My stay was pleasant The motel was very clean, attractively decorated, and well-maintained Staff was welcoming, responsive, available, and competent

It was quiet There were two levels of window coverings so that one could have light or total darkness The window coverings appeared new, and all worked with no tears or stains Everything worked and was easy to operate, including the ice machines, the internet and television There were many outlets for computers and cell phones, etc There were many lights and lamps in the room I like to read and to work on my computer in the bed The lamp beside my bed was not bright enough for me, so I went out and bought a lamp and bulb for better light It did not occur to me at the time to request a brighter light bulb The breakfast was tasty and plentiful Thankfully, I saw no bugs Last year, at a nearby hotel, I captured a cockroach in my room and showed it to staff I gave four stars, not because of any failing of the motel, but because this is not a luxury facility It is a very well kept, well managed motel that provides a comfortable, clean place to get a great night’s sleep in a comfortable bed It also happens to be well located, near numerous restaurants, grocery stores, and big box stores Having tried some other motels and hotels in the area, Best Western Plus Lake Worth Inn & Suites is my choice

Clean, quiet, and comfortable! The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the room had a very nice view Also, the staff (Renee and Greg) were friendly, courteous and provided exceptional customer service! Convenient to downtown travel and a great area filled with a choice of all kinds of restaurants within walking distance of hotel We would definitely stay here again

Great property at a reasonable price!

My wife and I were traveling to Texas to help my brother in the hospital During our travel we searched via our phone and found Best Western Plus Lake Worth We called and talked to the staff about trying to get to ft

Worth that night Things changed and we were not going to stay in Lake Worth During our call to the location we were both under the impression that you could cancel a reservation if you call before 5:00 We determined we were not going to Lake Worth so we called at 4:40 when the lady at the desk informed us we had to cancell earlier and we will be billed The next day we saw a bill for $162xx We called that day to question because we felt we were informed of a different policy The call never seemed to go beyond the front desk We asked for the manager to call us back and never did I called a few times during the hours he was suppose to be onsite but they kept telling me he wasn’t there I then called customer care and they informed me they talked to him and he declined to give us our money back It is unfortunate that a manager will not take calls from customers I have never written a review before but this one frustrated me I am not one who yells or gets upset with people especially over the phone and cannot understand how miss communication cannot be rectified I will definetly remember the service we recieved and make a decision to look past Best Western I would think this isn’t all Best Westerns but it definetely makes me think about our future travels

The woman helping and serving at the breakfast bar really is the difference here She was kind, accommodating, and really a great host Joking with and chatting with all the guests and really treating them like family

Other than that, the hot breakfast was good At the time they had eggs, French toast, sausage, cereal, a Texas-shaped waffle maker, juice, hot coffee, muffins, bagels and other bread options as well as some fruitThe beds are super comfortable and rooms are equipped with a fridge and microwave Indoor pool and exercise room

Angie Conley

It may have been a really nice hotel at one time but it is looking a bit Shabby now The elastic in my sheets was stretched out and I am a wiggle worm so I had to get up and re-tuck the sheets several times Just checked prices on line and I am wondering why my room was double what I found on line I was a walk in but at $150

00 plus tax I should have followed my gut and walked out Front desk young ladies were both very nice and profession I would not stay here again

This hotel is nice -ish I’ve certainly stayed at better Marriott’s, but it is pretty nice One piece of feedback – there was nothing on our door indicating we did not want our room cleaned

However when we returned from being gone the entire day (literally left at 8:00 am and did not return until midnight) our room had not been cleaned and we had no clean towels or rags My husband had to go down and get moreThe hotel is in a good spot and conveniently located to downtown For the price, it’s good I would recommend Just ask for extra towels when you arrive 😉

Laurie Giertz

Very roomy stay 1 bedroom suite Large living room and bedroom large TVs, kitchen that has an oven! Small couch could really fit a small sectional Across from I820 and Naval airstrip so can be a little noisy but we’ve had no problems sleeping

Bedding and towels nice Refrigerator has ice trays Breakfast downstairs daily Very friendly staff

Nobodys Business (Bonjour)

No service for 2 weeks, over charged and charged double then different amounts at random times putting my account to over negative $1,000 No towels, had to wash their towels, no blankets, no sheets for bed in sofa, general manager BUSTED through my door twice yelling at the top of her lungs for me to get to front desk cause card wasn’t authorizing when I had just spoke with the night auditor who confirmed I was checked in wrong and there was many fraudulent charges They put $400 in my account then took it out 2 weeks after checking out

I have a disabled daughter and 3 other kids 1 being the youngest and was treated with such disrespect and was terribly degrading especially bawling in front of other guests at the front desk trying to explain I had just spoke with her and the auditor Marriott will do nothing! Way more to tell but don’t have time or space!

