I love this hotel because of the area and the balcony I dislike the parking rates but overall, great location Close and convenient to great food, shopping and easy city travels

The balcony was a plus, being up several stories, kicking up my feet with my husband was relaxing Service was great, all the perks and bonus items were provided with the suite

I wrote this review on Yelp as well, but wanted to make sure Kenneth got the recognition he deserves!Very comfy hotel to stay in for long periods of time Rooms are spacious and the amenities of the hotel are great! 24 hour market to buy meals and snacks and a mini kitchen to cook it all in The location is very convenient as well

And the prices are affordable for what you get But the reason I’m writing this review is because of the night manager, Kenneth A couple nights in a row I had to go down there for something or the other and he couldn’t be nicer or more helpful He goes above and beyond and just made this whole stay Both my boyfriend and I had separate interactions with him and we were both blown away by what a genuinely nice guy he is

Nelson Phan

I want to say that this is one the best hotel I have every been to The room were very nice and clean The rooms felt modern

It felt like we were the first people to sleep in the room The free breakfast is great! Parking is safe as there is a parking garage with hotel key access only Overall this is a great hotel Very kind people here too

I came with my 13 y/o daughter and our stay was great The room was clean and so nice The view was amazing

The staff were so sweet Parking is safe The next time I come to Houston I won’t even think twice about staying somewhere different Thank you so much for making our birthday special, it meant everything to us The location is also very convenient to restaurants, Starbucks, and the mall

Gabby Billups

I stayed here for my birthday vacation, and I’m SO glad I did First off, the staff was top tier, especially at breakfast One of the hosts in the restaurant there greeted everyone in their language

The waitresses were so nice at the ARA Breakfast Lounge and everything was so delicious My room was very clean on arrival and had a great view of the skyline Location was perfect for me and my boyfriend Everything was within a 10 minute Uber ride, and it was near the highway so going back to the airport was no trouble, even though that drive was longer I really could go on, but I’ll just say this I will be staying here again and have made it my business to have a yearly trip to H-Town This was my first time in Texas, and they made it a great stay

Lorraine Cunningham

This place was beautiful for holding a conference The food was pretty goodThe amenities were a different story

We paidfor the top corner room with the concierge lounge but guess what? We were there for the weekend but the lounge wasn’t open on the weekend In the room as well as the public bathrooms, the toilet seats were so low to the ground it’s like they were put there for children Watch out for those bathrooms too The far wall in the shower looked like it wasn’t cleaned in months

I really enjoyed our stay at Courtyard by Meriott The main elevator was out of order, so we used the service elevator Minor issue

It offered opportunity to view the hardship some of the behind the scenes people make for you and I to be comfortable The lobby is expansive, and comfortable, with a great coffee shop I ate breakfast at the coffee shop, and paid what I felt was a little expensive for the fare provided The rooms are very comfortable, everything appeared to be very clean I like clean rooms, and will make a review note if needed I did not feel it necessary Most all employees were very nice, greeting with a smile The front desk lady was nice, but very clinical The price was awesome for the accommodations I would stay there anytime we are in Houston Be blessed in all you do

Yellow Tap Water, Poor Service and Hidden ChargesI got room 803 in the second week of April ’22 I went in to take a shower and the water coming from the shower tap was yellow in color for a good 30 seconds before it cleared it This happened every time I turned on the shower

I was given 2 shampoo’s and no conditioner, even after alerting the front desk about it I specifically asked for the room to be cleaned and to provide a conditioner, but that did not happen On Saturday evening when I asked why it was not cleaned I was told (for the first time ever) that since I’m staying for only 2 days the rooms won’t be cleaned If I was staying for >2 days then the rooms would be cleaned everydayI was charged for parking on check out which I was never told about when I checked in I was not happy with my stay at this location

Nydia Hanley

Location: Excellent! Very central to everything! Everything was less than 15 mins away So much so, that anytime we looked up a new address we would guess it’s probably 14 mins away There is a Kroger grocery store within walking distance as well if you need groceries

Cleanliness: The room was very clean but we did have to ask for new towels because they don’t check/offer until day # 3 which was our check out day However, when we asked they were very prompt in providing clean ones The lobby area was also very clean and it’s a pretty big, nice lobby areaFront desk staff: Very polite, professional and helpfulParking: $8 per day so keep that in mindAgain, overall great stay It was quiet and peaceful I would definitely recommend it here

