I’ve stayed at the Marriott several times for work I LOVE the BIG BUCKET!! The pool area is clean, large, and great for children My rooms were great when I stayed in the main hall

The West Wing was run down and dated, but they kicked me out last time, because they are renovating!! The location is awesome! Very close to 5 beaches, golfing, restaurants, and shopping A great place for groups Oh, and there’s a Casino inside the building 😎

Don’t forget to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking a stay This site will compare countless booking websites and typically will have rates a lot cheaper than others! Thank me later! This place is the best rated in the area

I have been coming here for a very long time If you stay for a few days you for sure won’t be let downFantastic place, very clean, wonderful staff Highly recommend to stay here I’ve been told the rooms in the detached building are even nicer with newer amenities, will be staying there in the future hopefully

It is fine Nothing fancy but not nearly as barbaric as some of these reviews make it seem Our bed was great, sheets were clean

Towels were clean but thin, greyed & clearly need replacing The bathroom was a similar standard & the grout could use a solid deep clean We weren’t given any hand soap for the bathroom but got 2 bottles of conditioner for unknown reasons Hand soap would have been nice They charge you ~$8 to park your car The furniture in our room was dusty, the chair by the ice maker was covered in stains, yuck This place just needs some upgrading of that which is wornRoad noise was a bit loud in the morning Casino closes at 11:30pmThe grossest part was the coffeemaker in our room had a film of mold inside where you put the water Completely disgustingBreakfast is not free The pool looked fun particularly for kids as they have a splash/playground pool area It was fine, we’d stay there again but I definitely felt the need to wear shoes in the room

Stayed 3 nightsNoise is the main issue for meWas first place in a room adjacent to the main road and can’t begin to explain the eclectic variety of road noise

The following day we were assigned a first floor room at the end of the building At night one could hear the upstairs guest moving furniture and a general ruckus One would think they were swing from the chandeliersAlthough the rooms are non-smoking, guest sit out in the open hall smoking, thus the smokes enters the roomCalled reception and they fail to understand that smoking is, by law, prohibited in public areas and a smoking area must be assignedSite and property was clean and well maintainedThe Staff was very friendly, helpful, courtesy and kind Kings and Kudos to them

For starters the person at the gate, the first impression, was rude and short We came the night of our wedding, had dinner and hotel reservations- we noted THREE times on the reservations and via email(after they asked over the phone for us to email them) and they didn’t do ANYTHING SPECIAL for our wedding You only have one wedding night so it was highly disappointing to not have anything be acknowledged in that regard & when we asked for a lighter/matches so we can light candles we were told someone would come up and no one showed

The hotel room was ok, felt like staying at a families home not a luxury hotel, it wasn’t cozy Balcony furniture was cheap and not comfortable/no cushions And as mentioned there is no lighting throughout the property if you’re walking from the restaurant it’s eerie The pool was closed and under construction and I believe the spa was too To spend over $300 and not have the special occasion acknowledged or amenities available I definitely wish we just stayed elsewhere I have worked in luxury hotels and this was no where close to meeting our expectations Waste of money honestly The food was good, however The only reason I’m giving any stars at all

John Sheehan

The best part is the beautiful beach location The property is well maintained and they were upgrading the main pool A pool by the restaurant was available and very nice

Service was excellent and the property was convenient to Isabella and many surrounding attractionsWe would definitely stay there again

Leyda Rodriguez-Candelaria

The room needed upkeep and maintenance The tub did not drain properly, the toilet was loud as hell, the bathroom door did not close properly, the bed creaked really loudly (which they did address during our stay), there was only one available electric outlet in the room (which is insane in 2022 when everyone has a phone), and when we first got there there was no trash can (although they did provide one when requested)On top of that, when we first got there, reception could not provide full information on offers and packages (all of which require 24 hour notice)

When we tried reaching the front desk, you couldn’t count on someone answering the phone, regardless of time of dayUnfortunately, we were not able to go to the restaurant The Eclipse since it is reservation-only (which you can only make online), but fortunately there’s lots of eating options outside the hotelOverall, the experience was beyond disappointing We were able to make the best out of the situation by doing most activities outside the resort itselfWe were gifted a bottle of champagne for the inconveniences, but overall, it just was not a good experience

