I would give this Hampton Inn hotel mixed reviews The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and extremely helpful and nice This is the reason for the 2 stars

Other than that, this hotel would not be recommended The room was tidy and clean, but pretty outdated with a slight musty smell It was not comfortable to stay in – the beds were hard, the pillows were thin, and the towels were small and hard They definitely needed to be replaced! Worst of all, the A/C unit in the room was malfunctioning It kept turning on and off, with a loud “exhaust” noise whenever it started or stopped It kept us up all night The walls were also thin, as we could hear noises in the hall and footsteps above all night We would not recommend this hotel unfortunately

I will definitely have to say that it’s a very quiet, relaxing, safe and comfortable hotel the accomodations and amenities are awesome to here

they have a pool, they have a gym, they have an awesome breakfast every morning, the beds are so amazing and have pillow top mattresses! Customer service and housekeeping staff are very friendly and make sure we constantly have everything we need and they never give us a hard time about anything! I would definitely give it a 43 and if the pool was open and the spa then I would give it a 48 or almost 5 rating, that’s for sure

eleanor Knox (ekmama)

No complaints! Comfortable rooms Both beds have 4 pillows, a combination of soft and firm for whatever your preference is Clean and in good working order Nice shower with good water pressure

Nice tv with plenty of channels Fridge and microwave in the room They don’t technically have truck parking, however you can park your rig across the street and pay that hotel $10 to park There’s a sonic fast food place within walking distance, and Walmart across the freeway as well as a bunch of other stores I wish it wasn’t so expensive, but it really is average for Denver Hampton always has an awesome breakfast in the morning, and good coffee Pool is nice Good temp and clean

Jeff was awesome and was able to get us checked in early which was much appreciated given we had our 10 month son with us who needed to nap Was extremely clean and fresh inside the lobby & room! The pool, hot tub, weight room are also clean and very enjoyable We tried to have a bonfire but it was to windy but would be cool another time

Also ordered some food from the cafe they have, the grain bowl was delicious I was not crazy about the Caesar salad Would definitely stay here again! Thanks everyone for your service during our stay and making it great

I book here as it is on my company’s preferred hotels in the area This is my second time staying here for a full week, paying over $1000 for my entire visit I arrived in CO on a Saturday and by Tuesday I desperately needed to do some laundry

I work late when in town and came in after 6pm and asked the front desk lady with light brown, shoulder length hair if the laundry rooms were located where the pool is and she said “Yes, but it closes at 6pm” I was clearly disappointed and she said “I know, sorry” I am 7 months pregnant and laundromats close by were closing at 8pm and I did not feel safe going to a late-night locations far away in areas I am unfamiliar with 2 days later on a Thursday I rush out of work to catch the laundromat at the hotel before it closes I approached a gentleman at the front desk and told him I knew the laundromat closed at 6pm, but if I already had clothes in there, if I would be able to get them out after 6 He said that the laundromat did lock at 6, but it didn’t close, I just needed to get the staff to let me in after that time As he is saying this, the same light-brown curly-haired lady who told me it closed at 6 two days prior walks up and agrees with him saying “yes” WOW So I could have done laundry 2 days earlier but she lied and told me it closed at 6 I am assuming because she didn’t want to have to let me in How LAZY I will not book here again for my work trips, but instead at the Holiday Inn Express in Broomfield, where I was booking before She will probably lie and say she didn’t say that or that I was mistaken But I assure you I would have done my laundry that night had she not told me it was CLOSED How unbelievable hospitality is these days in what is supposed to be a nice hotel

Darbs “Darbasaur 2.0”

I really enjoyed my stay here! Stephanie and Tiffany are both really sweet baristas and do well under stress Jeff is a hoot and always willing to go the extra mile to help you out My favorite parts were the layout of the lounge chairs in the lobby, the virtual reality on the elliptical, and how gosh darn clean everything is!! P

S Mika was also very sweet and made a great breakfast bowl! 😋

I stayed here for 2 weeks for a work trip and being away from home (Texas), they shown me great hospitality! The lady’s at the front counter were extremely nice and helpful with any questions I had The room was excellent as well as the location When it was time to check out, I had left behind something that was passed down to me which is irreplaceable

They went out of their way to make sure it was found and are going to mail it to me in Texas! I figured it was a lost cause butbthey proved me wrong The only downside I had with my stay is that they took 5 to 6 days to service and replenish my room, which was not a deal breaker! I’ll definitely be staying there again if I’m ever in the area in the future!!