Kacy Coble

I came into town for work and chose this hotel for its proximity to our offices I’ve stayed in Hilton Garden Inns before and they’re generally solid 3 star hotels This one exceeded my expectations

I almost didn’t want to leave My room was spacious and well equipped The layout makes a lot of sense which is a small thing but I appreciate it The breakfast service was excellent I couldn’t tell anyone had ever stayed in my room before It looked brand new and untouched I had the best night’s sleep I’ve had in a good while Service was quick, pleasant and easy Highly recommend this hotel

Jay L

Overall the service was good There are room to improve also Furniture and bed mattress are good and clean

But the bed sheet had long hairsBathroom was clean There are no pen, paper and bible You had to ask pen and paper (I don’t know why we used to have the bible in the hotel room, but not this hotel)The breakfast was continental style- 2 kinds muffins, egg quiche, English muffins, toast bread and cereals Coffee taste was good Others you have to orderOne night the parking garage barricades broken All different kinds people coming in and out but last 2 days that was not fixed Many people took weed and stayed in the parking lots I have not seen those scenes in my lifeAgain, this is good quality hotel, hiton And I just shared my observation

The best (affordable) hotel we’ve stayed in, in Houston! We come here several times a month with our medically complex son who visits the Children’s hospital frequently and this is the only place we will stay! Always clean, very friendly staff, every accommodation you can think of and the beds great A comfy stay in a very comfortable neighborhood Definitely recommend!

Sarah M.

I don’t like leaving bad reviews unless they are truly warranted But this place… Just no Don’t stay here

The first room they gave us didn’t have functioning air conditioning The second room it barely worked The carpet was filthy and had stains all over it You could feel the springs in the bed The bathrooms weren’t very clean and the caulk was nasty For the price of this hotel and the fact that it was a Residence Inn I was really disappointed The overall upkeep and cleanliness was very poor Don’t spend your money at this hotel

R L

Not the best service experience at this hotel I am allergic to feather pillows I state on my profile preferences foam only

I requested foam and the hotel had noneI asked for a blanket to cover the feather pillows, the front desk staff never brought them to my room The elevator was out for more than 24 hours on my building The room was clean and breakfast was good

I had a wonderful stay here I stayed on and off a few days for jury duty as it was great My rooms were always clean, I always had supplies and the people are very friendly

I had an incident where I broke my phone and the lady at the font was incredibly kind and gave me all sorts of tips The pool and hot tub seemed clean and were very relaxing The breakfast was pretty good and everything came individually wrapped All and all I would consider this a nice hotel for the price Friendly staff, clean atmosphere and good food

Veronica Avalos

The Best Western Plus Downtown Houston was such a great place to stay The friendliness from the front desk was exceptional I know there are so many “check-ins”, but they make it a point to know your name and check in on you at their free breakfast, which was an awesome spread

I really enjoyed the breakfast and the free parking At night, they have security that actually hangs out outside to protect one’s “valuable” property I can go on and on, but I’m running out of character space Lol!

Daniella Rodriguez

I couldn’t wait to get home and write a review Honestly this hotel deserves a lot of stars! My family and I had a wonderful time here ! We stayed here 3 nights and we honestly wanted to stay some more nights I have soo many good things to say about this hotel and staff! What stands out the most is how clean this hotel is! The rooms are in good condition! Very clean and the ac is the best ! Elia and all the housekeeping staff was very friendly and very good at work and provided excellent customer service

The security at this place is excellent ! My family and I felt very safe here The Parking was very convenient and spacious Mrs Mary was such a sweetheart helping me with all the questions I had My checkout time was extended for one more hour which I really appreciate ! Thank you ! ❤️I was able to print out some papers that I had to sign and send out back to my insurance and I was able to print them just through out my phone and my papers were ready at the front desk where Andrew gave me the papers He’s very friendly and nice The breakfast is amazing ! The breakfast tacos were the bombcom! All of the food provided was good ! A lot of variety and clean Coffee all day everyday! Delicious 🤤 They even gave us 2 free drinks ! We enjoyed some wineWe weren’t able to enjoy the pool due to the weather was cold for us But it did have a hot tub But they do maintain it clean; there were 2 gentlemen cleaning it But our next time to Houston I will definitely stay here again and take a swim! This will be our go to when we’re at Houston! From the bottom of our hearts thank you to everyone ! ♥️ I can’t remember other staffs names (which I hate myself for it , because all of them deserve to be recognized!) but everyone was nice to me and my family The staff has excellent customer service very friendly and make you feel at 🏡 home

