We were very comfortable and slept really well There are 2 doors to exit the room One goes outside and the other to the interior hallway

This was very convenient Mark at the front desk was very helpful and friendly We missed the breakfast because we slept late, but there were biscuits and gravy, waffles, pastries, cereal, hard boiled eggs and yougurt Bed was comfy, room was overall clean There was no coffee maker in our room, but if we wanted one, I know that Mark would have made it happenThank you! #106

My wife and I stayed here after seeing The Who at the Paycom The lady at the front desk, Trish I think, was super nice and friendly The parking lot is well lit and we had an interior room

It is very clean and tidy Not what I was expecting for $70 The room has a big mini fridge, a microwave, tv, desk, comfy chair, ironing board and iron, hair dryer The shower looks pretty big and the bathroom is spotless I went to see what the hot breakfast was and they had waffle batter with a 4 waffle iron, scrambled eggs, sausage patties, bread and toaster, mini muffins, cereal, orange juice, coffee That area was also very clean and tidy They also have a fitness room with a recumbent bike, elliptical, treadmill, ab machine, and a total body exercise machine They all looked very nice but I didn’t use any I was really blown away by this place at the price I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone

Claudia Lin

Stayed here for a week I personally don’t eat hotel brekfast because there are no healthy options however my husband and son loved the options they had here There was waffles you can make yourself, scrambled eggs and sausage patty, yogurt, coffee, toast, blueberry muffins and some oatmeal(the sugary type)

Other times they changed the sausage and eggs to biscuits and gravy and cold hard boiled eggs The pool was well kept, but the gym needs improvement There were 4 machines, the treadmill was not working and the tvs on the machines don’t work It served its purpose while we were there though Also, please fix the primo water fountain The staff was friendly and offered room service everyday The room however was so humid, we kept AC at 73 or 70 and it was too humid I’m not sure why The beds were comfortable and the showers were clean Parking was always available and a nice treat that my family appreciated was the afternoon strawberry lemonade refreshment in the lobby I did use the washer and dryer and they work good, it’s $2 for each load and you can purchase the detergent for $1 The washer cycle is 30 min and the dryer is 45 minWe also liked the location, across the street is the hurricane harbor water park and next to it was the mini golf parkI wish hotels had healthier options Just personal choice Staying there for a week was a good choice, and the hotel was quiet I could barely hear the people upstairs or next doorFront staff was always friendly and if we asked for extra sheets or new towels they always provided with a friendly smile

I’m a titanium elite Bonvoy member Let me first say some of the people on staff are friendly and helpful, but they are in the minority I am currently sitting outside the hotel on a curb in the parking lot smoking a very nice cigar on Father’s Day weekend

This is because they have the patio locked and hidden from guests Also, during breakfast this morning I had to ask how to get breakfast Once I knew, that was fine and the kitchen staff was friendly and helpful But while I was there a number of other guest came through and had no clue what was going on or how to get breakfast It seems the hotel management have gone out of their way to confuse guest and therefore deny services and amenities I would be fine if they just closed all of these and said so The location is fine That’s about it This should not be a Marriott property

The two ladies at the front desk were awesome great customer service My room was very nice and very clean and comfortable My stay didn’t include breakfast I was told I could purchase at the restaurant

I got eggs drenched in oil, dry hard toast, and bacon that was burnt to the crisp I paid 1000 for this prison food I asked the old lady in the kitchen if they had fresh bacon she stood there and argued with me that everyone wants burnt bacon Next day I went to McDonald’s got a full breakfast for 5 dollars and change Shameful

Kyle Baker

I travel to OK fairly often for business and this is the only hotel I ever use The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming They always remember me and take very good care of me during my stay

Rodora, Marie, and Rhoda are the absolute best staff members I’ve come acrossThe location is also very convenient as there are restaurants within the same parking lot shared by the hotel I highly recommend The Four Points by Sheraton Oklahoma City Quail Springs!!

I had the pleasure of staying here for an extended period recently This is one of the best hotel/motel values that you will find in central Oklahoma This motel is very pet friendly and features spacious, clean rooms with comfortable beds, refrigerator and microwave

The large indoor pool and hot tub are always sparkling clean The complimentary breakfast always has a large selection of tasty choices both hot and cold including fresh fruit The motel is very easy to access and is located right on I-40 and very close to the Kilpatrick turnpike There are literally dozens of great food choices within walking distance or just a short drive away All of the above are great reasons to stay at Best Western Plus in Yukon but the big difference is the staff Literally everyone from the desk clerks, housekeepers, maintenance, managers and owners are incredibly friendly, helpful and accommodating I highly recommend!