We first looked for a hotel in downtown Denver and soon realized it would be necessary to add $30-$50 dollars a day to our hotel bill for the privilege of parking our vehicle We chose to stay at the Holiday Inn Express at Prairie Center, located on the outskirts of the city This particular hotel had plenty of free parking; the lobby, halls and room were sparkling clean and quiet with a pleasantly modern decor; and amazingly, they offered a very tasty hot breakfast

Win win!

We stayed here after losing our home in the Marshall Fire We ended up just driving east until we found this hotel that allowed us to stay with our kitties The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and the staff was so nice and accommodating during our stay! We’re so appreciative of them and their kindness during a rough time

Growing King

We stay there for 5 days waiting for truck to getrepair at transwest freightliner On the 3rd night we come to found out the room 113 had bed bugs We reported to front and the room was change right away

We took pictures of the bugs Complain to the front desk who inform me she would let the manager know and that I would be contacted Nobody contacted me, when I check back on the front desk She does not believe the manager believe there was bug on room Pictures does not matter to them since they could come from anywhere This was very unsatisfactory, I don’t think I will ever stay at another best western again

Friendly staff at the front desk Check-in was very quick We reserved 3 nights for the weekend

Room was very spacious and clean Beds were small, description said “queen beds” but they’re more like full size Bathroom is spacious but the doors didn’t lock and not much privacy TV kept updating channels and would change on its own Breakfast was included but more like coffee and a heat up burrito Pool was closed for maintenance We went down the street to swim at another hotel Key cards worked when it wanted to Overall stay was okay but we wouldn’t stay here again

Mariah Williams

A great stay! We flew in late to the Denver Airport, and were given clear directions to find the shuttle, which we were loaded and on quickly The shuttle driver was 🔥!! Quick check in, decent breakfast Beds were…alright

Sleepable Kinda what you expect Pro tip: reserve your spot on the hotel to airport shuttle early, as the spots filled up fast

Arlene Mascarenas

The room and front desk staff were good However the shuttle driver Lamar was not helpful or nice I was there in time with my 5 year old granddaughter

I had 2 bags at the time, he only had one back door open to load bags There we’re already quite a few bags and people there He couldn’t even help me load my bags I’m 51”, 110 lbs and 65 years old You would think he could have offered but nope! I was waiting for my daughter, son in law and 1 year old who came 2 minutes later He never helped them and they ended up with bags in the aisle My granddaughter had to stand! We took a taxi back after we arrived to avoid that huge mess! I understand it’s complimentary but I had a tip ready to give him I watched another of your shuttle guys and he was very helpful to the customers!

Awesome spot to stay, 10 out of 10 They gave us a complimentary welcome drink, which was such a nice touch Had coffee available all day

The atrium is just absolutely gorgeous with plants, water features, string lights, and a barRooms were super comfy and the soaking tub was really relaxing I would come here again and again if I couldMy only suggestion to improve this hotel would be to offer more vegan options They need an oat milk or soy milk with the coffee station

Kalani Fogleman

We stayed here for New Year’s Eve for something different We were beyond impressed For barely $200, we had a huge, beautiful room

Huge comfortable bed, huge tub and bathroom, with a huge shower The restaurant didn’t expect so many people so was a little short staffed but they were pleasant and the food was great Quiet Whoever designed this hotel knew what they were doing! The front desk staff were welcoming and excellent Breakfast the next morning had omelets, cereal, pastries, sausage, bacon, waffles and was included in the room I have no idea why anyone would stay anywhere else when flying into Denver- I don’t know how the hotels near Woolley’s stay in business The prices are excellent for what you get Stay here and you won’t regret it, and I bet you will keep returning We will!

Every Employee in engaged with loves their job The food was amazing The room exceeded expectations

This was the second time I stayed here and I’m blown away at how incredible every detail was We all know since covid everything is just a little less and it’s just the way it is But to see a hospitality company exceed all expectations is rare and all most bring tears to my eyes I will be back Thank you to all the staff for making my stay special

Remember to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking your resort This web site will compare countless booking websites and typically will have rooms much cheaper compared to others! You’re welcome :)! This resort is one of the most well known in the area

I have been coming here for a very long time If you stay for a few days you for sure won’t be disappointedConsidering this place was cheaper than some of the other options out there, I wasn’t sure what to expectBut I definitely didn’t expect to love it more than just about any other hotel we’ve ever stayed atThe breakfast each morning was so good! They had so much to choose fromThe room was very clean and the couch and bed were incredibly comfortable There was a regular pillow and a down pillow for every personI really can not think of a downside to this hotelSide note: No matter what their website says they do allow cats!

