This is a true Victorian House My room was very cozy and the bed was comfy I slept like a baby In the morning I was treated to a delicious breakfast and then a short walk to see the falls Clinton is a quaint little town and the people were all very friendly I will definitely be returning

One of the highlights of our vacationThe owners of the bed and breakfast greeted us We felt like royalty from start to finish

The room was very clean and well decorated The breakfast was delicious with a gorgeous place settingFresh fruit with French toast and homemade maple syrup! The hosts areAmazing people We will return!

“Simply the Best” These hosts were born to do this! They were gracious, welcoming and really know how to make their guests feel special Conversation was interesting – lots of laughs – and they catered to my every need Their Victorian is beautiful, clean, quiet and the beds are very comfortable

Monnie’s breakfast is fantastic! In addition, tasty snacks are always available Although this was a business-related trip, I managed to find a few hours to explore Clinton – quite charming! In short, I received better service at Riverside Victorian Bed & Breakfast than in some of the five-star hotels I’ve stayed in!! Thank you Monnie and Owen, for such a wonderful stay I’ll be back – for sure

I was traveling alone to TN from MA I got two flat tires and needed a hotel I found this hotel and I’m so happy I did! I felt so safe being alone! They have so much to offer

I went downstairs to get snack and the woman at the desk was super friendly and told me about the pool they had there The rooms were clean and spacious I would definitely recommend!!

Leigh Klein

Would not stay here againTLDR:Couldn’t adjust AC in room (a panel is bolted to the wall and fan settings couldn’t be adjusted) fridge was not cold enough to keep food at proper cold temperature (no temperature settings were visible), shower hot water would stop working every few minutes and would turn ice cold, went to talk to front desk and someone was complaining of black mold in their room Not nearly enough outlets, needed to unplug bedside lamp for outlet nearby

Couple, looking for a nice hotel during travels Booked online Arrived after hours, around 9pm Got buzzed into hotel, for safety The front desk was on the phone with a customer needing to cancel a room, so I stood waiting to be helped She didn’t even look at me to greet me or acknowledge I was there After she started helping me, she was yelling past me to another customer sitting at a table Was strange Online request for a quiet room, she politely switched my room, which she initially put me on a floor with dogs While waiting to get my room key, a guest came down to complain about dogs on her floorWe got to the room, tried to adjust the AC as it was not cool enough for our liking Called front desk for help, maintenance came up to evaluate, but didn’t understand we wanted it colder Kept telling us he could bring a heater Front desk eventually brought up a fan Ordered food, went to put leftovers in fridge, which was barely cold No controls to adjust it Tried to shower, small wait time for hot water to warm up Started shower, twice the hot water completely stopped and water turned ice cold Husband had the same issue, freezing water in the middle of shower But the tub hot water was fine and hot immediatelyComplimentary Continental breakfast: coffee, teas, hot chocolate Egg patties, breakfast potatoes, oatmeal, breads, granola bars, packaged mini muffins, milk, juice, yogurtComfortable bed Blackout curtains Updated decor

The manager Greg and Front Clerk James were very professional and the whole staff were very welcoming and helpful during the entire stay! They are very much pet friendly and very clean! They have washers and dryers for travelers and a decent exercise room! And for those who drive semi trucks, they even allow semi trucks to park when staying! Wish all hotels were as clean and professional and friendly as this hotel! If I could give them more stars I would!!

I always stay at a Hampton Inn when I’m traveling for business They are always very clean Last Tuesday I check into the Hampton Inn in Clinton, NJ

I check into the room and went upstairs Upon getting into my room the remote had been wrapped up in paper saying it was cleaned The remote was never wiped down It was sticky and had crumbs After that it looked like someone has already been on the bed and I noticed long hair on it I immediately went downstairs and let both people know what happened They offered me another room If something else would have been wrong with the room I would have gladly changed, however when it comes to cleanliness I did not feel comfortable staying there I told them I was leaving and that I wanted a refund They refused to give it to me Instead they gave me the managers card and I was told to call the next day I left and went to the Town Place Suites(Marriott) 5 minutes awayFirst thing the next morning I immediately called the manager of the Hampton Inn I was told that she was not in and that I had the assistant manager on the phone I explained everything that happened and I was told that they would check their camera footage to see if the room was cleaned They told me I would hear back from them That was 3 days ago and I have still not heard a wordThis hotel really does not deserve a star The place was filthy and on top of that the staff are very rude They do not appreciate their customers

The Hampton In in Clinton is a run of the mill Hampton Inn The amenities are pretty standard and the hotel as a whole is pretty middle of the road A few things do make this spot stand out a bit though

It’s extremely close to a few restaurants and stores, making getting supplies extremely easy If you’re up for a little stroll, walk down the road behind the hotel and you’ll find yourself on a nice trail One direction goes into the woods/fields, while the other follows the river and will spit you out in historic downtown where there are many little shops and restaurants (highly recommend this if you’re able) Lastly, the staff here is great I’ve stayed here a few times now and each time just have great interactions with the staff Whether you’re staying in the area for a few days or just passing through, I recommend this location

We needed a last minute place to stay in Belvidere We were planning to stay with my sister, but had some possible COVID concerns so we had a few hours to find someplace else Sidney was very helpful and booked us a great room on the 2nd floor

The hotel is charming and filled with beautiful antique furniture Our room was very nice and the bathroom/ shower was excellent Breakfast was simple but Sidney came in and told us the history of the place which we enjoyed There is lots of parking Only caution is if you have mobility issues there are only 2 rooms on the ground level, otherwise expect to haul your luggage up some pretty steep stairs

