I am picky with my hotels We stayed here night before we flew out of Orlando Airport, we loved it Great, clean rooms

Beds were comfortable, Full kitchen, nice bathroom, amazing breakfast, nice staff, smells amazing throughout the hotel, and it’s a convenient location All of that at a great price!!! I have stayed at a few different hotels near the airport, but this one is now our new favorite We plan to stay there every year!!! Highly recommend!!!!

Scott LaGraize

Don’t forget to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking your hotel This site will compare countless booking websites and typically will have prices a lot cheaper than others! You’re welcome :)! This place is one of the most well known in the area

I’ve been coming here for a long time If you decide to stay here you definitely won’t be disappointedThis hotel was very clean and comfortable It was just a quick one night stop before we went to our final destination We arrived at airport about midnight feeling very tired and exhausted after a long day of travel Shuttle took a long time to pick us up but once we got to hotel, everything was good

Jem Jennifer Munley

This was a top notch hotel and stay! Clean clean and good staff! Smooth process from airport to hotel on shuttle and comfy nights sleep! I couldn’t find much wrong and I am picky on clean and perfection! I told the staff the only imperfection I found was the sheet corner wasn’t tucked all the way down! Oops! I’ll take that! I’ve had some unclean unsatisfactory stays and at 3 star hotels that aren’t at their quality anymore! This Staybridge is up to par! Better than Hampton and Hilton garden stays we had!

QUEENofCOIN “QueenOfCOIN”

If I were the owner of the Hilton brand, I would yank my name off this building I stayed 2 nights at 269/per night When I arrived, the valet situation was a cluster

It appeared to be a one-way drive PACKED with parked cars, I didn’t know what to do I had a lot of bags to unload and there was no luggage cart The valet explained that they were all taken and suggested that I stop the elevator on every floor to look for a cart that someone had ditched I made two trips to fourteenth floor to get everything inChecking in, I was the only guest at the front desk, and the tall man would not even acknowledge me He seemed super stressed out The lady offered to help me instead Turns out the tall guy is the manager Now this is all making senseOnce I got in the room, I realized the toilet was clogged, and the bed-side light was flickering like an insane asylum I called the front desk to ask for a room with a working toilet and lights, but they did nothing about it The young man who works late acted like he was so aggravated that I called the front desk to ask for a wake up call He was also rude when I asked if it was too late to get food from restaurantI called down to the valet at 615am to pull up my car and when I got down there, they had ignored my request, which me late for a work event I was away for 17 hours, and since I didn’t have time to hassle with room request, I decided to ignore the issues My room was untouched, nobody serviced it, cleaned it, no coffee Which forced me to buy a $5 black coffee downstairs at Starbucks because there was no other optionThe manager at the front desk should have been my first indication that this place is a circus Between the sloppy valet, unkempt rooms, and RUDE men working the front desk, This place needs new management

Kenny Tudor

The room weren’t great The air conditioner ran constantly you couldn’t adjust the temperature so we had to turn it off so we didn’t freeze to death The room had a musty smell to it

There is a place to eat in the lobby but I wouldn’t call it a restaurant it was overpriced The location was convenient they don’t tell you on the booking sites you have to pay additional for parking

Sophia Vedell

This was one of the worse hotels I’ve ever stayed in in my whole entire life Parking was horrible one way in pretty much one way out Got in my room filthy had a washcloth that someone had used had lipstick or blood I don’t know which one went and talked to the housekeeper she said she didn’t speak English so she really couldn’t help me

Really foul smell carpet was dirty really need to be renovated Horrible experience never again!! Valet worker smell completely like he just came out of the room and was smoking weed !!

This Inn was very cozy and clean The entrance is kind of tucked away if you’re coming from Lake Eola next door We were greeted with smiles and the lobby smelled so clean

Coffee and infused water available right there Our room was a single queen with a balcony Room was a little small, but none the less comfortable Bed is nice and soft Bathroom was clean and the walk in shower was spacious Balcony is shared, separated by white curtains The view outside wasn’t amazing, but for just sitting outside enjoying the weather it’s nice My only complaint was that our TV wasn’t workingThere is an open balcony in the main hallway in the 2nd floor with comfy chairs Nice area to just catch some sun and relax At night they have soft lights around the areaOverall it’s a nice stay and would recommend itAlso sits above a bar!