Dave of Bleecker

Very friendly and clean We are traveling with our cat this time Our room was very inviting and the bed and pillows very comfortable

We ended up staying an extra night , we determined we needed an extra night so we went right up to the front desk and was no problem getting another night in our same room Lots of food near by by either short drive or walking Breakfast was fresh and tasty

Raechyl Rodriguez

Ryan is AMAZING! He was able to turn our night/morning ALL the way around (reference my La Quinta review) They are pet friendly so my baby was also able to stay with us at a fantastic price, not bad AT ALLI already appreciated Ryan’s service but once we got in our room

EVEN BETTER! The room is beautiful, clean, big, everything I wanted but didn’t think we’d get Can’t say enough about this establishment🤩STAY HERE! STAY HERE! STAY HERE!

I have a small pet and have stayed at a few Holiday Inn Express’ during my travels, and have been pleased in the past The front desk people are nice, and that I appreciate, however, I will not be back to this locationI had remodelers working in my home and needed a place to go to during the daytime with my elderly parent and pet

Upon arrival, the room was so hot you could barely stand it The front desk said the air had been off for a couple of days in that room (motion sensors) Eventually the room did cool The carpet was filthy, one of the chairs had vinyl hanging off, the little dinette had wooden chairs that were all chipped with age and one of the walls had some kind of greasy looking smears on it The smell was gagging, it smelled like a dirty wet dog that had been in a pondI cleaned the room with a disinfectant and we continued to use it for 2 hours first day and 5 hours the next because if you’ve ever had to move elderly people, you know it upsets their world to change it constantly We had a physical therapist come for the weekly appointment with my parent and she was appalled by the conditions I assured her I had cleaned and we would be leaving soon Guys, I did contact the management after the stay, so in their defense, they didn’t get the opportunity to move us from room to room, but when you have need for handicap facilities and pet, options can be limited and I just didn’t want the hassle, we just dealt When I called, I did not ask for a refund, but did let them know the conditions They apologized and said they are getting ready to remodel, it’s a 16 year old facility and they know the furniture is dated My suggestion to those considering staying, call ahead and ask if the remodel has been completed before you book with them Sorry IHG, this was a very poor experience

* Review edit: I received an email from the GM of the hotel They said that the vending machines are on the first floor on the far west end I must have missed them but also didn’t see any signage for the vending area either

It worked for an overnight stay Luckily there are plenty of gas stations and restaurants near by though There isn’t a snack bar or any vending machines that I could find Other than that, we had a good stay, will just pick a different Holiday Inn next time

We travel with an electric car, and we booked this hotel because of it When we arrived the chargers did not work (things that can happen) But we counted on it (we specified it even in the reservation) and we arrived with practically no batteryThe night staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help

In the morning we went to tell the manager He was rude and unpleasant with the answers saying that he was not to blame and that he could not do anything that they hadn’t worked for months but that he wasn’t going to update booking every time there was a changeProblems can arise in any hotel but the manager’s despicable attitude makes me regret having slept there In any hotel with 5 booking points they treat you betterWe have traveled all over the United States and have never received treatment as bad as this manager I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy

Very nice people They allowed a late, 1pm checkout for us because we were waiting on my semi to get fixed at the crst shop The young lady with dark hair and glasses (my apologies for not remembering your name) as well as everyone else we encountered there were very accommodating, went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay

Nice little inexpensive hotel

Please change the way you train your employees When someone checks in with pets include that in the bill I asked for 3 nights with pets, what would the total be? She stated $304

00 Next morning, a second charge of 6600 was charged to my card without authorization I went to speak to the front desk and she stated it was the dog charge , she told me Not once was I told this extra price I made sure I now what I heard, due to being charged 3 other times the same way, didn’t want it to happen againbut did, by the same chain of hotels You can’t sell a sandwich for $10 and the next day charge an extra $7 for the condiments WTH Rooms were nice and bed comfy though I’m not saying she was rude or anything I blame the management due to having this happen multiple times by the same chain of hotels

Samantha Knipp

We checked in last night and the front desk gave us the wrong room So my mom used the key given to us and opened the door to our room and someone was in there already We checked into our actual room and there was 1 towel, 1 washcloth and 1 hand towel in the bathroom

Took a shower last night and there was no hot water and no shampoo or conditioner We came down for breakfast this morning and there is no liquid coffee creamer, only packets The only thing I will say is that the bed is comfy So far, 10/10 do not recommend

Everything was great until I went into the bathroom and seen a Bed Bug moving around on the floor I grabbed a tissue and picked it up went down to speak with the night auditor she apologized and moved us rooms at midnight and was told that the manager would be on duty in the morning I also asked to speak to the manager the following and was told that she was not in and that she would call when she came in