Customer service is terrible, i booked a stay for 3 days 2 nights, upon check in management was rude and disrespectful towards me and my service dog I was in the room a total of 4 hours, and in that time found 3 large roaches, a used tampon, and dirty towels hung in the bathroom I checked out the same day and have yet to recieve a refund, the owner and employees seem keen on keeping every last cent from me

Dont book here waste of timeEdit: 2 days later the hotel and management have denied my refund twice now, despite the photo proof I have This is now being pushed up to best western’s corporate offices

Jessica Miller

This is the worst hotel I think I have ever visited The staff was rude we had to pay extra for kids I will never come back

One guy was checking us in and then another one came from the back wanting to know about my daughter we had a double bed room that means four to a room they made us pay any additional 15 dollars for my child Customer service sucks

Typical Washington

Non smoker room smelt like someone just huffed a whole pack right before we walked in Couldn’t bring breakfast up to room Lady was rude to my wife

Kids woke up with sore throats cause of smoke smellEdit: of course it’s not a real name but I think you guys know who we are You also told us that you will not give us another room because you simply did not want us there So we lost 500 due to you guys and ruined our vacation The managers name is Mike

April 2022-Great value and great comfort! Working A/C with cold air, plenty of hot water, comfortable beds and clean roomTowel service-we had to bring our dirty towels to the front desk when requesting new clean towels I didn’t mind, as they were short housekeeping staff

I will pack a couple of my own towels next stay because once, the front desk said they were out of towels and we had to use hand towels Plan ahead, exchange for clean towels ahead of time, don’t wait until the last minute, is my adviceDownside-the sofa bed was broke, so we put the sofa mattress on the floor Very thin mattress and very uncomfortable Next time we will bring an egg crate to help with the comfortOur last evening, dogs were staying in the hotel and the front lobby, elevator and hallway from lobby to the elevator smelled very bad The dogs needed to be bathed and I’m sure the very hot temperatures outside, didn’t helpThe odor was so strong we could not use the elevatorI would Stay again and will plan ahead, bring bedding items to help make the sofa mattress more comfortable

Shaquinta Jenay

The elevator and hallway smells horrible I pulled out the sofa bed and there was all kind of trash under the couch and the mattress on it was filthy so me and both kids slept in the king I woke up at 6am to use the restroom and saw a huge roach in the bathroom

We checked out immediately after There was no way I’d be able to go back to sleep knowing there was a roach in my room As we were leaving we saw another roach on the wall in the hallway Disgusting

Cathy McNulty

I SO wish I could give the place a FULL 5-star rating, but the beds

oh my! If you like a firm mattress, this is the perfect place for you Personally, I can’t sleep on a firm mattress due to spine issuesHowever, the property is well lit, felt safe arriving late in the evening, CLEAN and beautifully updated furnishings, free breakfast and wi-fi, pet friendly (for a refundable deposit and extra fee per night), and great staff! The rates were excellent at the time we stopped overnight on a road trip They have a king suite with a whirlpool tub for 2, but not sure how many rooms are configured in this manner There’s a great mix of rooms to fit nearly everyone’s needsConvenient location that allows you to bypass the busy downtown traffic, if just passing through Just keep in mind the mattresses The bedding was excellent and room was clean But, it was a rough, toss & turn night for myself

Everything was great Our room was nice and clean We didn’t get an attitude when we asked for extra pillows and towels

We had a microwave, everytbing we needed for coffee and the had water in our room The bed was very comfortable to sleep in Parking was nice to conveniently located near our room I came for an event and the hotel was located in a decent area, possibly 20 minutes from the hotel

Laverne Solis

We had a great stay, it was clean & staff was great My only combos in the morning for breakfast you should have a better system for cooking the waffles & omlets Having only one person at each station making one at a time during spring break was a poor choice

We ended up leaving to get breakfast somewhere else as the lines were long & we didn’t move much after waiting for 10 mins We had a tournament to get to and we’re hoping to eat at the hotel prior This didn’t happen as they were not staffed to cook for several people

My stay here was very pleasant The staff was friendly and very accommodating I was exhausted from driving and decided to stay here for a night to regenerate my energy

The room was clean and the ac/heat was working properly Surprisingly the bathroom was pristine clean The bed I inspected and was clean as well I have had no issues Parking is a bit of a hassle but again, the price you get what you pay for Price was also affordable I paid $60 for a night

Abigail Thrailkill

Pretty average hotel Very clean Room service is a little confusing

We were told when we checked in that room service was only on Mondays Then we got a call asking if we wanted our room cleaned on a Sun We see house keeping in the hallways every morning…not sure what is up with thatWe did not have any hot water the first night but that was quickly resolvedIf you want a cheap place to stay that is decent, this is right for you!

