We love these places! Got our passports, and are having a blast filling them up We always meet some interesting people, too 💖😎Since there are no refrigerators in the rooms, they should offer ice, and ice chest rentals (We brought a rolling cooler) Only a suggestion

The staff really rock it The grounds are really beautiful also

We had a wonderful time and stay at The Anderson School We were visiting Seattle after attending a wedding in Mt Rainier National Park and absolutely loved the hotel and room we were in The ceilings are insanely tall and the room was spotless

The pool was big and my son loved it The restaurants were good other than poor table service one night they were very busy We understood they were understaffed at the time There were constantly people stoking and adding firewood to their fireplaces and fire pits in the courtyard Lastly, we had bought movie tickets and there was a mix up with an event they were having Instead of just refunding us the money, they gave us a private showing! Absolutely above and beyond

Really cool hotel with lots of history to learn about The restaurant on site was delicious and had a cool atmosphere The lagoon looked really nice, I’ll have to swim if I stay here again

The only downside to our room was it didn’t have a fridge Even a small one would be nice, especially since it was almost 90 degrees when we stayed there

We had a convention here and they were really lovely to work with The rooms were comfortable and the amenities were wonderful They’re meeting rooms are easy to find and nicely set up

The only reason it got four stars instead of five was it was really hot Not sure if they just didn’t have the air conditioning up or if it wasn’t strong enough I would definitely recommend staying here

Stephen Lumsden

Beautiful place But for all the luxuries and high prices you don’t even get a microwave… and a full breakfast is $20 a person So if like us, you go shopping for your food I hope you like it about as warm as a dead seagull

(Update) I reached out and didn’t get far, the site crashed Not sure why that’s necessary anyway because the issue I had was plainly laid out in the review, and I SERIOUSLY doubt they’d give me any sort or refund or discount

Ahimelec Diaz

When I booked this the pictures of the rooms looked great but I realized that they were a little misleading When we got to our room the room was at 77 degrees and the thermostat said it was set to 65 Called the front desk and they weren’t super helpful just said someone would come by and check it out in a few

The walls were super dirty and the room was smelly the bathroom was dirty and there was mold around the tub Wouldn’t stay here again Not worth the money that was paid

Traffic noise was a problem for us We were assigned room 202 That room is very close to the highway and noise from motorcycles, trucks and loud passenger cars made sleeping difficult

We requested to move to a different room and the hotel accommodated our request and gave us room 431, which is on the opposite side of the hotel and on the top floor of the hotel Unfortunately, that room was not significantly quieter On the plus side, the service was great, the staff tried to be helpful, the breakfast was good and the hotel was clean We also loved having wine tasting rooms just across the parking lot If you’re comfortable with traffic noise the hotel’s positives might make it a good choice for you If you need peace and quiet, you might want to look elsewhere

This is a lovely basic spot to stay, newer facilities and friendly staff make it clean and comfortable They ladies who make breakfast every morning seem cheerful and are happy to talk to you about your stay which I’m not saying is compulsory by any means but bodes well for their experience working there and how they are treated The manager, Cristy was especially kind, upfront, accommodating, and an overall credit to the company and I could not be more grateful to her and the rest of the staff for making my second stay here a repeated pleasure!

Samantha Lutz

We arrived early and asked to drop our bags so they weren’t sitting in our car all day and the staff was happy to take them off our hands We went back a couple hours later to grab something out of our bags and they offered us an early check in which was great The room was clean and the bed was comfortable

We were on the fourth floor and didn’t have any complaints about traffic noise or otherwise Breakfast the next morning was also well done and appreciated Having the option to have scrambled eggs and sausage is a nice touch

For the price and location you would expect better services at the restaurant and bar I was told to put on shoes today but for the last few days I visited the bar for drinks with no shoes If you have a policy it’s best to enforce it all the time not just when you choose to

The room smelled like mold which is why room service opens the window Last few days we were there when they cleaned Breakfast was OK not great but not bad either

Thomas Clark

Beds were too soft could not sleep on had to sleep on most uncomfortable couch ever My wife who likes a soft bed said it was too soft as well The room itself had been lightly cleaned but I use the word lightly ,lightly

Let me say that the food was amazing the wait staff and bar staff are incredible and the actual hotel staff were all extremely nice Being as it was a Hilton I expected the level of quality and cleanliness to be much higher than it actually was I have stayed in a lot of small side of the highway type cheap motels on road trips and such and this was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had renting a room ever I have brought this to the attention of the staff and it sounds as though the new house cleaning manager is going to make sure things are done at a much higher level of quality

melanie nuesa

The amenities and service at this hotel is top of the line! Friendly staff, spacious suite, decent sized pool, delicious continental breakfast and a great happy hour all make for a great spring break vacation! The Cascade restaurant located within the hotel have surprisingly good food with big servings and priced reasonably, great for families with young kids who are too tired to eat out after a long day of activities! This hotel is highly recommended!