Wonderful staff! Courteous and willing to help with any questions and concerns The beds are extremely comfortable with good linens The room was quiet

Breakfast had a variety of offerings The meat offering was different every day of our stayHotel is older and needs some maintenance

Christian Vargas

The staff here is friendly From the outside the hotel looks decent The beds are comfortable

The card reader inside the gate doesn’t work the buzzer button also is broke The restroom has a super low toilet just glad my knees aren’t bad The wallpaper in restroom was coming off Had a stand up shower only the door only opens so much so if your heavy set might have trouble squeezing in The fridge was turned off in the room No TV guide in the room To park in the gate it’s $20 a night

Kaden Alvarado

Would I stay again? No Hotel is very outdated and in dire need of renovations Smells of mold as soon as you get into the lobby

Beds were very firm, but I know this is a preference for some If you are looking for firm, this is the place for you Was equivalent to laying on the floor for us Ac never cooled in room, felt more as a fan, but definitely not coldHotel was booked out so could not change rooms and as it was only for one night, we dealt with itRoom was clean, but very worn Roofing patches peeling off, cracked sink, wall paper peeling, and heavily stained carpet Over night parking attendant on hand Breakfast had a good variety, but no attendant on hand to clean up or enforce anything I witnessed both kids and adults grabbing items, with bare hands, not using tongs provided A serving spoon fell to the floor, and was picked up and placed back into the eggs Food all over floor and counter We decided to skip breakfast due to this and eat else whereWhat did it for me though was upon check out, my teenager went to front counter to buy a drink Clerk tells him it’s $10, son laughs thinking he’s playing with him He then repeats it’s $10 Mind you in store, $250 for this same drink Son responds, wow that’s quite an upcharge, but is just thirsty and tells him okay, I guess, and pulls out his card Attendant tells him, our card reader is down, it’s cash only I am a few feet away, overhearing everything I walk up as son tells him well I only have card Attendant realizes I’m with him, rolls eyes and goes well just take it then (for free)I’ll let you be the judge this situation on your own Based off of this situation, we will not return to this location We traveled for years to many hotels within the Hilton brand, and while I know items are marked up for convenience, find it hard to believe $10 for a drink Location was decent, and convenient to many places However, I do not feel it lives up to the brand at all

We loved our stay so much here we extended it! The breakfast is excellent, the staff is all wonderful, the kickback hour made it exceptional! It was great for my husband and I to get the three free drinks each night and the kids to have as much to eat as they wanted We also loved the indoor/outdoor pool with jacuzzi They also have a small little snack/sundry shop which is a little pricey, but great for when you need something which we used twice

The hotel is also super close to all the museums and zoo, so was a perfect place if you’re using the city pass- nothing was too far away Overall, we’re so grateful to have stumbled up this wonderful hotel and know that when we come back to Houston, this is the place to stay!

Julie S

The GM Mark was so helpful – we were in town for a few days for a family funeral and he made some special requests happen upon arrival The check in so easy The staff were all very helpful and friendly! Maria 2nd floor housekeeping fantastic! I will say this hotel could use renovations such as new paint/ carpet and some updating of some pieces of furniture

The pool is unique partially indoors and outdoors Nice work out facility Excellent location and hot breakfast – if this hotel was updated it would have received 5 stars – the staff carried it to 4 – thank you for your Texas hospitality!

Melynda Marton

This was a great place to stay When we checked in we were each given a ticket for 3 happy hour drinks And there is hot food: pulled pork sliders, salad, soup, nachos, hot dogs, mixed vegetables

The morning breakfast was normal breakfast food, it was fresh and good Room was very clean Towel and linen fresh and soft Staff was very nice

Stayed two nights here a few months ago The rooms are comfortable and quiet for being right in the med center Location is perfect if the med center is where you need to be

I had room service twice and it was about average on speed and quality The clincher at this hotel, though, is Carl in the restaurant area I was fortunate enough to have him as my server both nights He is excellent at his job – a true gem in the service industry If you’re lucky enough to visit on a night when Carl is working, be sure to ask for a Princess Di at the bar

_

Had a pleasant stay for sure Clean room, with nice paintings inside and all the necessary things as hotels go Gym, swimming pool available thou entrance to it you have to find first