I still have NOT recieved a call I will never be back after paying over a $10000 for one night and dealing with Bedbugs in the room this is unacceptable Is all the day shift Front Desk Agent kept asking is “well did you get bit”!!😠😠😠😠

I walked into this hotel with my child ready to book a room, and I can’t even begin to tell you how appalled I was at the cleanliness of the front entrance SO bad, that I walked right back out to book somewhere else There were a group of children crawling all over the tabletops with no adult supervision

I am guessing they were the children of the workers As the front desk rep sat outside smoking cigarettes knowing there were customers waiting to be serviced It smelled bad inside, and there were sticky fingerprints all over EVERYTHING Will never go back

Chris & Amie Johnson

I’ve been a huge Marriott fan for decades and only stay at one of their properties whenever I travel For the first time ever I was greatly disappointed, with this property in particular I was surprised how outdated the rooms were and shocked by how dirty certain areas of the hotel

For example, the elevator smelled terrible and was filthy (literally trash on the floor all afternoon/night The front desk staff were amazingly kind and engaging which is the only reason this got two stars This does not change my high regard for Marriott, but I think the management at this particular location

Let me first post my review from their sister location…I normally wouldn’t write reviews but this experience was the worst I’ve ever had and since Stephanie (the woman who answered my call) refused to let me speak to a manager, this is my next best thing Yesterday we were meant to check in with this location but we made a mistake and booked the wrong location

My husband is active military so he didn’t receive the confirmation due to being in the field I called and informed Stephanie of our mistake and asked to please cancel our reservation…that we were currently checking into their sister hotel in El Reno Thankfully I had our call on speakerphone since we were at the correct location and Leslie (the lady who was checking us in) asked me to ask them to please wave the cancellation fee Stephanie informed me that she would not be able to cancel and we would be charged the entire stay!! I asked if I could speak with her supervisor/manager, she informed me that I could only call a few 1-800 numbers Not only was she extremely rude to us but when Leslie asked to speak to her, so that she could help us, she was then rude to her as well Leslie then called Hilton honors (since we are members) and they transferred her to the person who not only apologized profusely but canceled our stay and didn’t charge us a cancellation fee I would NEVER recommend this location due to the horrific customer service by StephanieNow with that said…Leslie is absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond to help us! Not only that, she understood that mistakes happen AND what it’s like being in the military I couldn’t thank her enough! Next time we come here this will be our home away from home!

Kodi Nichols

The room was nice Someone left milk in the fridge and housekeeping missed it The pool was pretty foggy/dirty and the card readers on the doors to the pool didn’t work

The ONE worker was super overwhelmed Breakfast was awful Cold potatoes, cold oatmeal, burnt eggs Cops had to be called for some reason well it’s El Reno do we expect any different? Not the best but not the worst I suppose

elijah pickett

It’s was okay the room was nice, but it wasn’t what I needed and they said that the pool was open and it wasn’t the fitness center was open cause they lock them selfs out of the pool area they couldn’t get in and nobody can get out So if you go here and book online I suggest that you call ahead and make sure that it what you wanted cause it wasn’t what I was expecting when I went

The staff was very friendly, the rooms were clean and accommodating, and there was no sign of any bugs

which is a very big plus because my kids and I are allergic to bed bugs There was a nice smoking area The fitness room looked clean and nice We loved the breakfast The snacks were reasonably priced and we made trips often to buy some Lol The staff was very informative The only drawback we had was the pool Its a very nice area, but I am not sure if it was a salt water poolif not it was super salty The temperature was nice though and they kept it warm in the entire pool area as well as fresh towels there so you didn’t have to bring any from your room Overall we would definitely stay again at this hotel We had a very nice experience while there

Chase Redding

This hotel is exceptional in nearly every way Large rooms, very comfortable beds, full size appliances, laundry facilities, ice machines on every floor, ect The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly and professional

Whether you are staying a single night or several weeks, you really can’t find a nicer hotel at any price point Highly recommend

Seriously a -0 star, worst service ever Despite having papers for my registered animal service dog, they still charged me, not once but twice! Which the lawyers are already handling The employees are a joke, literally saying “they’re trained to know what dogs qualify as service animals”

We all know that’s not true first off, secondly, they had ALL his paperwork and certification Secondly they charged me, twice for smoking, when no one smokes! Two night stay has totaled to $522 plus $250 plus $75 Three separate charges The employee who did a room inspection said everything looked great, yet once leaving they started charging up my card So called manager is beyond rude, with a disgusting attitude She treated us as if we were some criminals or something who didn’t belong If you’re a person of color, stay clear, far far far away from here, the discrimination is very real I’m applaud, 2022 and this is still an issue

Myself and my 3 year old stayed a night on 3/11 We didn’t get in until about 1:30 and were both completely exhausted from being in the car so long The guy that was at the front desk that check is in was super kind and got us checked in extremely quick

The hotel was pretty full and it was about 26 degrees outside I asked where I could park that would be the easiest for us to get to the room He went out and check the parking lot I told him that I would just bring our stuff up to the room and we would come back down and move the car He allowed me to just move my car up and out of the way so I wouldn’t have to come back down and try to find a place and walk back with my kiddo It was so much appreciated! The hotel overall was very clean and updated The room was very nice and also clean and the bed was so comfy!! I would definitely recommend!