Michelle Connors

If I could I would give this review 10 stars I love this place My grandchildren live there so we stayed two nights to visit with them but wanted our own place to go to

The RoseMary Inn has all you could ask for and more! This bed & breakfast is beautifully appointed, spacious and very clean The owner Jeanne is a charming and gracious host along with being a fabulous chef! Jeanne makes a delicious, hearty breakfast which is creatively presented and served to perfection! The inn is a hidden gem among the woodlands of Columbia NJ and nearby Delaware Water Gap There are many places to relax on the property like the pretty stone patio, the cozy fire pit area and the gazebo at the edge of the pond

If you are interested in exploring the area there are wineries, breweries and hiking Our favorite dinner out was at The Post Time Pub Our room had a wonderful view of the pond and all the amenities of a 5-star hotel We are already planning another visit!

I stayed here around Christmas 2021 and I forgot to leave a review but now I’m looking to go back to the area next month I thought it was appropriateThe owners are amazing people and the food is out of this world Definitely some of the best food I’ve ever eaten

We chose this as our wedding venue following the pandemic in 2021 It was perfect for our micro wedding (only 50 people allowed for a gathering at the time) We met with Chris and did the walk thru and looked over the contract

Everything seemed so perfect! Leading up to our wedding date we had great communication with Chris and Ashley! Unfortunately for us, but really wonderful for them, they were on maternity leave during our wedding so our wedding event was taken over by a woman related to them, Mother In Law i believe, i can’t remember but i believe her name was Marcia We had quite a few issues unfortunately with her When we arrived at the venue the day of our wedding I went to check in with my bridal party who was staying at the Inn since we rented out the whole place with our contract She refused to give my guests keys to their rooms “because they would get lost” We are adults, we are not going to lose your room keys I went up to my bridal suite to get changed into my dress and one of my husband’s friends was showing in my bathroom He had a room of his own I don’t know how he ended up in my room Definitely awkward when I was half naked Don’t think this would have happened if keys were provided and rooms were locked Wedding starts, and the discussion we had about the officiant prior to this day we weren’t told that Marcia was actually the Officiant Surprised the day of and normally this wouldn’t really matter except that we wished she would have dressed a little nicer She had on leggings and a top Part of our contract was use of the downstairs bar room for the Groomsman to get dressed and hangout This is what sold my husband on using this venue when we did the walkthru with Chris He was excited to use this room It ended up being really hot out that day, in the 90s even tho it was originally forecasted in the 60s Marcia kicked my bridal party out of the air conditioned bar area multiple times, including our one groomsman’s 9 month pregnant wife that was trying to escape the heat She even dragged out my husbands cooler and put it outside We paid for the block so we can use this area They include a photographer, some flowers and a cake with the contract Photographer was wonderful! We received a plain white cake that had no decoration on it Didn’t expect a fully dressed cake but we were shown something that looked nice with pretty detailing and all and didn’t receive that It was delicious tho! The catering company they suggested was amazing, Redwoods catering And the staff was so nice! At the end when we were saying goodbye to our guests, and while guests were still present, Marcia started ripping my decorations off the tables in front of my guests! I thought this was extremely rude since I did the decor myself and it was all my stuff and in my contract it said i had until 11am the following day to take down any decorations I put up They provided breakfast the next morning which was a delicious spread! So many options! Overall, we had a good day and it’s a beautiful venue I just wish we could have had Chris and Ashley for our wedding

Jacqueline Burklow

The Inn was so charming, warm & cozy! My husband did a fly fishing trip on the river and completed his trip right next to the B&B, how perfect! The staff was friendly, communicative and accommodating The Inn was extremely clean and really made you feel like you went back in time! This was a much needed getaway escape that makes you feel like you went away for a week! Wonderful restaurants near by and quaint towns to explore Staying here is a must!

Steven Shaw

We had a wonderful stay and hope to come back again The inn and the rooms are very well appointed and welcoming, and the breakfast was one of the best I have had over the last several years The owners have done a magnificent job restoring the home and have added many historic artifacts throughout the inn

I highly recommend staying at the Raritan Inn

We were traveling back to New England at the end of a long road trip and were looking for somewhere to spend the night before our final stop in New York City We thought that Easton seemed to be a comfortable distance from the city We didn’t do a much advance checking as we usually do, but we found a gem! The innkeeper/owner couldn’t have been more welcoming, attentive, andaccommodating

The inn was lovely,, our room was clean, comfortable, and well appointed The food was great including freshly baked cookies in the evening and a delicious breakfast with many choices served in a bright and sunny dining room that was a wonderful start to our day We highly recommend the Lafayette Inn

Ashley

The most amazing complimentary breakfast each morning! The waffles were the best I’ve ever had and delicious quiche too We added on the date package that came with a $100 gift card to a nearby restaurant, a bottle of wine, and a bouquet of flowers! Our stay was quiet and lovely, the owner did an amazing job catering to everyone and I highly recommend staying here!

Tyler Brodniak

Staying there is great: rooms, breakfast, etc but looking to book next year, and now there’s a 3 night minimum for Thanksgiving Eve Absolutely ridiculous, not going to work well for the new owners

The only reason people want to stay here that night is for the Easton-P’burg game, requiring a 3 night stay is absurd A 2 night stay would be more reasonable Missing the old owners already
