From the receptionist to the room, we were not satisfied with our stay We checked out within an hour of checking in I was charged a full night as we checked in at approximately 10-10:30pm

She said that she couldn’t check me out until the next day Why, i dont know It was easy to check in but, not check outPlus, charged for not stayingI’m not happy as my husband(who was there for umpire training) was not happy either Just a bad decision on my part to reserve this hotel, NEVER again will I stay there Disappointed and dissatisfied with SureStay Warner Robins, Georgia

Near Buc-ee’s in Georgia Was late, I’d been traveling on a motorcycle since mid-Florida, and needed a quiet place to bed down for the night A little off distance from the highway but, once there, very nice place

A little pricey but, given Biden’s “ecenomic plan”, what can you expect?!?!Would definitely recommend Nice area, seems safe

Matt Williams

Horrible experience rented for two nights left after just one and was still charged for two its so bad they should have paid me to stay there it smelled very bad the air didn’t work properly it was over 80 degrees when we checked in at 10pm the sheets felt wet the curtains was stained the whole place was nasty not to mention the location is very sketchy drug deals going on outside of our room hardy no room to park there was a homeless guy sleeping in the grass behind the place the toilet paper was almost gone I could see light though the bottom of the door bugs just come and go as they please just don’t trust the pictures on the site they are bogus and are very mis leading I tried to get a refund with no luck also I went to purchase a bottle of water at 1am in the morning because it was so hot in our room and couldn’t sleep because of sweating but the waters looked as if they had been riding around in a cooler with no ice for a week i decided not to buy them I have stayed in a lot of rooms but this was a very unpleasant experience please just go somewhere else I repeat do not book this place

It was such a nice stay while visiting my hometown All the staff was super helpful and friendly The Housekeeping crew were very attentive to our needs and so nice to talk to

I highly recommend a stay here, especially being so close to everything and the staff were amazing Make sure you have a talk with the front desk staff They are the nicest I have experienced

A majority of the staff are wonderful but the new general manager is the rudest manager I’ve ever encountered at any Marriot property How she made it to GM in a customer service field with that nasty attitude is mind boggling Stayed at that property for 7 months prior to her arrival only to be treated like yesterday’s trash upon her arrival

:/

Very disappointed with this hotel I checked on while TDY (weird power issues with my DTS-booked hotel) and was told I would get a government rate The agent was new and said he would have the next shift take care of adjusting the rate

The next morning, I double checked to ensure the rates were correct, and I found out the “lowest rate available” was $40 over per diem Great way to take care of your military customers Marriott! Won’t be staying here again

Company is cleaning the carpets and we were checked into a room on the first floor with only a king bed (traveling with a child)We were switched to another double suite on the first floor and about a half inside the freezing room my child goes, “ why are the floors wet?” She had been walking around the air conditioned room with wet feet for long enough to make her sick this morning after taking her sandals off inside the room The touch pad on the air conditioner in the second floor room we were finally moved to (3 room changes) was stuck and had to deal with whatever temp it was on The pool was closed (which honestly was the only reason we chose this hotel) so absolutely no entertainment for the evening while stuck in a smelly (smells like bad Italian food and we ate out except for the ice cream that we brought back so not us) hotel room with a stuck thermostat

Everything from the soap holders in the shower to the “suite” doors are messed up and in need of repair We stay in the Warner Robins/Byron area every time we drive through and this is by far DOUBLE the price than any other hotel we’ve stayed at The spiked room rate you’ll pay is going to the full scale remodel that they so desperately need and your stay will be less than satisfactory compared to a 60 dollar rate with the other competitors When I told the desk about this they’re response was, “well, you would have had to drive two hours to get a hotel with a pool”No, the point is that we could have stayed in a cleaner room 15 min down the road, with less hassle for $60, and given the circumstances we should have

We stayed here for an out of town wedding Super easy check in, room was clean The only thing that I could even find to complain about would be a “black out curtain

” There was none It was very bright, even during the night in our particular room Not sure about other rooms, but I would assume they’re all the sameBreakfast was GREAT! The coffee was fresh and it made my entire morning! Staff was actively running around, restocking and being super helpful to guests that needed the helpCheck out was a super easy process! Everything was super easy and we appreciate that for a stay like this We would definitely stay here again after our experience

Kelley

EXTREMELY LOUD!!!! And I do mean LOUD!!!!!!!! Water dripping in fridge 1 coffee pack Hard lumpy bed