Not impressed, but better than some of the other places I’ve stayed That being said

at least half of the watchable tv stations you can’t watch because it’s a poor signal, or no signal at allthe complimentary hairdryer was covered in a sticky film, so if I was a user of hairdryers I wouldn’t have been using this oneupkeep/maintenance could be improvedand some of the card entry doors don’t work so if you go to the “wrong” door be prepared to walk around to a different doorthe parking lot only has enough space for about half the guest capacityno hot tub/jacuzziand the breakfast was weird with watered down cranberry, apple, and orange juice which seems to have also been the case with the sausage gravy for the biscuitsroom was relatively clean, employess were polite, the view was of someone’s backyard and I couldn’t help but notice the horndog next door peeking, keep your shades drawn! 🤣

We have had the best experience, the staff has been kind and friendly every single one of them We originally were only staying two nights and decided to extend the stay, they were very accommodating The breakfast is top notch and everything was restocked

We went down super early the first morning and rather late the next and both times everything was full and plentiful Probably the most selections I’ve seen for a hotel breakfast For sure will be staying here again if we’re in the area Made for a great spring break with the kids

My fair and honest reviewPros: Customer service was standard and fine The hotel itself is modern and clean

The room was clean and spacious I didn’t utilize any of the amenities (pool, laundry, fitness center) What counts to me is where the review goes super downhill I requested a top floor room because I was going to be doing a lot of studying while there and hoped for a quiet atmosphere I was given a top floor room so props for thatCONS: The hotel is situated right off of interstate 40The room window was poorly designed, I could hear the whistling wind through the window and the non stop flow of loud interstate traffic The level of exterior noise penetrating the room was horrific It interfered with both my studying and sleeping In addition, the room door was not a good fit to the frame The gap on the non-hinge side and the gap at the bottom let in so much light that I had to rig some towels to block the light Lastly, the mattress was not comfortable at all for meI have never had any of the mentioned problems with the Hampton Inn or Sleep Inn Bottom line, if you like to sleep in the dark, and with no howling wind and traffic sounds Choose another hotel

Our room was very clean, I like how everything is white and you can really see the detail and how clean everything is Even the bedding is all white! The sheets are sooo soft and I like that they had firm pillows and soft pillows on each bed The complimentary breakfast was great

They had several choices and the ladies were super sweet and accommodating The location is great, so many restaurants and places to shop within walking distance Last but not least my favorite was the hot tub, very nice! This will be our choice hotel for all of our future visits!

Great experience for the price Love the suites Very comfortable rooms

TV in living room area and in bedroom so different people can watch what they want Beautiful hotel and rooms The employees were very friendly and helpful The free breakfast was amazing Best I have seen anywhere They have a good selection of great tasting food Omelets are cooked to order Best place we stayed on our vacation and the price is reasonable Near the airport We added a second night with no issues Only downside was dinner in the hotel restaurant The meat was terrible, very low quality The manager admitted they were not getting the best meat due to supply chain issues but the prices charged are not changed! If you have a fear of heights, be advised that the elevators are glass and all floors overlook the first floor central area

Hotel and staff were great and welcoming Only issue I had was adjusting the room temps (hence the 4 star instead of the 5 star), seemed like you couldn’t control the temp to the room It was definitely cold which is welcoming after coming in from the heat, but at night it was definitely cold

Rooms were definitely cleaned with pride

I would like to start by apologizing if I butcher the name of the guy that works over night Our experience staying here was a 10/10 I believe his name was Walid and it may have been the best experience I’ve had staying at a hotel (and I travel a lot and stay at 15+ hotels monthly)

Not only was he professional, but he was understanding, very helpful and has a great since of humor He was able to get us into a room after hours of no luck with other hotels and it being well past midnight The room passed our expectations with cleanliness and was overall perfect With what started as a terrible experience (with James the worker that walid took over for) hung up on me and then was quiet rude once we arrived We were going to leave and find another hotel, but then I saw they did a shift change so I went in to talk to walid Because of him he made the experience great for me and my family After 10+ hours of driving and no hope of getting a hotel if it wasn’t for him we would’ve slept in our car I 100% recommended everyone staying at this hotel if you’re traveling through Oklahoma City