Great place to be, peaceful, relax, the best connection between nature, mountains near the beach! Birds singing, even a horse whinnying in the morning at a very far distance!! Love it!!! Admin team, WAO!!! 10 stars focus on service and customer satisfaction I’ll come back I even took a 360 degrees view

I’ll be sharing with Serenity

Jeremy Webber

Great experience overall and I will definitely consider this spot again when I go back next winter Really friendly staff, and a good central location You can definitely walk to the beach, but it is a bit of an uphill to get home, but definitely doable if you are in okay shape

Very limited kitchenware options There is just enough to cook basic stuff but by no means is it a fully stocked kitchen Make sure to bring coffee filters and a few extra towels just to be safe

Hillary Clausen

Very nice rooms, comfy bed, and in a beautiful and quiet location A quick (but hilly) walk to coffee, restaurants, and our favorite beach, Sandy Beach Cute cats are sometimes hanging out in the patio

Was a little disappointed in the difficulty finding someone on site to talk to There is no house keeping which is a bummer due to beach days/sand accumulation Also, no beach supplies like towels or chairs are available to rent or borrow

Amazing setting Feels like you are in the last breath of a colonial estate Minor damage post Maria, but up and running

Two story rooms with a plunge pool Restaurant food and service are great, enjoy an amazing meal on the oceanService and cleanliness is spotty Location, food, and enthusiasm make up for it

Patrick Giesecke

Came here for breakfast It was very minimalist – the server, who may well have been our cook too, just listed the 5 or 6 options out (omelette, eggs, french toast, and maybe one or two other options) after arriving with coffee and orange juiceThe French toast was good but was the same bread as the toast

The omelette was prepared well with fresh ingredients, but nothing outstanding about the foodThe ability to eat in what appears to be the lobby, among several different options for seating, which all overlook the ocean, was definitely the highlight of the meal

Mihir Meghani

There are great views from here The grounds are very nice We were not happy with dinner here though

Despite speaking with the manager ahead of time, & with the chef prior to dinner, they had nothing more for dessert for our fixed price dinner other than fruits, saying they ran out of things For a high end restaurant, I expect much more & neither did the manager come to apologize or make amends on our bill For that, & the lack of vegetarian ingenuity, I cannot give this more than an average rating for the restaurant Bottom line: not worth the money You can get the views elsewhere But if the meal had been better, the evening sunset views while dining are nice & appropriate for a romantic special evening

Great No frills hotel near great beaches

very well kept, clean and secluded the restaurant open on weekends only, But there is ample places to just across 107 Ramey base us just down the street I was surprised the only thing was not having a room fridge, but not a deal breaker Clean pools and very quiet, sun screen a most comfortable bed/ bone chilling A/C enjoy

This hotel is located in a convenient location Just a few minutes from the hotel with lots of stores and restaurants near byThe front desk check in woman was too busy listening to here music with her airbuds on to say hello or give any kind of greeting

The check in was fast Our room was located right next to the lobby The room itself was clean and had some updates What is was missing was lighting It was very dark In order to have any lighting, we had open the shade of the window facing the parking lot Which means we had to show the world our business The hotel does have a nice pool which is located right near our room! It was very quiet and peaceful!

Ryan Rutledge

We arrived at 2am and there was no one working in customer service A gentleman standing in the lobby outside the service desk took my name and gave me a key He told me to check-in, in the morning when staff arrived

Wish there was staff after hours The room was clean, a little dated but can’t really complain The pool area and beach were beautiful I would definitely come back

Martin Romo-Guzman

DO NOT GET MARRIED HERE, the sales agent Jessica is the absolute worst We made the mistake of selecting this place site unseen due to cheaper rates ( you get what you pay for) She was useless during the entire process We signed a contract and could not back out without loosing a lot of money

this place will do better without her Our wedding day was rainy and she had no input or backup plan I guess if it was up to her we would just have a wet rainy wedding on the beach Thank god the Manager of the Resort stepped in fixed all our issues, no wet wedding she came up with a good and beautiful backup location She was very professional and courteous thanks to her I would rate the service 5 stars but I need to make sure no one else makes the same mistake I did The manager would do herself and the resort a huge favor getting a replacement for Jessica that actually cares