Toilet basically on the floor My biggest complaints are the VERY LOUD NOISE from road and the very uncomfortable bed Not worth the price in my opinion I’ve stayed in better Motels and this place was rated a 43!! No way!! More like a 25 -30 starEdit: Although the above review still stands, I would like to add that the person in charge of reading the review credited my card $3000 for my inconvenience, which I find admirable So, even though my stay in my room wasn’t the best, the hotel staff are great! The front desk clerk, I loved her cute Georgia accent! She was very sweet Thank you from the state of Virginia 😊

Stacy Anderson

First of all, let me say that the best thing about this hotel was the morning staff The housekeeping, breakfast assistant, and most of all, the front desk worker Maria These people were kind and generous, and went out of their way to make sure we were happy

We had a difficult experience the night before, and Maria handled it kindly and professionally We have stayed at 4 different places this vacation, 2 resorts and 2 hotels, and she was by far the best employee we have encountered All of the facilities at this hotel were clean, the complimentary breakfast on point, and the rooms were spotless

I don’t think I could have been happier; they ACTUALLY had a hot breakfast Let’s just say I was talking it up all the day before (I was the one who made the reservation and was definitely excited ~ the last Comfort Suites we stayed at pitched theirs

) The eggs and bacon were, indeed, scrumptious The woman at the counter was friendly and understanding when we were 20 minutes late to our reservation The room was clean and exceedingly comfortable, except for the bathroom The toilet paper was half empty and we had to clean the toilet seat before using it, as well as the shower not being as clean as it should have been These are our only complaints for this hotel; maybe just focus on the restroom more next time!Other than these details, I would definitely suggest this hotel for an overnight stay for weary travelers or just a wonderful getaway! I rate this a quick stay!*Yes! It was DIRECTLY OFF the highway Easy access!)

I am so picky when it comes to hotels but I was so surprised by this location! Off the bat the lobby is super clean Though they don’t have loads of parking they had enough for my truck and U-haul and took us in the middle of the night traveling from Florida to Colorado front desk was so kind and the rooms are very clean and the bed is very comfortable

I have my ESA animal which was no trouble at all for them either Thank you so much!

Kayla & Alex Show

We stayed for a weekend at this hotel and I was pleasantly surprised It is very clean and conveniently located off the interstate The rooms were all decent sized and I appreciate standard rooms coming with a full size couch as well

The only reason for less than 5 stars is that the smoke alarm battery ran out late at night in our room and there wasn’t anyone on front desk or available via phone in the overnight to change the battery and turn off the intermittent beeping We didn’t sleep well because of the smoke alarm issue however they did fix it for us the next morning The staff otherwise was always helpful and friendly and I would stay at this location again Also i would like them to change breakfast cereal from off brand to the name brands we know and love I know it sounds snobby but the off brand doesn’t taste the same

Very over priced $159 as a choice member discount for two beds Indoor pool not heated was really uncomfortable and honestly I wanted a hotel with a pool to unwind from a long drive It is clean, nice bedding, breakfast and large room

But way too many other choices in that area for what you get and an actual comfortable pool Or be better for an outdoor pool so at least the sun is warm They were also out of pool towels and seem very short staff No water fountain or no way to fill up your water bottle or even get a drink of water I prefer filter water or regular drinking water and they do not have any They lock doors at 10 so getting food delivered is a pain

This is the place if your traveling I-75 near Macon Georgia! This is in Byron technicallyWe stopped at 3 other small motels in this immediate vicinity For about $10 more, this place looked better on the outside and offered a hot bteakfast vs cereal and maybe some fresh fruit! We received a welcoming, spacious and clean room with 2 queens

The beds were super cozy! (4 fluffy pillows on each) The room also boasted a generous desk with drawers and a small sitting table with a very cozy armchair Air conditioner ran beautifullyThere was free HBO on a nice sized flat screen that swivels It even had a large mini fridge and microwave Ice machines on both levels as well as vending machines and washer and dryers in the breezewayWe discovered an indoor pool and spa that looked well maintained when we went to check out the breakfast The delicious breakfast was spot on! You can make your own fluffy hot waffles, which was pretty cool! It was a pretty full setup; Those waffles 😋grits, sausage, eggs, bagles and bread for toasting, muffins, yogurt varieties, 3 different juices, and ofcourse the omnipresent cereal and fruit 😉 with every condiment imaginable The hostess was a real sweetheart too Thankyou! We are on our way back from a 5 day camping trip in the Grand Smokies therefore a nice hot shower in a clean friendly spot was very appreciated We would definitely stop here again!

The two ladies at the desk when we came in from the pouring rain were so nice and welcoming and smiled at us Thank you – we needed that after the storms we had just driven throughThe King room was great, with a big bathroom

No noise, and everything was very clean One little thing: the AC was really struggling to keep it cool and dry in the roomTons of good restaurants within blocks and easy to find off the interstateWe would definitely stay again!