We were quite high above so the view was nice From minuses would be parking, yes you can use valet parking and pay quite a lot but if you are more like me and traveled for 6 hours in a car for a vacation you would like to buy a hotel stay and assume that if it is not possible to find parking outside the hotel that the hotel will provide it(just Hiden in the fee I mean) and not come inn tiered and try to find out how to do it and where Talking about breakfast it is a interesting, above average for sure with some healthy choices and vegetables and even cheese plates But it was confusing that when you come in it is not stated what is included in your stay and what is extra that will be put on the room Compliments to the reception staff, very polite professional and even with a small bonus My daughter asked about Easter bunny and at the reception they played the game and checked if he was staying at the hotel Next day small basket with a few eggs were given to her It is not something very expensive but I am very grateful and happy No bide next to the WC if you are wondering I stayed a few days and the room was cleaned every day Summary good modern hotel with professional staff Not too far (few min walk) tram station can bring you to downtown

Sean Vinck

Okay quality, maybe you’ll want to keep looking though…Upon checking in, there was an issue with one of our rooms; they didn’t have the correct bed (needed 2, had conformation for 2, system had one) so we had to wait an extra 15 minutes, no worries Once we got the correct room, it was on the second floor, the noisiest floor with some kind of banging that starts at 6:50am each morning that we stayed there It does go away, but we were already woken up for the day

The comforter was stained, and I realize it happens, but you don’t want to see it if possible The curtains in the pictures are not for all rooms, as we only had blinds which did very little The room is only made up if you leave a note, and the air conditioning is on an automatic setting where it goes to 62° in the middle of the night Both of our key cards for the room got deactivated the first night (being held separately) and we had to get them redone While at the desk, we asked for a hairdryer which they provided because there wasn’t one in the room There is only a valet option for parking which for us was $30 a day plus tax and we tipped every time The staff was lovely but this wasn’t the greatest experience

Don’t forget to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking a hotel This web site will compare countless booking websites and normally will have rooms a lot cheaper compared to others! Thank me later on! This hotel is one of my favorites in the area

I have been coming here for years If you stay for a few days you won’t be let downNice clean rooms Valet service was very convenient and the price was good considering that the stay included valet Breakfast was decent but not spectacular, but good considering it was included No problems during our stay here

Darshan Satyamurthy

Firstly, this hotel is definitely a 2-star hotel if not 1-star For a 3-star hotel which charges 4 star prices for stay it doesn’t even have basics such as a bottled water for the guests during the stay Very CHEAP I thought for it to be calling itself HYATT and not including bottled water

Secondly, The AC is so loud that I definitely thought that something went wrong in the room only to realize that the AC got turned on Took some time to get used to the AC noise Definitely a downer if you are going to stay with a small babyAlso, the room and bathroom are so very small The shower is so small even for half a person to fit in Not that I care but they don’t even give good quality shower gelOh and Beware of the extra charge of $32 per night as PARKING fees – not mentioned anywhere at the time of booking Thought it was a loot for the stayAnd definitely do not leave valuables in the car when you drop your car when you do valet parking because when I left my bag, the valet guys had opened the bags and searched To my luck there were no valuables in the bagThe breakfast has not any major items in the menu and same as any 2-star hotel Hyatt should call this and advertise as a 2-star rather than a 3-star hotelAlso I would definitely suggest to book a different hotel and not this one

My most favorite part and the main reason for the 5 star review are the valet staffs Every single one of them are so sweet!! Really made me and my friends feel so very special! Very helpful, prompt, and professional Thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and hope to come back soon! ❤️

Our family loved our 3-night stay here The hotel is beautiful, fresh, and relaxing Most noteworthy is the staff

Every single person we spoke with had the best attitude And this warm and kind service permeates the atmosphere And the location is in a quiet, green corner of a busy galleria district It’s easy to find many gluten-free food options nearby We are looking forward to our next stay here

The location of the hotel is great Centrally located and close to highways That is where the good part ends

I stayed at this hotel earlier this month and a request to accommodate an allergy was overlooked This is usually not a big deal once I bring it to the attention to the staff and everything is rectified After my first night at this hotel I woke up sick, to which I asked for the item triggering my allergic reaction to be replaced My request was denied at the front desk by a lady named Angela, and she recommended that I find a different hotel to stay for the night Phenomenal customer service Needless to say, I was not able to stay at the hotel that night I reached out to Marriott and the hotel manager, Heather Both have chosen to ignore me There is literally another Marriott property next door to this hotel, including various other hotels within the area Save yourself the headache and stay elsewhere