Shannon Hammonds

Me and my family came from Arizona to stay here so we could visit family for a 10 day trip When staying here we thought the room was great and the bed was so comfortable I would have given this review a 5 star stay because even the cleaning crew was so awesome and nice! Here is why I give them 1 star, we had given a deposit for our 2 small dogs that did not in anyway destroy or mess up that room they were great the whole trip and they are potty trained and have a crate they go in as well

The problem was not with my dogs it was when we left they would not give us the deposit back at all and said that we took items from the hotel It was very disturbing to me because we cleaned it so very nice before leaving and left all the dirty towels and blankets and even undid the bed for the cleaning team and left it all nicely on the couch for them We were shocked how we were treated after the stay but the front office I know it’s only 50 bucks but it is the principle that we ddi not take anything and we deserve our money back very horrible front office team and I will be contacting corporate about this We did take pictures of how the room looked after the fact of us leaving

So far the stay has been nice I can’t tell if they’re understaffed on housekeeping or just super busy Our rooms weren’t clean after check in

The beds were made, but there were stains in the toilet, and the bathroom had no trash can, half the towels were missing They were very nice and offered to change our room We were already unpacked before we saw the bathroom Housekeeping promptly came and cleaned it Several things were just seeming like they are not accustomed to having a full hotel Very nice staff, breakfast was good, all other areas very clean A great family hotel

Andrew Zelechoski

Wonderfully situated hotel near everything you need in/near downtown Fort Worth The rooms were nice and spacious but I had problems with my TV and there were missing toiletries (shampoo and conditioner) Great complimentary breakfast with a good variety of items to choose from

The pool and gym were very clean and quite well kept Will definitely consider staying here again when I visit next time

Kelly Ann Varonfakis

I had a three night stay May 2022 and as an elite member, could not have been happier The room itself was basic, but clean with good water pressure and hot water throughout the stay There was ample parking, and on checking in I was met with a smile, amazing customer service and recognition of my status (Titanium)

The breakfast was also simple, but enough to get a person through the day, and the location is great You’re a couple minutes from the Trinity Trail if you want to skip the gym (which is basic but functional), and you can get a few steps in or just walk to one of many restaurants along the trail to grab a bite I’ve stayed before but never reviewed, so this is a favorite repeat stay of mine

When I arrived I was told they could not give me the room I had requested I had a confirmation number I was offered 300 rewards points

That’s a big help I did ask for a discount I think it was was given, however when I I look on my credit card it was been billed at the higher price twice Just beware that you might not get the room you ask for! Also they add 10000 for incidentals That don’t tell you that up front

Main areas were clean and breakfast was good Staff was friendly Room was clean but in need of repairs

Specifically, the bathroom tiles were missing grout and needed repair, nails stuck out from the carpet where it transitioned from carpet to the tile, the bath tub needed to be replaced or resurfaced, the bathroom door did not shut properly, and furniture was well worn The door into the room had a gap at the top large enough to see light into the room The pool and hot tub were open, pool was clean and comfortable temperature but the ceiling was being repaired so a large area was roped off and floor covered in plasticRoom rate was $80 +tax for a weekday I would not stay there again

5422 – In a word

noisyno NOISY! Hotels are all about location, location, location and this location is a stones through from one of the busiest interstates in Texas if not the country and all the noise that comes with it I requested a new room upon arrival but was met with a resounding “No” from the desk clerk on duty about 3 PM The room was adequate but nothing special The hotel is dated and in need of a major upgrade This is like the Motel 6 of the Hilton family The full service breakfast was the best feature

Angelina Pacheco

This hotel has by far the most unprofessional breakfast host I have ever met While I was making a waffle she asked if I was making another because she needed to make one for her boss After I finished another guest approached and she told the guest she needed to make a waffle for her boss who had been waiting over an hour

She then cut in front of the guest and proceeded to make the waffle I and the guest stood in disbelief This situation really killed the overall experience for me and it was going great