Amy Pierce

We made a big deal about needing connecting rooms when we made our reservations because of traveling with kids We were assured our rooms would be connecting, however, they were not Our rooms were far apart

Staff was not accommodating Made for a challenging stay I would not trust that you will get the reservation you are told you have I do not recommend staying here

Our room was immaculate Cleanliness is most definitely verified All items were in stock and the staff was amazingly friendly

You’re close to the main strip so a short drive will get you anything you desire, but also far enough from the main strip to stay clear of the major traffic All in all satisfied 4 stars for the room as the humidity wasn’t the best, but it wasn’t terrible

Prior to arriving to the hotel I check-in online through the email they sent I got to the front desk

Showed my ID and the last 4 digits of my card that I used for the reservation Ms Debbie gave me the key card for the room I proceeded to my room When I used the key card to get in the room I open the door The room was already occupied by someone else Their clothes were on the bed suitcase and shoes on the floor So I went back to the lobby to let know MsDebbie and another lady went back and forth about how I was giving the wrong room Ms Debbie has giving him the room we was supposed to get They went back and forth for 5 mins trying to fix the issue The issue finally got fixed But I feel they should have fixed the issue prior to me arriving But Overall everything else was fine

Well I come here every 2 weeks and I usually am on the 3rd floor and the person who cleans my floor name is Shalonda Well I give my prayers and condolences to her because she had a death in the family but the visit this time was totally different because it wasn’t any smiles, no good hospitality, every one looking mean

Wow when I am on the 3rd floor with Shalonda she checks on her customers, she make sure that everyone is comfortable and always make sure customers have what they need Now no shade on the other floors but I encourage everyone if you ever come to this hotel they are top notch with cleanliness Soon as you get off the 3rd floor you smell nothing but freshness and see cleanliness! They have a nice odor smell especially on the 3rd floor It’s not like other hotels who have that musky cigarette smell in it Listen this is a top notch hotel but if anyone choose to stay here please request Shalonda floor and please tip her but make sure the tip goes into her hand I miss her already but I understand she had to be off She is the best hands down if you want great hospitality Me and my wife and family always request her floor when she is at work Again I am not knocking other floors but Shalonda smiles and she has a passion in what she does HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS HAS A 5 STAR WHEN SHALONDA IS ON SHIFT! Oh by the way I was on the second floor this timeugh!!

Very nice place to stay : clean and spacious room, all devices functional Only reserve: the smell when being at the outside swimming poolBut above all I want to highlight the staff: they have all been so kind! A special greeting to Madison at the reception desk, and Sandra who took care of our breakfast, thank you for making this stay so special

I would say that hotel was clean except my room hair on the sink in bathroom and on the kitchen and bathroom floor was hair didn’t seem clean and fresh No hand soap in bathroom one roll of half used tissue front desk African American lady was extremely rude to me about being over charged and linen for let out bed for family very embarrassing and unprofessional! I normally don’t write reviews but as a Gold member and the expectations was truly disappointing! I will say that the other staff and the lady that prepares the breakfast in the morning was very nice and welcoming

Carunda Johnson

Our room was nasty and James couldn’t do anything about it After he found out we had a second room, he did find a mop and mopped the sticky floor

however, the shower was filthy with a ring around it, hair was on the commode and countertop There’s no way this room was properly cleaned We had to clean it ourselves Also, James isn’t very nice at all I didn’t get the lady name that greeted us when we arrived, but I gave 3 stars for her, because she was very nice and friendly Location is awesome Lots of restaurants and shopping stores

We were quite disappointed with our stay We planned on staying 7 nights, but decided to leave after the 2nd night Our room smelled like mildew that air freshener couldn’t mask

We found ants crawling on the floor and a spider hiding in one of our towels The pillows were flat and the linens were over used They should have been replaced years agoI wasn’t pleased that the hotel restaurant offers a daily $9 f/b credit for members, when continental breakfast costs $960Although the room was sub-par, the front desk, restaurant, and housekeeping staff were excellent! The hotel needs to consider investing some money to get the place up to par with other HGI properties

Cadie Johnson

We had a roach and millipedes in our room and the lady at the front desk didn’t even offer us a new room When i asked she said she had to look for their availability but she never called back When I called back she said I had to come up to the front desk so she could look and once I did she just kept seeing other guest while I sat and waited