Ritz-Carlton prices for Holiday Inn experienceThis place definitely has a monopoly on location and knows it The views are beautiful but for $400+ a night (plus resort fee and parking) I expect a level of experience and service

Granted, they have welcome champagne and a “Raid the Pantry” offering that gets you some free food and drinks (actually its part of the $25 resort fee) and there is nothing wrong with the place as it is clean, the beds are comfortable, and the space is nice However the experience (minus the location) felt like a Holiday Inn experience with regards to Staff interaction and the overall ‘vibe’ It didn’t help that our $400+ room got us a view of a canopy, parking lot, and office buildingIf you are in Kirkland, it’s really the only place to stay, but just know what you are getting for the money

Matthew Kent

I stayed here during a move, so I wasn’t able to fully experience the hotel, however my brief time there was very pleasant I highly recommend getting a room overlooking the lake as it is a wonderful view in the morning and at nightThe rooms are nicely appointed with plenty of towels and soaps (surprisingly this has to said)

If I ever find myself needing a hotel in the area this will be my first choice

Doug Harker

I stayed here previously for the Boeing Classic Proximity to great food at Le Grande, Como, & Beach Cafe’ a definite plus Facilities are superb, view beautiful, staff warm and friendly

I always will in the future as well Highly recommended!

I booked a room at this resort for myself having researched place and wanting to stay someplace unique The location was very beautiful and I really enjoyed getting to use the trails to spend some time on the beach The room was also very well designed and comfortable

The building looked beautiful and I wish I would have had more time to explore it The downside for me was the service and not being made to feel welcomed by all the staff Initially when I checked in, I went to the valet area and waited The two valet attendants were talking to each other and didn’t turn around I had to ask if I was in the right place in order to get them to acknowledge me The other instance was when I stopped at one of the bars and the staff didn’t acknowledge me after 10 minutes and despite me sitting directly in front of one of them The saving grace was the front desk person who was very kind and let me use the Library while I waited for my room to be ready Also both the day and night managers were very open to listening to my concerns when I approached the front desk later in my visit and did their best to help make the rest of my visit better Sadly the service issue continued in the morning when I checked out and was told I would get an emailed receipt but I had to follow up with a phone call then an additional email in order to get it I really hope that it was just an off day because with the amount of work that has gone into this place it deserves to be enjoyed by all

We came for the day for my brothers wedding Beautiful venue, fabulous staff, so much amazing art hung and displayed everywhere! Restrooms were the cleanest public restrooms I have ever seen I was very impressed

(I didn’t feel grossed out to have my kids change into their flower girl dresses in there) Valet parking staff was friendly and quick to greet you and open doors for you I would love to come back here some time and stay in one of their rooms, do some hiking, let kids play at the park and relax I thought it was such a cool place (Also, happy hour appetizers and drinks were delicious!)

Stayed here for a few days after being out of town for quite a while The staff made me feel very welcome to come back to my home state Everyone was very friendly and informative! Tried the bar and the restaurant – both were excellent

My room was super nice and super quiet The location was lovely and I really enjoyed running around the park and heading down to the water!Would definitely stay there again

We had a delightful two nights’ stay with John and Beth They were warm and welcoming We had the entire lower level to ourselves and it was impeccably clean with everything you need for comfort

When you want to stay in Woodinville but not in a motel, this is the obvious choice! Five stars (out of five)Cottage Lake B&B is an idyll of the likes you wished to have every day We booked our stay at the very last minute (snagging a rare late, one-night cancellation), and I cannot overstate the satisfaction of our serendipity

This is a beautiful property, serenely located and lovingly tended to, with care and creativity that impressed us and will likely meet or surpass the expectations of any prospective guests The setting is sublime: an eastward view of historic Cottage Lake and its gentle shores and water The hospitality is welcoming to the point of friendship, and the accommodations are commodious and home-friendly That the hosts are so welcoming (and musically talented) made our stay all the more special and meaningful We look forward to staying again EDITED: (Do note that if you book through any of the major online booking sites, the cleaning fee, as well as a small resort fee, are in addition to the price quoted, and likely will be higher than if you book directly through their website directly)

This is an amazing boutique hotel with attention to detail The staff even noticed that I wore colorful socks everyday! I was greeted upon my arrival with champagne, and from there the wine kept flowing I got married here in 2014

The grounds are beautiful This is truly an experience and not just a stay My room had a fireplace, jacuzzi, and a comfy bed They were very knowledgeable about the area and sent us to the local wineries such as Chateau St Michelle I will remember this day forever thanks to them R I P Peter Nault

I booked a one night stay for some relaxation while traveling through, and this looked like the most posh spot in the Woodinville area It seems to be a popular retreat for weddings and corporate events, and there was one of each happening that weekend so occupancy was quite full Very nice spacious rooms with large soaking tub and all the perks you’d expect from a boutique resort