Customer service from all hotel staff was friendly, but that was the only good thing about this hotel Once checking into my room there was a funky smell coming from the hallway & bathroom Also found that the hotel phone didn’t work and hot water was scorching HOT where I almost burned myself

The A/C is not very strong so you have to put it down to 60 degrees to feel anything! I would give this hotel a 6/10 and would try maybe the sister property in the same location at Marriott Residence Inn if your trying to get points as a Marriott Bonvoy member

Exceptionally clean! The cleanest motel I have ever stayed in I looked and could not find dirt or dust The linens have that wonderful and reassuring ‘just a touch’ of bleach smell

The motel is basic and unassuming, but provided everything we needed while I was being treated at MD Anderson which is only 10 min away Lots of great middle eastern and Mexican restaurants nearby that offered delicious take away and delivery Great value for dollar at this establishment

Very clean Nice staff Quiet

Unassuming Honestly everything you could ask for in an inexpensive hotel I know they probably aren’t _the_ cheapest but let me tell you I was at another hotel at the same price and it was rundown not to mention they had lost power (not Scottish Inn) I happened to be on a run and ran past Scottish Inn and asked if they had any rooms which they did As soon as I could I switched over to this hotel Didn’t regret it I would say that the only thing to mention as a negative is that the bed was a bit soft and mushy Other than that if you’re looking to save money, you could do a lot worse than this place

I’ve been staying here for about three weeks now, waiting for more permanent arrangement But this place is truly great! Rooms are spacious and clean Large screen TV, microwave, minifriedge

Everything works Lots of channels on TV It’s peaceful and quiet Office staff and housekeepers are courteous and helpful And there’s Chevron only 2-3 minutes walk from here

Wow! This hotel is brand new and in a very good location right close by the Galleria Dora from the front desk was very nice! The room was very big and very clean The bed was comfortable like no other

The shower was new but basic No charging for ev which was unclear to me but the experience was very good overall Good gym and a good laundry room! Why they didn’t price matched and I had to book the second night again from a 3rd party is unclear to me

Pablo Coronado

Well, the place was clean and for the most part the staff was nice…until we left and forgot a purse in the room We went back asking to go look (we had only been gone for about an hr) My wife went in to the lobby to ask for the opportunity to just go check the room… She was told to wait and that somebody else would take care of it that person grab their backpack and left so my wife went to the counter to ask the front desk about a status… They left her standing there unattended and pushed her to the side wouldn’t even make eye contact with her for 19 minutes… She asked me to come in and talk to them and I was treated the same way I was ignored and when I said hey it’s not OK to treat my wife like this and asked to speak to the manager he said he is the highest ranking manager in the building and that we could now go look It’s not OK for that man to treat my wife and intimidate her like that so we will never stay at this hotel again

It’s unfortunate because it’s a very nice facility This man barely spoke to me barely even made eye contact with me until we were walking out the door when I confronted him again and took his photo then he starts talking to me and trying to defend why he was treating my wife that way I took his photo and I have attached it – this is the man he doesn’t have a name tag there’s no identifying anything that would signify that he’s the manager it was a very poor experience in a little 20 minute window after a two day stay that was very nice

All of the staff, except for one, are very professional ,and extremely accommodating That “one staff, person”, a/k/a as “The Front Desk Manager”, often displayed total unprofessionalism with not only the guests but hotel employees as well If I had a Nickle for every time I heard complaints about her I’d be a billionaire

If I had a penny for every time I was dissatisfied with her, I’d be a millionaire Being the professional thatThe fridge in my room that leaked inside, continuously and although I reported it, it was never repaired nor replaced The room a/c was dirty, and blew out dust and debris, and didn’t keep the room consistently cool I kept reporting how extremely hot it was in my room, and the last report, I was told to BUY a fan I often saw roaches, and crickets not only in the common areas, but had some in my room! I reported that as well and was told that the exterminator would be out in a few days I ended up purchasing “No Pest Strips”and hung them in my room The gnat and flea infestation is totally unbelievable! If the health department conducted an inspection, there would be numerous infractions and citationsI finally checked out late one night due to the afore mentioned reasons coupled with the front desk manager’s total display of unprofessionalism and rudeness to me That was the final straw! Wasn’t worth trying to continue to tough it out! I do however want to acknowledge the employees below:To: Denise Richards, thank you so much for your kindness and assistance before and during my stay there I pray that God will continue to watch over and bless youTo: Shon, Courtney, Tessa, Gary, Keke, Evadine, and Harmony, I can never repay your for the genuine respect, kindness, and assistance that all of you gave me, so I pray for God to continue to watch over and bless each of you I want to emphasize customer service and genuine respect, because you gave that genuinely, not only me but to all who entered that hotelThe 8 of you demonstrated consistently what the The Hospitality Industry is all about! Don’t loose that, and in Jesus Name, you will go farSincerely,'”The Director of Regulatory and Tax Reporting”