This used to be a nice hotel Full service with a concierge lounge Now it’s just an old hotel with no amenities

I stay here often but time to move on Every time I take a shower it goes between hot and cold and hot and cold while you’re in the shower They charge for parking, recently, even though it’s a big open lot with plenty of room They say it’s because now they have cameras and security but it’s just a big empty lot Popcorn ceilings Old decor So many hotels right in this immediate area The people who work here are very nice But I’d give this one a pass as there’s much nicer hotels in the immediate area It’s just old and not been kept up with It’s nothing special anymore And $12/day for parking is the final straw for me with no concierge lounge and no regular housekeeping

I gave a 3 star for one dud in the group I had traveled most the day Packing before I left home and brought stuff along with to pack cause I had just worked 7 days straight

So I was up late finishing up Wanted to shower but our room only had 2 towels with a double queen room 4 guest so towels were already used up by my sister and daughter My eyes were so red and sore I was so tired and my flight was leaving early in am So I went down stairs to ask front desk for more towels I stood there and he never once said how can I help you I ended up finally asking if I could get towels He didn’t even answer me I felt awkward and super tired my patience was thin I looked away briefly and some guy of the same ethnicity of the the man working front desk The front desk clerk was all about helping him I asked if I could get towels again He said one moment I never try to play the race cardBut clearly felt that me being white was an issue I was there first and was put off for 15 or more minI ended up walking to the elevators he and I made eye contact as I walked away He didn’t stop me He didn’t call room or hadn’t brought any up I was so mad I worked front desk in my town of commercial guest and railroaders It’s multitasking and taking care of guest needs or wants, never ignoring a guestBut I must say the women who worked earlier that day were wonderful and very nice The room was also nice

My husband and I recently stayed here after having the worst experience at another hotel the previous evening When we called Staybridge and spoke with Yvette, she was extremely helpful and patient as we explained our situation We were needing a hotel for the remainder of our 9 day trip and we needed a room as soon as possible

Yvette did not hesitate to speak to her manager and they were able to book a room for us immediately They even offered for us to check in early as we were unable to even shower at the previous hotel we were atAs soon as we arrived, we were greeted by Yvette and she was beyond helpful The lobby area was extremely clean and welcoming and we were so happy we were able to book a room here without any notice Our room was perfect for the two of us It was sparkling clean and had more amenities than we even needed for our trip All staff members we interacted with were so nice and always asked if we needed anythingThis hotel will be our new “go to” when visiting CO! We had a wonderful experience and can’t thank the staff enough for being so accommodating on such short notice!

I stayed at the Staybridge for a wedding and they were very accommodating The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable This place is also walking distance for the outlet malls, Raising Canes, and In N Out

My fiance left his suit in the hotel room and we didn’t realize until a week later Devon and Nick were so helpful with helping us find it I highly recommend!!

Amanda Johnson

My family and I had the privilege of staying here on our trip! The room was clean and spacious enough to accommodate my husband and I, our 7 year old, and our 2 year old twins surprisingly comfortablyCustomer service was excellent and willing to help with anything we needed Check in/check out was a breeze, and anyone who has young kids knows the importance of everything going quickly and smoothly! Will definitely be staying here again on our next trip!

I was able to get a room last minute since the hotel I originally booked was very dirty When we arrived that night the girl who checked us in was very friendly and assured us we would be well taken care of and that it would not be dirty It was probably the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in

I have anxiety and cleanliness is a huge deal for me I usually can’t sleep in hotels but I was able to actually sleep and get some good rest here The rooms are updated and look modern All of the staff here were very nice to us and always greeted us when we would come and go Breakfast could use some improvement This will probably now be my go to place when coming to denver

Emma

It was a very nice hotel I was impressed with the bathroom and shower Friendly staff and awesome breakfast

Only complaint, I was quoted $15100, got there and they said they need to charge $180 something just in case of any damage caused by us while we stayed, they did explain that after our stay we would get the automatic refund of what we were overcharged Its just precautionary

Jazmin Alvarez

So this review is a few months late However, Let me start from the beginning My husband and I were searching for a hotel close to our wedding venue and we stumbled upon this one