Beautiful gardens to stroll around and look at wildlife, including the two resident miniature pigs It’s great to have several dining options right on site rather than venturing further away to find somewhere to eat (the restaurant had staffing issues, but that’s a separate review) I only wish we could have stayed longer, but at $1k per night I’ll wait for it to be on the company’s tab next time

The staff was nice and friendly which was great! Unfortunately, when we arrived to our room we noticed the floors were not swept as they looked like there were some coffee grounds on the floor It made me wonder what else was not cleaned in the hotel Blood stain on the sheets and the sink was leaking

Breakfast was a grab and go breakfast but the options were scarce For the price, I was disappointed

So bland The property is a near perfect example of the floor of a 3 star experience Everything just about somehow manages to not feel terrible

The decor is old and bland Plenty of switches and bathroom fixtures just about work The property is spread out and upper floors are walk up We found all utensils inside the dishwasher which seemed broken, the linens were average and the sofa bed predictably terrible I’ll still give two stars for the variety at breakfast and the helpful staff This property needs to be renovated bottom up to continue charging $300+ rates

Positives:Perfect for long term staySpacious rooms- HUGEFull kitchenLots of storage space- large closet and dresser in the master, coat closet and 2nd dresser in the living room, decent amount of kitchen cabinet storage and full size fridgeClose to freewayClose parkingNegatives:It’s a remodeled apartment complex that has been turned into a hotel- leaving some issues and doesn’t feel like the RI brandThe rooms smelled of cat pee

Again due to being remodeled apartments, they still reek of any pets that dwelled there priorThe walls and ceiling were not properly insulated, no sound proofing I could hear the person above me use the toilet as if I was in the same room as him I could hear every word he said It made me feel self conscious when I was on the phone or in the bathroom, not to mention uncomfortable having to listen to someone in great detail doing thier private businessYou pay for parkingThe front desk is in a separate buildingThe laundry room is far away and not convenientGym is not in a convenient locationOver all the amount of space you get is amazing Truly is an apartment for a great rate Needs major updates

My family and I stayed here for a total of four nights We were very pleased with our room based on overall cleanliness, being on the first floor, and closeness to one of the hotel entrances Parking, WIFI and breakfast are included

They have a 24/7 front desk which was helpful when our key suddenly didn’t work- keep your hotel key away from your electronic devices The hotel is quiet even though it is conveniently located close to the 405 The hotel is also close to a few trails and a couple sports fields There’s also a gas station and quick food places in walking distance as it is accessible via the same driveway to the hotel I would stay here again

Very nice hotel, comfortable beds, great breakfast options, pool, hot tub, bar on the premises I did not have a chance to use fitness center or guest laundry but both are available Parking was adequate and I saw pets were allowed

Loved the hot fresh baked cookie snacks in the afternoon!! Very close to I-405 so the location was great for me This hotel is very quiet and it is in the area of the Bothell Business Park

The first impressions were very positive Check-in was fast with very friendly staff and the room was clean And the location is really amazing, it is probably the best thing about the hotel

However, there were two major issues that prevented me from getting barely any sleep overnight First, the walls are EXTREMELY thin and you can hear everything that’s going on in the next room, especially at night when the noise carries I got woken up in the middle of the night when my next door neighbors seemed to have come back to their room, took a shower, brushed their teeth, The walls were so thin I could almost make out the conversation they were having in the next roomSecond, there was a very strong smell of cigarettes overnight It was coming from the bathroom, where the smell was unbearably strong and it spread throughout the room There was a vent in the bathroom so it’s possible the smell was coming from one of the neighborsBetween the noise and the strong smell of cigarettes, I ended up getting only a couple hours of sleep If you are a very deep sleeper, this hotel might be for you If you are not, either come prepared with ear plugs or you’ll have a rough time trying to sleep

Nina Thang-Winters

We pulled up and was not greeted by the valet We were out there for some time and sorted out things from our vehicle and still no greet by a valet We went inside only to find no receptionist

Both the valet and receptionist came out of the office at the same time Indeed I questioned his whereabouts because we HAVE to pay for valet ONLY Friendly & good service but I was not impressed with the required valet service The room is cheaply made without fire rated doors We can hear your conversations from a few doors doors down I can hear kids running and what is being said on the radio between hotel staffs The single King room has a beautiful bathroom but the shower has no shelves to put your necessities The view… no view…too close for comfort The food was good! The stars goes out to the staff

Austin Prasad

Really not the stay I expected from this hotel Let’s start with the bright spots: valet was awesome, bed was comfortable and location was good Now for the not so good: took me 35 minutes to check in to the hotel because nobody was at the front desk at night, key card didn’t work 2 nights in a row, bathroom door was broken, dirty rags on sink upon arrival and rest of room was not completely clean

I let management know on site – but I simply could not justify another stay here at this price point, I thought my stay would be nicer If it were cheaper and a 2 star hotel would totally get it Has a ton of potential – hopefully owners get some staff to help out as it seemed like the staff was overworked