Completed booking on bookingcom, upon getting to hotel after waiting for 20 minutes in the 24 hour lobby after calling for someone since no one was at the desk I was told it was cancelled at 11 pm and I have no notice of this Worker literally came from hotel room across the lobby, I suppose sleeping

Bookingcom gave me a confirmation number I will not be using this hotel again even though I”ve used in the past! Poor management!! Would rate a zero if I could If they decide to charge my debit card I will be filing a formal complaint with the company, but supposedly since I “shouldn’t” be charged

Our family stay was wonderful because of the friendly and accommodating desk, restaurant, housekeeping, and valet staff! Especially, Gladys, who helped us with everything and gave us great restaurant suggestions near by for our three day stay The rooms were clean and beds really comfortable We enjoyed the nice pool and fitness center as well

Not many hotels show this kind of customer attentiveness, it really makes a difference and we would definitely stay there again if in the area

This place was the worst Holiday Inn I have stayed in The hallways were dirty, the toilets had hair on them, the showers had hair and didn’t look very clean The vents haven’t been dusted in years

The crib they provided us was gross, didn’t have sheets on it or anything The sheets on our bed were not completely clean There was loud music with a deep base going till like 3am somewhere around us Someone stomping around above us until 4am There was street racing going on till about 4am There are multiple other reviews and complaints about security and people having their car broken into By far the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel

Gina Chavarria

If I could give NO stars I would After booking online for a night we went at 1:30 am to the hotel after the last experience at Holiday inn SW we said we would look at another they couldn’t all be like this OMG we got there after spending time at the Hospital booking from the hospital bed we decided not to travel anymore and look for another location we go to check-in and since it was after 12 am we couldn’t book by phone online so we said we have a night tomorrow lets just go and see if they could extend and put one night for tonight

It is Saturday 1:30 AM and when we go in we are told we are not allowed to check in till after 3 pm so we say can you then charge me to get a room today or move it to today NO, we don’t do that as a matter of fact we are canceling your reservation After that, it did not get any amount of pretty just a back and forth of pure malice from the front desk that we would not be accommodated, and good luck finding a place After the scare hospital-wise with family, the previous Holiday inn did not allow us near the door a 45-hour drive into Houston and to then have the reservation canceled so that they did not want to be bothered to take our money to book a room for the night of even help I was done and I hope this gives other people notice to be done too Holiday inn you need to do better than this:

Marcia Keith

Breakfast servings were quite good Hotel was very clean ( dining area/ gym/ lobby/ rooms) Security needs to be beefed up a bit

Witnessed 2 incidents during my 6 day stay where I felt a bit uneasyThe GM’s customer service was fair Maybe he needs to be assigned to more back office / managerial jobs as opposed to interracting with the guests

All the staff at the hotel are extremely helpful and informative The rooms are super clean and well equipped Breakfast in the morning has variety and a welcome plus

The proximity to the Galleria, Freeways and surrounding areas are perfect The parking is well lit and safe We set our son up with an extended stay here for a summer internship in Houston This is a great alternative for short term housing I stay in a lot of hotels for work and this location sets the bar high for cleanliness and customer service

Hossam Kamal

Location, it was clean the studio suite had plenty ofroom safe area- They only cleaned rooms once every 5 or 7 days, youfigure if the rona is as serious as they claim and the staffwears mask you’d want to clean the rooms more than once aweek The bathroom sink had no water pressure, but theshower did so I can give that a pass

Other than that weenjoyed our stay there

Dawn Petitt

The hotel wasn’t an excellent location for walking to the mall I also found it to be clean and family friendly My husband left some clothes he bought at the mall in our room ,the manager Tom Flow along with the assistance of Martha Kasabova managed to get to a UPS facility and get the clothes shipped to us

We would definitely stay there again