It was maybe 5 minutes away from the venue and we thought it was perfect In July we took a tour of the hotel with the old hotel manager Renaldo He was great and everything seemed to run smoothly We have a large family and they seemed like a good fit since we ended up reserving over 60 rooms We ended up signing a contract in August 2021 for our wedding block in April 2022 In January I received an email from the new hotel manager by the name of Isaac, he stated that they have no records of my contract at all and that I would need to sign a new contract This was surprising, but I had the old contract saved already I sent it and asked this manager several questions about the rooms, event, and any special accommodations for older guests I never received a response February came around and I sent another email and called the property and no response This happened for weeks My father ended up having to go down to the property and talked to Destiny Mind you I live 15 hours away from the venue and I wasn’t able to drive down Destiny stated both the property managers are no longer with the company and I should handle my business with her So I did Destiny was rude and short with me during all of our interactions Upon checking in, the front desk women were absolutely horrible and rude They were rude to my guests, mother in law, my parents, and friends The male staff were great, but the women were awful I would not recommend this hotel for big events what so ever This place is unorganized, rude, and deserves a lower rating for sure Brain had emailed me after I finished the survey and responded with “I didn’t see anything” so it basically didn’t happen right? After I responded and gave him different incidences he never responded Take your business elsewhere

Gie Hartzog-Bunn

Wonderful helpful people The manager Brian was especially wonderful to me after another hotel overbooked and basically told me they didnt care if i had to sleep in my truck The rooms are extremely clean and roomy and the beds are comfy and it is so quiet

They let me check-in early because I work 12 hour nights at the hospital I love this place! Highly recommend

Amber Anderson

Right when we got to the property we were told that the room we reserved wasn’t available I had reserved a room for four people and two queen beds well in advance But upon arriving I was told that the only room available for us was a king bed with a pull out bed

The pull out mattress is awful! It is very thin and well used My husband ended up just sleeping on the couch And even before that, we noticed an awful smell while entering the room The smell lingered our entire stay The room was clean enough, but just wasn’t fit for four people I don’t know how they can sell it that way (And two of the four of us are children)Then, we wanted to use the pool the next day before we had to leave and the pool doesn’t even open until 10 AM This doesn’t make much sense with a noon check out timeThen, to top things off, we witnessed an ADA violation A lady in a wheelchair had to scoot down the stairs on her bottom because the elevator was out and her room was on the floor above the first floor When she complained to the staff working the front counter, she was not treated with kindness and was basically just told that she could go to a different sister hotel We didn’t even bother complaining about our stay at that point after the person In front of us was treated so badly

Front desk clerk was frustrated and overwhelmed when I checked in After a 20 minute wait I was checked in for 2 nights or so I though Since I was exhausted I placed the privacy tag on the outside of my door and didn’t set a wake up alarm

You can imagine my surprise to be woken by the cleaning lady that following morning since I had taken precautions to avoid this scenario Then I received a call from the very same clerk that had checked me in the night before asking me if I was going to check out or stay another night I realize people make mistakes and accidents happen but it was very clear to me that the nice lady running the front desk was not familiar with their computer system and either needs more training or a change in position Aside from that my stay was satisfactory

Kerrie Wheeler

Friendly faces, clean, quietHowever, BNSF workers took up all truck parking which leaves us trucks taking up one side of hotel parking, or dropping our trailers, and just being able to park our truck It’s inconvenient and frustrating that the BNSF workers can fit in regular parking areas We are here every week, and every week, we go through this! I have suggested that they be told to park elsewhere, but nothing was done

We are going to have to search elsewhere which is again, inconvenient

Spent nearly $200 per night for a room while on vacation Our original room was so hot and the air conditioner did not work We were traveling with 3 kids so we needed 3 beds

They moved us to a single king and offered a fold out bed The fold out was a twin so that wouldn’t work Ended up with another room and separated The next night they had moved us into the room we initially booked with 3 beds and a working air conditioner The only reason I gave 2 stars was the service but we were not even offered anything off from our stay or points back for IHG I would avoid

Josh Jones

DO NOT STAY HERE I stayed at this hotel for one night When I arrived, they told me that there was someone in my room

I waited in the lobby for what seemed like an insubstantial amount of time (5-10 minutes) so this was no big deal The next morning I get my receipt reflecting the correct amount that I booked the room for The next day, I was charged a second time for the same room, this time for over twice the amount that I booked the room for! I spent two weeks calling the hotel, being told I would receive a call back Apparently the only person that works there that can refund an incorrect charge is the general manager and she is never there I had to dispute this with my credit card company and am still dealing with this It seems like the 5-10 minute wait in the lobby has turned into me dealing with a fraudulent charge for the last month Seriously, unless you want to pay three times what the booking says the room should cost, stay somewhere else Anywhere else