This HIE was good and is pretty typical No major issues Has breakfast, pool, gym, and laundry area

The pool was gross! Things floating with foam I mentioned to the desk and she said it’s cleaned multiple times a week, I asked when the last time was, she didn’t know Acted like she didn’t care too much One of the nicest things was a hand written personal note with a little snack Really nice

Jeff Rosen

Rooms are really cleanPillows are super thin (pro tip, ask for 4-5 bath towels and stack them under the pillow)Another pro tip: AC unit rattles if you have the control door closed, be sure to leave it openSubpar room noise isolation, you will hear clomping from above rooms and the hallway Rolling a towel under your room door and blasting AC for white noise helps somewhatFront desk service is exceptionally good

Overall I recommend!

Motivate To Be Healthy

We came in Tuesday 29th for a business stay Front desk ckerk was pleasant Our room was nice and big

Our bed, nice and comfy The water temperature could have been better It never really got hot I found that I had to run the water first before getting into the shower so that it could be warm enough to shower Our breakfast could have been better It was less than average Its interesting that all Holdiday Inn’s are different when it comes to breakfast I suppose when you are pressed for time that this would make do They do have one washer and one dryer They have a pool, with a fitness center as well Its convenient to get on the freeway So location is good but the area is a little less than desirable I would suggest this stay

Very fun staying at a hotel that was “back in time”! The bathroom was a bit tight & we had a challenge finding enough electrical plug-ins but made it work for the 2 night we were there Beautiful lobby & we enjoyed being able to sit out in front of the hotel & people watch Though I wasn’t able to do any walking, my husband saw lots on his morning walks

First time staying here, long time wanting to Stayed in the Outlaw Room, big suite overlooking the main drag Six foot tall shutters with what could be old bullet holes? Probably not but looks good

Room is rustic but sufficient and comfortable Staff will go above and beyond to meet your needs Really neat place to stay that is 140+ years old 4 stars because price is steep for what you get Hopefully tho this place stays around another 100 years, plenty of history here

My Husband and I stayed for three days at the Texas White House and it was amazing! Breakfast was delicious and service was great! We stayed in the Land of Contrast suite The bed was so comfortable and the bathroom was to die for! We loved the vintage tube and spaciousness of the bathroom It was wonderful to sit outside in the evening and drink wine and wake up the next morning to breakfast outside as well

The location is great being close to magnolia we were able to plan fun nights and be close to our stay! My husband loved the robes and ended up purchasing one to take home We will defiantly be booking again! Highly recommend!

Beware if you plan on having a wedding here or are thinking of it I planned on having a semi small wedding here, after viewing the property Note: my sister in law had to bring her 2 children, as well as myself with my 2 little boys when we viewed the property

Fast forward to paying the deposit, my sister in law was on the phone with the lady who was in charge of the property and oversees the weddings, and she stated that no children were allowed on the property during my wedding I ended up calling her myself because I was puzzled as to why this is being said NOW after telling her my children as well as a few other children would be attending or participating in the wedding (as my ring bearer and flower girls) and nothing was said then about “no children allowed” She preceded to tell me they do not allow “certain age children” on the property due to their guests and noise complaints When I asked why do you host weddings and receptions then? Weddings can be just as loud, with music and socializingbut she then tells me that I should just rent out the entire bed and breakfast, every single room, then it might be okayshe even passive aggressively made a mention about our particular children and their agesneedless to say, I was fuming, not only did she completely waste my time, ruin my choice of a venue, having to cancel my invitations that were already made, simply because she for one, obviously doesn’t like children, and 2 she failed to disclose this “very important” detail to us in the BEGINNING WHEN WE 1ST SAW THE VENUE Through the biggest wrench in my entire wedding planning, and all because I was to have a few children attending the wedding with their family So unless you state that you are having an “Adult ONLY” wedding, do not waste your time with this place Overall poor communication, and simply rude concerning our children I do not reccomend

Beautiful hotel right across from the Conference Center The beds are incredibly comfortable and the robes are so soft! Housekeeping did a wonderful job keeping our room tidy while also being respectful with all of mine and my roommates belongings We had a lot of makeup, hair products, shoes, and clothes everywhere from changing multiple times a day for events… Truly felt like we had maid service