Probably one of my favorite hotels I’ve ever stayed in Super clean Staff was really friendly

We had the King balcony room it was very spacious and the bathroom was to die for 😍 The bathtub was HUGE! Also in a great location right next to a beautiful park and in walking distance to a ton of good food Next time I’m in Orlando I’ll definitely be staying here

My husband and I stayed at this location for over a week and we really it and enjoyed our stay I have to mention Tess, Manager and Isabella for their great smiles every morning whether it was 6am or 10am, they greeted you with big beautiful smiles and were very attentive to your needs Great job, Ms

Tess and thank you for everything to you and your entire staff-Mr and Mrs Lamb

Room had roaches They moved us to another room that wasn’t sure if was safe to stay in because of poison, confirmed they fumigated day before Requested housekeeping during my stay, they didn’t show up

Annoying your room cards don’t work for gym, have to request it every time you want to use it Too many people to use the pool & dirty Not ideal for families, had construction workers smoking & drinking all day watching the guests swim Breakfast had turkey sausage everyday- don’t eat turkey- what happened to bacon? Limited options Rooms are paper thin Can hear everything in the hallway, people talking, other rooms, even when the elevator dings Constantly wakes you up I won’t be staying here again

S H

Breakfast included was pretty complete except that was missing fruits Not even bananas were offered, forget about apples Being in FL one would think fruit would be readily available

Recommend to replace Cinnabon for apples and bananas if looking at cutting the budgetThe website says laundry included but with out luck it wasn’t functioning!! We had to find an outside laundry, very inconvenient! Took a star off from service but staff were nice and knowledgeable

Updated from my last review

the place is even better now that it’s an apartment complex and not a hotel anymore It’s even cleaner and the staff is still great I only have 2 issues 1 is the light in the living room area is not bright enough to illuminate the whole room so I need to by a lamp for my bed area and 2 I can’t cook bacon or pretty much anything with out the fire detector going off because it’s too close to my kitchen and there isn’t any proper ventilation to let he smoke out and leaving windows open don’t help either and leaving my door open exposes my room and my belongings Other than that I’m good here

Fatima O’riana

I have been here a month so far and it has been wonderful I moved here from up North and checked in a day after check-in and there was no late check-in fee Raquel who works at the front desk has been amazing in helping us transition

The room looks exactly as advertised It is quiet and people generally mind their business around here It’s very family oriented and my kids love to go to the front desk for candy I really don’t have anything bad to say

kat k

They were very friendly worked with me especially when I had to work doubles clean safe environment my kids could actually go outside to play it was cool Staff is awesome I got sick out of town they were very nice to my daughters gave them space didn’t harass them i was in a coma so they were out of sorts

staff was understanding and pleasant

Jon Richardson

The hotel itself is very nice, and the location is great The issue is that despite the price advertised for the room, and the front desk’s assurance that the price charged is in fact the final price, they’ll charge your card 3 days after you leave for additional “services” that you the customer cannot opt out of For example, when you arrive at the hotel, they prevent you from parking your own vehicle and require that you enroll in their mandatory valet service

That “service” charges your card $55 for each time they take your vehicle and park it in an unknown location and thereafter bring it back to the front The front desk represented to us that the advertised price online that was paid in full prior to our stay was the final price The valet themselves confirmed that Nevertheless, 72 hours after we checked out, they start making additional credit card charges It’s dishonest and scummy and any potential customers should be aware of the additional fees that this hotel is more than happy to hide and then charge for Won’t be staying there again

Darren Kirby

Four star hotel, but limited parking New hotel in downtown Orlando The hotel itself is nice and brand new

Would be hard pressed to find anything better in its price range However, it doesn’t really have its own parking They are cramming cars into some free space behind the hotel, and using a valet service to do that (at $26 or $28? a night) No self parking available at the hotel The valet has room to accommodate maybe 40 cars for a 200 room hotel? The rest are parked in nearby garages and spaces, adding to the time it may take to retrieve your car when they are busy This is reflective of the increasing issue with parking availability/pricing in downtown Orlando Not sure if this hotel will continue to be a selection for me

