes some premium channels, the beds are comfortable, and there is free parking (even if the room rate is slightly higher), which is useful for those having a frequent traveller or points program that allows benefits accruals on the booking costs  That isn’t possible when parking is a surcharge   Separate parking charges are annoying not only for that reason, but also because you end up paying more than the listed price for the room reservation, but that isn’t the case here  This hotel also offers breakfast that is included, though I’ve never eaten breakfast during this or my prior staysDespite the good things that I like about this hotel, the third floor en route to my room and certain public areas needed more cleaning and attention than they had been given  The area in and around the elevator wasn’t very clean and third floor carpeting looked as though it had not been vacuumed for several days That part aside, there were certain areas on the carpet that were showing excessive soiling and yet other areas showing bleach damage At least as to the third floor, it could use a thorough stream cleaning, including in the stair well area, followed by spot dying pigmentation to tend to the repair and camouflage of the damaged carpeting areas  Those maintenance issues aside, this is a comfortable and quiet place to plan your local stay

Branden went above and beyond for my family and me through our month long stay He provided excellent customer service at all times from needing toilet paper to helping us extend our stay 3 times He set us up with IHG rewards so we could earn reward points for a future stay

Always answered our questions with a smile and took the time to get to know us while we waited for whatever brought us to the front He checked in with us whenever we passed by and made us feel at home while we waited for our home The staff we ran into through the hotel was so friendly and would goof around with my 2 year old and made our stay fun The breakfast was always good and offered every food group, which is something that’s important to me We were always greeted with a smile by all Branden is why we kept coming back to Holiday Inn Express Costa Mesa week after week But everyone here has been great to us I recommend this hotel to anyone

Please stay somewhere else if you can!PARKING NOT FREE- they hide this little tidbit until you see $12/night charge on your bill Please read reviews online, and you will see this mentioned multiple timesHotel room smelled musty, bed hard AF, and carpet is ugly and disgusting

Location convenient, but loud as it’s right next to the freeway Needless to say, I didn’t get good sleep I have no idea why I was put on the side of the hotel directly facing the freeway when the hotel didn’t appear to be crowded The staff seemed passive and stoicThere were some benefits-free breakfast-free meeting rooms available on a first come first serve basis-Hotel lobby very clean and inviting-bathroom located within hotel room was remodeled and clean (lighting poor though)-Clean outdoor pool and nice firepit area Clean groundsOverall though, I expected more for the high price I paid hereI will not stay here again

I went through hell getting to Marriott due to the lack of due diligence of my travel accommodations The staff went above and beyond their assigned duties to ensure I was accommodated appropriately and had an enjoyable stay Not to sound cliché, but the staff truly acted as a light at the end of the tunnel from my horrid transit from point A to B to make stay a great one

PLEASE GIVE YOUR STAFF A HUGE RAISE as they have made me a fan of Marriott Hotels I will now only book with this hotel chain for future lodgings due to the great experience they had created for me

Asked twice to get the room serviced Both times we were assured that housekeeping would take care of our room Returned to room to find it untouched

Called the front desk and was told that despite a three day night stay that service was only after checkoutUnhappy Especially since we were assured of service with each request

Absolutely LOVED our stay here!! I appreciate that the whole building is enclosed with class, our room was phenomenal, and clean The pool was chilly for an evening swim but the hot tub was nice! The courtyard is absolutely beautiful The only downside of our room was that the heat would not circulate into the living space

It only stayed in the room so while the room was cozy when we stepped into the living space it would be coldBreakfast was GREAT! You make your own waffles, they have cereal, Oatmeal, toast, eggs and bacon, coffee, tea and fresh orange juice All is self-serve

Vacationed at Best Western Plus in December for Disneyland Trip and saw the good reviews and thought it would be a good choice for its price and location There was an unpleasant smell in the lobby and we thought it was just temporary but every time we went outside of the room it was still there The cleanliness of the room was good but the shower seemed a bit dirty, there was a little grime built up in the cracks in the tub

The person at the front desk mentioned that housekeeping does not come every day but will come on the seventh day Apparently when we came back down to ask about housekeeping they say housekeeping does not come at all! We had to go down to get extra towels, soap, and toilet tissue and left our trash outside for them to collect Overall Best Western was convenient but I would not stay here again

W M

I never really write reviews but I appreciated my stay here Lots of room and no annoying checkout calls Asked for late check out for 1pm and they didn’t come to bother me immediately at 1pm either

Overall pleasant stay with a decent free breakfast Only downside was the pool being closed due to health concerns of water circulation, otherwise great bang for the buck spot here