They deserve extra praise! 10/10 would recommend

I mean

the room was nice and the view was okay, but it’s a bit dated for the price Our room was pretty clean and very comfortable The floors were really dirty and I had to clean the hair and trash off the floor I noticed the dirty floors in the hallway also There was something that I hope was just chocolate on the light switch that I used a sanitized wipe to clean off I do like that they use large bottles in the shower that they refill rather than individual bottles which tend to just get tossed out The room was nice and cool, well appointed I forgot my macaroons in the fridge, so, hopefully they found them 😅 the lobby is beautiful and the front desk staff was amazing and answered all my tedious questions Room service was excellent 👌 👏 great food! This was our second visit and I’m thinking there’s no need to upgrade to a corner room for the view next time Valet service was also nice

I did not stay in a room, my family went for Mother’s Day brunch and it was fabulous The flowers and ice sculptures were beautiful! The food was fantastic, so many options to choose from, and there was even a section of items for children My children enjoyed decorating their own cookie! The service was great, everyone was very nice and polite

This is our second year in a row for brunch on Mother’s Day and can’t wait for next year!

So the shower head in room 305 needs a good internal cleaning or to be replaced I think it’s a calcium build up behind the spray holes I’m not sure if they are cleaning the bathroom or just wiping the surfaces down

Before I got in the shower, I noticed a long red hair on the wall and another dark hair trapped between the glass doors On my last day, the cleaning lady tried to come into my room more than once She barely waited a second to enter my room after lightly tapping on my doorWe normally stay here when we come into town to visit family, so we are really disappointed in our stay this time Front desk is always friendly and still being their best… thank you ladies

Homewood was one of the cleanest, friendliest, and avoidable hotels we have stayed at in Fort WorthMr Velez went above and beyond to make our stay a home away from home

All the staff were friendly, courteous, and smiles from ear to ear Even though it was 105°outside, the room was able to get as cool as we wanted itThe complimentary food for breakfast was outstanding They even had vegetarian sausage available as an option All the food was hot, well seasoned, and the dining area was VERY clean It’s nice to see people still take pride in their job because it shows hereI have no complaints about this place The rooms were clean, stocked, ample space, the walls are thick so you can’t hear your neighbors, parking lot was very clean, well lit and close to an entrance The bed and pillows were so comfortable we felt like we were at homeThank you Mr Velez and all the staff for making our stay so convenient and comfortable while visiting Texas We will be staying here the next time we visit

Stayed for our first time for 2 nights The room was good, clean The hotel was clean, fresh

The beds and pillows are a little too soft Shower heads could be changed The breakfast was good Good variety The staff was friendly I think you should take out the trash n refill things everyday without asking, but that’s me It was a good stay and we’ll go back if we pass through

I had intended to leave a 4 star review, because this really was one of the best Homewood Suites we have stayed in The room was very accommodating and clean You can smell the clean

This was the first hotel room that my feet did not turn black from walking on the carpet I don’t know if it was because they actually clean it or because they just renovated and the carpet was new But they do have awful shower water pressure and a mediocre complementary breakfast The reason for my 2 star was because of the dishonest housekeeper/staff that kept the electronic device we left behind and there’s absolutely nothing we can do about it We were advised when I called, the room had been cleaned and no new guests had checked into that room yet That device didn’t just walk away The front desk staff was very nonchalant about it, like it happens all the time So, if you stay here, don’t forget anything of value because you’ll never see it again

This is for an 8 day visit in Fort Worth, TXFirst we made our reservations a year in advance They didn’t have a room ready for us when we arrived

Second night we got back to our room and we were locked out because they wanted to change our room without warning to usThe food and condiments were slim pickings or missing…didn’t have any butter or syrup yet have a pancake maker…the bagels and muffins are staleThey say they only clean your room every 3 days yet don’t leave you extra trash bags or towels or toilet paperWhen they finally cleaned our room all they did was take our trash, still no towels, toilet paper, or fresh linens Or cleaning quite franklyThen they didn’t always have coffee ready and available in the morning and the machines in the room are special so you can’t go out and buy your own to make itThe pancake maker was faulty every dayOh and the extra blanket that we needed for our fold-out couch for our child to sleep on had a huge hole in it, ended up buying a blanket to keep her warm at night The pillows were flat so we bought those too to make our stay more comfortableWe were on the 3rd floor and there were ants in our bathroom Pool bottom never gets vacuumed so there’s a lot of sand on the bottom of the pool

Room was very clean, beds were comfortable and a king room was separated from the living room by another door that I loved for more privacy Front desk agents was extremely helpful and was able to provide me with toiletry items since our flight was cancelled and the airlines holds the Bags The facility also has a laundry washer and dryer

Takes coins but they do have an ATMThank you for providing a comfortable clean room after a stressful day at the airport