Helene Caseltine

The hotel is in a convenient downtown location The room was fine, very clean & quiet The bartender was very friendly

However, the food for dinner was awful! Who knew you can ruin a grilled cheese sandwich?? It was not the “4-Cheese Grilled Cheese on Sourdough”, but more a slice of American cheese slapped on a piece of white bread – for $12! (fries were good, tho)Plus, I thought I read that the hotel offered a complimentary “Continental Breakfast” – it was not You order off a menu with nothing complimentary for breakfast oh well, it was only one night!

This is an older Double tree that is in need of a renovation The spa rooms have had the bathrooms updated some what with a shower with a nice sliding glass door and shower head, but the rooms are a little on the small side and the beds are very soft They have a nice air purifier in the spa rooms as well

But found the room to be very warm, even though the temp was set to 70 degsThe bar area is easy to get to and the restaurant is not bad The workout room is very nice for a hotel and they have a large pool out back but the pool for some reason is not the invitingWould I stay here again, yes, but I would prefer the Hampton Inn and suites if you are a Hilton member as it is near by and rooms are a little nicer and the pool is a lot more inviting as well

Michael Krieger

I stay with Hilton Property hotels often This hotel was convenient for business needs and had many food options available nearby Breakfast seemed expensive, my room only had 2 clothes hangers, no mini fridge, and no water bottles offered at check-in (I have member status)

Overall a nice stay and they were gracious enough to extend checkout time by 1 HR so that I could work in my room up until the time that I needed to go to the airport

Emily Hathcock

When I first arrived I had high hopes for this hotel I checked reviews, it was in a good location ( close to the school and plenty to eat and shop around the area) and the lobby was very nice However, for the price, the room had no microwave or a mini fridge

It had an old small coffee maker only A little disappointed as I had some small snacks I would have liked to have refrigerated The A/C was loud and the room had a musty smell I could live with that – but the shower wall had long black hair all over it and in the morning I woke up to a roach scurrying across the room ! The blow dryer was encrusted with fingerprints and someone’s hair product I couldn’t even use it The roach and dirty bathroom is what really made this stay ruined – also didn’t offer continental breakfast, and without a way to store your own food in the room it seemed a little much

My dauthers and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here It was by far, one of our best hotel experiences in Orlando From check-in, to surprising my girls with the delicious breakfast in the morning

Our room was so nice, and the beds delightfully comfortable Located so close to downtown, it gave us a taste of downtown living 10/10 would recommend, and we will definitely come back again

Desiree Neal

Old property with renovations and soft touches of contemporary decor It’s downtown inner city so with that being said comes homelessness and stranglers… doesn’t bother me but might bother you Location is immediately off I-4 for a bit of convenience

Valet or self parking($18) and has a shuttle service that takes you 3mi of the property Staff interaction was pleasant and informative My stay came with breakfast I was supposed to have a dbl Queen however the 3rd party sent it to the hotel as king room The front desk employee was able to make a reasonable adjustment and get me a room with a pull out sofa, Thanks front desk! The room was fresh but did have smudges on the wall, sofa cushions were worn and slouchy, the packaged cups placed with the ice bin had holes in the plastic and were torn 🤔 which made me question safety/cleanliness/sanitary but I’m just go pray about it and drink the alcohol hoping that kills whatever may have got in the cup

Cinda Clark

Room was nice but

negatives were coffee machine was broken, shower water temp was either scalding hot or cold no in-between, the lighting was terrible no light near door where only full length mirror is One of the lamps had an light bulb out that I pulled out so room service would know The mini fridge worked but the exterior so hot that i left cabinet door it was housed in open to try to cool it off Kept the drinks cold though The restaurant is NOT open for lunch even though advertised it is Positives was beds comfortable, rooms was clean and was cold

This is where we stay whenever we are visiting UCF The hotel is close to campus as well as a lot of restaurants Everyone on staff is very helpful

We needed to extend our stay, and Gabe assisted us in doing so We had a very noisy person next door, and the front desk staff was able to help even at 3AM The complimentary hot breakfast is nice and we enjoyed having coffee, tea, and water available by the front desk all day long They’ve also added a hot food vending machine which was helpful to satisfy a chocolate craving at 1AM We were able to relax by the pool and we loved having 24 hour access to a fitness room Always an enjoyable stay!