I was only stopping though on a road trip with my two small kids and wanted to stop for a night to rest and relax Nothing about my stay here was relaxing She didn’t offer to help me get moved to my new room, didn’t apologize, all she did was offered me a complimentary breakfast The breakfast cost $9 All my trouble was only worth $9 I selected this hotel because it had a indoor pool and spa but by the time I finally got to my new room the pool was 10 minutes from closing This was a very terrible experience overall After I check out I called and spoke with Lynn who is the front desk manager and she told me I deserved some type of refund She promised to call me back the next day because since I booked through Priceline she had to look into how I could be refunded but I never heard from her

Cant say enough good things about this hotel We were looking for a place to stop with our dog for the night We chose this hotel based on prior reviews, and they were correct

Everyone was SUPER friendly, from overnight desk staff to morning breakfast crew Breakfast itself was excellent – scrambled eggs & sausage, biscuits & gravy, pastries, as well as machines for fresh waffles and pancakes Great start for another day of driving for us Comfortable beds, clean, quiet, and VERY dog friendly Felt like stopping at a friend’s house along our drive Can’t ask for more for the price We will be back

I was traveling with my dog, needed pet friendly accommodations Location was nice and convenient to I-75 without being right next to the interstate, so no loud traffic noise Room was clean, beds were a little firm for my taste but I’m not going to knock a star for that

There is a small area for walking your dog at one end of the building, this could be larger, but it was enough for my dog Staff was super friendly and helpful

My husband and I were traveling with our dog and we only planned to stay overnight, but a family emergency occurred that had us in and out of the ER during our stay We ended up staying 3 nights, updating our room each day without warningBecause we were so upset with our personal issues, I can easily admit that we were not easy guests to put up with

Without knowing our circumstances, the staff was still amazing about helping us with our last minute room changes, our scatter brained mistakes, and all our annoying questions and requestsThe whole staff was very nice; George and Sam were especially kind! Thank you all! When I am stressed my concerns with cleanliness can be obsessive, but the room they gave us was very clean and comfortable! We will be staying here again!!

Nice large rooms Quiet and clean I love the cool lounge area! And a pretty decent breakfast

But my last visit was too much aroma therapy! I had to run from the lobby area! I’m finding more and more places attempt to mask any potential bad smells What they fail to realize not everyone can tolerate the excessive respiratory assault of aroma therapy Many of those cause respiratory distress and damage with long term use Especially during allergy seasonJust my little soap box I will return but will stay far away from the lobby If you are a fan of it you will love it!

The oversized lady at the front desk seemed to always be in a sour mood And I’ve stayed here every week for the past 5 weeks She claimed if u went back for 2nds at the breakfast bar

She was always sleeping no matter the time God forbid u to ask her a question or need anything Yes the pool area was nice the ladies who put out the breakfast were very sweet and friendly The housekeeping staff were not friendly and starts knocking on your door as early as 8 am

RENTERS BEWARE:Just stayed at Quality Inn in Perry Georgia The updated exterior was deceiving to say the least At 12:30 at night we pulled in and spent the night for $137 only to open the door to our room and hit with a musty moldy moist room

Not to mention nothing about the room was nice Very outdated Locks we barley screwed in We switched rooms but was no better The lady on night shift said it was due to problems with their pool The lady at the desk in the morning denied ANY complaints or problems Asked her to come smell for herself and she refused We asked to be comped and she refused If it wasn’t so late at night we would have left After diving deeper in the reviews this morning it’s apparent that this is a known issue Allowing guests to stay in moldy moist rooms is UNACCEPTABLE I’m pretty sure breathing that all night is not good! I woke up feeling congested

This place served it’s purpose My biggest complaint is that when you look something up online and it states certain amenities and then when you arrive, the actual amenities don’t match So a suggestion would be to fix that on Google

Google said they had a pool but their pool has been closed a few years Price also didn’t match but was only off by about $10 They were pet friendly which was good The best thing is that the place was quiet and appeared safe We checked in quite late and they had one room left that was ground floor and 2 queen beds and that was exactly what we wanted

Really great place for the price paid ($75 after taxes on a weeknight) Beds were really comfortable and room was larger than expected (didn’t expect a room with a couch)Front desk staff was very friendly despite my late arrival, and the breakfast selection was really nice compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at over the past few weeks given the price point

As someone who has found themselves driving between TN and FL a lot recently, I’m glad this hotel exists where it is Will stay again if the need ever arises

We stopped overnight on our way to Florida We had an accessible room for my son who is in a wheelchair Room was clean but small

Too small for an adult in a wheelchair to access it comfortably Luckily my son can still be carried in They have a desk right next to the bathroom door so you can only open the door as far as the bed allows Very tight space but ok for overnight Staff was friendly