Really nice Aloft The Rooms are small but that’s every aloft ( under 5 days should be fine) The breakfast it’s delicious, especially vegan breakfast sandwich- worth trying

Parking safe next to the hotel Swimming Pool and Hot Tub outside really great idea Swimming Pool is heated to 82F and Hot Tub to 104F Gym 24/7 standard 2 Elevators working independently, so usually people press both Hotel really clean, I saw cleaning lady cleaning the whole elevator (including walls and door opening) Highly recommending to anybody staying for few days in Denver and not expecting luxurious hotel They also have a pool and some other games to play

A very unique hotel Definitely not your typical white wall- plain and boring hotel The walls have interesting paintings, murals and lights

The rooms are beautiful, and the staff is friendly Housekeeping are happy to help, maintence is kept up to date, and the front desk is willing to go above and beyond I lost my wallet at the hotel and they were able to find it and keep it safe until I was able to return

We stayed here one week from July 13-20 The hotel is fun and trendy with a fantastic swimming pool/hot tub We had a very nice pool/mountain view

The rooms are Netflix compatible and there are lots of places to hang towels/swim suits in the room if you use the pool often The coin-operated laundry room was extremely convenient and they provide soap There is a mini fridge in the room, where you can easily store snacks from Target (10-15min walk) or any of the nearby stores Movie theatre next door, as well as several shops(clothing, nails, cafes, etc) The beds are comfortable and the shower is spacious with DryBar shampoo/conditioner We did not experience noise, as others suggested, but perhaps we never heard anything due to the air conditioner Room temperature was always great Keep in mind this is a “loft” style hotel, with open shower/sink space and the toilet is enclosed with a door, separately (nightlight in there which was useful!) We had no problem and just threw a towel over the shower door, just in case There is a black magnetic board to stick cute souvenirs/reminders onSuggestions:I believe they are understaffed and training staff at the moment, which resulted in long waits at the guest services desk and many unknown answers They were friendly, though! We were there a total of 7 nights and our room was not cleaned or restocked until night 6 We were not desperate, but it would have been good customer service to check up on us We had to wait in long lines for towels, tissues, etc (I would never expect house keeping on shorter stays due to COVID)As others mentioned, the blue couches need to be cleaned Not the nicest thing to look atOverall, we would definitely stay again It was a wonderful week Thank you!

The only thing wrong with my stay was a broken pancake machine We switched from our week long trip of staying with another chain that offers breakfast waffles ( I really like the pancake machine

) Not to fear though I had sausage gravy with amazing biscuits fluffy eggs and sausage patty’s They had a great selection of the healthy stuff toThe pool was the right temperature and the hot tub was amazing The bed was comfortable and the room was clean along with the bathroom The towels actually smelled great 😋 The staff was accommodating at all times Sandy in the breakfast nook is amazing Every trip out of our room was met with happy staff membersI’m not writing this for money I just hope if enough people stay here they can afford to fix the pancake machine It’s really awesome !😁

This was a great hotel that had all the amenities you would expect The room was spacious and clean as well My time staying there someone was always present at the desk and quick to assist with any questions or issues

There is also a hot tub and pool which was surprising Nearby, within walking distance, were multiple places to eat and even a liquor store if you wanted to get something For your run of the mill hotel this offered everything you’d expect

We showed up here fairly late, probably 11 pm/midnight or so As we pulled up I noticed someone rush in from the parking lot I went inside and realized it was the night clerk looking clearly guilty

She reeked of weed, so I suspected she had been outside on a smoke break that I interrupted We get checked in and go to our room The next morning I realize my trucks been broken in too and some stuff is missing At first I don’t think much of it as I didn’t have any valuables in my vehicle I had taken all of our bags inside I asked the same lady I had seen the night before if there were cameras There are, but of course only police can look at them And there was no one higher up I could speak with We stayed one more day as my wife had major surgery and we didn’t feel comfortable driving across the state away from the hospital The next day I realized my computer bag was missing Except the computer bag was in my hotel room Not my truck Asked again to see cameras No can do Suspect an inside job by the lady at the front desk I also suspect that when I saw her running inside she wasn’t just smoking outside Of course I can’t prove she did anything But the bag was definitely missing from my room which we left locked I would find some where else to stay

Staff was friendly and very accommodating with my mom and I The manager was very kind and always made an effort to make sure we were cared for and enjoying our stay Breakfast was nice for it being free, the waffles were very nice and loved that breakfast several hours