Tom M

Great location near UCF and Orlando area attractions Nice and quiet Appears recently updated and remodeled tastefully

Spacious well appointed rooms Full hot breakfast included eggs, sausage and waffle maker, along with cold items like yogurt, toast and fruits there’s an area by the pool with picnic tables My only complaint would be that the pool was poorly maintained – it was so green I wouldn’t even put my foot in! Also had leaves and debris on the bottom We ate outside and I noticed several people came out to use the pool and left without going in

Avery Carlson

Its a two star hotel for many reasons One of them being the door handle that would come off whenever we tried to use it or the same door that constantly was getting stuck It has nice renovations that despite the efforts don’t hide the aging of the building

It is a good enough hotel and you can’t beat the price We totally enjoyed our stay but if you want something nice maybe look at other options The pictures on the website are misleading and definitely use that real estate photography magic The hotel was good enough but if you want great look somewhere else

We booked a room with the Go Port package as we were going on a cruise the next day The process was easy The hotel offers a shuttle from the airport to the hotel, it was a bit of a wait but the hotel is close to the airport

The room was very clean and nice We enjoyed the pool and hot tubThe manager DJ was a joy to interact with He was very helpful and kind, ensuring we had what we needed We didn’t realize we needed to print something for our cruise, and he was able to print this for us which was a reliefOverall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again

Sebastian Schaper

Stayed here for one night after we flew in from Europe and arrived after midnight A good airport hotel, close to the airport, but quiet to get a good nights sleep Rooms were nice and clean, only the A/C could have made less noise

We did not get to use the pool because it was pouring Breakfast was way above our expectations Lots of choices, good presentation, attentive staff that restocked everything immediately and kept the breakfast buffet looking nice all the time

Faith Stuart

Great service nothing too much trouble for the staff Room clean and spacious We had a problem with the door lock and within 30 minutes the maintenance man arranged a room change and even got a luggage trolley and helped us move

Couldn’t have asked for more assistance The pool was clean and the surrounding area and gardens were kept clean and tidy

The airline placed my family here when they overbooked the flight Staff and service was excellent The facility was recently updated, but the building still shows aging

We had trouble with the elevators and the room keys not working reliably, and the air conditioner was very rattly There’s a very large outdoor pool The hot tub wasn’t operational Breakfast (paid, but free with IHG status) was great, with an excellent omelette bar

Emily Ohmart

Not a great stay at the Holiday Inn this time The hot tub was out of order, our room key stopped working almost every time we left and came back — we had to get it reset twice (and the trip isn’t over yet) We also overheard a family enter their room for the first time to find someone else in the room! They charge for parking, and the $11

99 breakfast buffet looked like any other hot breakfast that would normally be includedThe rooms were clean and staff was friendly, but would not recommend staying here at the time of this review

Helder Dias

Follow up at this location is a tough pill to swallow I would have expected this at a value brand motel and not bothered following up As a Spire Elite member, I would have expected a little more

I checked out at 11AM on 2/19 At 12:10PM I made my first attempt to contact the hotel regarding an item forgotten in the room At 4:50PM, my second attempt was made then again at 7:19PM Didn’t get the name of the 12:10 PM person, spoke with Tina Marie for the last two calls on the 19th and was assured from Tina Marie someone would contact me on 2/20 between 9-5 to follow up2/20 5:25 PM called again, spoke to Liz (Supervisor), explained about forgotten item again as this was new to her, assured again a follow up call would be made within 30 minutes Called back at 6:18PM, 7:14PM and finally 8:51PM, no answer on all 3 attempts2/21 1:34PM Spoke with Dakota at the front desk, explained the problem again, she actually took the time to go to Housekeeping to look for the item and unfortunately was unable to locate itI get it, I left the item behind, completely my fault I’m sure I’m not the first person to have left something behindBiggest problem right now is parts availability of electronic manufacturing is currently making it difficult to find a replacementRecovery at the hotel would have been much easier within 2 hours versus waiting 2 days for someone to actually look, making multiple calls (some unanswered), multiple explanations, and of course the final frustration, no one able to locate it versus actually been looked for when originally reportedLost & Found protocols should be in place and enforced, things happen Why the disconnect? Above all, if the desk agents or supervisors say they will call back, actually call back instead of attempting to pacify a paying customer