Ángel Oquendo

The hotel is in a great location and the staff is very attentive The rooms though need a remodeling or lots of care The bathroom sink water presure is really low, the faucet and shower heads look and feel really old

Back sliding door was really hard to open (could see metal on metal rubbing) The rooms walls were all smudged from years of wear and tear The rest of the hotel is ok and of course the sunsets are beautiful Great location also for night time activities, lots of restaurants and things to do

Love, love, LOVE this place My first stay but definitely not my last The location is perfect and right on the oceanfront, the food is delicious, and the staff is very warm and welcoming

You can feel the history of the place I recommend “The Black Witch” cocktail if you hit the bar There’s also a small outdoor mall with a supermarket within walking distance and a discount store along the way

Justin Crespo

Hotel was so beautiful! Staff are great! Beach is beautiful Rooms are comfortable No complaints

if I had to say what improvements they should make Stop letting celebrities walk in and out knowing that there not guests One celebrity was not a guest and this celebrity disrespect me and other guests He came use jet ski and smacked guests cameras from there hands and very rude to staff Then offered to buy drinks to everyone he disrespected no guests accepted his drinks We all have enough money to buy own drinks Stop letting local celebrities take advantage of staff, and be rude to guests! It’s unacceptable, and bad behavior

Gerardo Irizarry

The place was empty when we arrived around 5pm on a Saturday We were a party of 10 and the guy in the front desk wanted to split our party in different tables, even the bartenders were shocked about it The security guard was very unprofessional treating guests, the guy at the front desk gave us no options but to leave the place since he didn’t wanted to accomodate an additional guest in our table

Covid policies are out of date compared to similar places in the area We ended up in a different place, with no reservation and at last minute without any problem Not recommended until they update their non-sense covid policies

The little cabin we stayed in at the Hacienda was so cute and in such a beautiful setting It was nestled next to a pond and in the evening and the mornings we would hear the coquis, doves, and other animals calling and cooing — nature’s beautiful symphony Large double doors opened onto a small porch where there was a hammock slung

There was also a claw foot bathtub in our room, in addition to a full bathroom The staff at the Hacienda was hands-off but available by What’s App if we needed anything They left us with a little hospitality package, a cute bag of snacks We loved staying there, for two nights, and it was centrally located so we were able to take day trips around San Sebastian and to Mayaguez no problem The only thing we didn’t expect was the fact that both the pool and the on-site restaurant were closed But oh well, we made do!

The location of coconut palms was excellent! It’s right on the beach and the shared terrace looking out onto the ocean was incredible It’s a short drive from many of the bars and restaurants The beach is clean and quiet

It doesn’t get 5 stars due to the room itself needing some updates The bed was not very comfortable, the microwave in the kitchenette didn’t work well, the air conditioning was difficult to use, and we were there for 3 nights and the room was never cleaned Overall we still very much enjoyed our stay

Madeline Newman

We had high hopes from reading other reviews and looking at photos, but our stay was very sub par We were given the only room not actually in the main area of the inn off the street, when we had booked a partial garden view roomThen we proceeded to find many, many cockroaches in our room

They literally came out of the coffee maker The bed was clean and comfortable but the bathroom did not give a clean feeling at all, especially paired with all the bugsWe told them about the roaches and all they offered was to do pest control in the room We continued to see them the rest of the stay as well I would absolutely not stay here againOther guests we met didn’t seem to have the same bug issue but I can’t imagine it was isolated to only the room we were in

It’s a beautiful place Cabins were clean Good parking

Check-in greatRestaurant did not meet expectations We went to have dinner at 5:30 pm and the waiter or whoever he was told us that the waiting period was more than an hour because there was only one chef to doing everything and that food might be ready at 10pm Poor planning for such a visited site The pool needs to be managed in a better form Seeing adults drinking by the pool , cursing, and a pool packed with more than 30 people is not a good experience These are the little things that need to be looked at for the betterment of the Parador

Katherine Mendez

My mother was trying to make reservations in person and was treated terribly She is a senior citizen with a service dog and was mistreated by several employees They lacked professional and communication skills

They mishandled the situation leaving my mother distraught and scared instead of deescalating the issue My mother even made a complaint with the local police because of the incident I would leave no stars if i could