We used the pool and the temperature was perfect and we had it to ourselves the entire time which was awesome! The only issue I had was that I didn’t think the room was throughly clean, areas were dusty, high touch surfaces didn’t seem like they were cleaned enough and there was a leftover candy wrapper stuck in the headboard of the bed Will definitely be staying here again based off of the friendliness of the staff alone

We had a great stay at the DoubleTree in Thornton this past weekend Despite no elevator service, our stay was excellent The staff are top notch, especially Awani and Christopher at the Front Desk

Great room Nice pool And the ‘wings’ we ordered from the apps menu were some of the best we have ever tasted No kidding!! Highly recommend!

Stephen Kellis

The overall hotel was decent enough and the room was clean There was a softball team staying here that was incredibly loud in lobby when I checked in at midnight so there was some concern that might affect our nights sleep but fortunately enough didn’t hear a peep even though we were staying on the same floor as the team, i mainly just felt bad for the guy that had to work all night trying to keep them contained Unfortunately all of the positives are immediately negated by the “curtains” in the room

They are barely even that as they are see through so as soon as the sun came out we were awake I cannot recommend a hotel that is designed to prevent a good night’s sleep

Adeline Griffin

We had a wedding party that stayed at the hotel the heat in one of the rooms would not turn off, it was looked at three separate times to try to fix it It remained at 74° when it was 90 outside

The restaurant/bar was not open or available The outside patio was not available to be used But the staff tried very hard to be helpful but this hotel definitely needs a lot of work done to it

My husband and I highly recommend this location We were long-term guests and all the wonderful staff including the Maintenance guy were always very friendly To be honest with anyone reading this; if you are looking for a short or long-term stay, look no further

We stayed as long-term guest for over 5 months and we always felt safe at this location The rooms were always clean and the grounds were always well-maintained All the staff at this location were just overly super amazing If you needed anything for your room, all the staff were happy to assistThank you to all Uptown Suites Staff at Westminster Thank you all for providing us with a positive stay experience with customer service excellence

Ron Francis

Facility was relatively clean, staff is friendly, and location is good However, the kitchenette contains no pans, utensils, or towels Despite the facility being in decent shape this decision by management will ensure we are never back as the reason we would opt for a room with kitchenette is the ability to cook meals

That cannot be done without the pots, pans, utensils, etc that every other long term facility provides

Kyle Eirich

I stayed at the Extended Stay down the street after I was transferred for work and had a TERRIBLE experience I decided to try Uptown I bought a month, but was very skeptical after my week at the Extended Stay

From the moment of check-in, I knew I picked the right place I checked in late, but Sandy was more than accommodating Unlike most places, she told me her name and asked for mine I felt so welcome The room looks just like the pictures, actually bigger than they look I love it! Any company looking for long term stays for their employees should put Uptown Suites at the top of the list!

My family from out of state loves to come stay here when they visit my husband and I in Colorado! We enjoy staying with them as well, as there is a lot to do for all age ranges! The whole family loves the pool area and the side activities that are coordinated This last trip, my family and I participated in the family mini golf tournament hosted by Andrew (I believe this was his name) and had an absolute blast! Andrew was so friendly and personable, he even hooked our group up with some free drinks and an appetizer from the poolside bar The food by the pool is better than the restaurants, in my personal opinion

Overall, fantastic place to stay as a family if you aren’t trying to go venture out into the mountains and stay in one place

Carla Pallares Hutchison

We had so much fun! My children loved all the pools so much We had so much fun with the scavenger hunt, live animals, and the other fun spring activities The bed and room was very comfortable

I also really appreciated that we were able to check on early We arrived a few hours before our check in time and it was so nice to get settled before going to the pool My children definitely want to go again Strongly recommend for a nice getaway!

Very beautiful hotel There are lots of restaurants within the resort The hours are very tricky to navigate if you’re there during the week days though

Breakfast is confined to one or two places The conference center was nice enough The food was greatly disappointing though, which I believe was catered through the hotel itself It didn’t taste great and some of the veggies had mold on it when it came out Very odd and gross The gym was very packed out with a multitude of different machines and equipment, which would typically be a good thing but when it gets busy in there, the crowded nature of the gym equipment makes it super difficult to navigate between peopleThe staff was very friendly and accommodating I appreciated the extra pillow and blanket in the roomOverall a nice experience, but this seems like the kind of location you would have a instate family vacation at or something Definitely not my kind of destination resort