Pros: The people/staff were very kind and helpful, and the hotel was very clean and only 5 min drive from the airport Shuttle from the airport to the hotel at 10pm was efficient and the driver was very friendly!Cons: We were just looking for a convenient spot to spend the night for an overnight layover, and had called to confirm that the shuttle ran all night When we arrived, we were told the shuttle did not run all night, and 4am-6am shuttles were booked/not available

We were on the 4th floor which smelled very bad in the hallway – hopefully a temporary thing – but the room was honestly very nice and very clean However, for $180 with taxes and fees would not recommend for a quick stay

We checked in last night around 9p and the front desk guy was amazing We have had a rough time with our travels and accommodations recently so having him try his best to explain and help my family out meant everything to me I only wish I caught his name

Thank you, your patience and kindness will not be forgotten Please be mindful the free shuttle runs from 430a to 1a so if you have an early flight you will need other transportation

Great location The rooms were great, service by staff was on point Very attentive and extremely helpful

We had brunch and everything I ate was delicious The menu was very diverse and there was something for everyone We were celebrating Father’s Day and my dad, brother and brother in law had the best time They made this time a very special occasion that my family will forever cherish I will be back in the future

This is a pretty fancy hotel Probably one of the fanciest downtown Orlando has to offerThe restaurant is fantastic

The Sunday brunch is even more fantastic The bar has some great craft cocktailsThe check-in procedure is smooth and the staff behind the desk is on the top of their gameParking is a bit of a challenge and even though they offer valet from some very efficient subcontractors, it would have been nice if the designers of the hotel made just a little bit more room to maneuver into the drop off area 🤦🏻‍♂️ at times the line can extend out into the street creating an uncomfortable wait time and a traffic jamOh, and it’s not inexpensive either 😉

We really appreciated Beverly, the inn keeper She was attentive to detail, makes an awesome breakfast and is a very interesting person to get to know Our room was spotless and we had everything we needed for an enjoyable weekend

The front porch overlooks the lake and we enjoyed our morning coffee here while we waited for breakfast The house has beautiful wood everywhere and feels very inviting Our daughter lives in Winter Park and we were only 16 minutes away from a lot of hustle and bustle but due to the surrounding acreage and it’s wildlife designation we felt like we were in the forest We highly recommend staying here and plan to go back Thank you Beverly

Close to lots of good food and convenient for area attractions as well We’ll be returning A very special place that is a wonderful option compared to chain hotels in the area

The Hotel was absolutely adorable My room was beautiful and spotless The parking was convenient

Maddie at the front desk was beyond helpful and pleasant Each deck attendant was helpful with my questions and needs I had room service each day and the food from the Tavern was amazing I cannot recommend this more highly and will definitely stay there again A true gem

Modern rooms and comfortable beds! The room was very clean and had a really great shower I can tell housekeeping really keeps the place clean The bed was comfortable and the sheets were soft

Self parking was $15 per night and the garage was very convenient Only drawback was the checkout process, I got 4 emails from 9-10am about checking out of my room Checkout is at 11am so I understand the need to check out in a timely manner but the incessant emails about checking out before 11 were a little pushy The employees were really friendly though!

We visited from San Diego this past weekend and was our first time in Orlando We don’t know the area so I am not sure if it’s situated in a good location, but it worked just fine for us since we had to travel to Sanford on Saturday and then the Kennedy Space Center on Sunday, so I guess it was as good as it gotWe arrived at 11pm and were really thirsty, the hotel has complementary water in the room (2 regular size bottles) and extra bottles for $2

00, we needed a little more than just a few bottles Conveniently there are two 7 elevens within 8 minute walk in both directions on Orange (we didn’t have a car) where we got water and snacksLiked:-Staff is very polite-The room is very spacious and very clean, nicely modernized and overall very enjoyable-Same with the bathroom, very nice, clean, and it seems like it just got renovated not long ago-Their coffee espresso machine in the room was a life saver-Nice closet where you find an iron, board, and even an umbrella!- Big mirrorsRoom for improvement:-They use a tablet in-room where you can order complimentary items such as more coffee, towels, etc (But no water) I used it twice, the second time they did not bring the items we requested until we asked the front desk-The bed is comfortable but the pillows were disappointing, enough to make it to this list-One night it got really noisy, the bar was very close to our room and we could hear the laughter and everything going on-I could hear guest in other rooms having conversations at midnight :(There is a parking structure right next to the Hotel and Tavern, but I am not sure how that works We had dinner at the tavern one night and the waiter asked if we needed our parking ticket validated, so I assume it’s free parking for hotel guests and tavern goersOverall we were satisfied, but not enough to recommend it to a friend 🤷🏻‍♂️

Work trip to Orlando Ended up being situated in this here room It was a fairly well maintained space

Nice sizable bed Had a couch for lounging, and a desk with a night light Even a microwave and mini fridge The location is great too, because everything is within walking distance so far as restaurants go There is even a pool, which I did not personally attend There is food served at the bar after 5 My only complaint is the room service was lacking The cleaning ladies didn’t clean up and replace the old towels They also left the trash in the bins Not the end of the world, but it isn’t asking much to do a complete job Otherwise, I would without a seconds hesitation spend another week straight here

So when I first arrived I initially had a problem The hotel was COMPLETELY full the weekend I went there was bus loads of people checking in The operation manager Adrianna was sure to reach out to me and completely take care of all the issues that I had

She was a saving grace! Good hotel Love the balconies Love the lemon scented products for shampoo and lotion Just extremely pleased with how this manager handled the situation after finding out what happened over the weekend

These hotel rooms are pretty gross The lobby has been updated nicely, but the rooms haven’t been TOUCHED in YEARS Looks like an old motel room inside

Not clean Our room had cobwebs, a tub that leaked all the way into the other room and smelled VERY musty Marie at the front desk was very sweet and moved is immediately after a flooding shower She was incredibly gracious and helpful BUT, this hotel needs a lot of work

Room was absolutely disgusting, I woke up and found bite marks on my skin and found out my first room had bed bugs in it and then I get to move to another to room then that room the toilet wouldn’t go down for putting almost nothing in that cheap toilet and they couldn’t do anything about it so I had to move into another room for my last night! The showers in each of the rooms were very disgusting, I don’t even have words to describe how bad the all the showers looked This place was under renovation and I think should’ve finished renovating first before putting people in rooms The only good part about this stay is the staff there are very nice to everyone

I should not have to worry about all of this just for a five night stay, this was absolutely ridiculous, the only good part about this stay was the staff were very nice, but other than that, I will probably NEVER stay in a best western hotel because of this and definitely do not recommend staying at this hotel!

We changed rooms in this hotel three times! The first room had trash by the bed from a previous customer, the air conditioner and lights were broken The second room had fleas, which caused us get bit by fleas The third room had not been cleaned and the bedding was clearly used! And now the fourth room has no cold water

Instead of solving our problems, the front desk staff kept saying that the manager could only be contacted on Monday He said that he could not contact the manager by message or phone to help us solve our problems! On top of that, their elevator is broken When we got into the elevator, the elevator seemed to be jumping, very scary! There were many problems, but the front desk staff is still very bad attitude, he said that he wanted to help other guests check out, no time to solve our problems I do not think checking out other people is any more urgent than our problem!

Pretty Precious

While the rooms were updated, the cleanliness was very subpar The bathroom floor needed much attention It looked as if it hadn’t been mopped in a week or two

The tub and shower definitely could’ve benefited from extra attention as wellI didn’t partake in the grab And go breakfast The hotel is under renovation so the option for a hot breakfast is understandably unavailableOnce renovations are complete, this location will be one I reconsider for future use But the cleaning staff most definitely need to step it up
